Success! California's Illegal Alien State Senator Cannot "Tear Down This Wall"

The winning never ends, even in dreary deep-blue California.

State Senator Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) was hoping to bankrupt or cut off business to contractors working in the state of California if they helped to build the border wall.

SB 30 was the bill, and Lara was going in the for the kill.

Anything that he could do to run on the anti-Trump agenda, Lara was going to do it.

But when the bill was set to go before a key assembly committee, Lara had to pull the bill.

Why? He couldn't get the votes!

SENATOR RICARDO LARA SHELVES SB 30 OPPOSING BORDER WALL

THANK YOU FOR CALLING AND EMAILING TO OPPOSE SENATOR RICARDO LARA'S BILL!

SENATOR RICARDO LARA'S BILL SB 30 OPPOSING THE BORDER WALL HAS BEEN SHELVED!

I just called the CA State Assembly Accountability and Administrative Review Committee as Senator Ricardo Lara's California-Mexico border: federally funded infrastructure, that would have penalized contractors or individuals involved in the construction of the border wall, apparently did not go forward for a committee hearing yesterday as was scheduled.

The
Assembly Accountability and Administrative Review Committee staff member informed me that Senator Ricardo Lara has "pulled" SB 30 because there were not enough votes for the bill to pass out of the committee! This is great Sacramento news, for a change!

THANK YOU to all of you who voiced your opposition to this bill.
