NO I.C.E. SIGN on Freeway Overpass: REMOVED!

VIDEO: Raul Rodriguez cut down the NO I.C.E. sign on the 210 Freeway Overpass in Azusa, CA. NO I.C.E. signs have been placed on freeway overpasses in the L.A. area.
