California Won't Accept the Truth: There Are Only Two Genders. Stop SB 179!

Hi Arthur,
One of the most outrageous bills coming out of Sacramento this year is SB 179. This bill would essentially abolish biological sex as an identifying characteristic in California.
Instead of recognizing gender as innately tied to our biology and physiology, SB 179 would let any person (including minors as young as 3 years old) change their gender on driver’s licenses, state identification cards, and even birth certificates. This bill would expand California's current law that lets individuals experiencing gender dysphoria legally change from male-to-female or female-to-male. But SB 179 would also create a new “third gender,” listed as “non-binary!"

The most egregious part of this bill? No questions asked, and no physical proof is necessary. Individuals do not even have to consult with a doctor before their gender change is approved by the state!
SB 179 is just one of the almost 2,500 bills introduced in the California legislature this year. To learn more about this and other bills that threaten your values, visit our newly updated website at CaliforniaFamily.org for articles and resources.
