Thousand Oaks City Council:
In following up from your meeting of May 1st 2018,
I am encouraged that the City Council will take action to
repudiate the SB54. I call on you to uphold your oaths of office. To defend the
Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic.
Your failure to order the VCSD to enforce the law while continuing to pay them
out tax dollars makes you complicit in the Rebellion.
I strongly suggest that you have the City Attorney review
your actions as to where you could be charged with treason, rebellion as well
as aiding and abetting those in rebellion. In addition, you could be charged
with aiding and abetting the sheltering of Illegal aliens, Federal crimes. Demand that the Ventura County Sheriff’s
Dept. obey Federal law and that is what you contract with them to do on behalf
of the people you represent. They owe the City a big refund; demand it! If they
refuse, fire them. Uphold the law and protect the citizens.
I urge you to not think that the people or the Federal
authorities will allow those who are in rebellion to not pay the consequences
for it.
In all of our actions at the City Councils of Port Hueneme,
Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley; we have yet to
see the supporters of ‘Sanctuary State”. That is because the people do not want
to be in rebellion and the people do not want 100,000 Illegals in their County.
If we do not defeat the Rebellion; that number will double in the coming months
as the Illegals flee non-sanctuary states and come here. Other than a couple of “compassion” speakers;
the only supporters of the Rebellion have been the ones sitting as the City
Councils and their hired lackeys including Captain Hagel of the Ventura County
Sheriff’s Dept.
Your City Manager was allowed to quote VCSD Capt. Hagel,
“that there is no adverse effect as to crime in Thousand Oaks as a result of
SB54”. Ventura County Sheriff Dean states in his official letter that it puts
the citizens in danger. Yet Sheriff Dean is fully supporting the Rebellion and
has gone to the media to express his support of it! As to what you told the
people on May 1st as to you having him come to ‘explain it”; You are
the elected representatives of the citizens of T.O. You have sworn your oaths
of office. That Sheriff Dean wishes to ‘explain’ why he violates his oath of
office, is in rebellion, and commits crimes in no way exonerates you as to your
actions. Let us hope that he will be held accountable for his rebellion.
Uphold your oaths and bring the consequences to those who do
not. I would hope that you all will stand as Patriots, not Rebels.
