Hello Ventura County!
Are you tired of Sacramento politicians ignoring our United
States Constitution and undermining our rights?
Are you fed up with politicians at the local and state level
putting illegal aliens ahead of American Citizens?
How many more lives need to be lost to illegal aliens? How
much more can our infrastructure our public services take?
State Senator Kevin De Leon authored SB 54, the so-called
“Sanctuary State” law, but it should be called “Outlaw State” bill, the
legislation which is driving the above negative consequences against all of us.
This law is patently unconstitutional, usurping federal
powers clearly enumerated in Article 1, Section 8 of the United States
Constitution. Furthermore, this legislation undermines federal law, and all
federal laws are the Supreme Law of the Land (Article 6, Section 2).
Furthermore, this legislation invites further invasion and
domestic unrest to the state of California, two clear and present dangers which
the United States Federal government is authorized to stop (Article 4, Section
4).
The law endangers our law enforcement and hurts private
businesses, who will either face prosecution from the state attorney general
for cooperating with ICE, or face prosecution from the federal government for
not cooperating with ICE.
GOOD NEWS!

For Charter cities, we want them to pass an official
Constitutional Compliance or “Opt-Out” Ordinance. (The City of Ventura)
For General Law Cities, they should pass a resolution and file an
amicus brief with lawsuits filed by the Department of Justice or the City of
Huntington Beach against the state of California, Governor Jerry Brown, and
California’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra. (The Others)
There is no time to waste. Word has it that Simi Valley may be
considering their Opt-Out of SB 54 as soon as April 23rd! Get the
word out! Share this eblast with your fellow conservative friends.
