MAGA patriot Arthur Schaper recently addressed a meeting of the Huntington Beach, CA, City Council, offering them his support and demands for an ordinance or other appropriate legal action nullifying California’s Sanctuary City Law. The intro by Gary Galino states that the city is planning a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Sanctuary State statute. They’re there to help make that happen. [[WATCH VIDEO BELOW]]
Schaper begins his comments by stating that he is “a proud Californian and a proud American.” He says, “This country, this state is still very much America.” He demands that the rule of law be enforced and urging them to pass a resolution opposing SB 54, the sanctuary state legislation.
He encourages them to “Be the second domino with Los Alamitos. That was the strong second shot heard around the world and let it be a sound of restoration for this ‘Bear Flag Republican.’ A little history lesson, this is not stolen land. This is land that was bought and paid for. And even the Mexicans themselves wanted to become Americans.”
He continues, “If it’s stolen land, it’s the Democrats trying to steal it, but we’re taking it back. We insist on the rule of law. Don’t stop there, we want an amicus brief, not just with the lawsuit, but we want a criminal indictment against Jerry Brown, we want a criminal indictment against Xavier Basura, I mean Becerra, sorry.”
Basura means garbage in Spanish and also identifies as slang people who are of little value. He had it right the first time. Schlap then gives a Bible lesson about Ruth and how she complied with the laws of Israel, became a Jew herself, and was not an illegal alien as the open borders crowd has apparently been arguing there locally.
He says, “So I don’t want to hear this garbage [becerra] about how we have to let the whole world in. Love my neighbor doesn’t mean you can kill me or like what happened to Kate Steinle, she was murdered in broad daylight. Put Americans first and make California great again.”
