Let's make sure that every city on the list stands with the US Constitution, the citizenry, and the rule of law!

DEMAND SUPPORT FOR THE FEDERAL LAWSUIT AGAINST SANCTUARY STATE and CITIES in California...via e-mail.
  April 6 deadline to file "amicus brief" and/or "joinder" is closing fast!

Yorba Linda has already filed an amicus brief.
Mission Viejo said it would file an amicus brief.
Orange Co. Board of Supervisors said it would file an amicus brief.
Los Alamitos City Council voted 4-1 to exempt Los Alamitos from California’s sanctuary law ...and is preparing a separate lawsuit...It is unclear if they are also filing an amicus...and they have a "go fund me" page for their lawsuit...since they are only 11,449 citizen-strong.

PS there "is" a difference between a "joinder" and an "amicus brief"...but it depends on their city status & atty's....nevertheless....they BOTH add "weight" to the federal case to get on Supreme's "docket".

This city needs to PASS an ORDINANCE (or RESOLUTION, depending on city status) similar to the one’s just approved in Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo and the Orange Co. Board of Supervisors… IN SUPPORT OF THE DOJ’S lawsuit filed March 6, 2018 against California SANCTUARY STATE and SANCTUARY CITIES’ laws ...entitled“United States v STATE OF CA and XAVIERA BECERRA”.

IN ADDITION, this city needs to FILE AN AMICUS BRIEF and/or “joinder” IN SUPPORT OF THE DOJ’S lawsuit.  FILING AN AMICUS BRIEF or “joinder” will ensure extra “weight” to propel the lawsuit to ACTUALLY get on the Supreme Court docket…as it travels up the appellate process...and we all know it will be met with fierce opposition.

FILING AN ORDINANCE (or RESOLUTION) will also add “weight” to getting much-needed FEDERAL DOLLARS to the city…since it will now be in compliance with federal immigration and enforcement law(s)…not to mention the U.S. Constitution.

But time is running out…the last date to file an amicus brief and/or “joinder” is April 6th. .
