Susan Sarandon helped elect Donald Trump because she so despised Hillary Clinton and the whole Clinton machine of crime and corruption. Concerned partisans on both sides of the aisle were so outreached with the corporatism, cronyism, and Deep State collusion undermining the rule of law and our individual liberties. Of course, Crooked Hillary symbolized all of that, and progressives who wanted "progress" said no.

In California, I know Berniecrat who wrote in Bernie Sanders because they so loathed Crooked Hillary.

On the other side of this Democratic civil war, the mainline liberals all got behind Hillary Clinton because she was the DNC Candidate. Whom else would they vote for?

Ocasio-Cortez is rubbing salt into the bitter wounds, as they blame left-wing activists like Susan Sarandon for helping Trump win in crucial swing states.

The right didn't force her into a photo op. Ocasio needs to know this history-- there is righteous anger among those who listened to #susansarandon malicious propaganda against HRC. If Ocasio wants to UNITE, she can do it with DEMOCRATS, not propagandists. Her choice.

Where was the outrage over Bill Clinton's repeated abuses of women? Where was the outrage over Crooked Hillary's double-talk and double-dealings against the best interests of the country?

Oh, and it gets better. Let's thrown in a little pinch of Russian collusion, and blame Sarandon for being part of it!

100% right. I wonder if she knows that the Stein/Sarandon crowd is being egged on and manipulated by Russian online operatives and other far-right groups who want to split the Democrats? Repeat of 2016.

This is incredible.

Now, who is the Republican running in the 14th Congressional District in New York State? Anthony Pappas, and to say that he faces an uphill battle is an understatement.

The district is currently listed as D +29. and incumbent Joe Crowley won the district by a staggering 80%.

Still, is the Democratic Socialist so impalatable, that a Republican could compete? Pappas is a professor of economics at St. John's University. That should be interesting: two economists fighting for a Congressional seat in one of the most Democratic districts in the New York City area.

Will there be a real clash of ideas, or will Ocasio ignore the calls for a debate from her Republican challenger?
