My name is Arthur Schaper, the California Director for MassResistance, a pro-family activism group with national and international chapters. We are composed of activists of all ages and backgrounds fighting against the abuses and lies of the Homosexual-Transgender (LGBT) movement.
Our activism focuses on making a clear difference and speaking truth to power, specifically the overwhelming power of the LGBT Movement in the state of California.
It is an accomplished fact based on decades of evidence and research that homosexual behaviors and transgenderism are not normal albeit eccentric behaviors, but destructive and immoral practices which harm children, destroy families, and undermine a sound and cohesive culture.
I wish to COMMEND Vice Mayor Hickman for speaking out against the "Gay Pride" movement and advocating for life and family based on natural marriage, and a mother and father for every child.

Some may have found his comments impolitic or politically incorrect, but no one gives up their First Amendment rights simply because they hold elected office. Frankly, a little less political correctness and a lot more moral and spiritual correctness is needed for the state of California.
Furthermore, we need more elected officials like Vice Mayor Hickman to speak up for the truth about natural marriage and family and to finally expose the political and moral abuses which have arisen because of the aggressive homosexual-transgender lobby, especially in the state of California.
It is unfortunate that disparate (or rather "desperate) partisans flooded the Dixon City Council chambers to shame Vice Mayor Hickman.
He is entitled to his right to freedom of speech, and he should rest assured knowing that there are many Californians who share his views about the primary value of natural marriage and family in stark opposition to the destructive, vicious nature of the LGBT Hate Machine and its overbearing political power.
