Election 2018: Is There Any Hope for Change in California?

One contact who has his ears to the ground better than anyone else I know had told me that Republicans should prepare to lose seats in the state assembly, although we won't have to worry about Congressional seats slipping out of our hands.

I am not sure what to think. The upswing of Republicans holding onto seats which they had been holding in different House seats was going our way in one special election after another. Then came Virginia and New Jersey, and the outcomes were not what I was expecting. The Alabama loss was somewhat disconcerting, too.

Then again, Doug Jones I believe will turn out to be a massive thorn in the side of the Democratic caucus in the US Senate.

But what about California for Election 2018?

We have a number of constitutional offices which are open seats, including the Governor's race. Will Republicans even have a chance of competing? I believe that there is a chance for us to have a Republican compete for state treasurer: John Chiang is running for governor, which means an open seat. Jack Guerrero of Cudahy is the only Republican I know of who is seeking that statewide office. Fiona Ma is the one Democrat competing for the seat, since Mike Gatto has suddenly dropped out (likely because of the #MeToo controversies).

But what about Governor? Travis Allen is the charged-up, conservative activist choice, but he has no money. One sources informed me that he was trying to raise $80,000, and he has only taken in about one-third that amount. The deadline is tonight. John Cox has lots of money, but some of these rich Republicans don't get it. Lots of money won't buy lots of love. It's just that simple.

John Cox needs to go, along with Stasyi Barth, Laura Smith, and other Republicans who are running only because they want to. The purity tests are not a winning gamble. I want Travis Allen for Governor. He has a record of accomplishment, and a dedicated interest in fighting for Californians. He does stuff!

Not sure what to think at this point, though. We have this terrible Top-Two program, which may force Democrats to spend huge amounts of money against each other, but the same animus of them against each other has not assured that competitive Republicans can win state senate or state assembly seats.

Then there came the #MeToo scandals.

Democrats are resigning right and left in the state assembly. We are all waiting for Tony Mendoza in the state senate to take off, too. The Democrats no longer have a supermajority, but it would he nice if these Democrats were losing seats because Republicans were winning them.

We are not there yet. Is it possible for Republicans to hold onto the seats they have and win a few more? Not sure what to think ... If Trump voters feel motivated enough in this state, anything can happen. But Democrats across the country are furious. They want to stop Trump at all costs, and they will do everything they can to smear Republicans in California with the Trump card. Al Muratsuchi did it to David Hadley, and Hadley made the decision to reject Trump and Hillary Clinton. The more that I think about it, the more I believe that that was indeed a mistake. It certainly killed Hadley's short-lived and abortive bid for Governor earlier this year.

Republicans need to get a backbone, pay tacit praise to Trump, but hit hard on the Trump issues:

1. public safety
2. illegal immigration
3. manufacturing jobs and growth

What about the other constitutional offices? I don't have high hopes for the US Senate race. Dianne Feinstein is running again, and she will be the top vote-getter, likely to have Kevin De Leon trailing right behind her. What a disaster for the state of California,to have to choose between two liberal loonies. I am supporting Jazmina Saavedra right now, though, because she is an outspoken Trump supporter and goes to events throughout Los Angeles County. Does she have a chance? Does she even have money?

I am so disgusted with the state party choosing to stand with the Top Two debacle. I can only hope that Tom Palzer's initiative will give us a chance to undo the damage of that terrible initiative. I hate to admit it, but even I had voted for it! At the last CAGOP Convention, I voted for a resolution to condemn the Top Two and demand its repeal. What a disaster.

The losers have all the money, and they would rather keep losing on their terms. Sad. Democrats are stealing from working Californians, and it doesn't look as though any of the candidates want to get anyone angry enough to do something about it. More pro-economic freedom, pro-liberty voters are fleeing the state, and instead more third-world peasant-like immigrants and illegal aliens are overwhelming our state. What can stop this?

It's time for conservative activists to play hardball, and it's time to ensure that all the tag-along Republican candidates for statewide office give up their aspirations and line up behind one Republican. If we can do that, then there is hope.

Fame Isn't Worth Much

One of the things I've discovered about the whole Donald Trump, conservative activist movement is that there have been some fake people. There have been infiltrators, and there have been selfish people who are just looking to make a name for themselves. Their biggest interest is to make money. Ther are also people who are looking for a lot of Fame. They think that whatever they lack in terms of self-esteem, all of it will be made up when they see their name in lights, or when people come up to them on the street and thank them for doing something.

My first experience on television, I was a guest on the Hot Seat with Wally George. This was in 2003, about five months before he died. I wasn't necessarily a guest who was trolled and shamed by Wally George, the way he would go after the guests on his show. He was combat TV all La Jerry Springer before it was popular. I went on the show because I was a writer for the local conservative paper—the one and only, in fact—at UC Irvine. Here's his obituary from 2003.

Fame has little to know bearing on one's afterlife, does it?

Wally George had written books, he had sold record albums, he had starred and co-starred on TV shows. He also had been through 3 divorces, he had an older daughter from whom he was estranged, and he had a young daughter as well from his third marriage. In his autobiography, he got in a car accident. His ribs were broken, but he survived because he was not wearing his safety belt. He got home safely enough, but for all the fame that he enjoyed, he lamented how he couldn't even pay the bills. In fact, he declared bankruptcy about ten years before his death.

It was right then that I learned how hollow fame really could be. I had interviewed him for the article I had written about him, and it was pretty sad what a washed-up has-been he had become. People might know your name, they might know your fame, and they might be grateful for things that you said or done, but the at the end of it all it really doesn't have any value. What you do, and what you're able to build on makes all the difference. A doctor who heals lives deserves more fame, yet his relative obscurity in the public eye ensures that he can provide excellent care in peace.

I was thinking about this issue when it comes to fame watching a rerun of The Late Show with Johnny Carson. The guest was Richard Pryor. Looking over this man's personal life just makes you weep. It's no surprise that many of his comedic colleagues pointed out that he found that fine line between comedy and tragedy. Richard Pryor was able to make others laugh, but I doubt he ever had a joyful moment in his own life. This man suffer from multiple injuries, from his parents when he was a child, and from himself when he was older. He was saddled with multiple sclerosis, and ultimately died.

What's the point of fame if you don't have peace? What's the point of fame if you feel that you are all alone in the world? Michael Jackson was the most famous musical Entertainer in the world. He won more Grammys than he can hold in his two arms. Yet even he would lament that he was the loneliest person in the world. And then of course there were the repeated charges of pedophilia, child abuse, and other crimes from which he barely got away with (?), and only because he died of cardiac arrest.

Now I think of Donald Trump. This man had a lot of fame, but he has become unjustly Infamous because of a corrupt press. What makes Donald Trump stand out today? His service to the country, what he offers to this country. He has come through on many promises, capturing the frustration and anger which many voters have expressed and exuded election after election. What makes Donald Trump special is not just that he's famous, but that the fame he created, he induced by manipulating a corrupt media to ensure that all of us would enjoy an America made great again.

Fame is kind of meaningless, really. It’s not an end in itself, but rather the after-effect of something you have done or said. It would be good for people like President Trump and want to make a difference to remember that. It’s not about who you are, but about what you choose. I am glad to have learned this lesson. Fame is not really important, and its benefits are negligible if not intangible and transient to begin with.

Why I Don't Like Mark Gungor (And Other Male-Bashing Comics)

Mark Gungor is a "pastor", I think?

Or is he a marriage counselor, or is he a comedian?

I can't say that I find him very funny.

His schtick to make fun of men is not very affirming.

It really bothers me.

I have found that a lot of these male-female counselors spend a great deal of time making fun of ... men.

Do they really think that mocking men is going to help men to be ... men?

Most of the audience in these "sessions" are women, I believe. The men get dragged along.

This male-bashing phenomenon needs to be taken seriously. It's why marriage as an institution is in growing, flowing decline.

Paul Joseph Watson put together an information video on this topic:

Women have been taught through third-wave radical feminism to hate men, to see men as arrogant, dangerous competitors. There are some radical feminists who teach, because they have been taught, to see men as all automatically potential predators.

Would someone please tell me why this kind of hateful, heartless drivel is permitted to be taught on college campuses?

I have seen the damage done by arrogant abusive women, and men who feel that they have neither right nor authority to put a stop to it.

All of that has to change!

Let me round this out with going back to Mark Gungor.

This comic is not funny. He is annoying, more interested in trying to be funny than imparting wisdom and Biblical truth. In general, I just get tired of the male-bashing. When does this nonsense end?

Let me end this post with a small story.

I was outside of an event that I was preparing to attend with a large team of friends. One lady had joined us with her husband. She then began degrading and denouncing him in front of me and her other friend, while her husband was seated only five feet away from us!

"He's a coward. He's a coward", this woman would remark without a pause. I finally got so fed up with it, I snapped at her: "That's enough!" Then I added: "Do you really think that he is going to get any better or develop any further courage by shaming him?"

She sat their dumbfounded, and she realize the point I was making: "You're right. I'm sorry."

I added one more thing to exhort her so that the discussion did not end on a low note: "You have to realize that your husband needs your respect. Your are like his Number One cheerleader, and he wants you to do that. It is so important for you to support him!"

That was an inspiring moment for me and that couple. All of us attained a greater level of peace that day. That's the kind of talking, the kind of preaching and teaching about the truth of God's gift of gender, sexuality, marriage, and family.

Political Courage at Its Finest: Ann Coulter Disposes of Jorge Ramos on Immigration

                      


This "debate" was refreshing and riveting.

Coulter had the courage to say some of the most politically correct yet morally necessary remarks about illegal--and legal--immigration.

She had the courage to take down Telemundo (or Univision, or whatever) anchor Jorge Ramon on one point after another, and call him out for lying and distorting information without batting an eyelash.

The guests in the audience wanted to lecturer her and question her integrity and morals rather than ask her questions about her views and what she had written in her book Adios, America.

I was stunned by the some of the research and conclusions which she had reached, including the fact that Ronald Reagan had achieved an electoral tidal wave victory in 1984 without pandering to identity politics.

I can add that other Republican US Senators did remarkably well that year, gathering an unprecedented turnout with key voting blocs, despite the best efforts of the media to smear the President and the Republican ticket across the country. Jesse Helms of North Carolina, for example, got a higher turnout of the black vote than expected in 1984.

She also slammed the diversity talk, when a good chunk of the immigration, legal or illegal, is coming from Mexico. How about that? She even played the race card back onto Jorge Ramos. Doesn't he understand that his commitment to the status quo on immigration in this country disenfranchises at least two billion people who live in $2 a day. Many of them would love to come to the United States, but this country cannot take in the entire world. A nation is not supposed to serve as an international charity.

Back to the identity politics of the Democratic Party ... All the identity politics games have never helped this country. President Trump pushed aside all that garbage and talked about "Making America Great Again." The promises of a great country where everyone can win is a promise open to everyone. Barack Obama divided the country over race. President Trump has united the country more than ever. He has fulfilled promises going after the Deep State, drained the swamp, cut through all the regulatory burdens, and he has been taking down the corrupt media like no one else.

Mexico does not send their best ...

Coulter also acknowledges that no candidate would ever attain her level of immigration enforcement policy, perhaps because the political capital is not available right now. In other cases, the solution is through the Supreme Court or a constitutional amendment process, like ensuring that public schools only teach American kids. How about making sure that the 14th Amendment only applies to the descendants of black slaves, not illegal aliens' anchor babies?

These are all winning policy goals, and it would be great to see the United States Congress take real steps toward making these wins possible. Still, outspoken critics of illegal immigration and job-crushing, dangerous levels of legal immigration need to be confronted at every turn, and Coulter masterfully serves up wise answers with back-up research to combat the myths, lies, and distortions which have been plaguing this debate.

President Trump: No DACA and Build the Wall, or No Deal at All!

President Trump’s signature phrase as a Reality TV host was “You’re Fired.” This weekend, he sounded more like Howie Mandel with “Deal or No Deal?”, after he tweeted about a DACA fix--Democrats they must support the wall. I say “No deal at all” if it includes amnesty for the wall.

President Trump has fulfilled one promise after another. He has deregulated the economy. He has opened import-export markets to make America richer while forcing international competitors to respect us and play by the rules of the free market. Bad trade deals like NAFTA are facing bitter pressure to be reformed to work for the American worker. Is President Trump determined to break his promise on amnesty, or is he trolling the already pressed Democrats?

There cannot be another amnesty in this country, I don’t care how many sob stories the Nightmare Kids have rained down on Congressional offices, through the phone, or how hard they have campaigned throughout the year. The DACA recipients should never have happened. I have railed against the program from Day One. This brazen, political ploy shored up Obama’s re-election bid, and contorted Romney to make nice to Hispanic voters, yet at the same time pledged “Self-Deport” as the final immigration policy.

In mid-September, I visited 50 Congressional offices and 20 US Senators’ offices. I shared with them one horror story after another. Illegal aliens and their enabling hordes are overrunning California, and their fight to turn California into a race-bard third-world hell-hole won’t stop there.  Amnesty panderers and open border bigots call Americans “wetbacks.” Little children have been taught to hate “white people.”

A hostile, cultural takeover is infiltrating California, from school system to bureaucracy, and is now infecting Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Even in Oregon, where I was celebrating Christmas with family, residents are frustrated about illegal immigration. Just like in California, Governor Kate Brown defied the President, the will of the people, and the Constitution of the United States by declaring Oregon a sanctuary state. This is untenable, folks, and we are approaching strife not seen since the Civil War in this country. In New York and California, Democratic governors have further defied the rule of law, granting pardons to illegals because of their unlawful status in the country. These acts of executive order virtue signaling will not succeed, since ICE is still scooping up illegals and deporting them. Any kind of amnesty hand out from Washington, however, will only embolden blue state governor’s adult-child social justice warrior micromanaging.

Every state has become a border state. The slow erosion of the nation’s sovereignty is killing us all, literally. Every time there is talk in Washington D.C. about granting legal status to illegal aliens, more illegals crowd our borders. More rapists, murderers, drug dealers crowd the border and surround our cities and towns. How many more friends, relatives, and fellow Americans will have to die?

No, Mr. President, a DACA “fix” will not be a fix, Mr. President. It will only affix the Democratic Party’s communistic agenda as a constant in this country. At least 50% of DACA recipients obtained permits through fraudulent means. There are at least 11 to 16 million illegals more in the country. There is nothing to prevent illegal aliens, once they achieve legal status, from bringing in five to ten more of their relatives each, many of whom are neither informed nor committed to the identity, vitality, or integrity of the United States.

The Republicans hold majorities in Congress and the Presidency. Why would they cave and give away their capital to renege on this precious promise of “no amnesty”? Sure, angry illegal alien mobs have overwhelmed Congressional offices and cafeterias; public streets and events. These atrocious behaviors prove they are losing this political fight. Nancy Pelosi promised a clean DREAM Act. Didn’t happen. Amnesty activist groups signaled to their followers that Congress voted to continue deporting “DREAMers”.

 Nonsense.  Congressional majorities voted to continue funding the government for We the People of the United States. That last part still bothers amnesty advocates. This is the United States, and the Constitution ensures protection for citizens, not illegal aliens. Republicans need to champion their populist-conservative, pro-American worker agenda, which includes disenfranchised blacks and Hispanics in California, Texas, and Arizona.

Did you know, Mr. President, that there are at least 20 Democrats who are worried about their re-election bids next year, not just the House Reps whose districts you won in 2016? The NRCC is targeting two seats in Oregon, for example, including my father’s House Rep. Peter De Fazio. This liberal Democrat is so spooked about the populist turn overtaking the country, he broke with his party and voted for Kate’s Law! Another Democrat on the south side of Chicago, Dan Lipinski, is facing a primary challenge from the left because he is *gasp* pro-life, pro-liberty, and opposes amnesty. Add to this strange cohort of anti-open border Democrats Zoe Lofgren of California, who has voted for more enforcement and against cheap labor VISA expansions. One of the most hateful, controversial Democrats in Congress, Sheila Jackson Lee, opposes guest worker programs!

Congressional Democrats are not unified on amnesty for the Nightmare Kids. US Senator Tom Cotton brilliantly surmised that DACA, DREAM Act, open border advocacy is not popular at all, or Democrats in both chambers of would have forced a government shut-down. This is further evidence that deep down, Democrats do not want to vote for amnesty, since Obama never preferred immigration reform when he controlled bother chambers of Congress in 2010. Before that, when Democrats had controlled Congress during the last wo years of George W. Bush’s term, more Democrats voted against an immigration reform package than Republicans!

Some pundits predict that a DACA deal will fail. Let’s hope so, and let’s hope that Trump is merely playing the Democrats—again. On immigration, Trump has the cards, and Republicans would be wrong to throw their hand away to make any kind of deal beyond what they promised to do.

Some Concerns Following Virginia and New Jersey Results

Those two losses were stunning and sad, especially Virginia, where it looked as though Ed Gillespie really had a shot. He was finally stressing the cultural issues that would resonated with the Republican base, the pro-Trump voters.

Guadagno had a winning issue,  I thought, on stopping New Jersey from turning into a sanctuary state. Sadly, the pro-illegal and pro-Democratic currents in the state were just too strong to overcome. Governor Christie called it when he said that voters were getting tired of hearing "No" from Trenton. They would elected Democratic leadersr to give them more money, and thus they could expect the property taxes to go up.

There are too many people taking and not enough people making in New Jersey.

Virginia, on the other hand, was a more stunning upset. A bad mix of factors pushed Democrats into high gear while Republicans were just not as motivated. Whether we like it or not, stronger organization and angrier voters will all but determine whether a candidate wins or loses. Democrats are unified in their hatred of Trump.

But Trump is not a bad President. The hatred of the Democrats is deranged and unfounded--no one should challenge it. But the anger is still there. Republicans need to get angry with Democrats and hate the idea of them regaining or gaining power of any kind. Trump has accomplished a lot, but he can't get more done with Democrats' styming Congressional action on key issues.

Republicans have been enemies in the face of Trump, too.

But going back to New Jersey and Virginia ... it really saddens me that strong stances against illegal immigration, including sanctuary cities, did not put the Republicans over the top, even in New Jersey (even though that fight was a long-shot). Do voters in these states understand that sanctuary cities bring crime, mayhem, and general societal disorder?

What were they thinking? I guess I have to retreat back to a basic tenet of politics. Men and women voting are often not thinking beyond their partisan affiliation. The media still has unprecedented power and scope over informing voters. Trump's mastery of the media was legendary, though, and helped him compensate for the crappy lies and smears that they printed.

Republicans need to get back to work, it's as simple as that. They need to shape the culture, not just win one presidential election. The fight against the main pillars of our culture is ongoing, and we cannot expect the #MeToo controversies to clear out everything. We need to see Americans working again, happy again, profiting in a country where their needs and concerns are respected.

We need to get voters to vote. It's just that simple.

Republicans, you need to get angry even in the midst of so much winning, so much prosperity. A sense of fear, of alarm needs to wake up inside of the electorate, that everything we have been fighting for is at risk if we don't continue fighting like mad for this great country.

The Aftermath of Special Election Alabama 2017

Judge Roy Moore was a firey candidate. He courted controversy without any trouble, and refused to allow it slow him down.

He lost the special election in deep Red Alabama. The media smears against him were strong, and yet many Republicans claimed that he was innocent of the salacious charges.

Yet other studies suggested that Moore did not have much of a ground game.

He did indeed spend much of his time attacking the GOP Establishment, when he needed to focus all his guns going after the progressive leftist Democrat angling to take over the seat.

Another revelation which is not hte most welcome.

Politics is a humanistic bloodsport. There is no calling down divine intervention to ensure a qualified or welcome outcome. God respects the individual choice of voters, as much as He honors the will of men to trust in His Son or reject Him.

Final Results on Election Day, Alabama Special Election

It is a true shame that a good man with a strong record was swept under because of false accounts and a massive lack of support from Republican colleagues in Washington DC. The controversies around him were indeed too great to simply ignore.

Some critics contend that Moore did not do enough to debunk the lies of the Washington Post. He certainly relied extensively on accounts from Breitbart and other networks, but at the end of it all, the Democrats went all in to win that seat, and they are an enraged, engaged base at this time.

I do hope that Moore files a lawsuit against the Washington Post for the underhanded reporting against him. I also hope that he goes after Yearbook-Fraud Beverly Nelson and Gloria Allred.

Republicans need to understand that politics is an amoral process. They have to win elections, and they have to face the torrential consequences and opposition which will well up at them. The corporate media giants are not gone yet. They can still unduly sway the minds of voters, and they can muddy the truth about people without hesitation.

Aaron Park wrote some damning criticisms of Moore, too, that he was not ready for prime time, and that he was not the strongest statewide candidate as previously believed. It just goes to show that no matter who strong one's prowess in past elections, no one can run for office on past victories alone. Just because Breitbart likes you and Steve Bannon has endorsed you does not mean that you are going to win.

There has been some good out of this loss. It has woken up the Republican grassroots and party brass to work for more wins, not just bask in the glow of Donald Trump. They got busy getting tax reform passed, since the GOP Senate Majority will lose a seat next year. Ideological purity and anti-establishment credentials are not enough to win.

Let's hope that more solid conservative candidates keep this in mind in Election 2018.

Election 2018: Battleground Minnesota

It's official.

One of the key battleground states in Election 2018 for Republicans will be The Land of 10,000 Lakes, Minnesota.

At least three house seats are competitive. President Trump won the districts, even though Clinton carried the state (by just a few thousands votes). One district is likely to flip red next year, since Congressman Tom Waltz is giving up the seat to run for Governor.

Speaking of which ... the Governor's seat is open, and both US Senate seats will be on the ballot in November because Al Franken is resigning.

Can the GOP investment in 2018 put this state into the GOP column in 2020 for President Trump?

Time will tell.

What is it about Minnesota that this state is now on the horizon for the President and for the Republican Party?

1. Public safety. The influx of migrants and refugees, Islamic in background, has brought more danger and upset to this regrion

2. Manufacturing. Jobs are coming back to Minnesota, and Trump has touted helping working people in the state to get back to work and thrive.

3. The state has remained the one state that has evade Republican resurgence the most. Reagan did not win Minnesota. The last time Minnesota went Republican, it happened during Nixon's re-election bid in 1972.

4. Republicans gained control of the state senate in 2016. Incredible but true. Normally, Democrats will sweep or at least do better for legislative seats in a presidential year. Republicans have real momentum in this state, especially now that their partisan leadership have gone on the offensive against lawmakers like Al Franken-groper and others.

Expect lots of time and money going into elections up and down the state next year (which is only two days away!)

Racism in Pomona: Standing up to Brown Supremacists

December 18, 2017, the city of Pomona engaged in the same hollow virtue-signaling over illegal immigration. Even though the state of California just passed SB 54, the sanctuary state bill, illegal alien groups and their enabling activist hordes are still demanding more from local governments.

They want ordinances, which will "assure" illegal alien groups in the cities that they have nothing to worry about. We warned these amnesty groups that SB 54 would stop ICE from arresting and deporting illegal aliens. They would be forced to go right into the neighborhoods, to the schools, and at all the workplaces to round up the illegals.

Pomona is engaging in more hollow talking points, but these measures will not prevent We the People Rising and other pro-enforcement coalitions from showing up and making the point about law enforcement. The United States is a great country because we are a nation of laws, not of men. This is a great country because the rights of men and women do not depend on their skin color, and the opportunity to survive and thrive exists for all who are willing to work, regardless of the challenges they face in front of them.

One of the loudest, most obnoxious Brown Supremacists at the meeting shouted about "What country are you from?" as a way to bait or shame Trump supporters and advocates in general who support the rule of law.

There is no nice way to put: these angry bigots make fools of themselves every time.

She hardly made sense, when she shouted at me "I came from my mother's womb, just like you!"

What does that have to do with national sovereignty? What does any of that have to do with the rule of law or the security and sanctity or our nation's borders and culture?

Then there was this SEIU supporter seated behind me:

This lady asked me: "Where do your ancestors come from?

I told her about the diverse ethnic lineage of my family. Then she retorted: "I'n surprised that you are so anti-immigrant."

That smear, that canard is a classic retort from these open border leftists. "We are all immigrants", they claim, since we have ancestors from other countries or continents who settled in the Americas. The joke quickly turned on her, though, when I pointed to Jesse Suave next to me, an immigrant from Mexico who opposes illegal immigration, amnesty, sanctuary cities, and the general lawlessness advocated for by La Raza, SEIU, and other left-wing activist groups.

She was pretty quiet at that point, and I called her a "bigot". A young man behind me tried to comfort her, advising her not to interact with me. We all know that guy, another "undocumented" activist who stood with an angry lady who shouted "Make America Brown Again." I asked that young man three times to explain to me how he could justify such resolute bigotry and race-baiting. He could not answer me.

The lies, the distortions of this country's history, including its founding, are beyond calculation. The anti-American, racist brainwashing which young and old have endured must be countered.

Trump-mentum on Israel

The anti-Semites and the anti-Zionists have found more means to come out and put out their views. Freedom of Speech does not scare me, however, and different social media platforms permit them to share their noxious views under the protection of anonymity.

Yet in spite of the rabid Jew-hatred, whether from Islamic hordes flexing their political muscle through mass migration and cultural jihad, or from alt-right (in truth, another left-wing) activists intent on restoring a "white culture", the state of Israel and Jewish communities are witnessing manifold blessings.

Israel is the breadbasket for Europe, and covertly the country provides water, food, and technological prowess to countries all over the world. President Trump has played another winning trump card by recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. At first, I was upset, because it seemed to me that Trump was dragging his feet on reassigning the United States embassy to Jerusalem. However, as long as ISIS remained a lethal, potent force in the Middle East, that maneuver would have been unwise, upsetting the already tenuous peace in the region.

Now that Trump has officially recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, the hateful Arab dictatorships are up in arms about the move. Why does that one country not have a right for other nation-states to recognize its capital as ... its capital?

The United Nations then proved what a hateful, corrupt regime it turned out to be. The vast majority of member states condemned the United States' decision. In response, Nikki Haley and the President cut $200 million from the UN budget. What a winning action, but not nearly enough.

How about cutting all the money and expelling the entire UN delegation and apparatus off American shores?

Trump's decision has roiled the same usual suspects of Palestinian terrorists, activists, and left-wing academics. Guess what? Who cares! And now, Israel is planning a train station in Jerusalem which will be named after President Trump!

What an incredible victory for the President, for Israel, and for the country. I am so happy that we have a solid supporter of the Jewish State in the White House. Benjamin Netanyahu is a strong, stable ally of our country and for the entire world. Even while the UN Security Council claimed that Israel had no right to expand settlements into East Jerusalem and the West Bank
