Jeff Denham represents Stanislaus County in Northern California. He is generally conservative on a number of issues.
BUT for one ..
He is pro-amnesty, and he has routinely kicked his base in the teeth every year that he has been elected to Congress. We don't need bipartisanship when it comes to security of our country.
Amnesty is a no-go, and recent polling indicates that 60% of his constituents do not support DACA, amnesty, or any kind of open borders proposal.
Denham is listening to Big Ag, not his constituents.
There is no excuse for this perverse nonsense.
None.
Don't Let Jeff Denham get away with putting illegal aliens ahead of American Citizens.
This is California right now:

Senator Feinstein Responds to My Letter Opposing DACA, Amnesty
Senator Dianne Feinstein's office has been responding to my emails to her office.
Incredible. Perhaps she realizes that since she needs voters this year, as she faces a formidable opponent in State Senator Kevin De Leon, she needs to start paying attention to her constituents.
I can't say that I am thrilled with these tepid, pro-forma responses, but at least it's something. It does go to show, however, that we the people of the state of California can and should reach out to and make clear our needs, concerns, and even demands to our representatives, whether they are Republican or Democrat. None of us should settle for the lawless disregard of our US Senators.
Notice that she recognizes my opposition to DACA!

Sincerely yours,
Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator

Dear Mr. Schaper:
Thank you for writing to share your support for the rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. I appreciate you sharing your views on this important issue, and I welcome the opportunity to respond.
I understand that you oppose the DACA program. I also recognize that you believe Congress has the responsibility to fix the problems with our nation’s broken immigration system, including addressing the situation of Dreamers, young people who came to our country at a very young age and are at risk of deportation given their undocumented status.
As you may know, in 2012, the Department of Homeland Security established the DACA program, which allowed certain undocumented individuals that came to the U.S. as youth to remain in the country and receive work permits for periods of two years. DACA did not provide a pathway to citizenship. Rather, it temporarily prevented federal immigration authorities from deporting DACA recipients.
On September 5, 2017, the Trump Administration announced that it would terminate the DACA program. I believe that the decision to end the DACA program without first ensuring that these young people have legal protection is why Congress must act.
Dreamers are fiercely patriotic. They were educated here. They work here. They pay taxes, and they’ve become integrated into American society. They’ve known no other home but this one. Protecting these young people is particularly important for me, representing California. California is home to more DACA recipients than any other state – more than 223,000. They live, work, and study in California. They are making important contributions to our state and our country. For this reason, I have long supported legislation that would give Dreamers the opportunity to apply for legal permanent residence if they attend college or serve in our military, pass security checks, and meet other criteria.
While we may have to agree to disagree on this issue, please know that as Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I will continue to work toward sensible solutions to address our nation’s broken immigration system.
Once again, thank you for writing. Should you have any other questions or comments, please call my Washington, D.C., office at (202) 224-3841 or visit my website at feinstein.senate.gov. You can also follow me online at YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, and you can sign up for my email newsletter at feinstein.senate.gov/newsletter.
Best regards.

Illegal Aliens "Marching Home" Get Arrested--Now They Need to Be Deported
These young illegals are arrogant beyond belief.
Do they really believe that they are helping their cause by screaming and yelling in the streets and in Congressional offices?
They took over Nancy Pelosi's press conference in San Francisco six months ago.
Now they want to march for miles and miles, demanding that the federal government kowtow to foreign nationals in our country?
I don't think so!
They just got arrested (nothing peaceful about these protesters!)
They need to be deported!

5 YOUNG UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS AND 1 ALLY ARRESTED IN PEACEFUL PROTEST AT THE U.S. CAPITOL, CONCLUDING 250-MILE MARCH FOR A CLEAN DREAM ACT
Immigrants and allies marched from the National Mall to the crossroad between the Supreme Court and the Capitol to demand permanent protection for undocumented youth
WASHINGTON, DC - Six activists, including five undocumented youth, were arrested Thursday afternoon in a peaceful protest outside the U.S. Capitol and the Supreme Court demanding a Clean Dream Act. The protestors were all participants in the 250-mile Walk to Stay Home from New York City to Washington, D.C. to demand permanent protection for undocumented youth. The 15-day march, which crossed six states and inspired solidarity rallies in across the East Coast, concluded with today’s demonstration.
The Walk to Stay Home marks six months since the Trump administration’s decision to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in September, putting hundreds of thousands of undocumented youth at risk of losing their work permits and protection from deportation. Despite repeated public commitments to protect Dreamers, Congress has failed to pass any legislation granting protection to undocumented youth.
“I walked 250 miles to the Capitol and passed through many communities that opened their homes to us. And yet now that we are here, Congress has closed their door,” said Aldo Solano, a DACA recipient from Oregon and one of the arrested protesters. “The undocumented community cannot wait for Congress to catch up to our lives!”
“Trump’s March 5 deadline for a DACA solution is days away and all Congress has given us is broken promises. I’m tired of being seen as a political bargaining chip,” said Maria Duarte, a DACA recipient who completed the 250-mile march and was arrested in Thursday’s demonstration. “By participating in this walk, I’m showing Congress and the entire country that I’m taking my fate into my own hands. I know my community deserves the right to stay home. I will keep on fighting for permanent protection--not just for DACA recipients like me but for my parents, those who walked along side me, and all undocumented immigrants.”

Boo Hoo: Older Illegals Resentful Because "DREAMers" Get All the Attention
My latest article on Townhall.com details how different factions within the pro-illegal, pro-amnesty movement are falling apart.
Here's the article which describes the resentment among older illegal aliens against the "DREAMers", when in reality they are Nightmares to the very end.
Of course, the real reason why politicians and the press focus on the young illegals is that they induce pity and shame against the American public as well as the political class. "We have to give them amnesty! They know no other country but this one!"
Blah, blah, blah. We owe illegal aliens nothing in this country. It is not our fault that their parents broke the law and brought them into the United States.
Here's the article which describes the resentment among older illegal aliens against the "DREAMers", when in reality they are Nightmares to the very end.
Ever since Sam Paredes crossed into the U.S. illegally from Mexico
nearly 30 years ago, he followed a simple philosophy of keeping his head down
and trying to stay out of trouble.
Too late. He has been in trouble every year that he resided in the United States illegally. Notice how corrupt the left-wing press has become. They can't make any differentiation between truth and error anymore.

The 39-year-old put in long hours for little pay as an office manager
at a clothing wholesaler. He paid his taxes and hoped that after many years of
waiting, there would come an immigration reform that would grant him a pathway
to becoming an American citizen.
He was an illegal alien, which means that his employer got away with paying him a lower wage to begin with. As an illegal, there was no way that he could get back at his employers for short-changing him.
More importantly, though, this illegal alien took a job from an American citizen. That is wrong.

More importantly, though, this illegal alien took a job from an American citizen. That is wrong.
But one glimmer of hope afforded many young immigrants escaped him:
Because the New York resident came too long ago, he did not qualify for
immigration relief under the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
program, better known as DACA.
Shame on the press for putting interest and investment into the plight and hardships of illegal aliens. They should be ashamed of themselves. What about American workers? How many Americans have been lost, displaced, or killed because of illegals in our country?
Shame on the press for putting interest and investment into the plight and hardships of illegal aliens. They should be ashamed of themselves. What about American workers? How many Americans have been lost, displaced, or killed because of illegals in our country?
Now he watches as the White House and Congress continue to grapple and
negotiate and argue — but at least talk about — the future of the so-called
Dreamers.
"I'm very bitter. These DACA kids definitely have this sense of
entitlement," Paredes said. "People fought for them and they got DACA
and they got their work permit and then they went to sleep, instead of working
to fight for the rest of us."
Oh, poor baby! You're bitter? Guess what? Who cares! You have your own self to blame for making your plight go from bad to worse. I have no compassion for this guy. He should not be in this country illegally, and it makes no difference to me how he got here. After 30 years, one would think that he would have taken advantage of the Reagan proposal or otherwise. What is it with these illegals? They have an unbelievable sense of entitlement--and now they are faulting the other groups of illegals over their own sense of entitlement!
What planet do these illegal aliens live in?!

Why is there so much emphasis on the DREAMers?
There are many reasons Dreamers have moved to the center of the debate
about illegal immigration. Many say they are here illegally through no fault of
their own, brought as children by their parents. Many Dreamers have gone on to
college and public service, making them ideal poster children in the debate.
But the focus on Dreamers has caused tension between those in the
community who can qualify for DACA and those who cannot.
Womp, womp, womp!
Womp, womp, womp!
And the fight among the different groups of illegal aliens is getting fierce!
"For months now, everyone has been freaking out. As things have
been getting ugly and desperate, the divide between DACA recipients has become
more prevalent," Estrada said.
One group wants clean legislation that will provide a pathway to
legalize DACA recipients but with no strings attached, such as doing away with
the visa lottery. The second group is willing to take whatever they can get as
long as they get some sort of immigration relief, Estrada said.
This divide has gotten wider by the minute, and there is nothing that they can do about it. President Trump and Republican Majorities in Congress hold all the cards right now. The Democrats in the US Senate are stick with tilting toward the right because they are worried about re-election, or tilting to the far left because they want to run for President and/or appease the ravaging left-wing base.

Now the illegals and their enablers are going crazy!
"I truly believe that desperation has led some of us to the
degree, I'm hoping, of temporary insanity. They see no other option They see no
other door," she said. "It's very disheartening and sad. We're
supposed to be a united community and we obviously are not."
NOPE!
NOPE!
Final Reflection
Who gives a rat's butt how these illegal aliens feel? I don't care about their sense of resentment, frustration, or entitlement. They should have never entered the country in the first place. This is how desperate the illegal alien, pro-amnesty movement has become. They are more invested in putting their own feelings ahead of right and wrong.
I still can't understand how it is possible for someone to have entered this country at nine years old some 30 years ago and still not have any kind of legal status. President Reagan signed off on the Simpson-Mizzoll compromise in 1987. Surely, the man featured in this article who is not DACA eligible would have qualified under that program, right?
And yet ... he didn't. Chief of Staff John Kelly never claimed that non-DACA illegals are lazy, but it sure looks as though many of these illegals refused to take advantage of the pathways to citizenship already embedded in our federal statutes.
Oh, and check out where one of the old illegal's allegiances truly lie:
His shirt says "ICE out of LA!"
How much more obvious can these anti-American bigots make it? They are politicized radicals with neither respect nor honor nor love for this country. They don't see themselves as needing to assimilate to the United States. In fact, they don't think that they should have to ask for permission to stay in the United States at all!
What an irony, that one group of illegals calls the younger set of illegals "entitled", when all of them are exposing their sense of self-serving arrogance.

Immigrant Youth Walking For A Clean Dream Act Arrive At Philadelphia Rallying In Front Of The Liberty BellUndocumented Youth and Allies Host A Reception and Vigil For 11 Walkers On their Philadelphia Stop of The 250-mile Walk to D.C.
PHILADELPHIA, PA - On Tuesday, February 20th the 11 undocumented youth and allies who began The Walk to Stay Home, a 15-day walk from New York City to Washington DC, arrive at the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia.
WHEN: Tuesday February 20, 2018, 12:00pm NOON
WHO: 11 undocumented youth and allies, walking 250-miles from NYC to DC along with dozens of supporters
WHERE: Outside the Liberty Bell, N 6th St & Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19106
WHAT: Rally and vigil outside for a clean Dream Act, DACA recipients and all 11 million undocumented immigrants
The stop signals the halfway point of the 250-mile journey organized by the Seed Project with the support of the #OurDream Campaign; drawing attention to the need for a clean Dream Act that not only grants permanent protection for undocumented youth but does not harm 11 million undocumented people living and working in the United States.
“We have people with blisters, cramps, bleeding noses, and injured feet from the intensity of this walk, but that pain only pushes us forward” said Barbara Hernandez, a California DACA recipient from Orange County. “We are halfway to the capital and nothing will stop us, we love our families more than they know - and we need a clean Dream Act that doesn’t hurt this community.”
The Walk to Stay Home: a Journey of Hope nears its halfway point in Philadelphia. Community members and other undocumented youth plan to receive the walkers in front of the Liberty Bell with a rally-vigil. The walkers will stop to inspire other undocumented youth to continue the fight regardless of Congress inaction. Walkers will speak and share their stories of the walks progress and call on other undocumented youth to join the fight for a clean Dream Act and to continue to take risks, such as demonstrated in this walk. A vigil will also be held to honor those who have been walking all their lives to build a home only to be imprisoned by a deportation-machine designed to terrorize undocumented communities. The message to politicians is that undocumented youth will not accept it if it puts our communities in danger.
“This is not the first time that Congress has failed the immigrant community. We are tired of these false promises that linger in our minds as our bodies become physically tired from this walk” said Aldo Solano, who came to the United States with his parents building a home in Portland, Oregon.
In the early days of the walk Congress again began to vote on different types of deals that have been pitched on the floor. One of which was President Trump’s deal that included a border wall, larger ICE presence, and slashes to immigration programs. ALL deals that were voted on failed to pass through Congress. Politicians once again failed to understand the crisis this is turning into as more and more undocumented youth begin to lose their protection. The Walk To Stay Home has not lost its spirit and resilience despite no deal coming out of Congress. We plan to continue to show the countries overwhelming support for a clean Dream Act and uplift their stories along the way.
Studio interviews with the walkers and DACA recipients may be available upon request and onsite at the rally.

United We Dream? Undignified Nightmares!
The pressure is on for United We Dream.
They want to hold back the reality, which is their nightmare. In spite of their best efforts, they cannot get Democratic and "moderate" Republican lawmakers to pass any kind of amnesty.
Illegal means illegal, and it is not our fault that criminal parents broke into the United States, stole American jobs, diverted resources from American citizens to themselves, and put American lives in danger.
All of this must stop.
I am going to break down their latest email, and show how their desperation is a welcome sign that American nationalists and immigration enforcers are winning this fight:

Arthur,
Yesterday, Democrats and Republicans in Congress betrayed immigrant youth – which means leveling up our fight for a Dream Act just became even more urgent.
This statement is patently offensive. The legislators in Congress owes these nightmares nothing. They should be glad that they have enjoyed any kind if liberty and blessing in this country. They do not care about the rule of law, and they show no respect for our country's laws, customs, and traditions. They need to pack up their bags and return to their home countries.
This is not a drill. We’re now in the final days before the most critical deadline in our fight for a Dream Act. We have to push as hard as we can to get a solution by March.
Not going to happen. Deal with it.
More than 19,000 immigrant youth have already lost protection from deportation, and every single day more lose protection. When Trump ended DACA in September, he gave Congress until March to pass a solution. We have the solution in the Dream Act, and we're not giving up. We know that if a Dream Act does not pass, the number facing deportation will skyrocket.
Day and night, immigrant youth have rallied, taken over Congress, and shared our stories. We know that we will win and that our community will support us: Can you help right now by making a contribution to support immigrant youth?
It never ceases to amaze me how these corrupt, left-wing groups continue to use the term "immigrant" to describe illegal aliens. They are NOT immigrants. They broke into this country, they disregarded the pathways to citizenship already laid down by our federal government.
These are rough times. And we need each other. An important part of our work is supporting our communities, and we’re sharing resources to take care of each other – everything from concrete details of what each step by Congress means for immigrant youth facing deportation to mental care and advice.
Crime does not define a community. If you are in this country illegally, you have no legal or political standing in any community of interest.
We are showing up for each other. That includes taking some moments with loved ones to feel our anger. But every ounce of our energy will go towards leveling up our fight. We are already hard at work planning our next phase of actions to win our protection and dignity.
"Feel our anger"? Who do these brats think they are? Reminder: most of them are adults, not children. For them to throw immature temper tantrums like this is just unthinkable. They are not helping their cause, that's for sure.
For them to talk about "dignity" is beyond laughable. There is nothing dignity about their curse-laden, lawless disruptions.
There is nothing that will tear us down or push us into the shadows. We will continue our fight on the ground and in the halls of power.
Oh yes there is!
We have each other. And together, we will win.
Thank you for everything,
Adrian and the rest of the team at United We Dream
Final Reflection
Now more than ever, we need to ramp up our own pressure against Congress. They need to put American Citizens first, not illegal aliens. They should not allow these Nightmares to bully and harass our elected representatives, no matter which party they belong to. |

Deport The Nightmare Kids and Their Trumper-Tantrums
I agree with Ann Coulter. I say “Deport the DREAMers First.”
I would start calling them Nightmare Kids, though, since they have repeatedly
thrown a fit, rolled on the floor, bawled and screamed to get their way. The
sheer arrogance of this cohort of young adults, still acting like children,
demanding—DEMANDING—from our elected officials that they get amnesty: this is
beyond unconscionable.
This is our country, and we have real American dreamers of
all backgrounds. Their needs come first, the needs of American citizens matter,
not illegal aliens. There should be no discussion, no consideration of their
needs.
For the past two weeks, I have rallied with We the People Rising
against the DREAM Act protesters, including young contingent who have harassed Congressmen
in Orange County and in the Central Valley. They started their routine in Huntington
Beach on January 12, 2018. Previous left-wing protesters have harmed
Congressman Dana Rohrabacher’s staffers.
But instead of backing off and moderating their efforts,
they have doubled down and become more aggressive, more exploitative. This is
all wrong.
The illegal aliens and their left-wing enabler activists raised nothing but hell outside and inside the Congressional offices of these Congressmen. Who do they think they are?!
Check out some of the photos below which I had taken during the DREAM Act Bus Tour throughout Orange County:
The police arrived to push them out of the building.
These Nightmare Kids had no right to barge into a private building to shout, scream, yell, and badger Congressman Rohrabacher's staffers.
The American public needs to understand that these DACA recipients are behaving in an arrogant, unseemly fashion. They should not even be in the country, and instead of rioting and raising hell, they should ask kindly--beg, even--for the opportunity, the privilege to stay in this country.
But let's be clear: there is no right to immigrate to the United States. The parents of these illegals broke the law, and their children are going to pay the price, too, as do the children of any other criminal.
Check out the ruckus raised by the DACA brats in front of Congressman Mimi Walters' office the same day:
Here to stay? I don't think so!
In this video, you can see the outrageous, destructive onslaught they waged outside of Congressman Ed Royce's office:
Don't they have any shame?
One of the protesters flipped off an elderly woman, and I immediately confronted that guy. He started shouting and cursing at me, dismissing my response by saying that he is not illegal.
So what?! The fact that he is harassing our elected officials and demanding open borders and amnesty is a massive affront to our nation's sovereignty. These demonstrations are immoral and unethical. The civil rights enjoyed by American citizens within their own country do not belong to illegal aliens.
No wonder that guy got really angry: he wasn't used to being confronted for his hateful behavior.
Of course, no one in the mainstream public is learning about the abusive behavior of these Nightmare Kids.
All they get are sob stories and feel-good write-ups in liberal rags like the Los Angeles Times, all determined to show the illegals in a perfect light, while the rest of the country gets smeared as a bunch of narrow-minded bigots simply because We the People of the United States expect the government to secure our borders and enforce all immigration laws.
Check out the photo below:
I read on the front page of the Los Angeles Times, and find
the DREAM Act activists getting all the attention. When will the press pay attention
to the needs of American citizens, the mothers and fathers who have lost their
children to illegal aliens?
Sickening.
I applaud the Department of Justice for filing an appeal against the rogue federal district court in San Francisco. Shame on them for shutting down the President's authority to rescind DACA. I look forward to the United States Supreme Court affirming the right of President Trump to end the unconstitutional DACA program and to the at-large deportation of all illegals.
And yes indeed, Mr. President: start with the Nightmare Kids!

Reflections on DACA--Immigration--Enforcement Agenda Discussions
I am not worried, but I am doubling down on what I want to see out of Washington.
I am doubling down on everything that President Trump campaigned on, that he promised to accomplish, and which he must be set to make happen.
The United States of America must be restored to its full sovereignty. There can be no amnesty. None. We need clear, convincing, and consistent enforcement of our nation's immigration laws.
Those who were brought into this country illegally are just as subject to deportation as is anyone else who broke into this country. Illegal immigration is trespassing and theft. Such actions do not constitute an "Act of Love".
Whether we like it or not, we as voters need to mobilize our efforts at all times to ensure that Congress passes laws in line with the will of the voters and in full concert and respect to the United States Constitution.
Republicans in Congress need to know that we as voters will never get behind any amnesty. 34 Republicans signed off on a letter seeking legal status for illegal aliens. That is wrong. They need to hear from all of us to ensure that that never happens.
Now, this tweet signals the Art of the Deal that we are witnessing in Congress right now:
Yet no matter what happens in the board room, we need to ensure that everything that comes out of Congress meets the needs of the American people, not the illegal aliens and their peers. I don't want anyone talking about DACA anymore. The program needs to lapse on its own and the illegals who had hidden under that corrupt program need to be deported.
Stephen Miller is also pointing out how President Trump is the one bending the Democrats over a barrell--or a wall--on this DACA deal and discussion:
So ...
Should we all panic? No. We should remind everyone working in the White House and throughout the halls of Congress that they work for us.
Here is the list of demands which we must impose on every member of Congress and President Trump:
I am doubling down on everything that President Trump campaigned on, that he promised to accomplish, and which he must be set to make happen.

If Dems deal on #DACA, they legitimize @realDonaldTrump Presidency and alienate their base (BAD for 2018)
If they don't deal, #Trump gets credit for trying to save #DACA and Dems get the BLAME (BAD for 2018)
Either way Dems LOSE
👌#MAGA #QAnon #Hannity pic.twitter.com/CQLeMOT2gR
Yet no matter what happens in the board room, we need to ensure that everything that comes out of Congress meets the needs of the American people, not the illegal aliens and their peers. I don't want anyone talking about DACA anymore. The program needs to lapse on its own and the illegals who had hidden under that corrupt program need to be deported.
Stephen Miller is also pointing out how President Trump is the one bending the Democrats over a barrell--or a wall--on this DACA deal and discussion:
Trump had many ways how to pay for the border wall, but by tying it to DACA he's forcing every single Democrat to vote in support of the wall.— Stephen Miller (@StephenMilIer) January 10, 2018
OK, so Democrats are going to have to swallow some really hard pills
So ...
Should we all panic? No. We should remind everyone working in the White House and throughout the halls of Congress that they work for us.
Here is the list of demands which we must impose on every member of Congress and President Trump:
1. #BuildtheWall
2. E-Verify
3. Welfare Reform
4. RAISE Act
5. Kate's Law
6. No Sanctuary for Criminals Act
7. End Chain Migration
8. End VISA Lottery
9. Phase out H-AB
10. Defund Sanctuary Cities
11. Arrest Sanctuary Officials
12. #NoAmnesty
13. End Birthright Citizenship
Make it very clear to these lawmakers:
#NoDACA #NoAmnesty #NoOpenBordersUSA
I am willing to hold on and trust that everything is going to work out for us.
But do not stop calling!

Rep. Tom Cole is Wrong About the Nightmare Kids: No DACA, No Amnesty
Congressman Tom Cole (R-Oklahoma) just announced on CNN that the illegal aliens under the DACA program deserve to stay in the country. He actually shared that they deserve--yes, deserve--legal status.
Here's the whole clip from CNN:

Now, that word "deserve" is really offensive to use in connection with illegal aliens, regardless of their age, or what circumstances brought them into the country.
The ones deserving in this country are American citizens, the men and women who pay taxes and obey the laws. The ones especially deserving are our veterans.
This Congress lives in nice, ruby red Oklahoma. He has no idea how destructive rampant illegal immigration and mass migration will be to this country.
He should see what illegal immigration and amnesty has done to California.
Call Congressman Tom Cole's office, and make it very clear to him:
#NoDACA

#DeportAllIllegals

President Trump: No DACA and Build the Wall, or No Deal at All!
President Trump’s signature phrase
as a Reality TV host was “You’re Fired.” This weekend, he sounded more like
Howie Mandel with “Deal or No Deal?”, after he tweeted about a DACA
fix--Democrats they must support the wall. I say “No deal at all” if it includes
amnesty for the wall.
President Trump has fulfilled one
promise after another. He has deregulated the economy. He has opened
import-export markets to make America richer while forcing international
competitors to respect us and play by the rules of the free market. Bad trade
deals like NAFTA are facing bitter pressure to be reformed to work for the
American worker. Is President Trump determined to break his promise on amnesty,
or is he trolling the already pressed Democrats?
There cannot be another amnesty in
this country, I don’t care how many sob stories the Nightmare Kids have rained
down on Congressional offices, through the phone, or how hard they have
campaigned throughout the year. The DACA recipients should never have happened.
I have railed against the program from Day One. This brazen, political ploy
shored up Obama’s re-election bid, and contorted Romney to make nice to
Hispanic voters, yet at the same time pledged “Self-Deport” as the final
immigration policy.
In mid-September, I visited 50
Congressional offices and 20 US Senators’ offices. I shared with them one
horror story after another. Illegal aliens and their enabling hordes are
overrunning California, and their fight to turn California into a race-bard
third-world hell-hole won’t stop there. Amnesty panderers and open border
bigots call Americans “wetbacks.” Little children have been taught to hate
“white people.”
A hostile, cultural takeover is
infiltrating California, from school system to bureaucracy, and is now
infecting Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Even in Oregon, where I was celebrating
Christmas with family, residents are frustrated about illegal immigration. Just
like in California, Governor Kate Brown defied the President, the will of the
people, and the Constitution of the United States by declaring Oregon a
sanctuary state. This is untenable, folks, and we are approaching strife not
seen since the Civil War in this country. In New York and California,
Democratic governors have further defied the rule of law, granting pardons to
illegals because of their unlawful status in the country. These acts of
executive order virtue signaling will not succeed, since ICE is still scooping
up illegals and deporting them. Any kind of amnesty hand out from Washington,
however, will only embolden blue state governor’s adult-child social justice
warrior micromanaging.
Every state has become a border
state. The slow erosion of the nation’s sovereignty is killing us all,
literally. Every time there is talk in Washington D.C. about granting legal
status to illegal aliens, more illegals crowd our borders. More rapists,
murderers, drug dealers crowd the border and surround our cities and towns. How
many more friends, relatives, and fellow Americans will have to die?
No, Mr. President, a DACA “fix” will
not be a fix, Mr. President. It will only affix the Democratic Party’s
communistic agenda as a constant in this country. At least 50% of DACA
recipients obtained permits through fraudulent means. There are at least 11 to
16 million illegals more in the country. There is nothing to prevent illegal
aliens, once they achieve legal status, from bringing in five to ten more of
their relatives each, many of whom are neither informed nor committed to the
identity, vitality, or integrity of the United States.
The Republicans hold majorities in
Congress and the Presidency. Why would they cave and give away their capital to
renege on this precious promise of “no amnesty”? Sure, angry illegal alien mobs
have overwhelmed Congressional offices and cafeterias; public streets and
events. These atrocious behaviors prove they are losing this political fight.
Nancy Pelosi promised a clean DREAM Act. Didn’t happen. Amnesty activist groups
signaled to their followers that Congress voted to continue deporting
“DREAMers”.
Nonsense. Congressional
majorities voted to continue funding the government for We the People of the
United States. That last part still bothers amnesty advocates. This is the
United States, and the Constitution ensures protection for citizens, not
illegal aliens. Republicans need to champion their populist-conservative,
pro-American worker agenda, which includes disenfranchised blacks and Hispanics
in California, Texas, and Arizona.
Did you know, Mr. President, that
there are at least 20 Democrats who are worried about their re-election bids
next year, not just the House Reps whose districts you won in 2016? The NRCC is
targeting two seats in Oregon, for example, including my father’s House Rep.
Peter De Fazio. This liberal Democrat is so spooked about the populist turn
overtaking the country, he broke with his party and voted for Kate’s Law!
Another Democrat on the south side of Chicago, Dan Lipinski, is facing a
primary challenge from the left because he is *gasp* pro-life, pro-liberty, and
opposes amnesty. Add to this strange cohort of anti-open border Democrats Zoe
Lofgren of California, who has voted for more enforcement and against cheap
labor VISA expansions. One of the most hateful, controversial Democrats in
Congress, Sheila Jackson Lee, opposes guest worker programs!
Congressional Democrats are not
unified on amnesty for the Nightmare Kids. US Senator Tom Cotton brilliantly
surmised that DACA, DREAM Act, open border advocacy is not popular at all, or
Democrats in both chambers of would have forced a government shut-down. This is
further evidence that deep down, Democrats do not want to vote for amnesty,
since Obama never preferred immigration reform when he controlled bother
chambers of Congress in 2010. Before that, when Democrats had controlled
Congress during the last wo years of George W. Bush’s term, more Democrats
voted against an immigration reform package than Republicans!
Some pundits predict that a DACA
deal will fail. Let’s hope so, and let’s hope that Trump is merely playing the
Democrats—again. On immigration, Trump has the cards, and Republicans would be
wrong to throw their hand away to make any kind of deal beyond what they
promised to do.
