MassResistance: UPS Driver Takes on Corporate and Union LGBT Extremism!

Christian UPS driver takes on the corporation over extreme LGBT and anti-Christian work environment.

Confronted pro-LGBT Teamsters Union that was supposed to help him.

Filed multiple grievances with UPS, the union, and federal agencies EEOC & NLRB.

We need more like him across America.

February 7, 2024
ALT TEXT When employees are at work in UPS facilities during Pride month, this is what is broadcast up above them.

As we all have seen, corporate America has become militantly pro-LGBT and anti-Christian over the past few decades. Unfortunately, most pro-family people who work for these companies have become too frightened (or compromised) to complain, much less fight for their rights.

This is the story of one man who decided he wouldn’t take it anymore, and fought back all the way to the top.

James Earls has worked at UPS for 35 years and is a devout Christian. He has received some of UPS’s highest awards for safety and loyalty. He is a driver of a large UPS “feeder truck.” He lives in Alabama and is represented by Teamsters Local 402. He recently brought the details of his efforts to MassResistance.

ALT TEXT James with his awards from UPS for loyalty and safety.

When most people think of anti-Christian and pro-LGBT companies, they think of Target, Amazon, Bank of America, the NFL, Delta Airlines, etc. But UPS is right up there with them. If you work there, you’re bombarded by the “woke” propaganda. However, since UPS is mostly not a “retail” operation, its huge support for anti-family causes is mostly hidden from view, so the public rarely sees that side of the company.

“Pride Month” at UPS

During the celebration of Gay Pride Month a few years ago, James entered the UPS facility in Madison, Alabama. UPS was showing its support and dedication to the LGBT movement by broadcasting images on all its large hanging TV monitors in various workstations, on its social media sites, and on the employee training computers throughout the building. If employees wanted to check on their benefits, paycheck, retirement funds, and other HR related information, they had no choice but to navigate through the images promoting LGBT pride.

ALT TEXT When employees log into their UPS portal, they get the constant propaganda.

In addition:

  • The UPS website featured several stories about “transgender” UPS employees who had undergone their “transition” procedures, and the company was actively promoting that agenda.
ALT TEXT "Transgenders" get celebrated at UPS for "authenticity."
  • UPS runs an in-house Pride Alliance Business Resource Group to elevate LGBT employees within the company and fund their participation in LGBT events across the country.
  • Over the past two years the UPS Foundation has donated $1.2 million to advance the LGBT movement globally, including huge donations to the staunchly anti-Christian LGBT Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and StartOut. UPS proudly brags that HRC names UPS as one of the “best places to work for LGBTQ+ equality.”
  • In 2022, UPSers volunteered nearly 10,000 hours to support the LGBTQ+ community.
  • UPS partners with the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce to fund and support “certified LGBTQ+ businesses” across America

But most disturbing, James told us, “I discovered a link to a company that UPS had partnered with and was promoting called GayPrideCalender.com. That site sold homosexual merchandise from a print-on-demand business site, Zazzle.com. On their website, they sold sickening, blasphemous items, including shirts that depicted Jesus Christ as a radical homosexual who seeks sex with men.”

ALT TEXT Shirt for sale to UPS employees.
ALT TEXT ... and these magnets.
ALT TEXT Various fetish flags for UPS employees to order.

UPS support for other horrible causes

James started looking closely at UPS’s other activities, and things looked even worse.

UPS is heavily invested in “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity” (DEI) throughout the company. It has created an internal Equity, Justice & Action Task Force to deal with “unconscious bias” among employees. The company president commissioned an enterprise-wide salary review to support “pay equity” based on race and other factors.

UPS’s charitable arm has funded Planned Parenthood in several states, numerous far-left churches (including a “gay” Catholic group), Black Lives Matter, the ACLU, SIECUS (which pushes radical sex ed in public schools), and other anti-Christian and anti-American causes.

UPS is also a partner of the World Economic Forum and agrees with its “climate crisis” outlook.

All of this reveals UPS management’s orchestration of a frighteningly hostile climate of discrimination against Christians, conservative Americans, and white males in general that everyone (except James) was afraid to address.

UPS claims to support its employees’ civil rights

Interestingly, UPS has numerous company-wide policies that purport to protect its employees’ civil rights. But they’re basically just a smokescreen for doing the opposite.

For example, the company states that it supports the United Nations’ “Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights,” which strictly guarantee “social and cultural freedom,” and the right to be treated “with dignity and without discrimination” regarding religion and sex.

There are also “Zero Tolerance” postings in UPS buildings which state: “Don’t display offensive language, symbols or images on your personal belongings or on company property ... If you experience discrimination, sexual or racial misconduct, use our Open Door Policy to raise issues with your management team.”

So James fights back!

The company was clearly breaking its own rules, particularly during “Pride Month.” Someone needed the guts to test UPS’s obvious hypocrisy. James had had enough. And he wasn’t afraid. He decided to formally complain and demand UPS follow its own rules – through whatever manner he could find.

1. Contacting officials. As James told us, “To bring resolution to this with no further unpleasantries, I first tried to use UPS’s Open Door Policy and contacted UPS’s CEO, Carol Tomé, along with local Teamsters 402 General President Sean O’Brien about these issues.” But nothing came of that.

2. Filing grievances through the union. Since he was represented by the Teamsters Union Local 402, he filed four separate grievances through them, as laid out in the company’s collective bargaining agreement, directly addressing various aspects of the problem.

Unfortunately (as many of us know), the Teamsters long ago embraced the LGBT agenda and other leftist, anti-American ideologies. When the formal hearing for James’s grievances took place – with a room full of representatives from the UPS and the union – James was shocked. Not only did the union not advocate for him, but they treated him with hostility, as did the UPS representatives there. One union rep nastily said to James at the hearing, “If working at UPS was so bad, why continue to work there?” James lashed back at him. As he told us:

It got ugly real quick. I told him that I had a right to work in a hostile-free environment just as much as their beloved homosexual employees did. I told him that I have a right to work there and that I want to work in a place that is free from this hatred towards Christian employees.

ALT TEXT Unfortunately, this is the face of the Teamsters Union these days.

Not surprisingly, James later received a letter from the union telling him that all of his grievances were denied.

But James really got their attention like no other employee had! He stood up and clearly presented his evidence for all the grievances, describing in detail what UPS was doing to its employees – to the stone faces of the union and company officials.

3. Formal NLRB complaint against the union.  A few days after receiving the letter from the union denying his grievances, James filed a formal complaint with the National Labor Relations Board against the Teamsters Union. He cited the hostility towards him by his union at the hearing, and their inappropriate behavior which clearly showed that he was not being fairly represented. The NLRB acknowledged receiving the complaint but ultimately took no action, though surely the union was made aware of it.

4. Formal complaint filed with federal EEOC. The day after James filed the NLRB complaint, James filed a discrimination complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He cited Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which bans religious discrimination in the workplace. He described how UPS is maintaining a hostile workplace by promoting the homosexual culture and images that mock the Christian faith – but denies equal time for Christian culture and imagery anywhere at the company. Similarly, the EEOC acknowledged receiving the complaint but took no action, though surely UPS was made aware of it.

Here’s the result …

Moving a massive worldwide corporation like UPS is too big a task for one man. But James did make a difference. The website link to the disgusting anti-Christian LGBT merchandise and pride event calendar was taken down and has not re-appeared.

And James has not suffered any retribution from anyone at the company, in any form. They obviously know that he means business and will never back down!

Final thoughts

A big reason why we all suffer from the corporate promotion of perversion is that too many employees are afraid to stand up for what’s right. America needs more men like James Earls!

Vaccine Don: "I'm the Father of the Vaccine"

Here's another great ad against Donald Trump: How many people were prevented from travel because of the vaccine? How many people in this country were forced to take the vaccine? How many federal agencies forced their employees to take the vaccine? How many people suffered injuries because of the vaccine? How many people (especially young people) had heart attacks because of the Vaccine? How many people died because of the Vaccine? And yet, Don is still all in on the Vaccine. He even justified its push earlier this year ... in Iowa ... even though it was experimental at best and caused all kinds of harm: And consider how harshly his biggest supporters responded when he went all in on the vaccine: And here

And notice his last remark in the video above: "If it doesn't work, you will be the first to know."

Yeah, many people would find out ... when they dropped dead! This is not leadership. Real leaderss can admit when they made a mistake. Real leaders can accept that they did the wrong thing, that they should not have pushed such a risky substance in the first place. Of course, Trump shouldn't have gone all in on locking down the country and turning over power to Anthony Fauci.

Everything You Need to Know about Alabama Hate Group "The Southern Poverty Law Center" (But Were Afraid to Ask)

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is an illicit, discredited hate group.

They have a long history of defaming and libeling women, minorities, and people of faith.

Anyone who cites the Southern Poverty Law Center as a serious source for anything is ... well ... a hater, a bigot, a pervert, and probably a big-time groomer.

Here's all you need to know about the Alabama Hate Group otherwise known as "The Southern Poverty Law Center."

1.      The agency's co-founder, Morris Dees, was fired for fostering a work culture of sexism and racism, as well as engaging sexual misconduct. Not exactly tolerant or loving, right? Minority employees never received promotions—ever.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/14/us/morris-dees-southern-poverty-law-center-fired.html

https://www.npr.org/2019/04/17/713887174/after-allegations-of-toxic-culture-southern-poverty-law-center-tries-to-move-for

2.      The President of the SPLC, Richard Cohen, was forced to resign for enabling Mr. Dees' misdeeds. So did the SPLC legal director Rhonda Brownstein. Ironically, they fostered and permitted the very culture of hate they claimed to combat. Their organization routinely refused to hire anyone aside from white males and females.

https://www.montgomeryadvertiser.com/story/news/2019/03/22/southern-poverty-law-center-legal-director-rhonda-brownstein-resigns/3245281002/

3.      Bob Moser (liberal and openly gay), a former employee of the SPLC, informed the public in an exposé for The New Yorker that the whole SPLC is just a smear-machine fundraising mill, nothing more. The agency was never intended to actually stop extremism and hate, but just raise money off of gullible corporate donors who wanted to feel that they were helping the fight.

Moser states:

“All the time, dark shadows hung over everything: the racial and gender disparities, the whispers about sexual harassment, the abuses that stemmed from the top-down management, and the guilt you couldn’t help feeling about the legions of donors who believed that their money was being used, faithfully and well …. We were part of the con, and we knew it.”

4.      The SPLC was forced to pay a $3.3 million settlement to Maajid Nawaz for libeling (not just labeling) him and his organization the Quilliam foundation as an "anti-Muslim extremist" simply because as a Muslim reformer he opposes Sharia Law and supports women’s rights. Former President Richard Cohen had to make an official apology, too.

Here’s their apology: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMAStj8Jtks

Maajid Nawaz said that he was “targeted” by the SPLC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZYa8J_NU8Y

5.      SPLC has smeared MassResistance as a "hate group." It's a laughable charge.

a.       Our organization spans chapters throughout the world, including Nigeria, Chile, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, as well as the United Kingdom. We have men and women of all ages and ethnic backgrounds who have sought MassResistance to help them combat the LGBT agenda and its lies. How is that hate?

b.      For the record, mothers and fathers who care about their children do not constitute any kind of "hate group". The truth is, it is hateful to call loving parents "haters" for protecting their children from sexual deviance and perversion.

c.       Homosexuals have contacted our activists and our main office to voice SUPPORT for our activism. A number of them want to leave the LGBT culture, but fear the repercussions of breaking away.

6.      The Southern Poverty Law Center has listed the following groups as so-called hate groups. The collection of groups which they have smeared with this canard is so laughable, that any pro-family/conservative activist group that is NOT on their list should question their effectiveness!

a.       The Alliance Defending Freedom

b.      The Family Research Council

c.       The American Family Association

d.      The American Freedom Alliance

e.       Family Watch International

f.        World Congress of Families

g.      The Remembrance Project – This group fights illegal immigration, and represents the concerns of families whose loved ones have been killed by illegal aliens. This is hate?!

h.      Liberty Counsel

i.        National Coalition for Issue Reform – This is the most nonsensical I have seen yet.

j.        The American College of Pediatricians – Yes, the SPLC labels caregiver doctors for children as a “hate group” – are you laughing yet?!

k.      The Pacific Justice Center – This group based in California fights for religious liberties and parental rights. That’s hate?

l.        The Jewish Defense League – I kid you not. They consider Jews who defend Israel a “hate group” – This is beyond ridiculous.

m.    Christians and Jews United for Israel – Once again, the SPLC attacks Jews as a hate group. They sound more like Nazis or the KKK.

n.      The Center for Immigration Studies – This group is headed by an Armenian-American, by the way. This group is one of six suing the SPLC for libel.

o.      Federation for American Immigration Reform – This group has supporters of all backgrounds, including Black and Jewish Americans.

7.      The Southern Poverty Law Center tried to shut down charter schools which served predominantly poor, black communities in Mississippi. It’s documented below:

https://www.theepochtimes.com/southern-poverty-law-center-loses-in-court-fails-to-defund-charter-schools_3074911.html

8.      The Washington Post printed an editorial slamming the SPLC as having lost all integrity:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/the-southern-poverty-law-center-has-lost-all-credibility/2018/06/21/22ab7d60-756d-11e8-9780-b1dd6a09b549_story.html

When even the Washington Post has given up on you, you are a lost cause!

9.      Regarding the charge of Homophobia: "Homophobia" suggests a fear of homosexuals. On the contrary, MassResistance and its members have never shied away from confronting individuals on the dangers of LGBT behaviors. In fact, our main office has received commendations from currently practicing LGBT individuals to support our efforts to confront this agenda! It is not a mental disorder to oppose LGBT Behaviors, since they are fraught with disease, dysfunction, and death.

10.  Current Affairs, a Liberal Magazine, wrote the following article:

The Southern Poverty Law Center Is Everything That’s Wrong With Liberalism by Nathan J. Robinson

Key quote:

“The Southern Poverty Law Center perfectly shows social change done wrong. It was a top-down organization controlled by an incompetent and venal leadership. It was hypocritical in the extreme, preaching anti-racism while fostering a racist internal culture and being led by men whose own commitment to equality was questionable. It didn’t care about listening to and incorporating the viewpoints of the people it was supposed to serve. It was obscenely rich in a time of terrible poverty, and squandered much its considerable wealth. Finally, it picked the wrong political targets, and focused on symbolic over substantive change. Each of these practices goes beyond the SPLC, and is endemic to a certain kind of “elite liberalism” that desires “progress” without sacrifice. It is the kind of liberalism recognized by Phil Ochs in 1966, and its chief characteristics are a deep hypocrisy and a lack of willingness to seriously challenge the status quo.”

11.  John Stossel (libertarian, social liberal) exposed and shamed the Southern Poverty Law Center:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k41PI54ExFc

“The center has become a hate group itself” – John Stossel

12.  The SPLC smears a Dutch-Somali immigrant Ayaan Hirsi Ali because she supports women’s rights. There’s your intersectionality backfiring on the SPLC, right there!

https://www.splcenter.org/search?keyword=Ayaan+Hirsi+Ali

One can ask: “Do they have a problem with black immigrants? Women who have survived sexual assault?”

13.  The SPLC takes in hundreds of millions for dollars, pays their senior employees six figure salaries, and stashes huge amounts of cash in offshore accounts. How is this fighting hate? How is this an example of “poverty”?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5ArT_LMxVI

14.  Harpers Magazine exposed how the SPLC profits from intolerance:

The Church of Morris Dees

15.   The SPLC has become so discredited, that the FBI no longer lies on them for information about hate groups:

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2014/03/26/fbi-dumps-southern-poverty-law-center/

16.   The magazine Foreign Policy has analyzed and concluded that the SPLC does not provide objective information to monitor hate groups:

https://foreignpolicy.com/2013/03/12/the-hate-list/

17.   The new President and CEO of the SPLC is Margaret Huang. She took a picture of the intolerant anti-white, anti-Semite Nick Cannon, and she has still not taken down the picture or disavowed the picture:

19.   The Republican National Committee has repudiated the Southern Poverty Law Center

20.   USA Today released an editorial slamming the SPLC:

https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2019/08/17/southern-poverty-law-center-hate-groups-scam-column/2022301001/

21.  The Southern Poverty Law Center has raised hundreds of millions of dollars, and then stashes the massive amounts of cash in off-shore accounts. How does any of this help fight for civil rights?

https://freebeacon.com/democrats/southern-poverty-law-center-maintains-160-million-in-offshore-accounts/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5ArT_LMxVI

22.  The Southern Poverty Law Center members have gone on record making it clear that they are not a non-biased civil rights organization, but a partisan group that targets conservatives:

https://rkeefe57.wordpress.com/2010/10/13/splc-the-quotable-mr-potok/

23.  The Southern Poverty Law Center is no longer a credible source, even according to liberal journalists:

22. Wikipedia does list MassResistance as a hate group, but that’s only because of the Southern Poverty Law Center’s defamation. The founder of Wikipedia left the company in 2007, and he has announced that Wikipedia has no credibility:

https://www.foxnews.com/media/wikipedia-founder-embarrassed-politicization-site-encyclopedia

23. The Southern Poverty Law Center Hate Map targets innocent pro-family organizations, and their hate induced a deranged gunman to target staff at the Family Research Council in Washington, DC.

Check out this statement from one of the survivors from that massacre:

The Aftermath of Special Election Alabama 2017

Judge Roy Moore was a firey candidate. He courted controversy without any trouble, and refused to allow it slow him down.

He lost the special election in deep Red Alabama. The media smears against him were strong, and yet many Republicans claimed that he was innocent of the salacious charges.

Yet other studies suggested that Moore did not have much of a ground game.

He did indeed spend much of his time attacking the GOP Establishment, when he needed to focus all his guns going after the progressive leftist Democrat angling to take over the seat.

Another revelation which is not hte most welcome.

Politics is a humanistic bloodsport. There is no calling down divine intervention to ensure a qualified or welcome outcome. God respects the individual choice of voters, as much as He honors the will of men to trust in His Son or reject Him.

Final Results on Election Day, Alabama Special Election

It is a true shame that a good man with a strong record was swept under because of false accounts and a massive lack of support from Republican colleagues in Washington DC. The controversies around him were indeed too great to simply ignore.

Some critics contend that Moore did not do enough to debunk the lies of the Washington Post. He certainly relied extensively on accounts from Breitbart and other networks, but at the end of it all, the Democrats went all in to win that seat, and they are an enraged, engaged base at this time.

I do hope that Moore files a lawsuit against the Washington Post for the underhanded reporting against him. I also hope that he goes after Yearbook-Fraud Beverly Nelson and Gloria Allred.

Republicans need to understand that politics is an amoral process. They have to win elections, and they have to face the torrential consequences and opposition which will well up at them. The corporate media giants are not gone yet. They can still unduly sway the minds of voters, and they can muddy the truth about people without hesitation.

Aaron Park wrote some damning criticisms of Moore, too, that he was not ready for prime time, and that he was not the strongest statewide candidate as previously believed. It just goes to show that no matter who strong one's prowess in past elections, no one can run for office on past victories alone. Just because Breitbart likes you and Steve Bannon has endorsed you does not mean that you are going to win.

There has been some good out of this loss. It has woken up the Republican grassroots and party brass to work for more wins, not just bask in the glow of Donald Trump. They got busy getting tax reform passed, since the GOP Senate Majority will lose a seat next year. Ideological purity and anti-establishment credentials are not enough to win.

Let's hope that more solid conservative candidates keep this in mind in Election 2018.

Silver Linings to the Alabama US Senate Disaster

Despite the media projections and the hopes of GOP grassroots, I am pleasantly surprised about my reaction to Judge Roy Moore's unprecedented and unfortunate loss in Alabama. It’s sad, but no soul-crushing. I’m learning to have some perspective about these losses.

Still, who would have thought that a left-wing wannabe Obama Democrat would carry the win in Deeply Red Roll Tide Alabama? But hard-core Obama clone Doug Jones--so far--has pulled it off. Judge Moore has not conceded the race yet, and he has not spoken with Jones. The margin of victory is 1.5%, but all the absentee ballots have not been counted, including military ballots. Reports have surfaced that voter fraud occurred in the major urban regions, especially with turnout suggesting that 92% of Democratic voters showed up to the polls. Such outcomes are highly unrealistic even if true.

Also, videos have surfaced with liberal poll workers who said that they came from out of state and VOTED. What?! That is outrageous! To add doubt to controversy, the Alabama Supreme Court also issued a ruling which allows for the destruction of the paper ballots. Something stinks in Mobile.

But even if there is nothing left to contest in this election, and Doug Jones retains his victory, there are a number of silver linings to this Alabama disaster:

1. The Democrats will have to contend with a weak member of the Upper Chamber who represents a deeply conservative state. You can bet that he will face massive pressure to vote conservative despite his liberal campaign promises. Will Jones have a chance at re-election in two years? How can he possibly vote and hope for any kind of victory next time? Some pundits have called Doug Jones the Democrats' Scott Brown, recalling the Republican state senator from Wrentham, Massachusetts who defeated Massachusetts liberal Attorney General Martha Coakley to become the next US Senator, replacing the deceased Ted Kennedy.

Brown lost his re-election bid during the contentious Presidential election in 2012. Doug Jones will face an epic defeat in 2020 as the Trump agenda brings up the polling and national voting trends a second time. Very likely, Congressman Mo Brooks will be the front-runner and GOP nominee and stomp on Jones.

2. Congressman Mo Brooks was the favorite for conservatives and political commentators. He had established a clear conservative record on all major issues. He was very good on immigration, and had submitted a very simple bill to repeal Obamacare completely.

This week, Brooks disclosed on the House floor that he has aggressive prostate cancer. Had he won the GOP nomination in Alabama, he would not have gotten the life-saving screening about his health condition. "Losing the US Senate race saved my life!" Brooks declared. Indeed, as Judge Moore declared, God works in mysterious ways. Brooks will live to fight another day, whether in the House or as many hope in the United States Senate.

3. Because their ranks have lost one member, the Republican Majority in the US Senate is feeling the heat like never before, as they should. What have they been doing with their majority for the last eleven months? Yes, they installed an impressive array of judicial nominees throughout the federal court system. They have also passed key legislation to fortify our military, pay our armed personnel, and protect our veterans.

But the big promises on immigration, health care, and taxes have remained unfulfilled. That is, unless Congress gets moving on the major tax reform package working its way through conference. McConnell is about to lose a reliable GOP vote because of the disastrous results in Alabama, and outgoing incumbent Luther Strange has been good enough when needed on the tax votes. Republicans have to get tax reform done, or face worse consequences in the coming months.

Also, Moore's loss also highlights Majority Leader McConnell's weakness and growing unpopularity with the national grassroots and party brass. After tax reform, let's prepare for McConnell to call it quits, just as reports have surfaced that House Speaker Paul Ryan will be exiting after the 2018 Elections.

4. Vice President Mike Pence will have a more featured role in Congressional politics and legislation, and that is a good thing. In January, Republicans will have a slim 51-49 majority. We can expect more 50-50 votes, and Pence will loom large to break those ties. Trump won in large part because of energized Evangelicals. Selecting Mike Pence as VP was a winning move for the President, since he shored up confidence with the wavering Christian and social conservative voters throughout the country on that pick. A more prominent Pence will remind Republicans how important it is to vote in 2018 and 2020.

5. Democrats have lost their favorite sexual harassment foil with Moore's seeming loss. US Senator Al Franken is gone, doggone it! More liberal press agents and reporters are disappearing or getting suspended because of sexual assault and misconduct allegations. Conservatives may have lost one race, but we are winning the culture wars as major institutions, overtaken by the left, are falling apart under their own immoral hypocrisy.

The loss in Alabama is a temporary setback, but a strong goad to Congressional Republicans to get busy and an opportunity for conservatives to reassess the upcoming fights and get busy for Election 2018. Romney lost in 2012, which dragged down Republican chances in the House and the US Senate that year. But then came 2014, and the GOP enjoyed epic victories all over the country. Romney's loss also paved the way for President Trump in 2016, who has far exceeded expectations. Conservatives should look forward to more winning like those previous victories despite Moore's unpleasant loss in Alabama.

A Few Moore Things About the Alabama US Senate Special Election

So, what happened in Alabama last night? I write these comments with the full understanding that Roy Moore has not conceded the race. With the military ballots flowing in, Democratic Senator-“elect” Doug Jones’s margin of victory will shrink. Alabama Law requires an automatic recount when a candidate wins by less than half of 1%.

So what happened? The dying, lying liberal media has not died yet, and they are desperately clawing their way to demonstrate what little political heft they retain. Hollywood is not relaxing its clutches on the cultural narratives either. The culture war is a long-standing fight, and while conservatives have achieved considerable victories, the unelected power brokers are not giving in. Roy Moore epitomized everything opposed by the GOP Establishment: a stern stance on pro-family values, opposition to gay marriage, open repudiation of Islam. Contrary to Coulter’s countering, Moore was excellent on immigration, pledging to enact every aspect of Trump’s enforcement agenda. Incumbent Strange refused to talk about immigration unless prodded to do so. To me, Moore's strong stance on these contentious cultural issues were the real problem. After all, he was elected twice to the Supreme Court of Alabama, winning Statewide is a considerable victory.

This US Senate race was a national contest at a moment when the Democratic base is mad as hell, and willing to do anything to take back power. Money from the DNC, George Soros, Hollywood, and even GOP Establishment traitors flowed in. Add to that mix the Alabama and national media, and indeed, the “deck was stacked against him”, as the President tweeted last night.

Entrenched interests in Washington are not interested in Outsiders. Cronies on both sides of the aisle will go to every length possible to hold onto their enriching niche. In other instances, it’s the pride of the Washington Beltway which cannot bear to lose to the conservatives, so they will defy the base with a Democratic victory. Consider retiring US Senator Jeff the Flake, who wrote a check for $100 for Doug Baby-Killer Jones. Flake was a hardcore conservative in the House of Representatives. Washington politicking can change the most principled into a meandering watery centrist.

Moore already had the stuff to avoid such queasy compromising, and that scared the political establishment, too.

The MAGA Battle is real, and it's about a lot more than winning elections.

Let's sum up what is not the cause for Moore’s loss. I do not blame Steve Bannon at all for putting his chips behind Moore. Three strong candidates competed in a contentious Republican primary (I endorsed Mo Brooks—and so has everyone else for his 2020 bid against Democrat Doug). With Moore versus embattled incumbent Luther Strange in the run-off,  every major outside conservative interest lined up behind Judge Roy.

I also don’t blame Judge Moore! He had sat down with McConnell during the general election. He worked it, he reached out, he made all the connections. He denounced the vicious smears published against him in the Washington Post. Alternative and Independent Media engaged in massive oppo research against the “victims”. They have a wider readership than the Washington Post.

We must give credit where due. The Democratic party threw in money, time, influence, and an extensive ground game. Reports indicate that Judge Roy Moore didn't have the same political machinery behind him. Politics is not just about winning the media War. It's all about mobilizing voters.

Now let’s discuss who is at fault for Moore’s sad loss.

1.       Disgraced former Alabama Governor Richard Bentley. This mas was already hiding his adulterous flirtations in the state house. He was under investigation from the Attorney General’s office for campaign irregularities. Political, he was a cornered, wounded animal seeking to protect himself at all costs. When Sessions’ seat opened up, he appointed Luther Strange, and right away war broke out between the Establishment and everyone else. Bentley should have appointed Mo Brooks and called it a day.

2.       Diminishing Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Republican voters are angry! The GOP promised Obamacare repeal, tax reform, the wall, mass deportation of illegal aliens, etc. The House is living up to its promises, but the Senate routinely stalls. Instead, McConnell and Company want to play the same old backroom wheeling and dealing that gets them and their donors rich, while the rest of us pay the bill. McConnell doesn’t want to tangle with the culture wars, either, despite the populist movement for reasserted nationalism.

3.       NRSC Chairman US Senator Cory Gardner. He serves at the pleasure of the Majority Leader, but he blatantly threw Moore under the bus and refused to support him. That dampened Republican turnout on so many levels.

Where do we go from here?

Frankly, I am not worried. There are a number of silver linings to this Yellowhammer dark cloud. The US Senate faces increased pressure to pass tax reform (Luther Strange will remain until next January). Moore has not conceded yet, which may force recounts and lawsuits, thus delaying Jones’ assignments. Let's hope that Judge Roy Moore does pursue a contested analysis of the results. Some of the outcomes in key counties are too close, lopsided heavily in favor of the Democratic candidate. There are reasons to challenge the results.

Then there’s a broader argument to consider: we need to restore constitutionalism to our federal government, as originally intended and outlined by the Framers. How can a white, male version of Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, and Elizabeth Warren get elected in a religious, traditional state with fervent attachment to our nation’s Judeo-Christian values? Because US Senators are directly elected by the mercurial popular vote, which doesn’t have its fingers on the political pulse over six years. The Framers intended US Senators to represent the states … and to be elected by the legislatures. We need a national discussion about repealing the 17th Amendment and assuring that long-standing elected officials represent the proper interests of the several states.

Other than that, let’s live and pray to fight another day. Roll Tide!

By the Way, Evan McMuffin Helped Throw Alabama Race to Dems

This eblast just reeks of the absolute hatred the political class has for the grassroots conservatives and the populist MAGA movement.

Conservatism should be all about restoring powers which belong to the states and the people ... to the states and the people.

Why does Evan McMullin have a problem with all of this?

He was a #NeverTrump brought into to bring down President Trump's election chances. His best electoral showing took place in Utah, yet even there Trump won.

Now he's crowing because he helped kill Judge Roy Moore's chances in Alabama. So, allowing a pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, pro-mental disorder, pro-gun grabbing open border progressive is the way to help this country?

Really?!

His latest eblast is the height of delusional:

Arthur,

We did it. Last night, one of the most conservative states in the country rejected a candidate whose character and respect for our Constitution simply failed our most basic standards. GOP leaders assumed that principles were less important than party. They thought they could take voters for granted.

You proved them wrong.

Alabama’s results have stunned the GOP and the national news media, but it hasn’t shocked us. We’ve been warning the country for over a year that the American people could not, and ultimately would not, continue to elect immoral and unprincipled politicians.

Arthur, with your support we won a big victory for American values. We spent $500,000 on highly targeted ads in Alabama. The 4 Alabama counties that swung the hardest against Moore were the counties that we blanketed with ads.
I wish I could say that this was the turning point; that our politicians would recommit themselves to the principles of liberty, equality, and truth. Unfortunately, this is only the first salvo in a long and arduous struggle. We cannot rest on our laurels or be content with this one victory.

Will you stand up to help us be prepared for the next fight? Can you donate just $5, $10, or $25 dollars to fund the next campaign for American values?
Thank you for your support. We couldn’t have won in Alabama without it. I know I can count on your continued support in the fights to come.

Sincerely,
Evan McMullin

Let's just say I really despise Evan McMuffin.
