Project Veritas: Clarence Jones Discusses the Sad State of the Mainstream Media

Project Veritas

Arthur,

Recently I had the incredible chance to sit down with Clarence Jones -- one of the most prominent undercover journalists of all time--and discuss the current, sorry state of the mainstream media.

Watch now to see what one legendary journalist had to say about Project Veritas, the First Amendment, and how the mainstream media is falling dangerously short of delivering the truth.

Watch the video

Project Veritas is frequently attacked in the mainstream media for how we conduct our investigations -- even when we catch powerful people admitting to heinously abusing their power, when they think no one’s listening.

It’s easy to forget but, until fairly recently, undercover investigative journalism used to be standard practices for the mainstream media -- used to great effect by major reporters like Clarence.

Clarence explained to me why undercover journalism is so critical: because, often, that’s the only way to actually get to the truth.

“Accuracy and truth are the absolutely standard for reporting,” he said. “You cannot get an accurate picture of someone who’s doing something illegally or unethically if they know you’re a reporter.”

Today’s mainstream media has abandoned their claims of objectivity, and they’ve abandoned their commitment to the truth. In doing so, they’ve lost the trust of the American people.

Watch me chat with journalism legend Clarence Jones about how the mainstream media is shirking their responsibility to the truth -- and what steps need to be taken to save journalism from itself.

In truth,
James

P.S. Project Veritas is doing what the mainstream media won’t: get to the truth and hold those in power accountable to the American people.

But we can’t continue to fight without your support.

Please pitch in just $26 -- or even $52 -- right away, to help our investigators continue to expose the truth.
