More West Torrance High School Weirdness: LGBT Inclusion Sheet Passed Around to the Teachers

 For the last three weeks, I have been getting tips and more complaints about what is happening in Torranec schools.

Parents, students, and everyone in between is letting me know that teachers are pushing the whole LGBT indoctrination with full force into the public school setting.

The latest tip is a "Student Inclusion" worksheet passed around in West High School with a whole bunch of LGBT terms. Two pages of LGBT confusion, indoctrination, grooming, and outright nonsense is circulating around at West High School.

A parent shared with this me, and another resident informed me that this was a "teacher initiated" program, not necessarily something from the official school administration. Still, why is this permitted to circulate in the first place? Do we really need more grooming, indoctrination, and abuse in the government school system?

Torrance is (suppoed to be) better than this.

What is the teaher all about including, anyway? Sexual confusion and degeneracy. And people wonder why California students are falling far, far behind:


Here's the introdutory paragraph at the top of the sheet:

We'd like to thank you for letting us inform you of some of the things we'd like to see change [sic] at West. We hope this will help every student feel comfortable, safe, included, seen, accepted, and supported in your classroom. As teachers, you have the power to make this possible for all of us.

Here is [sic] some vocabulary terms asd [sic] well as some key themes that we feel would be helpful for you:

First of all, I am struck by the bad grammar and spelling. Do any of the teachers at West High School use spell-check? Do they even bother to edit their writing?

I don't see the word "abuse" on this page, but that's perhaps because the whole page is abuse.

I also don't see the word "grooming" or "indoctrination," but once again that's only due to the fact that that the whole page is dedicated to grooming and indoctrination.

  • It's always okay to ask if you forget (pronouns, names, labels, matters of privacy, etc) but please ask privately
  • What if you mess up? - Simply and quickly correct yourself. You can repeat the sentence with the right name and/or pronoun set and move on.
  • Chance to inclusive language - Instead of "ladies and gentlemen" or "boys and girls" you can say "everyone", "folks" etc so that every student feels included and seen -- Instead of repeating "he or she" "him or her" "his or hers" you can use the pronoun set of "they", "them," and "their(s)"
  • Privacy is important - Some students do not want this personal information to be shared for their own social, emotional, and/or physical safety -- Do not share private things such as chosen names, pronouns, sexuality, and gender to others (students, staff, guardians, etc) wihtout the students' permission -- If you forget or arent' sure what is and isn't private, it doesn't hurt to ask and clarify with the student in private
  • Putting in the effort will be worth it in the end to make your students feel safe, and your effort is always appreciated.
It is really, really disturbing the length to which this teacher is urging other teachers to stress secrecy, privacy, even deception with the students and against the parents.

This is beyond alarming, and completely unacceptable. Adolescents are already prone to confusion and challenges to their identity, and now we have teachers that are actively encouraging this confusion and abuse.

It's time to stand for truth. It's time to put a stop to this abuse!

Target Boycott Surprises the "Progressive" Experts

A boycott against Target over its bathroom policy seems to be costing the retailer more than anyone expected.

This is stirring news, especially coming from the Business Insider

The boycott started in April after Target announced that it would welcome transgender customers to use any bathroom or fitting room that matched their gender identity.

This nonsense about "gender identity" is drawing away from some basic truths about biology and social behavior.

Men or women, male or female, these key determinants have eveything to do with biology, and not with our limited personal preferences.

Granted, manhood or womanhood can portray a variety of values and characters.

Yet core characteristics cannot and should not be ignored.

The announcement triggered an immediate backlash. Critics said the policy opened the door for sexual predators to victimize women and children inside the retailer’s bathrooms, and more than 1.4 million people signed a pledge to stop shopping at Target unless it reversed the policy.

The critics were not needlessly anxious. They were right, and the number of predatory crimes breaking out in Target stores dominated headlines.

And still do.

But Target didn’t back down.

It's a private firm. The company can choose to embrace whatever policies they choose.

But they cannot choose the coneuences, based on the choices which other people--particularly their customers--get to make.

Now shopper traffic is declining for the first time in years, and the company is installing single-occupancy bathrooms in all of its stores to give critics of the policy more privacy. The new bathrooms, which already exist in a majority of Target stores, are costing Target $20 million to install, Fortune reports.

The sickening resilience of ego should disturb anyone watching this corporate version of social justice and farce rolled into one.

The company revealed its traffic declines last week when it reported second-quarter earnings.

Target’s same-store transactions, which is how traffic is measured, fell 2.2% in the second quarter. Overall, sales fell 7.2% to $16.2 billion.

The company cannot hide its massive profit losses, since the company leaders owe transparency to the stockholders.

“In the second quarter, our No. 1 challenge was traffic, which affected sales in all of our merchandise categories,” Target CEO Brian Cornell said last week on a call with analysts.



Cathy Smith, the company’s chief financial officer, added: “Traffic performance showed a meaningful change from prior trend. I want to pause and make it clear that we are not satisfied with our second-quarter traffic and sales performance.”

And the customers in the United States are not comfortable with capitulation to an aberrant agenda which glorifies mental illness.

In the past, even the most widespread calls for company boycotts have tended to blow over within a matter of weeks to months.

Chick-fil-A, for example, faced a nationwide boycott in 2012 after Dan Cathy, the son of Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, set off a fury among gay-rights supporters when he told Baptist Press that the company was “guilty as charged” for backing “the biblical definition of a family.”

The CEO was merely voicing an opinion, one which many people happen to share.

Cathy was not trying to force this opinion onto others, nor was he enacting a marginal policy which puts men, women, and children at immediate risk.

Following Cathy’s remarks, reports emerged detailing Chick-fil-A’s many charitable donations to organizations opposed to same-sex marriage.

Despite the backlash, Chick-fil-A’s sales soared 14% in 2012.

Notice that Chik-Fil-A stood its ground in the face of the anti-marriage, homosexual bigots.

Who can forget this brazen act of vandalism in my hometown of Torrance, CA--a crime which was never prosecuted!



Investors seem unsure of the long-term impact of the boycott on Target’s sales, however.


The retailer’s stock is down 1% since the start of the year.

Target makes itself a target for this long-standing boycott as long as the company insists on making political correctness and social posturing more important than providing good service in a safe environment.

Every caring person who is taking on this boycott should be proud to know that their efforts are indeed working!

Daily Mail Article Makes Target Boycott Look Like Backward Bigotry

I read an article earlier this week about the Target Boycott in the Daily Mail.

The pro-transgender bias was so blatant, it would need its own bathroom:


Ever since Target sided with the LGBT community against the North Carolina bathroom law in April, the company's traffic has been down.

First of all there is no LGBT "Community", since a behavior or a set of mental disorders does not define a community.



Homosexual behavior is not an ethnic status.

But it sure sounds like the LGBT "community" are victims, misunderstood in this hostile, backward world.

Target's decision to take a stance on a social cause appears to be bad for business.

Shopper traffic has been declining for the first time in years, ever since the company issued a statement in April, saying transgender customers were free to use whichever bathroom they wanted at their store locations.

The statement was in response to a North Carolina bill that was signed into law in March, requiring students at state school to sue the bathrooms of their birth gender.

Sales are in decline.

Target chose to pander to 0.03% of the population, a category of individuals who struggle with gender dysphoria.



These individuals needs support and treatment, not accommodation and cheer-leading.

Target picked the wrong fight, thinking that the argument of "mere progressivism" would be enough.

It's one thing to be labeled intolerant.

It's uite something else when a friend, a family member, or a loved one is molested or abused in a public restroom.

There is no way to win a war by declaring a resolve to reject biology.

Overall this year, same-store transactions are down 7.2 per cent to $16.2billion.

As long as political correctness and arrogant social engineering takes precedent over providing goods and services, Target will suffer more crippling losses to their bottom line.

The impact of the boycott shouldn't come as a surprise for Target. When they announced the decision to let transgender customers use the bathroom of their identified sex, more than 1.4million people signed a pledge to stop the new policy.

It's unclear how long this downturn in traffic will last. 



The free market gives men and women the liberty to decide whether they will tolerate coerced social engingeering or not.

Target made a huge mistake thinking they could dismiss the "narrow-minded" views of their customers.

The culture wars are turning against the Left, and Target foolishly made itself a target.

Ricardo Lara: Licking His Wounds Over SB 1146 Set-Back

Lara wanted to make it seem like he was not the biggest loser in the latest fight over SB1146.

So, he published this statement on his Facebook page:

With SB1146, we shed light on the appalling discriminatory practices LGBT students face at private religious universities in California. As a gay Catholic man, nobody has the right to dictate how I worship or observe my religion. And no university should have a license to discriminate, especially those receiving state funds. That’s why I will update my bill to ensure that Title 9 universities disclose their exempt status publicly and require that universities notify the California Student Aid Commission if a student has been expelled due to their moral conduct clauses. These provisions represent critical first steps in the ongoing efforts to protect students from discrimination for living their truths or loving openly.

My God, does anyone not feel sick to their stomachs reading this rot?!

Students who choose to identify with disordered behaviors are not facing discrimination.



They are inviting the consequences, especially by forcing their disturbing behavior onto others.

This is the nullifying triumph of hurt feelings over reality.

I just can't resist  tearing about Lara's tearful, insipid stupid:

As a gay Catholic man,

There is no such perversion.

Men and women, if they honor the tenets of the Catholic community, or even bother to read a Bible once in a while, will not that marriage cannot be diminished to mean one man and many other men, or marriage of two women, or anything else.



This base attack on the basic element of our society is just plain OUTRAGEOUS.

And no university should have a license to discriminate, especially those receiving state funds. 

Universities discriminate all the time: It's called "the admissions process."

That’s why I will update my bill to ensure that Title 9 universities disclose their exempt status publicly and require that universities notify the California Student Aid Commission if a student has been expelled due to their moral conduct clauses.

This fool did not "update" his bill. He had to retract a key portion of it!

The moral conduct clauses were already made public--in the student handbooks, and the Manufacturer's handbook.

You can be sure that Lara, the good little gay Catholic school boy, does not read either.

These provisions represent critical first steps in the ongoing efforts to protect students from discrimination for living their truths or loving openly.

How about protecting the other 97% of students? How about protecting the rights and liberties of all of us?!

Truth is one entity, not a plurality, Ricky!

Could we please stop romanticizing this behavior?!

Final Reflection

Ricardo Lara is still on the run.

The Christian colleges may have called of their dogs, so to speak, but the grassroots pro-family activists are not going to stop.

SB 1146 is Stupid Bigotry writ large, and needs to be confronted, halted, and removed.

California MassResistance: The Fight Against LGBT Bigotry

Last month, I wrote that California is the land of fruits and nuts.

But with what unaccountable, entitled legislators are doing now, California is becoming one rocky horror show (Forget Tim Curry, and forgo the music).

There is nothing funny about the anti-life, anti-liberty bent of what California Democrats are dreaming up.

Homosexual marriage has been forced on Californians by judicial fiat, even though the voters had affirmed natural marriage in the state constitution—and in a presidential year, no less. “Transgendered” youth can use the same restrooms and changing rooms as their peers. Today, children as young as the second grade will be learning about major figures in LGBT History. San Francisco beat the state school board to this “milestone,” offering a gay studies course as an elective last year.



Read that again: California’s youth are learning about historical figures because of their alternative private lives? The only good news that has emerged from this assault on life, liberty, and reality is that more parents are removing their kids from government schools. The malaise of cultural Marxism is destroying California.

And who is the latest Democratic ringleader for this corrupt carnival?


State Senator Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens), an anchor baby born to illegal aliens in East Los Angeles. By taking in family members, his parents were not only enabling illegal immigration, but also child molestation. One of the illegals in their safe house repeatedly abused Lara as a child. Though he denies it, that abuse would distort his identity and sexuality. Listen to his disturbing story (and his equally unsettling take on it) here.

Today, Lara is the biggest promoter of the open borders lobby … and the oppressive LGBT agenda. While Lara’s tragic childhood should awaken pity, but why should the entire state of California suffer for his personal hurts? Why are our rights being molested and abused?

His latest iteration against us? Lara’s destructive, anti-First Amendment bill SB 1146, which fired off the rage and outrage of an enraged California public, whether Democrat or Republican.

To recap:

SB 1146 is a drastic, officious limitation on the First Amendment, particularly targeting Christian colleges. Currently, these schools claim a justified exemption from Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination based on sex. The premise for these exemptions rests on separating men and women in their living quarters, as well as opening up specific studies and professions (like the priesthood) to men only.

The Title IX code is facing unprecedented distortions from the Obama Administration, working at the behest of the vulgar, virulent homosexual lobby in the state. Discrimination based on “sex” is now being twisted to mean “sexual orientation” or “gender identity”. This is Orwellian nonsense.
Confucius warned his students: “When words lose their meaning, men lose their liberty.”

How true that is with Lara’s nefarious SB 1146.

This bill would limit Title IX exemptions to expressly religious studies and vocational training. The bill would require all Christian colleges to publish to prospective students their exemption status.
This bill would also open up those colleges to lawsuits from any students allying with the LGBT movement to claim discrimination.

This is outrageous! Students who engage in same-sex conduct or adopt a gender identity not in conformity with their DNA should know that Christian colleges are not going to accommodate these unsound behaviors in the first place! The legislation is inherently discriminatory—against people of faith, against institutions based on Biblical teaching and preaching.

This legislation is also the LGBT agenda’s foot in the door to force everyone to accommodate it, or be silenced. Imagine Christian colleges up and down the state shut down or forced to move out! And don’t think that this aggressive perversion won’t force its way into private high schools, elementary schools, and even homeschool programs.

Townhall.com and The Daily Signal have commented on the disparate, desperate impact of this misguided legislation. Readers need to know that California’s Christians, conservatives, and concerned citizens (not all of us are fruits are nuts) are fighting back.



Christian universities—from Biola University to William Jessup University in Rocklin and other religious institutions, are already raising the alarm, demanding the removal of this offensive bill.
For the past two months, California MassResistance (working under the leadership and aid of Brian Camenker’s pro-confrontational activist group MassResistance) has staged protests outside of Lara’s office—twice. Members of our team in Northern California confronted the state assembly judiciary committee, which passed the legislation along a party-line vote (with one Republican abstaining out of fear of upsetting his political alliances with Equality (in name only) California.)

I join with the brave woman from Omaha, Nebraska, who blasted the school board’s arrogant push for transgender bathrooms in the public schools: “When is enough going to be enough?”
California MassResistance is bringing a full-court press against this legislative travesty.


Activists have put the pressure on lawmakers throughout the state: from Assemblyman Chris Holden (D-Pasadena) to David Hadley (R-Torrance).

City councils have gotten involved too (Biola’s home in La Mirada, along with heavily Hispanic Cudahy) to issue resolutions in opposition to this terrible bill.

More good news: two Democrats—yes, liberals elected to partisan office in California—area bucking with their party’s political machine and voting for individual liberty and civil rights. Thank you, Patty Lopez and Jimmy Gomez!

From Judiciary, this legislation has stalled before the Appropriations Committee. At the August 3rd hearing, the committee moved the bill to the suspense file, where they will rehear the bill on August 11th. The bill must pass out or die. We are fighting for the latter.

California MassResistance will engage in one more round of protests this week, including state assembly majority leader Ian Calderon (from the infamous, corrupted Montbello political machine).

LGBT Bullies Steal Civil Rights Movement, Send Blacks to the Back of the Bus

I am tired of the homosexual lobby stealing the thunder from the Civil Rights Movement.
Pigment is not perversion. People are born black, and you know what? Black is beautiful.
White is pretty nice, too–and All Lives Matter. There, I said it!
Black men and women of faith did not sit at lunch counters, boycott rogue bus lines, and stand their ground in front of rabid white supremacists so that one man would sleep with another, or so that two women could engage in a sham (shame) ceremony and called it “marriage.”
If I were black person, I would stand up to every “Gay Pride Parade” and shout “Get back in the closet! Stop stealing our movement!”
Kudos BIG TIME to Matt Barber for reporting on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s biblical understanding of homosexual behavior. The Reverend explained to a young charge who was struggling with same-sex attraction: “Your situation is a problem with a solution.”
The behavior is the problem. The individual is not the problem. The behavior has a solution: the truth which sets free (John 8:32)
Paul the Apostle wrote to the Corinthians:
9Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” (1 Corinthians 6: 9-11)

Now, I mentioned that the LGBT lobby is taking advantage and spoiling the Civil Rights Movement which black people used to stand free from unjust segregation.
Today, black ministers and professionals are facing a new array of persecution for standing for the truth.
Dr. Eric Walsh

Meet Dr. Eric Walsh.
He was a well-known, respected public health director. WAS.
What happened? He preached against homosexuality, and he was fired!
Dr. Eric Walsh, a renowned public health expert who also serves as a lay minister, has filed a federal lawsuit against the Georgia Department of Public Health alleging he was terminated for delivering sermons on issues ranging from homosexuality to evolution.
Chief Kelvin Cochran

Meet Kelvin Cochran. He was the renowned and well-respected fire chief for Atlanta, Georgia.
Another “was”. Why? He was also fired, for preaching against homosexual behavior and for restoration and righteousness in Christ.
The City of Atlanta’s Investigative Report into Chief Kelvin Cochran’s book publishing shows that many of his command staff, and firefighters were disgusted with the views expressed in the book Who Told You That You Were Naked.
The book contained anti-gay language leading the city to open the investigation.
Cochran was fired by Mayor Kasim Reed on Tuesday.
Are you mad yet?! I was so furious, I called the city office, and I live in Torrance, CA!
Bishop Ken Adkins

Meet Bishop Ken Adkins.
A pastor and business owner based in Georgia, he has worked tirelessly with the Jacksonville, Florida community to stop a so-called “Human Rights Ordinance”, which is really LGBT bullying encoded into municipal statutes.
An African-American pastor who stood up for bathroom privacy says he has been attacked personally and professionally by gay activists determined to crush his business and turn his life into “chaos.”
At the third and final public hearing on the city ordinance in December, Adkins received applause when he said, “We live in a time that Christians need a law passed to protect them. It’s crazy because we can no longer say what we believe.”
This is insanity.
I work with a black activist in California, Chanell Temple. She fights for equal rights for blacks. Check out her spot-on rhetoric against the criminal Huntington Park City Council here.
She is just as fed up with the homosexual lobby distorting the Civil Rights Movement for their own perverse gain.
There is no better way to put: the LBGT lobby is putting black people “in the back of the bus” all over again!
It needs to stop! Stand for truth, and stand with Black America. Enough is enough! As Martin Luther King Jr. declared: “An unjust law is no law at all.”
Now comes the good news. Black ministers are reclaiming the Civil Rights Movement,fighting to maintain their right to preach the truth, vowing to engage in civil disobedience against the corrupted Supreme Court decision forcing the homosexual redefinition of marriage onto every American.
Check out the strong words from Pastors Michael R. Jordan of Alabama, the same state where Rosa Parks refused to give up her front seat on the Montgomery bus line, too.

Let’s stand (or sit!) with our black brothers and sisters. The injustice of LGBT bigotry must cease, and together we can ensure that we shall overcome!

STOP SB 1146: Call CA Assembly Appropriations Committee NOW!

State Senator Ricardo Lara (D-Long Beach, Huntington Park) is a coward.

He is also a bully. Much of the time, the two issues are not exclusive, but sadly complementary.

SB 1146 did pass out of the Assembly  Judiciary Committee, completely along partisan lines.

Assemblyman Donald Wagner did his best to ensure that everyone knew what Ricardo Lara and the Big LGBT Hate Machine are really up to.

SB 1146 is all about opening up more wounds for Social Injustice Warriors to storm Christian colleges and set them up for lawsuits.

No amount of amendments is going to change the unnerving truth about Lara's anti-Christian, anti-Judeo-Christian value agenda.

This is all wrong.

Now, left-wing interests often rely on this subtle tactic employed in the state legislature.

 A certain bill reaches a moment of passage, an element of momentum.

After certain committees, however, the bill lies low.

The state assembly is now on recess.

There will be another hearing on SB 1146 very soon.

August 3rd, to be precise.

Which committee? The Assembly Appropriations Committee.

These are the members, and they need to hear from every Californian up and down the state.

Call each one of them, especially if the assemblymember represents you directly in the legislature.



Tell them loudly and clearly: "Stop the Bigotry! Vote NO on SB 1146!"

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker: Flushing the GOP Pro-Family Agenda

Liberal Governor Charlie Baker of Massachusetts rode the second Republican wave of national victories in 2014. Democrats damaged themselves with Obamacare, even in “RomneyCare” Mass. A Republican won Massachusetts’ U.S. Senate special election in 2010. A Republican stronghold of working-class Americans is breaking out in the middle of the state.

And now, Massachusetts has Baker.

He had run for Governor in 2010, rightfully banking on the Tea Party wave. He didn’t make it against incumbent “Mr. Governor” Deval Patrick. The second time, Massachusetts voters welcomed him to the corner office.

He made some welcome changes to the way the commonwealth political class does business. He removed a lot of the frills and trappings from the governor’s office. He did away with a lot of the unnecessary glitz. He submitted budgets which didn’t raise taxes or fees. He is a “good guy” with Democrats as well as Republicans (after all, the Massachusetts state legislatures retains a wall of blue). He has expanded cooperation between ICE and the Massachusetts State police. Public safety and fiscal prudence matter to him.

But on those cultural issues, Baker really burns his base!

He promoted an openly gay rights platform. In 2010, he candidly admitted himself to the left of President Obama on gay marriage (at the time, Obama remained coy on the subject, until Vice President Uncle Joe Biden opened his mouth—again). A number of commercials advertised Baker as “100% pro-choice.” In 2014, he stayed true to this agenda, although pro-liberty advocates hoped that he wouldn’t trample their rights in the process.

He still seems happy with gun-grabbing in a state where “Live Free or Die” New Hampshire and Gun-Enthusiastic Vermont border to the North. How about those farmers who fired “The Shot Heard Round the World”?

So, is Baker a Republican’s dream in a Democratic strong-hold? In 2014, concerned conservatives asked the same question. They were rooting for pro-family Mark Fisher, a Tea Party activist with strong connections and conservative values. In a head-to-head debate with candidate Baker, he identified his political role model with ease: Scott Walker. Baker laughed, chuckled, struggled with the question, then blurted out the least objectionable leader: Jeb! By the way, Walker is planning a third term in a purple state turning red. Jeb repudiated his conservative legacy as Florida’s governor when he ran against the base for the presidency, then dropped out after South Carolina.
Because Republican forces believed “moderate” Baker would be better, Fisher lost at the state convention (despite allegations of electoral misconduct. Baker challenged major loser Martha Coakley, a terrible campaigner and figurehead for the Massachusetts Dems.

Yes, Baker won, but at what cost? And how should the pro-family Republican Party respond?
The Massachusetts conservatives (weary of their new leader) and the Republican base have already started asking: “How much longer will Baker defy his base?”



The answer: as long as possible.

Earlier this year, Baker raised a million dollars to elect liberals to the state Republican central committee. He attacked fellow Republicans—while three contested legislative seats went unchallenged to Democrats.

Now, he’s turning more heads, flushing the GOP pro-family agenda in the process. Baker announced support for a statewide “Transgender Bathroom Bill.” This crappy capitulation is worse that his decidedly liberal stance on cultural issues.

Even though he had caved to the left on abortion and gay marriage, he had staunchly opposed the transgender agenda, and did not support allowing biological men into women’s bathrooms, and vice versa.


“Governor-elect Charlie Baker would not support expanding the state's anti-discrimination laws to add protection for transgender people in public places, such as restaurants or theaters.”

Let’s remember that those “public places” are also private property. Men and women may operate their businesses as they see fit. Baker stood on the right side of this issue.

“Baker, a Republican, does support an existing law that protects transgender people from discrimination in employment and housing. But he said Monday that he does not favor a bill that is expected to come before the legislature next session to add a prohibition against discrimination in places of "public accommodation.”

Well, now he does!

What does this turn-around say about the state of the Republican Party, especially in a region where conservatives are just now clawing back inch by inch? A stark lack of conviction is the norm, and has infected elected officials. The LGBT lobby enshrined same-sex “marriage” in Massachusetts. This battleground victory allowed the further advance of this horrific agenda around the country. Because of judicial fiat, “gay” marriage has become the dictate of the land. Schools teach it, require kids to learn about it, and even encourage experimentation with their own identities. People have lost their jobs for speaking out against gay marriage or the dangers of same-sex conduct (including well-respected Dr. Paul Church of Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center).

Now, even in the reddest of states, politicians are avoiding or caving to this controversy. They want to be liked, they want to win on issues that will generate little conflict with a wide swath of the electorate. While South Carolina lawmakers discussed enacting a similar set of restrictions on public bathrooms, Tea Party Governor Nikki Haley questioned the necessity of such a measure. U.S. Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina (in a tight re-election bid) has refused to dig in his tar heels with Governor Pat McCrory. Other states have already rolled out these transgender laws, without regard to public consideration.

Will the transgender bathroom agenda be the next Republican capitulation, with RINO Baker leading the way?


Conservatives need to stop the stalling. Republican leaders need to protect the gender distinctions within bathroom stalls, stand up for the normal, moral distinctions of male and female. This bathroom fight is about more than “Splish Splash” restrooms, but public safety, individual privacy, and the fundamental definitions and distinctions which make life and prosperity possible: male and female, and the families which follow.
