110 Ways Citizens Can Make a Difference Now!

At a time when our country and state are in disarray and crisis mode, I am reassessing how I will spend my time and energy to improve government and keep our great Republic intact.  Each of us should do this now, if we want to leave a lasting and positive legacy to future Idaho generations.  I still believe all governing power is in the people and when exercised in positive and purposeful ways, it is still the most powerful tool to overcome any societal issue.   We should never be waiting for a government fix because it is always more expensive, incredibly time consuming, and it discourages interpersonal dialogue.    We need to look no further than this “pandemic” to see how ineffective government can be with its “one size fits all” solutions loaded with hidden agendas and consequences.    In an effort to move towards more self-reliance and less government reliance, I have developed the following list of 110 suggested steps you can start doing today to make a difference and keep our Republic. These are meant to be a starting point and I am sure each of you will think of more.  I encourage you to pick three things to start with and attempt to accomplish them before the November election.  Please vote in November, since the fate of your state and country depends upon it. 110 Things You Can Do Now by Rep. Heather Scott Understand where your rights come from, what they are, and what unalienable means and be able to explain this to another person. Stop supporting any and all biased media or social networks that distort the truth, censor facts, and stifle free speech. Support local businesses who provide local jobs, help local communities, and respect your rights. Work to change the political campaign finance laws by pressuring your legislators for change and exposing special interest groups and lobbyists who use their influence money to promote increased government regulations, stifle competition, breed crony capitalism, and buy elections. Understand and believe that our Constitution works because all power is in the people, not government. Remind your elected officials regularly that they are there to serve you, the people. You are their boss, and when necessary use your vote to remove them from office. Stop worrying about what others are not doing, or what you think they should do, and take action and responsibility for yourself. Host or be a catalyst for regular gatherings to discuss current issues and solutions with friends and neighbors and develop a plan of action for uncertain times. Turn off your TV and consider opening your Bible. Understand the jurisdictional boundary of every government entity that collects tax or fee money from you to run government programs. Start by looking at your property tax statement. Be educated about your local politics because these issues impact your life much more than national issues. Take a state or federal Constitution class. Respect, and demand respect from your elected officials and unelected bureaucrats, even if they don’t agree with you. Take a civics class. Donate to a candidate who shares your values. Learn what legislative district you live in, who makes the decisions on your behalf at that state level and study their voting records. Learn who your federal congressional representatives and senators are and what congressional district you live in. Meet an elected official for coffee and begin developing a relationship. Attend a school board meeting, observe if and how they respond to public input, and check out their school policies. Take the lead on an issue that needs fixing. Understand regional government and be able to identify regional governing bodies that are making decisions for you. Share your knowledge and skills with others. Know where your line in the sand is when it comes to defending your rights. Build a network of likeminded neighbors and friends so there is strength in numbers when issues arise. Learn how to communicate with elected officials. Learn the state process of making law. Understand state sovereignty and why it is critical to the future of our Republic. Meet your sheriff, understand his authority, and make sure he understands it. Understand the role of your county prosecuting attorney and how they prosecute or defend the current laws. Attend your county commissioners’ regular budget hearings. Help a home school parent with knowledge or a skill you have. Get out of debt and stay out of debt. Live within your means. Attend a town hall meeting. Read your state constitution. Attend a rally, protest, or event to fight for a cause you believe in. Organize an event to educate. Know what precinct you are in, who your committeeman is, and where you vote. Educate your elected officials on your concerns through the sharing of concise facts and real experiences. Run for an elected office or serve on a committee. Support good elected officials that share your values with your time and resources. Recruit people who you trust to represent you at all levels of government. Apply to be a poll watcher or poll worker. Look at your county, city, school, and state budgets and provide input. Look at the state executive budgets and provide input on spending. Treat everyone as an individual, don’t stereotype or group people. Help a candidate that shares your values through the use of a special skill set you may have. Register to vote. Vote. Stop complaining about politicians that are outside of your jurisdiction. Help an elderly or handicapped person get to the polls. Spend a few hours a week with someone under the age of 25 and mentor them. Research your current local elected officials and understand their voting record on all issues. Do a records request to get information on government actions, government contracts or memorandums of understanding for regional agreements. Understand the importance and difference between primary and general elections and share that information with two other people. Understand how long the terms of the elected officials in your area are and when they meet. Join a special interest group or political party that promotes a policy or cause you care about. Home school your children. Read the Declaration of Independence. Work on talking about politics or religion in a respectful way. Attend local meetings: city council, county commissioners, library taxing districts, etc. Volunteer at a local charity and meet new people. Rely on various legitimate media sources to inform yourself on the issues and performance of elected officials. Read a book on history or civics. History will repeat itself so know and understand it. Respect others thoughts and decisions, even if you do not agree. Write a letter to the editor about an issue that concerns you or a candidate you support. Sign wave for a candidate. Help register a new voter. Trade, barter, or share your skills. Put a political sign in your yard. Learn the structure and role of a state agency. There are plenty to pick from in Idaho!  Try to help yourself with an issue before running to an elected official (government) to fix your problem. Attend a planning and zoning meeting and look at your county zoning maps. Compare an elected official’s or bureaucrat’s words with his actions and demand an explanation if they conflict. Speak the truth. Stand up to bureaucratic bullying. Encourage your church leaders to teach the whole Bible and address civic, cultural, and political issues. Don’t be afraid to question comments, actions, or policies from elected officials or bureaucrats. Understand “Critical Race Theory”, how it is destroying our country’s foundation and why it is being taught in most of our law schools and government run schools. Educate yourself on who is influencing a candidate’s platform or voting record by looking at their campaign finance reports at the Secretary of State’s website. Publicly expose corruption and crony capitalism any time you encounter it. Put a bumper sticker on your car to promote an issue or candidate. Strengthen your local neighborhood by focusing on issues you agree on, not disagree. Don’t be discouraged when you realize how upside-down government is. Be patient and learn the process. Try to focus on the system of government as much as you focus on the issues in government. The system needs maintenance! Learn to navigate the legislative website to email or call your legislators to let them know how you want them to vote. Build a relationship with a veteran and share their stories with others. Help organize a homeschool co-op or alternative leaning center or donate your location for use. Don’t get bullied by a bureaucrat. Stand up. #EndBureocraticBullying Don’t ignore the little battles, stand up for what is right. Push back on government overreach and do not submit to tyranny. Remain vigilant. Learn to be self-sufficient and provide for others. End your support for businesses who don’t share American values Understand what administrative rules are and how you can change them. Understand how to influence your elected official. Start being the leader you have waited for. Simplify your message to bullet points. Promote healthy conversations and debate. Offer solutions, not problems. Donate a book of stamps to a candidate or help them stuff envelopes. 100.  Write a bill to change or eliminate a law. 101.  Know what the law says and where to find it. 102.  Understand the limitations and the authority of the elected official you are asking help from. 103.  Visit your courthouse and sit in on a few trials to better understand the judicial system. 104.  Establish your credibility by offering good, truthful information. 105.  Defend our country. 106.  Report disrespectful treatment by government workers to their supervisors. 107.  Let government officials and bureaucrats know when they are doing a good job. 108.  Don’t complain about things you are not willing to work hard to change. 109.  Stop waiting for someone else to tell you what you should be doing, take initiative, and lead. 110.  Pray for our country and state and our elected leaders daily.   Ultimately, we are the government, and we will get the government and society we allow.  We owe it to our founding fathers, our veterans and our families to do everything in our power to avoid violence or a civil war.  What will we give to the next generation?

Trump Opposes LGBT Equality Act – It’s ‘Filled with Poison Pills’

The Trump administration has come out AGAINST the Equality Act, which would add sexual orientation and gender identity to the list of protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Religious liberty and conservative groups warn the bill, if passed and signed into law, could have devastating effects on women’s rights and religious freedom. 

“The Trump administration absolutely opposes discrimination of any kind and supports the equal treatment of all; however, this bill in its current form is filled with poison pills that threaten to undermine parental and conscience rights,” a senior administration official told the Washington Blade and several other media outlets.

The Equality Act (H.R. 5) would amend federal laws to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in public accommodations and facilities, education, federal funding, employment, housing, credit and the jury system. Among the amended laws would be the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Fair Housing Act.

The Equality Act, ADF says, would infringe on the rights of Christian business owners, churches and adoption agencies.

It would “threaten individuals, business owners, and non-profit organizations” by “forcing them to express messages or promote events that violate their deeply held religious convictions,” Kramer wrote. 

It would prohibit churches and religious nonprofits “from requiring their employees to live out their religious beliefs about marriage, sexual morality, and the distinction between the sexes.”

“[Churches] would be required to open their sex-specific facilities to members of the opposite sex. For one Massachusetts church, that would mean it would have to open its women’s shelter for victims of domestic violence to biological males,” she wrote.

The Equality Act would “threaten religious foster care and adoption agencies with closure if they operate according to their beliefs that the best place for a child is a home with a married mother and father.”

It also would harm women’s sports, Kramer wrote, by allowing “male athletes who identify as female to compete in women’s and girls’ athletic competitions.”

“At a Connecticut state track meet, two biological males identifying as girls beat out the female competitors in several events, taking first and second place,” Kramer wrote. “... In Alaska, the same happened – a biological male competed as a girl at the state championship and won.”

Even supporters of the Equality Act are warning women’s sports are in danger. Doriane Coleman, Martina Navratilova and Sanya Richards-Ross wrote a Washington Post editorial saying the bill “would make it unlawful to differentiate among girls and women in sports on the basis of sex for any purpose.” 

“The evidence is unequivocal that starting in puberty, in every sport except sailing, shooting and riding, there will always be significant numbers of boys and men who would beat the best girls and women in head-to-head competition,” the three women asserted. “Claims to the contrary are simply a denial of science.”

Trump Trolls Loser Democrats on DACA Failures

The President played the Democratic Party minority (and the squishy, weak-willed Republicans) like a harp from hell.

He never intended to enact any kind of amnesty. Never.

The point of his negotiation styles is to force the public and the media to recognize how left-wing the press has become, and how out-of-touch the Democrats really are from the needs of everyday Americans.

Hard-core Democrats, mostly in black communities, voted for Trump in unprecedented numbers. Historically black, Democratic constituencies in California voted for Trump in higher margins than for Romney.

That says it all, doesn't it?

Republicans need to go back to their origins, and remind the country that their record on civil rights for blacks rivals anything that the Democratic Party can claim to have accomplished. The truth is, Democrats have been re-implementing a different form of slavery, defined by bad schools, ruined neighborhoods, and rampant disregard for the rule of law.

Republicans need to recognize that we are the party of Lincoln, McKinley, Eisenhower, and Reagan, a political party dedicated to individual liberty, state sovereignty, and constitutional federalism. We are the party of life and family, freedom and opportunity.

Democrats want to undermine the rule of law and replace it with the tyranny of the Democracy.

And we are not going to tolerate it.

Notice that the Democrats have lied to a generation of illegal aliens and their enablers in this country. They kept saying that they wanted to pass some kind of amnesty, anything that would all "DREAMers", in reality Nightmare Brats, to stay in this country. But instead of fighting to ensure a comprehensive solution, the Democrats were only interested in fomenting a wedge issue for arbitrary political power.

Enough is enough. Notice that President Trump hinted a deal over and over, and Democrats refused to budge, because the want the never-ending stream of legal immigration through chain migration and the diversity visa, the vast majority of which will vote Democrat. These communists cannot win on the issues anymore, so they have to import voters.

It's the only way.

Debating the Truth About Transgenderism at UCLA Ben Shapiro Talk

                



This exchange was one of the best from one of the best nights of activism I was blessed to participate in.

I enjoy meeting with and recording students who are willing to talk to me. The point of departure here focused on Ben Shapiro's straightforward remark: "Transgenderism is a mental illness."

Yes it is, and I do not care how much political pressure is imposed on the American Psychiatric Association to remove recognition of gender dysphoria or transgenderism as disorders in the DSM manual.

Gary Grindall61 added ideas to this discussion, which in turned caused a lot of people to think for themselves.

I have shared this video with the pro-family activist group MassResistance, as well, in the hopes that they can share it to a much wider audience.

Yes, it is.

Some of the highlights of this exchange:

1. I used one of Ben Shapiro's arguments to debunk the notion that identity of any kind is based on feelings. Even when the young lady tried to shame me about it, I stood my ground and said that there is nothing wrong with using his departure point to make the case against transgenderism as a civil right.

2. I brought up the example of Csanad Szegedi, a Hungarian far-right wing political activist who hated Jews and Gypsies, only to find out that he was a Jew himself! Identity is not about our feelings. It's based on observable facts and tenets.

3. Finally, I could articulate clearly and simply why the fight for family is so important, and why we need to stand up to the LGBT movement, including transgenderism.

Grindall61, Citizen Activist Arrested for... Exercising His First Amendment Rights

August 24th, 2017, We the People Rising attended the LA County Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission.

Instead of meeting at the Metropolitan Water District in Downtown Los Angeles, the Commission opted to meet at the Federal Court House in Pasadena.

The problems emerged within seconds of our arriving.

I was told that I could not bear signs or record in the room.

I was not allowed to clap or show approval for statements offered at the podium.

The staffers who were running a very poor supervision and inspection process at the front of the building.

The worst part had happened before I arrived, though. Gary Grindall61 arrived with his camera, prepared to record, as he is wont to do in every public meeting hosted in the state of California in connection with the Ralph M. Brown Act.

Within seconds, the security guard told Gary that there would be no recording in the meeting.

Unbelievable. Instead of respecting his right as a private citizen to record a public meeting, the security guard immediately whisked him around and put him in handcuffs. He was placed under arrest!

One hour later, he received a citation with a fine of $285 and a misdemeanor charge citing his refusal to obey an officer.

Crazy.

The court date for his summons took place October 18 at the Roybal Federal Building in Downtown Los Angeles.

Arrest Update

I went to court today and the judge obliterated my rights. I was arrested for filming inside a federal building where a public meeting was being held that is suppose to follow open meeting laws which means I am allowed to document the event. I was immediately placed in handcuffs because they were "enforcing the law." I now have to have a trial in front of a federal judge because it's "against federal law" to tape in a federal court building.

So I am being prosecuted for breaking "federal law" but the thought of arresting someone for being in this country illegally is unthinkable and is racism. They break federal law by crossing our border and they get all kinds of free stuff. I allegedly broke federal law and I am facing time in jail because I dare requested a trial.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. AMERICANS ARE BECOMING SECOND CLASS CITIZENS IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. THE "LAW" WAS ENFORCED AGAINST ME BUT NOT THE ILLEGALS AND THEY WANT TO TALK ABOUT WHITE PRIVILEGE?

Here are the list of outrages I will place before all of you:

1. The Civilian Commission was too ignorant and uninformed to place the meeting in a proper venue.

2. The Commission and the court building refused to respect the First Amendment rights of We the People.

3. The Federal prosecutor is looking to mount a head on someone's wall rather than pursuing justice. He insists on throwing the book at Gary, even though he did nothing wrong, and everything emerged as a result of massive misunderstandings.

4. The Magistrate judges took arbitrary measures to ensure that Gary could not receive proper representation. Apparently, a citizen has to be dirt-poor living on the street to qualify for a public defender. Outrageous.

5. The judge is threatening Gary with 30 days in federal prison and a $5,000 fine if he brings his own attorney to defend him in court.

Whatever happened to the rights and protections of individual citizens? This is unbelievable!

Please share this story far and wide. We need to put pressure on the US Attorney's Office and US Attorney General Jeff Sessions. This abuse of federal power is unconscionable!

Reality Returns to the DOJ: Sessions Won't Cover Gender Dysphoria as a Civil Right

Immigration is one of my major issues.

Reversing Obama policy, Sessions says job protections don't cover transgender people

The civil rights law that prohibits discrimination in the workplace does not apply to transgender employees, Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions has decided, continuing a shift by the Justice Department against the more LGBTQ-friendly policies championed by the Obama administration.

GOOD.

LGBT is a hateful ideology, riddled with lies and based on anti-scientific bigotry.

All of this is just plain wrong. Men and women are not born gay, and the notion that gender dysphoria should be treated as a civil right. Transgenderism is a mental disorder, and people in bondage to this problem need help, not enabling.

Sessions reversed a 2014 decision by a predecessor, Eric H. Holder Jr., that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination based on sex, also prohibits employers from taking any actions based on a person’s gender identity.

Sex is not gender identity. Period.

It's called English. Words mean things, and words have meaning, and when lawmakers create legislation, they have to say what they mean and mean what they say, or the legislation has no value.

Although it “provides various protections to transgender individuals,” Title VII does not prohibit discrimination based on someone’s gender identity because the law, written in 1964, does not mention it, Sessions wrote in a memorandum: “ ‘Sex’ is ordinarily defined to mean biologically male or female.”

YES! Exactly.

“The Department of Justice cannot expand the law beyond what Congress has provided,” said Devin O’Malley, a Justice Department spokesman. “Unfortunately, the last administration abandoned that fundamental principle, which necessitated today's action.”

Wow, that's refreshing! For the first time in 8 years, we have a Justice Department which is not interested in departing from the true meaning of legislative language.

How sweet it is. AG Jeff Sessions is restoring language to its original meaning, which means that our liberty has received its proper, prized status once again!

Sessions went on to say that he does not “condone mistreatment on the basis of gender identity” and is not expressing an opinion as to whether Congress should change the law. As a U.S. senator, Sessions voted against a 2009 law that extended hate crime protections to sexual orientation, but he said the department would continue to “vigorously” prosecute such crimes, including ones against transgender Americans.

The point? If you are an American, no one should be hurting you. Being transgender is not a special right, however, which any government is bound to protect or respect.

The Trump administration moved early to start scuttling Obama’s transgender policies. In February, the administration revoked an Obama-era rule instructing local school districts to allow students to choose which bathrooms to use based on their gender identity.

AWESOME!

The memo on Title VII follows another decision this summer to intervene in a discrimination case brought by Donald Zarda, a skydiving instructor in New York who claimed he was fired because he was gay. In a brief filed July 26 — the same day that President Trump announced on Twitter that transgender people would not be allowed to serve in the military — the Justice Department argued that the civil rights law did not apply to cases of discrimination based on sexual orientation.

No, they do not. Homosexuality is a behavior, not an identity. These are behaviors, and the issue of rights--meaning that the state does not interfere in your decision making--the rights metric does not apply.

Also this week, the Justice Department filed court papers defending Trump’s right to exclude transgender people from serving in the military. A suit that seeks to protect transgender soldiers is premature, the Justice Department said, because the Trump administration hasn’t come up with a final policy. The department also argues that Trump has a right to exclude transgender people from serving if he believes they would damage a military unit’s cohesion, drawing comparisons to a list of physical infirmities:

YES! The military is not a social experiment. The military is designed to protect our nation and our liberties, not to promote a social agenda--especially a destructive, perverse one.

“A variety of physical and mental conditions presumptively bar entry into the armed forces, including asthma, history of severe migraines, discrepancies in leg length resulting in a limp, or any curvature of the spine that would prevent one from wearing a uniform properly,” the court papers say.

The latest contraction of Obama’s civil rights policies drew angry denunciations from groups that work for legal protections for gay and transgender people.

TOUGH!

“It’s another example of how, under Jeff Sessions, the Justice Department is no longer in the justice business,” said Sharon McGowan, director of strategy for Lambda Legal, a civil rights group.

LIE!

Senator Sessions is a consummate professional and legal mind. He has the utmost respect for the rights of all Americans--natural rights, not special rights drawn out of thin air by the government.

McGowan, a former attorney in the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division who left after Sessions became attorney general, called the policy reversal “nothing short of heartbreaking.”

Give me a break. Justice is not about feelings, but equity and moral response.

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco was equally scathing.

As if we care what she thinks.

“From banning transgender service members to dismantling protections for transgender students, this administration has consistently and cruelly put prejudice and bigotry before the civil rights of the American people,” she said in a statement.

Please, Alzheimer's Nancy, we are not interested in your playing the hate card, the discrimination card, etc. We are on to these games, and Americans will no longer be bullied over this pretend rights and social categories. Thanks.

Final Reflection

I am so excited about this. I am so happy that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is taking the lead on protecting the rights of all Americans. He is standing up for our religious liberties. He is rejecting the latest political Emperor with No Clothes, the transgender movement.

We should all thank God every day that Sessions is the chief law enforcement officer in the United States!

The Racism/Anti-Semitism of the Brown Supremacists at Chicano Park: "You're Probably Jewish, Then!"

The bigotry and hatred of the Brown Supremacists at Chicano Park was evident for all to see.

Check out this clip, where you can hear angry voices across the street shouting: "F--k you, gringo!

Thirty second later, someone else shouts the same hateful epithet.

"F--k You, Gringo!"

Then I heard "Viva La Raza, pinche gueros!" --- which means "Long Live the Race, F--king White boys!"

AWFUL! So much bigotry!

The anti-white, anti-Anglo sentiment is rife and repellent.

Hard to ignore. This was a bad day for Chicano Park advocates. They wanted to create a safe space to celebrate Mexican-Americans? They ended up dishonoring their own heritage.

At this point, someone shouted at us: "Go back to Europe!"

Whatever happened to being tolerant or inclusive?

Then some of the raging protesters revved up their vehement hatred towards us.

They started pressing around, even though there were at least 10 police officers surrounding us on our way to our cars.

Someone shouted out about white privilege. Oh brother! What white privilege, when they treat white people so badly? What are they talking about?!

Then someone said the following to me:

"You're probably Jewish, then!"

What's that supposed to mean?

What difference would it make, whether I was Jewish or not?

Why would it matter?

Do they have a problem with Jewish people?

Point of fact, the leader of the Chicano Movement, Reies Lopez Tijerina, was anti-Semitic. The Union-Tribune reported:

While admired by some students, his activism was steeped in violence and his legacy remained controversial. He also drew criticism for his treatment of women and comments largely viewed as anti-Semitic.

Recently MEChA came under scrutiny as a result of the Tucson Unified School District’s appeal of the finding by Superintendent of Public Instruction (SOPI) that TUSD’s Mexican American Studies classes violate state law. The district’s superintendent testified at the appeal hearing as to an email he received from Assistant Superintendent Dr. Lupita Cavazos-Garcia. In the email, Dr. Garcia ... Dr. Garcia wrote that she was concerned about the organization’s “anti-Semitic tone and tenor on our campuses.” She went on to state that the some of the district’s students have little emotional support and “our Raza students are ripe for this kind of influence.”

This is really serious, people.

American citizens were not permitted to go to a park because we were white.

That is the textbook example of racism. They also attempted to smear me by claiming that I was Jewish. There is nothing shameful about one's ethnic heritage, whether I am Jewish or not. Such vitriol, such bitter bigotry from the Brown Supremacists at Chicano Park was on full display for all to see.

It's time for all Americans, regardless of their background, to stand up to this hate!

We need to follow the brave examples of the Black Americans during the Civil Rights Movement, and we need to establish to all who are listening: this country is for all Americans, that all men are created equal!

Christian Conservatives (Trump Supporters) Are the New Black: Like Rosa Parks, Persecuted over Civil Rights

Lisa Jones, a fellow Trump supporter and Christian conservative, reached out to me after what I had endured in Berkeley this past weekend.

As I had found, she realized that the vicious vile attacks of Antifa against me and other Trump supporters would end up working in our favor.

Here were the first remarks she sent me:

I don't hate any of you..  someone named walker asked me if I knew which videos would be best to be put together and asked that if I had the links to pass in on.. I tagged you in the comments he made mention about some grand jury? Told him as you'll see in the post he needed to coordinate with you... the other video of you being spat upon I know you already have.... Vet the guy well if you don't already know him... Blessings to you and yours...

ALERT Is this Arthur Schaper being surrounded by angry prospectors and told "Jesus ain't gonna come and be your savior today" Please say it's not so.... 

You can hear in the above video one of the Antifa harassers mocking me: "Jesus ain't gonna save you now."

Shameful and hateful. They have exposed their unfettered bigotry, and they are not put to open shame:

"No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD." (Isaiah 54:17)

Then I received a new message from her:

You're on the news again... like I said when many posted how sad they were over what you endured...I told them no need to be sad... ANTIFA just gave the Christian conservative right a Rosa Parks moment.

That will help expose them... the comment "Jesus is not gonna be your savior today" we know that's not true...but mocking Jesus sealed their doomed fate.. I pray they repent and change their ways to more fruitful endeavors that promotes peace.

Indeed, the hateful Antifa registered so much antipathy for their criminal antics against peaceful people, even Nancy Pelosi had to condemn them "without equivocation".

We refuse to sit in the back of the bus!

Full Statement Regarding My Unjust Arrest in Huntington Park, CA

Hello Everyone. Yes I was arrested last night in the Huntington Park City Council chambers. Unjustly.

I was recording live this very tumultuous city council meeting, completely with Brown Supremacists, plus La Raza and Mexica activists, all of whom believe that the United States is “stolen land” from the indigenous peoples who lived in North America thousands of years ago.

Huntington Park forced itself into the national discussion about illegal immigration when they city defied federal law and appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions—positions which are for citizens only. This and a long spate of corruption and fraud ripping off law-abiding citizens while turning a blind eye to corruption and rampant street and gang crime.

On the evening of June 6^th, 2017 Huntington Park City Council and police engaged in numerous Brown Act violations, including the unjust out-of-order rulings against me--and my subsequent arrest.

I was never out of order. The city council and the police acting at their corrupt behest were out of order.

The Huntington Park Police officers lied to the crowd of people who were lining up to enter the chambers the room. "The room is at full capacity."

No it wasn't! People in the chambers informed us that there was still plenty of room. Violation of the Brown Act!

Two trumped-up (pun intended) charges were issued against me--that I disobeyed the lawful order of a police officer, and that I was creating a disturbance in the meeting.

Both are wrong. I did not disrupt the meeting, and therefore it was not a lawful order. The Presiding officer for the meeting, Mayor Marilyn Sanabria, had not directly ruled me out of order for any reason. One police officer, Sergeant settled told me to stop looking behind me(?), and then the police chief recommending a "warning" against me. WHAT?! She gave Nick Iaonnidis three warnings, and then he was escorted. Other members were routinely calling out and disrupting the meeting, but they were never reprimanded or ruled out of order.

I was targeted, discriminated against,

One man was cursing at me from behind. Another woman was flashing her camera light in my face. I spoke to Officer Andrade and a volunteer police officer about the matter. They were bothering me, and yet nothing was done about it. Other disruptive people received one or two warnings, and they were not ordered to leave the meeting

When I was given two warnings (for what reason? None.), I was then told that I had to leave the meeting. Since when was it two warnings as opposed to three?

This time, I could not justify allowing them to remove me for no just reason. I thought of Rosa Parks and other patriots who stood up to worse injustices. Pastor Rob Owens reminded me that Parks' decision not to give up her seat helped inspire more people to fight for their rights.

It's time that every American follow her example, along with the example of Martin Luther King Jr. and other freedom fighters who helped Make America Great Again.
