CAGOP: Say NO to RINO Jessica Patterson (Burned, Flailing, Fraudulent)

The California Republican Party is in worse than a crossroads. If they are not careful, they will be on a cross, executed before all, with no resurrection to anticipate.

Republican Vice Chairman David Hadley launched his bid for CAGOP Chairman, but the general rumblings and outrage made it clear that nobody wanted him to be the next chairman. He had a long, storied anti-Trump record. He wrote a brazen op-ed denouncing the presidential candidate and assured all the voters in the South Bay that he would not vote for him or for Hillary Clinton.

Aside from die-hard Republican activists who had worked with Hadley and every local candidate since the Craig Huey Congressional campaign in 2011.

Hadley is simply too liberal, and his voting record, plus his disdain for President Trump, proved too much for anyone to get behind his re-election bid for state assembly or his bid for governor of even his bid for California Republican Party chairman.

The CAGOP Establishment, which is interested in losing gracefully as long as they make big money with consultant fees, has now lined up behind another candidate: Former California Trailblazers leader Jessica Patterson.

Her social media profile has been all but scrubbed. Aaron Park's blog mentions that she had a long anti-Trump pedigree.

Now she is going all out to show her so-called support for the President. The truth is that we can do so much better.

Let's consider the legacy of this Trailblazers program:

Today, the fruit of Jessica Patterson's hard work has come to fruition.   Thanks to Assemblyman Brian Maienschein, Jessica's "All Star”, the Republican Assembly Caucus has lost another member.

Assemblyman Brian Maienschein, who was among Jessica Patterson's first endorsements, announced that he switched parties from Republican to Democrat.

Marking the 13th legislative seat that Republicans have lost under JessicaPatterson watch.

Is anyone surprised?

Since 2011 Jessica Patterson has worked with the third house (lobbyists) to completely dismantle what is left of the Republican party.

As CEO of California Trailblazers Jessica Patterson promised to help get more Republicans elected. In reality, the organization was used to ostracize any Republican that had values and wasn’t willing to play the game of the monied interests.

Jessica Patterson’s star pupil and practitioner of her Republican lite brand of politics has clearly shown us what we will get with Jessica Patterson as Chair of the Republican party.

Here they are together before Maienschein’s swearing in.

Howard Fakes, one of the Republican Party of Los Angeles County RINS, took a proud picture with Brian Maienschein and Jessica Patterson above.

The same Brian Maienschein who had announced, just after winning a narrow victory in San Diego, that he would re-register as a Democrat. The Trailblazers program invested more time shutting down conservatives than in promoting good Republicans to win elections.

Oh, and it gets worse about Jessica Patterson.

She sent out a glowing, self-congratulatory email showcasing all her major endorsements, but someone in the California Republican Party delegation decided to include some much needed edits, clarifications, and corrections:

JESSICA PATTERSON LAUNCHES CAMPAIGN
for CHAIRMAN OF THE CALIFORNIA REPUBLICAN PARTY
It’s Time to Take the Fight to Democrats, Execute Aggressive Programs and Win Elections

(Simi Valley, California) – Jessica Patterson, CEO of California Trailblazers*,

*TRAILBLAZERS: When it began we had 28 Republicans in the Assembly & 14 Republicans in the Senate, funded in part by the CAGOP, GOP elected “Leadership” and Charles Munger to get more Republicans elected to the legislature. Trailblazers have managed to net -11 seats in the CA Legislature.

today announced that she is running for Chairman of the California Republican Party. A tenacious no-nonsense conservative*
*MERIDIAN is her consultant, and…the genius’ behind this press release, they were the hired lobbyists that pushed the Cap and Trade Gas Tax Hike to Republicans and worked directly with. Chad Mayes to do it,Conservative?

Patterson will lead a team that takes the fight to the Democrats and executes aggressive programs to help GOP candidates win. Patterson has the confidence of Republican leaders and local activists because of her vision, experience, network and ability to raise money, register voters and lead winning campaigns
TRAILBLAZERS lost 11 formerly safe GOP seats. Now the CAGOP enjoysSUPERMinority status.
CAGOP Victory 2010 & 2012 those are the two years she was in charge of the Get Out The Vote Strategy for the CAGOP… Aside from 2018 – they were the WORST years of losses for the CAGOP in the last 2 decades or more.
NEVADA JOHN MCCAIN VICTORY Director in 2008, She lost…we were supposed to win Nevada.
SCHWARZENEGGER 2006, Regional Political Director which means she oversaw a county or small region of the state campaign, and yes…Schwarzenegger did win that. We don’t know if she won her region…...

“The Democrats are systematically destroying the state I love, turning California into the capital of poverty, drowning hard-working families in taxes and creating an arrogant and unaccountable government bureaucracy,” Patterson said. “I will never apologize for being a proud conservative Republican or give up on our Party. We’re going to rebuild a GOP team that takes the fight to the Democrats, raises money, registers voters, turns them out to vote and wins elections.
These are all things that Jessica and more importantly, the folks backing her, have supposedly been doing for the party, that’s what this press release claims…The Status Quo…Our “Leadership”. This is their very first press release for her. How exactly has everything been working out?
Through organized statewide grassroots activists, armed with the latest tools and tactics, our California Republican Party is going to be a powerful force unlike anything California has ever seen.”

Patterson, 38, is CEO of California Trailblazers, an organization she helped found, build and grow that recruits and trains Republican candidates for state legislative office. Modeled after the national Young Guns program, Trailblazers is California’s most successful GOP candidate support program.
This was the CAGOP Program in 2018. How did it go?
This is because, at her core, Patterson is one of the state’s top campaign experts who recognizes that operational excellence is a determining factor in party success. She launches her campaign with overwhelming support from 19 Republican state legislators, including Senate Republican Leader Pat Bates and Assembly Republican Leader Marie Waldron as well as key GOP grassroots leaders who know all the candidates and believe Patterson is the best leader for the party’s future.

STOP, THIS IS CRAZY - Do you believe that we have been on the right path, that what “Leadership” has been doing has been working out so far? Do you want more of that same plan?

Are you willing to put the engine of the Republican Party into the hands of someone you don’t know because the people that have been doing an awful job at electing Republicans say so?

This press release itself looks like it was written in the nineties. Our party needs authenticity. We need someone to lead it that backs up our grass roots activists. We need someone that cares enough to know that this isn’t a game.  This is real life, and our very lives and livelihoods are on the line.  We need to do what we once did so well. Show up, work hard, join in effort and get the job done.

It’s time for things to change!

Jessica Patterson’s work ethic and dedication are unmatched, illustrated by her growth from California Republican Party intern to Director of Victory operations in just eight years,” California Federation of Republican Women Past President Martha House said. “She delivers results without ego or entitlement, and I enthusiastically endorse her to be the next Chairman of the California Republican Party.”

“I’ve worked directly with Jessica Patterson for more than a decade. She’s tough and will not back down from any challenge,” Trump’s Hispanic Advisory Council Member Mario Rodriguez said. “Jessica is a true conservative, staunchly pro-life, a steadfast supporter of the second amendment and strongly opposed to taxes and wasteful bureaucracy. She is the only California Republican leader who can unite our Party and help our candidates win.”

Patterson grew up in Hacienda Heights and Montebello in East Los Angeles County, getting her start in politics in high school as a volunteer for former Governor Pete Wilson; Governor Wilson has endorsed her candidacy. She continued to gain valuable organizing and operational experience volunteering at the Los Angeles Republican Party headquarters in Hacienda Heights. Following an internship with Assemblymember Bob Pacheco, Patterson served as an intern for the California Republican Party and was later appointed Executive Director of the Ventura County Republican Party. In 2006, Patterson was a Regional Political Director for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s landslide re-election effort. She was the Nevada Victory Director in 2008 for John McCain for President. Patterson served as the statewide Field Director for Meg Whitman for Governor and California Victory Director in 2010 and 2012 with the California Republican Party.

Jessica brought us Arnold Schwarzennegger, John McCain and Meg Whitman.  So with her as Chair, we can count on repeating those successful examples.  Well, at least wildly successful for her consultants.

“State Republican legislators will have no better partner than Jessica Patterson as Chairman of the California Republican Party,” State Senator Shannon Grove said. “On her watch, we will gain seats in Sacramento and fight for policies that will make California affordable, improve our schools and support the men and women in law enforcement who put their lives on the line to keep us safe.”

Patterson is a graduate and member of the Board of Directors for the Marian Bergeson Series, a training program designed to recruit and train the next generation of Republican women in California politics.  She is married to Wes Patterson, a nonprofit fundraiser, and they have two beautiful daughters.

“I am ready for the challenges ahead and recognize it won’t be easy, but California is at a turning point. We’re going to build a Republican Party that reflects California, gives people hope for the future and wins elections,” Patterson concluded.

Patterson looks like she just graduated from college, or from high school--and yet now she is getting propped up by the remaining vestigates of outside money so that the rich consultants can make big money while the rest of us keep losing money.

Sorry, but I am not on board with any of this folly.

I resent, I really resent a bunch of party bigwigs forcing their choice onto the California Republican Party convention delegation. That is wrong.

Oh, and let's talk about who gets rich with a Patterson Chairmanship ...

Recently a Ripoff Report for Fraud was filed against Jessica Patterson.

Read it here.

Jessica Patterson promised donors that she would help get more Republicans elected, but instead she enriched herself and few consultants.

Here are the damning facts taken from the California Secretary of State Site.

Since the 2012 Election Cycle when Trailblazers was founded, the CAGOP has gone from 28 in the Assembly down to 20 (make that 19, now that Trailblazer All-Star Maienschein is gone) and 14 seats in the State Senate down to 10.

Why? Let's follow the money.

In this last cycle (2017 -18) where Republicans got wiped out and our candidates were overwhelmed with money pouring from from liberal special interests,

The Trailblazers raised $717,000 from donors. They paid Jessica and the consultants (including Jessica) a total of
$481k.

Trailblazers ONLY GAVE CANDIDATES A TOTAL of $28K, for the entire two year cycle, in a midterm where Republicans statewide got wiped out.

Since Trailblazers started it has been a scheme to buy off our party, enrich a few consultants and make our elected officials subservient to lobbyists.

For roughly seven years worth of work, the Trailblazers has paid JessicaPatterson a total $1,250,609. During this same period of time other consultants were paid an additional $1,040,484.

A total of  $2,291,094 went to Jessica Patterson and consultants.

Over its entire lifetime, the Trailblazers have only sent $142,365 to candidates.

Do you see a pattern?

In essence, Jessica Patterson and her cohorts  have been paid $2.3 millionwhile spending almost nothing on actually getting candidates elected.

Is it any wonder that Trailblazers work has yielded a loss of 13 seats?

In February, we have choice to make about the Future of our Party.  Do we want to continue letting Jessica Patterson enrich herself and her cohorts at the expense of a strong Republican Party?

OUCH!

Can't we do better than Jessica Patterson?!

YES WE CAN -- His name is Steve Frank!!!

John Cox: Better Than Kashkari and Whitman

One of the biggest criticism against Cox was that he had less money than Meg Whitman and was less conservative than Neel Kashkari.

Full disclosure on two fronts: I voted for Meg Whitman and I did not vote for Kashkari in the primary and in the general election. He was a full-on liberal. Yes, he had a few press conferences, and yes he hated the teachers unions.

Beyond that, he was a full-on liberal. He had voted for Barack Obama--twice! He was pro-choice, pro-gay marriage. He supported gun control and Cap and Trade, too.

There was no way that I was going to get behind that guy. NO WAY! I wrote in Tim Donnelly for the general election.

But now let's consider John Cox.

He is pro-life. He has been endorsed by pro-life causes, and I cannot deny that. Whitman and Kashkari were pro-choice. Their lack of respect for life was a turn off sorts for me. I am glad that Cox has not shied away from his pro-life stance.

About Trump, he has admitted that he wishes he had voted for the President.

Not sure what to think about his stance against the death penalty. Now we have four Top Contender candidates running for Governor and US Senate, and all of them oppose the death penalty. Hmm ...

Unfortunately, there are so many people turned off to Cox at this time, and I am not sure that they can be turned back on, so to speak. People just don't trust the guy. He's from Chicago, he ran radio program billing himself as a progressive Republican.

This guy needs to get squared away on the MAGA Agenda ASAP and get in line FAST.

Now, having written some of my reservations about Cox, there are other reasons to be more hopeful. He has announced his vocal opposition to SB 54 and to stopping the Sanctuary State law at all costs. He is not a liberal flake in the mold of Bruce Rauner, who won the governor's race in 2014, only to turn into a failing, flailing RINO who bent over and gave the Democrats in Springfield everything they wanted.

No one can blame the CAGOP Establishment for promoting Cox. Trump stepped in and supported him. I support the President, and therefore I don't feel bad about supporting Cox. The endorsement will box COX in, meaning that he has to support key portions of the President's agenda. He simply cannot run away or downplay the endorsement, since that's what got him elected.

Let's set the record straight: John Cox is not Meg Whitman or Neel Kashkari.

He has the money, and he is not as liberal as either one of them.

Now that the primary is, over I have to consider the perspective and concerns that Trump was weighing when he made the endorsement. As our federal government's chief executive, he needs a Congressional majority in both houses that will support and promote his agenda. We cannot lose the House of Representatives, and we need to hold onto the US Senate. Gaining seats is essential to ward off filibusters, too. Democrats were targeting at least seven house seats in California, including four seats in Orange County. If there was no Republican gubernatorial candidate at the top of the ticket, then the voter turnout for other Republican candidates down ticket would have suffered. That's a loss that none of us would have wanted.

The Cox endorsement floated many other ships, and Republicans had a robust turnout in all targeted races throughout the state. We even won the recall and got rid of tax-and-spending sanctuary state Josh Newman. Indivisible groups were hoping for big victories all over California, and they came up short, big time. Trump's endorsement took into account the long-term vision, what was best for the country as well as for the state of California.

More RPLAC Fails: Done David, Cheating Chad, Howard Fakes, and Andy Gimme-Candy

In the above photo you will see the three biggest RINOs yet.

First, there's the corrupt and unpleasant Andy Gharakani, aka Gimme-Candy.

He basically helps fund the useless, feckless, and now morally bankrupt Republican Party of Los Angeles County Central Committee.

He was also part of the reason why the charter for the Beach Cities Republicans was taken away--for no reason at all.

Then there's Cheating Chad Mayes! He lost his wife, he lost whatever morals he claimed to possess, and now he's about to lose his leadership position as head of the dwindling minority caucus in Sacramento.

Then there's this other loser named Howard Hakes.

He is running for US Senate, and he's a proud member of the New Minority. They don't want to win. They want to define "majority" in terms of the least objectionable Democrat or squishy RINO.

The goal is to protect their pocketbooks, their business interests.

Oh brother.

But with the latest fallouts for the liberal lunacy claiming to be Republicans I can still claim that there is some winning.

The winning!

The winning is just too much.

I was so sad on Monday, when 8 Republican members of the state legislature caved on compromised on whatever principles they had.

At the same time, this fail had to happen.

We the People of the state of California  need to wake up.

The Deep State of Sacramento, the Swamp, the Third House, whatever you want to the collective of crony capitalists and special interests are running our government, not our elected officials, and therefore not us.

It's time for the grassroots to grow from the weeds to the trees.

It never said in the Constitution "We the Republicans" or "We the Democrats."

The preamble is very clear: "We the People".

Why don't we visit the Declaration of Independence, too?

So, what is there to celebrate, of a sort?

1. David Hadley drops out of the Governor's race.

This is great news on so many levels.

First, this ensures a narrower field of Republican contenders. Yes, it's still a long shot, but at least there are only two strong contenders for the nomination.

Second, this is a major blow the Munger's Millions. All the money in the world will not make voters excited about a candidate who is ... not exciting.

Not only that, but Hadley rejected Trump. This decision burned up the grassroots really badly. Republican groups in Palos Verdes refused to help him because of this decision. Other activists told me plainly how outraged they were by this decision. They had had enough.

I am beginning to think that maybe part of the reason Trump did so poorly in the 66th AD district was that Hadley had turned off voters and they decided not to vote at all. Maybe it was a causation thing.

If Hadley has been a proud or at least simply stated "I will vote for Trump", then get back to running his own race, all would have gone better.

Who knows?

So the Third reason this is big: NeverTrumps are now NeverWinners.

It's about time that they get called out on their lack of principle.

Consider how off-based and out-of-touch Hadley was on the Trump issue.

The Torrance-based Daily Breeze announced that Hadley voted for Libertarian in Name Only Gary Johnson. That is deeply troubling, too. Who wants a Republican governor who refused to support the President?

Not me. That's one reason why I am leaning toward Travis Allen, since he has not run away from his support for the President, before and after his election in 2016.

Now, who was putting big money and hopes into Hadley's gubernatorial bid?

The Republican Party of Los Angeles County Central Committee! And now their hopes are further dashed. What little pull and heft they claimed to possess, it has all fallen away!

Boohoo!

Janice Webb
Caught in her own devices

Fourth, the downfall of Hadley's bid for Governor and their happy photo-op with Chad Mayes exposes how corrupt the RINO LA County Central Committee has become.

Just look at the above photo, and you can see that these three losers were fraternizing together. Now RPLAC is well-known as the corrupt group that shuts down volunteer organizations and hob-knobs with cheaters and traitors.

What little credibility they had ... is now gone.

Fifth: Janice Webb, the puppet for Andy Gimme-Candy, Gary SCAM-inoff, and Mark "The Weasel" Vafiades has been thoroughly discredited, useless, and unimportant.

What a victory for the grassroots.

Now it's time for conservatives, for hard-core passionate Republicans in word and deed to take over these central committees and run for office!

UPDATE: 5:55pm

The corrupt central committee has even more egg on their face.

As very few people know, Hadley gave an hour long presentation at the last RPLAC central committee on July15, 2017.

He spoke for 40 minutes!

He was revved up, pumped up, ready to take on the race!

He even fielded questions for another 20 minutes. When it came to the question about "Who did you vote for?" Hadley gave a long, convoluted answer. Then admitted he had voted for Gary Johnson for President.

Unreal.

Shameful.

It is any surprise that he dropped out five days later? Who in the Republican Party of California would want to vote for this guy?

Munger's Millions Well-Spent? Hadley Campaign Major Fails Continue

Wow.

Assemblyman David Hadley obviously did not think this statewide bid for governor through.

First, there are the major slip-ups with his website.

Check out what California consultant Matt Shupe had to share:

Then let's find out what where Hadley received his first donation:

We have a Mungerite running for Governor.

This should turn out well. NOT!

From Aaron Park's blog:

David Hadley has no chance of winning Governor. He had told people he was not going to declare until he raised $7.5 Million. I’d lay odds he has $1.98 right now. This is despite the fact that Mr. Hadley himself has told several people that wealthy GOP donor Charles T. Munger, Jr. has committed $1 Million to his effort. I am not sure how that works as one donor can only give about $28K.
Even if Mr. Munger could contribute $1 Million, Mr. Hadley would need another Million to get even with John Cox and then would need the gigantic list of small dollar donors that John Cox has amassed to appear as anything other than a foil.
And here's more.

Guess what David told me about RPLAC, aka RINO-PLAC?

Excuse my slight overstatement to make a point, but there is basically no CRP. There is practically no RPLAC. As far as I know, RPLAC has one paid staffer (Jason Maruca) and a lot of volunteers. They are up against the mightiest political machine in the country. The chair of the ADCC is a volunteer, doing what he/she can. Reading long emails from a person who (as far as I know) has never run for RPLAC, who wants to ask a bunch of rhetorical questions and offer a bunch of opinions about how to MakeCaliforniaGreatAgain, is not a good use of their time or my time.

So, why did he join the Central Committee in the first place?

I guess he's not invested in making California Great Again, either.

Hmmm.

And what did Gary SCAM-inoff have to say about Hadley's bid?

Why not look at what other people have to say about this take on the race?

Lots of cynicism and very little hope as it is ...

And Hadley jumps in to make it worse?

Oh brother. When does the hurting stop?

Thanks for Revoking Beach Cities Republicans' Charter, RINO-PLAC!

The musings have become murmurings.

And the murmurings have become rumors.

And now today, the criticism from the enraged citizenry have come forward and called out the corruption and bad leadership of the Republican Party of Los Angeles County, aka RPLAC, now known as RINO-PLAC.

This is what
GOP activism
looks like!

What is the point of a county central committee when they kick volunteers in the face? Why have a political party in the first place when a couple of wealthy insiders live by their own set of rules, then arbitrarily apply them to everyone else.

I am certain that Beach Cities Republicans Founders Harry Eicher and James Crean would have never seen this day. How shocked they would be to learn that RPLAC leadeship has become corrupted, with no real intention for meeting or even existing ... besides giving a couple of pre-eminent elitist a sense of relevance, plus a place to go on weekends to look like big shots.

What a sad disaster the county has become.

I reached out to former RPLAC leaders and activists. There was a time when a Republican Congressman, state senator, and state assemblyman represented the South Bay in Los Angeles County!

What happened?!

Now, the leaders are content to live off donation welfare and do nothing more than just get together once a month and contemplate their irrelevance.

Here is the current leadership:

Mark Vafiades

Gary Aminoff

Janice Webb

Gary SCAM-inoff has been involved with the Republican Party of Los Angeles County for ... decades.

What does he have to show for his lack of effort?

Would someone please tell me?

Vafiades pushes me out in a rush hearing based on corruption and flimsy charges.

Then there's Janice (caught in a) Webb (of deceit), who called me work trying to pressure me to cancel a meeting, and very likely released the private contacts of all the members of our club to help another candidate remove me as President of the Beach Cities Republicans.

And she was also behind the same corrupt attempt to get rid of me, when she was supposed to ... register voters, raise money, recruit and retain candidates and volunteers.

And speaking of volunteers ...

I just want to say "Thank you" to the RINO-PLAC leaders. This whole charter business has turned out to be a smokescreen for well-dressed irrelevance.

The Mountain View Republican Club faced abuse and bullying because they were activists. They took their show somewhere else and have continued to succeed.

The Beach Cities Republicans has gained more numbers, fame, and influence after losing the "revered" charter.

Anyone striving to get an RPLAC charter is setting themselves up for a liability.

RINO-PLAC: all dressed up and going nowhere fast!

Thank you for taking it away - we are true Republicans, and we want know part of RINO-PLAC!
