Shameful! RPLAC Refused to Take Gas Tax Repeal Literature (Major CYA Followed)

The Republican Party of Los Angeles County Central Committee is a RINO-infested mess.

The leadership revoked the charter for two volunteer clubs:

1. The Beach Cities Republicans
2. The Mountain View Republican Club

The reasons?

Our clubs were actively conservative, pro-Trump.

I had invited Latinos for Trump founder Marco Gutierrez to speak to our club, and the leadership of the local central committee told me to cancel the meeting. She even called my work to try and convince my boss to get me to cancel the meeting.

Corrupt and illegal.

The central committee recently exposed how not just out of touch, but unwilling and uninterested they were in helping the conservative cause in the state of California.

The John and Ken Show interviewed Carl DeMaio, and he exposed that the RPLAC Central Committee blew off De Maio and the Yes on Prop 6 campaign.

I am not surprised that they would blow off any interest in doing something worthwhile for any Republicans in Los Angeles County or even throughout the state of California.

Disappointing, but not uprisings.

Outraged, I shot off a heated letter to the RPLAC "leadership":

Shame on You!! You Must Help Effort to Distribute Yes on Prop 6 Signs

I had send this email through blind carbon copy to other conservatives, including club leaders, in Los Angeles County.

Claude Todoroff, the President of the Torrance-Lomita Republican Assembly, wrote in response:

Thank you so much for that video. Somebody at the TLRA B-B-Q told me yesterday about the county party no supporting the Gas Tax Repeal. I have to say I was stunned but not really surprised. This is the proof that we needed to hear that the L.A. County GOP is not in our corner but stands with Gov. Moonbeam. Yesterday I wrote you that the LA County GOP needs to lead, follow or get out of the way. Forget that. It is now clear they need to just get out of the way because the GOP base will not stand for this type of betrayal. You can't spin this. Richard Sherman and his LA County GOP team have sold us out and they need to resign ASAP. All they will do is lead us down the road to another wipe out defeat like in 2016.

To all who are blind copied on this e-mail please call the county party in Encino and demand they all resign immediately. The number is  818-558-7600. With such incompetent and perhaps corrupt leadership it should be no surprise our hard working candidates and volunteers get defeated. The GOP is now the party of Pres. Donald Trump and we have to do like he does and tell the leadership of the LA County GOP "YOU'RE FIRED".

Please forward this to all your contacts and have them demand new leadership now for the L.A. County GOP. They aren't even RINOs anymore but the lackey of Gov. Moonbeam and the Democrats. Don't let them weasel out with some poor excuse that this was an error or something else really lame. Even if they now take the signs and other literature we still can't be sure that they are 100% on board or just doing it to keep the exit door from hitting them in their stupid buttocks. If they were truly on board, this sell-out would never have happened. They can never be trusted again.

Claude

The next day, I received this #CYA email from RPLAC Treasurer Gary SCAM-inoff:

Claude and Arthur,

What Carl said on John & Ken is not true.  It was a big miscommunication. Of course the LAGOP supports the repeal of the gas tax.  Carl is going to correct what he said.  If you want more details call me.

This has a wonderful name: CYA, i.e. "Cover Your Ass"

And it's fitting, since the leadership of RPLAC are acting like Donkey Democrats, not Red Republicans.

Claude's response was fitting:

Gary,

I want to hear it from Carl and until I hear that from Carl I'm not buying "miscommunication". We have seen the disloyalty of LACGOP on numerous occasions so don't hold it against me if I am skeptical.

Claude

Here's what RPLAC posted on its practically non-existent Facebook Page:

Here's the full "Excuse"

Here is what happened with the YES on 6 Signs:
First of all, let me say that of course the LAGOP supports the repeal of the gas tax, and supports the YES ON 6 group, and has from the beginning.
The LAGOP offices are on the fifth floor of a high-rise security building. We have two small rooms which are overcrowded as is. It is a security building, which means you have to check in with the security guard in the lobby before coming up, and if you park in the building the parking rates are outrageous.
Because of all these conditions, the offices of the LAGOP are not suited for distribution of signs. Volunteers will wind up paying $5-$10 for parking and will have difficulty getting up to the offices. Additionally, we just don’t have the room for signs.
Last week a driver showed up with 1,000 signs, without prior notice and left them in the hallway because they were too many to get into the office. Our Executive Director called the County Party Chairman who explained to the driver that the offices of the LAGOP are not suitable for distributing 1,000 signs, and that we have 14 other locations in LA County where signs are being distributed for YES ON 6.
The driver went back and without reporting the details or reasons, stated that LAGOP had refused to distribute signs, which was totally inaccurate. Whoever reported to Carl DeMaio just reported that the LAGOP had refused to distribute signs. That is why Carl said what he said on the John and Ken show on Friday.
Carl has now been informed as to what the real story is and sent out the following tweet this morning. He is going on the John and Ken show on Friday to explain what happened.

There is nothing which suggests that it is a matter of course for the Republican Party of Los Angeles County to support the repeal of the gas tax. There is nothing to justify or to censure this sentiment.

If the building is as secure as they claim, then how did Carl end up providing the signs in the first place? "There wasn't enough room for the signs." Sure, whatever you say, buddy.

This is a load of garbage, no matter how one looks at it. By the way ... how come the County GOP office is in such a high rise to begin with? Is it that they are hiding something? Are they trying to avoid any kind of connection or with the public?

How is it possible that there would be so much miscommunication? There is a lot more to this mess than has been reported, as usual. I have emails from SCAM-inoff, in which he reports that the RPLAC revoked the charter of the Beach Cities Republicans for other reasons, not the ones stated to the public.

The RPLAC leadership have a habit of lying, of hiding the truth, of dishonoring the base in the county. There is no reason why anyone should believe anything that they say.

Final Reflection

I never thought I would see the day that the corrupt RINO central committee would get shredded in such a public fashion. I will be honest: it was quite gratifying and liberating to see these corrupt liars getting raked over their feckless laziness.

More to come!

Updated:

De Maio got what he needed from Gary, but it took an epic media onslaught to get something happening:

Of course, the massive pressure from Carl De Maio is exactly what it took for RINO-PLAC to do anything!

Ready for a Laugh? "Spell Check" Jason Maruca Quits from RINO-PLAC

Now this is really funny!

Duuuh!
Check out what Jason Maruca, the overpaid secretary for the defunct Republican Party of Los Angeles County.

I would like to inform you that I will be resigning from my position as Executive Director of the Los Angeles Republican Party, effective Friday, September 29th.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you. I know that I leave the County Party in better shape than when I found it four years ago. This is in large part due to you and your dedication. I hope you keep up the good fight and carry on our important work.

I would also like to thank three people in particular: Chairman Richard Sherman, former Chairman Mark Vafiades and our Senior Consultant Andy Gharakhani for all their support and the opportunity to serve the L.A. GOP.

Funny! This is a total joke!

Here is Andy's best friend:

Andy Gimme-Candy and Howard Fakes love
them some Cheating Chad!
You can always reach me at me personal email, jason.c.maruca@gmail.com, or connect with me on LinkedIn for any future correspondence.

Thanks,

Jason

More RPLAC Fails: Done David, Cheating Chad, Howard Fakes, and Andy Gimme-Candy

In the above photo you will see the three biggest RINOs yet.

First, there's the corrupt and unpleasant Andy Gharakani, aka Gimme-Candy.

He basically helps fund the useless, feckless, and now morally bankrupt Republican Party of Los Angeles County Central Committee.

He was also part of the reason why the charter for the Beach Cities Republicans was taken away--for no reason at all.

Then there's Cheating Chad Mayes! He lost his wife, he lost whatever morals he claimed to possess, and now he's about to lose his leadership position as head of the dwindling minority caucus in Sacramento.

Then there's this other loser named Howard Hakes.

He is running for US Senate, and he's a proud member of the New Minority. They don't want to win. They want to define "majority" in terms of the least objectionable Democrat or squishy RINO.

The goal is to protect their pocketbooks, their business interests.

Oh brother.

But with the latest fallouts for the liberal lunacy claiming to be Republicans I can still claim that there is some winning.

The winning!

The winning is just too much.

I was so sad on Monday, when 8 Republican members of the state legislature caved on compromised on whatever principles they had.

At the same time, this fail had to happen.

We the People of the state of California  need to wake up.

The Deep State of Sacramento, the Swamp, the Third House, whatever you want to the collective of crony capitalists and special interests are running our government, not our elected officials, and therefore not us.

It's time for the grassroots to grow from the weeds to the trees.

It never said in the Constitution "We the Republicans" or "We the Democrats."

The preamble is very clear: "We the People".

Why don't we visit the Declaration of Independence, too?

So, what is there to celebrate, of a sort?

1. David Hadley drops out of the Governor's race.

This is great news on so many levels.

First, this ensures a narrower field of Republican contenders. Yes, it's still a long shot, but at least there are only two strong contenders for the nomination.

Second, this is a major blow the Munger's Millions. All the money in the world will not make voters excited about a candidate who is ... not exciting.

Not only that, but Hadley rejected Trump. This decision burned up the grassroots really badly. Republican groups in Palos Verdes refused to help him because of this decision. Other activists told me plainly how outraged they were by this decision. They had had enough.

I am beginning to think that maybe part of the reason Trump did so poorly in the 66th AD district was that Hadley had turned off voters and they decided not to vote at all. Maybe it was a causation thing.

If Hadley has been a proud or at least simply stated "I will vote for Trump", then get back to running his own race, all would have gone better.

Who knows?

So the Third reason this is big: NeverTrumps are now NeverWinners.

It's about time that they get called out on their lack of principle.

Consider how off-based and out-of-touch Hadley was on the Trump issue.

The Torrance-based Daily Breeze announced that Hadley voted for Libertarian in Name Only Gary Johnson. That is deeply troubling, too. Who wants a Republican governor who refused to support the President?

Not me. That's one reason why I am leaning toward Travis Allen, since he has not run away from his support for the President, before and after his election in 2016.

Now, who was putting big money and hopes into Hadley's gubernatorial bid?

The Republican Party of Los Angeles County Central Committee! And now their hopes are further dashed. What little pull and heft they claimed to possess, it has all fallen away!

Boohoo!

Janice Webb
Caught in her own devices

Fourth, the downfall of Hadley's bid for Governor and their happy photo-op with Chad Mayes exposes how corrupt the RINO LA County Central Committee has become.

Just look at the above photo, and you can see that these three losers were fraternizing together. Now RPLAC is well-known as the corrupt group that shuts down volunteer organizations and hob-knobs with cheaters and traitors.

What little credibility they had ... is now gone.

Fifth: Janice Webb, the puppet for Andy Gimme-Candy, Gary SCAM-inoff, and Mark "The Weasel" Vafiades has been thoroughly discredited, useless, and unimportant.

What a victory for the grassroots.

Now it's time for conservatives, for hard-core passionate Republicans in word and deed to take over these central committees and run for office!

UPDATE: 5:55pm

The corrupt central committee has even more egg on their face.

As very few people know, Hadley gave an hour long presentation at the last RPLAC central committee on July15, 2017.

He spoke for 40 minutes!

He was revved up, pumped up, ready to take on the race!

He even fielded questions for another 20 minutes. When it came to the question about "Who did you vote for?" Hadley gave a long, convoluted answer. Then admitted he had voted for Gary Johnson for President.

Unreal.

Shameful.

It is any surprise that he dropped out five days later? Who in the Republican Party of California would want to vote for this guy?

BUSTED! LA Times Confirms that RINO-PLAC LIED About Charter Revocation

The winning just never stops.

There were naysayers and critics who feared that allowing the Los Angeles Times to follow me and write a cover piece about me, I would be inviting acrimony against the Trump cause.

One friend of mine was concerned about my reaction to one issue.

"What do you think of them calling you a 'disruptor'?

Answer: "Just watch the video they cut of me at the Maxine Waters town hall in Inglewood.

There is no evidence that I disrupted the meeting. After I was asked to leave--for which I have yet to file a formal complaint against Officer Martinez, Badge #232--I confronted the man in the town hall who was disruptive!

Also, a few minutes earlier into this video below, you will see that Harim Uzziel and Jesse Suave were removed from the town hall for no reason whatsoever. It was complete discrimination.

As I said in the article!

Moreover, The Republican Party of Los Angeles County is now caught in its lies.

For the three months of the silly saga started by the incompetent executive director and the "leadership" committee, the party claimed that the BCR charter was revoked because I allowed a Libertarian candidate to speak at the club. They then went after me because I exposed the arbitrary and lawless methods they took to try and bully me out of being President of the Beach Cities Republicans. Remember that Executive Director Jason Maruca could not even spell my name right!

The by-law committee held by telephone in mid-January focused on these two "infractions".

But what did the Republican Party of Los Angeles County tell the reporter?!

Hmmm ...

Schaper's style — which includes showing up to Waters' office with a sign reading, "Maxine Waters Go to Hell" — caused the Republican Party of Los Angeles County to pull the charter from the Beach Cities Republicans club of which he is president.

Wait a minute. RINO-PLAC revoked the Beach Cities Republicans' charter in January 2017. I visited Maxine Waters' mansion in May of this year. How could they revoke the club's charter for an event which had not yet taken place?

And wait? I thought this whole dust-up was about Mimi Robson speaking at the Beach Cities Republicasn  ...

In a statement, the county GOP cited Schaper’s “inappropriate activities” — disrupting meetings, intimidating elected officials and citizens — as a major reason for pulling the charter.

“Complaints about his activities from elected officials and everyday citizens reflect badly on the Republican Party,” the party said.

Notice the cowardice once again. "The party" issued a statement. Who actually wrote it? Who actually voted on it? Where are the minutes or the record for this statement?

There is  none, because no one in the Executive Committee wants to admit that they are bunch of gutless liars who do not want to accomplish anything. They embrace "controlled failure", as long as they can be the chairman or on the executive board for the failure.

What a shameful display. They lied to me, to the Beach Cities Republicans Board, to the members and volunteers, and now they want to cover up their tepid complaints against me with recriminations about our activism.

By the way, all these remarks about "inappropraiate activities: - if they are referring to Xavier Becerra's town-hall-in-name-only or our efforts in "illegal alien town halls" which are seditious in and of themselves ... all  of these events occured AFTER they unjustly revoked our charter.

The RPLAC Twitter feed even claimed that we were no longer a Republican club. Wrong! Not only are we a Republican club, but we are actually fighting for the values of the Republican Party, getting voters registered, and taking the fight for our state and the country to the streets, where this fight needs to be waged.

Once again, this LA Times article has worked to my necessary advantage and against the corruption--both Republican and Democratic--in Los Angeles County.

Again, why did the RINO-PLAC leadership go to such lengths to cover up their lies and come up with such trumped-up charges against the club?

If they annouonced honestly that they did not like my activism, the entire grassroots throughout the country would have walked out on RINO-PLAC. Who would want to work with a Central Committee that is more interested in losing, even if they spend lots of money doing it, then confronting lawless politicians and upending illegal actions and town halls?

But now it's too late. They have exposed their own shame, and the Los Angeles Times helped me do it!
