Idaho GOP Rooting Out the RINOs

Dorothy Moon, IDGOP Chairwoman

Wow! Congratulations to the Idaho Republican Party! They have become a true engine for grassroots conservatism, and to their credit they have pushed out a whole slew of RINOs in the state party, and in the state legislature.

They even defeated a couple of RINO incumbents in statewide office, as well!

Dorothy Moon was one of the most conservative state house reps in Boise, and she was outspoken in her efforts to keep Idaho Idaho. She ran into opposition not just from Democrats, but from RINO Establishment leadership in both chambers of the state legislature. She threw her hat in the ring to run for Secretary of State, but came up short in the primary.

But all was not lost. She ended up defeating the RINO incumbent Chairman of the Idaho Republican Party Tom Luna, who had served as the government-growing establishment Superintendent of Education.

Now that the RINOs and other liberal Republicans have been exposed and purged, they are striking back at the state party and its conservative leaders. They are propping Democrats for office, and they are pushing for statewide initiatives to dilute the vote and make it harder for conservatives to win office.

Idaho GOP Chairwoman Dorothy Moon exposes it all in her latest press release:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

October 3, 2022

Boise, ID —

A growing list of defeated Idaho Republicans are making headlines by endorsing Democrat candidates for Idaho public office, and the pattern has drawn the attention of the Legacy Media, who have frequently asked me to comment on these endorsements.

After ten-years of middling service in the State Senate, Fred Martin was defeated in this year’s primary. Now he has decided to publicly confirm what many of his own voters have long suspected by endorsing a Democrat for his former seat. Never mind that the Democrat was once his opponent. Never mind that the Democrat believes in abortion on demand after Martin has long claimed to be pro-life. Never mind that the Democrat is a member of the party seeking to sexualize Idaho’s children, after Martin has long claimed to be pro-family.

Former Idaho Supreme Court Justice Jim Jones, a self-described expert on critical race theory, has been showing his true colors, too. More than merely endorsing a Democrat, Jones is serving as campaign treasurer for a Democrat running for Idaho Attorney General. It’s just the latest in his long drift leftward. Jones has regularly harangued Idahoans about their support for legislation that enhances personal liberty. He has been an outspoken advocate for big government and rule by credentialed experts, and is a featured critic of Republicans on many Legacy Media outlets. He even writes a column in the Idaho Statesman where he has been known to comment on political races without disclosing his personal involvement in them.

Ben Ysursa is another former Republican office holder making a name for himself by endorsing Democrats. Ysursa was formerly Idaho’s Secretary of State and widely known as one of the most liberal secretaries of state in the country, Democrat or Republican. Ysursa opposed efforts to close the Republican primary – hoping to preserve the ability of liberal Democrats to meddle in the GOP’s primaries. Not one to let go of a bad idea, Ysursa is now one of the leading advocates for the effortbacked by Eric Holder and George Sorosto spread ranked-choice voting. Ysursa, like Jones, is now serving as a “commentator” for a liberal Legacy Media outlet.

Political gadfly Tommy Ahlquist has made headlines by donating to Democrat Mayor of Boise Lauren McLean—just days after McLean’s kids’ drag show debacle. After previously campaigning for office as a “conservative,” Alquist finished last in a Republican primary, then dropped the mask and revealed his liberal political leanings on social media platforms. Ahlquist published an op-ed earlier this year calling several statewide candidates “Republicans in Name Only.” Perhaps because they had failed to join him in financially backing radical Democrats?

The Idaho Republican Party is a sweeping coalition with room for many. Our Unity doesn’t come through vanity or personal ambition, but in defending our party’s principles and adhering to our party’s platform. When yesterday’s Republicans become tomorrow’s Democrats, it is fair to question whether they were ever able to set aside personal gain for party good.

Chairwoman of the Idaho Republican Party

Marriage Still Matters to GOP Vermont: US Senate Race 2022

Marriage still matters to the Republican base, even in liberal Vermont

‘Ahead-scratcher’: Vermont’s GOP voters nominate a surprising slate of candidates

Even those who won Vermont’s Republican primary elections on Tuesday say they’re baffled by the results.

In the race for U.S. Senate, GOP voters rejected former U.S. Attorney Christina Nolan, a moderate and institutional favorite, for Gerald Malloy, a Trump-aligned conservative.

Christina Nolan was an out-lesbian, and she was endorsed by Mitch McConnell. She had two clear strikes against her as far as the Republican base is concerned.

Perhaps the biggest upset of the night was Malloy’s defeat of Nolan, though a July poll by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center showed him with a slight lead. Malloy, a West Point graduate and 22-year Army veteran who moved to Vermont just two years ago, won close to 40% of the vote. Nolan, who picked up the endorsements of Gov. Phil Scott and U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., garnered just 35%.

Vermont Governor Phil Scott is one of the most liberal Republicans in the GOP Governor's Association, probably more liberal than Massachusetts' own Charlie Baker.

Reached Thursday, Malloy struck a unifying tone, saying that moderates like Scott belong in his GOP.

“I see us as one party, and I see us as rallying together for this general election,” Malloy told VTDigger.

But his association with the party’s conservative wing suggests he is not quite a Phil Scott Republican. Which legislators does he admire? Malloy pointed to Rep. Art Peterson, R-Clarendon, and Rep. Vicki Strong, R-Albany, whose endorsement he earned.

“Just great Vermonters, great Americans, just doing the best for Vermont,” Malloy said. (He also cited President Abraham Lincoln, “the first Republican President,” as a favorite.)

The two representatives Malloy mentioned inhabit the outer edge of the GOP. Peterson made the rounds at Thayer’s anti-Critical Race Theory rallies and, in a House committee meeting, questioned whether systemic racism exists. Strong, meanwhile, is among the Legislature’s most outspoken opponents of abortion rights and has said she would not comply with mask and vaccine mandates.

I am surprised that there are Republicans in Vermont who still fight against abortion. I am certainly glad that members of the state legislature oppose Critical Racist Theory, too.

“I certainly seek to emulate how they perform for the state,” Malloy said.

That emulation might explain his success. Malloy cited his experience in business and in the military as key to his victory, but others suggested it was Nolan’s lack of conservative bonafides.

That lack of conservative credentials is the bigger deal. No question about it

“She refused to answer the question of who she voted for (for president),” said H. Brooke Paige, a regular on the Republican ballot who picked up nominations for attorney general, auditor, secretary of state and treasurer on Tuesday. “She started to blow off the debates and forums or whatever we were having.”

For once, an establishment candidate got crushed for ducking debates. That's the kind of thing we hope to see more of in future elections.

Paige said Nolan was notably absent at four events he attended. In the week leading up to the primary, Nolan’s failure to show up to a Vermont Republican Party economic forum in St. Albans drew the ire of fellow Senate candidate Myers Mermel, who picked up 17% of Tuesday’s vote and had throughout the race gone on the offensive against Nolan. His attacks against Nolan left Malloy safe above the fray.

“I was somewhat surprised to see Gerald Malloy beat out Christina Nolan. I attributed a lot of that to the third candidate, Myers Mermel, spending a lot of money and time bashing Christina,” said Benning, the Caledonia County senator who won the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor. “I think Gerald Malloy took advantage of staying out of that.”

Asked about his decision to target Nolan, Mermel said it was a service to voters. “I believed it was the right thing for me to do to make sure that people knew the truth about the establishment candidate,” he told VTDigger.

But rather than his attacks, Mermel suggested, it was Nolan’s endorsements from McConnell and Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, that cost her with Vermonters, as did her outspoken willingness to disagree with her potential Republican colleagues in the U.S. Senate. “I had heard repeatedly from the people I spoke to that they didn't want to see a Republican like that get elected,” Mermel said.

(The Nolan campaign did not respond to an interview request on Thursday.)

While Malloy took hardline anti-abortion and anti-gun-reform stances, Nolan said she supported Roe v. Wade and red flag laws. She is also lesbian and has spoken in favor of marriage equality. On a night in which women dominated the Democratic ticket, not a single woman won statewide for the Republicans.

And here's the issue I want to focus on: "She ... has spoken in favor of marriage equality." That's a big dud with Republican voters still. In spite of the GOP political establishment's drive to run away from cultural issues, the GOP base wants the party leaders to support the natural family, stand up for natural marriage, and push back on the encroaching, destructive LGBT agenda.

The Texas Minute: Only Fighters Win

The Texas Minute has been keeping an eye on the Austin-based state legislature for years. Like Texas MassResistance, they have been calling out the feckless cowardice of Governor Abbott and the Republican leaders, all of whom are bought by Big Pharma and pushing away from conservative priorities while placating Democrats.

This is truly disgusting. The Lone Star State does not have real leadership right now, and Greg Abbott's Special Session political theater has all be designed to stop the real reforms that the vast majority of Texans want.

Check out their latest report, especially the very important quote from Margaret Thatcher at the end of the eblast:

Good morning!

The historical context of a recent ruling from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is a reminder that it is never a good idea to back down from a principled fight. There will always be self-proclaimed “experts” telling us to stand down and avoid a loss, but I end the week reflecting on the simple fact that only fighters win fights.

First, here is today's Texas Minute.

Election Integrity Bill Advances

  • Late last night, the Texas House gave preliminary approval to Republicans’ top-priority election reform legislation (Senate Bill 1), despite continuing opposition from Democrats. This is the legislative issue that led to Democrats walking out of the regular session May, and then stalling the special sessions for 37 days this summer.

  • Erin Anderson reports the version passed by the House is different from that passed several weeks ago by the Senate. And both differ from the major election reform bills proposed during the regular session, which the Republican-controlled Legislature failed to pass.

  • The House sponsor of the legislation was Andrew Murr (R-Junction), who calmly withstood hours of verbal lashings from Democrats.

  • Once SB 1 passes a final House vote, the measure goes back to the Senate. There, senators can either concur with the House’s changes or request a conference committee that would hammer out a compromise version. That compromise version would then require the approval of both chambers.

Session Clock is Ticking

  • The current 30-day special session expires on Sept. 5.

  • While Senate has passed all of the items on Gov. Abbott’s special session agenda (twice), SB1 is the first measure passed by the House since the regular legislative session ended in May.

Abbott Won’t Address Employer Vax Mandates

  • While Gov. Greg Abbott has doubled down on his previous executive orders aimed at preventing governmental entities in Texas from requiring COVID-19 vaccines, he isn’t going to be taking action against such requirements from private employers. Brandon Waltens has the details.

  • A spokesman for the governor has said employers should be able to mandate COVID-19 vaccines on their employees: “Private businesses don’t need government running their business.”

  • During the regular legislative session earlier this year, the Legislature passed (and the governor signed) legislation prohibiting governments from issuing vaccine passports and businesses from requiring COVID vaccines from their customers. The new law does not address employer-employee relationships, however.

  • Despite the issue of employer-mandated vaccines not currently being on the call for the special session, two measures have been filed to prevent the mandates: House Bill 24 by State Rep. Candy Noble (R–Lucas) and House Bill 125 by State Rep. Tony Tinderholt (R–Arlington).

DEMs Push Further Left

  • In what they call a “response to increasingly radical, right-wing laws that hurt Texans, coupled with a rapidly growing progressive movement in Texas,” 20 House Democrat lawmakers created the new Texas House Progressive Caucus on Thursday. Jeramy Kitchen has the story.

  • Notably, all of the members of this new, far-left caucus were participants in the quorum bust that paralyzed the House for 37 days; three of the Democrats serve as chairmen and six serve as vice chairmen of standing House committees – all appointed by Republican Speaker Dade Phelan.

Friday Reflection:
Only Fighters Win Fights

by Michael Quinn Sullivan

Listen to the Reflections Podcast

When the Texas Legislature was considering a ban on dismemberment abortions back in 2017, lawmakers were urged to oppose the legislation by all the usual suspects – but also by a “pro-life” group. Their excuse was that they didn’t think it was a fight Texas could win. They were inexcusably wrong.

In a hyperbolic memo sent to legislators on March 31, 2017, the executive director of the Texas Alliance for Life, Joe Pojman, declared with absolute certainty that the bills “Will Not Survive a Federal Court Challenge” (his capitalization).

Pojman explained that his lawyer, Paul Linton, had written two legal memoranda concluding that “unquestionably” the courts would strike down any ban on dismemberment abortions.

Wow, TWO whole legal memoranda. And… “unquestionably,” he said.

A month before that memo, Pojman gave condescending testimony to the Senate that year – testifying “on” the dismemberment ban rather than “for” or “against” it. But no one was fooled; he was arguing from a positions of cowardice, waving a “white flag” on the very issue his organization claimed to champion.

Maybe Pojman really believed his faulty prognostications, or maybe he just didn’t want Texas being too bold in pro-life advocacy. Either way, he lacked the courage of the convictions for which his organization ostensibly believes.

As it turned out, the Texas Legislature ignored both. Pojman and Linton, listening to the state’s bold, pro-life majority. The language of the “dismemberment” ban was amended to 2017’s omnibus prolife measure Senate Bill 8, setting it to take effect on Sept. 1 of that year.

For a time, the Pojman plea for legislative cowardice seemed prudent. A leftwing federal judge in Austin blocked implementation of the law – specifically the portion banning dismemberment abortions. That case has been quietly winding its way through the federal judicial labyrinth.

Late last week, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals gave the law its approval, clearing the way for it to finally take full effect in the Lone Star State. Babies will no longer be brutally torn to pieces by profit-hungry doctors serving the genocidal agenda of Planned Parenthood.

Now, it is entirely possible the U.S. Supreme Court might eventually decide differently. But it is also entirely possible the Supreme Court will side with the Fifth Circuit, the Texas Legislature, Gov. Greg Abbott, Attorney General Paxton, real pro-life Texans, and the moral righteousness of the law’s intent.

All of that is good news on its face. But this incident should serve as a broader reminder about the importance of ignoring the “pleas” for reasonableness from the bought-and-paid-for shills of the crony establishment.

All too often in the legislative process people with Ph.D.’s and J.D.’s will waive around white papers, condescendingly urge the conservative rabble to stand down on an issue. They will make expert-sounding claims about judicial survivability, legislative processes, and other governing complexities to inspire cowardice or sow confusion. And, all too often, activists get suckered in. We let good public policy be sacrificed on the altar of legal reasonableness built by our opponents in service to a decidedly unholy god.

The fear of losing can be paralyzing. But here is the good news: none of us are called to be “successful,” we are called to be faithful.

You may not win every fight you enter, but you lose every fight from which you run. Fights are won only by those who are fighting. In pursuing good public policy, the fight is always worth it.

The fight is all that matters. We cannot be faithful to that fight when we allow our hands to be tied to our ankles. In public policy, the grassroots can have political agendas imposed upon them – or the grassroots can be the ones imposing the agenda.

Yes, there will always be “reasonable” men who consider invitations to haughty cocktail parties more important than fighting for principles. They should be called out, and then ignored.

There will always be people with pedigrees who will push the grassroots to stand down from a fight today in exchange for the ill-defined promise of “future success.” Those people should be mocked and tossed aside.

Rather than be shackled to the political expectations of the establishment cronies, grassroots activists should disrupt the status quo by forcing all three branches of government, and culture at large, into the fight for a better Texas.

Cowardice is always a killer. Victory is found only in boldly fighting forward.

Another Reason to Remove Patterson: She Wants to Force a RINO Endorsement for Governor

Dear CAGOP Board:

Another reason for seeking the resignation of current chairwoman Patterson is that for the second time in as many months, she is seeking to push a rash, rapid endorsement for governor via a small committee of delegates instead of respect the will of the entire CAGOP state party delegation.

This is outrageous. This is monstrous. This is also illegal, a flagrant violation of state party by-laws. Of course, the state party leadership has been violating by-laws in considerable fashion, including the sudden appointment of 20+ delegates via Central Committee spots in the Los Angeles County GOP Central Committee.

SHAME on you, Jessica Patterson. SHAME!

There must be NO ENDORSEMENT for any candidate until every delegate in the California Republican Party state delegation has a chance to vote. And that includes ME.

I do not endorse Kevin Faulconer, and I never will. We need a real candidate who will pick the right fights but not kick the Republican Party base in the face. We need someone who respects what Trump accomplished and embrace his populist reforms, but establish his own name and play his own game; a canndidate who is not riding on easy consultant cash money, or the ready greed of a number of consultants who have become delegates to the state party.

Without any reservation, I am instructing the five delegates whom I appointed not to support Faulconer either, in part because of these endorsement shenanigans, in larger part because he is just another Democrat in RINO clothing.

I am so tired of this. I have been a Republican since I registered to vote at the tender age of 18. I refuse to stand by and let the state party be led into such a shameful shambles of irrelevance and ill-advised illegitimacy. John C. Fremont did not launch the Bear Flag Revolt to see such idiocy reign supreme.

ENOUGH!

No forced endorsements!

Patterson, Step Down!

BREAKING: RPLAC Eminence Grise "Grabby Andy" Gharakani (GimmeKandy) Steps Down

I received two text messages earlier today.

They both indicated to me that the former power behind the throne, or the eminence grise of the Republican Party of Los Angeles, Andy Gharakani, announced at the June 2019 LA County GOP Central Committee meeting that he was stepping down.

He is going away.

Let's be frank: he is being asked to leave.

For the last two months, I have been receiving emails from an account labeled "Take Back RPLAC", and we have received more news about Grabby Andy using the LA County Central Committee to make money, while the county party makes no progress, and the candidates make no victories.

Andy is OUT!

I also suspect that Andy decided to get while the getting was good, because there is no more money to pocket while pretending to consult for candidates and causes which further the state of California.

Gharakani, the "New Majority", and the other leadership PACs have not been about getting good conservative people elected. They have been all about getting their bank accounts fattened.

Now, Gharakani is on the way out.

But what about Richard Sherman? What's going to happen to him?

Word has it that Richard Sherman, the current RPLAC Chairman, is going to step down, too, since he has no idea how to lead, and has only been doing whatever Andy tells him to.

Is there new hope for a real, robust political opposition in Los Angeles County? The Democratic Party throughout the state of California is collapsing in on itself. The California Democratic Party had to throw out their previously-elected chairman, openly gay nurse Eric Bauman, for sexual harassment, and even then he had only gotten elected by a 72 vote margin.

The Democratic hegemony in California is beyond corrupt. There is room, there is opportunity for real leadership to pay attention to the needs of everyday Californians who want safe communities, freedom, and a desire to live their lives in peace.

With the RPLAC eminence grise gone, there's an opportunity for different leadership to Make LA County Great Again.

Personal Note

Normally, I would not add these remarks, but I think it's worth while to do so. One of the individuals whom I spoke with about the above news had known about all the bad things that RPLAC had attempted against me and others.

The more that I have learned more about Christ's love for me. The more that I realize how rich and ravishing His grace is, the less concerned I had become about outcomes. I no longer put undue pressure on God to vanquish my enemies, so to speak, but to take solace, love, and strength in His caring for me. He is in the restoration business, and therefore I no longer have to waste my time trying to make other people pay back whatever they may have told me.

More importantly, however, I needed to understand fully that God's love for me is real, eternal, and has been showering on me since the beginning, even before I believed on His Son! It would he contemptible for me to base God's love on me based on whether things worked out, in that he removed bad people from power on my timetable.

But God is not moved by even that. God wants me to love Him on the must trustworthy, perfected foundation: His Son's death, resurrection, and never-ending ministry at the right hand of God the Father. That is the basis for our love, that is the basis for our faith in Him. His love alone, His grace alone supplies us perfectly--and I learned to recognize how unmovable His love is for me.

When I rested in that, no matter what bad things may have happened, then all the prayers that I have prayed began getting answered in much shorter time than previously realized. It's quite something!

So, when I received the two text messages from friends of mine regarding what happened to "Grabby Andy" Gimmekandy, and what is likely in store for Richard Sherman, I had a simple peace about it. My joy is no longer based so narrowly on seeing the downfall of my enemies, since God has already blessed me with so much more--and is blessing me all the more!

Will there be a new future for the Republican Party of Los Angeles County? Who knows?

AUWE! Hawaii RINOs and Their Deep State Corruption

** DEEP STATE PARTY CORRUPTION:  Kauai GOP Ousts Cheating County Chair and Fake Delegates **
THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK:  Shirlene Ostrov Responds with Even More Lying & Cheating to Save Crooked Steve Yoder (and his illegitimate pro-Ostrov delegates)

Aloha Republicans:

Many of you have witnessed the dramatic fighting back and forth over the election fraud and delegate disenfranchisement (a.k.a. cheating) inside Kauai's GOP; pitting Crooked 2015-2019 county chair Steve Yoder against conservative challenger Honest Dave Hamman for the 2019-2021 county chairmanship on the Garden Isle, a place where ZERO elected Republicans have held office during Yoder's entire sad tenure in office.

BREAKING NEWS:  Here is the very latest in the shocking cheating scandal which casts considerable doubt on the legitimacy of this weekend's state GOP convention on Maui, where widespread cheating has produced illegitimate delegates who are now on their way to Maui to choose new state party leaders.

An overwhelming vote of the Kauai GOP's rules committee and executive committee have reviewed the fraud perpetrated by Steve Yoder in order to facilitate his reelection back in March.  Their verdict?  Yoder is out, the county convention results have been tossed out, a new convention has been called for June, and Dave Hamman has been named the interim county chair.

Well, that was enough to cause Shirlene Ostrov to reveal her inner cheater, since she's done a lousy job of disguising her desire for Yoder to remain in that position -- a position which holds a crucial vote on the state party's executive committee -- and she's done an even lousier job containing her intention of letting Yoder's phony convention delegates travel to Maui this weekend and vote for her re-election.

And so, this past Monday, desperate Ostrov sent Dave Hamman the most ridiculous 'cease and desist' letter you'll ever read.  In summary, Ostrov ordered Hamman to ignore the cheating, accept defeat, let Yoder be county chair, and get excited about helping these cheating leaders by enthusiastically licking their stamps and stuffing their envelopes despite having been robbed of certain victory.

But the most noteworthy aspect of Ostrov's letter to Hamman is her willingness as the current leader of the Hawaii Republican Party to completely invent some facts and completely ignore other facts to reach her phony conclusion.

Check out Ostrov's phony reasoning and false timeline upon which she relies for her fraudulent conclusions.  Though the letter was actually authored by Elvie Leming (legal secretary at the Carlsmith Ball law firm) and then modified by Ann Correa Kemp (HRP state rules chair) for Shirlene Ostrov's signature, here's what Ostrov 'wrote' in her letter to Hamman to protect her boy Yoder . . .

"On the County level, to have challenged the election of Chair Yoder, you should have submitted your challenge in writing to the Kauai Rules Committee within 10 days so that the Kauai Rules Committee could make a recommendation to Kauai County Executive Committee, who would decide the election challenge."

What Ostrov pretends never happened is precisely what did happen.  Within days of the March 23rd county convention at which Yoder squeaked by with just enough votes (thanks to his replacing two dozen or more legitimate delegates with illegitimate ones), a dozen or more official complaints were filed in a timely fashion by Kauai Republicans with that island’s county rules committee headed by Dave Hamman -- the same committee which Ostrov refers to.  These same timely complaints (like this one which the KRP rules committee entitled "Exhibit 27" and was filed just 48 hours after the fraudulent county convention) led directly to rulings by the Kauai rules committee and then the Kauai GOP executive committee that the county convention was bogus, that cheating was rampant, that a new convention would be scheduled in June, and that Steve Yoder was out.

As if Ostrov didn't think she had lied enough, she doubled down on her lies . . .

"The key point to remember is that the Kauai County Convention elected officers for 2019-2021 and no challenge to their election has been timely filed with the Kauai County Committee."
Again, Ostrov is lying because a challenge to that rigged election of Yoder and his fellow KRP officers is EXACTLY what happened.  The Kauai Rules Committee acted on these timely complaints by voting to overturn Yoder's phony and rigged county convention and the legitimate members of the Kauai GOP Committee (the ones who didn't cheat) voted overwhelmingly to toss out the election results because Steve Yoder and his cronies had flagrantly broken party rules to retain power and disenfranchise legitimate delegates.

In fact, for weeks prior to the ill-fated March 2019 county convention on Kauai, Dave Hamman dutifully challenged the cheating by Yoder, Ostrov, Correa, and other top party officers who were trying to manipulate the outcome by crossing off the names of pro-Hamman delegates who were legitimately credentialed by the three district chairman on Kauai and REPLACING legitimate delegates with Yoder's cronies based on encouragement to cheat by Ostrov and Correa.

Anyone following the antics of HRP's Ostrov and Kauai's Steve Yoder over the past two months knows that these two crooked RINO's have been desperately trying to squelch the conservative uprising by Kauai Republicans disgusted with sorry leadership from both Yoder and Ostrov.

Ostrov simply wants rule-abiding conservative Republicans to accept her lies as the final word on the subject as if it's too late to do the right thing.

Interim KRP Chair, Dave Hamman, replied to Ostrov's insane 'cease and desist' rantings this way:  "Shirlene, it is sad that you continue to persist in misrepresenting the facts.  As well, what is even more egregious is that you disrespect the KRP Rules Committee and the KRP Executive Committee."

Yes indeed, Ostrov just pulls 'shibai' out of her okole and presents them as facts.

It's even sadder that neither the HRP state committee nor the HRP executive committee has intervened about Ostrov's and Yoder's conspiracy to defraud Kauai Republicans of a fair and free election of party officers.  But many of them are complicit in this scheme because they are aligned with the progressive, RINO Tupola-Ward-Ostrov faction that now holds power.  These corrupt party leaders SIMPLY DO NOT CARE that Ostrov invents facts to serve her purposes of saving Yoder (and his illegitimate pro-Ostrov delegates) and effectively flushes the remainder of her own integrity down the toilet in a desperate attempt to win at all costs . . . with zero regard for the damage Ostrov is doing to party unity.

It’s time for Shirlene Ostrov and Steve Yoder to cease and desist.  The masquerade is over.  Yoder is yesterday’s news.  And it’s time for Ostrov to step aside.  In fact, HIRA believes that the time has come for her 2019-2021 slate of party officer wannabes to step up and dump that lying sleaze while they still have a shred of integrity.  Every single person running for party office this coming Saturday KNOWS what has transpired.  And the silence from 99% of them is what will be remembered after this weekend's state convention.

They KNOW that far more delegates got elected and appointed who supported Yoder’s challenger Dave Hamman than support Yoder for another two years.  They KNOW that Yoder openly admitted that his days as county chair were numbered.  They KNOW that instead of losing gracefully, Yoder worked with Ostrov and her zero integrity rules chair Ann Correa Kemp to cook the books; with Yoder and his cronies improperly DELETING the names of eligible delegates for the contested Kauai GOP county convention while improperly ADDING pro-Yoder sycophants to the delegate roster.  They also KNOW that Yoder even admitted to more than a dozen witnesses before the State Rules Committee that he improperly changed the delegate lists from all three house districts on Kauai -- a clear violation of very clear rules.  Cheating, in other words.

But that's not the outcome Ostrov and her Tupola-Ward RINO cabal wanted.  Ostrov and her RINO Cabal slate know the score.  But, thus far, they think she'll get away with even more cheating on Maui this weekend.

Without question, Kauai Republicans led by Dave Hamman followed the rules and dealt with Steve Yoder’s (and Shirlene Ostrov’s) systematic cheating in a timely fashion by acting on many quickly submitted complaints about the fraudulent Kauai GOP county convention.  They did the right things.  Now, Ostrov continues to do the wrong things.

As anyone can plainly see, Shirlene Ostrov's willingness to steal an election and cover up outright fraud makes her the biggest liar in Hawaii politics today.  Her entire regime at HRP is corrupt.  And the new slate which backs Ostrov appears to be as morally bankrupt as they come.*   (* more about this tomorrow).

BE WARNED:   As you’ll hear tomorrow, those Ostrov-aligned wannabes have rallied around a likely criminal who is under investigation by the FBI, the FEC, the U.S. Attorney’s office, and several state agencies.  Ms. Ostrov hasn’t told you this because, well, she’s trying to cling to power and doesn't want you to worry about pesky things like big fines or prosecutions.  The further implosion of the Hawaii GOP in 2019 will be caused by the Ostrov-Tupola-Ward Gang.  THIS KIND OF SERIOUS LEGAL TROUBLE IS WHAT SHIRLENE OSTROV BRINGS TO THE HAWAII REPUBLICAN PARTY. IT'S THE KIND OF TROUBLE WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONVINCE VOTERS TO EVER REPLACE DEMOCRATS WITH GOP CANDIDATES.

Anyway folks, the entire state convention on Maui is a fraud.  Manipulated delegate lists are already in play thanks to the cheating on Kauai.  And such rulebreaking manipulations are just as likely from Maui and the Big Island, since each of these counties have been working in cahoots with Crooked Ostrov and Corrupt state rules chair Ann Correa to help secure Ostrov's unwarranted re-election.

So now you know the real facts about the lying and cheating by the Democrat Party’s favorite GOP chair of all time -- the one whose corrupt actions and proud incompetence helps Democrats to sleep soundly every night.  That's our very own Cheatin' Shirlene Ostrov-Blackburn, the pride of Mililani's RINO's.  Auwe!

Finally, don't pin any hopes on current party leaders to stop all this cheating.  They've been turning a blind eye for two months.  In addition to the many financial crimes of Ostrov and fellow officers, every member of the party's top leadership knows that the Ostrov-Tupola-Ward gang actively utilized cheating sanctioned by Ostrov and Ann Correa at the March 2019 Honolulu GOP convention by authorizing neighbor islanders to fly to Oahu and improperly vote for Henry Vincent.  That tactic was specifically requested by Maui GOP chair Greg Lussier for the benefit of Henry Vincent, while the cheating orchestrated by Yoder on Kauai in March 2019 was openly supported by the Ostrov-Tupola-Ward sycophants who were installed as county chairs in West Hawaii and East Hawaii.

Folks, that's the dismal state of our party.  Even more disturbing information is coming from HIRA tomorrow.  Stay tuned and brace yourselves.

Stay tuned for more shocking information about what these RINO’s have been doing to destroy the Hawaii Republican Party from the inside, year after year after year.  They’ll say (e.g. lie) and do (e.g. steal) anything to retain that ability to sabotage the conservative agenda and keep the Democrat agenda moving forward with the help of the Hawaii GOP and the Republican caucus at the legislature.  ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. Auwe!!
