Separation of Illegal Alien Families: What Jeff Sessions Quoted from the Bible


The lamestream media no longer hides their anti-American machinations. They routinely slander the President and his executive team, specifically for enforcing the United States’ immigration laws, something which the previous president refused to do.

The coverage in the printed press and on TV showcases the plights of the poor illegal alien families, refugees who are fleeing their home countries seeking a better life.



Now they have gone full SJW, slamming Trump and his leadership for separating illegal alien children from their parents.

Rebuffing this insensate criticism from the media, Sessions quoted the Bible:

"Persons who violate the law of our nation are subject to prosecution ... I would cite you to the Apostle Paul and his clear and wise command in Romans 13 to obey the laws of the government because God has ordained the government for his purposes. Orderly and lawful processes are good in themselves ... and protect the weak and it protects the lawful."

Specifically, Sessions is quoting Romans 13:1: “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.”

Notice that Sessions referenced “orderly and lawful processes” and to “protect the weak and the lawful.” Why would anyone criticize these goals? If United States citizens go to jail for committing crimes, the children don’t join them. Why should it be any different with illegals and their children?
Of course, the anti-Christian bias spilled over in subsequent reports about Sessions’ Bible reference. The snide inferences in a Washington Post commentary took the same tired, extreme, racist argument:

Can you feel the clickbait already? What infamy does the commentator refer to?

When British subjects in the original 13 colonies started rolling up their sleeves for the fight for independence in the 1770s, loyalist preachers hammered on a particular Bible verse from their pulpits.

When Southern preachers blasted Northern abolitionists for defying the Fugitive Slave Act in the decade leading to the Civil War, they cited the same lines.

Such flagrantly misleading headlines shouldn’t be in print. In the two contexts referenced above, the political interests favoring the British Empire and the “peculiar institution” misused that verse to demand allegiance to unjust, ungodly government policies.

Let’s take on the misuse of God’s Word first, then let’s focus on Sessions’ proper application of Romans 13:1.

For starters, God intends for every person to live freely within Him. Jesus came to set us all free from the bondage of sin, for example:

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.” (Isaiah 61:1)

During His earthly ministry, Jesus—The Way, the Truth, and the Life—told the Israelites:

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32)

Paul the Apostle defines the Holy Spirit in line with freedom, too:

“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Corinthians 3:17)
God did not intend for rulers to tyrannize their people, for all power does indeed come from God, as Paul wrote in Romans 13:1. In fact, Jesus’ heart is that we would have His abundant life (John 10:10), and the Apostle John voiced God’s desire that we prosper inside and outside (3 John 2). Tyranny and repression are incompatible with God’s will.

During the American Revolution, the British government had no right to deny the rights of Englishmen in one part of the world while recognizing the rights of Englishmen in the home country. The American colonists asserted their Biblical authority to form their own government. Our rights come from God, as affirmed in the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.”  Those words are revolutionary now as they were when Thomas Jefferson penned them in 1776.



 As for slaveholders in the Ante-Bellum United States, no passage justifies enslaving another man because of his skin color. Paul the Apostle recognized that master-slave relationships in Rome, but he told masters to respect their slaves:

“And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.” (Ephesians 6:9)

He even exhorted a slave master (Philemon) to treat a slave (Onesimus) as a brother in Christ. Paul had met Onesimus in prison, shared the Gospel with him, and the slave believed in Jesus Christ.
Paul then sent the slave back to Philemon with these instructions:

“For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever; Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?” (Philemon 15,16)

Now let us consider Sessions’ use of Romans 13:1. In a constitutional republic, leaders receive their power from “We the People.” They draft laws and outline legal processes for all matters, including detainment of illegal aliens. If the people do not like these actions, they can petition for a redress of grievances or change their leaders. Furthermore, these laws are being applied equitably. Trump’s executive team have provided food and housing for the illegal minors.  If the families don’t want to be separated, they should not break the law.

Sessions did not undermine the spirit or letter of God’s Word. The press is just hyperventilating (again) in another desperate bid to smear and undermine the President and his righteous enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws. If the press wants to uphold Biblical principles, they should stop lying, distorting people’s comments and misleading the public.

President Trump and AG Sessions: Do Your Job!


Tom Hanks has a sense of humor, and he’s not that bad an actor. One of my favorite lines from him comes from the movie “Turner and Hooch.” Playing a police officer solving a contentious murder mystery, he struggles to raise a slobbery bloodhound that really pushes his limits. At one point, he shouts: “What do you want me to do? Make you a margarita?” A statement laced with humor and frustration, that’s how I feel right now about the Trump Administration and their stunning tardiness on cracking down on California’s latest illegal alien lawlessness.



In his unprecedented speech to the California Peace Officers' Association, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a lawsuit against the state of California for rampant violation of federal immigration laws. He cited three specific statutes that his administration was targeting an array of sanctuary state laws which have barred local and state law enforcement from sharing critical information about illegal alien criminals under lock and key.

Hey, thanks Jeff. Really. But it’s not making enough of a difference right now.

First of all, Libby Schaaf, the corrupt mayor of Oakland who cares more about coddling criminals than protecting law-abiding, taxpaying citizens, has doubled down and defended her obstruction of justice in informing a wide swatch of illegals in the Bay Area that ICE was coming. I am glad that he specifically called out Schaaf in front of the Sacramento area police officers association. “How dare you?”



But do we really expect these demonic Democrats to care? One has to wonder if Republican Congressmen in Ante-Bellum days asked Democrats the same question when they were defending slavery up to the civil war. The entire identity of the Democratic Party then was invested in protecting the denigration of black people for cheap labor and easy votes. Nothing has changed, except now Democrats want illegal aliens with their cheap labor and unlawful votes to keep them in power. Their whole life is based on lawless daring.

And it’s getting worse.



Jose Garcia-Zarate, the illegal alien who murdered—yes, murdered—Kate Steinle, acquitted by a jury of left-wing Millennials and Western guilt-tripped technocrats, has filed a lawsuit against the federal government for “vindictive prosecution.” The audacity! Prosecution will tend toward vindictiveness, I suppose, when a criminal repeatedly breaks into our country, violates warrants, steals a firearm from a federal official, then murders an innocent American in broad daylight. It reminds me of a proverb: “Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.” (Proverbs 30:20) Replace “adulterous woman with “illegal alien”, of course, although we could point to Libby Schaaf, who betrayed her oath and her constituents to protect criminals.

A lawsuit is nice, and a rousing speech is great, too, but their lawlessness has not ceased.
Not to be outdone by the corrupt mayor and the litigious illegal alien, California State Senate President Pro Tem (now Emeritus, but still a pain in the ass) Kevin De Leon—who is challenging Dianne Feinstein for US Senate—just appointed an illegal alien to a state commission. This illegal alien, Lizbeth Mateo, crowed about this appointment in two brazen, sickening tweets:

And then:

Thank you Sen. @kdeleon for appointing me to the CalSOAP Advisory Committee. I look forward to working w/ the rest of the committee & the Student Aid Commission in such important task - increase the accessibility of postsecondary education opportunities for low-income students.

 “Oh how sweet! Like at this young lady with a baby? She’s a hard-working immigrant taking a job that no American would take.” Whatever. This is all immoral, unconstitutional, desperate nonsense.
Here’s all that really matters: Lizzy broke into this country, stole an education from American students using our taxpayer dollars, and is now a lawyer. An illegal legal? Yes, that now exists in California. This is not the first illegal legal, either: Sergio Garcia actually filed a lawsuit which went all the way to the California State Supreme Court. Following their ruling, illegal alien Garcia was able to apply for a professional law license. How exactly can an illegal alien dispense legal advice? The best advice for him to give would be to himself, and to leave the country.

And of course, who can forget the two illegal aliens—Julian Zatarain and Francisco Medina—who are sitting on two city commissions to this day in Huntington Park, CA? For nearly two years, We the People Rising and other local activist groups pounded the Huntington Park city council for two years. We filed complaints with the LA County District Attorney’s Office, the FBI, and the US Attorney’s Office, California Central Division. When Trump came into office, we trusted that enforcement would be the rule, not the exception.



Yes, ICE raided the Bicycle Gardens Casino and has rounded up hundreds of California’s illegal aliens. Yet fellow residents still ask me when ICE will sweep their cities. “Where is ICE?” asked seasoned pro-enforcement activist Lupe Moreno asked earlier this year in the heart of Santa Ana, the same city where Congressman Lou Correa attempted to host an illegal alien town hall teaching illegals how to circumvent our immigration laws.

President Trump, what do you want me to do? Make you a margarita? Lawsuits are nice; cutting federal grant funding to outlaw cities is nice, too. We need arrests. We need perp walks. We need enforcement of the law.



I refuse to settle for “To Hell With California”. California is already a hell-hole of missed deadlines, bad priorities, and left-wing inanity. But it does not have to stay that way. You need to do your job, President and Attorney General!

AG Jeff Sessions to California Peace Officers Association, March 7, 2018, Sacramento

Thank you, Mark for that kind introduction, for your leadership with the CPOA, and most all for your 22 years of service in law enforcement.


I also want to thank all of the other law enforcement leaders who are here today:
  • Sheriff Bill Brown of the California State Sheriffs’ Association
  • Chief Ed Medrano of the California Police Chiefs Association
  • Mark Brewster of the California Narcotic Officers Association
  • District Attorney Todd Riebe of the California District Attorneys Association, and
  • Commissioner Warren Stanley of the California Highway Patrol.
It is a special honor to be with the California Peace Officers' Association. 

With nearly a century of history, and more than 16,000 members, CPOA represents the core of California’s law enforcement community.

I know, first hand, the importance of the work that you do.  I know its dangers, challenges, frustrations, and satisfactions. I have had years of firsthand experience working with your colleagues. And while I have inexpressible pride in our fabulous federal law officers, I am fully aware that 85 percent of all law enforcement officers are state, local, and tribal.

And I am well aware that the increased training, professionalism, leadership, and more effective enforcement policies of our departments nationwide, and over several decades, has been the critical factor in reversing the dramatic rise in crime that we saw throughout the 1970s. 

Over a 22 year period, we saw homicide rates cut in half, youth drug use fall by almost half, and violent crime fall dramatically.  It was an achievement few would have ever expected.

Much of the transformative leadership for this change arose from your former Governor and our President Ronald Reagan—aided by his fabulous California counselor and later Attorney General, Ed Meese. 

Maybe in recent years we got complacent and took our eye off the ball, but recent trends are deeply worrisome. 

In 2014 and 2015 violent crime stopped falling and jumped seven percent nationwide. 

Homicide surged 20 percent, the largest increase since 1968.  And drug availability rose dramatically, lethal purity reached unprecedented levels while prices fell.  And along with the new killer drug, fentanyl, overdose deaths reached levels we have never seen before—66,000 deaths last year. 

That is why on my first day in office, President Trump sent me three executive orders:  (1) to back the women and men in blue, (2) to reduce crime in America, and (3) to dismantle transnational criminal gangs. 

We at the Department of Justice embrace these goals.  I know you do too.

Let me be explicit: our express goal is to reduce the violent crime rate, reduce the homicide rate, reduce the amount of opioids prescribed, and reduce overdose deaths.

Let’s resolve to achieve these goals. Ours is not just a job, but our sworn duty, and for many of us, a high calling.

And a lawful immigration system that serves the national interest helps us achieve these goals and more. That’s what we need to talk about today.

We are a strong, prosperous, and orderly nation.  And such a nation must have a lawful system of immigration.  I am not aware of any advanced nation that does not understand this fundamental tenet.

And let no one contend that we reject immigration and want to “wall off America” from all lawful immigration.  President Trump and the American people know what’s happening.  We admit 1.1 million immigrants lawfully to permanent legal status—green card status—every year, the highest numbers in the world. 

Indeed, at this unprecedented rate we will soon have the largest percentage of non-native born in our nation’s history with the percentage continuing to rise every year thereafter.

Thus, the good and decent people of this country are right to insist that this country should end the illegality, create a rational immigration flow, and protect the nation from criminal aliens.

It cannot be that someone who illegally crosses the border and two days later arrives in Sacramento, Dubuque, Louisville, and Central Islip is home free—never to be removed.

It cannot be the policy of a great nation to up and reward those who unlawfully enter its country with legal status, Social Security, welfare, food stamps, and work permits. Meanwhile those who engage in this process lawfully and patiently and wait their turn are discriminated against at every turn.

Most Americans get this.  They are working hard to make ends meet, follow the rules, and try to keep their loved ones safe. 

They, our citizens, want our government to think about them for a change to consider their interests.  They have dreams too.  Frankly, this commonsense concept was a key factor in President Trump’s election.  Elections have consequences. 

Immigration law is the province of the federal government.  This Administration and this Justice Department are determined to make it work effectively for the people.

I understand that we have a wide variety of political opinions out there on immigration.  But the law is in the books and its purpose is clear.

There is no nullification.  There is no secession.  Federal law is “the supreme law of the land.”  I would invite any doubters to Gettysburg, and to the graves of John C. Calhoun and Abraham Lincoln.

A refusal to apprehend and deport those, especially the criminal element, effectively rejects all immigration law and creates an open borders system.  Open borders is a radical, irrational idea that cannot be accepted. 

The United States of America is not “an idea;” it is a secular nation-state with a Constitution, laws, and borders, all of which are designed to protect our nation’s interests. Surely, we should be able to agree on this much. 

To carry out the intent of our laws, we need law officers.  We need our Immigration and Customs Officers and our Customs and Border Protection officers.  They are your brothers and sisters. President Trump, the Congress, and the American people want them to accomplish the goals our laws set out for them. That’s why we pay them.

But, California, we have a problem.  A series of actions and events has occurred that directly and adversely impact the work of our federal officers.

For example, the mayor of Oakland has been actively seeking to help illegal aliens avoid apprehension by ICE.  Her actions support those who flout our laws and boldly validate the illegality. There’s no other way to interpret her remarks. 

To make matters worse, the elected Lieutenant Governor of this state praised her for doing so.  Bragging about and encouraging the obstruction of our law enforcement and the law is an embarrassment to this proud and important state.

Tom Homan, Acting Director of ICE has said that “being a law enforcement officer is already dangerous enough, but to give the criminals a heads up that we're coming in the next 24 hours increases that risk.  I watch [the mayor’s] statement when she said her priority is the safety of her community, but what she did has the exact opposite effect.”

According to Acting Director Homan, ICE failed to make 800 arrests that they would have made if the mayor had not acted as she did. 


Those are 800 wanted aliens that are now at large in that community—most are wanted criminals that ICE will now have to pursue with more difficulty in more dangerous situations, all because of one mayor’s irresponsible action.

So here’s my message to Mayor Schaaf: How dare you.  How dare you needlessly endanger the lives of law enforcement just to promote your radical open borders agenda. 

But in California, we have an even bigger problem than just one mayor.  The problems continue.

For example, in January, Ventura County declined a request from ICE to hold an alien Ventura had arrested for continuous sexual abuse of a child. Instead of being removed from this country, he was released back into the community and now our federal law enforcement will need to find him and arrest him wherever he may be.

In recent years, California has enacted a number of laws designed to intentionally obstruct the work of our sworn immigration enforcement officers—to intentionally use every power it has to undermine duly-established immigration law in America.

California won’t let employers voluntarily allow ICE agents on their property.  And California requires employers to give notice to employees before ICE inspects their workplace. 

When this law was before the California General Assembly, a Judiciary Committee report explicitly stated that its goal was to frustrate “an expected increase in federal immigration enforcement actions.”

ICE agents are federal law enforcement officers carrying out federal law.  California cannot forbid them or obstruct them in doing their jobs.

Just imagine if a state passed a law forbidding employers from cooperating with OSHA in ensuring workplace safety.  Or the EPA, looking for a polluter.  That would obviously be absurd.  But it would be no different in principle from this new law enacted by California.

And just think about the situation it puts California employers in.  They want to help law enforcement.  They want to do their civic duty.  We ought to encourage that. 

But your state attorney general has repeatedly said his office will prosecute these business owners.  Let me quote: “ignorance of the law is no excuse if you violate it” and “you are subjecting yourself to up to $10,000 [in fines] for violations.”

California has also claimed the authority to inspect facilities where ICE holds people in custody.  Already this year, California has specifically and in a discriminatory manner targeted six facilities and demanded documents and other material from the Department of Homeland Security.


California won’t let law enforcement officers like you transfer prisoners into ICE custody or even communicate with ICE that you’re about to release someone they’re looking for.  Remember that California found these people dangerous enough to detain them in the first place, but then insists on releasing them back into the community instead of allowing federal officers to remove them. 

And rather than allow ICE officers to do their jobs at the jailhouse, they force these officers to conduct far more dangerous arrests elsewhere—where violent criminals may reside and where children can be caught in the crossfire.

That’s not just unconstitutional, it’s a plain violation of federal statute and common sense.

Importantly, these laws are harmful to Californians, and they’re especially harmful to law enforcement.

That’s why the Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit yesterday against the state of California to invalidate these unjust laws and to immediately freeze their effect.  Federal agents must be able to do the job that Congress has directed them to do.

Contrary to what you might hear from the lawless open borders radicals, we are not asking California, Oakland, or anyone else to enforce immigration laws. 

Although we would welcome the positive assistance the majority of jurisdictions in America provide, ICE agents do incredible work every day.  They will not be deterred.

We are simply asking California and other sanctuary jurisdictions to stop actively obstructing federal law enforcement. 

Stop treating immigration agents differently from everybody else for the purpose of eviscerating border controls and advancing an open borders philosophy shared by only the most radical extremists.  Stop protecting lawbreakers and giving all officers more dangerous work to do so that a few politicians can score political points on the backs of officer safety.

You are professionals.  You understand the risks involved. 

Think about the officers knocking on a door to execute a warrant.  They don’t know what’s on the other side.  It’s not fair to them to keep putting them in that situation by releasing criminal aliens into the community who shouldn’t even be in the country.  I sign condolence letters for law enforcement killed in the line of duty; I fundamentally reject, at my core, that we should further endanger the lives of those who risk everything for us just because some officials in California wants to violate the law in promotion of their radical agenda. 

California is using every power it has—and some it doesn’t—to frustrate federal law enforcement. So you can be sure I’m going to use every power I have to stop them.

We are going to fight these irrational, unfair, and unconstitutional policies that have been imposed on you and our federal officers.  We are fighting to make your jobs safer and to help you reduce crime in America.  We are fighting to have a lawful system of immigration that serves Americans. And we intend to win.

I want to close by reiterating my deep appreciation and profound thanks to all the women and men of law enforcement—federal, state, local, and tribal.  The work that you do—that you have dedicated your lives to—is essential.  I believe it.  The Department of Justice believes it.  And President Trump believes it.

You can be certain about this: we have your back and you have our thanks.

To AG Jeff Sessions: Please Prosecute Huntington Park for Appointment of Two Illegal Aliens to City Commissions

To the Honorable Jeff Sessions:


My name is Arthur Schaper, a long-time resident of Torrance, CA, and a life-long citizen of the great United States of America.


For the past two years, starting in August, 2015, I have been protesting and reporting on the ongoing acts of illegal immigration and corruption in the city of Huntington Park, CA. In brazen defiance of our nation’s federal immigration laws, the Huntington Park City Council appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions. This very act defines Huntington Park as a de facto sanctuary city. The two illegal aliens are named Julian Zatarain and Francisco Medina. Neither of them qualified for DACA or DAPA (which are both unconstitutional programs in the first place).


We have filed numerous reports with local and state officials, and we have even met with federal agents at the Los Angeles office of the Federal Bureau of Investigations. I have also contacted federal officials who represent me (Congressman Ted Lieu, 33rd Congressional District) as well as Lucille Roybal-Allard (40th Congressional District), who represents Huntington Park. My primary concern is that the city officials, elected, appointed, and hired—are dedicated to furthering their own interests while undermining the basic civil rights of other citizens, which has included pandering to illegal aliens throughout the city of Huntington Park.

At this time, I am urging the United States Department of Justice to mandate that the Huntington Park City Council remove the two illegal aliens from the two Huntington Park City Commissions:


1. Julian Zatarian—Parks and Recreation Commission
2. Francisco Medina—Health and Education Commission


Please further instruct the city of Huntington Park to comply with all immigration laws as recorded in the United States Code and cooperate fully with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers. Please attend to this matter at your earliest convenience. The city council’s brazen lawlessness is slowly eroding the rights, benefits, and privileges of American citizens as well as the sovereignty of these Great United States.

WOW! CNN Calls #LyinTed Out for Smearing AG Sessions as a Liar

This is incredible!



I can't believe I just saw this on Twitter, and I cannot believe that CNN anchors slammed and shamed Lying Congressman Ted Lieu for his hateful series of tweets mocking and disparaging the appearance and looks of Attorney General Jeff Sessions before his testimony at the House Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday.

Don't take my word for it.

CNN has been slammed repeatedly as Fake News, false narratives, and all the rest.

Yet even they could not let Congressman Ted Lieu get away with his shameful tactics calling AG Sessions a liar--and that was before he even appeared before teh Committee!

The truth is Ted Lieu is a shameful disgrace to the House of Representatives and his district. He routinely impugns the President and his staff, and his comments have been so outrageous, that even liberals have had to challenge his rhetoric.

Where Do I Stand on AG Sessions?

For the past two months, I have heard growing recriminations about Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

The arguments go that he has not done enough, or that he is a member of the Deep State working against President Trump. Other voices, especially the activists fighting against illegal immigration, have shared mixed concerns about Sessions.

For me, my biggest interest was a stern enforcer who would enforce our immigration laws. For greater intents and purposes, I had believed he was doing so.



On the other hand, there are growing voices of concern that see him abandoning his post or not doing enough.

So, I sent out the following question to my fellow Trump supporters:

I am receiving diverse points of view regarding AG Jeff Sessions.

I have supported him because my primary interest has always been cracking down on and ending illegal immigration, securing our country's sovereignty, and ending the rampant disregard for federal law among states and local jurisdictions.

There are other strong views which demand his removal because he is not prosecuting Hillary Clinton, because he recused himself from the Russia probe (whatever). Others are outraged because he has not filed lawsuits against social media giants YouTube, Google, Twitter, etc.

Should AG Jeff Sessions resign? Yes or no, and why?


If he should resign, who should replace him?

Paul Mann Sessions allowed himself to be neutered during the confirmation process. To be confirmed, Sessions found himself all but promising NOT to be the President's AG but to be totally independent of and removed from the wishes of President Trump (like Holder & Lynch were with Obama?). Then demoRATS AGAIN intimidate him, GROUNDLESS, over the phony RUSSIA COLLUSION red herring. In mortal fear, Sessions recuses himself from anything relating to what was an attempt coup d'tat of HIS BOSS - leaving the President essentially ALONE to defend himself AND MAGA. I could say much more but what I said and his continuing CEREMONIAL, DO NOTHING role in the midst of a corruption STORM is enough for me. 🤐

Betts Plomo Sessions needs to step up or step down. Trey would be the best but dont waste your time. He already said if he took that position he would be divorced. Unless he changes his mind.

So, are we seeing an Attorney General engaging in 3-D Chess to outsmart the evil Deep State?

I have heard reports from enforcement activists in Washington DC, who are good friend with the Attorney General, and therefore do not want to differ with him or criticize him publicly. However, they do share deep disappointment that Sessions has not been an aggressive, zealous attorney general dealing with massive eruptions of corruption exposed to the public. They are frustrated, too, because unless Congress gets its act together and starts passing substantive legislation to enact President Trump's agenda, Republicans could lose control of the House, thus furthering impeding President Trump's legislative goals.

And ours.

AG Sessions has more work to do than just go after illegal immigration, and we need more than lip service and press conferences. I understand that he was a key force in ensuring that President Trump ended DACA and implemented key enforcement of our immigration laws.

I recognize that the has not recused himself on the Uranium One deal between Hillary Clinton and the Russian government.

But he needs to start showing some real muscle. He can multi-task and go after multiple crimes. Illegal immigration is not the only issue he should be tackling. The Podesta Brothers lobbying firm is losing staff and standing in the public eye. The Democratic Party is turning on their Presidential  nominee, and they in turn are turning on each other within the party.

If even they are outraged by the level of corruption and collusion during the Democratic primary, Sessions should be getting busy investigating this malfeasance, too.

Sessions needs to get busy, or he needs get lost. For my part, I will give him until the end of the year. If there is no militant action on taking on the Crooked Hillary political machine, and if there is no action against the corrupt leakers and James Comey's involvement in the Hillary Clinton campaign, then he needs to go.

Immigration is one of my major issues.

The Trump Administration looked as though they were going to cave on these quality of life and family issues during his campaign for the Presidency.

To my great relief, Trump and his executive cabinet have the led the fight to restore natural values and our nation's Judeo-Christian ethic.

Reversing Obama policy, Sessions says job protections don't cover transgender people

The civil rights law that prohibits discrimination in the workplace does not apply to transgender employees, Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions has decided, continuing a shift by the Justice Department against the more LGBTQ-friendly policies championed by the Obama administration.

GOOD.

LGBT is a hateful ideology, riddled with lies and based on anti-scientific bigotry.

All of this is just plain wrong. Men and women are not born gay, and the notion that gender dysphoria should be treated as a civil right. Transgenderism is a mental disorder, and people in bondage to this problem need help, not enabling.

Sessions reversed a 2014 decision by a predecessor, Eric H. Holder Jr., that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination based on sex, also prohibits employers from taking any actions based on a person’s gender identity.

Sex is not gender identity. Period.

It's called English. Words mean things, and words have meaning, and when lawmakers create legislation, they have to say what they mean and mean what they say, or the legislation has no value.

Although it “provides various protections to transgender individuals,” Title VII does not prohibit discrimination based on someone’s gender identity because the law, written in 1964, does not mention it, Sessions wrote in a memorandum: “ ‘Sex’ is ordinarily defined to mean biologically male or female.”

YES! Exactly.

“The Department of Justice cannot expand the law beyond what Congress has provided,” said Devin O’Malley, a Justice Department spokesman. “Unfortunately, the last administration abandoned that fundamental principle, which necessitated today's action.”

Wow, that's refreshing! For the first time in 8 years, we have a Justice Department which is not interested in departing from the true meaning of legislative language.

How sweet it is. AG Jeff Sessions is restoring language to its original meaning, which means that our liberty has received its proper, prized status once again!

Sessions went on to say that he does not “condone mistreatment on the basis of gender identity” and is not expressing an opinion as to whether Congress should change the law. As a U.S. senator, Sessions voted against a 2009 law that extended hate crime protections to sexual orientation, but he said the department would continue to “vigorously” prosecute such crimes, including ones against transgender Americans.

The point? If you are an American, no one should be hurting you. Being transgender is not a special right, however, which any government is bound to protect or respect.

The Trump administration moved early to start scuttling Obama’s transgender policies. In February, the administration revoked an Obama-era rule instructing local school districts to allow students to choose which bathrooms to use based on their gender identity.

The memo on Title VII follows another decision this summer to intervene in a discrimination case brought by Donald Zarda, a skydiving instructor in New York who claimed he was fired because he was gay. In a brief filed July 26 — the same day that President Trump announced on Twitter that transgender people would not be allowed to serve in the military — the Justice Department argued that the civil rights law did not apply to cases of discrimination based on sexual orientation.

No, they do not. Homosexuality is a behavior, not an identity. These are behaviors, and the issue of rights--meaning that the state does not interfere in your decision making--the rights metric does not apply.

Also this week, the Justice Department filed court papers defending Trump’s right to exclude transgender people from serving in the military. A suit that seeks to protect transgender soldiers is premature, the Justice Department said, because the Trump administration hasn’t come up with a final policy. The department also argues that Trump has a right to exclude transgender people from serving if he believes they would damage a military unit’s cohesion, drawing comparisons to a list of physical infirmities:

YES! The military is not a social experiment. The military is designed to protect our nation and our liberties, not to promote a social agenda--especially a destructive, perverse one.

“A variety of physical and mental conditions presumptively bar entry into the armed forces, including asthma, history of severe migraines, discrepancies in leg length resulting in a limp, or any curvature of the spine that would prevent one from wearing a uniform properly,” the court papers say.

The latest contraction of Obama’s civil rights policies drew angry denunciations from groups that work for legal protections for gay and transgender people.

“It’s another example of how, under Jeff Sessions, the Justice Department is no longer in the justice business,” said Sharon McGowan, director of strategy for Lambda Legal, a civil rights group.

LIE!

Senator Sessions is a consummate professional and legal mind. He has the utmost respect for the rights of all Americans--natural rights, not special rights drawn out of thin air by the government.

McGowan, a former attorney in the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division who left after Sessions became attorney general, called the policy reversal “nothing short of heartbreaking.”

Give me a break. Justice is not about feelings, but equity and moral response.

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco was equally scathing.

As if we care what she thinks.

“From banning transgender service members to dismantling protections for transgender students, this administration has consistently and cruelly put prejudice and bigotry before the civil rights of the American people,” she said in a statement.

Please, Alzheimer's Nancy, we are not interested in your playing the hate card, the discrimination card, etc. We are on to these games, and Americans will no longer be bullied over this pretend rights and social categories. Thanks.

Final Reflection

I am so excited about this. I am so happy that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is taking the lead on protecting the rights of all Americans. He is standing up for our religious liberties. He is rejecting the latest political Emperor with No Clothes, the transgender movement.

We should all thank God every day that Sessions is the chief law enforcement officer in the United States!
