Just Pick a Time Already!

 

In a rare showing of long-overdue bipartisanship to solve an issue which has become a non-issue, the House of Representatives just passed the Sunshine Protection Act to make Daylight Saving Time (DST) permanent. This latest legal battle has been raging for the last few years. It started during the Biden Administration, incidentally enough, but it never made it to his desk. Who knows if he would have signed it, since he wasn’t signing much of anything, right?

With Trump back in office, he has lobbied for an end to the time chances. Trump’s signature on this wonderfully bipartisan piece of legislation would be another win and a great addition to his welcome legacy.

I am all for getting a uniform time system in place. No matter what the reasons were in the past, the country should finally settle on a uniform time system, one that won’t require the changes twice a year—and all the health problems that come with it. To summarize, DST causes disruptions to Americans’ circadian rhythm, which can unleash all sorts of negative consequences. Every time the time changes, there’s a sudden burst of heart attacks, strokes, and other problems. Let’s end this.

Besides, the change is government-imposed will from previous demands, most of which were temporary when they started. Congress needs to get this micromanaging out of our lives for good and focus on other substantive issues, ensuring a brighter future for our country, no matter how much sunlight is shining in the sky.

Of course, all of this clock-switching and wrangling over daylight saving brings up the question:

Why does the United States have this strange chronological two-step every year in the first place?

It’s all about war, and it didn’t start with us, incidentally enough!

To be accurate, sections of Canada began experimenting with the daylight time changes for farming and other purposes long before any war broke out. Those efforts remained very local, though. During World War I, Germany was the first country to implement DST. Starting in 1916, the Central Power wanted to prolong daylight to save fuel for the war effort by reducing the need for artificial lighting. The U.S. followed suit in 1918 with Congress’s Standard Time Act for the same reason… but the time change was repealed after World War I. No one died when Standard Time was restored. It wasn’t the end of America. Everyone went about their business, including big business, agricultural interests, and everyone else.

Daylight Saving Time resurfaced when World War II broke out, and our country needed as much light as possible for the same resource reasons as in World War I. We won that war, and the federal DST regime was repealed; the United States reverted the power to states (and even local regions) to do what they wanted, going with Standard Time or DST as they pleased.

Time waits for no man, however, and uniform standards are essential for understanding and planning when different sections of the country are in different time zones. Planes (they came soon enough), trains, and automobiles faced all kinds of problems navigating the different states with their unique times and time zone preferences. Radio broadcasts found the lack of uniformity disconcerting, as well.

To solve this problem, Congress passed the Uniform Time Act in 1966 (one of the few good things accomplished by Lyndon Baines Johnson), which standardized DST for the whole country, and also legislated when daylight saving time would begin and end throughout the year.  Finally, Congress solved the standardization problem. However, the health issues and the general disruption of changing clocks twice a year would continue for everyone (Except Arizona and Hawaii, but that’s another story).

Americans have endured fifty years of this springing forward and falling back. I’m sick of it. It’s like some old relic, all coming from wartime, an anachronism proving yet again that government intervention knows no bounds. Times have changed, agricultural methods have improved, and everyone has technology to light their way, whether driving to work or getting to school. The United States has never been more energy dominant and independent, so concerns about fuel costs and availability don’t matter anymore.

To go with Standard Time or Daylight Saving Time is now a matter of preference. Lots of interest groups are going to be happy or unhappy either way, so let’s put aside their discomforts.

The frustration for me ultimately comes down to the simplicity. For centuries, Americans—colonists then citizens--didn’t complain about the rhythm and availability of sunlight from season to season. Americans managed; they made it work; they lived their lives in line with nature. For what it’s worth, I don’t recall General George Washington losing any battle with the British or President Abraham Lincoln trying to harness the sun’s power for war, playing with Father Time or Mother Nature to ensure military victories.

If they could manage, so can we.

Now that different sections of the country have gotten used to a certain rhythm, though, they simply don’t want any disruption. I must admit that the opponents of making Daylight Saving Time permanent have a point: do we want children to go to school in the morning when it’s still dark outside? Then again, those same kids went to school when it was dark, and there was no daylight saving time for them for decades before. Are we saying that the kids can’t handle the change today? We have better technology, more sophisticated methods for keeping kids safe. The United States is not facing an energy crisis, even while contending with our worst global enemy, Iran. Trump made sure of that.

The important point now is to stop the clock changes altogether. It’s to get uniformity without the arbitrary time changes. Widespread support for the current bill should shut down further discussion. US Senator Tom Cotton, however, wants to block the bill, sharing concerns about the darker mornings in winter.

We should note that this year’s legislative attempt would not be the first time that the country scrapped the time changes in our recent past. Because of yet another energy crisis (the OPEC oil embargo), President Richard Nixon signed a law, making DST permanent for the country. However, there was widespread outrage (as expected) over the change. From dark commutes for the adults, to long dark waits for kids going to school, to farmers' complaints about shifting their agricultural operations, Nixon and Congress realized they had a problem on their hands—plus they didn’t save that much energy to begin with!

The DST changes went back into effect, and then Congress added a few more weeks in 2007 with the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

The American people have adapted to change before, and we really should end this time-switching. It’s time to move into the 21^st Century. Cotton is wrong, and he should shut up about the whole thing. Congress should pass the Sunshine Protection Act. Hey, I wouldn’t mind if the powers that be changed the bill to Permanent Standard Time, but the point is to make the change. Sure, there will be some grumbling, but probably not as much, and everyone will get used to it.

Just pick a time already!

Who's the Boss? Trump, That's Who!

 

He sets the stage.

He makes the demands.

Trump’s in charge, ladies and gentlemen of the Republican Party. Get in line, get out of way, or you will get gone. You push back on his agenda, and you are gone.

Congressman Thomas Massie is the latest to learn this lesson too late. He could talk about “his principles” all day long, but what did he accomplish?

Nothing.

He went along with Speaker-designate Kevin McCarthy in January 2023. In exchange for Massie’s support, McCarthy gave him a coveted spot on the House Rules committee.

In May 2023, McCarthy was pushing through another porkulus spending debt-ceiling increase. Fiscal conservatives were clamoring for its failure. It came before the must-pass House Rules Committee, where it squeaked by to the floor on a 7-6 vote. Thomas Massie, Mr. “National Debt Alarm Clock” principled libertarian conservative, was the tie-breaking vote.

At that point, I realized that Massie was all talk and no walk. There were no principles he was willing to fight for, if it meant losing a seat on a key committee or not being able to grandstand against President Trump.

The same President Trump had endorsed him in 2020, even though Massie had made him mad by calling for a voice vote on the COVID-19 pandemic spending. The same President Trump backed him in 2024, as well.

When 2025 rolled in, with Trump at the helm and Republicans running both chambers of Congress, Massie just threw a fit and stalled the Speakership vote. Instead of incumbent Speaker Mike Johnson, Massie nominated Tom Emmer. The Minnesota Congressman had withdrawn his name for consideration two years ago because he was too liberal, more liberal than Johnson!

And yet, “principled conservative libertarian” whatever Massie chose the liberal Minnesotan. Make it make sense!

It doesn’t.

Massie was a grandstander, a virtue-signaling grifter throughout the Second Trump Administration. He voted against immigration enforcement. He voted against the spending reforms (and cuts!) in the Big Beautiful Bill.

Then he started bellyaching about Israel and the Epstein list.

Massie had long cast contrarian votes on bills and resolutions relating to Israel. There’s nothing wrong with voting the will of one’s constituents when they clash with Trump.

Massie picked too many fights, though, and he lost. He angered the general conference by forcing votes. He set off Christian Zionists with his hostility to Israel. He then outraged Trump and his MAGA base by voting down the BBB, then blasted the President over the Epstein files and voted against the party’s main-line agenda.

Massie should have limited himself to two targets, and one of them should not have been Trump.

As Scott Jennings shared on a recent CNN roundtable, Trump has transformed himself into the consummate party boss. And not a moment too soon! The Republican Party has long struggled with unity and organization. An incumbent President often serves as the leader of the party, but the boss-like maneuvers that Trump has employed rival all of his previous Republican presidential colleagues. Bush I and II, Reagan, Ford, Nixon, and onwards into the past all showed more of a deferential attitude toward the GOP conference, oftentimes because Republicans not in the majority to begin with. Playing along was essential in those days.

Trump has changed political dynamics, ensuring Republican majorities with sustained party discipline.

If you cross Trump, you'd better knock him out, step aside, or get ready to lose your seat.

By and large, this kind of policy and political discipline is refreshing. Republican voters have long had to tolerate campaign conservatives who moved in line with the Potomac two-step once in office. Voters didn’t realize the importance of holding incumbents accountable until the Tea Party movement, and even then, it was a hit-and-miss effort.

With Trump, bad incumbents are getting the heave-ho, and it’s all for the better.

Louisiana’s Bill Cassidy was always a moderate, and he showed his conciliatory (read, backstabbing) ways when he voted to convict Trump. That kind of wishy-washy failure has no place in the larger movement.

Sure, some will complain that Trump is turning the GOP into a Trump-Only cult. The truth is that some Republicans in both chambers have voted against the President, even criticized him openly, and yet Trump doesn’t trash them or force them out. Consider Congressman David Valadao (R-CA) and US Senator Susan Collins (R-ME). Both of these moderate-to-liberal RINOs are popular in their respective Democrat-majority constituencies. They have to lean to the left to scoop up enough votes.

Collins and Valadao don’t showcase their resistance to Trump, though. They just disagree with him, vote against the party on some bills, but they support the GOP leadership across the board, which enables the majority of conservative priorities to pass.

Trump is bossing out the RINOs, the sellouts, the grifters, the bad Republicans in deep-red districts who insist on selling out and undermining the larger cause. The Republican conference needed this kind of cleaning out for a long time, and I am grateful.

Of course, Trump as the boss has had some misses. He bombed during Election 2022, when all of his US Senate nominees challenging open seats or Democratic incumbents exploded. This year in California, his endorsement frustrated two Republican gubernatorial candidates from getting into the Top Two.

Nevertheless, Trump’s endorsement misfires are getting rarer with each election cycle, and with Election 2026, we have witnessed TWO RINOs get the boot, with clear assurances that stronger Republicans will take their place. We can look back at 2010 and 2012, when the Tea Party Movement was stretching its legs and learning to flap its wings. There were more devastating misses, like the US Senate races in Delaware and Alaska, and then bigger US Senate failures in Missouri and Indiana in 2012.

Republicans, following Trump’s more media-savvy messaging, have learned to knock out the RINOs but maintain a more mainstream message. They win the independents and some of the disaffected Democrats. State your MAGA principles, but focus on the bread-and-butter issues, and you win more elections.

Trump the Boss is calculating with long-term wins in mind, not just the next election cycle. It’s about principled victory through pragmatic means, ensuring that liberal Republicans, feckless consultants, and retired GOP brass keep their mouths shut or go away.

Trump the Boss is also finishing off the left-leaning podcasters, pundits, Woke Right wrecks who have spent more time targeting Jews and Israel rather than focusing on the needs of America and Americans. Corporate media did its best to prop up anti-Trump wannabe America First candidates, and they have all crashed and burned. 

Boss Trump’s current coalition is managing internal and external opposition, but he’s trouncing the dying corporate media, decaying academia, and fussy big business interests trying to get cheap labor. Trump has maintained a warm and ready steady hand of leadership, pushing his agenda through. 

His aggressive stance has taught Republicans how to fight, or has forced them to fight, or has forced them out because they fight him or won't fight at all. That's what a good boss should do:  Maintain the well-being of the party, ensure that the mission is accomplished, and provide good standing for everyone so that they're all getting the job done.

Iranian Freedom Fighters Need Guns – America Could Arm Them

 

If the last argument of kings is war, the best response from the citizenry is guns.

Machiavelli wrote that “The chief foundations of all states... are good laws and good arms.”

Those good arms must be in the hands of citizens, and the world is waking up to the need for guns for themselves to fight the tyrants who persecute them or seek their extermination. We Americans are not fools for holding onto our firearms. Corporate media stateside and around the world can laugh at us or condemn us for the high number of gun-related deaths, but when controlled for location (big Democrat-run cities v. Rest of America) and reasons (self-defense v. murder), the numbers even out, and America comes out better.

Americans are safer and freer than the rest of the world because of our guns.

In a previous article, I argued that Trump should pressure other countries to adopt their own version of our Second Amendment in their respective constitutions. If other countries want to make their countries great again, then good citizens need good arms to ensure the enforcement of good laws.

There’s no better example of this need than Iran. President Trump took out their nuclear capabilities last year. Israel and the United States have escalated the war to break the will of the Islamic militant government and finish them off.

The United States cannot finish the job alone. The Europeans are unsure about stepping in, and China has only pressured Iran to open up the Strait of Hormuz. One key demographic must intervene for freedom: the Iranian people themselves.

How do we assist the Iranians? The Ayatollahs and the Iranian national guard are committed to global jihad, even if it means mowing down their own people, and nearly 50,000 have been wiped out.

For ancient Persia to be free once again, the Iranians need guns. We can supply them, too.

There is precedent for this.

In 1944, American forces airlifted weapons into Poland to assist the resistance against the Nazis. We also supplied the French maquis resistance fighters.

Arming Iranian citizens will serve several purposes:

1.      Allow the citizens to rise up, which would force the unelected IRGC to focus on internal matters

2.      By overloading and reprioritizing their attention, the Ayatollahs and IRGC would have fewer resources to police or frustrate the Strait of Hormuz.

3.      This effort would save lives. The unelected IRGC will likely murder more of their own people. Arming those “defenseless citizens” would give the innocent a fighting chance to protect themselves.

4.      This maneuver would cost the United States far less in terms of blood and treasure. Dropping arms into key locations across the country will assist the Iranian resistance and flip the balance of power in the country.

 

Can we trust them to fight back? Would they raise their arms against the regime?

They have every right to!

Their faith declares that killing one’s Muslim brothers is strictly prohibited. Quran 4:93 says, "But whoever kills a believer intentionally—his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.”

Despite this severe admonishment by The Prophet, the corrupt leaders in Iran have slaughtered fellow Muslims with irreligious abandon.

Between the corrupt regime of Iran and its proxy militia, they have murdered hundreds of thousands more Muslims around the world since 1979. In fact, the unelected Iranian leaders are an “occupying government” that has slaughtered far more Muslims than their inflated claims against Israel and America suggest.

Furthermore, Iran’s leaders are stealing the people’s money to foment revolution in Sunni-dominated countries. These funded militant radicals in other countries (e.g., Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, etc.) murder other innocent Muslims on Iran’s behalf. When the present conflict started, Iranian terrorist dictators attacked fellow Muslim countries more than the United States!

Indeed, Iranian citizens will rise if they receive arms to protect themselves. Muslim countries targeted by Iran could follow suit, and help provide weapons to their fellow adherents.

Iran has a whole smuggling operation to get weapons into other nations for their overthrow. There is even new evidence that Iran has previously helped Shia Muslims in Pakistan.  It’s time to return the favor to destroy this megalomaniacal regime.

In the Wild West, Americans called the handgun “the great equalizer” for a good reason. In fact, they say that the handgun won the American West; it brought law and order.

America and the Arab alliance can take advantage of boots on the ground by arming Iranian citizens. Unlike the militants in Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Gaza, the majority of the Iranians would be happy to overthrow their government.

As they continue begging America to continue its pressure until the government is overthrown, Trump has told them to wait. Receiving handguns would signal that they no longer have to hold on. Give them the means to fights, and you give them a chance at freedom and protecting themselves. On a related note, it is vital that the United States not allow Iran to continue to nationally televise their propaganda. US Military action must take block it or shut it down

Will there be objections to this proposal? Certainly, from the CIA and foreign policy brass still wasting space in Washington, DC. They are confirmed liberals who live and work in Northern Virginia. They watch MSNOW (formerly MSNBC) religiously, and they make large donations to the Democratic Party. Trump has hired better leaders this term, but those Deep State analysts embedded in the federal government are still causing trouble.

Let’s consider their possible excuses and refute them all.

CLAIM: Supplying guns to civilians will help topple the regime, but cause someone worse to take over the country.

FACT: Iran’s government is already a suicidal cult. They believe that global war will hasten Allah’s return, and dying in the name of Allah will assure their heavenly rewards. There’s no risk because only saner minds will take over.

CLAIM: You cannot air-drop firearms because they would hurt civilians on the ground.

FACT: Deliveries at night and in secure packaging would reduce serious harm. Private firms engage in similar delivery methods. The United States can follow their example. 150,000 to 100,000 units must be provided, which would arm a massive civilian army that can achieve a successful revolution for the people.

CLAIM: The Kurds stole the weapons that we had delivered to them for this effort. Iranian civilians might do the same.

FACT: The Iranian people will most likely use the guns to resolve the largest problem facing them: annihilation by their government. Let’s trust them to serve their best interests.

CLAIM: If the Kurds didn’t fight, the Iranians wouldn’t either.

FACT: Besides the Iranians, regional groups can lead a revolt, such as the Baloch, the National Council of Resistance of Iran, and many others. Providing the weapons will help them all.

President Trump has initiated a military action long needed, but too long delayed.

Trump should release firearms in strategic locations to Iranian rebel groups prepared to organize and fight. With this savvy military move, Trump can finish off the IRGC, establish peace, and assure his party’s re-election chances in November.

CBN Faithwire: Christian Leader Urges Trump to Do These 5 ‘Critical’ Things

 As President-elect Donald Trump is swiftly piecing together his incoming administration, one top leader within the Southern Baptist Convention is urging the former and future president to set his sights on five “critical policy actions” within the first 100 days of his return to the White House.

Brent Leatherwood, president of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, the policy arm of the SBC, sent a letter outlining the request to Howard Lutnick and Linda McMahon, the managers of Trump’s transition team.

The five policies Leatherwood urged the president-elect to enforce are: vowing to impose the Hyde Amendment, reestablishing the so-called “Mexico City Policy,” repealing outgoing President Joe Biden’s executive order on sexual orientation and gender identity, eliminating unnecessary “rule-making advanced by the Biden administration,” and repealing the Food and Drug Administration’s easing of abortion pill requirements.

We will briefly break down what each request means.

Reimpose the Hyde Amendment

Leatherwood is urging Trump to “reaffirm continued support for and fully enforce the Hyde Amendment across government agencies.”

The Hyde Amendment is a provision that first took effect in 1980 and blocks the use of federal funds to pay for abortions, except in rare cases to save the life of the mother or in situations in which a pregnancy resulted from rape or incest.

Calling for an executive order reinstating the amendment, the SBC leader said the provision “should explicitly direct federal agencies to stop the funding of abortion-related travel and counseling for abortions through immediately ceasing such policies and implementing rule-making as necessary.”

“By issuing an executive order committing to full enforcement of the Hyde Amendment,” Leatherwood wrote, “President Trump will usher in a renewed focus on protecting life and the deeply-held religious beliefs of taxpayers from government overreach.”

Reapply the “Mexico City Policy”

Leatherwood is asking the president-elect to bring back the “Mexico City Policy,” which was first implemented in 1985 by then-President Ronald Reagan.

Referred to by its critics as a “global gag rule,” the policy bars the federal government from funding non-governmental organizations providing pro-abortion counseling or referrals, advocating for the decriminalization of abortion around the world, and working toward the expansion of abortion services globally.

Trump reinstated the policy during his first term, but Biden rescinded it when he took office.

Repeal Executive Action on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity

Leatherwood is calling on the incoming commander-in-chief to undo Biden’s Executive Order 13988, which sought to expand the protections outlined in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Fair Housing Act, and section 412 of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 to the categories of sexual orientation and gender identity.

“This executive order by the Biden administration redefines ‘sex-based discrimination’ to include sexual orientation and gender identity while directing all federal agencies to implement this new definition through rule-making,” explained Leatherwood, arguing the action was “specifically crafted to circumvent the religious beliefs and conscience protections of millions of Americans regarding gender and sexuality, misuse taxpayer funds for ‘gender transitions,’ and promote radical gender ideology, even amongst children.”

Undo “Harmful” Rules From Biden Era

Leatherwood is calling on Trump to “undo the anti-life, anti-religious liberty, and pro-gender ideology rule-making advanced by the Biden administration.

“In addition to rescinding the aforementioned executive order,” he wrote, “the Trump administration can easily begin fulfilling this goal by undoing many of the harmful rules promulgated by the Biden administration and ceasing in any related federal litigation.”

The SBC leader noted three rules in particular he hopes the White House will target.

Leatherwood’s list includes: the Department of Health and Human Services’ “Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities,” which the ERLC argued would force faith-based medical institutions to perform transgender-related procedures; the Department of Education’s “Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance,” which, according to an ERLC analysis, would require any school receiving federal monies to allow transgender-identified males to compete on female sports teams; and the HHS’ “Designated Placement Requirements Under Titles IV-E and IV-B for LGBTQI+ Children,” which would mandate prospective foster parents to affirm transgender-identified kids’ claimed gender identities.

Upend the FDA’s Relaxation of Abortion Pill Requirements

At the end of the letter, Leatherwood encourages Trump to “reverse the Biden [Food and Drug Administration’s] changes to the risk evaluation management strategy (REMS) requirements for mifepristone that expanded the reach of the abortion pill and threaten the health and safety of women.”

He went on to say that, under Biden’s direction, the FDA took action to “allow prescription of the drug through telehealth without ever seeing a doctor in-person and to allow dispensing of the drug at local pharmacies.”

In June, as CBN News reported, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Democrats’ favor regarding wide availability of mifepristone, which is currently accessible via mail. Prior to the Biden-era changes, the FDA required an in-person meeting with medical providers in order to receive the abortion pill.

This account began sharing much of writing exposing Kelly Stuart, the hateful Antifa Karen who has been doxxing and harassing patriots and other Trump supporters throughout Southern California for the last four years.

I was also privileged to receive their mass communication to the federal elected officials of California, in which they are calling on their US Senators and their Congressmen to do something about the abusive, terroristic tyranny of Kelly Stuart and her other Antifa ilk.

Jewish and minority students are reaching out to you once again to report concerns and issues of antisemitic racist Kelly Stuart and her nazi thugs at Unite Here Local 11 (213) 481-8530 (Ext. 110). 

This vile white supremacist bully Kelly Stuart, of --- --- ---  El Segundo 90245 (Kellystuart7@gmail.com)/(https://www.goingthroughglass.com) already has a restraining order on her for stalking religious people  and she needs to be arrested for civil rights abuses and human rights crimes! 

Mr Kish, you staff is not taking Jewish and minorities serious and we are sick of it! This is a very serious letter regarding ongoing hate crimes in California, which again took place this past weekend in Glendale, California. These hate crimes are continually aimed and targeted at Jewish students, Catholic Hispanics and Latinos, as well as Native American and Black Christians, and are repeatedly being acted out by the hate group -  Unite Here Local 11 (213) 481-8530 (Ext. 110) and their white supremacist employee Kelly Stuart of --- --- --- El Segundo 90245 (Kellystuart7@gmail.com)/(https://www.goingthroughglass.com). There are also issues and concerns that the hate group Unite Here Local 11 and its white supremacist Kelly Stuart and gang, are mistreating their Mexican picketers, using them as slave labor on their picket lines and “treating them like dogs”. 

We’ve come tasted your office and the United States Attorney General and are happy to provide video evidence. We also request your help in locating a Human Rights lawyer! 

As previously reported to you and your staff member Alexandra, ongoing hate crimes by antisemitic racist Kelly Stuart and her associates at “Unite here local” include bullying, intimidation and verbal abuse resulting in a person being in the hospital!

This white supremacist Kelly Stuart still continues to bully victims with slanderous and on ongoing cyberbullying aimed towards a former religious Congressional Hispanic Caucus Fellow/current alumni. This injury occurred while the CHC alumni was being verbally attacked with racist comments, and as he attempted to help a Black woman, who was being held against her will, while being mocked and taunted as she preyed to be free of the white supremacist Kelly Stuart her hate gang from Unite Here Local 11. 

This tramatic experience is further exasperated by the lack of help from California authorities in reporting the issues, unfortunately in “modern day” California, it mirrors Hitlers utopia of encouraging hate crimes aimed at religious minorities, so help is limited, Latinos are even reaching out to Governors and civil rights organizations in Texas and Florida for help reporting this matter. 

Its hoped by all, that Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the ADL will help and support Californias JEWISH Hispanics and Latino Catholic and Christian communities to report the issues directly aimed at violence and racism towards Jewish and minority students by Kelly Stuart and her nazi thugs at Unite Here Local 11! 

All the incidents listed below are true, the victims welcome the opportunity to spake with you and United States Attorney General Merrick Garland! 

There have been ongoing harassment, violence, bullying, threats, verbal abuse stalking, cyberbullying by Kelly Stuart towards Jewish and minority students, these incidents have been reported to you since Saturday, July 22, 2023, when in racist hate filled scenes not witnessed since the 1950’s integration of schools when Democrats attacked minorities for entering school buildings for an education; Unite Here Local 11 employee Kelly Stuart and her hate filled group from Unite Here Local 11, committed a series of hate crimes targeted at Catholic Native Americans, Jewish Latinas and Mexican Americans, as well as Black Christians; Kelly’s hate crimes were aimed at preventing Jewish students and minorities from attending an educational course that would gain them leadership opportunities and economic advantages.

The traumatic experiences from the racist and bigoted abuse by Unite Here Local 11 employee Kelly Stuarts included hate crimes of innocent Jewish Minorities, Women and Religious Individuals who were unwillingly forced into an environment of racist and bigoted hate crimes by Kelly Stuart and her  employees at Unite Here Local 11- innocent students, minorities and religious victims of Kelly Stuart’s abuse are now suffering the negative effects of these violent actions and minority communities are up in arms that Kelly Stuart and associates continue to get away with this crimes with cyber bullying and stalking of victims.

 

Jewish Minorities, minority Women and Religious Individuals had their dignity stripped from them by the hate crimes acted out by Kelly Stuart and members “Unite Here Local  11, these racist and bigoted people have destroyed the emotional well-being of minorities and Religious individuals, and left them suffering with the negative emotional effects of: 

 

·      Feeling targeted, ashamed, and scared that they will be further harmed and hurt again.

·      In a constant state of depression, preoccupied and feeling vulnerable and unsafe. 

·      These minority victims of Kelly’s hate crimes now feel that the are denied a part of their identity due to the hate crime targeting of minorities. 

·      They are in hiding because they no longer feel safe and no longer feel like attending certain activities that they once enjoyed; because they are in fear of their safety due to Kelly’s continued cyber bullying and online slander.

 

As mentioned, this vile attacks continue on minority and Jewish students and have contained since being reported to you and California authorities on Saturday, July 22, 2023), in racist hate filled scenes not witnessed since the 1950’s integration of schools when Democrats attacked minorities for entering school buildings for an education; your employee Kelly Stuart and her hate filled group from Unite Here Local 11, committed a series of hate crimes targeted at Catholic Native Americans, Latinas and Mexican Americans, as well as Black Christians; Kelly’s hate crimes were aimed at preventing minorities from attending an educational course that would gain them leadership opportunities and economic advantages. 

 

There is a going mistrust from minorities towards California’s current elected officials and Department agencies. In order to protect Minorities, Catholics and Christians victims from further slander and hate attacks from your employees and their hate groups, we’ve cc authorities (which we have a right to do), so that our words cannot be manipulated by Kelly Stuart, or by any other persons related to, and associated with Unite Here Local 11. 

 

The hate crimes that Kelly Stuart and her Unite Here Local 11 employees are involved in, include: 

 

·      Vicious verbal harassment and inappropriately stereotyping minorities: Kelly Stuart has a long history of attacking minorities with verbal abuse as a way to bully, intimidate, unsettle and agitate minorities, at which point Kelly violently and aggressively shoves a bizarre creation of numerous cameras in the face of her victims, while she continues to verbally bully and agate innocent minorities. She later goes on to edit these videos by cutting out the parts where she is attacking people with her racist comments and uses these libel and slanderous videos to further harass her victims with cyberbullying, as a way to silence and intimidate them. She does this to bully and intimidate minorities - we will no longer be bullied, slandered and silenced and demand that you give the names of her racist associates in the pictures attached, to the Department of Justice so hate crimes on these bigots can finally be charged. 

 

·      Kelly Stuart slanderously stereotypy’s the gender of the victims and national origin of the victims. Kelly misgendered and accused a Native American man of cultural appropriation by viciously referring to him as a “white man”. Even after he corrected her, Kelly continued with hateful outburst with a theme of - evil “white man”. This Kelly woman is so deranged and ignorant that she refuses to acknowledge that the man who she continues to attack, is actually an innocent Native American and Latino, who is the grandson of a former Native American and Latino Democrat political candidate, who fought for the human and civil rights of Native American and Mexican workers. For some odd reason, Kelly continues to slander a Native American Latino, as she slanders and cyberbullies the victim by continuing to mock his heritage and insinuating that he is a white man on her “hate site”: https://www.goingthroughglass.com ; This man’s family is furious, Unite here Local 11 and Kelly Stuart need to be sued an jailed! Before firing Kelly, PLEASE get her some mental health help and counseling to educate her from her ignorance and racist hate. Even if this victim were a “white man”, he would still have the Freedom to attend any event without the abuse of Kelly’s racist rants, and hostility. This ignorant and unhinged white woman is clearly a danger to the community, please get her off our streets.

 

·      Using verbal abuse and intimidation aimed at the race of the victims and their ethnic group in which they fall under; the verbal abuse became so terrifying that Kelly even mocks the victim because their hands are shaking while he is videoing her abuse. 

Jewish and Hispanic students are reaching out to request reporting on goin g hate crimes from members of the hate group Unite Here Local 11. This hate group and their white white supremacist employee

There are also serious concerns that Kelly Stuart and her associates at “Unite Here Local 11” are exploiting Mexican picketers, discriminating on Mexican picketers, intimidating Mexican picketers and abusing their civil rights and constitutional rights. 

Kelly and “Unite Here Local 11”, appear to be being using Mexican and minority picketers as slave labor; while putting them in danger, due to exposing them to extreme heat exposure, and attempting to entice them into violence with fraudulent and slanderous comments made by their Union supervisors- against innocent minority pedestrian using the the sidewalk. (We have video to prove this). 

Mexican and minority picketers also related on their own accord, to fellow Mexican citizens -  that the white union bosses of “Unite Here 11” “are treating Mexican and Latino picketers  like dogs”. (We have video). Police and Human Rights groups need to separate the Mexican picketers from “Unite Here Local 11” officials, and interview them to ensure that their human and civil rights are not being violated. 

Minorities and Religious people who were harassed, bullied and intimidated by Kelly Stuart, are now living in fear - because Kelly Stuart appears to have a long history of being mentally unstable, violent and dangerous to innocent community members with an ongoing record of hate crimes, stalking, cyber bullying and harassment towards innocent people.  She commits these hate crimes while having an active restraining order on her. 

Women, Minorities Jewish, Catholic students and other Religious individuals take Kelly Stuart’s threats against our friends and family members very seriously, it’s hoped that authorities and public officials will also take these hate crimes seriously and help us press charges against Kelly Stuart and her and her “Union Local 11” & GUSD school officials and associate’s.

Jewish and Mexican community members and church groups are currently mobilizing members to stay with elderly friends and family in order to protect them from further violence from Kelly Stuart and her “Union Local 11” & GUSD school officials and associate’s. Minorities and Religious individuals should not have to live in this kind of fear! 

Kelly Stuart’s hate crimes (CPC §422.6(a) were aimed at preventing Women, Jewish, Minorities and Religious students from seeking educational opportunities, leadership skills, empowerment and economic opportunities. During this time, Kelly Stuart and her associates at “Unite Here Local 11” and GUSD openly expressed their hate towards minorities and Religious individuals - through verbal abuse, slander, bulling and intimidation and holding people against their will. (We have video to prove this).

The hate crimes that Kelly Stuart and her Unite Here Local 11” and GUSD school officials are involved in - were based on peoples races, religion and sexual orientation and included:

• Slanderous stereotyping the gender of the victims and national origin of the victims.
• Verbal abuse and intimidation aimed at the race of the victims and even the ethnic group in which they fall under (the abuse became so terrifying that Kelly even comments that the victims hands are shaking while videoing her abuse). 
• Verbal abuse and intimidating remarks towards the religious beliefs of the victim.

Kellys hate crimes and civil rights violations of innocent minorities and Religious people, also included:

• Holding people against their will, while illegally restraining them (California Penal Code 236 PC), due to Religious beliefs (California Penal Code Section 422.6 PC, 422.7 and 422.75): Kelly Stuart personally directed and encouraged her transgender associates at “Unite Here Local 11” & GUSD school officials to unlawfully deprive Women, Blacks, Latinos, Native Americans, Asians, Filipinos, Armenians and Religious individuals of their personal liberty to attend educational opportunities - by confining people without their consent, and not allowing them to move when they wanted and requested to move. When a Black woman who was being illegally confined in her car and intimidated by Kelly Stuart and her transgender associates - the woman began to openly pray to God for help; Kelly and her group laughed and mocked the woman’s religion while filming her and posting her license plate details. (Hilton Hotel security footage will show this, we have video as well). 

• Hate crimes of Verbal Harassment and verbally attacking (§422.6(a)) Minorities and Religious individuals: Innocent Armenians, Blacks, Latinos, Native Americans, Filipinos, Asians and Religious people - have a right to legally enter any building they wish, and attend any event they wish, without ongoing civil rights abuses, hate crimes and racist and sexist comments being aimed at them while being denied their personal liberty due to  Kelly’s verbal harassment and intimidation. This hate crime of verbal harassment and intimidation was also acted out by Kelly Stuarts associates at “Unite Here Local 11” & GUSD school officials - at the direction of Kelly Stuart.  Kelly Stuart and her associates also degraded minorities by assuming that certain minorities attempting to attend the educational event - “weren’t dark enough to be minorities” and also said that “Mexicans who can’t speak proper Spanish aren’t Mexicans”. Kelly Stuart and her bigoted associates no longer speak their parents nazi German language, why should Mexican/Americans be told that they need to speak Spanish!!

• Kelly Stuart and “Unite Here Local 11” used Hate crimes associated with Intimation (Penal Code 422) and Harassment (Penal code - PEN § 653.2) of Minorities and Religious individuals - in an attempt to prevent them from attending educational opportunities in Leadership, which will empower them and offer them economic opportunities. Women, Filipinos, Armenians, Asians, Latinos, Native Americans and Religious individuals have a right to legally enter any building and attend any educational event without the bullying, harassment and intimidation of Kelly Stuart and “Unite Here Local 11” & GUSD school officials. 

• Defamation and Slander (California Civil Code Section 44) Kelly Stuart is slandering Minorities and Religious individuals in an attempt to create harm and violence towards innocent minorities, women and religious people; and also as a way to deny them educational opportunities, knowledge, and economic opportunities. Kelly Stuart edits out her racism on her online videos that she post, in order to demonize innocent victims and to promote further violence and hate crimes towards them. Kelly Stuart is also assassinating the character of a homeless minority person for peacefully speaking with Mexican protesters to make sure that union officials were not mistreating them, which appears to be the case. Mexican and minority picketers expressed that the white union bosses at “Unite Here Local 11” & GUSD school officials are “treating Mexican protestors,  like dogs”. (We have video).

• Cyber stalking of Minorities and Religious people (Penal Code 646.9 PC). Upon investigation by IT students: Kelly has a history of Cyber Stalking innocent Religious people and community members, Kelly sends her associates to their houses and work places to menace and intimidate them, while leaving harassing notes behind. One of the people she’s currently attacking is innocent Native American and Latino who is the grandson of a former Native American and Latino Democrat political candidate who worked for the human and civil rights of Mexican workers. For some reason Kelly and her “Unite Here Local 11” and GUSD school officials attacked this man for enquiring about the well-being of the Mexican picketers who were sitting exposed to the heat. He also attempted to walk over to help the Black woman who was restrained in her car by Kelly’s “Unite Here Local 11” & GUSD school officials and associate’s. This man was so shaken by aggressive abuse and verbal harassment of Kelly Stuart and her associates at “Unite Here Local 11” & GUSD, that Kelly remarked that the man’s  hands were shaking while he was filming her abuse and harassment. A female Latina Hilton employee even came out to ask if the man was, ok. Minorities and Catholics take threats against our friends and family members seriously, Mexican community members and church groups are currently mobilizing members to stay with elderly friends and family in order to protect them from further violence from Kelly Stuart and her Local 11” & GUSD school officials and associate’s.

• Cyber harassment (Penal Code §653.2) (Kelly edits videos so minority and religious victims look bad - in an attempt to deny them economic opportunities; while encouraging violence against innocent people, she is currently doing this to one of the victims. This victim is a Native American and Latino who is the grandson of a former Native American and Latino Democrat political candidate who worked for the civil and human rights of Mexican workers. This man’s family is extremely angry and is thinking of suing the city for allowing this racist indignity to happen to him. The minority community demands that this Kelly Stuart and her associates jailed for slander and hate crimes. 

• Stalking California Penal Code 646.9, Kelly is already stalking individuals who are attending todays (Sunday, July 24th) Leadership conference in an attempt to deny Minorities and Religions individuals an opportunity of empowerment and economic opportunities. Her reign of hate crimes and civil rights abuses needs to end, NOW! 

• Trespassing (Penal Code § 602 PC) and loitering (Penal Code § 647(h)) on Hilton property - in order to commit hate crimes against minorities and Religious people. Kelly Stuart and her associates had no right to trespass or loiter onto Hilton property, she and her associates only did it to bully, intimidate and harass minorities and Religious people and prevent them from educational opportunities, leadership roles and economic opportunities. 

• Breaking the law, by recording conversations without consent (Penal Code § 632). 
• Libel, slander and demonizing Blacks, Mexicans and Religious individuals, with other fixed representation to the eye, which exposes any person to hatred, contempt, ridicule, or obloquy, or which causes him to be shunned or avoided, or which has a tendency to injure him in his occupation (Code § 45). 

IT students have also discovered that Kelly has a history of taking out false police reports on innocent people (Penal Code § 148.5 PC), which is why we’d like her arrested - so that innocent Minorities and Religious people will no longer have to suffer anymore of her Religious discrimination, racism and intolerance, as well as civil rights and human rights abuses. Due to Kelly Stuart’s long history of hate crimes and unconstitutional conduct towards Minorities, Women, Religious people and innocent individuals - it’s demanded that Kelly Sturt and her fellow hate crime associates are locked up, in order to protect our community from suffering further indignity and inhumane harassment through intimidation, slander, cyber bullying and ongoing hate, bigotry. 

• This same indignity and inhumane treatment is also being acted out by a union official in the pictures attached. “Unite Here Local 11” is putting the community at risk while violating Ca. Pen. Code § 647c, by obstructing the free movement of any person on the sidewalk of the Hilton Hotel. The sidewalk is blocked by “Unite Here Local 11” tables, drums, equipment and union members loitering (Penal Code § 647(h)) around the sidewalk. Citizens and pedestrians are forced to walk in the street, or forced to walk through a gauntlet of menacing and intimidating “Unite Here Local 11” officials. During this intimidating and threatening walk, some members of the public are exposed to being verbally assaulted and intimidated by the male “Unite Here Local 11” member - in the attached photo. 

• “Unite Here Local 11” is also violating Penal Code § 415 PC by disturbing the peace with excessively loud drums horns and sirens; while subjecting community members, minorities and religious individuals into intimidating instances of certain offensive language and disruptive behavior – including loud arguments, loud noises, challenges to fight someone, this aggressive behavior by “Unite Here Local 11” is aimed at women, minorities and Religious Individuals attempting to gain access to educational oppression, while walking along the sidewalk that “Unite Here Local 11” officials are blocking in an aggressive and intimidating manner.  A innocent Native American and Latino who is the grandson of a former Native American and Latino Democrat political candidate who worked for the civil and human rights of Mexican workers was harassed by this union official, (we have the video). For some reason, this “Unite Here Local 11” and his Union associates attacked this man for enquiring about the well-being of the Mexican picketers who were sitting exposed to the heat.

• There is also the issue of excessive noise pollution (California Penal Code section 415) by “Unite Here Local 11” protestors, which is intimidating pedestrians into the street and putting them in harms way, while also disturbing the peace for local residences, businesses and churches. It would be appreciated if the city and police would please put a stop to this noise pollution and the harassment of pedestrians s it is harming the emotional well being of innocent minorities and citizens! People of all races and religions - have a right to walk on city streets without a threatening environment of racist abuse, intimidation, verbal harassment and religious discrimination!

• “Unite Here Local 11” are also violating Cal/OSHA's heat illness prevention standard, which applies to all outdoor group sites.  There are no seats for Mexican and minority picketers to sit on. They are forced to sit on the ground and hot cement. The lack of seating and air conditioning by “Unite Here Local 11” is also forcing Mexican and minority picketers to sit on the curb, or near moving traffic, without fluorescent safety  vest. “Unite Here Local 11” is putting the safety, well-being and lives of Minority picketers at risk! 

• The food and drinks for Mexican and minority picketers is limited to unhealthy “white peoples food” of stale donuts and cold pizza covered in flies - which is not up to standard of Californias food safety regulations.  

• There is genuine concern for a Latina worker being placed on the picket line, who appears to be being exploited by the “Unite Here Local 11”union bosses; the Latina complained to a innocent Native American and Latino who is the grandson of a former Native American and Latino Democrat political candidate that “Unite Here Local 11” bosses are treating the Latino protesters like a dog. We have video to prove this. She also said that she was proud that the Latinos were attending the Conservative Leadership Conference, because she moved to America so her own children can enjoy those rights. (We have the video. For the safety of this woman, minorities are demanding that the Police and Human Rights groups separate the Mexican picketers from “Unite Here Local 11” officials, and interview them to ensure that their safety, human and civil rights are not being violated by “Unite Here Local 11” officials. 

While the Native American/Latino was speaking with the Latina picketer, the racist “Unite Here Local 11” official (in the attached photo), told the Native American/Latino that “he wasn’t Mexican because he didn’t Speak Spanish”, what a racist thing to say to a America Mexican/Native American! This same racist “Unite Here Local 11” official, went on to tell the group of Mexican protesters a series of slanderous lies as a way to try and incite the picketers into violence. It didn’t work, as the Native American/Latino walked away from the racist “Unite Here Local 11” official in the photo, a small Latina was waiting to give him a hug and told him that she’s happily worked for the Hilton for 30 years and will continue to do so. 

Once again - For the safety of these women and and for all the minority picketers -  minorities students are demanding that the Police and Human Rights groups separate the Mexican picketers from “Unite Here Local 11” officials, and interview them to ensure that their safety, human and civil rights are not being violated by “Unite Here Local 11” officials. 

It’s also requested, that individuals who experienced this aggressive and violent intimidation, harassment and bullying by Kelly Stuart and “Unite Here Local 11” 

can safely and freely speak to the Glendale Police and LA County Sheriffs office - and that the crimes will be forwarded to the LA Civil Rights Department and to Civil Rights Department Director Kevin Kish, so that these abusive individuals can be prosecuted by the highest courts for hate crimes, civil rights abuse and depriving people of their constitutional rights. 

Students wi give a follow up call to the Glendale Police and Adam Schiff’s office on Monday to ensure that the hate crimes are properly reported.
