Another Runner! Huntington Park Police Chief Will Not Explain Why He Didn't File Paperwork on My Arrest

This is getting comical.

On June 6th, 2017, the Huntington Park police placed my under arrested.

They charged me with failure to follow a lawful order from a police officer, specifically that I would not leave the city council chambers because I was ruled out of order twice for disrupting the meeting.

But here's the second problem--I did not disrupt the meeting. I had been called out of order once--and then someone behind me shouted to the mayor that I had been ruled out of order previously--I wasn't.

So, I was not deemed eligible to be removed in the first place!

No wonder the city police department is hesitant to file anything with the district attorney's office. The case is a total sham.

I was taken to the local jail cell, relieved of my personal effects, then strip-searched. I was finger-printed, too, and ordered to a court hearing for September 6th. I rested in the Huntington Park jail cell for two hours, then released with all my personal properties--except my cell phone.

They do not have a case. They police officers were probably sweating bullets and pissing in their pants because I had refused to leave. Why should I? It was an unlawful order!

There is precedent for citizens not to obey an unjust order from a police officer. As I had shared at the July 5th, 2017 Huntington Park City Council meeting: "Police officers are not gods on earth with little badges."

So ... the Huntington Park Police Department did not follow the paperwork to the District Attorney regarding my arrest. Did I neglect to mention that they had not recorded a booking number for my case? They did not give me a wrist-band, either. What is going on?

I asked Chief of Police Cosme Lozano to explain to me why his lieutenants did not file the paperwork. What is their problem?

I know that they can file paperwork. After all, it was Lieutenant Alfred "Full Capacity" Martinez who filed the UUT repeal initiative because the city clerk ran away from us at the desk.

They know how to file paperwork.

But instead of answering any of my questions, Cosme the Clown ran away from me!

He stated "I have no comment", then dashed down the city hall stairs, then ran off to the police station!

Run, Cosme, Run!

Letter to Editor: "I'm shocked & saddened at the way the HP Council and police mistreated you"

A friend and follower of mine wrote the following to me following my arrest in Huntington Park.

It's a real blessing to know that there are plenty of people who are following what We the People Rising, LA County for Trump, and American Children First

I'm shocked & saddened at the way the HP Council and police mistreated you and others yesterday and the fact your phone was confiscated for 'evidence'.  I hope others with you were filming the event for your own evidence.

It was such a circus.  Grindall61 pointed out a shill --Red Elephant--who got people riled up way before the meeting.  When the shill was finally escorted out, I saw the older policeman put his hand to his mouth discreetly as if he was communicating by two-way mic, maybe in his hand or on his wrist.  That entire thing look so manufactured.

My husband & I are praying for a good outcome for you--Rom. 8:28 AMP, "And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose."

Father, we lift up our bro. and ask first that you would come and ease his mind and settle his heart.  We pray for the PEACE which surpasses understanding, we pray this PEACE would guard his heart and His mind in Christ Jesus; we proclaim a resounding victory for Arthur in this situation, and that every tongue which rises up in judgment against him, he will have the PRIVILEGE to condemn. 

We pray the full armor of God from head to toe, we take authority over the witchcraft attack there, and pray the enemy is now pushed back and defeated. Lord You've given us authority over all the power of the enemy. 

Our bro. has been a faithful servant in meting out holy judgment on the trampled rights of the poor, the defenseless, and of the oppressed.  We ask for You to come swiftly to his defense.

We ask you would deal a definitive blow to the deception, lying and fraud taking place in this city govt. We pray the end to this wretched corruption.

Now Lord, place Your banner over him, protect him; encourage him.  We thank you  for him and pray he knows he is loved. Please strengthen and bless Arthur, in Jesus' Name, amen.

Full Statement Regarding My Unjust Arrest in Huntington Park, CA

Hello Everyone. Yes I was arrested last night in the Huntington Park City Council chambers. Unjustly.

I was recording live this very tumultuous city council meeting, completely with Brown Supremacists, plus La Raza and Mexica activists, all of whom believe that the United States is “stolen land” from the indigenous peoples who lived in North America thousands of years ago.

Huntington Park forced itself into the national discussion about illegal immigration when they city defied federal law and appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions—positions which are for citizens only. This and a long spate of corruption and fraud ripping off law-abiding citizens while turning a blind eye to corruption and rampant street and gang crime.

On the evening of June 6^th, 2017 Huntington Park City Council and police engaged in numerous Brown Act violations, including the unjust out-of-order rulings against me--and my subsequent arrest.

I was never out of order. The city council and the police acting at their corrupt behest were out of order.

The Huntington Park Police officers lied to the crowd of people who were lining up to enter the chambers the room. "The room is at full capacity."

No it wasn't! People in the chambers informed us that there was still plenty of room. Violation of the Brown Act!

Two trumped-up (pun intended) charges were issued against me--that I disobeyed the lawful order of a police officer, and that I was creating a disturbance in the meeting.

Both are wrong. I did not disrupt the meeting, and therefore it was not a lawful order. The Presiding officer for the meeting, Mayor Marilyn Sanabria, had not directly ruled me out of order for any reason. One police officer, Sergeant settled told me to stop looking behind me(?), and then the police chief recommending a "warning" against me. WHAT?! She gave Nick Iaonnidis three warnings, and then he was escorted. Other members were routinely calling out and disrupting the meeting, but they were never reprimanded or ruled out of order.

I was targeted, discriminated against,

One man was cursing at me from behind. Another woman was flashing her camera light in my face. I spoke to Officer Andrade and a volunteer police officer about the matter. They were bothering me, and yet nothing was done about it. Other disruptive people received one or two warnings, and they were not ordered to leave the meeting

When I was given two warnings (for what reason? None.), I was then told that I had to leave the meeting. Since when was it two warnings as opposed to three?

This time, I could not justify allowing them to remove me for no just reason. I thought of Rosa Parks and other patriots who stood up to worse injustices. Pastor Rob Owens reminded me that Parks' decision not to give up her seat helped inspire more people to fight for their rights.

It's time that every American follow her example, along with the example of Martin Luther King Jr. and other freedom fighters who helped Make America Great Again.
