UPDATE: Utility Users Tax Repeal a GO in Sanctuary City Huntington Park

The city of Huntington Park is a de facto sanctuary city. They cannot deny it, since the city council has appointed two illegal aliens to serve on two city commissions. They should not be in the country at all. In fact, the local police should have reported them to ICE  who in turn would pick them up and remove them from the country.

This is absolute lawlessness. One would think that the rest of the cities in the Southeast LA region would have rushed to put more illegal aliens on their commissions and other advisory boards. Because of the ongoing efforts of We the People Rising and other patriots, all of whom are Trump supporters, we have staved off the erosion of our state and our country's sovereignty and laws.

But Huntington Park has remained defiant. They refuse to respect and obey the federal as well as state laws regarding illegal immigration. They two illegal aliens remain on the city commissions. The President has not slowed in his promised campaign to put Americans first and end illegal immigration. This issue is no longer partisan, but a part of every American fed up with their rights and standing as Americans undermined by illegal aliens and the pandering "undocumented" politicians.

The two illegal aliens on city commissions
Francisco Medina and Julian Zatarain

So, Joseph Turner and I reached out to two Huntington Park residents, Danny Salazar and Nick Ioannidis, to sponsor an initiative to repeal the city's utility user's tax.

Nick Ioannidis (right)
The paper work has been completed, the public notice has taken place, and we are ready to inform all Huntington Park residents that they can sign off and have the onerous tax repealed. The funding from this tax accounts for 23% of Huntington Park's operating budget. The city cannot withstand losing so much revenue, but the residents have every right to hold onto their money.

Huntington Park is one of the mostly highly-taxed municipalities in Los Angeles County. That's wrong. Furthermore, this tax repeal is putting the city on notice, informing them that as long as they continue to protect illegal aliens, as long as they put illegals ahead of the needs of American citizens, we will attack them from every angle and bankrupt the city if necessary.

In this video, I officially turned in all the necessary paperwork to show notice of intent to serve and circulate:

No sanctuary cities. It's time for all municipalities to comply with federal law and cooperate with federal officials. Huntington Park is not above the law, and they have no right to permit illegal aliens to sit on any governing board, let alone live in the city or stay in the country.

Who is the Harvey Weinstein of the California State Assembly? Who Indeed

Joseph Turner of American Children First has announced that a serial predator will be exposed in Sacramento.

I know who it is, and I have heard about some of the heinous perversions he has done--OK, I gave a slight hint as to who it is.

Here's the rest of the announcement.

Cap and Traitor Under Fire: Marital Trouble Marc Steinorth Exposed

From Jeff Schwilk:

California Assemblyman Marc Steinorth was caught with his pants down (by his wife) with another woman, reportedly his female Chief of Staff.  He’s 47, she’s 29.  And they used the California GOP’s top law firm to send Joseph Turner a letter last week threatening to sue him if he didn’t take down his web posts exposing their affair and the evidence of a domestic disturbance at his house earlier this year where the police were called out after his wife caught him with the woman on surveillance camera.  Typical political mafia tactics to try to silence citizen activists from telling the truth.  Thankfully, Turner is not backing down from exposing the truth about these lying, cheating politicians, no matter what letter they put after their name.  Turner did not remove the posts and no legal action has been taken.  It was all a desperate bluff by Assm. Steinorth and his mistress to cover up their affair from the public.

Assm. Marc Steinorth is one of the dirty half dozen RINOs in the Assembly who recently voted for the Cap and Trade bill - the largest tax increase in California history.  He constituents are finding out he is a sleazy fraud.  Hopefully his days in the California Assembly are numbered after this latest scandal.

Draining the Sacramento Swamp!

From: Joseph Turner | American Children First
Subject: GOP Staffer Threatens Us with Defamation Lawsuit Over Affair Allegations

Exposing politicians can be dangerous

Last week American Children First broke the story that the wife of a California state legislator Marc Steinorth (R-Rancho Cucamonga) called 911 to report a domestic disturbance between them. We reported that sources had told us the argument was fueled by allegations of an affair between the politician and his chief of staff.

After we published that story, we received a "cease and desist" demand letter from the staffer's attorney threatening us with a lawsuit if we did not take the post down.

This high powered law firm is also on the payroll of the California Republican Party with a monthly retainer in the area of $20,000 a month.

We believe this is a scare tactic to keep us from exposing the dirt on Steinorth who is in the number one targeted seat in the upcoming 2018 election cycle.

But we will not be intimidated. You can read our rebuttal to their threatening letter here. And you can also read our post where we explain why we hope they go ahead on their threat and sue us.

ANOTHER VICTORY

You may recall that we also exposed the affair between California Assemblyman Chad Mayes and Kristin Olsen, the Vice-Chairwoman of the California Republican Party. During our crusade to successfully oust Mayes, we also put pressure on Olsen to resign her position.

We are delighted to announce that we managed to put another head on our pike. Olsen resigned this week!

Until next time,

Report: Newport-Mesa Unified School District Protects Illegal Aliens

A resident in Costa Mesa, who asks not to be named, informed me that schools have been handing out DACA flyers informing parents about upcoming enrollment.

DACA Flyers!

Specifically, they are telling parents in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District that they will not ask about the legal status of upcoming enrollees as well as the parents. The biggest reason why? The district has declining enrollment, and they need the students for the attendance money awarded by the state.

Pretty cynical, and completely illegal.

Here are some further remarks about this:

I personally didn't receive one. But my mom teaches in the district and they were told since registration was down for the fall. The district emailed telling families to enroll their students and that they won't disclose personal info. The lady passed out papers a couple of weeks ago. She was back yesterday. I saw her leaving the school office before school was dismissed. I will try to get a hold of the letter. Costa Mesa was/is sanctuary city. I know the city is trying to "push" out illegals.

When she wrote to me about pushing out" illegals, I asked her to explain. The district wants to bring in illegal aliens to the schools, after all.

Encouraging city improvements to drive up housing costs. City buying housing properties.

The goal is to drive out low-income renters, but why not simply enforce the immigration laws on the books? Why do hard-working, law-abiding California citizens have to face a housing crunch, too?

Is Costa Mesa a sanctuary city, though?

What I do know. The WIC office in Costa Mesa. Must have illegals. They lady who was helping me didn't know much English and couldn't write. Government hiring illegals BS.

Starting to enforce housing codes no Multiple families in one Apt.

There is a crackdown in the city of Costa Mesa. I am also aware that former Assembly Allan Mansour tried to pass a city resolution condemning SB 54 (it failed).

Regarding sanctuary status in Costa Mesa, my source responded:

I looked it up Costa Mesa was never Listed. But as a resident the city was in "favor". And many people referred to Costa Mesa as sanctuary. Since Trump took office less and less people are seen around the city. Definite change.

Some good news.

I am disgusted at what is happening government schools all over the state. They choose to take in illegal aliens, all of whom displace the citizens and their children. That is wrong. We taxpayers do not want to give free services to illegals.

Joseph Turner: "You can't put Americans first
if you treat American children second."

I am glad for people like Joseph Turner of American Children First. He is going after the offensive Supreme Court decision Plyer v. Doe, which mandates public schools to provide an education to students, regardless of their legal status. That is offensive.

At least the city is cracking down on apartment abuses, the same overcrowding which overwhelmed Huntington Park and turned into a third-world ghetto.

Kristin Olsen: "I am a Cheating, Lying Fraud--And It's All Your Fault!"

The Sacramento Bee finally picked up the story about how grassroots conservative activists helped topple Kristin Olsen as CAGOP Vice Chair.

I had pressured Chris Cadelago of the SacBee to write something, especially since the corrupt, left-wing LA Times just wrote down the same party line coughed up from Kissing Kristin in her resignation letter:

Well, Cadelago finally wrote something:

Republican activists are claiming credit for the resignation of a key party official, but former Assembly Minority Leader Kristin Olsen says she wrestled for months over her decision last weekend to step down as vice chair of the California Republican Party.

Of course she did! And her donors didn't want her to leave, either, since she was bringing in big money. If not for the pressure from the "little people", including myself, who had refused to pull the resolution demanding that she step down, she would have waited out the storm and stayed on.

Olsen, a rising star in the party who serves as an elected supervisor for Stanislaus County, said she was on the fence last year about even taking the job given the duties of public office and her responsibilities as a single mother of three who is trying to grow her consulting business. Before deciding to step down, Olsen said, “I wrestled with this decision for a very long time.”

"Single mother of three" ... when did that happen? For all intents and purposes, she remains married, but in an estranged status, as she stepped out on her husband repeatedly. She wrecked her home with frequent dalliances with other men. Sources have informed me that she not only had an affair with Chad Mayes, but she was also sleeping with Democratic Assembly Adam Gray, too.

In addition to her own busy schedule, Olsen said it became clear she didn’t have the logistical support needed from the party on a project she led to develop “solution-focused leadership (and) messaging focused on everyday Californians” to help expand the GOP’s shrinking ranks.

"Logistical support"? Does that mean having an open marriage? Did she logically believe that we the Republican base were going to tolerate more Democrat-lite selling out on principles?

An ad featuring state Sen. Anthony Cannella, R-Modesto, Assemblyman Adam Gray, D-Merced, and former Assembly Republican Leader Kristin Olsen urged people to support Measure L, a transportation tax measure on the Nov. 8, 2016 ballot. It passed. Gray's Valley Solutions ballot measure committee paid more than $100,000 for the ads, a spokesman said.

So, we have Democrats and Republicans jumping around with each other to raise taxes on Central Valley taxpayers. All of this should work out very well, right?

WRONG!

Olsen’s departure comes as a pair of vocal conservative activists and bloggers were preparing a resolution for the state party’s upcoming convention calling for her censure and resignation. Arthur Christopher Schaper declined Monday to withdraw the resolution, which, among other allegations, restates claims of an affair between Olsen and GOP Assemblyman Chad Mayes. Olsen’s estranged husband sent a letter to the Assembly in April, seeking an investigation into whether any state resources were used to conceal a relationship between the two.

What?

Mayes was ousted from his leadership post in August. Schaper and Joseph Turner, a self-described nationalist hard-liner on illegal immigration issues, helped instigate the shakeup after Mayes led a faction of Republicans to cross party lines and support Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown’s cap and trade climate change program.

YES! YES! YES! Yes we did!

Olsen was one of those who opposed the party turning against Mayes. Yet even some who agreed that Mayes should step down privately complained that an internal power struggle could sidetrack the party’s efforts in next year’s elections to break the Democrats’ two-thirds supermajorities in the Legislature.

Of course she opposed a strong motion of censure against Chad Mayes. She was sleeping with him and helped broker the corrupt Cap and Betrayal deal!

Joseph Turner

On his blog, Turner questioned Olsen’s stated reasons for stepping away just as activists were “going to wage a holy war against her.” In an interview Monday, he said it is “absolutely laughable” that there was no connection between the conservative activism and resolution and her decision.

There is a growing, widespread connection. I have received calls from people all over the state congratulating me and  Joseph for taking down Mayes and Olsen. Of course, the work is hardly done when it comes to Sacramento, since Mayes negotiated the terms of his surrender and brought in Brian Dahle as the new minority leader.

Olsen said Monday that she only learned about the anticipated resolution on social media, but added she wasn’t surprised that her detractors were trying to take credit for her leaving.

We are taking credit because it's true! She learned about the resolution at length because I shared it on Twitter--and I even attached her to it!

How could she not have known about the growing move to get rid of her? The Chairman Jim Brulte called me and told me to pull the resolution. "Trust me", he said to me. I refused to budge. She needed to step down, and as of now, I see no reason to pull the resolution. This is outrageous! She actually wants to cover her tracks and act like she is being a mature, responsible adult?!

“There are activists within the party who would rather continue the infighting that doesn’t help anyone … than focus on a rebuilding effort where Republican values are moving our state to a better place,” Olsen said. “As long as the party has voices that allow the infighting to be more dominant than the progress and moving forward, that’s a huge concern.”

Full-Blown Reflection

I just have to break out laughing over that last paragraph.

She wants to lecture the voters about a rebuilding the party on Republican values?

She lied to her base, she betrayed the party's values, and she cheated on her husband with at least two different men. Would someone please tell me how Kissing Kristin's disgraceful behavior would have helped build the party?

Then she goes off on the "infighting" in the state party. Who's the cause for all of this upset?

She blames all of us grassroots activists, "voice" that at are more interested in infighting, right? Hey, I would love to have a statewide party that fought for its values and stopped caving to third-house prodding and special interest bribery. I would like to see leadership that took stronger stances against Democratic dominance and refused to jump into bed with tax-hiking, rights-depriving regressives in Sacramento.

And yet the very Republicans whom we send up to Sacramento continue to betray the votes, they co=ntinue to vote for their own convenient self-interest while undermining the public interest, and they bankrupt us in the process.

Cheating Chad Mayes and Kissing Kristin, along with Marital Trouble Marc Steinorth all pledged that "California Deserves Better". They must have met that California lawmakers deserve better, and the rest of us are expected to pay for it.

That's not acceptable, and it's time that we hold the people accountable for  this perverse disregard for our rights and our needs--and the people who have fostered the infighting.

LA Times FAIL: Won't Publish the Truth About Ex-CAGOP VP's Resignation

Shortly after LA Times reporter Seema Mehta reported on former CAGOP Vice Chair Kristin Olsen's resignation, I fired off an email to her and other reporters covering the resignation:

Seema:

You can't be seriously buying what Kristin Olsen has announced!

Unseemly Seema won't publish the truth

The Chairman, Jim Brulte, asked me to pull a resolution condemning Kristin Olsen. (see attached)

He called me and told me to pull it - because he did not want it to go public exposing how bad Kristin Olsen had behaved, both publically and privately.

This letter that Olsen just sent out is a load of garbage.

Here is my report on what happened with Brulte:

aschaper1.blogspot.com
Unbelievable! I just got a phone call from California Republican Party Chairman Jim Brulte. "Do you trust me, Art?" He asked me if I...

Here's her response:

Hi Arthur,

Thank you for your email and I get what you are saying. While we have heard about these allegations, we couldn’t publish anything right now because we have no on-the-record confirmation. Please keep me posted if anything more will come up at convention?

Best,
Seema

Unreal! What a crock. The Los Angeles Times routinely publishes allegations about people's illicit affairs. Joseph Turner of American Children First broke the story about Kristin's affair with Chad Mayes.

I am very much on the record with this information, as are others within the state party.

Of course, Joseph Turner corrected this desperate attempt to cover up for Kissing, Cheating Kristin:

She has already seen it [The letter from Olsen's estranged husband to investigate his ex-wife's misuse of funds to cover up for her affair with Chad Mayes]. We all know that her comments are a scam. You don't need to have 100% confirmation to understand the obvious fact that allegations of said affair were the genesis of all of this.

I believe the LA Times, if not all other media outlets, have regularly reported on alleged affairs denied by both parties involved. If "on the record" confirmation was the standard...the LA Times and CNN and other mainstream media outlets wouldn't be called fake news.

I honestly find Seema's twisted and strained logic more insulting than simply being ignored. If she is going to stick to that company line, how about some intellectual honesty about Olsen's supposed "professional and personal" reasons for stepping down?

When she left the legislature she claimed she was going to spend more time with her family. I mean she was spending more than 150 days on the road away from her young family so that made sense. Then she ran for Supervisor a couple of months later. Then she was appointed to CRP Vice Chair a few months after that. And then you find out that she was banging dudes throughout 2016 (Mayes and Gray).

Yeah...a lot of concern for the family and desire to spend time with the family. This time...oh look...she is doing it again for the family?

But now we want to regurgitate the BS and call it reporting? GIVE ME A BREAK.

We are supposed to believe that not reporting on the real externalities that forced her hand aren't news because neither she nor Mayes will confirm. But repeating what one of them says and giving them the opportunity to lie, repeat the lie, and insult our intelligence is real news?

Puhlease.

Cut the Crap! Why Cheating Kristin Resigned as CAGOP Vice-Chair

Two bloggers have done an incredible job of outlining their outrage and the consummate victory of the grassroots Republicans of California against the SWAMP that is CAGOP Leadership, going hand-in-hand with Third House Money, including Chuckles Munger and his patrimony wasting big money to watch the Republican Party brand go to nothing.

Here are the full comments from Cheating Kristin Olsen about why she is retiring, and my thoughts about what is really going on--and what she should have written if she were the least bit honest:

Dear Fellow Delegates,

As Vice Chair, I have focused on building unity, enthusiasm, and hope among the grassroots, growing fundraising efforts beyond Sacramento, and articulating our core principles in a way that resonates with everyday Californians.

Wow, when Kristin shovels it, she uses both hands, plus her behind-the-scenes boy toy's hands, too"!

Unity? I don't think so, especially when she was fighting tooth and nail against President Trump, until she put on a nice "about face" in February. She had told me after I had questioned her about this issue earlier this year.

Enthusiasm! I guess you can say that a lot of us our excitied, in that we are as mad as hell, and we are not going to take the boot in our faces anymore! We insist on leadership, and we insisted on principled victory. None of that is happening right now, and it needs to change! FOR THE BETTER!

As for hope among the grassroots, it is growing at a frantic pace. HOW? Kristin, you hit the road! We are feeling our roots and spreading out oats again, and we are not going to allow you and other leaders to get away with doing a bad job and telling us with a smile that there is nothing that can be done about it ...

She claims that Republican core principles can and need to resonate with everyday Californians. Then why did she spend so much time running away from them? How come she brokered tax increases many times while "serving" in the state assembly?!

California desperately needs a viable Republican Party, and maintaining the status quo will not get us there. We must be committed to building a bigger tent and articulating an optimistic message that resonates in diverse communities across the state.  Our principles of freedom, opportunity and limited government are timeless. Our challenge is to define and apply them for a changing California.

Yes, we do, Krappy Kristin! We don't have a viable Republican Party because of leaders like you, who have given away the store to Third-House consultants while undermining the cause you claim to represent and kicking grassroots activists in the teeth.

Instead of standing for values, you caved to the political culture of wheeling and dealing, doing what the special interests and the big money players wanted, so that they could purchase your seat on the Board of Supervisors in Modesto.

"The Big Tent" argument comes up next. Lady, a tent has to be grounded in something, stand for something, and cover something, or it's just a piece of cloth on the ground. With the kinds of leadership that you and your CAGOP Executive Corps were engaging in, there would be nothing but a limp cloth on the ground!

She talks about the "timeless values" of freedom, opportujnity, and limited govenrment. How can those values flourish when she has redefined them to mean compromise, tax hikes, and regulatory schemas which benefit the rich while costing the rest of us?!

Given the challenges before the Party, it is essential that we have officers who can fully commit to their volunteer positions. For both personal and professional reasons, I no longer have sufficient time to do so. As a county supervisor, I have been working on important and time-consuming issues. As a single mom, two of my three kids are now teenagers whose busy schedules often conflict with CRP activities. As a consultant, I am growing a new business and must dedicate more time to clients and provide for my family.

She worked very hard to get this Vice-Chairmanship, did she not. Only about nine months later, and suddenly she finds that she does not have the time to do this job? REALLY? Uh .., no. The truth is that she cheated on her husband, her party, and her state to enrich herself and prepare a political consulting business, all while working a nice, cushy job as a County Supervisor.

The "Single Mom" bit is just too precious to ignore. It's her own fault! She stepped out on her own husband, sleeping with former minority leader Chad Mayes, and now she goes on about how overwhelmed she is? What shameless and yet shameful behavior all around!

"Personal and professional reasons ..." Yes, like cheating on your spouse, and betraying the California Republican Party and the conservative grassroots who expected leadership and victory, not accommodation and controlled failure. By the way, Kristin, you have always had kids, you had those children with you when you became Vice-Chair, and now they have become too time consuming? You're not even a good liar.

In the midst of this final kiss-off to the CAGOP delegates, she talks about her new business. She is already advertising her business? Really?! What does she do? Yes, Crash-And-Burn Kristin is a consultant, now, and it looks like she is spreading her RINO disease to Colorado!

She wants to follow in the failing footsteps of Joe Justin and the rest, doesn't she? She wants to get rich off of running candidates for office, but for some reason, she did as much damage as one could imagine

Check out the candidate whom she is getting excited about:

For these reasons, today I am stepping down as Vice Chair. I sincerely thank you for the opportunity to have served and wish you the best.

You are stepping down before we kicked you out and let the door hit your butt on the way out!

Sincerely,

Kristin Olsen

Here's all that I've got to share on this:

And of course ...

Joseph Turner's "Resolution" Regarding Harvey Milk and the CAGOP

Joseph Turner of American Children First has a wicked sense of humor.

The outrage which has spilled over among the grassroots against the California GOP leadership is getting harder to ignore.

First, State Senator Anthony Cannella stabs us all in the front with the one key vote to raise our gas tax. Then 8 Republicans, including state senator Tom Berryhill along with seven misled Republicans in the Assembly (senselessly led by Chad Mayes) voted for the Cap-N-Betrayal deal.

I refuse to accept the argument that these elected officials were abused and taken for a ride. They knew what they were doing and they want along with a bad deal. This was the worst mash-up piece of legislation nonsense I have ever seen. Every Republican should have lined up and said "No!", then force every single Democrat to fall on their swords or let the program fail.

Republicans voted against their values, raised our taxes, and gave a handful of Democrats a get out of "Bad Vote Card" free.

Shameful. The truth is that they are bowing down to the destructive special interests which every elected official warns us about. They want to be liked, they want to live comfortably, and they don't care what happens to us little people.

One brazen act of defiance occurred before that terrible Crap-N-Betrayal vote. The Assembly GOP Twitter feed invited everyone to celebrate Harvey Milk Day. This perverted pederast deserves to be denounced for his political corruption and his shameful, wicked behaviors with underage youths while haunting and jaunting around San Francisco. A pedophile deserves NO honor in any part of our government, whether state or federal--and definitely not from the party of pro-life, pro-family values.

Did the Assembly GOP leadership really think that they would get away with this?

Joseph Turner won't let them get away with it!

Check out the resolution he wrote in connection with the horrific affirmation of Harvey Milk and LGBT issues:

------------------------------

Whereas, Harvey Milk was the first openly homosexual person elected to office in California, and

Whereas, the California legislature established May 22 as “Harvey Milk Day” in 2009 when Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed it into law; and

Whereas, the California Assembly Republican Caucus, led by the now disgraced and ousted Assemblyman Chad Mayes, praised Harvey Milk as a “hero” via the caucus Twitter account on May 22, 2017; and

Whereas, said tweet was subsequently liked by many California Republican leaders including, but not limited to: Assemblyman Chad Mayes, Assemblywoman Catharine Baker, CRP Regional Vice-Chair Sue Caro, Assemblyman Tom Lackey’s Chief of Staff George Andrews, Assemblyman Brian Dahle’s Press Secretary Matt Mahon; and

Whereas, Harvey Milk’s life was chronicled in a biography titled “The Mayor of Castro Street” by his close friend Randy Shilts, a gay journalist respected by the homosexual community; and

Whereas, Shilts would write that Milk regularly engaged in man-boy sexual relations and
documented Milk’s “penchant for young waifs with substance abuse problems,” including a then 16-year-old Jack McKinley; and

Whereas, Harvey Milk was a sexual predator and serial child rapist that feasted on and exploited disadvantaged youth by providing them food, shelter, drugs, and alcohol in exchange for sexual favors; and

Whereas, it appears that not a single Republican leader in California condemned or disavowed a tweet by the Assembly Republican Caucus calling Milk a “hero”; and

Whereas, a legion of virtue signaling cuckservatives routinely trip all over themselves to disavow tweets or statements made or not made by President Donald Trump; Now, therefore be it

Resolved, that the California Republican Party comes out of the closet and announces a full-throated endorsement of man-boy love and serial child rape so that it may continue upon its glide path to becoming the Democrat-lite Party of California unmolested by conservatives and other sane individuals who find predatory behavior upon minors disgusting and reprehensible.

Even Chicago Illegal Aliens Hate Me: Winning!

If it were not for the failed smear piece printed in the Sacramento Bee, I would have not learned about this extended hate-hit piece published in Chicago, Illinois.

This is beyond hilarious. It is a testimony to the brazen desperation of the open-borders left.

The New Racist, pro-illegal movement
Based out of Chicago

Check out this link here.

Notice the same heartless, baseless slur "anti-immigrant."

Funny! It's just as played out as the race card.

Now check out the nonsense that they wrote about me:

More recently, We the People activist and Beach Cities Republican club president Arthur Schaper’s actions led to the L.A. County Republican Party revoking its charter for the Beach Cities club. “In a statement, the county GOP cited Schaper’s ‘inappropriate activities’ — disrupting meetings, intimidating elected officials and citizens — as a major reason for pulling the charter,” The LA Times reported. “‘Complaints about his activities from elected officials and everyday citizens reflect badly on the Republican Party,’ the party said.” Schaper’s recent activity includes a hosting a meeting in May that featured a brief presentation by Joseph Turner, a far-right nationalist working to revitalize his past anti-immigrant activism in the Trump era.

What's especially interesting is that there was no mention of my or other club members' disrupting meetings or going to town halls when they announced the baseless decision to revoke the charter. In fact, the only reasons cited to me and others was that we had a Libertarian candidate speak at the club. Then there were scattered remarks about revealing internal disputes within the party.

Neither of those two points are mentioned in the Los Angeles Times article. The Republican Party of Los Angeles County Central Committee lied to the press and to the Beach Cities Republicans.

As for hosting Joseph Turner, there is no "there there."

Turner has worked with American citizens of all backgrounds to ensure that American children and adults are taken care of, not illegal aliens. And why does this Chicago based hate-group insist on claiming racism about illegal immigration? Do they believe that all illegal aliens have brown or black skin? There are Irish illegal aliens throughout New England, and an illegal alien Canadian in a San Diego County jail cell at this time--and even then, the Canadian may be black, Hispanic, Asian, or any other background, too!

The more heated and desperate the attacks, the more it becomes clear to all who are watching and reading that the desperate, racist, open-borders Left is losing power and now losing their minds.

I am proud to be working with some people to Make California Great Again, to make it great for all legal residents.

Media Press Release: Fundraiser Cancelled, Police Called on Constituents Protesting Gas Tax Hike

Ontario California, July 27, 2017.

California citizens are furious about the Cap and Trade "Deal", orchestrated in large part by California Assembly Minority Leader Chad Mayes (R-Jurupa Valley).

Mayes was scheduled to attend a fundraiser at the New York Grill in Ontario California.

Angry protesters arrived to shame the Minority Leader and one of the 6 other Assembly Republicans who had voted for the Cap and Trade/Gas Tax extension, Marc Steinorth (R-Rancho Cucamonga). Upon arriving at the restaurant, a notice in the window announced that the Mayes fundraiser had been cancelled.

"Assemblyman Mayes owes his constituents an answer for this corrupt bargain. He should step down as minority leader and resign," Arthur Schaper, President of the Beach Cities Republicans, declared.

View this video for more information:

Following the protest outside of the fundraiser location, the same contingent of protesters arrived at Assembly Marc Steinorth's office.

Check out the video here:

Instead of getting clear answers and a proper meeting of demands, the office staffers called the California Highway Patrol to remove the angry constituents.

Upon leaving the district office, California citizens were met with 25+ California Highway Patrol officers, including a parking lot crowded with police cruisers and a helicopter flying overhead.

"The overwhelming police presence which arrived at the Assemblyman's office was unwarranted and unjustified. The waste of police resources and time cannot be explained away, especially since we as constituents and taxpaying citizens of the state of California have had enough of politicians breaking their word to taxpayers," Schaper added.

“It is both outrageous and frightening that not only Mayes and Steinorth violated their pledge and party platforms to support the Cap and Trade deal, but now they hide from angry constituents and call for law enforcement to intimidate them and try to scare them off.”

Si Se Puede Defund! American Children First Target Sanctuary Cities By Repealing Utility User's Tax

Joseph Turner has figured out a way to take out the two things he seems to hate above all else – sanctuary cities and taxes – in one fell swoop, no looking back.

And though he’s selling his idea as a tax relief effort for the low-income residents of the various cities he’s getting ready to target, he is happy to tell you that it’s really all about punishing them for protecting their undocumented immigrants.

FAIL! Turner is punishing the city and its corrupt leadership, not the residents.

“Sanctuary cities by definition allow lawlessness to take place,” said Turner, founder and executive director of the nationalist American Children First, which invites all those who agree with its masthead of unapologetic “American exceptionalism” to donate to its grass-roots campaigns. “Our politicians are importing millions of illegal aliens and refugees – many of whom do not share our American values and ethos. Many of whom come here simply to better their own lives without a care or thought toward making America better.”

His website features a list of goals, including ensuring that President Donald Trump’s promises made on the issues of “illegal immigration, border security and trade are kept.”

As of May 30, this mission includes cutting the tax bases of several small cities, starting with Cudahy, a 1.2-square-mile sliver of southeast Los Angeles County.

To that end, he’s pressing to put an initiative on the next citywide ballot – one that would repeal the city’s utility user tax, effectively stripping Cudahy of 13.5 percent of its yearly revenue. That’s about $1 million.

FYI: Cudahy is essentially bankrupt, with only $500k in the bank. That is really really low, even dangerous for a city of its size.

Turner plans to pursue the measure unless and until the city changes its sanctuary status. The possibility of lost funding is not a threat, he says, but a promise.

Finally, more people are stepping up and disciplining outlaw cities. I would like to see this initiative not only succeed, but sweep across the country!

“I feel like the community is receptive to the idea of lowering taxes,” Turner said, referring to a March vote that struck down a parcel tax proposal in the city and re-elected conservative Councilman Jack Guerrero to the Cudahy City Council. “It’s a lower working class community who is struggling to make ends meet ...”

Notice that the newspaper does not report the finally voter tally. The Measure to raise the parcel tax failed 75%-25%. It was an epic blow out.

Cudahy, population 24,000, is one of some 150 cities in California that rely heavily on funds gathered by taxing the utility bills of their residents and businesses. Its residents pay an estimated $181.77 per household – $44.22 for single residents – each year for services that include park development, youth and mental health programs, and fire and police protection.

Again, the article leaves out key details, such as the city's contract with the LA County Sheriff's Department to ensure safety. The city cannot afford its own police forced. Let's also mention that city employees are working 10 hours days (overtime!) and do not work on Fridays at all.

“I doubt he’ll be successful,” said city spokesman Robert Alaniz, “but if he were, the folks who would suffer would be not only the folks he intends to hurt – which are the people who may be here on undocumented status – but also legal residents who live in these cities as part of a working class community. Whether the intent is there or not, that’s who would be hurt by a successful movement to go after utility taxes.”

"May be here"? What?! Men and women who have entered this country are in Cudahy--and they are in the city, in the country illegally. This is not a matter of suspicion or possibility.

Despite the resistance he’s faced from the City Council and local activists, Turner doesn’t think he’ll have any trouble getting the proposal on the ballot. He only needs 62 signatures on his petition.

62 signatures, folks! That's all Joseph needs. I have spoken to numerous residents in the city, and they are ready to sign!

SANCTUARY CITIES BY DEFINITION ALLOW LAWLESSNESS TO TAKE PLACE.
American Children First founder Joseph Turner

City leaders, however, point out that Turner is still politically outnumbered in Cudahy, where 331 of 4,443 voters turned out for Trump in the November election.

Someone remind me: who cares what the city leaders think? The current mayor, Chris Garcia, called men and women of all backgrounds "White supremacists" because they opposed the racist, corrupt, and lawless sanctuary city policy.

“Given the 96 percent Latino population makeup of our city and the xenophobic agenda of Mr. Turner, I find it hard to believe that many of our residents would support his measure,” said Christian Hernandez, vice mayor of Cudahy. “It is ultimately designed to eliminate funding for critical city services that protect and improve the quality of life for all our residents.”

What services? The big pensions and benefits for the city employees? The slush fund for Corrupt Chris Garcia and his fellow cronies in crime?

Turner’s proposal comes after months of warnings from Trump and U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who has sent notices to prominent cities insisting they let their local police officers cooperate with federal law enforcement and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or lose crucial federal law enforcement funding.

 Cut the funding, Jeff!

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the Department of Justice will stop awarding grants to sanctuary cities during a White House press briefing. "Unfortunately some states and cities have adopted policies designed to frustrate the enforcement of immigration laws," Sessions said. "These policies violate federal law," he said.

In 2015, Cudahy joined a protracting list of municipalities around the country that called themselves “sanctuary cities,” places where local law enforcement could refuse to comply in the deportation of undocumented residents. During Trump’s first 100 days and following his initial executive orders on immigration enforcement, the agency says it made 37.6 percent more immigration-related arrests nationally than over the same period in 2016.

"Could refuse"? No, they have to refuse, according to the direction of the city council which enacts the policy.

In response to the crackdown, a bill that would restrict state and local law enforcement agencies from cooperating with ICE and federal law enforcement is now moving through the California Legislature, championed by Sen. President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon and Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, D-Lakewood, who represents Cudahy and its surrounding cities.

Let's see how long this legislative kabuki theater lasts ...

Opponents of the measure, such as Sen. Jeff Stone, R-Temecula, have the same concerns as members of Turner’s camp – that Senate Bill 54 “is designed to make California a sanctuary for certain dangerous criminals,” and that the loss in federal funding might be too great a risk.

It will be too great a risk, Senator! It is already endangering this state!

But Hernandez, Cudahy’s vice mayor, calls pressures from the Trump administration and initiatives like Turner’s “nothing more than a desperate attempt to hurt people who don’t look like him or follow his mantra of prejudice and hate … It’s misguided, misdirected, and it’s based on hate.”

Wow! Still playing the race card, there, Cristian? Really? Boring!

Still, Turner thinks he could succeed in a community like Cudahy, where voter turnout and community political involvement is low. The number of signatures he needs – 62 – is so low because the number is set at 5 percent of the voters who turned out in the last gubernatorial election. In Cudahy, only 1,238 people cast votes in November 2014.

62 signatures! That's all that is needed.

He’s also encouraged by the addition to the City Council of a conservative like Guerrero – who has drawn activists against illegal immigration to the meetings – and a community distrust of a government that has been marked by corruption in the past. In 2013, a former mayor, city councilman and city manager were convicted for taking bribes.

FAIL! "Who has drawn activists against illegal immigration to the meetings" -- that is not true. I cannot recall any time when I or anyone else had received call or warning or invitation from anyone in Cudahy to come to the meetings.

The first meeting I attended in Cudahy was January 11, 2016. I had been targeting the city because it was a sanctuary city, and the mayor who had initiated that sanctuary city policy--again, Corrupt Cudahy Chris Garcia-- had gone to great lengths to play it up for the media. That was all that was needed to goad me and others in We the People Rising to go after the city council.

“I’m sure they’d rather have more money in their pockets than going to a government that is corrupt, where you’ve had elected officials incarcerated ...,” Turner said.

YES, especially with the cost of everything skyrocketing in the state of California.

All of those factors inspired Turner to target Cudahy first, and inspires some fear over the future of the city in its activists and council members.

It's a small city, so easy to collect the needed signatures and take away their funding.

Alan Garcia, community activist and 30-year Cudahy resident, campaigned hard against Guerrero’s re-election and has publicly spoken out against Trump.

This guy is a laugh riot! Now he wants to seem professional:

He has had a few run-ins with law enforcement, too:

Check out his unprofessional conduct toward We the People Rising in February, 2016:

Check out how out of control he was following the April 2017 swearing-in ceremony:

It's crystal clear about his hatred of Councilman Jack Guerrero:

“It was disturbing to me that (Guerrero) got re-elected,” he said, “and now I’m looking at this initiative and it’s difficult to say whether it has any legs or not because of how confused some of the residents seem to be about what’s going on. When it appears that somebody is going to try to save money in their pockets, of course they’re going to want to sign up for that.”

Turner's plan is brilliant. Save money for residents, and defund outlaw cities.

Guerrero also appeals to the larger Spanish-speaking population of Cudahy, some of whom Alaniz suspects do not understand the aims of the groups like Turner’s. Yet they’ve banded together to argue that corruption still afflicts the city and to support Turner’s initiative.

It doesn't matter what people say to the residents, the hard-working taxpayers who are getting tired of the financial costs.

“I don’t know that many of those individuals who are Jack Guerrero’s supporters would support a retraction of the sanctuary status of the cities,” Alaniz said. “I’ve never heard any of those individuals come up and address the city’s status, but what I do hear is, ‘You guys are corrupt.’ He’s trying to link corruption with the sanctuary cities status and somehow allege that our council members must be corrupt because they’re protecting illegal immigrants.”

The city is corrupt, the city council is pay-for-play. They don't deserve one dime.

Guerrero, who abstained from the 2015 decision to label Cudahy a sanctuary city, has not come out in support or in opposition of Turner’s initiative, but said he regrets the city’s move: “It was like we put a banner in Cudahy that said ‘historically corrupt and home of undocumented immigrants.’ ”

Who cares whether Guerrero suppports the initiative or not?

I AM, AS A RESIDENT, GOING TO FIGHT FOR THIS INITIATIVE NOT TO PASS. IT HAS CRUEL INTENTIONS.
Cudahy businessman Edin "Americans are Wetbacks" Enamorado

Edin Enamorado, a local businessman, says he’s experienced the waves of change that have hit Cudahy over his 27 years as a resident. He says taxes are now going where they need to go and he vows to fight Turner’s initiative to the end.

I had confronted him about this hateful rhetoric, but he ran away:

His latest outrage?

Edin compared the crimes of illegal aliens with the plight of black slaves, while justifying the denial of First Amendment rights to American citizens:

And what changes is Edin talking about in the city of Cudahy? Any changes that have occurred, have turned the city from bad to worse.

Oh and this is how he behaves in public:

Violent Edin

So, what's going on here? Why do the press agents reach out to these two individuals?

They want to play up the immigrant rights, Millennial activism that is supposedly permeating Cudahy.

Not true. For all their pretensions to being progressive, the Los Angeles County Democratic Party has developed a strong strain for establishment-linked cronyism.

I would further submit that these two individuals want to run for Cudahy City council--and as a slate.

Oh brother--how selfish can one get?!

“The city’s making progress,” Enamorado said. “We’re getting brand new street signs, repaved roads. We have a beautiful park and we’ve had one of the safest years in our history. I don’t see Turner and his people giving up, but I am, as a resident, going to fight for this initiative not to pass. It has cruel intentions.”

Yawn. What a crock. The streets are not getting better, in fact, and whatever improvements have emerged, have all come from the federal funding which Sessions plans on cutting very soon.

Turner won’t be giving up any time soon, either. On Monday, he filed his next initiative to cut funding from Huntington Park, a city that never declared itself a sanctuary city but has appointed two people without legal status to its city commission – a much greater offense to Turner. Repealing the utility user tax there would reduce the city’s general revenue fund by 23 percent, or by $6.25 million each year.

Huntington Park is a de facto sanctuary city, refusing to comply with our nation's federal immigration laws, and brazenly defying the meaning and spirit of citizenship.

All he needs is 106 signatures to get it on their next citywide ballot.

Here's the entire video of Joseph Turner filing the paperwork with two Huntington Park residents to repeal the city's utility user's tax:

Final Reflection

I thank God for Turner and his incredible, creative initiative proposals.

This is what was needed. We needed to go after the funding in this very powerful way.

Other initiatives are available, too, which would ensure that outlaw cities like Cudahy, Huntington Park, and other cities within the activists' reach will think twice before defying federal law and undermining our country's culture and national sovereignty.
