This is a joke!
Heath Flora voted for the Cap and Trade renewal and extension.
Another Cap and Traitor has been added to Dahle's "leadership" team.
This is a real joke. In California, we do not have a government for the people by the people.
Notice also that Chad Mayes remains an "Assistant Republican Leader". Ugh.

Mike Spence: Shame on Cap and Traitor Tax Hiker RINOs
I don't like to think about it, but how true it is, nonetheless.
The elected officials in Sacramento either think that we are stupid, or they are just not afraid of us.
ENOUGH.
I think it's time to take down these Crazy 8 Cap and Traitors.
These arrogant tax-hikers do not succumb to the costs and harm caused by these disrespectful, arrogant, out-of-touch, useless Republicans who do not honor the rule of law or their oaths of office as elected officials to do what is best for the hardworking California citizenry.
I fully endorse this resolution without equivocation.

Media Press Release: Fundraiser Cancelled, Police Called on Constituents Protesting Gas Tax Hike
Ontario California, July 27, 2017.
California citizens are furious about the Cap
and Trade "Deal", orchestrated in large part by California Assembly
Minority Leader Chad Mayes (R-Jurupa Valley).
Mayes was scheduled to attend a fundraiser at
the New York Grill in Ontario California.
Angry protesters arrived to shame the Minority
Leader and one of the 6 other Assembly Republicans who had voted for the Cap
and Trade/Gas Tax extension, Marc Steinorth (R-Rancho Cucamonga). Upon arriving
at the restaurant, a notice in the window announced that the Mayes fundraiser
had been cancelled.
"Assemblyman Mayes owes his constituents an
answer for this corrupt bargain. He should step down as minority leader and
resign," Arthur Schaper, President of the Beach Cities Republicans,
declared.

Check out the video here:
Instead of getting clear answers and a proper
meeting of demands, the office staffers called the California Highway Patrol to
remove the angry constituents.
Upon leaving the district office, California
citizens were met with 25+ California Highway Patrol officers, including a
parking lot crowded with police cruisers and a helicopter flying overhead.
"The overwhelming police presence which
arrived at the Assemblyman's office was unwarranted and unjustified. The waste
of police resources and time cannot be explained away, especially since we as
constituents and taxpaying citizens of the state of California have had enough
of politicians breaking their word to taxpayers," Schaper added.
“It is both outrageous and frightening that not only Mayes
and Steinorth violated their pledge and party platforms to support the Cap and
Trade deal, but now they hide from angry constituents and call for law
enforcement to intimidate them and try to scare them off.”

Recall Rocky the RINO!
Assm. Rocky Chavez is finally being recalled! His vote last week for the Democrats’ massive tax increase in the Cap & Trade scam bill was the final straw for conservatives and patriots in the 76th Assembly District (Coastal North SD County). Let’s Drain the Sacramento Swamp!
Time to replace Assemblyman Rocky Chavez with a true America First conservative in North San Diego County! We know of several good potential candidates to take that seat in a recall election. Where are the other 6 recalls that need to take place in CA for the other 6 RINO traitors? Anyone? Remember, silence is consent!

Assemblyman Rocky Chávez Breaks His Promise To Taxpayers
Brian Brady July 17, 2017 Brian Brady 10 Comments
California’s Cap and Trade extension passed today with Republican support:
“The extension was part of a three-bill package, which passed. One measure aims to improve local air quality, and helped bring some Democrats on board with the cap-and-trade deal. Republicans, however, favored a third bill that may give them more of a say in how to spend the money collected through cap and trade.
“Brown sounded an apocalyptic tone in a rare personal appeal before a Senate committee last week, telling lawmakers that failing to pass the extension would lead to fires, disease and mass migration, not to mention higher costs for food and gasoline.
“Republicans likened the bill to a tax that will hit Californians at the gas pump and the grocery store. The nonpartisan legislative analyst said last year that the existing cap and trade program accounted for an 11-cent-per-gallon increase in gasoline prices. The office has not analyzed the extension proposal.”
Assemblyman Rocky Chávez was an important vote for Governor Brown’s pet project. He explained his support away with a logical fallacy:
“You know, global warming has become a partisan issue,” Chavez said. As a Republican who believes in science, I don’t have that hurdle to overcome.”
His fallacious explanation however, doesn’t negate the fact that Chávez violated the Taxpayer Promise he signed, in 2012 to get elected to the Assembly. The Cap and Trade extension imposes an even greater tax on the poorest of Californians at the pump. Thus, Chávez broke the promise by voting to raise taxes.
He just can’t be trusted to keep his promises.
