GOOD NEWS: Arizona's Nightmare Kids Can't Get In-State Tuition

I wanted to comment on this article for a long time.

After all the work that patriots in California have been doing to stop sanctuary cities and stand up to Sanctuary State Law SB 54, it's nice to know that there are other states, and institutions within those states, which are also standing by the rule of law

In a ruling that should surprise no one, the Arizona Supreme Court has decreed that DACA students don’t qualify for in-state tuition.

YES! No one in this country illegally should qualify for anything paid for by the taxpayers.

The ruling is, of course, is a disaster for "dreamers," many of whom will be shut out of a college education. (Or maybe not. More on that in a minute.)

It’s also bad for Arizona’s economy, which needs more college graduates, not fewer, if we’re going to attract quality employers.

But if you believe the law matters, it’s the right ruling.

This "rule of law" thing has turned into an inconsequential set of beliefs, as though we can just kick aside whether we abide by a general agreement of laws, rules, and due process for all. The Obama Administration routinely fought against this issue

Sickening, but right.

Voters in 2006 decreed that Arizona residents must have “lawful immigration status” to qualify for the in-state tuition or any financial assistance “subsidized or paid in whole or in part with state monies.”

DIAZ: Blame Gov. Ducey, not the court, for Arizona's DACA tuition ruling

How about we blame the courts, since the lower courts took the arrogant, unfounded view that

It was the era of Russell Pearce and Joe Arpaio, when bashing undocumented residents was a statewide sport and no distinctions were made between those who broke the law and those who toddled along beside them, mere babies who had no say in their fate.

Human beings in this country illegally are not pieces of paper, and therefore they are not "undocumented." If you are in this country illegally, you are an illegal alien. No debate on that. The shrill, perverse determination for people to reduce illegal immigration to a set of verbal niceties and moral relativism is really disturbing. What would they say if someone broke into their homes and took their property. Would that make them "undocumented guests and borrowers"?

In 2013, the Maricopa Community College District began offering in-state tuition to undocumented students who qualified for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. Community college officials contended their newfound DACA status afforded them "lawful presence" that made them eligible for subsidized tuition.

Of course the state sued, and we can thank Jan Brewer for doing exactly that. Shame on these arrogant little college districts, which think that they can draw out their own rules for limited gain.

Shameful.

Naturally, the state sued.

A Maricopa County Superior Court judge ruled that in-state tuition was legal. Judge Arthur Anderson said the federal government, not the state, decides who is “lawfully present” and the Board of Regents joined the community colleges in offering DACA students the subsidized tuition rate.

The state cannot ignore the fact that people are taking DACA, a federal program which should have never been implemented to begin with. The judicial tyranny of state and federal courts must be confronted at every level. This is outrageous.

But Anderson’s ruling seemed doomed from the start, making Attorney General Mark Brnovich's decision to appeal a no brainer.

Even the Department Homeland Security was careful to say that while DACA students are “lawfully present,” they don’t have “lawful immigration status” – the requirement imposed by Arizona voters.

The Department of Homeland Security had no right to declare those younger illegal aliens as "lawfully present" either. This is beyond outrageous. I don't care if their illegal alien parents brought the children into this county before they could discern right from wrong. That is not our problem, and we the people of the United States should not be saddled with the cost or the cultural drain on our sovereignty.

A three-judge panel of the Arizona Court of Appeals unanimously overturned Anderson’s ruling last June, writing that DACA doesn’t give the students lawful immigration status and thus state law applies.

No, it sure does not. Thank goodness that there is some sense reigning on certain higher courts of jurisdiction in certain states.

Now the seven justices of the Supreme Court also have ruled that DACA students don't qualify for in-state tuition. (Disclosure: one those justices is a relative of mine.)

We haven’t yet seen the Supreme Court’s full ruling, but there's been no suggestion that DACA students must pay the out-of-state rate.

How about these nightmare kids shouldn't be in the country to begin with? Why are we debating what amount of money they will pay for college? College seats belong to citizens, to legal residents, to the children of hard-working, law-abiding, lawfully present parents.

I am so tired of debating how much should be offered or available to illegal aliens in our country. They should not be in our country to begin with. The real debate should be: "How best to remove illegal aliens from the country?"

Shortly before offering in-state tuition, the Regents approved a plan to lower the tab for DACA students while respecting the will of voters.

Under that Regents' plan, eligible undocumented students beginning this summer will pay what’s called the Non-Resident Tuition Rate for Arizona High School Graduates – 150 percent of in-state tuition. Instead of paying well over $26,000 a year in out-of-state tuition, they will pay closer to $16,000 – the actual average cost of an undergraduate education.

Not acceptable. These regents should be fired from their jobs.

The idea was the brainchild of Regent Jay Heiler, a lawyer and former Republican political operative who now runs a chain of charter schools. He told me at the time that such a plan should pass legal muster and makes sense in a state where the average high school sees only 18.6 percent of its graduates earn a college degree within six years.

Oh brother. A "Republican" approved this harebrained perversion. What about American students? What about legal Arizona residents and their youth? Don't the deserve a chance? They should have the first, foremost, and final dibs on any seats in college.

"Here we are setting up barriers for a group of kids who by definition are trying to go to college and qualified for admission," he said at the time. "It doesn't make any sense for the state."

These "kids" are not kids at all. They are young adults, and they should not be in the United States. Higher education has not only turned into a government-subsidized scam

It doesn’t make sense for the state. But then, the 2006 law sticking to kids who did nothing wrong was never about making sense.

This writer needs to read Ann Coulter's sage response to this "the kids did nothing wrong" argument. The truth is that the younger generation pays the price, too, when the parents commit crimes and are convicted and sentenced. That's life.

It's not our problem that the illegal alien kids are now adults and living in this county. They have been blessed to live in the United States as long as they have already. They must return to their legal countries of origin and come in legally. They certainly have no right to protest, abuse others, and demand "a right" to be in this country illegally.

It was about spite.

Now, with the in-state tuition question settled, two questions confront us:

1. Will the Regents have to repay the state for this year's in-state tuition subsidy for dreamers, having decided to disregard the Court of Appeals ruling last year?

The Regents should refund the money back to Arizona taxpayers. And please stop calling those young illegals "dreamers". That is very offensive.

And far more importantly, 2. When are we going to quit parsing language – "legal presence" v. "lawful status" v. "lawful immigration status" – and come up at long last with a sensible immigration system that works?

Three words: Deport All Illegals.

Three more words: Build The Wall.

And here's three more: American Dreamers First.

ACLU: Anti-Christian Lunatic Union Attacks American Sovereignty

The American Civil Liberties Union needs to be sued in turn.

Shame on these people. They promote anti-American hatred, all while claiming to be a signature, pro-American platform. What a bunch of bigoted frauds.

We need to stand up to this immoral corruption. American exceptionalism is not something to apologize for, but something to celebrate.

It's time that we get into action and push back!

ACLU Action

Hi Arthur –

Today we're headed to Washington, DC to stand beside immigrant youth in the face of Trump's racist, anti-immigrant agenda. Since he ended DACA last fall, over 800,000 Dreamers have been left hanging, unsure of what lies ahead. But no matter what happens, we want young immigrants to know we're on their side – and on the side of the constitutional principles of this country.

You won't want to miss this event. Go to Facebook.com/ACLU at 12:30 p.m. ET to tune in LIVE. Speakers include Anthony D. Romero and Lorella Praeli of the ACLU, and Eli Cuna of United We Dream. We're all taking to the streets to support all of the Dreamers who call the U.S. home.

Trump has made it crystal clear that he's okay with tearing apart families for political gain, but we're not going to stand for it. That's why we're headed to the White House to show Trump what America is all about and hold him accountable for the crisis he created. In D.C. for the event? Here are the details:

Trump: Don't Deport Immigrant Youth Action
Sunday, March 4 at 12:30 p.m.
The Ellipse (near the corner of 15th and Constitution Ave. NW)
Washington, D.C.

We won't stand by as Trump threatens to deport millions of immigrant youth – but we need your support. Take part in this historic event: Tune in LIVE at Facebook.com/ACLU at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Thanks for all you do,

The ACLU Online Team

P.S. If you're in the Washington, D.C. area, please join us in person – RSVP on PeoplePower.org.
DACA is over.

This country is doubling down to ensure that our sovereignty, our security, and our sanctity are protected at every angle. Enough of this nonsense.

We need to fight to put Americans First! We need to ensure that the Gospel is preached, and that every person can believe in grace and truth without fear or recrimination.

The American Civil Liberties Union does not understand liberty or civility anymore. Is it any surprise that they have become so anti-American, too?

WINNING! Illegals No Longer Applying for In-State Financial Aid

Wow, the news keeps getting better and better.

President Trump's clear and convincing rhetoric is working wonders on the illegal alien problem here in the state of California. All the sanctuary state talk in the world is a big dud when it comes to actual enforcement and follow-through.

The fact is that illegals are in the country ... illegally. It makes no difference how they got here. What matters is that their parents broke the law (if they came as children), or they broke the law themselves by breaking into this country on their own.

Enough is enough. This country's compassion has been pushed to the limit. It's not fair that we are treated with such disdain as American citizens, and we have illegal alien activists demanding full citizenship and all the entitlements they claim that go with it.

Here is the report from KQED indicating that illegal aliens are no longer taking taxpayer dollars for in-state tuition grants from young citizens:

Today is the deadline to apply for California’s major financial aid programs, and officials have been scrambling for weeks to assure undocumented students it’s safe to do so.

The deadline has passed.

It's over. American students must come first, not illegal aliens.

Undocumented students can’t get federal financial aid, but the California Dream Act opened the door to state financial aid starting in 2012-2013. Since then, application numbers had gone up every year — until this one.

Illegal aliens should not be getting any kinds of benefits or incentives from taxpayer coffers. That is wrong. Illegal aliens need to go back to their home countries. Any kind of DREAM Act must go toward American citizens, young Americans who are struggling to find work and make life great again for themselves and their future.

Stop the invasion. No more illegal immigration!

The California Student Aid Commission began to see a chilling effect from harsh immigration rhetoric last year, when the annual increase in applicants they’d come to expect slowed.

Enforcing immigration laws is not "harsh", it's a lawful response and outcome. I want our immigration laws enforced. That is not a "hardline" stance.

This year, fears have been amplified as rhetoric gives way to high-profile enforcement action. California officials say students’ personal information is safe with them, but it’s a tough sell.

Our President is actually doing stuff. That's what the voters wanted, and he is making America great again.

In mid-February application numbers were down by nearly half compared to last year, but a major campaign to get the word out has had some impact. That gap has narrowed significantly — now the numbers are down less than 10 percent and counting. Still, the commission is bracing for a decrease in applicants for the first time since the program began.

It should be shut down entirely, not just decreased.

“Every hour I grow more and more concerned,” said California Student Aid Commission director Lupita Cortez Alcala. “We’ve done everything that we can possibly think to do.”

How about you start caring about Americans?

She said they’ve held press conferences, phone banks and information sessions across the state. They even got a celebrity DJ involved.

The celebrity needs to be arrested.

San Francisco City College student Alejandro Villeda did apply for aid, despite some reservations, and he encouraged his classmates to take advantage of this opportunity.

“I feel like the best (way) to make our voices loud is to have an education,” he told the crowd at a news conference earlier this week.

At taxpayers' expense. That is wrong, and we are not going to tolerate this anymore. Enough with these illegal aliens. We need to put American Dreamers first, foremost, and final. That's it.

But privately he said many of his friends had made a different calculation and chose not to apply, for fear immigration agents would get hold of their personal details. “They worry somehow that information gets shared and they’re gonna go look for them because they know exactly where they live,” he said.

We will make sure that ICE learns the location of all illegals in the state of California. ICE raids are going to continue apace, with or without California's support.

Alejandro Jimenez, director of City College of San Francisco’s resource center for immigrant students, said he understands those fears, but encouraged students to think about what’s at stake.

The illegal aliens should be scared. They broke the law, they broke into this country, and California residents are sick and tired of being broke!

“Having the California Dream Act is the difference between having to have two or three jobs and taking one class at a time, or moving along in your education,” he said. “Please take advantage of this deadline.”

Shame on these people! This white-guilt, white supremacy garbage must be confronted once for all.

Shame on all of them. I want to see the end of all this illegal alien pandering, and I want California institutions to respect the needs of American students.

American Dreamers Matter

Illegal Aliens "Marching Home" Get Arrested--Now They Need to Be Deported

These young illegals are arrogant beyond belief.

Do they really believe that they are helping their cause by screaming and yelling in the streets and in Congressional offices?

They took over Nancy Pelosi's press conference in San Francisco six months ago.

Now they want to march for miles and miles, demanding that the federal government kowtow to foreign nationals in our country?

I don't think so!

They just got arrested (nothing peaceful about these protesters!)

They need to be deported!

5 YOUNG UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS AND 1 ALLY ARRESTED IN PEACEFUL PROTEST AT THE U.S. CAPITOL, CONCLUDING 250-MILE MARCH FOR A CLEAN DREAM ACT
Immigrants and allies marched from the National Mall to the crossroad between the Supreme Court and the Capitol to demand permanent protection for undocumented youth
WASHINGTON, DC - Six activists, including five undocumented youth, were arrested Thursday afternoon in a peaceful protest outside the U.S. Capitol and the Supreme Court demanding a Clean Dream Act. The protestors were all participants in the 250-mile Walk to Stay Home from New York City to Washington, D.C. to demand permanent protection for undocumented youth. The 15-day march, which crossed six states and inspired solidarity rallies in across the East Coast, concluded with today’s demonstration.
The Walk to Stay Home marks six months since the Trump administration’s decision to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in September, putting hundreds of thousands of undocumented youth at risk of losing their work permits and protection from deportation. Despite repeated public commitments to protect Dreamers, Congress has failed to pass any legislation granting protection to undocumented youth.
“I walked 250 miles to the Capitol and passed through many communities that opened their homes to us. And yet now that we are here, Congress has closed their door,” said Aldo Solano, a DACA recipient from Oregon and one of the arrested protesters. “The undocumented community cannot wait for Congress to catch up to our lives!”
“Trump’s March 5 deadline for a DACA solution is days away and all Congress has given us is broken promises. I’m tired of being seen as a political bargaining chip,” said Maria Duarte, a DACA recipient who completed the 250-mile march and was arrested in Thursday’s demonstration. “By participating in this walk, I’m showing Congress and the entire country that I’m taking my fate into my own hands. I know my community deserves the right to stay home. I will keep on fighting for permanent protection--not just for DACA recipients like me but for my parents, those who walked along side me, and all undocumented immigrants.”

In Their Dreams: Democrats Fall Asleep During Nancy Pelosi's DREAM Act Filibuster

The Republican National Committee mocked House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who is desperately trying to appease her angry, outraged illegal alien base over a clean DREAM Act.

What these illegal aliens and their criminal enablers refuse to understand is that no matter how much the beg, plead, badger, or bully Democrats in Congress, they don't have the numbers to pass anything. They are not in power!

DACA is about to expire, and President Trump's Chief of Staff John Kelly has signaled that the President is not going to extend the deadline. Even if he wanted to, he cannot because the whole program was unconstitutional at the outset.

Nevertheless, the Democratic Party is desperate to do whatever they can to drum up a DREAM Act.

It's not looking good. The US Senate just agreed to extend funding for the military by two years, along with other health care proposals like fighting the devastating opioid epidemic ravaging the country.

Instead of caring about Americans, the Democratic House minority is throwing in for illegal aliens.

Check out this segment:

There's Congresswoman Matsui in the orange dress, dozing off:

Maybe she's dreaming of a day when Pelosi will no longer take up space as the House Minority Leader. She has been a devastating lady bad speaker and representative for the Democratic Caucus. They have enjoyed brief victories, but for the greater part of her tenure, the caucus has suffered minority status.

She is too liberal, too out-of-touch, and too ditzy to know what's going on. She needs a nap--for good, in retirement.

Matsui she be careful about dozing off in public, on camera in the House chambers.

Congresswoman Doris Matsui (D-Sacramento) is dozing away, much like former Rep. Mike Honda did in 2016:

Eventually, a primary challenger knocked him out for good.

Maybe it's time for someone to step up and rub out Matsui, too!

Contact Congresswoman Matsui's office, and tell her to put Americans First, and give up this fantasy of any kind of DREAM Act.

Letter to CA United States Senate Delegation: Utter Disappointment

Senators Feinstein and Harris:

I am very disappointed with your decision not to vote for HR 195 to :

1. Pay our military
2. Fund the CHIP Program
3. To Secure our Borders
4. To Delay bad taxes levied in the Affordable Care Act

I want you to stop holding out government hostage to illegal aliens, particularly the DACA recipients, a program which should have never been enacted during the Obama Administration.

Put Americans First, especially our military, our national security, and the neediest citizens in our country.

Thank you,

Arthur Schaper

Bad Idea: DACA Nightmares Block Entrance to Disneyland

Wow. The desperation has gone from bad to worse to just plain hilarious!

I cannot believe that the DACA Nightmares would pull a stunt like this. Do they really think that they are winning supporters over to their side when they prevent law-abiding citizens and visitors from all over the world from entering a theme park?

DACA Nightmares block Disneyland

This is nuts.

Check out the report from two LA Times reporters, including reported anti-Semite Hailey Branson-Potts:

By HAILEY BRANSON-POTTS and CINDY CARCAMO
JAN 22, 2018 | 12:00 PM

Beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program and their allies temporarily blocked a vehicle entrance to Disneyland on Monday, just as the Senate reached an agreement to end the government shutdown brought on in part by a stalemate over the young immigrants' future.

The bias cannot be ignored. "Beneficiaries"? Realy?!

The timing could not have been worse, since the US Senate voted to fund the government and end the unpopular shutdown.

The DACA recipients, commonly called Dreamers, stood in a crosswalk at South Harbor Boulevard around 10 a.m. and blocked buses from entering the Anaheim theme park. The 15 protesters were quickly removed by law enforcement officers and were relocated to a sidewalk, where they held signs and chanted, "No dream! No deal!"

They are not "Dreamers"--they are Nightmares, and they are proving it. They are simply showing how arrogant, spoiled, and entitled they have become.

They do not deserve anything, and this country owes them nothing.

By 10:40 a.m., the protesters had left the area.

That didn't last long, just like the Schumer Shutdown!

"The group is only about 20 people, who have been peaceful. Disneyland is operating as normal today," Disneyland spokeswoman Suzi Brown said in an email.

The government shutdown began at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time Saturday when Democrats in the Senate, joined by a handful of Republicans, blocked a House-passed bill to temporarily fund the government for four weeks.

Immigrant rights activists right now are blocking #Disneyland entrance on S. Harbor in OC, blocking buses from entering the park. Civil disobedience underway. Protestors want to pressure Congress to pass a clean Dream Act. They chant “No dream. No deal.”

No Dream--and there will be no deal, and the federal government will continue to operate as expected, for American citizens!

Democrats and Republicans are at a stalemate over several issues, especially the future of the DACA program, which has protected nearly 800,000 young immigrants who were brought to the United States illegally as children.

The stalemate is a false talking point. The United States federal government owes nothing to these illegals. They need to blame Barack Obama and the Democratic Party for lying to this cohort of illegal aliens. They never intended to do anything about illegal immigration and the growing population of illegal aliens. Barack Obama had spoken forcefully against illegal aliens in 2007 and had voted for the wall.

Then he changed his tune and created two unconstitutional programs to divide the country while promoting illegals. This is all wrong, and the Democratic Party is paying the price.

Senate leaders on Monday morning reached an agreement to end the shutdown by passing a stopgap spending bill and committing to tackle the issue of immigration before the next deadline, Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-New York) said Monday.

Whomp! Whomp! Whomp!

Activists with the #OurDream coalition — a group of immigrants' rights organizations — say their protest was meant to pressure Congress to not pass a spending bill until the Dreamers are protected. They said they were tired of "unfulfilled promises" by legislators to settle the matter.

American Dreams matter, and American Lives Matter, not illegal aliens.

Barbara Hernandez, a 26-year-old DACA recipient from Santa Ana, said protesting in front of Disneyland was symbolic.

"It's where dreams come true," she said. "But we're not on vacation anymore. We're still waiting for our dreams to come true."

Yes, their demonstration is symbolic--symbolic of their entitlement mentality hurting this country. They are losing this fight, and American Dreams are going to bounce back stronger than before.

Hernandez said she knew blocking the street could make traffic worse or cause an inconvenience for people. But disruption, she said, is something the Dreamers have become accustomed to.

Yes, and the American people are getting tired of it. They are proving once again that they are not "Dreamers", but Nightmares, racist bigots and entitled adult children who are trying to ruin this country. They do not love the United States of America. They just love the easy money and relative quiescence.

Not OK.

"It's something we go through every day of our lives," she said. "There is always something blocking us from moving forward."

Law enforcement removed immigrant rights protestors from blocking street into #Disneyland entrance. DACA recipients and allies are now on sidewalk underneath Disneyland sign. Protestors want to pressure Congress to pass a clean Dream Act. They chant “No dream. No deal.”

One woman walking by the theme park shouted at the protesters, "I'm going to call my member of Congress today!"

Good! So will I, and I will call every other member of Congress whom I can alert and tell them to reject every possible form of amnesty or DACA fix or anything else in that arena. This is all wrong, for elected officials to ignore their oaths of office and put the needs of illegal aliens ahead of American citizens.

The woman, who would only give her first name, Carmen, said she supported the activists and thought the minor inconvenience of having to wait to get into Disneyland didn't bother her.

Yes, but I am certain that their disruptive behaviors bothered many others, and voters across the country are getting tired of this nonsense.

A few minutes later, Dusty Roads, of Phoenix, tried to navigate his family past the protesters standing under the Disneyland sign at the park's east entrance.

"What do we want?" the activists shouted.

"We want you to go home," he told them. "We want you to move."

BAM! Head on home, Nightmares, back to your home countries.

Roads, who also disapproved of the massive women's marches over the weekend, said he didn't know the details of the protest but that he found it annoying.

"It's America," he said. "We don't need that stuff. We don't need to protest. All it does is create hate."

Dafne S., a DACA recipient from Los Angeles, said in a statement that "Congress members shouldn't recklessly gamble with the lives of undocumented youth."

"The vast majority of the American public supports the DREAM Act without anything in exchange. We will not stand by while members of our community are forced deeper into the shadows," she said

No, the  majority of Americans DO NOT support this program. They want the borders secure, they want the nation's immigration laws enforced. When Americans learn all the details about DACA recipients and the massive cost to the country, they change their tune quickly.

Claudia Treminio, a Los Angeles DACA recipient, called the stalemate a "wasteful attempt to appease Trump's racist base" and a "way to bankroll his corporate backers."

Calling voters "Racist" is not going to win supporters. Not working.

"We will not stay silent as President Trump and members of Congress use us as bargaining chips to build a border wall," she said.

Final Reflection

I am surprised that the LA TImes reported different opinions about the DACA recipients preventing men and women from entering Disneyland.

Oh, and let's not forget the children who dream about going to the Happiest Place on Earth, too. I wonder how the children felt that they could not get into the amusement park as soon as teir parents brought them in.

Shame on these arrogant, entitled Nightmares. They don't understand that this country does not belong to them, and they are just now starting to wake up and realize that the American voters across this great country do not want a flood of third-world entitled migrants overwhelming this beautiful country.

Keep it up, illegals. Just watch as your demands fade, and the dreams that you are begging for all die away.

Americans First! Trump all the way!

More Victory: Bitter Disappointment for the Desperate, Disillusioned, Despondent Nightmare Kids

The Nightmare Kids are losing it.

Nancy Pelosi lied to the Nightmare Kids
There will be no Clean Dream Act--Not going to happen
Young illegals are learning the hard way that all the screaming and yelling in the halls of Congress does not work.

The American citizens have awakened, and they are not in

They have slammed hard against Democratic US Senators and House Reps while also going after their Republican Majority Counterparts for the last two months.

They have made no progress whatsoever.

The latest eblast from United We Dream shows their outrage, their frustration, their abject depression with the Democratic Party in Washington, the very party whom they had hoped were going to ensure a Clean Dream Act (which will never happen), along with blanket amnesty, open borders, and pathways to citizenship for all the illegals in the United States.

Arthur,
Today’s disappointment is bitter: Immigrant youth are in grave danger because of Congress’ cowardice. Thousands more will suffer because of their failure to pass a Dream Act.
I’m taking a moment with friends and family to feel our rage tonight – but the fight will go on. We must do everything in our power to fight hate and win permanent protection and dignity in this country.
The next deadline we’re setting our sights on is February 8th, when Congress’ continuing resolution runs out. They can and must pass a Dream Act by the deadline – but for that to actually happen, Congress needs to hear from us.
Between now and February 8th, immigrant youth will muster all of our strength to pass a Dream Act – which means we need the support of our communities more than ever.
The next few weeks will require every bit of courage and creativity we can muster. We are SO close to passing a Dream Act. This bill never would have gotten so far if it weren’t for thousands of immigrant youth and allies making calls, signing petitions, taking over Congress, and speaking out.
Everything is on the line. And Congress’ promises won’t save anyone’s life. We need to be louder than we’ve ever been – which is why immigrant youth are already planning the next phase of direct actions.
If you’re angry at the disgusting, moral failure of our government today, I’m asking you to channel that anger by supporting immigrant youth and funding the next phase of actions. We are the ones who’ve led this fight. We will continue leading this fight. But we need to know this community has our backs.
This morning’s news may have been disappointing, but none of us are giving up or going home today. We have each other, and together we’ve made tremendous progress. If we keep fighting with everything we’ve got, I know we will win.
Yours in this fight,
Greisa and the rest of the team at United We Dream
The first line of this eblast is pure gold for Pro-American enforcement activists: "Today's disappoint is bitter."

The more bitter their failure, the greater our victory as Americans, as patriots, and Trump-licans who want our President and Congress to succeed in Making America Great Again.

That's what it is all about.

These illegals don't get it, and they don't want to get it. They are more interested in themselves, not realizing that the United States owes them nothing. As Congressman Labrador shared in the press conference following the release of the Secure America's Future Act, there is no right to immigrate to the United States.

None.

The illegal aliens, both parents and children, are waking up to this harsh reality. They do not have a right to stay in this country. They do not have a right to demand legal status, amnesty, anything else. They are required to respect our laws and sovereignty, and leave the country. They can come back legally, but that's it.

The most glaring yet tone-deaf indictment from this eblast signals the "moral failure" of the government. The Federal Government is not their government. It does not belong to them, and never did. The Preamble to the Constitution could not make it more clear: "We the People of the United States ..."

The People of the United States, that does not mean "illegal aliens", but American citizens. Simple as that.

Sorry, Illegal Alien Nightmares, but your blessed residence in this country is about to end. There are too many of us, and the Democratic Party has sent the hollow, harsh, failing message that 700,000 illegal aliens are more important than 300,000,000 (300 MILLION) American citizens.

Politics is a numbers game, and we outnumber you. It's over. Pack it up, return to your home countries, and come in the right way.

Deport The Nightmare Kids and Their Trumper-Tantrums

I agree with Ann Coulter. I say “Deport the DREAMers First.” I would start calling them Nightmare Kids, though, since they have repeatedly thrown a fit, rolled on the floor, bawled and screamed to get their way. The sheer arrogance of this cohort of young adults, still acting like children, demanding—DEMANDING—from our elected officials that they get amnesty: this is beyond unconscionable.
This is our country, and we have real American dreamers of all backgrounds. Their needs come first, the needs of American citizens matter, not illegal aliens. There should be no discussion, no consideration of their needs.

For the past two weeks, I have rallied with We the People Rising against the DREAM Act protesters, including  young contingent who have harassed Congressmen in Orange County and in the Central Valley. They started their routine in Huntington Beach on January 12, 2018. Previous left-wing protesters have harmed Congressman Dana Rohrabacher’s staffers.

But instead of backing off and moderating their efforts, they have doubled down and become more aggressive, more exploitative. This is all wrong.

The illegal aliens and their left-wing enabler activists raised nothing but hell outside and inside the Congressional offices of these Congressmen. Who do they think they are?!

Check out some of the photos below which I had taken during the DREAM Act Bus Tour throughout Orange County:

The police arrived to push them out of the building.

These Nightmare Kids had no right to barge into a private building to shout, scream, yell, and badger Congressman Rohrabacher's staffers.

The American public needs to understand that these DACA recipients are behaving in an arrogant, unseemly fashion. They should not even be in the country, and instead of rioting and raising hell, they should ask kindly--beg, even--for the opportunity, the privilege to stay in this country.

But let's be clear: there is no right to immigrate to the United States. The parents of these illegals broke the law, and their children are going to pay the price, too, as do the children of any other criminal.

Check out the ruckus raised by the DACA brats in front of Congressman Mimi Walters' office the same day:

Here to stay? I don't think so!

In this video, you can see the outrageous, destructive onslaught they waged outside of Congressman Ed Royce's office:

Don't they have any shame?

One of the protesters flipped off an elderly woman, and I immediately confronted that guy. He started shouting and cursing at me, dismissing my response by saying that he is not illegal.

So what?! The fact that he is harassing our elected officials and demanding open borders and amnesty is a massive affront to our nation's sovereignty. These demonstrations are immoral and unethical. The civil rights enjoyed by American citizens within their own country do not belong to illegal aliens.

No wonder that guy got really angry: he wasn't used to being confronted for his hateful behavior.

Of course, no one in the mainstream public is learning about the abusive behavior of these Nightmare Kids.

All they get are sob stories and feel-good write-ups in liberal rags like the Los Angeles Times, all determined to show the illegals in a perfect light, while the rest of the country gets smeared as a bunch of narrow-minded bigots simply because We the People of the United States expect the government to secure our borders and enforce all immigration laws.

Check out the photo below:

I read on the front page of the Los Angeles Times, and find the DREAM Act activists getting all the attention. When will the press pay attention to the needs of American citizens, the mothers and fathers who have lost their children to illegal aliens?

Sickening.

I applaud the Department of Justice for filing an appeal against the rogue federal district court in San Francisco. Shame on them for shutting down the President's authority to rescind DACA. I look forward to the United States Supreme Court affirming the right of President Trump to end the unconstitutional DACA program and to the at-large deportation of all illegals.

And yes indeed, Mr. President: start with the Nightmare Kids!
