My favorite football team is The New
England Patriots.
I love the logo. Tom Brady is great.
And then there’s the great Belichek:
“Do you job!”
Our President (and hard-core
patriot) Donald Trump is getting the job done.
As President, he is called to fully
execute the laws of our country.
A big part of the job is appointing
the best people who embrace his vision for governance to carry
about his
program: “You’re Hired!”
He also has to get rid of the
generals, the bureaucrats, and the White House elite who don’t get the job
done: “You’re Fired!”
Hiring and firing are crucial to any
administration, and cannot be overlooked in the Presidency. Creative
destruction is the norm in the best companies. Fortune 500 corporations don’t
stay wealthy and prosperous by clinging to the bottom ten percent who don’t
produce and don’t care. In some firms, the worst performing employees get a
year to look for a different career then “You’re fired!” Sometimes, it’s the
best thing that can happen to you. Just ask Omarosa, who met with Trump and Dr. Ben Carson to commemorate Black History Month.
Abraham Lincoln burned through Union
generals like an irate casting director. They either had “the slows”, wanted
fame and glory (Burnside), or were plotting to take President Lincoln in the
1864 Election (McClellan). Then, he found Ulysses S. Grant: “He fights!”
Lincoln announced. He was hired, and the Civil War finally ended.
Contrast Lincoln with President
Obama, who did not expect his staff to enforce laws. He did nothing when two
Virginia socialites crashed his inaugural ball in 2009. Leadership or deputy
personnel should have lost their jobs in White House security. Election 2016,
and intruders were scaling the White House fence and dashing in 100 feet before
capture. Again, heads should have rolled, but nothing hit the ground. By then,
a pattern of non-enforcement emboldened brazen trespassing.
Same thing happened at the international
level, when Obama spent more time apologizing for the non-sins of the Bush
Administration, then doing nothing after he drew a “red line” in Syria.
The people he hires make all the
difference in defining Trump’s administration. After all, the President of the
United States cannot run the entire Executive branch on his own. It wouldn’t
hurt for him to scale back or remove entire departments. Hopefully, his current
nominees for cabinet positions will ensure a steady dismantling and
decommission of unnecessary Executive bureaucracies (Department of Education,
Energy, Housing and Urban Development).
So far, Trump’s hiring prowess has
been exemplary:
1. Betsy DeVos for the Department of
Education—This woman enrages Democrats, labor unions, and the regressive Left
like nails on a chalk board. What do they hate her? Unlike the wealthy
Washington political class, she believes that every child, regardless of
economic status, should enroll in the best school, not forced to enroll in the
closest one. To US Senator Chris Murphy’s dismay, she also believes that school
personnel should have a right to protect themselves with a concealed
firearm.
2. Dr. Tom Price for the Department
of Health and Human Services. The Left is apoplectic. Price has commensurate,
commendable private sector experience. As Congressman, he has voted
consistently to repeal Obamacare, and has drawn up plans to replace that
bureaucratic monstrosity.
A boss or President’s hiring choices
are not just about getting the job done, but ensuring a successful legacy. The
CEO goes beyond his staff and leadership in-house and looks for quality talent
outside
the firm.
Which brings us to:
3. Neil Gorsuch, nominee for the
Supreme Court to replace Justice Scalia. This is a stable, thoroughly vetted
selection, and he has not even appeared before the Judiciary committee yet. You
and I know more about this federal circuit court judge than previous nominees,
not just where he went to college and law school. Gorsuch lines up with the
core philosophy and erudite learning of his predecessor.
Now to the firing process. President
Trump is getting the job done, and the media’s hissy fit proves it.
1. Sally Yates, Acting Attorney
General
Enforcement of our laws is crucial.
Non-compliance has become an uncomfortable norm in the United States. Obama
flouted the law with abandon. He issued executive orders, crossing
Constitutional limits.
Yates refused to defend Trump’s
constitutional temporary ban on refugees/travelers/arrivals from seven key
countries, the same countries which Obama had previous listed as targeted areas
for concern. Yate’s disobedience was not courage, nor was it honest dissent.
Yates’ insubordination was catty politicking.
If Yates was a conscientious
objector, she should have submitted her resignation, as President Richard
Nixon’s first Attorney General had done to protest Nixon’s order to fire
Watergate Special prosecutor Archibald Cox.
2. Daniel Ragsdale, Acting (as if!)
Chief of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The press is shaming Trump for not providing
a reason.
That alone exposes how corrupt and
deceitful the Obama Administration had become. The Obama Administration was
routinely suppressing the power of border and immigration control. The fact
that the acting director was sticking to the eight year routine of “catch and
release” or “Do what the previous President told me to” is reason enough to
fire the guy.
Why is the liberal media bent out of
shape over two firings, anyway? They were hoping that the new boss would be
just like the old one. Surprisingly, federal department heads are now expected
to do what they swore an oath to do: uphold the Constitution and protect
Americans. If they can’t do their job, or won’t for whatever reason, they need
to hit the road.
As a Los Angeles County conservative, I think that Trump's election and first two weeks of his Presidency has been the greatest thing to happen to California and the country in 36 years.
Finally, we have a strong leader who is not ashamed to be an American. He wants to fight for our citizens. He wants to Make America Great Again. He's run huge businesses, sometimes into the ground, but he's also bounced back and risen up to higher heights, much like the skyscrapers in Manhattan, New York.
He has more than impressed me, and he has assuaged every fear and concern so far about his commitment to this country, our Constitution, and his solemn promises to put Americans first and uphold the rule of law.
He is already enacting policies and making decisions that are great for business. He has also taken clear aim at Obamacare. He has assembled a vast network of incredible executive nominees. In welcome and yet unprecedented fashion, he has pushed aside a corrupt and frustrating liberal media cult--and has pulverized them for their stultifying bias.
Of course, blue states for the most part got bluer in 2016, signaled their determination to double-down on their regressive left-wing stupidity. Yet even deep blue Los Angeles County, where I had a Republican representing me for the first time in over 22 years, Republicans and conservatives in general have much to be happy about.
For that reason alone, LA Weekly's Hillel Aron announced that certain doom will befall the City of Angels following Trump's ascension to DC Paradise.
Aron issued his dour reflections about President Trump in the December 22. 2016 edition of the county alternative rag, which has for the last five years provided excellent reporting and commentary on the corrupt and unaccountable education scene in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
First, he deemed that Trump is the worst thing that could happen to Los Angeles:
1. Trump.
There is simply no positive way to spin this: Donald Trump
is an unmitigated disaster for Los Angeles.
I thought that the crumbling streets, the declining morale, the dispersed law and order which makes any great, let alone livable, had turned the Angelic Spanish settlement into an absolute hell hole.
What about the rampant illegal immigration, gang-banging, poverty, homeless, overpriced gentrification, government corruption, and general economic malaise spelled out that the disaster which has engulfed Los Angeles.
Trump Derangement Syndrome is Easy to spot (Credit: E. Branco)
The coming Trump presidency has struck immigrants across the
city with fear and uncertainty. And in addition to his call for mass
deportations, Trump has threatened to starve all so-called "sanctuary
cities" — places that refuse to assist the federal government in its
deportation efforts — of federal funding. If Trump were to follow through on
that threat, Los Angeles stands to lose billions of dollars.
The same media spin and lies roll out once again. If the immigrants in our midst are in this country legally, then what do they have to fear? If the "immigrants" in the country are not here legally, if they refused to follow the legal pathway to citizenship which is available to all, then they have only themselves to blame.
Of course, like the spoiled wannabe Millennials they want to be (forever young, forever stupid), the LA media coffee-klatch will blame Trump for all of California and Los Angeles' ills.
Speaking of losing buckets of money (not to mention killing
your buzz), Trump also could make the legalization of recreational marijuana
more difficult by continuing to criminalize it on the federal level. His pick
for U.S. Attorney General, Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, bodes poorly for
legal weed. ("If Mr. Sessions were to be confirmed, many supporters of
legalization worry that his past remarks about marijuana could portend a
crackdown," according to The New York Times .)
First, LA Weekly quotes #FakeNews New York Times, which jumps to the raging conclusion that Senator Sessions is going to crack down on sovereign states which have decriminalized marijuana. Washington State and Colorado better be on the look-out, right? After all, AG Sessions won't have anything else really serious to focus on, like illegal immigration, domestic terrorize, rampaging fraud and corruption in state and local governments. Yeah, G Sessions is going for your weed first thing tomorrow morning.
HA!
Sessions is very likely to going to let the MJ choom-train run at low-profile speeds. Smoke it, but don't blow the smoke in Washington's face. Of course, with the Democratic supermajority bracing for one fight after another with Trump to show their true left-wing credentials, expect Los Angeles and San Francisco to do everything they can to invite all-out war with President Trump, Vice-President Mike Pence, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Secretary of State Rex Tillerston, and Secretary of Everything Else ...
Not only is Trump one of the worst things to happen to L.A.
in 2016, he also imperils one of the best things to happen to the city this
year (recreational weed) and one of the best things about the city, period (its
spirit of inclusion).
Aron thinks that smoking dope is the most "dope" thing to hit Los Angeles? Really?!
No wonder this city is going down the drain. The hard-hitting journalist who follows the epic fails of LAUSD thinks that MJ is the best thing in LA, and fears the President in DC.
This is what Trump Derangement Syndrome looks like--in print, in one of the largest cities in the country, in one of the bluest states in the Union.
For the Trump supporter in the Belly of the LA Beast, all I can say is: "How sweet it is!"
President Donald Trump is fulfilling one promise after another
He made stern commitments to Christians in particular and faith communities in general.
President Trump spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast in
Washington, D.C., drawing attention for joking remarks that the audience should
pray for Arnold Schwarzenegger's ratings on "The Apprentice."
The speech was Trump's first at the annual religious
gathering, though he joked that he would like "to be here seven more times
with you."
He also pledged to repeal the Johnson Amendment, an IRS rule
barring pastors from endorsing candidates from the pulpit.
"I will get rid of and totally destroy the Johnson
Amendment and allow our representatives of faith to speak freely and without
fear of retribution," he said.
Read Trump's full remarks below.
TRUMP: Thank you, Mark. So nice.
(APPLAUSE)
Thank you very much, thank you. (APPLAUSE)
Thank you very much, it's a great honor to be here this
morning. And so many faith leaders -- very, very important people to me -- from
across our magnificent nation, and so many leaders from all across the globe.
Today we continue a tradition begun by President Eisenhower some 64 years ago.
This gathering is a testament to the power of faith and is
one of the great customs of our nation. And I hope to be here seven more times
with you.
(APPLAUSE)
I want very much to thank our co-chair Senator Boozman and
Senator Coons. And all of the congressional leadership; they're all over the place.
We have a lot of very distinguished guests. And we have one guest who was just
sworn in last night, Rex Tillerson, secretary of state.
(APPLAUSE)
Gonna do a great job.
(APPLAUSE)
Some people didn't like Rex because he actually got along
with leaders of the world. I said, no, you have to understand that's a good
thing. That's a good thing, not a bad thing. He's respected all over the world
and I think he's going to go down as one of our great, great secretaries.
We appreciate it.
Thank you, thank you, Rex.
(APPLAUSE)
Thank you as well to Senate Chaplain Barry Black, for his
moving words. And I don't know Chaplain whether or not that's an appointed
position -- is that an appointed position? I don't even know if you're Democrat
or if you're Republican, but I'm appointing you for another year, the hell with
it.
(LAUGHTER)
And I think it's not even my appointment, it's the Senate's
appointment, but we'll talk to them. You're very -- you're -- your son is here.
Your job is very, very secure. OK?
(LAUGHTER)
Thank you, Barry. Appreciate it very much.
I also want to thank my great friends the Roma. Where's
Roma, beautiful Roma Downey, the voice of an angel. She's got the voice --
every time I hear that voice; it's so beautiful. That -- everything is so
beautiful about Roma, including her husband because he's a special, special
friend. Mark Burnett for the wonderful introduction.
So true, so true. I said to the agent, I'm sorry, the only
thing wrong -- I actually got on the phone and fired him myself because he
said, you don't want to do it, it'll never work, it'll never, ever work, you
don't want to do it. I said, listen. When I really fired him after it became
the number one show, it became so successful and he wanted a commission and he
didn't want to this.
That's when I really said -- but we had tremendous success
on The Apprentice. And when I ran for president, I had to leave the show.
That's when I knew for sure that I was doing it. And they hired a big, big
movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take my place. And we know how that
turned out.
The ratings went down the tubes. It's been a total disaster
and Mark will never, ever bet against Trump again. And I want to just pray for
Arnold if we can, for those ratings, OK?
(LAUGHTER)
But we've had an amazing life together the last 14, 15
years. And a -- an outstanding man and thank you very much for introducing.
Appreciate it. It's a great honor.
(APPLAUSE)
TRUMP: I also want to thank my dear friend, Vice President
Mike Pence, who has been incredible.
(APPLAUSE)
And incredible wife, Karen.
And every time I was in a little trouble with something
where they were questioning me, they'd say, "But he picked Mike
Pence."
(LAUGHTER)
"So he has to know what he's doing."
(LAUGHTER)
And it's true, he's been -- you know on the scale of zero to
10, I rate him a 12, OK?
So I wanna thank you, thank you very much, appreciate it.
(APPLAUSE)
But most importantly, today I wanna thank the American
people. Your faith and prayers have sustained me and inspired me through some
very, very tough times. All around America, I have met amazing people whose
words of worship and encouragement have been a constant source of strength.
What I hear most often as I travel the country are five
words that never, ever fail to touch my heart, that's "I am praying for
you." I hear it so often, I am praying for you, Mr. President.
(APPLAUSE)
No one has inspired me more in my travels than the families
of the United States military. Men and women who have put their lives on the
line everyday for their country and their countrymen. I just came back
yesterday, from Dover Air Force Base, to join the family of Chief William
"Ryan" Owens as America's fallen hero was returned home.
Very, very sad, but very, very beautiful, very, very
beautiful. His family was there, incredible family, loved him so much, so
devastated, he was so devastated, but the ceremony was amazing. He died in
defense of our nation. He gave his life in defense of our people. Our debt to
him and our debt to his family is eternal and everlasting. "Greater love
hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
We will never forget the men and women who wear the uniform,
believe me.
(APPLAUSE)
Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
From generation to generation, their vigilance has kept our
liberty alive. Our freedom is won by their sacrifice and our security has been
earned with their sweat and blood and tears. God has blessed this land to give
us such incredible heroes and patriots. They are very, very special and we are
going to take care of them.
(APPLAUSE)
Our soldiers understand that what matters is not party or
ideology or creed, but the bonds of loyalty that link us all together as one.
America is a nation of believers. In towns all across our land, it's plain to
see what we easily forget -- so easily we forget this, that the quality of our
lives is not defined by our material success, but by our spiritual success.
I will tell you that and I tell you that from somebody that
has had material success and knows tremendous numbers of people with great
material success, the most material success. Many of those people are very,
very miserable, unhappy people.
And I know a lot of people without that, but they have great
families. They have great faith; they don't have money, at least, not nearly to
the extent. And they're happy. Those, to me, are the successful people, I have
to tell you.
(APPLAUSE)
TRUMP: I was blessed to be raised in a churched home. My
mother and father taught me that to whom much is given, much is expected. I was
sworn in on the very Bible from which my mother would teach us as young
children, and that faith lives on in my heart every single day.
The people in this room come from many, many backgrounds.
You represent so many religions and so many views. But we are all united by our
faith, in our creator and our firm knowledge that we are all equal in His eyes.
We are not just flesh and bone and blood, we are human beings with souls. Our
republic was formed on the basis that freedom is not a gift from government,
but that freedom is a gift from God.
(APPLAUSE)
It was the great Thomas Jefferson who said, the God who gave
us life, gave us liberty. Jefferson asked, can the liberties of a nation be
secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of
God. Among those freedoms is the right to worship according to our own beliefs.
That is why I will get rid of and totally destroy the Johnson Amendment and
allow our representatives of faith to speak freely and without fear of
retribution. I will do that, remember.
(APPLAUSE)
Freedom of religion is a sacred right, but it is also a
right under threat all around us, and the world is under serious, serious
threat in so many different ways. And I've never seen it so much and so openly
as since I took the position of president.
The world is in trouble, but we're going to straighten it
out. OK? That's what I do. I fix things. We're going to straighten it out.
(APPLAUSE)
Believe me. When you hear about the tough phone calls I'm
having, don't worry about it. Just don't worry about it. They're tough. We have
to tough. It's time we're going to be a little tough folks. We're taking
advantage of by every nation in the world virtually. It's not going to happen
anymore. It's not going to happen anymore. We have seen unimaginable violence
carried out in the name of religion. Acts of wantonness (ph) (inaudible) just
minorities. Horrors on a scale that defy description.
Terrorism is a fundamental threat to religious freedom. It
must be stopped and it will be stopped. It may not be pretty for a little
while. It will be stopped. We have seen...
(APPLAUSE)
And by the way, General, as you know James "Mad Dog",
shouldn't say it in this room, Mattis, now there's a reason they call him
"Mad Dog" Mattis, never lost a battle, always wins them, and always
wins them fast. He's our new secretary of Defense, will be working with Rex.
He's right now in South Korea, going to Japan, going to some other spots. I'll
tell you what, I've gotten to know him really well. He's the real deal. We have
somebody who's the real deal working for us and that's what we need. So, you
watch. You just watch.
(APPLAUSE)
Things will be different. We have seen peace loving Muslims
brutalize, victimize, murdered and oppressed by ISIS killers. We have seen
threats of extermination against the Jewish people. We have seen a campaign of
ISIS and genocide against Christians, where they cut of heads. Not since the
Middle Ages have we seen that. We haven't seen that, the cutting off of heads.
Now they cut off the heads, they drown people in steel cages. Haven't seen
this. I haven't seen this. Nobody's seen this for many, many years.
TRUMP: All nations have a moral obligation to speak out
against such violence. All nations have a duty to work together to confront it
and to confront it viciously if we have to.
So I want to express clearly today, to the American people,
that my administration will do everything in its power to defend and protect
religious liberty in our land. America must forever remain a tolerant society
where all face are respected and where all of our citizens can feel safe and
secure.
We have to feel safe and secure. In recent days, we have
begun to take necessary action to achieve that goal. Our nation has the most
generous immigration system in the world. But these are those and there are
those that would exploit that generosity to undermine the values that we hold so
dear. We need security.
There are those who would seek to enter our country for the
purpose of spreading violence, or oppressing other people based upon their
faith or their lifestyle, not right. We will not allow a beachhead of
intolerance to spread in our nation. You look all over the world and you see
what's happening.
So in the coming days, we will develop a system to help
ensure that those admitted into our country fully embrace our values of
religious and personal liberty. And that they reject any form of oppression and
discrimination. We want people to come into our nation, but we want people to
love us and to love our values, not to hate us and to hate our values.
We will be a safe country, we will be a free country and we
will be a country where all citizens can practice their beliefs without fear of
hostility or a fear of violence. America will flourish, as long as our liberty,
and in particular, our religious liberty is allowed to flourish.
(APPLAUSE)
America will succeed, as long as our most vulnerable
citizens -- and we have some that are so vulnerable -- have a path to success.
And America will thrive, as long as we continue to have faith in each other and
faith in God.
(APPLAUSE)
That faith in God has inspired men and women to sacrifice
for the needy, to deploy to wars overseas and to lock arms at home, to ensure
equal rights for every man, woman and child in our land. It's that faith that
sent the pilgrims across the oceans, the pioneers across the plains and the
young people all across America, to chase their dreams. They are chasing their
dreams. We are going to bring those dreams back.
As long as we have God, we are never, ever alone. Whether
it's the soldier on the night watch, or the single parent on the night shift,
God will always give us solace and strength, and comfort. We need to carry on
and to keep carrying on.
For us here in Washington, we must never, ever stop asking
God for the wisdom to serve the public, according to his will. That's why...
(APPLAUSE)
Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
That's why President Eisenhower and Senator Carlson had the
wisdom to gather together 64 years ago, to begin this truly great tradition.
But that's not all they did together. Lemme tell you the rest of the story.
Just one year later, Senator Carlson was among the members
of Congress to send to the president's desk a joint resolution that added,
"Under God," to our Pledge of Allegiance. It's a great thing.
(APPLAUSE)
Because that's what we are and that is what we will always
be and that is what our people want; one beautiful nation, under God.
Thank you, God bless you and God bless America. Thank you
very much. Thank you.
President Trump’s strong, conservative nominees have sailed
through confirmation.
And the Regressive Left is mad!
They are fighting like mad to stop Trump’s future cabinet
nominees.
Left-wing special interests, teachers’ unions, everyone who
profits from the failed, government-run educational status quo want to stop
Betsy DeVos.
Why are they afraid of her?
1. She supports
charter schools
2. She has
advanced school choice options for working-class families
3. She wants
vouchers and homeschooling as options for all students
4. She will end
the corrupt and waste of labor unions and government bureaucrats who enrich themselves at the expense of your kids and our tax dollars.
If the US Senate votes DeVos down, expect:
1. More failing
schools
2. No choice for
your family to find the best education
3. Liberal
indoctrination for your kids
4. Long-term
failure and unemployment
Because of the heavy, intense lies from all the liberal
interest groups above, two Republican US Senators have announced that they will
not support DeVos!
Now more than ever, your pressure on key US Senators can
ensure that a great conservative education reformer becomes into Trump’s next
Secretary of Education.
Please contact the following US Senators. Your outreach

We the People Rising faced an unprecedented assault because we were not afraid to stand strong and speak out for President Donald Trump. He had every right to ban travelers from key countries, including Syria, where the civil war among diverse and unending factions has spread throughout the region, threatening what little remains of the political stability in the region. Obama drew a red line, and the blood of millions of Muslims, Christians, Yazidis have spilled over and blotted out whatever remained of the boundary.
YIKES!
It's a mess beyond anything that an allied force can contain.
The anti-Trumpers have no sense beyond their feelings. They have run with the Fake News headlines ,and gone with the alternative facts of the left-wing blogosphere. The temporary ban was not a Muslim ban at all. The United States of America has every right to build a wall or to construct just about anything that will ensure the safety of American citizens from enemies foreign and domestic.
Shame on the ignorant, arrogant hatred of the masses. All of them.
It would be a different story for those parents and students if they lost loved ones to illegal aliens or terrorists--all because our borders were not secured and our immigration laws not enforced.
The anti-Trump hordes were not just interested in a false narrative.
They wanted to drown out then silence anyone who disagreed with them.
And that meant targeting and trying to remove We the People Rising.
Some of the most aggressive and bigoted of the protesters even harassed the media who came to cover the event and interview us.
Jeff Nguyen
I met Jeff Nguyen of CBS News that day. He had no arrogance or pretensions about himself. I just asked his name, and he said "Hi, I'm Jeff."
He interviewed our Director Robin Hvidston.
Then he wanted to talk to me.
Within seconds, a large, unkept anti-Trumper showed up and tried to stop him:
Then this hostile thug showed up, and started yelling at Nguyen while trying to silence and shame me to go away.:
Notice how many times she flashed her middle finger at me.
Peaceful discourse at its finest, right?
Notice in the second video how they cornered and the shouted at Nguyen until he promised them that he would listen to their comments before speaking to me.
The best part out of this harangue?
CBS broadcasted Robin's comments and then mine - and reported nothing from the two hateful, intolerant anti-Trumpers!
How about that!
The two videos above, though do show how outrageous and out of touch the SJW left has become, even in California. They are not interested in discussion or dissent. They are only interested in shouting and making noise. They want to take up the streets and ruin everything and everyone who stands in their way.
They refuse any kind of fair and balanced reporting about the events going on on teh ground.
There is only their point of view. Either you accept it, or they shut you down.
I may have a lot of negative things to say about the mainstream liberal media, but I have to hand it to Jeff Nguyen. He stood up to them and called them out for trying to remove a balanced narrative, one which showcased the courage of We the People Rising and our support for Donald Trump!
Demonstrators shut down traffic in front of the Tom Bradley
International Terminal and faced off with police in riot gear, chanting, “Let
them in!” and “Love, not hate, makes America great.” After protesters marched
around the airport, disrupting traffic, police confined the crowd to the area
in front of the Bradley terminal.
Who exactly do they intend the airport to let anyone in if they are blocking traffic and prevent employees and passangers from getting by from Point A to Point B?
Then dozens of protesters sat down, blocking the airport's busy
thoroughfare — World Way — and refused to leave until all detainees are
released. Two lines of airport police officers with helmets and batons stood
nearby.
There it is, people, right from the pen and keyboards of the Los Angeles Times: "Blocking the airports busy thoroughfare ..."
Los Angeles Airport Police Chief David Maggard said there have been no
arrests during Sunday's protests and that police had no plans to order the
crowd to disperse. He said traffic was
rerouted to the airport's departure level, one story above street level.
Whatever happened to mass arrests? Whatever happened to issuing citations? Anything else? Lawlessness has engulfed Los Angeles. Unbelievable. No wonder the state of California is in such dire straits as we speak.
But a short time later hundreds of protesters marched to the elevated
roadway that circles the airport and proceeded to block traffic. Dozens of
demonstrators sat in a crosswalk chanting "let them go" in a bath of
headlights.
Motorist Rebekah Bergeron, 22, was sitting at the head of a line of
cars blocked by the protesters. Though she said she didn't object to their
demonstration, she also wanted to get home to Arizona.
Wow! What happens when your intended goals work out, and you end up missing your responsibilities in daily life! Funny!
"I have no problem if they want to protest this, but I just missed
my flight," she said. "I just watched it take off."
OUCH! There is a price to left-wing lunacy, isn't there? I believe that Mrs. Bergeron was polite, but likely she was screaming epithets in her head.
Protesters have completely blocked the inner roadway on the lower level
of the Bradley terminal, and smaller crowds have also popped up on the opposite
side of the street as well as the adjacent parking structure and the roadway
connecting the deck to the departure level.
Final Reflection
Block!
Blocking!
Blocked!
All I can say is ... the lunacy of the California Left will ensure that President Trump stays in office and continues to Make America Again.
This juvenile behavior has become preeminentaly destructive
We the People Rising made all the difference at the January 29, 2017 Counter-Protest at LAX!
It was awesome.
Even though there were thousands upon thousands of left-wing anti-Trumpers, the press came to us and pressed on us to know why we were there, and we were unafraid to Stump for Trump!
From the Los Angeles Times:
Thousands protest at LAX against Trump travel ban Roughly a dozen counter-protesters popped up on the street across from the Bradley terminal, holding signs that said, "X-treme Vetting" and "Keep Refugees Out," saying they were tired of the flow of illegal immigrants into the U.S. that they believe jeopardizes the safety of American citizens.
Chanell Temple, 63, of Los Angeles said she was sick of watching immigrants in the country illegally "steal" benefits and services from American citizens, specifically veterans and homeless persons who need aid.
"They are coming here and taking everything away," said Temple, a former bookkeeper who said she lost her job and healthcare after she was fired for an inability to speak Spanish.
Asked what she thought about reports of green card holders, who are legal residents of the U.S., being detained, she said those reports were "lies."
Raul Rodriguez Jr., the coordinator of a group called America First Latinos, said he was concerned about what he believes is a surge in crimes committed against Americans by immigrants in the country illegally.
"They are lawbreakers. They have violated federal law and they need to be deported."
Way to go, We the People!
God bless Donald Trump
There's more!
Los Angeles police officers and airport officers have established two lines at the airport, seemingly controlling foot traffic and keeping people from entering the street in front of the international terminal.
A few officers could be seen wearing riot helmets, and most of the officers seemed to be situated near a group of pro-Trump demonstrators. The group had been surrounded by demonstrators protesting the detentions but police separated the groups.
Don't believe how hostile and abusive the anti-Trump hatemongers became?

Thank you to the thousands of you that took the survey to make your voice heard on SB 54 which would make California a 'Sanctuary State.'
The response was overwhelming and your position is clear. Like me, you oppose making California a sanctuary state that would shield dangerous illegal immigrant felons in our jails and prisons from deportation.

I receive email from the Left as well as the Right.
I have never been happier to have Democratic and uber-liberal PACs spamming my email account.
They are in full-blown panic since Trump became the 45th President.
Their biggest target yet?
Secretary of Education Nominee Betsy DeVos.
What is it about a rich (white?) successful billionaire who has donated time, energy, and treasure to help educate kids stuck in dire poverty? Why have teachers unions and other left-wing special interests raised a mighty deluge of calls, social media, and just plain alternative facts hate against this woman?
She is the ultimate reformer.
She has fought diligently for charter schools, school choice, for vouchers, for homeschooling.
She is not just a conservative, but she is an outspoken Christian woman who has done what the liberal black community leaders have only talked about.
She wants to make education great again for all kids.
Her reforms, her beliefs, and her ongoing agenda will end the easy power and the money gravy train.
The national political storms hurricaning through Washington DC are determined to wipe-out DeVos' chances in any way possible.
Even though two Republicans US Senators (Murkowski and Collins) have announced their opposition to DeVos, the anti-education, pro-indoctrination Left are already terrified of DeVos
