 Outside the Texas State Capitol in 2021. For years MassResistance pressured Texas legislators to move forward on parents' rights. They kept stalling. It finally came to fruition last year.

Texas is boldly leading the way and doing the right thing.

In Part 8 we described the legal threats used by the LGBT movement to keep GSA clubs (“Gay Straight Alliance” or “Genders and Sexualities Alliance”) from being blocked in schools. In particular, they invoke the federal Equal Access Act (which we debunked in Part 7).

As a result, state legislatures, local governments, and school districts have been afraid to prohibit GSAs.

But the Texas legislature has now passed a law that outright bans GSAs. And the state is aggressively fighting the LGBT movement’s court challenge in three school districts. (Texas has over 1,200 school districts.)

Texas passes a bold bill

On June 20, 2025, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed bill SB 12 into law. It is a comprehensive bill that enacts a bold list of parents’ rights mandates, as well as new reporting requirements, certifications, and directives for all Texas schools.

When it went into effect on September 1, 2025, it gave the Left nightmares.

The major parts of SB 12 include:

• Ban on all GSAs. The law specifically says: “A school district or open-enrollment charter school may not authorize or sponsor a student club based on sexual orientation or gender identity.”
• Requires written permission to join any student club. A school district must require the written consent of a parent or guardian before a student may participate in a student club at the district or school. (Note: We are not sure why this extra bureauracy is necessary now. Requiring permission for all clubs was a tactic by some schools to avoid the legal threat of banning GSAs, but just makes it harder to join them.)
• No LGBT discussion or indoctrination in classes or elsewhere. Prohibits school districts, charter schools, staff, or third parties from providing instruction, guidance, activities, or programming regarding sexual orientation or gender identity across all grades pre-K through 12th. (This is as important as the GSA ban!)
• No DEI in the schools. Schools are prohibited from having any school-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives or activities. School districts are barred from assigning DEI duties to employees or allowing employees, contractors, or volunteers to engage in DEI duties.
• No “social transitioning” of students. School employees are prohibited from aiding or encouraging a student's "social transitioning" (such as using a name or pronouns that differ from the student's legal name or biological sex) without express written parental consent.
• Parental notification of changes to students’ health or “well-being.” Parents must be notified of any changes to mental, emotional, or physical health of their children, and if they are being monitored regarding that. It also prohibits policies that encourage students to keep health information hidden from parents. (Example: Children in an emotional crisis are easily persuaded by school counselors that they are “gay” or “trans.”)
• Strict opt-in for psychological, medical, and health services. Clarifies that explicit, affirmative written consent (which cannot be bundled with other generic signature forms) is required for psychological/psychiatric exams or treatments, biometric data collection, non-routine healthcare/medications, or human sexuality instruction.
• Written consent for surveys and screening. Requires written parental consent prior to administering any well-being questionnaire, survey, check-in, or health screening form.
• Pro-parent school board meeting changes. Local school boards must hold their meetings outside of normal work hours, move the public comments segment to the beginning of the meeting, and have an online comments portal.
• Parental access to child’s school library records: Expands parental record access rights to include tracking all library materials checked out by their child.
• Mandatory posting of course syllabi: Requires districts to post an instructional plan or syllabus for every class on the district website at the start of each semester, and mandates that teachers provide copies to administrators and parents before the semester begins.

Complying with GSA ban

To avoid state compliance penalties or loss of funding, school districts across Texas quickly got to work to follow the law.

Regarding the GSA prohibition, school boards and administrators across Texas moved to formally disband, derecognize, or deny facilities to GSAs, Pride clubs, and similar student organizations.

In many communities, former GSA student leaders shifted their meetings off-campus to local community centers, libraries, or online platforms to maintain support networks outside of the school’s jurisdiction. But that means the clubs are now less influential or effective than when they were official groups inside the schools.

In addition, districts across Texas created a new administrative infrastructure, requiring all students to submit signed parental consent forms before joining any extracurricular club (chess club, robotics, debate, etc.).

LGBT legal groups file a lawsuit and get an injunction for 3 school districts

A few days before the law took effect, a coalition of radical groups filed a federal lawsuit, GSA Network v. Mormath, in the U.S. District Court. The plaintiffs included: GSA Network, Transgender Law Center, ACLU of Texas, Texas American Federation of Teachers, and some individual students and teachers.

The plaintiffs’ legal standing allows the lawsuit to apply to only three school districts: Houston ISD, Katy ISD, and Plano ISD.

The lawsuit challenges four parts of SB 12:

1. The GSA Ban (Section 27 / Sec. 33.0815(b))
2. The Inclusivity/DEI Ban (Section 3)
3. The Social Transition Ban (Section 7)
4. The “LGBTQ+” Curriculum Ban (Section 24)

(Interestingly, the lawsuit challenges the GSA ban, but it does not challenge the requirement for written parental permission for a student to join any authorized school club. That’s likely something they don’t think they can win.)

What is the basis for their legal challenge? In GSA Network v. Mormath, they use the same basic hackneyed legal arguments that we’ve seen them use everywhere for these kinds of cases.

• The Federal Equal Access Act of 1984: They claim that the law prohibits schools from “discriminating based on content of speech.” But as we’ve outlined, that law does not apply in this situation.
• First Amendment (Free Speech): They claim the state is singling out topics of sexual orientation and gender identity for “targeted suppression.” But in fact, schools and teachers do not have a “free speech” right to present anything imaginable to minor children. (If they want that, they should teach at a college instead.)
• Fourteenth Amendment (Due Process): They argue that restrictions are so vague that it’s impossible for educators to know what conduct or conversations are prohibited. That is all absurd.

In a normal courtroom (i.e., with an unbiased judge) with aggressive and knowledgeable lawyers defending the case, this would be a very difficult lawsuit to win.

The plaintiffs asked for an immediate injunction for the three districts against implementing the challenged sections of SB 12 (including the GSA club ban) while the lawsuit is litigated.

In an upsetting development, the three named school districts declined to defend against the lawsuit. Instead, they filed brief responses taking "no position," which the court treated as a procedural waiver under party-presentation principles. This is not surprising. Those districts likely have leftist school boards and public attorneys who don’t oppose the LGBT agenda in their schools.

Thus, since the injunction request was unopposed, on February 20, 2026, U.S. District Judge Charles R. Eskridge (a Trump appointee) granted the plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction. The injunction is limited to those three districts; it is not statewide.

Texas Attorney General stepping in to defend the case and appeal the injunction

In April, 2026, the Texas Attorney General filed a formal motion to intervene to represent the State of Texas's sovereign interest in defending Senate Bill 12 in the lawsuit. The motion was approved. The AG’s office is now actively leading the defense of the law on the merits as the case proceeds through discovery toward trial. The litigation could potentially continue for years.

The Texas AG has also filed appeal of the preliminary injunction before the U.S. Court of Appeals. Specifically, The AG petitioned the appeals court for an expedited stay of the preliminary injunction pending appeal, arguing that the State of Texas suffers an irreparable constitutional injury whenever a state statute is enjoined by a federal court, regardless of whether local school districts declined to defend it. At this point, the appeals court has not issued a ruling or granted a stay on the preliminary injunction.

All other Texas school districts are required to follow the entire law

Texas is now the only state where GSAs are legally banned from all public schools and charter schools. And to our knowledge, the state intends to be aggressive about enforcing that – with financial and other penalties for districts in violation.

Final thoughts

Texas has proven that bold, sane action is possible. Now the rest of the country should follow. Truly, it’s not too difficult; the LGBT movement’s legal threats are paper tigers.

Until only very recently in our country’s history, the idea of a club for children in public schools that promotes and normalizes homosexuality (or transgenderism, BDSM, etc.) would have been considered unspeakable. The fact that now a state law must be passed to get them out of schools is a terrible reflection of today’s society.

We hope our GSA report series helps laws like Texas’s SB 12 to get passed in more states. It’s time for good people to stand strong!

Thanks to MassResistance activism, Texas State GOP Convention continues to condemn the LGBT agenda in its platform

Following overwhelming win after win on that issue by our pro-family delegates.

This year the Texas LGBT Log Cabin Republicans simply gave up trying to change it!

 This 2022 headline says it all. We defeated them so badly in 2022 and 2024 that they just gave up in 2026!

If your past record is strong enough, sometimes just showing up is all it takes to win again. That’s the political lesson for today from MassResistance! It certainly worked at this year’s Texas State GOP Convention.

The Texas State Republican Convention is held every two years. In 2022 and 2024, the MassResistance delegates were outnumbered by the LGBT contingent. But our people were far more successful and built up an unstoppable momentum leading into this year’s convention (held June 11-13 in Houston).

Here’s what happened:

At the 2022 Texas GOP Convention, we got a strong plank passed opposing “gay rights.” It was a real battle at first. MassResistance delegates Tracy Shannon and Kevin Whitt successfully led a bitter fight in the platform committee to get the language “Homosexuality is an abnormal lifestyle choice” before the full convention.

At the full convention vote, the LGBT contingent was well organized to stop it. But Tracy, Kevin, and the MassResistance team outworked them and were more vocal. The convention overwhelmingly passed it. Here is the text of that platform plank:

Homosexuality is an abnormal lifestyle choice. We believe there should be no granting of special legal entitlements or creation of special status for homosexual behavior, regardless of state of origin, and we oppose any criminal or civil penalties against those who oppose homosexuality out of faith, conviction, or belief in traditional values.

Getting this passed was a shock to the LGBT movement. Within a week, the Chairman of the Texas Log Cabin Republicans resigned over that defeat.

Two years later, at the 2024 convention, the Log Cabin Republicans regrouped and were determined to remove that plank from the party platform. But Tracy was ready for that.

Speaking before the full convention, Tracy pulled no punches. She said that there can be no neutral position when it comes to this issue. If the party backs away from it, then it essentially endorses the lifestyle. A watered-down version was attempted, but that failed. The plank remained!

At this year’s 2026 convention, Tracy was there and prepared for another big fight. But this time the Log Cabin Republicans made no attempt to fight it! They didn’t even bother to contest the plank with a minority report, Tracy told us. They knew we had them beaten!

It was a great victory without a shot being fired!

This wasn’t the only victory. Since 2020, Tracy and the MassResistance delegates have also been leaders in two other battles in the Texas GOP convention:

• Keeping the traditional marriage plank (marriage = 1 man + 1 woman) in the platform.
• Keeping the Log Cabin Republicans from being allowed to have a booth at the convention.

Both of those were upheld in the 2026 convention.

Coming in 2028: Tracy’s next convention battle will be to make an important change to the GOP’s plank on “gender identity.” Currently, the GOP platform opposes allowing sex change operations for anyone 26 or under. It also supports criminal prosecutions for anyone performing such procedures on minors.

Tracy says, “Why just for ages 26 and under? Why can’t we stand against ALL so-called sex changes?” The whole ideology is based on lies, and no society should tolerate it. We anticipate her winning that one, too!

Final Thoughts

All this is yet another example of where a few people have made a tremendous difference – often in the face of seemingly overwhelming opposition!

As we continue saying: It may look like you’re outnumbered and out-funded – but it’s only an illusion to believe that you can’t still do great things. Just jump right in! MassResistance will help you.

Montana MassResistance: Senator Bob Phalen, Hero of the Week

State Senator (R-Linday) filed MassResistance's Resolution Against Obergefell.

A local hate rag in Montana called him a villian.

When bad guys speak badly about you, it means that you are doing your job. Hit pieces like this mean that Sen. Phalen is over the target!

Here's the statement, and I have added commentary:

Certain conservatives have really chosen to make anti-LGBTQ ideology a foundational part of their work this session. Our team saw this week just how far legislators will go to undermine the progress we’ve made.

 Good for them. You can't say that you want to conserve anything if you won't restore natural marriage.

Last week we mentioned SJ 15, a joint resolution calling to overturn the ruling that legalized same-sex marriage.

Yes! Obergefell v Hodges is one of the worst decisions handed down by the United States Supreme Court.

If this wasn’t abhorrent enough, the sponsor Senator Bob Phalen brought a collective gasp to the crowd that showed up to oppose this bill. After over an hour of opponent testimony. Sen. Phalen refused to back down from his hateful rhetoric. Instead, he chose to expound on the ‘anglo-American legal tradition’ and his outdated ideas on the sanctity of marriage, at one point declaring the United States Supreme Court overstepped its bounds and should ‘re-look at what they’ve done’.

Hatemongers and other LGBT activists can't stand the truth, and it will always shock them.

Those "outdated ideas" about the sanctity of marriage and our Anglo-American legal tradition are precisely what made our country great! We need to restore those values!

He compared the unnaturalness of queer relationships to shoving a straw up your nose to drink, and said that redefining marriage has hurt children in our state. Those are words we think are appropriate to re-share, as his closing remarks were a string of bigoted comments, only made better by the disgust and snarls from community members still in the audience and the multiple objections from Vice Chair Sen. Andrea Olsen.

 I have to give "Forward Montana" some credit. They recognize that queer relationships are exactly that: queer. They are unnatural, destructive, abusive, harmful, and just plain disgusting.

And yes, undermining marriage hurts children.

There is nothing bigoted about what he said. Only bigots call the truth bigotry.

Not even the anti-LGBTQ Senate Judiciary committee cared for his ideas and voted to table SJ 15. We kindly ask that Sen. Bob Phalen, our Villain of the Week, keep his opinions on the LGBTQ community to himself.

The majority of Republicans supported the resolution, but the real villian of the week, Sen. Sue Vinton of Billings, killed the resolution.

She's a spiteful woman and a bad mother, whose daughter is in a "gay" relationship. Child abuse!

But kudos to State Senator Bob Phalen for standing for truth!

MassResistance stops “cancel culture” against Kansas nurse who stood up to trans ideology

Angry, deranged transgender activists demanded she lose her license. Nursing Board was ready to comply.

 This Kansas nurse isn't bowing down to the politically correct mob.

When leftists – particularly LGBT activists – see a lone conservative boldly standing up to their ideology, they do everything they can to destroy the person, the person’s family life, and even the person’s ability to earn a living.

Unfortunately, most pro-family groups do little or nothing to fight this. They usually just sit on the sidelines. But MassResistance jumps right in and battles right back! If you’ve been following us, you’ve seen us in action recently stopping “cancel culture” in New Jersey, Wisconsin, Canada, and Idaho. It makes a difference!

A nurse speaks out on social media

Elaine works as a nurse in the suburbs of Topeka, Kansas. She works for a company that sends her to various places in the area where a nurse is needed.

When Elaine was younger, she was a victim of sexual assault. She is very much against men being allowed in women’s restrooms and locker rooms. She sees the entire transgender movement as medically and psychologically dysfunctional and delusional. It’s especially dangerous for children. In other words, she tells the politically incorrect truth.

She does not discuss her opinions during work. But over the past year, she has been very vocal on social media.

Not surprisingly, her posts have attracted abuse from leftist online trolls, especially transgender activists. But that hasn’t bothered her. She feels strongly about telling the truth in the face of destructive political correctness.

Then on October 9, 2024, she received a frightening letter from the Kansas State Board of Nursing. It said:

The Kansas State Board of Nursing (KSBN) has received information that you may have violated the Kansas Nurse Practice Act… It is alleged that you have been using social media to attack the transgender population, and to debase healthcare processes.

The letter went on to say that an investigation has begun on this case.

It was shocking! Elaine was basically telling the truth. Her first reaction was that it was a witch hunt.

A close look at the Kansas Nurse Practice Act, referenced in the letter, reveals that it does not prohibit or even address a nurse’s private social media use. Nor does it mention transgenderism as a prohibited or protected issue.

Moreover, the Kansas State Board of Nursing is appointed by the Democrat governor of Kansas, Laura Kelly. Gov. Kelly recently vetoed a bill that would ban transgender mutilation of children. It’s widely believed that this board is solidly in line with the governor’s pro-LGBT thinking. Transgender activists had obviously communicated to the board about Elaine.

Attacks against Elaine increase

After the board’s letter about the opening of the investigation, LGBT activists and their allies filed numerous complaints against Elaine to the Kansas State Board of Nursing. They wanted her nursing license to be revoked, and make sure she would not be able to work as a nurse again.

In addition, the level of the online attacks against Elaine expanded to vicious doxing and threats. Unhinged transgender activists posted her home address. They exposed where her children went to school. They even began publishing libelous attacks against her husband. They made harassing phone calls to Elaine’s home, too.

Kansas MassResistance team fights back

In mid-November, our Kansas MassResistance team connected with Elaine. She was thrilled to have our help!

Our activists went to work defending Elaine online – and stomping the leftist trolls attacking her and her family. The leftists certainly weren’t used to the treatment we gave them – and began backing off. They tried attacking us, but of course, that didn’t work.

Our Kansas activists also filed numerous statements in support of Elaine with the nursing board. They also contacted members of the board to express their displeasure about this illegitimate action being taken against her.

Kansas Attorney General weighs in

The flood of online attacks against Elaine – and the absurd charge by the Kansas State Board of Nursing – brought the issue to prominence in Kansas. Kansas Attorney General Kris Korbach, a Republican, was asked to weigh in. Here’s what he said on social media:

Actually, this would not be prosecuted by the Attorney General. The nursing board would be the making the decision. But his statement was certainly significant!

Elaine wins!

On December 9, the Kansas State Board of Nursing concluded its investigation and met to make a decision. Several Kansas MassResistance activists attended the meeting to show support for Elaine. The board members immediately left the meeting room and discussed it in private – but they got the message.

A few days later, Elaine received a letter with their one-sentence decision:

The Kansas State Board of Nursing (KSBN) decision was to inactivate (close) the case.

Elaine had won!

During their “investigation,” the nursing board investigator admitted to Elaine that all the complaints against her were about her social media posts. None of the complaints were about actual work as a nurse.

Thus, the charge against her was completely baseless and frivolous – since private social media posts are not prohibited or even addressed in the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. As Elaine had said, it was simply a witch-hunt by the leftists.

Moving forward to stop future abuses

After the decision, we filed a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to see the actual complaints filed against Elaine. The nursing board clearly did not want to release them. They charged as much money as legally possible and (possibly illegally) blacked out the names and addresses of the filers. But it appears that most of the complaints came from across the country. And the British-style spelling of certain words suggests that they even came from foreign countries!

Several Kansas MassResistance activists have contacted state legislators about providing a legal remedy so this kind of abuse won’t happen in the future. It includes limiting the ability of Kansas licensure boards to investigate professionals simply because of their political opinions or speech outside of work hours. This type of cancel culture must be stopped!

Final thoughts

With the momentum from the Trump administrations bold executive actions to protect citizens, the conservative movement needs to start being aggressive about completely stopping the Left’s “cancel culture” against us.

MassResistance is certainly not going to let up!

Kenya MassResistance Hosts Successful Three Day Training!

 

Kenya MassResistance three-day training for youth to “resist the LGBT agenda” a big success!

Powerful information enables youth to fight back against the LGBT assault on Kenya.

 Senior Pastor Benard Bezalel began the first day’s session by teaching about MassResistance and its work around the world – and the role of Kenya MassResistance.

As we reported in our previous post, MassResistance is helping Christians in Kenya fight the well-funded LGBT assault on their country that’s targeting young children and teenagers.

A dynamic Kenya MassResistance chapter was formed by a group of pastors, schoolteachers, a school headmaster, a school coach, mental health professionals, and others. The new MassResistance chapter has now begun training high school and college students to resist and counter the LGBT agenda –  and to help their friends and neighbors do it. (See photos below.)

Powerful  - and critical – training for Kenyan youth

MassResistance designed a comprehensive multi-day course for them to teach high school and college students. It includes a critical information, facts, reasoning, and counter arguments about the LGBT behaviors and lifestyle and how it operates in Kenya – presented as intertwined in a solid Biblical framework. There were also discussion topics, role-playing, and other student interactions to reinforce the material. Several excellent instructors from Kenya MassResistance took part in teaching and helping to run the training.

The LGBT targeting of youth in Kenya has alarmed parents across the country. Word of the Kenya MassResistance effort quickly spread among Christians!

To reach as many students as possible, this first training took place at two separate venues. On December 17 and 18, it was held as a two-day session at a Nairobi church and included 50 high school and college students. On December 20, it was consolidated into a one-day event and took place at a local high school and included 63 students.

In addition to course materials, the speakers and (and some student leaders) were given colorful “Kenya MassResistance” T-shirts to wear during the sessions.

Both events were very well received. Most of the students had never heard the other side of the LGBT arguments, and certainly had not been presented with such a range of facts and critical information. More people want to get involved, the pastors told us, and this could make a big difference in the country.

Here are some highlights:

Two-day session at the church

This pastor gave an excellent talk on “identity, gender, and sexuality.” He went right to work debunking the LGBT talking points: What is our identity? We are made in God’s image. God made you who you are: man and woman. You are only one or the other. You can choose self-acceptance or self-loathing. This is about Godliness versus idolatry. Same-sex physical relations are a sin, and the LGBT movement is trying to steal your identity. It is their way of promoting immorality versus morality.

This woman, a health care professional, outlined the numerous health problems and emotional issues of associated with homosexuality, transgenderism, and related behaviors. “The truth is the Word of God,” she told the students, “but they want to subvert it.”

This man described various LGBT groups in Kenya, how they got there, and what each one is doing to push the larger agenda. He also discussed reasons why there are so many LGBTQ organizations in their country.

This speaker talked in Swahili (Kenya’s native language) about students who have been molested in school by fellow students who have been lured into homosexuality. There was also discussion about teachers who are ringleaders pushing acceptance and normalization of LGBT behaviors to students.

Near the end of the second day, Pastor Benard Bazelel spoke again and went over the lies of the LGBT movement and how to counter them. He debunked the arguments that LGBT groups use to persuade students to accept those behaviors. He broke down the terms “sexual identity” and “sexual orientation.” He also discussed how the LGBT movement uses “feelings” to confuse people, and persuade them that it’s about “love.”  The conflict pits Biblical marriage versus the idea that “anyone can have sex with anyone.” You are not a servant of your feelings, he told them.

One-day training session at a high school in Nairobi

The one-day December 20 session at a local Nairobi high school, even more students (63) participated. It was largely the same curriculum from the other training session, consolidated into one day. As at the church, the students seemed genuinely pleased to learn the truth about the propaganda that most of them had been hearing.

Even though the LGBT agenda has infiltrated most Kenyan schools through money and influence, many school principals disapprove and are willing to let Kenya MassResistance come in to present the other side.

Both sessions ended with discussion of continued support and engagement with the students. Kenya MassResistance is already planning is to hold more youth training sessions across the country.

The Kenya LGBT groups have figured out what’s happening and will likely try to stop those sessions. Well-known Kenyan LGBT activists have begun following Kenya MassResistance on social media. But these Christians will not be backing down at all! The pastors said, “Let’s take it to them!”

Momentum is gathering. Over the past week, another town in Kenya and another African country has asked to be part of the training.

Final thoughts

It was a very exciting and inspiring three days! As noted, the students seemed grateful they received this training. Many, if not all, had been subjected to LGBT propaganda (or worse) and needed spiritual and factual ammunition to fight back.

Embarrassingly for us, these Kenyans are more eager to take on the predatory LGBT forces than most American parents and church people these days. It’s both refreshing and saddening.

There definitely will be more to report from Africa on this battle!

MassResistance helping Kenya Christians train young people across the country to resist the LGBT agenda

Swarm of foreign-funded LGBT activist groups descending on Kenya to recruit youth and change the culture

First 3-day course for 80 students to take place on Dec. 17-19 in Nairobi

 The Kenya MassResistance group of Christians are determined to protect the youth from this agenda and are not at all intimidated.

MassResistance is helping Christians in Kenya fight the LGBT invasion of their country that’s targeting young children and teenagers. A dynamic Kenya MassResistance chapter has hit the ground running!

MassResistance has created a thorough three-day course for them on resisting the LGBT agenda in Kenya. Approximately 80 high school and college students in Nairobi will be taking the course this week, December 17-19. (See flyer below.) More trainings are planned across the country.

In February 2024, as we reported, MassResistance helped a pro-family group in Ghana set up anti-LGBT clubs in secondary schools there to counteract the LGBT insurgency. The Kenya project will reach even further!

On December 4, 2024, we were contacted by a prominent pastor in Nairobi. He is part of a group of pastors, schoolteachers, and others seeking our help. “Many poor youths are being lured into perversion with so much money (from foreign countries) and the promise of a good lifestyle,” he wrote. “As a pastor I seek your partnership to launch a campaign in the high schools, since much recruitment into LGBTQ takes place in high schools. My church is currently conducting some programs in the schools nearby, which makes it easy.”

The foreign LGBT invasion of Kenya

Homosexual behavior is illegal in Kenya according to the country’s constitution. But officials have been caving in to pressure.

In February 2023, the Kenya Supreme Court ruled that the National Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (NGLHRC) must be allowed to officially register as a non-governmental organization (NGO). This ruling gave it legal recognition to openly engage in a range of activities and promotions in Kenya. That ruling shocked the country’s Christian community.

NGLHRC was founded by a group of pro-LGBT Kenyan lawyers to aggressively promote “equality and full inclusion” of LGBT “identities” and behaviors in Kenya. It engages mostly in strategic litigation, but also public advocacy, “training and civic education,” and other civic activism. According to the pastors we spoke with, it is funded by U.S.-based other Western organizations.

The vast foreign money coming into Kenya to implement the LGBTQ agenda and change the country’s culture is astounding, and similar to the situation in neighboring countries.

 Foreign funders of LGBT groups in Kenya. The Kenya MassResistance people have identified the major foreign funders of the LGBT invasion of Kenya. Several of these (such as Advocates for Youth) are also directly active in the U.S.

(Note also that the U.S. Deptartment of State also actively promotes “LGBTQI rights” in Kenya by helping coordinate funding and other support going into the country.)

Over twenty new "official" LGBT groups. The Kenya Supreme Court ruling opened the door for a flood of at least twenty additional foreign-funded LGBT advocacy groups gain official NGO recognition to push their agenda in Kenya.

It's quite frightening. These pro-LGBT groups in Kenya are strategically organized and funded (with full-time staff) to target the Kenyan people and society from different directions. Here is a sample of what these groups do:

• Target schools and sports organizations where youth congregate
• Support (and litigate on behalf of) homosexual prostitution
• Lobby public officials
• Distribute condoms, lubricant, and other homosexual sex paraphernalia
• Put on public “LGBT” events
• Produce propaganda campaigns
• Establish LGBT “safe zones”
• One group even advertises “Offering training on how to have anal sex without pain”

 Besides the groups described above, the Kenya MassResistance people have identified groups that indirectly promote the agenda using misleading "health" information and advocacy.

It’s particularly alarming, say the pastors, that these groups take advantage of the relative illiteracy in rural areas by pushing homosexual and gender ideology there (often using the infamous “gender unicorn”) to persuade and recruit children to accept those ideas and behaviors.

 This vile graphic for proselytizing children has been translated into several languages and is used around the world by the LGBT movement.

Kenya MassResistance emerges to fight back

The pastors’ group was already energized about equipping youth to resist and push back against the foreign-funded flood of LGBT propaganda and activism invading their country. It has now become the nucleus of Kenya MassResistance. Besides pastors, the full group includes schoolteachers, a school headmaster, a school coach, mental health professionals, and others. They are well-connected throughout Nairobi and other parts of the country.

As noted above, the first training will be a three-day session being held in Nairobi on December 17-19. About 80 high school and college students will be attending. It will be taught by pastors and teachers from local high schools.

MassResistance has created a detailed curriculum for this course. The topics include:

• The Definition of Sex v. Gender Ideology
• Common Myths/Arguments of the LGBT Agenda
• Causes of Homosexuality/Transgenderism
• Health Hazards of Homosexuality
• LGBT Groups in Kenya
• Kenya LGBT Tactics of Recruitment
• Ways of Countering the LGBT Agenda
• Strategies and Tactics for Resisting the Propaganda

There is a lot of excitement about this. Many parents have enthusiastically enrolled their children in the course. The word is getting around that the LGBT agenda is being confronted!

More across the country

The truth is a huge weapon – even against well-funded evil propaganda. Kenya MassResistance’s plan for 2025 is to hold more of these training sessions in Nairobi and other cities and villages across the country. And it won’t stop there, they say. The pastors also plan to regularly continue working with the students to reinforce the “spiritual nourishment” they need to continue the fight! There is a vigorous social media presence in the works, as well as additional in-person meetings to reinforce the effort.

And yes, becoming an official NGO in Kenya

The leaders are filing the paperwork to register Kenya MassResistance as an official NGO in Kenya. “We want to be right up front in this battle, not hiding,” they told us. It will also give them a great deal of latitude for public activism.

They say they have gotten a great response from the Christian community. “We’ll all be raising our voices in the streets,” they said.

In Ghana: MassResistance helping pro-family group set up anti-LGBT clubs in every secondary school!

 

To counter the spread of LGBT propaganda from Western countries to African youth

MassResistance is continuing to help countries around the world fight the international culture war!

Across America, high schools (and even middle schools) have LGBT clubs for children and teenagers. These “clubs” promote homosexuality, transgenderism, and other LGBT behaviors to the kids they attract, and spread it through the entire school. The clubs go by names like “Gay-Straight Alliance,” “Rainbow,” or “Gender Sexuality Alliance” club. They’re every parent’s nightmare.

In Ghana, pro-family people have seen this and they don’t want it happening there. So far, Ghana has stood tall against it. But recently there’s been intense pressure from wealthy Western countries to make Ghana (and the rest of Africa) succumb to the radical LGBT agenda being swept into their society.

 Ghana was a British Crown colony until 1957, so English is spoken there.

A few months ago, the head of Ghana’s leading pro-family organization, Freedom International, contacted MassResistance. He told us:

In Ghana the appetite for LGBT practice is insignificant because majority of our people and institutions are boldly against homosexuality.

The good news is that the Parliament of Ghana is determined to pass a bill against LGBT, having read it the 2nd time. This has angered the Western countries and their agents. Sadly, the United Nations and the World Bank are uncomfortable with Ghana's stance against LGBT thereby making all sorts of ugly noises!

As a country we are prepared to resist the hypocrisy of the wealthy nations. But we need MassResistance to partner with us in ensuring that the wealthy nations of the world don't use their financial strength to bully us into submission. Therefore, we are ready to forge a partnership with MassResistance against LGBT activities in Ghana.

We are encouraged by your timely intervention in Sri Lanka and we are confident that you will not disappoint us in resisting those disobeying God who Himself condemns homosexuality as a SIN.

Since then we’ve worked with Freedom International to move forward! One of the first things that foreign-funded groups do in an African country is attempt to indoctrinate youth with LGBT ideology. So the most important project would be to make sure that children are well prepared to reject it and proclaim the truth. Frank and his group decided that the best way to do this would be to form “anti-LGBT clubs” in every secondary school – just the opposite of what the West does!

Frank and his team have been working with teachers across the country. They have already set up clubs in a few schools – and more are on the way!

As Frank has reported back, they are going strong. The clubs meet for two hours per week. They use resources by MassResistance, Freedom International, and other pro-family groups. Students often are divided into smaller groups for effective teaching and learning. Healthy relationships are a key part of the learning. The other key goals are to expose, confront, and stop the LGBT propaganda coming from the multinational corporations and foreign embassies.

Parts of the curriculum is devoted to training in both writing and public speaking skills. Selected works will be published in the Freedom International quarterly publication The Resistor Newsletter. They will also organize inter-school youth club debates at the district, regional and national levels. Outstanding students will be awarded token prizes to be sponsored by potential sponsors.

Frank has big plans beyond that. Each year, he told us, Freedom International will arrange with the Ministry of Education and the Ghana Education Service to co-host a forum for students to tell their stories and showcase the progress made in the prevention of homosexuality in our schools, as well as the truth about the causes and effects of homosexuality and transgenderism.

MassResistance is thrilled to be helping Frank Mackay Anim-Appiah and Freedom International with this important project in Ghana.

Note that the government in Ghana is supportive of this effort, not opposed to it!

This groundbreaking effort is also the right direction for the rest of Africa – and beyond. In fact, with this example, MassResistance is brainstorming on setting up similar clubs in schools in the United States.
