Them Before Us Statement on Alabama Supreme Court IVF Ruling

Them Before Us is an excellent ministry/non-profit which is fighting to put Them Before Us, i.e. fight for the NEEDS of children ahead of the desires of adults.

Their research and advocacy turned me into an opponent of in-vitro fertilization and surrogacy. Their compiled research and evidence helped solidfy the intuitive truth, that children need their Dad and Mom, not just "two parents," a revelation which correctly undermines the fraud that is same-sex "marriage."

Check out their official statement on the recent Alabama Supreme Court ruling which rules that embryos are life, living beings as well:

We applaud the Alabama Supreme Court‘s pro-child decision which recognizes and protects life in all circumstances, inside or outside of the womb.


This decision is an important step forward in holding the fertility industry accountable, including their processes which lead to the demise of around 93% of lab-created babies.


Recognizing the humanity of children at every age and stage of development is foundational to justice.


No matter how challenging our personal circumstances, the solution must never be to strip children of their fundamental rights and needs. A just society never insists that the weak sacrifice for the strong. It is adults who must sacrifice on behalf of children.


We must put Them before Us.

BREAKING: Pacific Justice Institute Sues Los Angeles over Vaccine Mandates

 

PJI sues to halt City of Los Angeles from cheating employees out of religious accommodations

LOS ANGELES—Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) and affiliate attorney Daniel Watkins filed a federal lawsuit last week on behalf of Los Angeles Police Department employees to bar the City from depriving employees of their rights to seek religious accommodations to the COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
 
The City announced a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on August 20, 2021, for not only full-time and part-time City employees, but also individuals such as volunteers, interns, 120-day retired employees, and elected officials. The City set a deadline of September 7 for employees to submit religious accommodation requests and comply with mask requirements, physical distancing, weekly COVID-19 testing, and vaccine training.
 
However, neither the City nor the LAPD implemented a procedure to submit or review religious accommodation requests before the deadline, leaving hundreds of LAPD employees with no choice but to submit religious accommodation requests without direction.
 
The LAPD obstructed the processing of nearly half of those religious accommodation requests and has not yet processed the rest. Unvaccinated LAPD employees who sought accommodations have since endured an onslaught of hostile demands, threats of being terminated, and accusations from commanding officers, such as statements that they lack “sympathy and caring” for COVID-19 issues and that they are “unfit to wear the uniform.”
 
On Friday, September 10, the City at last provided an online portal for employees to submit their accommodation requests. But the City announced that the portal would close on Monday, September 13, and would not accept requests submitted outside the short 72-hour window.
 
“PJI stands with these LAPD employees who, instead of being provided an avenue to exercise their constitutional and statutory rights to request accommodations, were shamed and cheated out of those rights by their own Department,” stated Brad Dacus, President of PJI. “We have asked the court to require the City to respect and immediately accommodate employees who have sincerely held religious beliefs.”

Tolerant and Inclusive: Man Pretending to Be A Woman Talks Liberty and Rights, But Threatens Lawsuits If You Disagree With Him

Gina Roberts bullies women who do not agree with his delusion.

He got into an extended discussion on Facebook some time ago, in which he went out of his way--yes, HIS--to justify his decision to pretend to be a woman and make everyone else go along with the fraud.

Just to recap, here he celebrates getting elected President of the Escondido Republican Women Federated:


When I questioned him about this, here are the responses that I received from him:



A man pushes this lie that he is a woman.

He then claims that this is "pro-rights" and "pro-liberty". Really.

Of course, I had more words to respond to that:



Notice that in order to enforce his "right" to use a women's restroom, he has "3 or 4 organizations to file and fight the lawsuit for me."

So, this man pretending to be a woman, who claims that he is pro-rights and pro-liberty, is all about using the force of government and legal bullying to get his way and make everyone expect the lie that he is a she.

Really.

Oh, and it gets better--or worse:


Earlier in the above thread, Gina played the "Christianity" and "Jesus" card, as though to make me feel bad for speaking the truth and calling out Gina's behavior. That did not work. I cited Jesus' own words during His earthly ministry, in which he outlined clearly and completely that God made them "male and female." God did a good job, and there is no reason for anyone person to push back on this:

"Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?" (Isaiah 45:9)

Gina tried every effort to shame me and threaten with lawsuits, but I am not intimidated by this.

Of course, this is not the first time that MR. Gina Roberts has brought up lawsuits and legal action:


For the longest time, people have rebuffed concerns from people such as myself about this LGBT agenda. They would tell me "Arthur, just live and let live. This has nothing to do with you. What do you care what two consenting adults do in private, or whether a man wants to pretend that he is a she?"

This is the reason why. The above examples are reasons why. This nonsense, this fraud is corrupting our culture, and teaching people to embrace lies and endorse delusions. This hurts children. This makes public spaces unsafe and insecure. This promotes laws and undermines the fundamental fabric of trust and truth which is essential for men and women to dwell safely and live freely.

This LGBT agenda is a political force that demands and demands, all while claiming to be tolerant and inclusive. This is not tolerance. This is tyranny, and it must be rebuffed and rejected full-bore and outright.

Contact the Escondido Republican Women Federated, the California Republican Women Federated, and the National Federation of Republican Women, and DEMAND that the Escondido chapter remove the man pretending to be a woman, or demand that leadership strip the charter away from the federated group entirely.

Breaking: Ventura Candidate Sues to Restore Citizen Right to Run for County Office

Court battle to restore citizens right to run for the public office of elected County Sheriff.
The County of Ventura, at the expense of the taxpayers, has filed it’s reply to our brief, and we have filed our response. The case is now fully briefed.

The County, chose to not even attempt to rebut our argument that the CA Legislature has no authority to impose a ‘ballot requirement” over what is specified in our CA Constitution. The CA Constitution is quite clear in Article 1 Section 7(b) A citizen or class of citizens may not be granted privileges or immunities not granted on the same terms to all citizens.” The CA Constitution calls for the ‘election of county sheriffs’. There are no ‘qualifications’ as to who may run as all adult citizens have the right to run for all public offices.

The County failed to even attempt to rebut our citing of three different cases that confirm that it is the right of the citizens to run for public office.

The County refused to even attempt to rebut our citing of Baca v. Los Angeles that confirmed that not even a  ballot initiative can impose a requirement on the elected office of County Sheriff.  

 The County refused to attempt to rebut our citing of the Colorado case that an elected Sheriff may not be ‘required” to be ‘certified” in way other than to be elected to be the County Sheriff and receive the compensation for that office.



 The County tries to argue that a case filed by a presumptive write-in candidate, who acted as his own attorney, who argued a vague right to have his votes be counted as a ’free speech issue”. The County’s only argument , that they make over and over… is that the County Clerk, Mark Lunn, has a legal responsibility to carry out the law. We do not disagree, we only argue that the ‘law” is unconstitutional.  We now wait on a trial date: Without wanting to seem overconfident, we are however extremely confident that we will prevail. No doubt the County will appeal to the State Supreme Court. We will prevail, the County just wishes to continue to deny the citizens their right to run fro ALL public offices and vote for the candidates of THEIR choice. The County BofS seems most willing to spend ALL of our tax dollars to pursue this.

 We expect that this ruling , s the law was Statewide, will result in the Court finding that ALL County Sheriff elections results as invalid. Expect 58 statewide County Sheriff elections with public citizens on the ballot!

Californians Want a Republican Form of Government



Art. IV, Sect. 4 -- The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

What is a republic?

  1. a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.
  2. a group with a certain equality between its members


The United States Government has a mandate to ensure this republican governance in every state, including California (not a GOP government, necessarily), a government in which the people rule through representatives. In the state of California, we citizens are not enjoying a republican form a or government. 



Here are clear reasons why:

Voter fraud is rampant.
Voter intimidation is becoming commonplace.
A regard for the will of individual voters has been displaced by a ruling class which legally extorts money from taxpayers (labor unions, specifically public sector unions).
The representatives of our government have routinely passed and enforced legislation contrary to the spirit and letter of the United States Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights: from assaults on the First Amendment and the Second Amendment, to disregard for federal authority in immigration matters.
Our representatives are limiting or outright cutting off our opportunities and means to petition our government for a redress of grievances, or to remove them from office and replace them with proper representatives.

Right now, citizens are not enjoying equality in California. Illegal aliens get away with crimes, including human trafficking. American citizens are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for even the most minor of offenses. Illegal aliens openly flout our nation's immigration and naturalization laws, but California citizens get prosecuted for trespassing on private property or recording events in a federal building within California boundaries.

We must make the case to every court and city council, and state representative that the current government in Sacramento has forfeited its authority and must be replaced.



The Declaration of Independence outlines these fundamental principles embedded within Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 

Everyone of us must send a loud message to our representatives in Washington DC, including President Trump:

Californians Want (in both senses of the word) a Republican Form of Government

We lack it, and we desire it!

The federal government needs to step in and re-assert the rights of all citizens to a republican form of government in the state of California.

CAGOP: Governor Brown's Talking Points (And What He Forgot to Talk About)

California Governor Jerry Brown gavehis last--thank god --State of the STate address.

I can't believe that this state has suffered under his terrible leadership all these years. What is the matter with California voters, that they continue to send these hateful liberal Democrats to Sacramento, where they continue to rape, pillage, and demonize the citizenry while robbing them blind.

The state goverment has given more benefits to illegal aliens and to third-world dependents than to California's citizenry, the men and women who pay the bills in this state.

The Bill of Rights mean nothing to California progressives, who think that they are above the law. Democrats have announced publically that they will pass legislation, even if every court in the land deems such legislation unconstitutional.

Whatever talk about economic recovery which has gained ground in the state of California, it is nothing compared to the epic losses of major manufacturing, building, investment, financial resources, and the innovation economy which makes any state thrive.

Crime is up, good jobs are down, housing is beyond costly. Whatever jobs remain are not enough to live and thrive. Most adults are either living with their parents or sharing a room with another adult. Whatever happened to upward mobility?



But for Governor Moonbeam, everything is mainstream wonderful:

Dear Arthur,
I hope one of your talking points on Jerry Brown‘s last State of the State Address is that he’s the "luckiest" Governor in recent history.
Jerry Brown has dealt with nothing but a growing national economy since he was elected. The national economic recovery began in 2009, and he was elected in 2010. He’s had eight years of economic growth as Governor.
Arnold had to deal with the worldwide financial crisis; Davis had to deal with the dotcom collapse and was Governor during 911.
Pete Wilson became Governor right as the country was going into recession.
So yes, he’s been able to surf off the national financial economic wake.
But beyond that:
The violent crime rate is up 15.7% over the last two years because Jerry Brown lead the effort to let the bad guys out of jail and prison.
60% of Californians are thinking of moving because the cost of housing and living is too great. 
Hideous
There’s no evidence the test scores of students have risen significantly, if at all. In spite of the fact that he’s pumped tens of billions of dollars of additional money into education.
His High-Speed Rail from LA to San Francisco isn’t high speed, and it doesn’t go from LA to San Francisco. It was cutting edge technology when he was Governor in the 1970's, but it’s outdated technology today. And cost overruns continue to plague his premier infrastructure plan.
His overreach on environmental policy requires utilities in California to buy more solar energy than they need, and has forced California utilities to pay utilities in other states to take the surplus power off of our hands. So ratepayers get to pay for energy they don’t need and then have to pay utilities in other states to take the power, which benefits residents of Arizona.
Jerry Brown could’ve taken on public employee unions and really fix the pension system, but he’s been timid and only tinkered around it at the edges.
And just as only Nixon could go to China, Jerry Brown could’ve taken on the California Environmental Quality Act and really fixed it. But he’s been absent from that fight too.

The leadership of Governor Jerry Brown has been an epic failure ... except in one sense: the destruction and degradation defining our state has all been part of a large, determined plan to promte the needs of coastal elites at the expense of everyone else in the state. There are really two states: the uber-blue coastline, and the red interior, an interior where poor people are getting poorer, where access to good schools and quality jobs has fallen on hard times, getting worse by the day.

California needs better, must do better.

We need a Republican Party, however, which will fight for this better, not go along with the corrupt Deep State of Sacramento and the bureaucratic hustle which enriches consultants and well-connected contractors at the expense of everyone else.

The legacy of Jerry Brown is a legacy which we must flush down as fast as we can.

Please, Californians, we need a real change. We need to Make California Great Again!

Torrance Declares War on Airbnb

People should be able to do whatever they want with their property, as long as they do not infringe on the property rights of their neighbors or the basic well-being ordinances of the city at large.

These concerns are facing a new set of conflicts, however, as the Internet-based sharing economy has made it easier for individuals homeowners to rent out their homes for shorter periods of time.

Instead of discussing  measured proposals to regulate these short-term rentals, the city council may opt for an outright band.

At the next Torrance City Council meeting, the city council will discuss adopting such a widespread ordinance:

9G.Community Development – Adopt an ORDINANCE to Prohibit Short Term Rentals Within the City of Torrance. Expenditure: None.
Recommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council:
1)Adopt an ORDINANCE prohibiting Short Term Rentals within the City of Torrance. This ordinance is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) because there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment; and
2)Approve an Ordinance Summary for publication.

I have looked over a the letters and other resources in the supplemental materials.

In a number of complaints, residents focused on two property owners. They were renting out rooms through Airbnb, and their ongoing use seemed to play the larger part in neighborhood disturbances in their communities.

Two homes.

Why should the rest of the homeowners in the city suffer and lose the right to offer short-term rentals because of a few bad actors?

I contacted one city official, and this person told me that even though there was no evidence of rising crime because of Airbnb, the city should not take any chances.

I disagree with this overtly, over-cautious approach.

Now, I must submit that I do not own a home here in Torrance, or elsewhere for that matter.

I also recognize the importance people place in big homes with a calm and welcoming quality of life.

However, an outright ban one what individual property owners can do with their homes is all wrong.

Other homeowners whom I have spoke with, they agree.

It's very much about private property rights. Prospective buyers do not invest in their homes, only to learn that their use of their own property will face severe limitations.

The cost to purchase a home has become prohibitively expensive in the state of California. Regulatory burdens deserve most of the blame, including bans on private firms like Airbnb. Most people rent out their rooms for revenue, in order to pay off the mortgage but also for maintenance and upkeep on the property, too.

I followed up on some of the remarks from councilmembers during the last discussion on this item (in early March).

Councilman Griffiths affirmed the need to look further into this issue.

Councilwoman Heidi Ashcraft supports a complete ban because Airbnb homes are running a business, and R-1 zones should not have businesses.

I disagree with this assessment on the matter.

What about computer programmers and engineers who run companies out of their homes? Should they be forced to close down their operations or move out of their homes, too?

Our economy is growing, Technology has opened up a new set of opportunities while removing older forms of business, including products and services.

Men and women who purchase their homes should have the freedom to use their property as they see fit, including to earn extra income through Airbnb, VRBO, other Internet business programs..

This intrusion into private property to interrupt use, sale, and revenue is wrong.

All wrong.

Bad actors need to be held accountable for disturbing the peace. Some cities reuire short-term rentals to last for at least thirty days. So, even if visitors only want to rent a house for a weekend, the owners of the property are limited to that rental for that month.

Solves a lot of problems for the community.

Another point worth discussing ...

I have noticed this consistent overarching approach to challenges and problems from the current city council.

A conflict emerges, whether in connection with urban farming or short-term rentals, and instead of dealing with the specific problems or the principal actors who caused the problems, the city council opts for all-out ordinance.

When it comes to Airbnb, some residents complain about rising noise issues or parking problems.

Other residents are fearful about the safety in their neighborhoods relating to this issue.

We recognize their concerns, but the answer is not this widespread policy.



I spoke with a number of homeowners in the city. They do not support a widespread ban. They respect the quality of concerns, but support a set of regulatory schemas to ensure proper use and activity in the region.

Banning rental options will affect the ability to sell property, too!

It's time to stop the government impositions:

Garage sale permits.

The overlay on the Old Torrance district.

And now an outright ban on Airbnb?

Enough!
