MassResistance Reports on The Unfair Prosecution and Unjust Conviction by Kangaroo Court

Left-wing judge, local public officials viciously target MassResistance activist Arthur Schaper for demanding that a California city follow state and federal immigration law

Spurious arrest, outrageously unjust court trial, resulting in misdemeanor conviction

Judge hands out bizarre punishment -- clearly politically motivated

November 23, 2018
ALT TEXTThe Downey Courthouse in Los Angeles, where Arthur's trial took place.
In Part I we described how Arthur Schaper was targeted by city officials and arrested during a bizarre scene at a Huntington Park, CA, City Council Meeting. His arrest was clearly politically motivated – he was an anti-illegal immigration spokesman opposing the city council and mayor that were violating state and federal law. They wanted him out of the room.
The arrest was just the beginning of a nightmare. It became clear that the government wanted to send Arthur a strong message about his conservative political activism.

Court date merry-go-round

Arthur was turned down by two California pro-family law groups. Therefore, a public defender was assigned to him. At his initial court hearing, set for Sept. 6, 2017, he was expected to meet his public defender to begin working on his case.
But when he got to the courthouse on Sept. 6, his name was not listed on the court calendar, and there was no public defender. Later that day he received an email from the Huntington Park police lieutenant in charge of his case, ordering him to appear in court instead on Oct. 23, 2017.
Arthur showed up on Oct. 23, and again he was not listed on the court calendar, and no public defender was assigned. (He later found out that the City of Huntington Park had not even filed the case.)
A few days later he received a notice to appear in court on Nov. 21. Soon after, he received notice that it was changed to Dec. 4 instead. Then he received a notice that it was changed to Dec. 18. Finally, over six months after his arrest, he had his initial court hearing. (Usually that happens quickly, often within a few days after an arrest.)

Public defender merry-go-round

After the Dec. 18, 2017 hearing he finally met with his public defender.Arthur immediately began working with her on the details and background of the case. But then on Jan. 29, 2018, Arthur was notified that because of “staff changes in the public defender’s office” his public defender was being replaced.
At his next court hearing, Feb. 6, 2018, Arthur met his second public defender – who immediately told Arthur he had a “conflict of interest” with Arthur’s case and could not continue (Arthur was never told what that “conflict of interest” was).  After that a private attorney was assigned to Arthur – Arthur’s third public defender.

Pressure to plea-bargain

As we’ve seen when liberal activists (such as the “Antifa” or “Occupy” crowd) are accused of crimes, even if they are arrested the government often declines to prosecute their cases. But with Arthur it was completely different. The very left-wing Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office adamantly told Arthur’s attorney that they were not letting him off.
The DA wanted to avoid the bother of a trial by having Arthur simply plead guilty to one of the misdemeanor charges that they had cooked up. But Arthur and his attorney felt that the government’s previous warnings to the city about its open meeting law violations demonstrated that Arthur had been illegally targeted and that the law was on his side in this situation. So he asked for a jury trial.
Delays and more delays. The DA’s office was clearly angry at that decision and the delays started piling up. There were several more pre-trial hearings, mostly requested by the DA. The trial was finally scheduled for Sept. 18, 2018 – well over a year after Arthur’s arrest. But then the DA’s office said it still “needed more time to prepare” so the trial was re-scheduled for Oct. 17, 2018.

The trial – as close to a kangaroo court as we’ve seen

The prejudice and sheer injustice in this trial are nothing short of bizarre. The judge and prosecutor appeared to be almost in collusion. The judge, Commissioner Maria May Santos, was obviously a pro-illegal immigrant liberal and blatantly biased against Arthur. The Deputy District Attorney, Carl Marrone, clearly also a liberal, was relentless in his prosecution of him.
The charge against Arthur was “failure to follow the lawful order of a police officer,” a misdemeanor. His actions were entirely peaceful; once they told him he was under arrest he cooperated completely. But the DA (with the judge’s blessing) focused almost entirely on attacking Arthur’s political beliefs and his conservative activism.
  • Crucial evidence excluded. The basis of Arthur’s case was that the government had warned the City of Huntington Park that its action removing Arthur from a previous meeting was illegal, and that the city had a history of similar violations. The city’s order that Arthur be removed in this case appeared to be a similar violation. That’s why Arthur acted as he did. But inexplicably, the judge refused to allow that evidence to be included by Arthur’s lawyer!
  • Restriction of witness testimony. Arthur had 11 witnesses to attest that he had not caused any disturbance during the entire city council meeting – and that the opposition was causing a lot of disturbance. The fact that Arthur did not cause a disturbance was pertinent as to whether the city council had lawfully thrown Arthur out of the meeting. But the judge only allowed 2 of the witnesses to testify before the jury -- she simply said that that the others “would be repetitive.”  Interestingly, a police officer who was called as a witness by the DA was forced to admit that he did personally not see or hear Arthur causing any disturbance.
  • “Poisoning the jury”. This should have been completely disallowed. The DA’s strategy was to largely ignore what Arthur was actually being charged with, and instead seek to inflame the jury against Arthur and his fellow activists as hateful and dangerous people.

In particular, the prosecutor used lurid rhetoric to depict his group We the People Rising (which includes activists of all ethnic backgrounds who were there protesting illegal immigration) as violent and threatening. It was completely untrue -- and of course had nothing to do with whether Arthur had committed this particular infraction or not. When the DA was cross-examining Arthur’s two witnesses, he mostly asked them bizarre questions about We the People Rising and very little about the actual incident.

The DA showed the jury out-of-context excerpts from videos that Arthur and his group had about the city council meeting and Arthur’s arrest. They had posted these videos to educate the public about what happened. But the DA told the jury that it was a “plot of crass exhibitionism” done “just to get notoriety.” He said they had staged their protest and Arthur’s arrest so they could get YouTube views from the videos. This was an absurd lie and had nothing to do the case
Arthur’s lawyer objected over and over again to these tactics. Arthur’s lawyer insisted that it was outside the scope of the trial. In every instance the judge overruled him and allowed the DA to continue.
When it suited him, the DA even misrepresented the facts of the actual incident. In his closing arguments, he told the jury that everyone had left the room but Arthur. However, the photos we have shown that several other people also stayed in the room.
These sleazy, emotional-based tactics and the judge’s outrageous bias did the job. When the jury went out to deliberate, they came back after just 15 minutes with a “guilty” verdict.
ALT TEXTAfter the sentencing, Arthur and one of his two witnesses who were allowed to testify talked about the arrest, the trial, and the sentencing. See video.

The draconian sentencing

The ultimate outrage came when the judge, Maria May Santos, handed out the sentence. It was like something out of the old Soviet Union. It has little to do with the specific infraction. The sentencing clearly reflects a personal rage at Arthur more than anything else – and to frighten everyone else who agrees with Arthur:
Arthur’s sentence by Judge Maria May Santos:
  • Approximately a month picking up garbage on CA highways (20 days x 8 hrs/day)
  • Attend the Simon Weisenthal Museum of Tolerance, specifically at least five different exhibits, and write an essay about his visit.
(This is to “cure” Arthur of being a “hater” – because he is opposed to illegal immigration.)
  • Restraining order: Stay 100 yards away from the Huntington Park City Council chambers and the city council members.
(Arthur had never threatened the city council members or anyone else in any way. This is simply to stop Arthur from protesting the city council’s illegal actions.)
  • Write an apology letter to the Huntington Park City Council and the two police officers who arrested him.
(This is to humiliate Arthur a little more.)
  • Pay $1500.00 in attorney’s fees.
(This is very disturbing. Isn’t a public defender supposed to be at no charge, even if you lose the case? This is clearly being done to punish Arthur for insisting on a jury trial.)
  • 364 days in jail suspended, 3 years probation.
(This seems to be the maximum sentence. Keep in mind that Arthur cooperated completely once he was arrested.)

To give you some perspective …

Like most liberals, Judge Maria May Santos is certainly not known for giving out “tough” sentences – just the opposite! As Arthur sat in her courtroom, he witnessed the following:
  • A man had violated a court order to stay from his domestic violence victim – which likely caused a great deal of pain and anxiety to that person. Santos gave him 10 days picking up garbage on the highway, a suspended sentence, and probation.
  • Several people had not even begun paying their fines from convictions – one man after a year and a half. Santos basically told them to start paying something, and let them go.
  • A man was caught lying right in the courtroom to the judge about starting work on his community service. She simply made a note of it and told him he should do it.
She certainly didn’t get enraged at them, or anything else. Arthur’s sentence was all about punishing his political beliefs and conservative activism.
ALT TEXTIn April 2017 in Berkeley, CA, this Antifa member, a local college professor (left), pummelled seven people with a bike lock. One victim (left) was left bleeding profusely. Although he was caught and went to trial, the prosecutor and judge made sure he simply received probation..

An appeal

If we allow this horrendous act of sheer injustice and political hatred to go unchallenged, we’d all better get ready for more of it.
If Arthur were a Leftist in this situation, we all know what would happen. The ACLU would be on top of this in the most aggressive way possible.
Unfortunately, every pro-family conservative legal group we’ve contacted has declined to help Arthur. They said they are more interested in “religious liberty” cases, which (to be honest) are the popular conservative thing these days, and easier to do.
Arthur has until Nov. 28 to file an appeal. We are working on finding legal counsel. If necessary, Arthur will file the appeal himself.
We believe that in a fair courtroom, Arthur would have been exonerated. We are determined fight this. We’ll keep you informed.

OC Weakly Finally Reported on Laguna Hills Trump Pinata, After I Trolled Them

OC Weakly has half the staff, the funding, and the intelligence as it had two years ago--and that is still too generous a set of appraisals for the flailing weekly which has a weak following and empty stories going after conservatives and American patriots.

The YouTube video I uploaded which detailed a bunch of kids hitting a Trump pinata  at Laguna Hills High School finally went viral today following a story by CBS Los Angeles and then Yahoo News.

Here's the link for the Yahoo News story.

Then I started signalling to OC Weakly how far behind they were on the news curve:

Then:

Then they finally wrote a story, and I trolled them for being lazy, too:

Here's the rush job story that they wrote (very poorly laid out on their cheaper website, too):

GABRIEL SAN ROMAN

A Trump piñata party at Laguna Hills High School last month is currently being investigated by Saddleback Valley Unified School District. The incident, where a student and a teacher apparently took turns whacking the likeness of the president stuffed with candy, happened in late February. Footage of the fun immediately leaked online when Trump troll Arthur Schaper posted a grainy YouTube video of cell phone video on Feb. 23.

"Trump Troll"? I love my haters!

The “Film Your Marxist Professors” Facebook page posted the clip two days later, encouraging triggered Trumpers to flood Laguna Hills High with outraged calls. People commented on the post calling on two teachers to be fired. By that time, the teachers may have already faced disciplinary measures for the party–at least, that’s what a 17-year-old AP student tweeted out the same day Schaper posted video from his source.

The bat shit locos over at InfoWars picked up the story on Friday with new video showing the winning whack that broke the piñata before describing the scene as “another display of liberal tolerance.” KCBS-TV Channel 2 weighed in with a field report yesterday on the controversy.

Sorry, Gabe, but there is only one person who can claim the prize of bat shit crazy:

The Weekly asked Mark Perez, a SVUSD spokesman, if teachers were, indeed, disciplined as the student’s tweet implied. He didn’t respond to our request but spoke to CBS-2. “This activity was not condoned, or approved, by the district, nor Laguna Hills High School,” Perez told the news channel. “Personnel matters are confidential, and therefore, it is our policy to not comment on situations involving employees.”

Another report indicates that the teachers have resigned. OC Weakly is really behind the story cycle.

Nothing seems to trigger #MAGA trolls more than good ol’ fashioned Trump piñata parties. Last year, the OC Register fed the frenzy deeming when kids in SanTana took whacks at an effigy of the pendejo-in-chief during a May Day march “the most violent part of the demonstration.” (Reporter Jessica Kwong is now a staff writer at Newsweek showing that Mexi-bashing sure doesn’t impede career goals).

Yes, but lying to the public is a deal-breaker and a career-killer. That's why Gustavo "La Cucaracha" Arellano ended up quitting, since no one was reading the OC Weakly.

But the bums love using the magazine as makeshift shoes!

The Weekly trotted out a Trump piñata of its own when the then-candidate arrived in Anaheim for a rally. A crowd of protesters joyfully ripped it to shreds; an act that became an “ISIS-inspired” beheading for KFI-AM 640 frothing mouth shock jocks John and Ken.

Maybe it’s brown people having a little fun at the president’s expense that’s found to be really offensive. Have y’all seen what we do to effigies of Judas during Easter-time?

"Brown people" ... but OC Weakly and their coterie of haters call us the racists. Really.

BRUH!

Final Reflection

It's one thing to live in your enemies' heads rent free.

It's another to troll them so badly, that they are force to respond to you.

It's even better when they are a "news" organization, and you are driving their reporting and their coverage, because they have nothing left with which to stand on.

OC Weakly has lost so much time, staff, resources, and credibility. They are just so much fun to make fun of!

Letter to the Editor: "Be Encouraged You Are Making a Difference"

Greetings,

My name is Brian Farrar and I am the pastor at Weldon Baptist Church near Lake Isabella. I have followed your writing on Town Hall for a long time and appreciate your work in California activism and politics. Thank you for representing the conservative and common sense view on the trash that is the Jimmy Kimmel show.

I write to you today for the purpose of asking your opinion on the New California movement. I have looked over their web site and read the information they have presented. On the surface it seems like the movement has potential. I understand that there are numerous mountains to climb and that the chances are probably very slim of seeing a new state created.

My intent is to write to them as well and find out if there is any support from anyone in our State legislature as well as any support on the federal level.

I am very concerned with the liberties that are being taken away and the idea of a “sanctuary” state. I am old enough to remember the damage Jerry Brown caused the first time in our state and now that we live under a one-party system I am concerned that there will be ever increasing attacks against our basic liberties including our freedom of religion.

Thank you for your work and I appreciate your articles. I particularly enjoy how your writing is to the point and encouraging. There is a strong conservative voice in California and you help bring it above the partisanship and lies. Thank you Mr. Schaper – be encouraged you are making a difference!

May the Lord continue to bless and protect you,

Brian

Twitter Media Fail: Eight Illegal Aliens, not "People" Dead in Wal-Mart Parking Lot

The bias against the rule of law is prevalent in our media.

It is beyond shameful.

Men and women paid high fees and played by strict rules to become law-abiding naturalized citizens in the United States.

Credit: KSAT

Yet instead of following the legal process, the pathway to citizenship outlined for everyone who comes to this country legally, illegal alien migrants will pay a coyote a set sum to be trafficked into the country.

The latest scandal surrounding his abhorrent practice? 8 illegal aliens were found trapped and dead from heat stroke and dehydration inside a truck trailer. This truck was stationed inside the parking lot outside of a San Antonio, Texas Wal-Mart.

The point remains: these eight people were illegal aliens. They were trying to break into this country with no regard for our nation's laws or customs. This behavior is wrong, even though their deaths are tragic and terrible.

Yet how does Twitter justify diminishing this account by claiming "eight people"?

This is one more example of the journalist malpractice of the left-wing, corporate  media.

And it needs to be confronted for what it is: misleading, Fake News.

LA Times Fail: "Disruptor" Reporter Exposes Marxist/Communist Bias? Or Poor Understanding of the English Language?

Hailey Branson-Potts wrote a long, front-page article about me for the Los Angeles Times.

She included a number of references claiming that I am "frequent disruptor" at town hall meetings. She was focusing specifically on the Maxine Waters town hall on May 13:

Yet I was not disruptive at the meeting at all.

Check out my own video recording during Waters' first ten minutes, even though she was over an hour late:

and then here:

I requested a retraction and correction:

This was her answer:

Hi, Arthur,

We spoke several times about your willingness to confront and to, as you said, be confrontational and "fight back." Protest is by its very nature disruptive.

Thanks,
Hailey

No it is not.

She puts the words "fight back" in quotation marks, too. That is really intriguing.

Protest by its very nature stands to confront and contrast with the statements and leadership of the opposition. Protest does not at its core prevent the other side from sharing an opinion. It does not speak to disruption.

Definition of "disrupt":

interrupt (an event, activity, or process) by causing a disturbance or problem.
drastically alter or destroy the structure of (something)

interrupt (an event, activity, or process) by causing a disturbance or problem.
drastically alter or destroy the structure of (something)

Definition of "protest":

express an objection to what someone has said or done.
declare (something) firmly and emphatically in the face of stated or implied doubt or in response to an accusation.

Hailey, it's called "a dictionary."
You might want to try using it sometime.

This concept is a Marxist concept, the notion of conflict unresolved and irreconcilable.

This is utter nonsense, but gives us a window into the biased worldview of the reporter.

This concept of protest as part of the eternal struggle is communistic, and not in concert with reality, Men and women who protest in front of abortion clinics seek to help women to avoid abortion and choose life. They do not invade the clinic and attack the doctors.

Those who have protested illegal immigration along our southern borders have not invade sheriff's stations or gone

Boycotts are not disruptive, either. They inform and persuade customers not to frequent certain establishments based on moral or political causes.

Branson wants to push a narrative fitting within a Marxist, left-leaning narrative.

Or ... she was just trying to smear me.

Or ... she needs to go back to English 101 and learn the difference between "protest
 and "disrupt".

Syrian Protest: How to Drive a Bernie-crat Journalist CRAZY!

A few news outlets joined us at the corner of Fifth and Hill Streets to hear our views on the Syria conflict and Donald Trump.

Then this reporter approached me for my views on key issues and the President.

She did not hide that she was a hardcore Bernie supporter, and that she hated Barack Obama as much as she hated Donald Trump.

Yes indeed.

In this clip, she mocked me because I was defending Trump and not afraid to slam or shame people who maligned the President:

She kept attacking me personally, and I forced her to concede that her remarks about me were offensive.

She actually apologized to me for claiming that I idolized Trump!

She was not prepared for me to whip out my camera phone and start recording her, either.

Conservatives should not refrain from holding media personalities and journalists accountable.

Check out the next video:

Then she went off on Merrick Garland, and Barack Obama's decision to nominate him.

In the second part of this interview, she spent more time talking than listening.

I called her out on her monologue, then I plead for her to let me speak.

Since trying to work with liberals, let alone talking with them, I have noticed how they like to change the subject and bounce around from issues.

She wanted to go off on corporate influence in Congress--understandable--but she had asked me about the filibuster rule in the US Senate and the 2/3 majority needed to remove a federal official to be removed from office.

When I went after Bernie Sanders, then exposed that he was a socialist who believed in redistribution of wealth, she ended the interview.

She would then complain that there was no talking to me, and that I had to concede on issues.

Since when do individuals have to "concede" on issues in order to have a civil conversation?

At least she let me speak towards the end, but it's getting more fun to undermine reporters and interviews who want to push a narrative rather than listen to their guests.

OC Register Losing Credibility with OC Conservatives

Mike McGetrick of Orange County--and a key member of We the People Rising, reported the following about the Orange County Register:

Hello all. I get a free Sunday edition of the OC Register.

I don't know why, but I do.

Here is a list of the last four cover stories:

#1 Catholic charities

#2 Climate change with State Senate President Kevin de Leon and Governor Jerry Brown

#3 Welcome Syrian Refugees

#4 Hispanic Christmas Dinner

I can't wait for the next Sunday edition. I can't wait for the OC Register to go out of business.

Reflection

Big media is taking a big hit in its funding and finances.

They insist on pushing this ridiculous, regressive agenda, when all of it is so far removed from the times and troubles of average readers.

Why do they continue to push this nonsense?

The donor class which wants illegal immigration and globalist government has relied on the "mainstream media" to push this false narrative

Perhaps they are gearing their newspapers toward a richer, more left-wing elitist audience, convinced that at least they will read the newspapers. Maybe the corporate owners of the press believe that since they are going to close down, they might as well go down fighting and openly declare their brazen, regressive agenda.

Lo and behold, their circulation continues to dwindle.

The Orange County Register had a distinctly libertarian flavor about it. The editoral and business interests running the newspaper at one time decided to expand their readership. At one time, there was a Long Beach Register as well as a Los Angeles Register.

Both of those experiments failed, and then the company was losing money so badly, they had to appeal to their own writer/administrative workforce to deliver the newspapers.

A new company has taken over, connected with the Los Angeles News Group which overseas the Daily Breeze, the Los Angeles Daily  News, and the Los Angeles Press-Telegram. No wonder they paper has taken a decidedly left-wing tilt.

The OC Register will close down very soon, no doubt.

Crooked Hillary Complains About the "Biased" Media

Hillary Clinton is raving about the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy again.

Every time she lies, cheats, steals, peddles influences, defrauds the federal government, and basically ignores the rule of law, more media outlets expose her. Instead of embracing some semblance of honesty, she blames the press.

But wait!

The press has been promoting Hillary Clinton for President for the past four years.

The New York Times, both newspaper and magazine, have been dreaming about Hillary Clinton, the first woman President--if she wins.

And that is turning into a bigger "If" every day as Trump gains in the polls and  more undecided voters decide that she is the most corrupt person in modern memory to run for President.

Now, she claims that the mainstream media are not doing their job going after Donald Trump for his record, his rhetoric, or some other reason.

Basically, Hillary Clinton believes that the media, the press, the reporters are after her and trying to make her look bad in every way possible.

I want you to reread my comments above and let that sink in.

Of course, your first reaction should be to laugh out loud. There is no other candidate I know, besides Barack Obama, who has received one major boost after another from the press. The Washington Post is trying to get everyone else to leave her alone about the email scandals. They have done nothing to investigate the Clinton Cash connections.

Nothing.

The American People have to rely on private espionage from Julian Assange to get the real story behind Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Party, and the rank corruption of the wealthy, leftist political class to crown ueen Hillary

The press is not doing its job. They are not going after Hillary Clinton for all this corruption. They even give her a pass for all the offensive remarks she has made about minorities and toward Donald Trump supporters.

Yet Hillary Clinton's latest fundraising eblast depicts the Democratic nominee as the victim of an aggressive right-wing media frenzy.

Arthur --

The last few days have offered a concrete example of one major problem in this election: the trouble the media has in holding Trump accountable -- on his lies or what we now understand to be clearcut examples of corruption.

The trouble that the media is facing to hold Trump accountable.

Accountable for what? She talks about lies, but what has Trump lied about?

She could have listed examples of these fraudulent statements.

Instead, she talks about her corrupt Clinton Foundation:

Take, for example, the narrative around two foundations.

You've probably heard a lot about the Clinton Foundation in the past month. That's because dedicated teams of reporters from news outlets all over the country have devoted major time and resources to unearthing some examples of wrongdoing in the charity's past. And the grand total of all those investigations? Nothing but confirmation that the foundation does unassailable, lifesaving work in countries across the globe.

Ask the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquakes.
. They don't agree with that view of the foundation.

On the other hand, you have the Trump Foundation. Back in 2013, they donated $25,000 to a committee associated with Pam Bondi’s re-election as Florida attorney general. At the time, Bondi's office was considering whether or not to join a lawsuit against Trump University. But after Bondi received that contribution, her office decided not to join the lawsuit. Bondi subsequently endorsed Trump's bid for president, then spoke at the Republican National Convention -- where she said Hillary Clinton should go to jail. Trump’s foundation also gave $100,000 to Citizens United to sue New York’s attorney general—after he’d started investigating Trump University.

So, two cases of an attorney general receiving a contribution.

But Donald Trump will be testifying about Trump University after the November Election. So it's not as if that story is going nowhere.

This is blockbuster stuff, Arthur -- but months after that story came out, there's been little sustained effort from the press to force Trump to address the charge that he bought off the top law enforcement official in Florida. And in the 59 days we have left in this election, we shouldn't expect such an effort to begin.

Holding Donald Trump accountable? And Hillary Clinton's email scandals are only getting worse. She was supposed to protect classified information on a secure server. Instead, she was looking at information and passing along confidential reconnaissance on a private server.

She also deleted tens of thousands of emails. She has been lying about her intelligence briefings. Her careless incompetence ended up costing the life of one CIA operative.

Plus the four Americans who died in Benghazi.

So holding Trump accountable is on our collective shoulders.

Collective shoulders? There she is, appealing to the socialist mentality again.

Responsibility is not a collective effort, but an individual one.

Where is Hillary Clinton's sense of responsibility for handling classified information, for telling the American public the truth about her health, her lack of a moral compass, and the constant enabling she engaged in as a lawyer and then First Lady for Governor then President Bill Clinton?

We're the team who has to give voters the information they need about the two candidates, and that means we’re going to have to hire enough organizers to blanket the country with volunteers and run ads on television and the internet often enough to make a real impression.

So we need 39 donations in your area to make sure we can reach the voters we’ll need -- will you make one of those donations right now?

Thank you.

Final Reflection

Hillary Clinton was expecting the pro-Hillary media frenzy to carry her over the top to November victory. She was expecting the identity politics of gender to make the difference and district people from her horrid record on foreign and domestic policy, or the fact that she has nothing to offer the American People other than her XX chromosomes.

A new diverse array of reporters, blogs, and media sites are exposed Crooked Hillary and investigating her abuse of power as a First Lady, U.S. Senator, then Secretary of State, and now Presidential candidate.

I cannot wait to see her cave even further.

The fact that she is decrying the "biased" media is a real joke, one exposing the desperation of a campaign that is sinking before the public's eyes, despite all the prodding and promotion of a left-wing vain-scream media looking to write a fitting narrative in line with their marginal preoccupations.
