No Alexander-Murray Obamacare Bailouts! Call Senators NOW!

Senate Conservatives Fund
Arthur:

We warned our supporters that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) would try to pass a bailout for health insurance companies and now it's about to happen.

McConnell plans to attach the Alexander-Murray Obamacare bailout to the annual government funding bill later this week.

This cannot stand. We must stop him.

Please call the senators listed below and urge them to stand up to McConnell and oppose any government funding bill that includes a taxpayer bailout for health insurance companies.

These senators are sympathetic to our views so please encourage them to stand strong and do what is right.
  • Tom Cotton (R-AR) – 202-224-2353
  • Ted Cruz (R-TX) – 202-224-5922
  • Joni Ernst (R-IA) – 202-224-3254
  • Ron Johnson (R-WI) – 202-224-5323
  • Mike Lee (R-UT) – 202-224-5444
  • Rand Paul (R-KY) – 202-224-4343
  • Marco Rubio (R-FL) – 202-224-3041
  • Ben Sasse (R-NE) – 202-224-4224
Rather than lowering premiums by eliminating Obamacare's regulations, some Republicans want to subsidize insurance companies. But it won't work. President Obama tried this approach and it failed miserably.

Also, once Congress goes down this road, the bailouts will never end. Liberals in both parties will forever call for more money to "stabilize" the failing healthcare marketplace.

Please call the senators listed above and make a contribution to help us mobilize conservatives nationwide.

With your help, we can drive thousands of calls into key Senate offices to stop this terrible ideas. Republicans promised to repeal Obamacare root and branch, not to bail it out!

We don't have much time so please take action right now.

Thank you for fighting for conservative policies and for doing your part to hold Senate Republicans accountable.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II

Trump Supporters Storm Lyin' Ted Lieu Town Hall in Valencia, CA

Shame on Lyin' Ted Lieu!

He has spent more time networking and running against other Congressmen in other districts. This is a joke. What about the needs of our veterans, our homeless? What about small business owners and the American youth in our failing schools throughout the Los Angeles area?

He is my Congressman, but what is he doing in Valencia? He insisted on hosting a town hall in another district! Shame on him!

Friends of mine came with me to protest Lyin' Ted Lieu, who promotes illiberal agendas, all of which are bankrupting states and families, all while undermining the public safety of American citizens.

He actually voted against Kate's Law!

So, we showed up to let him have it!

I was especially outraged, since he is consistently not paying attention to the real needs of his own district!

Here's the whole video of the event:

The leftists and liberals in the meeting were mostly organizers. What kind of a town hall would this be, anyway?

When I sat down, this black lady right next to me called me "white trash."

I let her have it. I refuse to be bullied or pushed around by these racist leftists!

She wasn't used to someone--especially a Trump supporter--throwing back at their hate with truth.

So, I asked around to other people in the event. Why isn't my Congressman taking care of business in my district?

Another man in the row ahead of us

After all, Lieu doesn't represent Santa Clarita or Valencia.

This whole meeting turned out to be another propaganda sham.

Another lady in front of us lectured us about civility--this coming from the rabid leftists who harass Congressman Steve Knight and other Republicans in their own town halls?!

Really--and I going to let them lecture us on civility, when they are routinely undermining our rights and trying to expand the destruction of the United States Constitution?

I don't think so!

At least at this event they opened up with the Pledge of Allegiance.

That was good.

An army officer spoke, then a leader for Planned Murderhood addressed the crowd. We began loudly booing her. What kind of event opens up the meeting promoting and singing the praises of an abortion mill, especially a murderous group which targeted black babies?!

We let Lyin' Ted have it on everything.

He was lying about Obamacare.

He continued lying about President Trump. He was lying about the economy, and he was lying to the audience when he claimed to care about cutting taxes and spending, especially when he had tried to triple the car tax in 2013!

Finally, Ted called on me--after all, he is my Congressman!--and I let him have it for ignoring my district while going around attacking other Congressmen in their districts.

Raul Rodriguez demanded that Lieu respect our President.

Let me tell you--the liberal loonies in the audience lost it! They can't deal with hard-core Trump supporters who won't sit back and let these leftist politicians lie about our President and his American agenda.

Some of the crazy liberals reared up behind us and threatened to throw us out on their own! The organizers sat next to us and tried to baby-sit or silence us as the case was needed. But we refused to be silenced. We would not allow Lyin' Ted to dishonor our President and repeat the hollow lies about his efforts, including the recent executive orders to get rid of the artificial barriers to purchasing health insurance plans in other states. Trump also cut out the health insurance subsidies, which should have never been implemented in the first place.

The audience was pretty much full of organizers and activists, nothing more. I was shocked that some of these "adults" would bring their own children to these events? Planned Parenthood? Really! They are baby killers, and they have staffers behind the scenes who teach staffers to conduct abortions on minors and allow them to continue in the sex trafficking trade afterwards.

It is just plain unconscionable!

The sheriff's deputies did a fairly able job of keeping the peace, but one of the liberal audience members lied about one of our members to get him arrested. The whole thing went nowhere fast, though, since we refused to be bulled in any way.

All in all, it was a huge success for us! We took down Ted Lieu like a boss!

Lyin' Ted!

The Future of Obamacare: Ted Cruz Beats Down Weekend at Bernie's Like a Boss

This is one of the most effective debates I have seen in a long time.

US Senator Ted Cruz, the second place GOP Nominee for President vs. Bernie Sanders, the second place Democratic nominee for President.

This clash of clear world views and visions on health care should prepare any mind in how to debate and debunk the wonders and winning for single-payer health care.

Cruz takes down every one of Weekend at Bernire's talking points, the same rehashed lines he has pushed in viewers and voters' faces for decades. Sanders tries to demagogue and shame his opponent repeatedly on the matter, and yet finds himself without words or facts to back up his utopian illogic.

This debate is a must-see in the fight to ensure real health care from and access in our country.

GOP (?) US Senator Explains to State Party Her Opposition to Obamacare Repeal

US Senator Susan Collins is very unpopular.

She is under attack from every angle, especially the Republican base in her own state. While she was busy dancing the Potomac Two-Step, making nice with Democrats and trying to play the centrist card and hold onto what power remaining in the center of US Senate politics.

The Maine GOP released this statement on their eblast:

We are pleased to pass along this communication to you directly from Senator Susan Collins.
To my fellow Mainers,

I wanted to explain to you directly why I opposed the Graham-Cassidy health care proposals. First, I want to assure you that I understand the flaws in the ACA (also known as Obamacare). In fact, one of the main reasons I opposed the ACA when it was passed by the Senate without a single Republican vote in 2009 was because there was nothing affordable about it. Today, too many Americans are burdened with skyrocketing premiums, unaffordable deductibles, and limited choices, and small businesses across our country are struggling.

Notice how Collins talks about "flaws". The whole law is completely flawed. The whole law needs to be scrapped. A total repeal is essential.

Obamacare is not working for many Americans, but in trying to solve the problem, it's important that we not make matters worse. Unfortunately, the Graham-Cassidy proposal would have done just that.

Repealing Obamacare would solve plenty of problems. What is the problem with those who do not understand that handing out government dollars to provide health care is not providing health care at all?!

Like Obamacare, Graham-Cassidy would have done nothing to address the budget busting and unsustainable costs of health care. And it was a bad deal for Maine. Here are just some of the problems:

  • Maine would lose $2 billion over the next ten years and billions more after that.  Numerous studies confirm this fact. The National Association of State Medicaid Directors said that Graham-Cassidy would be “the largest intergovernmental transfer of financial risk from the federal government to the states in our country’s history.”

Medicaid is turning into a Ponzi Scheme. Collins should be militantly fighting for the state of Maine to hold onto its tax dollars. The bloc grant program would have been a more efficient way for holding money within the state and getting rid of the untenable individual and employer mandates.

  • Premiums would have increased. One of the authors of the bill acknowledged this to me directly. Individuals between the ages of 50 and 64 would have been particularly hard hit.

Premiums are already increasing, and they have gotten worse because of Obamacare.

  • People with pre-existing conditions would not have been adequately protected. If you have a pre-existing condition like asthma, cancer, arthritis, diabetesAlzheimer’s, use a pacemaker, or have had a heart attack or stroke, or suffered from mental illness, you would pay even higher premiums or be subjected to annual or lifetime caps on your insurance in some states.

Maybe we need a Washington leadership that stops acting as though the government can provide everything, that the state can cover for every single health care need, including the pre-existing conditions matter. How about we start treating American voters like adults and allow them to have liberty and responsibility over their lives, including their health care and health insurance.

  • Millions more people would not have had insurance coverage. When the uninsured get sick or hurt, we all pay.

  • Maine’s hospitals would suffer, and rural hospitals and nursing homes could have been forced to close.

Maine rural hospitals are already eliminating services, such as obstetrics, oncology, pediatrics, and psychiatry. In addition to hurting medical services for Mainers, the proposal would have led to job losses at hospitals and health care providers, which are often the largest employers in the rural communities they serve.

The rural areas are losing money will the big cities, run by Big Labor Democrats, are taking all the funding. How about ensuring more quality care and control through more local control and privatization?!

One other major flaw with the Graham-Cassidy proposal is that it made one of the same mistakes that the Democrats made when they jammed through Obamacare – the bill did nothing to address the soaring cost of health care.

Yes it does! By repealing the individual and employer mandates, the costs of health insurance will go down. More jobs and productivity will abound, too.

Here is what we need to do going forward:

  1. Take action to address the cost of health care, including looking at the spiraling cost of prescription drugs, increasing transparency, and giving people more control to manage their health care.
  2. Create invisible high-risk pools such as we had in Maine under PL 90 to provide reinsurance to help control premium costs. (Rand Paul wanted to help with that)
  3. Act quickly to stabilize the insurance markets. (Government intervention is precisely what is creating the instability!)
  4. Carefully review and repair the other flaws in Obamacare. (NO! Repeal. Period)

One final note – some have suggested that Anthem’s decision to withdraw from the individual market in Maine was because the Senate failed to pass Graham-Cassidy. That is just not accurate. Anthem strongly opposed Graham-Cassidy.

The Big Business lobby wants government and government subsidy. Many of them will play up their investment in government interventions of all kinds. They are not pro-free market. They are pro-self interest and profit, at the expense of the individual consumers. This is one of the biggest, most fallacious arguments pushed by the Democrats in their drive for higher taxes and regulations. "But this business and that business want this!" So what?!

Health care affects each and every one of us and comprises one-sixth of our economy. We do need reform, but the Graham-Cassidy legislation was not the answer as was demonstrated by the fact that just last weekend the sponsors issued a fourth hastily drafted version of their bill, just days before the vote would have occurred.

I appreciate your reading this message and invite you to review the various studies and letters that are hyperlinked in this email.

Best wishes,

Susan Collins
The grassroots conservatives in Maine have had enough of their RINO US Senator. She was able to cruise on her liberal-leaning credentials as long as she continued voting in concert with the rest of her caucus. She was playing games, however, as she knew that any legislation passed out of the US Senate would die on President Obama's desk.

Collins must be in big trouble, and she knows it, precisely because she had to explain her opposition to Obamacare repeal of every sort.

This woman is in big trouble, and she knows it. She might become another cross-over, just as Arlen Specter had done in 2009. There is one lesson, however, which these centrist-liberal Republicans need to realize: in both states, the Republican brand has not only gotten stronger, it has gotten more conservative. Witness the success from Republicans to take over one chamber of the Augusta state house, the Governor's mansion, and to gain back a House seat for the first time in nearly two decades.

Collins has missed out on this conservative wave, and she is going to get washed out. Her continued opposition to repealing Obamacare, especially after having voted for repeal multiple times in the past, will be her undoing.

Dept. of Health and Human Services: Fire Mark Vafiades, Too!

The Department of Health and Human Services no longer has a secretary.

Tom Priced liked traveling, but he did not like working.

He was not focused on the needs of the American people.

Trump gave Price a clear job--repeal Obamacare--and nothing happened.

He needed to go.

There is one staffer in the HHS who also needs to go.

His name is Mark Vafiades.

On his LinkedIn, he lists himself as the Director of Communications for the HHS.

Really.

This man had served (?) as the chairman of the Republican Party of Los Angeles.

He sold out and went along with the establishment.

I had had a modicum of respect for this man. He had gotten RPLAC out of debt, right?

Now I realize that much of this had to do with Charles Munger's welfare money. What kind of leadership is that?!

Give me a break.

And then he was awarded Regional Vice Chair for Los Angeles County?

Really?

LOL! What kind of leadership did he have? He spent more time trying to tamper down and shut up conservatives than winning elections against Democrats. Unbelievable.

He needs to go, too, since he suddenly got some kind of plum job in the Trump Administration in the HHS. This guy is a social climber and an ambitious fraud. I cannot believe that some of these corrupt people get assignments like this. Does anyone in Washington DC ever pay attention?!

Dean Heller: A BRIDGE Too Far for Nevadans

I spent a great part of my previous week in Washington DC lobbying US Senators and House Reps to hold the line against amnesty and to stand with the American people to protect Americans and our national interests.

Yet some lawmakers never learn. They really think that they can kick their base in the face (and the teeth), and then they will come back to the general election ballot box and vote for more of the same.

Not going to happen.

A constituent in Nevada received a formal letter outlining US Senator Dean Heller's full stance on immigration issues, particularly the fate of the young Nightmares.

It is demoralizing, to say the least:

The BRIDGE Act would grant leagal status to the 800,000 plus illegal aliens who were brought here as youths.

I spoke to the staffers in his DC office. I could not make it more abundantly clear that these young illegals are not by and large American citizens who simply lack legal status.

In too many cases, they have turned into virulent activists who want everything outlined and flowing their way because they have shouted loud enough and taken up the public square with their demands, and theirs only.

The most fundamental outrage I have about all of this is pretty basic: why are our elected officials getting all up in arms about these illegal aliens? American citizens need to be the first, foremost, and final priority. Whatever responses one outlines for the illegal aliens in this country must work in the best interests of the American citizenry and our country.

What does that mean? Deporting illegal aliens of all ages, regardless of their point or means of entry. This situation is not my problem--nor is it the fault of anyone else besides the selfish parents who bound their children into this terrible plight.

Then add to this mess the Democratic Party's cynical political power-mongering to line up their election chances for a generation. We the People did not create this mess, so why should we have to pay any more?

Heller's selling out didn't stop there with the BRIDGE Act:

Heller plays the "nation of immigrants" card.

WRONG! We are a nation of citizens. We are nation of laws. The rule of law, and the compact of a free citizenry into one political culture belongs to us Americans and to all men and women who enter the United States legally.

Once again, Heller is more interested in the plight of illegal aliens than United States Citizens. If only our lawmakers spent as much time and energy on secure our borders instead of pandering to immigrants, this country would be better for all!

Here are the final comments from the constituent who received this letter:

Receive this today!! Please don't  share with my name. Dean is DONE.

He sold out to casino owners.

Then

I have a letter from when I called him out on voting down, months back on Health Care. Heller wrote back and said he supported Obamacare, wanted to make some changes. He was working with Cassidy and Graham however when that was presented this week Heller's name wasn't on that bill.

He lies, and he will be voted out. I told you few weeks back I am helping Danny T. Republican who supports Our President, We the People. We have our first meet and greet I put together this coming Friday night. You actually helped me to stand up in my community, watching you guys over there gave me courage to stand up here.  If we don't they (the corrupt will take over).

Obamacare Fail? Trump Threatens To End Congressional and Insurance Bailouts

Senate Conservatives Fund
Trump Tweet - End Obamacare Bailouts

Arthur,

This past weekend, President Trump vowed to take administrative action to end two Obamacare bailouts if Congress doesn't quickly repeal the failing healthcare law.

The first bailout is the exemption that President Obama helped give to Members of Congress and the second bailout is the subsidy program Obama created for health insurance companies.

And the best part about President Trump's threat is that short of passing a new law, Congress can't stop him.

Please show your support for this decision by sending a letter to President Trump urging him to end these bailouts.

There is no reason why Congress should have a special Obamacare exemption and there is no reason why the insurance companies that lobbied for Obamacare should get a taxpayer bailout.

If the DC establishment won't take action to repeal Obamacare and provide true relief to the American people, then they should have to live under the law they passed and share the pain.

Many Republican lawmakers are afraid of what the Democrats and media will say about them if they repeal the law, but that pales in comparison to what the voters will do to Republicans at the ballot box if they allow it to continue.

Senator Ted Cruz was right when he said, "No party can remain in power by lying to the American people."

Please thank President Trump for being willing to end the Obamacare bailouts and urge him to make it happen.

These policies are unfair and should be terminated immediately.

Thank you for standing strong for freedom and for doing your part to make your voice heard in Washington.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II

Repeal and Replace McConnell NOW! (Petition)

Senate Conservatives Fund
Mitch McConnell (R-KY)

Arthur,

Senate Republicans failed to keep their promise to repeal Obamacare this week and have decided to drop the issue altogether.

It's a total disgrace and Mitch McConnell bears the blame.

While the seven Republicans who opposed clean repeal should be held accountable, it was McConnell who created the environment that encouraged their betrayal.

His use of the party's massive political machine to defend these senators in primary elections – something the party used to stay out of – has made them much less accountable to the Republican voters who elected them and much more willing to break their promises.

Both Lisa Murkowski and John McCain were protected from competitive primary challenges and they both know they will be protected again as long as Mitch McConnell is the leader.

Also, McConnell's early decision to abandon repeal in favor of keeping some of the worst parts of Obamacare encouraged others to do the same. He will pretend that he tried to repeal the law, but the truth is that he gave up on that many months ago.

And finally, McConnell's prediction that a bipartisan bailout for the insurance companies would occur if repeal were to fail also gave moderates a reason to hold out for something else. That was one of the biggest strategic errors we have seen in some time.

The truth is, McConnell began this health care debate with no endgame strategy for repeal. He was simply going through the motions to make it look like he tried. And now that his "Failure Theater" is complete, he wants to give up and move on.

It's time for Senate Republicans to replace Mitch McConnell with a new leader who will fight for conservative principles.

McConnell lacks the policy convictions needed to inspire his colleagues to fight for something greater than themselves. That's why he couldn't get Republicans to do something they had promised to do for the past seven years.

He couldn't get them to even vote for the skinniest of repeals!!

Please stand up for conservative leadership in the U.S. Senate by signing the petition to replace Mitch McConnell.

If he isn't replaced now, we will see many more Republican betrayals that prevent us from making America great again.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II

MitchCare Fails: Time for Full Repeal of Obamacare

The Senate Conservatives are working harder than ever.

They have the corrupt, spineless RINO Mitch McConnell on the ropes.

Whatever power he claimed to have, it's all disintegrating very uickly.

He has tried to push two crony, wasteful bills that went nowhere fast.

Now he has to heed the will of the voters and the President.

Check out what Trump released on Twitter today:
And check out the slow but steady victory rally of the Senate Conservatives Fund

Senate Conservatives Fund
Arthur,

Senator Mitch McConnell's plan to pass a bill that keeps some of the worst parts of Obamacare has failed. It's an embarrassing defeat for someone who portrays himself as a strategic genius.

After writing several versions of virtually the same flawed bill, McConnell signaled defeat yesterday by announcing that the Senate not vote on his bill, but will instead vote on the repeal bill that Republicans passed in 2015 and sent to President Obama's desk.

This is a significant victory for conservatives that opens the door to answering President Trump's call to repeal Obamacare first and then pass additional reforms later, if necessary.

But conservatives must remain engaged because the debate is not over and Senator McConnell and other liberal Republicans will likely offer amendments to rescue the worst parts of Obamacare.

We know they want to keep the regulations, some of the tax increases, the subsidies, and the insurance company bailout payments.

Please send an instant message to all 52 Senate Republicans urging them to pass full repeal of Obamacare.

Also, conservatives should be fully aware that McConnell is actually trying to kill repeal altogether. The coming debate is yet another production of "Failure Theater" where he will pretend to be working to pass something good when in truth he wants and intends for it to fail so he can move on to something else. Even worse, he will be looking for ways to blame conservatives for his own failure.

In this case, McConnell has already said that he's open to cutting a deal with the Democrats to bail out the failed law, which is exactly what moderate Republicans want because it gives them political cover. Because of McConnell's failed leadership, these moderate Republicans have no incentive to repeal Obamacare outside of the pressure that you put on them.

Conservatives have won the initial battle to stop McConnell from passing a bill that continues Obamacare, but the war for repeal is not even close to being over.

Please contact Senate Republicans and urge them to repeal the law first and pass any other reforms later.

This is what they promised to do and this is what will help improve our health care system.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II

The battle has been won, but the war is long from over.

Make sure to send the message loud and clear to EVERY US Senate.

"Repeal Obamacare! Uproot it root and branch for good and forever."

Karen Bass is Lying to the American People About Obamacare

Karen Bass is officially triggered.

She is completely convinced (or at least pretends to be) that the Republican Party is in the business of lying to the public, that the Republican Party wants to kill Americans, to keep people poor, and to discriminate against men and women who are not white.

Such rhetoric is shameful, offensive, and just plain invidious.

If anyone is a liar, it's Congresswoman Karen Bass!

Check out her latest eblast:
Arthur --
After President Trump and Republicans insisted that they’d come up with a better plan to replace Obamacare and still protect those with pre-existing conditions, we know now that they lied to the American people.
No they are not. If anyone was lying, it was Barack Obama and by extension Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and the rest of the Democratic Party in Washington DC and throughout the country.
The Congressional Budget Office just released their analysis of the GOP American Health Care Act (AHCA), and it’s as bad as we thought.
Not only would this bill leave 23 million people without coverage in the next ten years, it would make premiums skyrocket for low-income seniors, impose higher costs on expecting mothers, and let states have the option to remove guaranteed protections for people with pre-existing conditions.

Buzzer! Wrong!
Obamacare already pushed millions of people off their initial health insurance plans.
The intervention of the government into our health care systems has undermined patients, doctors, and ruined quality health care for all!
More governmetn spending, ruining welfare, and regulations are hurting men and women. It's time to call out the moral approbrium of Obamacare and the Democratic Party for forcing this destructive agenda onto American citizens
Patients, doctors, nurses, hospitals, insurance companies, and now the CBO have made it clear: Republicans’ plan to repeal Obamacare and turn America’s healthcare system on its head will destabilize our economy, hurt families’ wallets, and cost real lives.
Excuse me? Who turned the American health care system on its head? The Democratic Party, including Karen Bass who has voted to defend the indefensible Obamacare.

Final Reflection:

Congressional Democrats have been in the lying business for decades.

They lied about their record on civil rights (They don't have one).

They lied about caring about the American people and good government. They do not. They want to profit off the American people by misuing and abusing their political power in the goverment.

And now Karen Bass is straight up lying about Republican efforts to undo the damange of Obamacare.

Shame on Karen Bass

Call her office right now and tell her to join efforts to repeal Obamacare and Make Health Care Great Again!
