Wicked MA Lawmaker Holds "Neutral Forum", Yet Supporters Transgender Insanity Law

From Keith Davis, Treasurer for Vote No to 3 Ballot Committee:

http://lexington.wickedlocal.com/news/20181009/lexington-forum-to-explore-ballot-questions
lexington.wickedlocal.com
Lexington state Rep. Jay Kaufman's award winning public policy forum, "Open House," examines the upcoming election with its next installment “A Look at the 2018 Ballot Questions.” On Nov. 6, voters will face three questions on the ballot, all three the result of initiative petitions, citizen efforts to legislate directly without benefit of the normal legislative process envisioned by the Founders. The forum will be held Thursday, Oct. 25, 7-8 p.m., at the Depot in Lexington Center,

A moderator of a forum event should not taint the proceedings with your opinions on the issues as you are doing. Organizers should stay neutral, as the League of Woman Voters tries hard to do.  (Your "award," whoever gave that out, what is it, is more like a participation trophy?)
But since you've opened the door for discussion, let's look at the questions:

Q1 - If passed, to start with, there wouldn't be enough nurses to fill the required positions.  This is a union led effort looking to get thousands of more nurses paying dues. Plus, the number of nurses per patient is reduced to the lowest common denominator of the slowest and most inefficient workers because you can't set a limit that is impossible even for a single nurse to meet.  By law, people would indeed have to be turned away from a facility if the nursing quota were to be filled.  When patient levels drop, dozens of nurses would be left with sitting around looking at their smart phones.
This is Marxism at its best.  Besides the enormous cost to healthcare, and thus to us all, Q1 takes away all incentive for a nurse to excel.

Q2 - Corporate money in politics is only a "threat" to the uneducated, uninformed, gullible voters, which is what you are calling voters by being for Q2.

Big money PACs by law have to identify themselves when they do expensive TV ads, which are taken with a grain of salt by knowledgeable voters.  Corporations are made up of people and if they prosper and profit because of legislation, their employees prosper.  The law creates another useless commission with vague goals and clearly violates the First Amendment.

Q3 - The "yes" people are feeding a big lie to the voters.  They keep saying that people born of 1 sex but believe they are of another sex are discriminated in "public areas," as if they can't take a book out of a library of buy a ticket at a train station.  This is pure deception.  The law, as signed by our democrat governor Baker, was never needed.  Existing laws already protected ALL people in "public areas."  The "bathroom bill" is just that.  Bathrooms, showers in schools or locker rooms in fitness centers are not "public areas."  They are areas of privacy and safety.  The law created civil rights and creates a new class of people for those with a disorder at the expense of other peoples' rights to privacy and security.

Maura Healy said they looked across the country and found no examples of problems in such places.  They apparently didn't look too hard because there are dozens of instances as enumerated on the main page of VoteNoTo3.com

Transgenders have been using facilities for years, but that's not the point.  The law permits any man to just stroll naked into a women's shower and know they can simply claim they "feel feminine" at that moment.  They don't even need to have the trappings of the opposite sex.  Try complaining about a pervert and see who's fined or jailed.  (Hint, wouldn't be the pervert)

The law also cheapens the existing support for true transgenders, the tiny percentage of people born with physical characteristics of both sexes who have a right then to decide who they want to be and to have everyone's support.

What's best for our society?
Vote "No" on all 3 questions.
Don't fall for the Marxist takeover approach

Regards,
Keith Davis

Governor Moonbeam: Making California Great Again?

The last weekend has been nothing short of shocking for California voters.  Constitutional conservatism has emerged again (somewhat) in a liberal bastion committed to resisting our duly elected President through every means available. The city of Huntington Beach filed their own lawsuit against the state of California for SB 54, the so-called Sanctuary State law. In early April, when Surf City passed this motion to direct their city attorney, I had attended the meeting, not sure about what to expect on this matter.

The Surf City legal move is unique, in that they were contesting the law for its overreach against the city’s home-rule powers as a charter city. In California, municipalities fall into one of two categories, charter or general law. General law cities are like extensions of the state legislature, and therefore must abide by statutes passed and approved in Sacramento. Charter cities, including Huntington Beach, but also my home city of Torrance, enjoy greater autonomy on a range of issues, including the operation of their police force. SB 54 encroached on those rights.

Orange County Superior Court Judge James Crandall agreed. Citing well-written arguments from both sides, the court sided with Huntington Beach. More specifically, he dismissed the often-offered arguments that police departments need to follow SB 54 in order to maintain trust and cooperation with immigrant communities.

This court victory was bolstered by a slew of vetoes issued by Governor Jerry Brown. In his final year as California’s chief executive, Brown issued some surprising rebukes to the liberal insanity of the Democratically-controlled state legislature. These rejections are so surprising, they deserve greater scrutiny:
1.       SB 539: This legislation was intended to expand the college tax credit for high-income earners in California, a not-so subtle way for California taxpayers to get around the deduction caps put in place with the Trump Administration’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed in 2017. Governor Brown rejected this bill, recognizing that the already byzantine federal tax code would have harmed whatever intended benefits, inviting “intervention by the Internal Revenue Service.”

The Democrats loved the IRS when they were going after conservative groups. Now that Project Veritas and the House GOP majority have submitted the federal tax agency to greater scrutiny, they will target tax dodgers, especially in California.

2.       SB 1424: Other wise known as the “Fake News” bill, would have required the (flawed, biased) state attorney general to establish an advisory board to look into the origin, proliferation, and solution to the spread of false information on the Internet. Of course, this legislation amounted to nothing more than liberal government overreach to snuff out diverse, albeit accurate, information against liberal hegemony on social media. Brown’s verdict? “As evidenced by the numerous studies by academic and policy groups on the spread of false information, the creation of a statutory advisory group to examine this issue is not necessary.” For once, Brown relied on statistical evidence to reject bad legislation.

3.       SB 349: This bill would have barred ICE agents from arresting illegal alien criminals in courthouses. The court system has become the latest battleground between liberals and common-sense Californians who want immigration laws enforced. Brown rejected this bill for fear of “unintended consequences.” He then indicated that SB 54 already contained provisions for the attorney general to draw up guidelines regarding protections of “immigrants” in courthouses.

4.       SB 174: This veto was the most surprising. If signed into law, this legislation would have allowed illegal aliens, non-citizens to serve on California’s commissions and governing boards. This heinous disregard for federal and state law has already occurred, with two illegal aliens appointed to city commissions in Huntington Park, and then State Senator Kevin De Leon’s perverse decision to appoint an illegal alien (with a law practice!) to a state college advisory board.

Brown deftly rejected this legislation with a straightforward statement: “I believe existing law — which requires citizenship for these forms of public service — is the better path.”
Why has one of the most liberal governors in the country inadvertently channeling some of President Trump’s populist conservatism? He is finally paying attention to the common out cry of voters who are begging for the rule of law to be restored.
Here are a few reasons for this final conservative streak from Governor Moonbeam, many of which suggest that the anti-republican Resistance which has mushroomed over the last years is about to dissolve.
1.       California has become increasingly dependent on federal assistance because of the non-stop wildfires. Any more poking in the federal eyes could have jeopardized lots of concerns. How much longer can California’s political class confront Washington D.C. without suffering the consequences? This backtracking proves that in the long-run, liberal states cannot sustain their cold civil war with the Trump Administration.
2.       The “unintended consequences” which Brown referred to would have led to more ICE raids and more deportations. Also, courts should remain a bastion of security for law enforcement to carry out necessary raids and conduct warranted arrests.
3.       California cities, counties, and the state as a whole have already lost millions in federal grants for defying federal immigration laws. This would have made it much worse.
4.       Huntington Beach's victory in Orange County Superior Court likely discouraged his signature for the two “pro-immigrant” bills. More costly lawsuits from the federal government would bankrupt an already cash-strapped state.

Californians are rejecting the degrading policies which have forced up the cost of living without providing the basic services expected of government: protection of individual rights and providing public safety. Because of this uninterrupted liberal lunacy out of Sacramento, Democratic candidates are actually losing ground to resurgent Republicans. Gubernatorial candidate John Cox is gaining on liberal Democratic successor Gavin Newsom. Brown’s signature on those terrible bills would have pushed voters over the top and propelled the Republican slate.

Whether he likes it or not, Governor Brown is inadvertently making California Great Again, and his latest efforts to hold back the Democratic insanity will have a longer-lasting effect, but not as he intended.

Lessons, Warnings, and Potential Reforms Following the Kavanaugh Confirmation

The confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court: what a victory! This win for the Republican majority, for President Trump, and for the nation as a whole should inspire conservatives going into Election 2018. However, the criminal antics leading up to his success should encourage steps to prevent such an outrageous circus from happening again.

President Trump’s leadership inspired courage and conservatism among a Republican U.S. Senate caucus which had routinely acquiesced to the other side many times rather than fight back. When Republicans fight, they win. They should consider doing more of it. During the 2010 Tea Party wave, a number of Republican incumbents lost their seats in primaries (and Murkowski almost lost hers) because they did not fight for conservative values and fight back against the Democratic Party.

Eight years later, with Trump at the helm, Republican U.S. Senators are flexing their muscle. Perhaps McCain’s passing has cemented the resolve of the Republican conference, too. Never would have I expected Lindsey Graham to put aside bipartisan comity as effectively and severely as he did when defending Judge Kavanaugh during the Judiciary Committee hearings. Senators Orrin Hatch and Chuck Grassley also demonstrated a more solid edge against the loud, obnoxious Democratic minority on their committee. They rebuffed protesters for their ramped-up savage attacks
Even flakey U.S. Senator Jeff Flake stood up for the team in his final year in the Upper Chamber.

Initially, his request for one more FBI investigation seemed like craven, Never-Trump cowering—anything to screw over the President who had shamed him for his liberal views on borders and national economic interests. Looking back on the 50-48 confirmation victory, Flake’s qualifying motion makes sense. The seventh investigation fully exonerated Kavanaugh beyond reproach, and it offered President Trump the opportunity to prove his commitment to a transparent process. Finally, the investigation provided necessary ballast for U.S. Senators Susan Collins and Joe Manchin to vote for confirmation.

And then there’s Collins. Never have I been so proud of a GOP moderate. Collins has been a 50-50 member of the upper chamber for the last two decades. She voted against Obamacare, but she still voted for Planned Parenthood. This time, she took the bold step of believing Kavanaugh because the accusers and their spurious evidence failed to convince her to withhold her vote. She confirmed not just Kavanaugh, but everything that makes our judicial system great: presumption of innocence, thorough investigations; a commitment to believing the facts, not one’s feelings; and finding the truth rather than promoting a political outcome.

On a larger note, the Alinsky-Obama-Clinton machine of mob-ocracy and muggery failed big time. Before becoming President, Barack Obama’s only real job had entailed community organization and academia (if one can really call those efforts “work”). He intended to remake the United States into a socialist endgame first through his executive actions, and then with an expanded network of social justice warrior activist groups. Organizing for Action is still active, and big money from left-wing donors like Tom Steyer, George Soros, and Michael Bloomberg is pouring into national and statewide efforts. But they hit a big wall of conservative resolve. The stakes were too high for Republicans to let this confirmation slip away.

This victory is a big win for Kavanaugh the man, not just the justice. What incredible fortitude we saw in this jurist. His selection is a big victory for Trump’s political instincts, too. He chose a candidate with a long judicial record. Trump likely foresaw the worst political machinations from the Democrats, and Kavanaugh stood up to them, shaming the disgraceful antics of the Democratic Party, who callously fundraised of this debilitating conflict to shore up election prospects in 2018 and 2020. Democrats don’t understand that conservatives not only understand the corrupt games that liberals play, but now they know how to fight back and win.

There are causes for concern going forward, and those issues were laid out early in this confirmation process. In his opening statements at the Judiciary Committee hearings, U.S. Senator Ben Sasse announced the causes behind the SCOTUS Circus which erupted at the Kavanaugh hearings. Congress is not doing its job to pass meaningful legislation, but is turfing its authority to fourth branch bureaucracies or leaving considerable policy outcomes to the United States Supreme Court.
The court of last resort has become too powerful, taking on a super-legislative role in our republican form of government. Their role in federal and even state politics needs to be scaled back. It’s time to review judicial review, rethink Marbury v. Madison. Should the Supreme Court have the final say on whether legislation withstands constitutional scrutiny? Congress has the power to limit the size and scope of the judiciary’s power. Doing so would decrease the increasingly partisan wrangling which has strangled the nomination/confirmation process.

Last of all, yes indeed the U.S. Senators stood up to the mob of abusive left-wing agitators. Yet if the United States Constitution is to serve as the final guide for our legislature, we must remember the Framers’ original vision for the United States Senate. The upper chamber was never supposed to be a popular chamber, i.e. elected by the people of the several states, but rather selected by the legislatures. Fake news and progressive propaganda induced the passage of the 17th Amendment, which created the direct election of Senators.

The argument for repeal of the 17th Amendment may be difficult to make. However, as the country becomes more conservative, concerned about federal overreach at the expense of individual liberty and state sovereignty, a “Repeal the 17th Movement” can take shape. Once enacted, the U.S. Senate can be restored as a deliberative body immune to mob rule and ensure a respectable process for confirming Supreme Court justices and other executive officials.

For now, the country (and conservatives in particular) can bask in this incredible legal, moral, and political victory. Let’s hope that our leaders learn from this process and take steps to reform it in the near future.

Wall Street Journal: Reject Mendacious Menendez, Vote for Bob Hugin for US Senate

Bob Hugin for Senate
Image
After narrowly dodging a corruption conviction, New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez faces a re-election dogfight against former Celgene CEO Bob Hugin. The Senator is now lying to voters about his opponent’s business record the way he dissembled about his political corruption.

Democrats always treat a Republican candidate from business as if commerce is by definition criminal, and Mr. Hugin is no exception. The GOP Senate candidate joined the New Jersey-based biotech firm Celgene in 1999 in its infancy and rose to CEO in 2010. He helped grow Celgene into one of the country’s largest pharmaceutical companies.
Image
Celgene’s biggest blockbusters have been Thalomid and Revlimid, which treat the rare blood cancer multiple myeloma and are based on the compound thalidomide. While thalidomide was found to cause birth defects in the 1950s, research in the 1990s suggested it could treat conditions including AIDS.

In 1998 FDA approved Celgene’s application of thalidomide to treat leprosy, which affects about 100 Americans each year. The following year the New England Journal of Medicine published a study that found thalidomide “had substantial antitumor activity in patients with advanced myeloma,” which is incurable with conventional chemotherapy.
Image
The Senator also intervened for the doctor with the Department of Health and Human Services in a Medicare billing dispute that involved reused vials of a macular degeneration drug that put patients at risk of infection.

Mr. Menendez escaped conviction thanks to the Supreme Court’s McDonnell ruling that made it harder for prosecutors to prove quid-pro-quo corruption.

MassResistance: Yes on Question Three A Gruesome Picture of Medical Quackery

LGBT lobby using “transgender children” in advertisements to push ballot question. A gruesome picture of medical quackery.

Children become sterilized for a radical political ideology

Ugly LGBT propaganda supporting Massachusetts “bathroom bill” law in Nov. 6 referendum

October 10, 2018
ALT TEXTThe transgender movement is now using children in their videos to promote the acceptance of so-called "sex-change" as normal.
The radical LGBT lobby is showing their true colors – and it’s a scary picture. In Massachusetts they are promoting the gruesome concept of “transgender children” in their advertisements. They hope this will persuade people to vote to preserve a statewide Orwellian transgender “bathroom bill” law.
This law requires public accommodations (and therefore the general public) to validate the irrational and destructive transgender ideology. It forces people to deny biological reality. It should be overturned with a "NO" vote on Question 3.

The gruesome video

Last week the LGBT advocates began promoting a video (which they’re also using in their fundraising emails and as a TV commercial) featuring a family with a mother, father, and two girls. But one of the girls has “transitioned” and now says she’s a boy.  "Ian was born a girl but always knew he was a boy," says a video caption. Although it appears that puberty blockers and male hormones have altered her features and lowered her voice a bit, she is still a girl despite her boy’s clothes and stylish male haircut.
VIDEO: "Yes on 3 / My Kid" (30 sec)

The message is that it’s the girl’s “civil right” that the public be forced to treat her as a boy – because it’s the “right” thing to do. The law is thus portrayed as "protecting children."
It’s very slick and psychologically well crafted. But let’s look at what’s really happening in the background that the LGBT movement won’t talk about.

So-called “gender transition” is child abuse

As we documented as far back in 2007 in our Boston Children’s Hospital reports, the medical procedures used for these so-called "gender transitions” are horrific and experimental. Young children are given “puberty-blocking” drugs that not only stop puberty from taking place, but render the child sterile for life. Next, they are given opposite-sex hormones. Then, surgeries are often performed: breasts and genitals are removed, while body parts may be “sculpted” to resemble those of the opposite sex. It is ghoulish. In order to maintain this charade, opposite-sex hormones must be taken indefinitely (with long-term health risks).
ALT TEXTIn 2011 the Boston Globe wrote about these 14-year-old identical twin boys, one of whom had "become" a girl. For the past three years his parents had him undergo powerful puberty-blocking drug treatments. As a result, the boy was five inches shorter than his brother and had some female-like features. This was to be followed by series of female hormone injections and ultimately operations to remove male body parts and "create" female-imitating body parts - which would leave him sterile for life. This was celebrated as medical "progress."
What we do know is that responsible medical people, as well as former transgenders themselves, tell us emphatically that this does not solve the underlying psychological problems. It generally only makes them worse, and makes people more (not less) suicidal. Suicide attempts and deaths are sky-high for the “transgender” population.
Last year, Dr. Quentin Van Meter, an endocrinologist at Johns Hopkins University who worked in their gender transition medical group, gave a shocking account of what really happens to children who go through this, in his speech The Terrible Fraud of Transgender Medicine.
Dr. Michelle Cretella, president of the American College of Pediatricians, said it best in this classic short video:
VIDEO: The Dangers of a Transgender Ideology (5 min 40 sec)

In Massachusetts: Vote “NO” on Question 3

As the Nov. 6 election gets closer, this kind of truth needs to be told – not suppressed.
It is Question 3 on the ballot. A “yes” keeps the current law as it was passed and signed by the GOP governor. A “no” repeals it. The current law makes it a crime for anyone, punishable by fines and possible jail time, not to treat cross-dressing men as if they were real women (or vice-versa) -- in any public accommodation, including locker rooms, restrooms, bars, restaurants, etc. It is Orwellian, and was crafted to force people to accept the transgender agenda.
As we recently reported, MassResistance activists in Massachusetts have formed a “No to Queston 3” official ballot committee. There is already another ballot committee fighting this that focuses on the bathroom issue and men going into women’s restrooms. Our committee will focus on telling the truth about the transgender agenda that this bill forces on the public.
What’s disappointing is that our “No to 3” committee has gotten tepid (or worse) support by establishment conservatives in Massachusetts. They have said that this approach ruins their more politically correct “messaging” that their “focus groups” approve of. We believe that there’s room for both sides, and a necessity to educate the public.
We are dealing with a forced imposition of a lunatic ideology on everyone, with prosecution under the law as a hammer. The LGBT movement has a lot of money, a honed propaganda machine, and support by politicians, corporations, and the entire liberal establishment.
We’re all pushing hard toward Nov. 6!

MassResistance: Kavanaugh Circus vs. Kagan’s Kid-Glove Treatment in 2010

The Brett Kavanaugh circus vs. Elena Kagan’s kid-glove treatment in 2010

Republicans refused to fight when a true radical was elevated to the Supreme Court

October 9, 2018
ALT TEXTLunatic rent-a-mob shows up outside Sen. Jeff Flake's Senate offices spewing invective and hate over the Kavanaugh nomination. [Photo: New York Daily News].
In the Senate proceedings on US Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, many Americans watched the most gruesome political circus of their lifetimes. The Democrat Senators were irrational in their vicious attacks on him. The piercing screams and bizarre, hysterical behavior of their radical allies who swarmed the Senate chambers, adjacent areas, and outside Senators’ homes was far beyond even the legendary Bork spectacle.
ALT TEXTInside the Senate chambers, hysterical Democrat protesters screamed during the proceedings.
ALT TEXT
But Kavanaugh’s actual views on issues are middle-of-the-road and even slightly liberal (e.g., that Roe v Wade is “settled law”) [LINK]. There has been concern over his links to the “deep state” and the Vince Foster cover-up during the Clinton years, but for whatever reasons that doesn’t seem to trouble most Republicans.
The GOP pulled up their boots and held off the attacks on Kavanaugh (and the rule of law). While this was courageous and “principled,” we’re not expecting anything stouthearted when the next contest arises.
Compare the Republican stand for Kavanaugh to what happened in 2010. That was the year Barack Obama nominated Elena Kagan, then Solicitor General and formerly Harvard Law School Dean, to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Kagan was a true leftist radical. She had a well-known history of pro-LGBT radicalism while Dean of Harvard Law School. While in the Clinton administration, she encouraged the President to support late-term abortions. She had no experience to recommend her to such a high position in the courts. However, she would be sure to push for “LGBT rights.” But the Republicans put up no discernable fight.
When the time came, the Republicans didn’t have the nerve (or the interest) in seriously rocking the boat, and they barely mentioned any of this.
On May 10, 2010, Obama announced the Kagan nomination to replace retiring Justice John Paul Stevens. On June 28, a team led by MassResistance researcher Amy Contrada published a report documenting Kagan’s extensive LGBT activism, titled: How Elena Kagan helped "queer" Harvard Law School. Will she now help "queer" the US Supreme Court's decisions? The answer, as we’ve seen since, is “yes.” We (and others) sent copies to every Senator, and as many members of their staffs, etc., as we could. People also telephoned to follow up.
Among the facts in the MassResistance report:
  • Kagan accelerated and legitimized the GLBT “rights” concept and law studies at Harvard Law School and in the larger community.
  • Kagan recruited former ACLU lawyer (and former ACT-UP activist) William Rubenstein, an expert on "queer" legal issues to teach at Harvard Law School. His topics have included "polygamy, S&M, the sexuality of minors."
  • Kagan promoted and facilitated the “transgender” legal agenda during her tenure at Harvard. In 2007, HLS offered a Transgender Law course by “out lesbian” Professor Janet Halley and Dean Spade, a transsexual activist attorney.
  • Kagan encouraged Harvard students to get involved in homosexual activist legal work in the guise of “public interest law.” To get “clinical” legal experience, the Harvard Law School established the LGBT Law Clinic.
  • Kagan engaged in ongoing radical advocacy opposing “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” and demanding an end to the ban on homosexuals serving in the military.
  • Even after Kagan and Harvard lost their legal campaign to ban military recruiters and Harvard Law School was forced to let them back on campus, she encouraged ongoing student protests against them — deputizing the radical Lambda (LGBT) group to come up with ideas of how to harass the recruiters legally.
  • Kagan attended functions of radical LGBT groups at Harvard University, absorbing and apparently agreeing with their goals. Within a month of meeting with a Harvard Law School LGBT student group, she was agreeing with their demand to ban military recruiters on campus. She moderated a panel on GLBT law at the Harvard Gay and Lesbian Caucus's 25th anniversary celebration in 2008.
  • Thanks in part to engagement by Kagan (and other administrators), Harvard became so committed to radical transsexual activism that by 2010 its health insurance policy partially covered “sex-change” breast “treatments” for transsexuals (either men taking hormones to develop breasts, or women having their healthy breasts removed to become the “men” they believe they are).
  • Elena Kagan was an active member of the Diversity Task Force of the ultra-leftist Boston Bar Association during the time of its activism in support of "gay marriage" and advocacy for "transgender rights."
This history should have been a big red flag for GOP Senators who cared about how the US Supreme Court would re-define American law and culture. All of it had “activist judge” warnings written all over it.
But besides a few comments here and there, Republicans (and the mainstream pro-family movement in Washington, DC) refused to make an issue over her past activism and clear bias.
The Kagan “vetting” was very peaceful and orderly. Although at that time the filibuster was allowed for Supreme Court nominations, GOP minority whip Jon Kyl said, "The filibuster should be relegated to extreme circumstances, and I don't think Elena Kagan represents that." Yeah, right.
The Senate vote on August 5 was 63-37. Five Republicans -- Richard Lugar (R-IN), Susan Collins (R-ME), Olympia Snowe (R-ME), Judd Gregg (R-NH), and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) -- voted to approve Kagan. One Democrat (Ben Nelson, D-NE) voted “No.”
Our warnings have proven correct. Kagan has been an activist, ultra-leftist Supreme Court Justice. In 2013, she joined the leftists on the Court in several pro-“gay marriage” rulings. Then, after personally officiating at a “gay” wedding, she refused to recuse herself from the Obergefell case and joined the chorus to rule that “gay marriage” is enshrined in the US Constitution.
ALT TEXTOur far-left activist Supreme Court Justices: Elena Kagan (left), Sonia Sotomayor (center), and Ruth Bader Ginsburg at one of Nancy Pelosi's "progressive" political events in 2015.
And now, Justice Kagan is pontificating -- that with Kavanaugh joining the Court, the legitimacy of the Supreme Court will be at risk! That horse left the barn a long time ago.
ALT TEXTDuring the Kavanaugh vote this woman became so unhinged that she started clawing at the doors of the chamber to get in.
