Groomer Al Muratsuchi Still Refuses to Grant Hearing for Parental Notification Bill AB 1314

California State Asm. Al Muratsuchi is one of the biggest cheerleaders for the drop-out factories we used to call "public schools."

When he first got elected in 2012, he was a guaranteed foot-soldier for the teachers unions, who bought his campaign, bought his seat, and bought him body and soul.

One of the first bills he introduced into the legislature?

AB 375, a bill that would have made it HARDER to fire pervert teachers. The bill was so bad, that even Governor Brown had to veto it.

Al's bill would have allowed predators like Mark Berndt, the notorious serious child abuser from Miramonte Elementary School in LAUSD, to get away with his crimes, some suggesting that he had molested as many as 100 students!

Groomer Al Muratsuchbi also supported AB 1266 in 2013, which allowed males to use female restrooms in public schools across the state. Notice how a similar bill has NOT passed to force every private and public facility to allow men to use women's restrooms throughout the state, too. The kids are always targeted, and the groomers get to groom on campuses across the state.

And Groomer Al doesn't care. He has no problem pushing social engineering and outright abuse onto California's children.

Fast forward to 2020, and Groomer Al voted for SB 145, a bill that made it easier for sex offenders to avoid the sex offender registration. Yes. If a 24-year-old had sex with a 14-year-old, he (or she) could avoid the sex offender registry based on the discretion of the judge. That's what the bill did, and Groomer Al went all in on allowing sex offenders to abuse kids and above the sex offender registry.

How sickening does it get in Sacramento? Does anyone have any shame left in that town? Worse yet, Muratsuchi was the tie-breaking vote. It would have died on the floor of the State Assembly if he had voted for "No."

SB 145 was so bad, that outspoken progressive Lorena Gonzalez spoke out against the bill, and she urged a "No" vote on the floor of the State Assembly. As a chair for one of the key committees in Sacramento, that was an unprecedented move, her going against the state legislative leadership. And yet, Groomer Al voted for it.

In 2023 and even today, Groomer Al Muratsuch is blocking AB 1314 from getting a hearing in the CA State Assembly. This commonsense bill would require school districts to inform parents if their students are going by different names, pronouns, or claiming to be a different sex at the school.

California Assembly Education Committee Chair Al Muratsuchi is still blocking public debate at the state capitol over parent notification in schools despite polls showing the voters overwhelmingly support it. Last year, Assemblyman Bill Essayli introduced AB 1314, a bill requiring public schools to notify parents if a child starts identifying at school as a gender that does not align with the sex listed on his or her birth certificate. 

The legislation was assigned to the Assembly Committee on Education, but Muratsuchi refused to set the bill for a hearing. This week there is an opportunity for him to change his mind before Friday’s deadline. But Muratsuchi is still refusing.

“Nothing good comes out of keeping secrets from parents,” Essayli told a crowd gathered outside the state capitol last week. “Nobody loves their children more than their parents. If children are struggling with their identity; if they are struggling with anything at school, they need their parents. To isolate them from their parents is to do them harm.”

“Unfortunately, this legislature is so arrogant, they are so pompous, they refuse to even give my bill a hearing,” he complained. “They don’t even want to take a vote. That’s how little regard they have for the people of this state.”

Muratsuchi explained the justification for his decision in a press release last April. “As Chair of the Education Committee, I will not be setting AB 1314 for a hearing, not only because the bill is proposing bad policy, but also because a hearing would potentially provide a forum for increasingly hateful rhetoric targeting LGBTQ youth.”

Greg Burt, vice president of the California Family Council, says this decision reveals the contempt some lawmakers have for the Constitutional rights of parents to guide and oversee the upbringing of their children. “Why is a discussion about keeping parents informed about the struggles of their children seen as threat towards LGBTQ-identified youth?” Burt asks. “Parents, keen to protect their children, always want to be informed about their kids’ lives. This is true for parents no matter what their political or religious affiliation.”  

A recent California poll confirms this contention. A SPRY Strategies poll from last November shows liberal and conservative voters agree on parent notification. The poll asks the following question: 

“A school board voted to notify parents if their child identifies as transgender or the opposite sex. The Attorney General is suing that school district. Do you agree parents should be notified if their child identifies as transgender in school?”

58.1 percent of the respondents said they “strongly agree” with this statement. An additional 14 percent said they “somewhat agree.” Another Rasmussen poll from last May yielded similar results.  

After Essayli’s bill was refused a hearing last year, he joined with a group of parental rights organizations (Coalition for Parental Rights) to promote parent notification policies in local school districts. (read more here) So far 10 California School Districts have implemented a notification policy of their own, even though California Attorney General Rob Bonta filed a lawsuit against one of the school districts over the policy. What is it with Creepy Groomer Al Muratsuchi, anyway? Why is he so determined to allow perverted adults in the classroom to get away with all kinds of predatory behavior against children?!

This is really disturbing!

At the May, 2023 town hall that he hosted in the Torrance City Council chambers, he received loud boos from the audience for blocking this bill in the State Assembly Education committee, which he currenlty chairs. I was stunned at the level of outrage directed towards him, considering that most of the voters are pretty moderate-to-liberal on most cultural issues. However,for protecting the systemic grooming of children in California classrooms. Strangely enough, he does not have the full video of that town hall on his YouTube channel ...

What will it take for voters to pay attention in the South Bay and start electing better people who actually care about the health and welfare of children? Why do so many voters from El Segundo to Palos Verdes turn a blind eye to this creepy groomer assemblyman, who is determined to give predator teachers and their enablers more protections than children and parents?

Idaho Family Policy Center: Bathroom Law Upheld!

This is really good news.

We need as many legal precedents as possible to protect children from sexual perversion, including the corruption LGBT agenda.

Friends, In a major victory for Idaho children, U.S. District Judge David Nye has ordered that our law requiring students to use school restrooms consistent with their biological sex will go back into full force and effect next month. Senate Bill 1100 – which was drafted by Idaho Family Policy Center and sponsored by Sen. Ben Adams (R-Nampa) and Rep. Ted Hill (R-Eagle) – had originally gone into effect in July. However, the following month, Judge Nye issued a temporary restraining order blocking its enforcement pending further court review. In the decision handed down last night, Judge Nye upheld the law, writing, “The state of Idaho has an interest in protecting the privacy and safety of its youth while at school. [Senate Bill 1100 achieves] that goal, while also mandating a reasonable accommodation for any student who feels he or she cannot follow the law.” We’re thrilled that the court affirmed what we’ve been saying all along—that Senate Bill 1100 is substantially related to the important government interest in protecting the privacy rights of all public school students. LGBT Hate: Man Convicted of "Gender Violence" for Calling a Man, a Man

 

Salma Luévano is a man. Sue me. August 15, 2023 Dear Arthur, A man named Salma Luévano is a man. He is a national legislator in Mexico. He is a man. He has always been male. He is male now. He thinks he is a woman. He is deluded. And now his delusion is leading to the punishment of another man, a good man named Rodrigo Iván Cortés who was a Congressman in Mexico and whose picture you see above. Rodrigo is a faithful Catholic and a family man. The crime Rodrigo has been convicted of is referring to Luévano as a man. You read that right. Rodrigo, who is a friend of C-Fam’s, has been convicted of telling the truth about the sex of another man. His conviction was just upheld by the Mexican high court. He has been convicted of “gender-based violence” for calling a man a man. This is outrageous. Consider this. Rodrigo’s Tweets referring to Luévano as a man came as a response to the anti-Catholic bigotry of Luévano who mocked Catholic teaching on human sexuality as “hate speech.” This is the world we live in now. This is the world the sexual left wants to impose on all of us, including on you and me. They would love to convict me of hate crimes for calling Luévano a man. Luévano is a man. He is not a woman. He is psychologically confused. I dare them to come after me for saying this. No, Jenner, No!

My name is Arthur Schaper, and I am a male. It doesn’t matter how I feel about it, or what you may think about it.  My name is Arthur Schaper, and I am a life-long resident of the state of California. I voted in the 2003 recall to get rid of lame Governor Gray Davis. Fast forward 18 years, and I have collected signatures to recall sham Governor Gavin Newsom. My name is Arthur Schaper. Who I am is not going to change just because I feel differently from day to day. This repetition of names and identities may seem trite and degrading, but it’s important to the larger point that I wish to make.

Identity matters, and reality matters even more, especially now in a time in which corporate, legacy media outlets routinely lie to our faces, in which corporate interests, and even “American First” rabblerousers and politicos seem interested in putting themselves first, ignoring the foundational principles of our great constitutional republic.

Identity means very little without recognizing what is real. Just because I feel like a nut does not mean I am one. Just because I want to be President of the United States, or at least just because I wish President Donald Trump were still in the White House does not mean that either I or he is currently serving as President. Reality bites, even if it does not reflect moral truth. But you have to bite in order to eat. The pangs of reality help deal with worse pangs down the road. Reality matters. Conservatism can’t conserve anything, let alone fight to gain anything, if we conservatives refuse to tell the truth about issues. Wasn’t it a Soviet dissident who told people “Live Not By Lies” as the first step to fighting tyranny?

Tyranny is based on lies, based on forcing people to go along with lies, and that has been the modus operandi for California politics for the last ten years. We hear about California as the 5^th largest economy in the world, and yet half of the population leaves their homes, only to find homeless sprawled all over the sidewalks, with waste, filth, and trash strewn about. We are told that California is a progressive utopia, when the irony of the word is lost on them (utopia means “nowhere” in Greek). There is no such thing as a progressive utopia. When the government declares war on small businesses; kowtows to teachers unions who do not want to teach students but still get a paycheck every month; enforces ridiculous lockdowns with mask mandates which have nothing to do with science or expertise, all while childing us to follow the science and listen to the experts, you have tyranny, not utopia.

California needs principled governance to govern us out of this mess. California is a mess, so messed up, it’s like a professional athlete who won gold medals running arduous decathlons, only to wake up thirty years later, declare to the world that he is actually a she, and that everyone should celebrate this strange transition of events. Of course, the mess that is California is aligned all to well with the mess that is Bruce “Caitlyn” Jenner. For biological fact and empirical reality, I will refer to Caitlyn as a he. It is scientifically, surgically, and psychologically impossible for a man to become a woman, and a woman to become a man. I just finished celebrating Mothers’ Day with other members of my local church, and it’s clear to me that not only men and women are fundamentally different, but that being a mother—and becoming a mother—is something that men cannot do.

We need new leadership in California.

That new leadership is not Caitlyn Jenner.

I am sickened that there are staunch, realistic, constitutionalist conservatives who are willing to jump on the Bruce Jenner bender. Trump voters are getting all giggly about this guy in drag. Even Sean Hannity gave Cait a softball interview, when he (Cait, that is) actually said “I support illegal immigration.” Following that slip of the tongue or a slip of the mind, Hannity slipped in to correct the recently declared gubernatorial candidate. “Thanks for having my back, Sean.”

Really. Really? Is this some kind of joke? Is this what California has been reduced to?!

California needs not just one recall, but a Total Recall (and not the Schwarzenegger kind). We need to recall what America is all about, what California used to be all about. But at the very least, we need to recall the fundamental basics, i.e. that there is male, there is female, and never the two shall transition.

“Cait for Gov” is madness. Why would anyone want to elect someone who is mentally ill to govern an entire state? Politicians are sick in head by and large, but a man who wears a slip with a few plastic bags shoved in his chest—that is just plain nuts!

Conservatives have been caving on the cultural issues for too long. Reagan WON two national elections by fighting for life, against abortion, for God, against secularism. Trump fought and won a number of cultural fights, too. One would think that the conservative movement would have learned the lesson by now that we need to fight, not flee, from contentious cultural issues. Want to win black, Hispanic, Asian votes? You don’t win those cohorts with social liberalism. How about some constitutional back-to-basics instead? How about fighting for faith, family, and freedom? Whatever happened to destroying the twin relics of barbarism, slavery and polygamy, which the founding GOP targeted in 1854?

Yes, California needs to Recall Newsom, but Californians must recall some sanity to California’s culture, and that starts with saying the ever so obvious: “No, Jenner, No!”

 Our Texas MassResistance chapter in Dallas is outraged that their courts and schools are part of this child abuse.

In Texas, the courts and schools have begun pushing the demonic “transgender” agenda on very young children. Will local businesses catering to children do the same? MassResistance says, “We won’t allow that!”

The infamous James Younger case

For the past four years, conservative websites and pro-family networks have been reporting the infamous case involving James Younger in Dallas. In 2016, his father Jeff Younger began divorce proceedings with his wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas. A major issue in the divorce was Jeff’s distress that his wife was determined to “transition” James, then four years old, into a girl named Luna. This had apparently been going on since James was three years old.

James has a twin brother (not identical) whom Georgulas is not attempting to “transition” into a girl. This adds an additional level of tragic confusion in that family.

Georgulas hired the most powerful pro-LGBT family law firm in the state to represent her. (The firm is also the biggest donor to Texas judicial races.) In court, she has insisted that she had the right to have James “become” a girl and even receive treatment at a “gender” clinic in Dallas that specializes in children. (Shockingly, Georgulas is a licensed, practicing pediatrician.) In court, her legal team has been aggressive in their efforts to keep Jeff from having any say in that.

In August 2020, a left-wing judge who had been recently assigned to the case abruptly reversed a previous judge’s order that gave the parents joint power over James’s medical decisions. The new ruling gave it solely to Georgulas. That is how things stand now.

The grisly details of this morally corrupt case have been covered in LifeSiteNews and Breitbart. The Texas court’s complacency in this legalized child abuse has been sharply criticized by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and several Texas lawmakers.

Enrolled as a girl in a local dance school – and stopped by MassResistance

While Jeff Younger has been fighting for James in the courts, MassResistance activists – led by our Texas Director Tracy Shannon and Assistant Director Kevin Whitt – have been working to support James with a growing team of local people. Following the judge’s recent ruling, there’s plenty of support needed!

In late July 2020, Anne decided to enroll James (now 8 years old) in a dance class as a girl! She signed him up in a local dance studio, Dance Machines, as “Luna.”

Kevin Whitt organized people in the Dallas area to take action. They started making phone calls to the dance studio, informing the owner that Luna was in fact a boy named James, and the mother was trying to “transition” him into a girl. Kevin also organized a social media campaign targeting the studio.

Within a week, the owner of the studio formally forced the withdrawal of young James. The owner said she was not aware that “Luna” was actually a boy, and had not actually met the child. But she made it very clear that James would not be allowed to dance and perform with other girls as a girl.

More protesting

Some of the MassResistance parents (and grandparents) were so outraged what was being done to James Younger that they decided to continue protesting even further. The idea that a pediatrician – whom parents tend to trust more than other medical people – would not only support sexually “transitioning” of a young child, but would do it to her own son, was incredibly chilling. Several people protested outside of Georgulas’s pediatric practice to inform parents about this.

But who would think that "modern parenting" would include bizarre gender ideology and "transitioning" little children - or that "classical healthcare" could include puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones for children?

At one point, there was also a small protest outside the home of the liberal judge who had arbitrarily reversed the ruling that had allowed Jeff to have a say in his son’s medical treatment.

Confronting James’s elementary school

This story gets worse. Earlier this month, Jeff confronted the school district where both his sons are currently enrolled: Coppell Independent School District, just outside of Dallas. The district administrators and staff are now referring to James as a girl, and calling him Luna. Jeff and his lawyers have filed a legal complaint to cease and desist, to which the school district has not yet replied. Because of other legal action filed by Georgulas’s lawyers, Jeff is unable to withdraw his sons from that school district.

The “gender clinic” for medical “transition” of children

MassResistance is also preparing to protest the Genecis Clinic at the Dallas Children’s Hospital – a ghoulish “gender clinic” for children – where we have been told that Georgulas is preparing to bring James for his “medical transition” treatments which include “puberty suppression and hormone replacement.”

Shockingly, since we reported several years ago how Boston Children’s Hospital pioneered this hideous practice, such “youth” clinics have been set up across the country and around the world. Some of those clinics are shown on this map published by a national LGBT organization (and sadly there are many more). The American College of Pediatricians (one of the few medical groups that hasn’t caved in to that agenda) spells out the problems here.

For too long, these insane “clinics” have operated without pushback from the public. That needs to change!

Activism is important

This is the kind of activism that makes a difference. Especially now, it’s very important. While other pro-family groups just wring their hands and (politely) complain, MassResistance believes we must boldly fight back, putting private businesses as well as public officials on notice that the public will not tolerate this abuse of children. Transgender Target Now Desperate for Workers?

Target sales are falling. Their stock is dropping.

They are losing market share and their customer base, and all of this after expanding their merchandise and offerings to the general public.

Men and women do not want to see men going into women's bathrooms. Parents care about the welfare and safety of their children, and therefore they want no part of a company that pushes a destructive, anti-biological agenda in the name of inclusiveness and tolerance.

This is a good sign on many fronts.

First of all, Target has to get real American workers, as opposed to relying on cheap labor imported from other countries, whether legally or illegally

I think this is a crazy strategy, one that will backfire big time. After all, how can any business offer more money to workers when they aren't making money in the first place?

On Friday, July 21, four Texas MassResistance mothers gave some of most the most hard-hitting and truthful testimony of the day before a State Senate committee.

They spoke at a packed public hearing on Bill SB3, known as the “Texas Privacy Act” by supporters and the “bathroom bill” by opponents.

Bill SB3 applies to state and local government buildings, including schools and charter schools. It requires that multi-person restrooms, locker rooms, and showers be only used by people of the same biological sex – not one’s so-called “gender identity.” In normal times this regulation would not be controversial (or even needed).

But the bill has infuriated the Left. Hundreds of people came to the State Capitol. The LGBT lobby – including an army of “transgenders,” other activists, representatives of corporations, and the well-funded national homosexual group “Human Rights Campaign” – packed the hearing room to try to stop the bill from passing. They railed about “discrimination,” “civil rights,” “suicide,” and the other usual topics.

Texas MassResistance: Standing out in the crowd

A lot of pro-family people testified, too. Most of them stuck to the “privacy” issue or other non-confrontational types of arguments. Our side tends to avoid dealing with the proverbial gorilla in the room – the subject of “transgenderism” or the radical LGBT agenda.

But not Texas MassResistance. The four mothers who testified included two former teachers and an attorney. They told the committee what no one else was willing to say.

For example:

• Allowing “transgender bathrooms” in schools is an opening for the LGBT movement to promote gender confusion in children. Some schools are already doing this and more are ready to do so. The LGBT movement has been lying to everyone for decades about their goals.
• Recognizing that “transgender rights” is a political agenda with no basis in fact. Denial of truth is neither therapeutic nor compassionate. Collaborating with it is participating in dysfunction. It is abuse of children.
• These are people have deep emotional and psychological issues. The parents talked about the success of therapy for dealing with and healing “transgender” problems, particularly with children.
• Material from American College of Pediatricians. The Texas MassResistance parents also gave the each of the Committee members written testimony by Dr. Michelle Cretella, president of the American College of Pediatricians (ACP), supporting thehe Texas Privacy Act. Dr. Cretella tells the medical truth about this absurd idea. “The narrative of ‘gender identity experts’ defies science and threatens all children,” she says.
• Powerful testimony by Robert Oscar Lopez, leader of Texas MassResistance. Excerpts from his written testimony was read aloud to the Committee by one of the mothers. Dr. Lopez led a “gay” lifestyle as a youth, but is now happily married (to a woman) and has children. “When they say that nobody will be harmed or inconvenienced by transgender policy, they are lying as they lied about every other pro-gay initiative in the past,” he told them.

Virtually nobody else on the pro-family side is willing to tell the truth this honestly.

This direct approach obviously sunk in. During the Texas MassResistance testimony, Committee members actually responded – with questions about the ACP and about how schools would deal with “transgender” students under this bill.

Beneath the surface, it’s mostly about the schools

The LGBT lobby and their corporate and media allies publicly talk about this being a “civil rights” and “anti-bigotry” issue, etc. But beneath the surface is a larger issue for LGBT activists.

Right now in Texas the most aggressive focus of the LGBT movement is on the public schools. In cooperation with left-wing school officials, the Human Rights Campaign is even in many elementary schools pushing “transgenderism” on the youngest children. Having “transgender” children use the opposite-sex bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers throughout the state is a huge part of their strategy.

As a result, there were several teachers, school administrators, and many others from the education establishment testifying at the Capitol that day testifying against Bill SB3. (The National Education Association is working with the Human Rights Campaign to push “transgender” inclusion in schools across the country.

After testifying, this Texas MassResistance mother was interviewed on local TV.

Testimony by the “transgenders” reveals a lot

There were lots of “transgenders” at the hearing. Almost all of them were men wearing women’s clothes. The testimony of many of them was quite sad and very revealing. They talked about the “bigotry” in society. They also talked about molestation, sexual abuse, and living very dysfunctional lives. They described feelings of suicide. They repeatedly made the point that unless their demands to use the bathroom and shower of their choice are granted, they will likely kill themselves.

All of this revealed to any observer that these people need real mental health help. For these people, being “transgender” is clearly a symptom of other tragic pain and trauma that is going on inside them.

The bill passes the Senate and goes to the House

At the end of the hearing, the Committee voted 8-1 in favor of the bill. On July 25, the bill went to the floor of the Texas Senate. After a lengthy floor debate, it passed by 21 to 10 with a few minor changes. It now goes to the Republican-dominated Texas House of Representatives, where the real battle begins.

The back story – the political battle within the Texas House GOP over this bill

Blocked by the GOP House Speaker. Bill SB3 is supported by the Governor and Lt. Governor, and a majority of the Republican-dominated Texas Legislature. It could easily pass both houses. But since the beginning of the year, the Republican Speaker of the House, Rep. Joe Straus (R-San Antonio), single-handedly refused to allow SB3 and similar bills to proceed. This has tremendously angered conservatives across Texas. They are even raising considerable money for opponents to run against Straus in the next election. It has also outraged conservative House members.

Why is the Speaker against the Texas Privacy Act? Local political observers give several reasons, including: (1) Straus gets lots of contributions from wealthy LGBT-friendly businessmen. (2) He believes the LGBT-generated propaganda that the bill will be “bad for business in Texas.” (3) He buys into the rhetoric that “transgenders will kill themselves” if they can’t use their preferred locker rooms, etc.

The current legislative session ends in three weeks on Aug. 17. It must get through the House by then. The pressure will be on the Speaker. We will continue to report on this.

A few days after her Texas testimony was given to the Texas Senate, Dr. Michelle Cretella was interviewed on the Tucker Carlson Show on national Fox News. She has continued to warn Americans about the terrible dangers that the transgender movement is inflicting on the nation’s children – much of which can cause serious and permanent medical damage.
