Can't Spin This: More #MeToo Harrassment from #MeToo Champion Cristina Garcia

More #MeToo allegations against this leading #MeToo advocate in Sacramento.

Cristina Garcia should just resign now and get it over with. She is broken goods. Who would have thought that someone who had championed standing up to corruption would turn out to be so corrupt herself.

I think of the William Butler Yeats poem "The Second Coming":

The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

The Cristina Garcia sexual-harassment scandal expanded when a former aide said the California assemblywoman suggested staffers join her in a game of “spin the bottle” and fired him after he complained.

I respect the staffer speaking out about this abuse of power. She was in charge of her office, and she would put her staffers through these odious practices. What were they going to say? The staffers of today become the candidates of tomorrow, and they want to ensure that they get elected without anyone stopping them.

First reported by Politico, the complaint filed Saturday with the state Department of Fair Employment & Housing by a former Garcia staffer identified as J. David Kernick follows allegations reported Feb. 8 that the Bell Gardens Democrat tried to grope a male legislative aide and a male lobbyist.

At least this whistleblower was willing to be named for the public. Some of the allegations are hidden under a shroud of secrecy, which leads us to question whether they are true or not.

The charges have received particular attention because Garcia, 40, has been seen as one of the leaders of the #MeToo movement, decrying a culture of sexual harassment by powerful men in California government.

When Kevin De Leon and Antonio Villaraigosa were pleading for support from the Santa Monica Democratic Club earlier this month, they talked about controlling men and making sure that they respect women and honor their concerns. Repeatedly I had to call out and remind them of Cristina Garcia. Women abuse men, too, and there is a disconcerting number of females exploiting their own position of power to prey on younger men and boys.

That too is wrong, that too is sexual harassment, and women too need to be held accountable.

Garcia’s legislative district is one of five in Los Angeles County currently without a representative. Assemblymen Raul Bocanegra and Matt Dababneh resigned and Sen. Tony Mendoza is on leave after harassment allegations. Assemblyman Sebastian Ridley-Thomas resigned, citing health problems.

Los Angeles County is a swamp of sexual perversion, which includes State Senator Ricardo Lara as well as Speaker of the Assembly Anthony Rendon. They both need to be flushed, and we both need to see better people representing the citizens of the state of California in Sacramento.

Kernick said in the official complaint and an interview with Politico that in 2014, when he was a field representative to Garcia, she engaged in a night of heavy drinking and urged about a half-dozen staffers to play spin the bottle, the game in which players end up kissing.

Garcia has a serious drinking problem. Who knew? Actually, lots of people get "lit up" in Sacramento. It's just something that happens a lot. So much drinking, womanizing--and now "man"-izing has become prominent.

Garcia “was seemingly not critical of [Kernick’s] work until after he questioned the appropriateness of her suggestion that after a fundraiser at a whiskey bar that [he] sit on the floor of her hotel room and play spin the bottle,” the complaint said.

Kernick had every right to call out Assemblywoman Garcia's "spin the bottle" perversity.

Kernick said that after “protesting this sexual harassment,” he was written up for insubordination and fired. Kernick said the write-up prevented him from finding another job in politics.

WOW! Then Kernick was pushed out of politics altogether for speaking out. This is what is happening in our political culture now. Men and women of moral merit are excluded, because they don't want to play along with the corrupt, inappropriate games which have become an untenable mainstay in legislative circles.

Kernick’s complaint said Garcia, a third-term assemblywoman, was “very disparaging to the staff and others, used vulgar language, discussed topics inappropriate for the workplace and showed herself to be very vindictive in nature.” Kernick said that after he was injured in a car accident in 2014, Garcia openly questioned his need for a medical leave in front of other employees.

WOW! I thought that Democrats were all about inclusion and compassion!

Another ex-staffer and a lobbyist told Politico of heavy drinking in Garcia’s offices, which they said featured a refrigerator to store wine and a refrigerator with a beer tap on top.

Garcia’s office did not immediately respond to a Southern California News Group request for comment Monday.

Final Reflection

When does this insanity stop?

Cristina Garcia needs to go. She has too much baggage now, and there does not seem to be anything left that will put an to this. Wow! Just wow is all I can write at this point.

Cristina Garcia: More #MeToo Allegations

Wow, it's gone from bad to worse for Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia (D-Bell Gardens).

LA Weekly wrote their own
secular hagiography for Garcia
Just two months ago, she was featured on the cover of LA Weekly, presenting herself as an icon of grassroots progressivism standing up to the Democratic misogynist establishment of Sacramento.

Now she's been exposed as another sexual paramour in the state capital, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. She made herself the face of the fight against #MeToo sexual harrassment and exploitation in the state legislature.

She was actually engaging it herself, it seems, too!

The hypocrisy is just stifling.
Garcia's own party sat on Melendez' whistle-blower
legislation--and Garcia harassed people herself!

The latest sex-harassment scandal in the state Legislature took an interesting turn the other day when four of state Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia’s former staffers alleged that she “spoke graphically” about having sex with other lawmakers in their offices.

WOW! And the staffers just put up with this? They didn't say or do anything about it?!

According to the ex-staffers, Garcia said having sex with other elected officials “was a good way of getting information,” their lawyer, Daniel Gilleon, wrote in a letter to the Assembly Rules Committee.

Ugh! When does this disgusting behavior end? It's Sodom and Gomorrah up there, and no one seems ot know when this litany of lust and licentiousness will end.

The former staffers declined to name the lawmakers “out of respect for their privacy,” Gilleon said. And the lawyer wouldn’t name the former staffers, saying they might want jobs again in the Legislature and figured going public would hurt their chances.

The former staffers also said Garcia pressured them into drinking in the office and at outside events, belittled her aides and often disparaged other lawmakers.

Garcia, D-Bell Gardens (Los Angeles County), was a leader in the state Capitol’s #MeToo movement until a former staffer and a lobbyist alleged that she had groped them. She is now on a leave of absence.

In a Facebook posting responding to Gilleon’s letter, Garcia wrote, “ I will address each of these issues individually after the investigations into these allegations are closed.”

This is getting creepier by the minute.

It should make for an interesting investigation — one that could make some lawmakers very nervous.

Reflection

The sexual perversion rolling out Sacramento is roiling the whole political process in the state of California. This lawlessness has been going for decades, most likely, and yet very little has been done about it.

Until now. I credit this turn to President Trump's election and the scurrying efforts of the rat-like Democrats and Republican enablers who have been covering up for all of this disgusting behavior. The political class in both parties have simply gotten too powerful and thus all too comfortable with siuch profligacy.

Will these stormy allegations make for a big switch in the state legislature and California politics? Not sure what to think at this point. The state Republican Party leaders don't seem to want to lead, but would rather embrace the slow, hospice-like decline of GOP registration and influence. One report now indicates that GOP registration is about to sink below Independents and unaffiliated voters in this state. This is nothing short of a disaster for everyone. One party rule has created this climate of sexual misconduct.

A leader ...
but not the way intended ..
Does anyone think that a different set of Democrats in Sacramento will change any of this?

Look now, and one of the biggest champions of ending sexual abuse was herself an abuser! The people of the state of California need to take back their state, and not just through a political party vehicle. Both parties need a serious exorcism!

Shame on Becerra! California Attorney General Silent on #MeToo Sexual Abuse in Sacramento

Image
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
WITH SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN OUR STATE CAPITOL, CALIFORNIA HAS AN ABSENTEE LEADER IN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE
Employees of the California State Legislature have no viable venue to ensure complaints of sexual harassment are thoroughly investigated; Attorney General Xavier Becerra is absent when it comes to defending the women in California's capitol.
SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA - The Office of the Attorney General has one distinct responsibility - to ensure impartiality in the implementation and execution of the laws in our state. Never before has the office of the Attorney General demonstrated such disregard for the duties set forth in the California Constitution. Governor Brown appointed Xavier Becerra to the office of Attorney General and immediately, the entire focus of the office shifted toward Washington.

In our state capitol, the movement “We Said Enough,” organized by women who work with legislators in the capitol, is condemning years of “pervasive sexual misconduct by powerful men” in an open letter released October 16 with more than 140 signatures. Within the next week, more than 300 women had signed the letter.  Since then, Becerra’s office has issued over 47 press releases addressing various investigations, lawsuits, and settlements but there has not been a single press release to indicate that his office will work to protect women against predatory sexual harassment in our state capitol.

Judge Steven Bailey supports the passage of Assembly Bill 403, the Legislative Employees Whistleblower Protection Act sponsored by Assemblywoman Melissa Melendez (R) which would protect legislative employees from retaliation when reporting any violation of federal or state laws, including sexual misconduct, by making retaliation a misdemeanor. Currently, victims have to maneuver through a labyrinth of procedural steps designed to intimidate and curtail the exposure of such misbehavior.

Furthermore, the legislative auditor needs to grant special authority to the Attorney General's office to prosecute violations instead of consulting an outside law firm as Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon and Senate Pro Tempore Kevin de Leon have proposed. “It is a travesty that there is no explanation as to why the Attorney General's office cannot lead in the impartial proceedings to defend the rights of the workers in our own state capitol. These workers would have been protected had the legislators not exempted themselves," said Judge Bailey.

"The Attorney General needs to launch a task force on the process capitol employees use to report sexual harassment without fear of reprisal. If the current Attorney General refuses to investigate these reports of misconduct and subsequent retaliation, he must explain why the people of California should pay an outside law firm while he is the state's top lawyer and law enforcement official on our payroll," stated Judge Steven Bailey.

Moore Victory Lap: Beverly "Yearbook" Nelson a Fraud

"...it's just weeks before the election and that's the media's favorite time to produce wild accusations against Republicans." - Ann Coulter
View this email in your browser

Team,

Today, Bill Armistead, the Chairman for the Roy Moore for U. S. Senate Campaign, hosted a press conference with key spokesmen Philip Jauregui, Ben DuPre, and Janet Porter to highlight the fact that so-called evidence used to support false allegations against Roy Moore have been proved to have been forged.
Today, the Moore Campaign held a press conference addressing the yearbook forgery.
Earlier in the day, noted liberal attorney Gloria Allred and her client Beverley Young Nelson held a press conference in Atlanta to admit that Nelson had forged the entry in the yearbook that she used as evidence that Judge Roy Moore had allegedly assaulted her.

“Just as we declared weeks ago, this inscription is a fake.  It is the only shred of evidence that has been offered to support the allegations against Judge Moore,” said campaign spokesman Philip Jauregui.  “What Gloria Allred has admitted today is that her client lied, her evidence is a forgery, but that is not going to stop their campaign against Judge Moore.”

Furthermore, in other news reports from earlier in the day, this storyline of allegations against Judge Moore was revealed to have been planted by a key Republican operative close to the Washington establishment and Senate leadership.

Armistead added: “Judge Roy Moore’s only crime on this campaign is that he has been unwilling to play ball with the Washington insiders.  He will win next Tuesday and be Alabama’s next US Senator.”

Who's Next on the #MeToo Chopping Block in Sacramento? Matt "The Jerk" Dababneh

The sexual harassment scandals are spilling out into the open like never before. The Democrats have stood by their perverts and predators for years, but they no longer have a strong protection in the corrupt, left-wing media.

Raul Bocanegra has resigned.

It looks like Matt Dababneh is next, as a disturbing set of allegations from lobbyist Pamela Lopez indicates that the West Valley Democratic assembly locked her in a bar bathroom and masturbated inf front of her.

Other campaign staffers have commented that is sexual behaviors and disgusting banter drove other women away from assisting candidates in their campaign bids.

This is pretty sick, althought Dababneh denies all of it, and his lawyer has issued a cease and desist letter to Lopez.

At an emotional press conference in Sacramento Monday morning, lobbyist Pamela Lopez named Assemblyman Matt Dababneh (D-Woodland Hills) as the legislator she says pushed her into a bar restroom and masturbated in front of her. Lopez says they were at a party in Las Vegas to celebrate two mutual friends’ wedding, not in Sacramento as previously reported.

Lopez, who testified about the incident at an Assembly hearing last week without naming the legislator, said at the time she feared retaliation for speaking out. She was also afraid that revealing the episode took place in Las Vegas would reveal Dababneh’s identity before she was ready.

Another blog suggests that the Los Angeles Times has known about Dababneh's salacious behavior, but refused to report on it. Shameful!

Sacramento lobbyist Pamela Lopez has claimed that, in 2016, Democratic Assemblyman Matt Dababneh followed her into a bathroom, masturbated in front of her and urged her to touch him. Dababneh has strongly denied the allegation.

"It was Matt Dababneh," Lopez told The Times in a November interview.

Lopez jolted the California political world seven weeks ago when she first shared her account of an encounter in Las Vegas, joining more than 140 women as they denounced in an open letter a "pervasive" culture of sexual harassment and misconduct in the state Capitol.

The Los Angeles Times was not "jolted" by this story. The true jolting occurred when this pro-Democratic rag had no choice but to report on the "Jerk from West Valley".

Lopez had not publicly accused Dababneh until Monday, when she formally filed a complaint with the Assembly and named him at a news conference. The Times had been preparing a report on her accusations against Dababneh, and sought the assemblyman's comment late last week.

Dababneh told the Times on Monday afternoon that he "100%" denies Lopez's allegation.
"I am utterly shocked and blown away," Dababneh said in an interview. "This is a career-ending charge based on no facts."

Yet the Democratic Party throughout the country jumps on every hint of impropriety against Republicans, and they demand that the court of public opinion serve as judge, jury, and political career executioner.

Cry me a river, Matt!

Lopez, 35, first told her story of the encounter to the New York Times in October, but she declined to name the legislator. At an Assembly hearing Tuesday on harassment prevention, she said, "I am fearful of being retaliated against."

She has told the Los Angeles Times in a series of interviews she worried that naming the legislator would turn him into a scapegoat, distracting from the larger issues of a Capitol culture she believes does not sufficiently protect women. She also told The Times she wasn't naming him because he holds a powerful position.

He is chairman of  the Finance and Banking Committee. Wow. It looks like all of his chances have been cashed out at this point.

Lopez said in the interviews that when she initially told her story to news organizations, she purposely misstated the location, saying it happened in a bar in Sacramento. The reason, she said, was that she feared disclosing the true location — a co-ed bachelor party at a Las Vegas hotel – because it would have made it easier to identify Dababneh.

HUH?

The heads are rolling in Sacramento. It's about time.

Corey Feldman Slams Lauer Over Hollywood Pedophilia (Lauer Gets Canned for Misconduct Too!)

Now put this one in the "major irony" file.

Below, we have Matt Lauer grilling Corey Feldman about the pedophile rings rampant in Hollywood.

Kids go in hoping to become stars, only to find out that they are prey for perverts looking for another conquest.

Terrible.

Notice, however, how the corrupt, complicit left-wing media spent more time attacking Feldman rather than taking his cases seriously.

Check out how Barbara Walters treated the former child actor's allegations:

Then you can see how NBC's own Matt Lauer cast doubt on Feldman and shamed him for speaking on a national program--as though the young man was looking for easy publicity only:

Now, Lo and Behold, Lauer has been canned!

Allegations of sexual misconduct shot up to the top of the heirarchy at NBC, and they gave him the boot!

BAM! How about that?!

Judge Moore Slams WaPo Hate Smear: "The Definition of Intentional Defamation"

Moore Campaign Issues Statement on Another Baseless Political Attack by the Washington Post

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Today, the Judge Roy Moore Campaign for U.S. Senate issued a statement responding to yet another baseless political attack by the Washington Post, a paper that has endorsed Judge Moore’s opponent. Moore campaign chair Bill Armistead released the following statement on Thursday afternoon:

“Judge Roy Moore has endured the most outlandish attacks on any candidate in the modern political arena, but this story in today’s Washington Post alleging sexual impropriety takes the cake.  National liberal organizations know their chosen candidate Doug Jones is in a death spiral, and this is their last ditch Hail Mary.

“The Washington Post has already endorsed the Judge’s opponent, and for months, they have engaged in a systematic campaign to distort the truth about the Judge’s record and career and derail his campaign.  In fact, just two days ago, the Foundation for Moral Law sent a retraction demand to the Post for the false stories they wrote about the Judge’s work and compensation.  But apparently, there is no end to what the Post will allege.

“The Judge has been married to Kayla for nearly 33 years, has 4 children, and 5 grandchildren.  He has been a candidate in four hotly-contested statewide political contests, twice as a gubernatorial candidate and twice as a candidate for chief justice.  He has been a three-time candidate for local office, and he has been a national figure in two ground-breaking, judicial fights over religious liberty and traditional marriage.  After over 40 years of public service, if any of these allegations were true, they would have been made public long before now.

“Judge Roy Moore is winning with a double-digit lead.  So it is no surprise, with just over four weeks remaining, in a race for the U.S. Senate with national implications, that the Democratic Party and the country’s most liberal newspaper would come up with a fabrication of this kind.

“This garbage is the very definition of fake news and intentional defamation.”

On Thursday, Judge Moore called the allegations by the Post “completely false and a desperate political attack."

WaPo Hate Takes a Dive With Smear Campaign, Breitbart Readership Surpasses

The Washington Post has hit a new low.

Breitbart News exposed the shameful hit piece that they were going to push next.

They have no decency left, do they?

The headline for the Breitbart News website listed the following:

First, Breitbart News scooped the Washington Post and their fraudulent hit piece--the second major slight against Judge Roy Moore.

Then they announced that their viewership or readership has just surpassed the Washington Post. We see some real winning her.

Judge Roy Moore is everything that Washington fears. He won't do what he is told by K Street Swamp creatures. He will work with the conservative phalanx represented by Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, and Rand Paul.

He is pro-life, he is pro-family, and he is not afraid to fight for those Judeo-Christian values which make all the difference in holding together and prospering a free society.

These are some pretty nasty hit pieces. Moore has been fighting for every necessary reform and change. He defeated the GOP Swamp. Now the Democratic Swamp is hoping to divert from their own massive, rampant sexual perversities to promote their own failing candidate Doug Jones.

This is the lowest low yet for yellow, mainstream media journalism.

Jeff Bezos has already covered up for his financial misdeeds in Europe. He faced some heavy fines, which his news network predictably refused to cover in his newspaper.

These are pretty hefty tactics. What is going on?
