Why have you not denounced Ed Buck and repudiated your relationship with him?
Here's the latest report on Ed Buck and all his long-overdue conviction for all the wrongdoing which he has engaged in:
LOS ANGELES (AP) — A federal jury on Tuesday convicted a
wealthy California political donor on charges he injected gay men with
methamphetamine in exchange for sex, leading to two deaths and other overdoses.
Ed Buck, 66, was found guilty of all nine felony counts in
federal court, which could lead to a life sentence. The verdict came exactly
four years after one of the victims, 26-year-old Gemmel Moore, was found dead
of an overdose in Buck's West Hollywood apartment.
"Today is bittersweet," LaTisha Nixon, Moore's
mother, said after the verdict. "We got victory today."
After four hours of deliberations, a jury in Los Angeles found Ed Buck guilty on all nine charges brought against him, including maintaining a drug den, distributing methamphetamine, enticement to cross state lines to engage in prostitution, and providing the drugs that led to the deaths of Gemmel Moore and Timothy Dean.
The truth is that Ed Buck lured many BLACK men into his West Hollywood apartment, plied them with drugs, then had sex with them, or should we say, raped them, since they were intoxicated and/or under the influence of some controlled substance.
Ed Buck was notoriously hated among activists in the Los Angeles Black Community, and rightly so, considering the number of their deaths which took place in his apartment.
Just because Ed Buck was a flagrant homosexual activist, just because he donated large sums of money to the Democratic Party, and to candidates like your husband, is that an excuse to overlook his crimes, his wrongdoings against black people? Here we have the very essence of the so-called "white privilege" that left-wing activists and Democratic politicians love to pontificate about. Was not Mr. Ed Buck the epitome of white privilege, or white supremacy, because he had gotten away for so long with exploiting and then killing black men?
Trustee Lieu, if you supported Ed Buck then, how can you claim to care about fighting racism now? If you have received to repudiate the wrongdoing that Ed Buck engaged in, how can you claim, as other Democratic activists and politicians claim, that "Black Lives Matter"?
In some Facebook groups, there are some dedicated, embittered leftists who are determined to smear, defame, attack, and shame me.
But it makes no difference, because I claim a wonderful promise:
"No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue
which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of
the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD." (Isaiah 54:17)
Another verse comes to mind when I see some of the more heated invective from these hatemongers:
"They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed
down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen
themselves. Selah." (Psalm 57:6)

It's quite clear that Enciso does not think black lives matter at all. A desperate hypocrisy.
But let's not stop there.
She supports this so-called "LGBT community." Since when do behaviors that harm individuals and groups of people as a whole constitute a "community"?
Why are schools teaching children that it is OK to abuse their bodies, aka engage in homosexual acts? Why does Leah think it's OK for people who have been abused, neglected, or molested, who in turn fall into the destructive homosexual lifestyle, should be left to suffer? Don't they deserve help? Don't they deserve to be set free?
This is a community: men and women who left the gay lifestyle

Why does Leah Enciso insist on damning men and women who have left homosexuality, transgenderism, and the like as haters? This is just so sad, so disgusting. She probably thinks it's OK for adult sex entertainers to groom children. Would she object to sex offenders being around children in so-called Drag Queen Story Hour?
LGBT Community .. does that include sex offenders reading to children? Does Leah support this, too?
Last of all, she says the term "anti-immigrant", without taking into account that I have worked with men and women of all backgrounds who immigrated to this country.
What Enciso really means is that she wants open borders, full amnesty for illegal alien lawbreakers, and a complete disdain for cultures. In other words, she thinks that Mexicans are anti-immigrant, since they enact harsh laws in that country against illegal immigration. She must think that Singapore (and Singaporeans) are anti-immigrant, since they do not tolerate anyone breaking into their country. One has to wonder if Mrs. Enciso could find Singapore on a map ...
Let's be frank: Enciso is anti-immigrant. She despises and spits on the efforts of men and women who worked hard, played by the rules, and entered the United States legally. Simple as that.
Worst of all, though, Enciso promotes a hate group called The Southern Poverty Law Center, which has a long track record of abuse, racism, and bigotry.
The SPLC targets immigrants, like the men and women who have joined The Remembrance Project. Maria Espinoza and others give these grieving mothers and fathers a voice because their children were murdered by illegal aliens. Since when is caring for grieving families hate? Only to the SPLC ... and apparently Leah Enciso, too.
Morris Dees, the co-founder of this hate group, was later fired from the SPLC for promoting the very sexism, bigotry (and sexual misconduct!) that he and his organization supposedly opposes.

These are the messages that Black Lives Matters wants to bring into America's schools.
Even though school’s not in session, most people don’t realize that Black Lives Matter (BLM) is working hard in cities across America to push its radical agenda into the public schools. Left-wing teachers and administrators are opening the doors to them. Local students are being coached to propagandize the message to others.
But MassResistance is already confronting it! Earlier this month, that’s exactly what happened in one California city.
Black Lives Matter purports to be a “civil rights” group. But as their website and their public actions reveal, it is actually a heavily Marxist, anti-American, anti-family organization that has a sickening record of violence against police and others who disagree with them. It is heavily intertwined with the radical LGBT movement. It does not actually support “black lives” in any substantive manner. The public schools are the last place BLM should have any influence.
Last month, parents in El Segundo, CA, were alarmed to find out that a “Students for Change” rally – to be held across the street from the high school with high school and middle school students participating – was being promoted on social media. It was hosted by Black Lives Matter, and included the high school’s “LGBTQ Club.”
ESUS is "El Segundo Unified School District" - all the schools in the city.
What was the message that this radical group was bringing the kids of El Segundo? Would there be any counter information from our side?
With El Segundo High School in the background, MassResistance parents come to the BLM rally.
The event included about 50 BLM activists. As in most BLM events, almost all of them were white adults, many holding anti-American and other combative signs. (There was a higher percentage of blacks among the MassResistance parents than in the BLM group!) There were also two police officers present.
Students (at right, near bench) address the BLM activists.
It became clear that the purpose was to bring in some local students who had already been taught BLM’s class warfare ideology. They would speak to the rally about what they would be doing to promote this in their schools, and especially among other students. The local BLM leaders were also there with their own speeches –expounding upon the “urgent” need to “reform” the local school policies and curricula.
Note the clenched fist. The message seems to be that regular American History in the schools needs to be replaced.
These people are very serious: Indoctrinating children now fuels the future of their radical movement.
Stirring up trouble!
It seemed a perfect day for propaganda – until MassResistance showed up!
Before the speeches began, Arthur and the some of his allies went into the BLM crowd to ask them – quite politely – about what their signs meant, what their political goals were, and what they were doing to help “black lives.” In other words, they tried to engage in some dialogue.
But instead, the BLM activists became angry and cursed in the most foul and disgusting manner. They had no interest in any reasoned conversation on the issues. The people holding signs couldn’t really explain what the signs meant. Legitimate questions just made them angrier.
These are people who thrive on intimidating others and forcing public officials to implement their bizarre ideas. But a few MassResistance activists pressing them with questions derailed the activists. Clearly, their movement isn’t driven by substantive ideas, but by emotion – and a hatred of normal society.
This man came up to Arthur and screamed an uncontrollable rant of profanity (it seemed every other word was f***.) and veiled threats. These are the people who want to influence your children in the schools.
Arthur politely asked the woman holding the sign what it meant. She ddn't seem to know. Instead she screamed that he was an a**-h*** and walked away.
Trying to stop MassResistance
Before long, the BLM leader approached Arthur. He said that Arthur and his friends had no right to “question our speakers.” He said that the law says that Arthur and the others must separate themselves from the rally participants. He said that he had lawyers there who would get involved if Arthur didn’t immediately comply.
The BLM leader got in Arthur's face and ordered him to leave, threatening legal action. Arthur stood his ground.
Arthur told him, “There is no such law. I can be wherever I want and talk to whomever I please. Go ahead and get your lawyers.” The BLM leader called the police over. The police agreed with Arthur. So the BLM leader stomped away, back into the crowd.
At one point the BLM people started blocking Arthur’s camera when he was taking photos – and the police intervened and told them to quit it.

The police officers knew that we were going to defend our rights, and were very reasonable.
The speeches
It’s not an exaggeration to say that the speeches were largely incoherent statements about the “systemic” racism, homophobia, and transphobia in El Segundo – a bizarre twist on the traditional Marxist class struggle rhetoric. In particular, the schools are full of people who “are addicted to bigotry and racism.” They did not try to contain their hatred of American society.
Several high school and middle school students gave speeches. About half of them said they were “LGBTQ.” They whined about racism, “classism,” “transphobia,” or “homophobia” that kept them all from being “who they really are.”
One middle school girl talked about how she “identifies” as a boy. Another girl talked about how she is a bisexual. This brought applause from the BLM audience.
One black middle school boy told the crowd that because of the white majority in El Segundo, he used to think of himself as white and would laugh at jokes made against black people, then he realized that he was “black only in skin color” and “white in every way but skin color.” It fits right in with the BLM talking points.
One white girl said that the “systematic racism” in El Segundo was so bad that it is now “the fifth most racist city in California.” (Arthur asked where she got that statistic, but she refused to answer.) A lot of macroaggressions every day at school, she said. And they droned on and on.
The only thing that can fix all these terrible social problems, the students agreed, is the cultural cleansing that the BLM demands the schools undertake.
Does this mean that anyone who doesn't mouth the BLM mantra will meet with violence? It seems that way.
At the end, the BLM leaders gave their own speeches, which were mostly more race-baiting nonsense, including such gems as “Suppose a group was laughing at your race – starting in elementary school?” It would have been laughable if these people weren’t so deadly serious.
Just in case the BLM activists forgot their lines, they brought their handbook with them!
A dialogue on race?
A theme repeated by a number of the students in the rally was: “It’s time to start having those hard conversations about race, sexuality, and systemic racism.” And we definitely want to do that! So at the end of the event, Arthur and a few other MassResistance activists engaged in spirited discussions with some of the students. Some of them took up Arthur’s challenge to have those “hard conversations.”
These three MassResistance parents weren't afraid to exchange some ideas with BLM.
But before long one of the BLM leaders came up to the students to escort them away. She seemed worried that some of them might start thinking for themselves and stop believing the BLM talking points! One of the students walked back to our activists and continued the discussion! A victory for our side? In some ways it’s BLM’s biggest nightmare!
Note the shirt's message: Make America Constitutional Again." This seemed to really upset the BLM bullies.
Final Reflection
BLM’s targeting of the public schools is very aggressive and must be taken seriously. It uses civil rights as a Trojan horse for its radical agenda. Its connection with the LGBT movement is not coincidental.
Black Lives Matter is largely run by angry white people whose hatred of society (and anyone who disagrees with them) seems sociopathic. They behave like classic bullies. They thrive on intimidating and attacking people, especially in a crude and vulgar manner.
But they are weak and cowardly when confronted. Pro-family people must stand up to them.
And in this case, the El Segundo police were extremely accommodating to MassResistance. They had seen us in action about ten days earlier when we stood up to Black Lives Matter – and were also not afraid to stand our ground to the police when we were in the right. They clearly respected that. When they saw Arthur this time, the first thing the police officer said to him was, “Nice to see you again, sir. How was your Fourth?” And they stood by him against the BLM thugs.
Pro-family people need to learn from this. The “culture war” flame has been turned up a lot higher!

Gay pride parades started discoloring the scene June 28th, 1970, following the Stonewall Riots in New York City. The first parade took place along Christopher Street, specifically, where the Stonewall Inn is located.
Since then, different cities large and small have brought in Gay pride parades of different kinds. They are debauched affairs, filled with sexual perversion, rampant nakedness, and child abuse.
I marched in the Los Angeles Gay Pride Parade last year as a pro-Trump, pro-Family counterprotest. A few other members of LA County for Trump had joined me, but ultimately we had a small contingent within the parade. Most of the opening speeches at the event featured Democratic politicians from the city as well as Congressional representatives like Lyin' Ted Lieu (my Congressman, sadly).
The whole affair turned into a Resist Trump March, and some homosexuals in the Los Angeles area refused to participate. Some gays voted for Trump, and one of them walked by me and my fellow counterprotesters to share how uncomfortable the whole event had become.
Gay Pride parades in Toronto have fallen on hard times, too.

But there are some perfectly legitimate reasons to skip the
annual [Toronto Gay Pride Parade] bash. I’m gay, and I boycotted the parade last year. So did a lot of
other people, apparently: Pride’s beverage sales declined from $348,917 in 2016
to $197,336 in 2017.

What happened?
With Pride now so closely associated with radical anti-police NDP
activists, any conservative who attends is walking into a hornets’ nest.
And that’s not the only reason a centrist or right-leaning politician
might want to skip.

The Gay Pride parades have become increasingly lawless affairs, where left-wing intersectionality politics has bred more disruptions from other aggrieved identity groups. Black Lives Matter protesters overwhelmed gay pride parades in Minneapolis and Washington DC last year, essentially shutting them down. One report out of Sweden suggests that left-wing demonstrators tried to shut down a gay pride parade in Stockholm because it was offensive to Muslims. Similar protests interrupted the gay pride event in Edmonton, Alberta this year, too. Interestingly enough, pride parades in other cities have gotten shorter but with more security. Check out what happened in Chicago in 2016, for example.
The first major point, however, rests on the anti-police, anti-public safety sentiment growing among these different events.
The premier-designate Doug Ford had other words for the parade, too:
Some on the left have claimed Ford’s description of Pride as an event
where “middle-aged men with pot bellies” run down the street “buck naked” was
evidence of homophobia. I’d say that was just an accurate description of what
goes on. Disturbingly, more and more parents are bringing young children to
watch the parade, exposing them to provocative displays of sexuality that no
child should witness. If a politician believes in family values, why would he
or she want to be associated with such debauchery?
Every politician should believe in family values. Notice also that the writer of the report quoted above contrasts gay pride with family values. They are simply not the same thing, and how could anyone argue otherwise? For the record, that writer identifies as gay.
There are people who still identify as gay and want to practice their faith. At the outset, I find these talking points very difficult to swallow (no pun intended). It makes very little sense to me how any religious adherent can still embrace homosexual behaviors and consider themselves walking in line with the tenets of their faith. Still, those individuals exist, and they find that gay pride parades are not welcome.
As such, Pride feels much more like an ode to
capitalism than a fight for actual civil rights. Pride’s corporative makeover
contributes to an image that I find politically troubling – that neoliberal
ideology is the generator of LGBT rights. As a gay person of Muslim heritage,
the inescapable secularism of Pride makes me anxious. When western capitalism
is painted as a haven for gay rights, I experience a friction between the Muslim
and queer parts of my identity.
Putting aside the inane self-absorption of this writer, there is a wider point worth taking out of this passage. The increasingly secular nature of the whole pride event is a general turnoff to those with some belief in a transcendent creator
The obscene displays of half-naked or almost completely naked adults have no place in public, especially with young children.
The regressive Left has learned the hard way that if equality is the final standard for anything, one group of people will claim to be more equal than another group. Nothing but conflict emerges from this fight over greater victimhood and entitlement.
It's time for Gay Pride parades to roll up and go away. Some conservatives who still identify with same-sex attraction have stated that these parades are not even necessary, since gays can "marry", anyway, and that's the only value that really matters.
There's one problem, however: the left is not interested in reaching certain goals, but rather pushing an encroaching, destructive cultural Marxism at all costs.

Then last week, I got a phone call from a man named Michael Powelson.
I thought I had met this person at a Trump rally in Downtown Los Angeles.
In fact, it was the man who talked/argued with us on December 10!
How interesting!
He wanted me to speak to his class at LA Valley College!
Here was the email that he sent to me:
We met on Hollywood Blvd. during a pro-Trump rally and I'm emailing to
ask if you would speak to my US History class at L.A. Valley College in Van
Nuys (San Fernando Valley).
Most of my students are likely anti-Trump, but I have told them they
must be respectful--as I too will be. You should be prepared for some tough
questions, however. Although I disagree with Trump, I do not regard him as the
monster portrayed by the press. I also hold Hillary in contempt, and I
encourage you to criticize her as well. Since Trump supporters are few in the
San Fernando Valley, I want my students to hear from someone like you, who I
took to be thoughtful and serious about your politics.
The class meets every Tuesday evening at 7pm,and I can arrange for you
to have a parking pass. You should plan to speak for 15-20 minutes and then
field questions.

This opportunity is something that I have been waiting for ... for years!
It's time for conservatives to start storming the blue areas and making the case for Trump, for free markets, for free enterprise, and free people.
No one is going to win over young voters are take on the next generation until we start going there and talking to people. What else does anyone expect to happen?
This visit turned into a great chance to hear the points of view from young people. especially those hearing nothing but a hasten, illiberal narrative. After all, Dr. Powelson affirmed his very Marxist views during our debate next to the Trump star.
I was happy to attend his class.
Of course, three other members of We the People Rising went with me. Their presence there helped me to make the case for Trump to a very progressive audience. I would love to see Ben Shapiro try that!

I did not mince words, but announced my welcome support for President Trump. I am certain that members of We the People Rising would have never imagined my saying what I did that day. Even after Ted Cruz dropped out in May, 2016, I was still hoping for a brokered convention.
So, why do I support Donald Trump? Here's what I had to say:

It's deeply disturbing to me that college students compare Christianity and Islam, as if they are the same.
Nope!
I was not afraid to touch that third rail of political discussion.
Should we think about banning Islam at this point?
Then the discussion turned to immigration. I found myself repeatedly having to determine if the students were talking about legal or illegal immigration.
The latest trend from the university set and the regressive left is to blur and then eliminate the distinction between legal and illegal.
At this right, why not talk about stealing as "undocumented borrowing"? Or murder as "undocumented forced rest." Why not call rape "undocumented marriage"?
The students had strong remarks as well as question about my views:
One of the students asked more basic uestions, like "How are you?"
I spoke at great length about spiritual issues and uesitons. I found myself preaching about the Old and New Covenants, versus Islam and its fanatical demands for full adherence, or death.
Abortion came up, along with ontological discussions about creation, God, and the soul. Professionals in the class challenged my definitions on legal and illegal immigration, but I was not going to cave in.
I enjoyed this sharp exchange of ideas!

One student actually claimed that Donald Trump is taking this country backwards.
The spikes of racism and conflict throughout the country do indicate that there are problems plaguing this country.
However, all of this racial strife and conflict about illegal immigration did not start with Trump. It's all Obama's fault, the same President who played the weak fool to the Arab nations, who did nothing while ISIS overwhelmed the Middle East, who routinely threw Israel under the bus, and who sponsored and fomented ethnic hatred among Americans.
Most of the students did not agree with me. but that's OK.
At certain times throughout the discussion, Janet, Mike, and Robert chimed in with answers. I am so glad that they were there.
We had a few other comments to share about the campus as we left for the evening:
Before we left for the evening. we stopped by the Free Speech area to take a photo, and pledge to expand its borders.
Final Reflection
Once again, the invitation to speak to college students about Donald Trump was the chance of a lifetime.
It's really exciting to make the case for your President, even when those listening do not agree with me right away. Conservatives, pro-Trump advocates, need to step up and speak up to the next generation. All too many of them are getting left-wing lies, and they are being told by their liberal professors.
In the meantime, let's confront and dialogue with the students. There is no better way to get young people to start thinking about what they are learning, and what they are thinking.
Let's get out of identity politics, and let's start identifying the political narrative and agenda sweeping through universities throughout the country.
And let's start with LA.
Let's Make California Great Again. Why not start by making the case to college students?!
I had a lot of fun at the #WhyTorrance Town Hall headed by Mayor Pat Furey.
He was hoping for an easy forum in which he can pat himself on the back and tell everyone what a great mayor he is.
LOL!
I had a lot of questions for the Mayor--and instead of answering my questions, he wanted to avoid me then ignore me.
But I was not going to be put aside.
He gave me the impression that only certain types of questions would be tolerated.
WHAT?!
I noticed that there was one police officer in the room.
WHAT?
He stayed close by me during this Town Hall.
Not sure what he was worried about ...
Towards the end of the townhall, Furey actually started taking questions from the audience!
First, I demanded answers on the WestCal group that kisses his feet. Another member of the audience actually pressed him for answers!

Final Reflection
I am grateful to all the support that the Beach Cities Republicans board and membership to me and others.
Tracy was the key supporter for me on this evening. She prodded Furey about CCA, and I had the chance to follow up on him.
More residents in the city have told me that they are glad that I confronted the mayor. He showed his real nature, someone who is angry, prone to blame others, unwilling to take ownership of his own failings, more interested in lashing out at others.
It's time to put an end to this guy's reign of terror/error.
