The Family Research Council (FRC) was the target of an attempted mass shooting by Floyd Corkins who confessed he chose to attack FRC because of the SPLC’s “hate list” and “hate map.” For far too long, the SPLC has maligned and endangered people with its outrageous and demonstrably false “hate list” proclamations. Mark Potok is a former senior fellow at the SPLC and served as the editor-in-chief of SPLC’s biannual publication, Intelligence Report, and its regular investigative reports.

At the 2007 Michigan Alliance Against Hate Crimes Conference, Potok bragged about the SPLC “hate list,” declaring, “We really try and tackle these groups. Let me say that our aim, and sometimes the press describes us as monitoring hate groups, so I want to say plainly that our aim in life is to destroy these groups, to completely destroy them.”

The fact is, Potok and the SPLC’s hateful rhetoric stir up individuals to harm law-abiding people, as did Floyd Corkins, who wanted to commit mass murder.

On August 15, 2012, a heavily armed Floyd Corkins barged into the headquarters of the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. In addition to guns and ammo, Corkins carried with him a bag of Chick-fil-A sandwiches, intending to stuff them in the mouths of the FRC employees he planned to kill that day. Praise God, a brave security guard stopped Corkins’ rampage, but took a bullet in the process.

Corkins later confessed to the FBI that his murderous plan was motivated by the so-called “Hate Map” on the SPLC website that listed FRC as a “hate group.” In 2013, Corkins was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

On June 14, 2017, James Hodgkinson took aim at the Republicans practicing for the annual congressional baseball game. Hodgkinson had traveled from his suburban Illinois home weeks before, living in his van while prowling Washington, D.C., to “case out” the best scenario in which to kill as many Republican officeholders as possible.

On the day of the shooting, Hodgkinson shot more than 70 rounds, putting a congressional staffer, a Republican lobbyist, a Capitol Police officer, and House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) in critical condition. Again, praise God, none died from Hodgkinson’s rampage … but it was a close call for each of the above who spent weeks, and in some cases, months, to recover. To this day, Rep. Scalise walks with a pronounced limp due to his injuries.

Defeat the SPLC!

Police officers shot and killed Hodgkinson at the scene. Handwritten notes found in Hodgkinson’s pockets revealed the deranged man had a long list of Republicans he planned to kill that day, including Representatives Scalise, Jeff Duncan (R-SC), Trent Franks (R-AZ), Morgan Griffith (R-VA), Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Mo Brooks (R-AL) — ALL of whom had previously been vilified.

However, the SPLC has never been held accountable for the false “hate” label that fueled James Hodgkinson’s and Floyd Corkins’ mass murder attempts. Liberty Counsel aims to change that.

Liberty Counsel is suing the SPLC.

Liberty Counsel has joined the legal team representing The Dustin Inman Society (DIS) and its founder and president, D.A. King, which the SPLC has falsely painted as an “anti-immigrant” hate group.

DIS was formed in 2000, after an illegal immigrant’s recklessly driven vehicle hit and killed 16-year-old Dustin Inman and paralyzed his mother. The organization was founded to “end illegal immigration, illegal employment, and the illegal administration and granting of Public Benefits and services through the equal application of existing laws” in the state of Georgia.

The SPLC designated the DIS as an “anti-immigrant hate group” in its annual Intelligence Report published in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, and classified it as a “hate group” in its annual Intelligence Report and Hate Maps published in 2019, 2020, and 2021. The SPLC also stated that D.A. King “focuses on vilifying all immigrants.” Nothing could be further from the truth.

The SPLC’s stated motivation is to “destroy” groups with which it disagrees, and it accomplishes this objective by falsely labeling nonviolent organizations as “hate groups.” But as can be witnessed by the victims of the FRC and congressional Republican baseball team, the SPLC hate list has only served to destroy innocent lives.

To falsely label nonviolent people or organizations with whom you disagree as “haters” or “hate groups” is irresponsible, dangerous, and deadly. The SPLC’s lies and disparagement must end. It is time to STOP the SPLC lies.

We seek justice and we continue to fight in courtrooms across the country and at the U.S. Supreme Court for the right to life, religious liberty, and the natural family. We won all four of the cases we argued or briefed before the High Court in 2022, and two cases before the High Court this year … and we aren’t done winning yet!

Vishal Singh: Confused Trans SoyBoy/SoyGirl of Los Angeles

 I just exposed Abner Hauge, an obese Antifa soyboy who routinely harasses conservatives and everyday commonsense citizens who want to take back Los Angeles streets from hate groups like Antifa and perverse like Drag Queen Story Hour and LGBT militants.

And there's another antifa soyboy (or soygirl? or soy-whatever?) named Vishal Singh:

Sometimes he feels like a he, and then other days he feels like more than one person? There is a proper time for this condition: schizophrenia.

Of course, what's really disturbing is, like other hate groups operating in Los Angeles County, he relies on yet another discredited hate group, the Southern Poverty Law Center, which has a long history of deaming Jews, Muslims, Christian, immigrants, and making every effort to deprive African-Americans of educational opportunities. If anything reeks of white supremacy, look no further than the SPLC ... and I guess Vishal is part of that mix, too.

Of course, unlike a number of other Antifa soyboy and confused transgender perverts, Singh has gotten some much-needed pushback for his hate:

These Antifa bigots don't seem to understand that there are consequences when they resolutely endanger women and children with doxxing and public exposure. 

If anyone doubts that Vishal doesn't work with Antifa, check out this report from an Indian newspaper, confirming his connection with the domestic terrorist hate group.

There are some men who cannot stand by and allowing perverted, confused, mentally ill militants like Vishal to get away with such depravity. 

I don't want to see fists flying. I don't want to see violence in the streets. But for Antifa soyboys (soygirls?) like Vishal to cry victim is just the height of hypocrisy.

Confused sick people like Vishal need help, not enabling, and they certainly have no right to lie, scheme, defame, and harm people who do not look like them.

Schaper Derangement Syndrome: Nyssa Wilson, Leah Nora Smith-Enciso Wanted to Sue Me

Now, this is really laughable.

Two more leftist Karens in the "Torrance Community Group", Nyssa Wilson, whoever she is, and Lean Nora Smith-Enciso carped about how they wanted to pursue legal action next!

They can't stand the heat, they want to dish out hate, and they couldn't stand the fact that I refused to sit idly by and let them hurt me and others.

Residents in the South Bay are routinely defamed, heckled, and persecuted just for speaking their minds and disagreeing with people. Now it's time to hold them accountable for their hate.

I find it really interesting that Nyssa claims to know people who knew me from my high school days (Go Tartars!), but so what?

Once again, what is so gratifying, what is so vindicating about these revelations is that I live in these people's heads rent-free. And I am loving every minute of it!

Statement to Torrance USD School Board

Finally, the masks have come off … the students. But the sinister plot that allowed this systemic child abuse to continue unabated has not been dealt with properly. Until the Torrance School Board issues a firm resolution to disregard these outrageous mandates in the future, and passes a “mask and vaccine choice” regime, the students and parents in this district will have no assurance that their children’s health will remain safe and free from unwanted mandates.

I have received more calls and complaints from parents in the district, this time from Hull Middle School. Mrs. Shawnda Leander is pushing her own version of Critical Racist Theory, saying hateful things like “mostly all white people are bad, except for me of course” and “All black people are good.” Such broad statements are true testimonies to systemic racism in our schools. It’s not in our kids, it’s not in people’s skin color. Frankly, where do these teachers get these terrible ideas from in the first place? That needs to be investigated.

While many parents have been rightfully outraged with the unconscionable health mandates imposed on their children, they are now shifting their focus back to the divisive and inaccurate curriculum and viewpoint discrimination taking place in Torrance classrooms. I have already shared with this board about teachers promoting hate groups like Black Lives Matter and the Human Rights Campaign, dedicated to normalizing political violence and sexual perversion on impressionable minds trapped in classrooms as a captive audience. When will these practices cease? Schools should be safe spaces, yes, for ALL students, not just a select group or one viewpoint.

To this day, I have not year hear from Director Ben Egan or Superintendent Stowe regarding the new policies that will ensure that schools, staff, and district personnel will no longer misuse school and school district labels and logos to push a personal or political agenda, and especially at the expense or in spite of the concern or disagreement of students or parents. When will this policy be made public, Dr. Egan and Dr. Stowe?

Trustee Gerson contacted me after the previous meeting regarding the current relationship between the California and the National School Boards Associations. I understand that the voting member from the NSBA has had their voting status stripped. That move is not enough. There is no rectifying the fact that NSBA issued a letter to Joe Biden urging him to direct the Department of Justice to investigate and prosecute parents who were merely exercising their First Amendment rights in school board meeetings across the country. The NSBA referred to righteously outraged parents as “domestic terrorists” simply because they wanted to protect their children from Critical Racist Theory and LGBT indoctrination in the classroom, along with the unhealthy health mandates.

There is no excuse for any organization defaming parents as “domestic terrorists” for doing their jobs to protect their children. I am urging this board, this board’s CSBA representative to press for the California School Board Association’s complete disaffiliation with the NSBA. This is not a partisan matter, since red and blue states have disaffiliated from that terrible organization. MassResistance assisted parents with pressuring three state school boards associations from leaving the NSBA this year already.

Last of all, I hope that all parents in Torrance Unified, as well as across the state of California, understand that the fight is not over when it comes to ensure that their local school boards remain accountable to them. Ending the mask mandates was one step, but now more than ever it’s time for curricular and personnel oversight like never before.

Leah Enciso Promotes Racism, Sexual Perversion, and Lawlessness

In some Facebook groups, there are some dedicated, embittered leftists who are determined to smear, defame, attack, and shame me.

But it makes no difference, because I claim a wonderful promise:

"No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD." (Isaiah 54:17)

Another verse comes to mind when I see some of the more heated invective from these hatemongers:

"They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah." (Psalm 57:6)

For some reason, Leah Enciso equates Black Lives Matter with caring about black lives. The same BLM domestic terrorist group that has been burning down black businesses, celebrating the death of black police officers, and ignores the repeated murder of black lives in urban areas -- Enciso thinks that Black Lives Matter cares about all those black lives ...

It's quite clear that Enciso does not think black lives matter at all. A desperate hypocrisy.

But let's not stop there.

She supports this so-called "LGBT community." Since when do behaviors that harm individuals and groups of people as a whole constitute a "community"? 

Why are schools teaching children that it is OK to abuse their bodies, aka engage in homosexual acts? Why does Leah think it's OK for people who have been abused, neglected, or molested, who in turn fall into the destructive homosexual lifestyle, should be left to suffer? Don't they deserve help? Don't they deserve to be set free?

This is a community: men and women who left the gay lifestyle

This community and their lives matter, but Leah does not think so.

Why does Leah Enciso insist on damning men and women who have left homosexuality, transgenderism, and the like as haters? This is just so sad, so disgusting. She probably thinks it's OK for adult sex entertainers to groom children. Would she object to sex offenders being around children in so-called Drag Queen Story Hour?

Does Leah support this, too?

Last of all, she says the term "anti-immigrant", without taking into account that I have worked with men and women of all backgrounds who immigrated to this country. 

What Enciso really means is that she wants open borders, full amnesty for illegal alien lawbreakers, and a complete disdain for cultures. In other words, she thinks that Mexicans are anti-immigrant, since they enact harsh laws in that country against illegal immigration. She must think that Singapore (and Singaporeans) are anti-immigrant, since they do not tolerate anyone breaking into their country. One has to wonder if Mrs. Enciso could find Singapore on a map ...

Let's be frank: Enciso is anti-immigrant. She despises and spits on the efforts of men and women who worked hard, played by the rules, and entered the United States legally. Simple as that.

Worst of all, though, Enciso promotes a hate group called The Southern Poverty Law Center, which has a long track record of abuse, racism, and bigotry.

They smear Muslims.  

They smear Jews like Brian Camenker (The founder of MassResistance, who experienced discrimination as a Jew in Minnesota), Arthur Goldberg (who was targeted by the anti-Semitic SPLC with vexatious litigation for helping clients who wanted freedom from destructive sexual addictions), Russell Jaffe (who was falsely targeted for a crime that he did not commit), and The Jewish Defense League, an organization which was formed to protect Jewish people from violent Anti-Semitic attacks from Islamic militants and neo-nazis.

The SPLC targets immigrants, like the men and women who have joined The Remembrance Project. Maria Espinoza and others give these grieving mothers and fathers a voice because their children were murdered by illegal aliens. Since when is caring for grieving families hate? Only to the SPLC ... and apparently Leah Enciso, too.

They target black children, like the ones attending charter schools in Mississippi.

A former employee, Bob Moser, wrote a disturbing exposé outlining the massive corruption and hypocrisy of the SPLC. They treated the minority employees like "hired help", and the institute routinely denigrated those employees.

Morris Dees, the co-founder of this hate group, was later fired from the SPLC for promoting the very sexism, bigotry (and sexual misconduct!) that he and his organization supposedly opposes.

Liberal activists like Nathan Robinson despise the SPLC for fundraising off of misled corporations with misleading hit pieces.

Even the Washington Post declared that the SPLC had lost all credibility.

Why does Leah Enciso celebrate and promote hate? Why does she hide behind left-wing buzzwords and identitarian tokenism to justify her hate?

She refuses to answer these questions. Perhaps you should ask her yourself!

El Segundo Hate: Erin Rene

Here's another example of the left-wing bigotry which has become all too commonplace in El Segundo.

Please do not misunderstand me. El Segundo is a beautiful city with a great deal of wonderful people.

There are just some bad elements in the city.

Not many--just some--and many of them are from out of the area. There is a growing contigent of wealthy, out of touch liberals who are muddying the waters in El Segundo. They are determined to shame and silence anyone and everyone who speaks their mind and refuses to be kowtowed to the left-wing groupthink totalitarianism.

One of the unpleasant elements in the city is ... Erin Rene.

That's quite hateful.

I would like to remind her and everyone who reads this post that MassResistance activists and allies outnumbered Black Lives Matter, El Segundo on June 27th, 2020 and at our July 25th, 2020 rally in the El Segundo Civic Quad.

We had more black lives present to help us that day. We had more lives of all backgrounds present to speak up for the rule of law, for the police, and against Black Lives Matter.

This kind of hate does not scare me, and this kind of hate does not intimidate me.

El Segundo is better than this, and El Segundo will get over this!

Open Letter to Pro-Family Activists: No Room for Light and LGBT to Co-Exist

Dear Pro-Family Activists, Ex-LGBT Ministries, and Supporters:

I have spoken with each of you individually, but I now address this letter to you corporately, as the message must be received as a general warning to all who wish to fight against the LGBT agenda and the lies on which it is founded.

As you all know, Satan is the Father of Lies (John 8:44), and therefore there should be neither grief nor confusion that LGBT activists are desperate to shut down the testimonies of men and women who have walked away from a set of destructive, aberrant, abnormal behaviors. Rather, there should be righteous outrage, just as Jesus turned over tables and drove out money changers who had turned His--and our--Father's House into a house of merchandise.

Because LGBT behaviors are self-evidently, inherently destructive, there is no shame, but rather a duty, a responsibility to expose them, decry them as deviant, and discourage their practice and promotion. Instead of being outraged, or resorting to prayer as the final means of response to the perverse onslaught of LGBT activists, it is essential to fight back. My remarks are somewhat heavy-handed because simply saying "They are hurting us" without denouncing those who seek to do harm, such passive measures will not be effective.

I understand that this stance may appear un-Christian. "Are we not called to 'Turn the other cheek', Arthur?" I imagine someone responding.

We do indeed turn the other cheek in our individual interactions with others. When one person harms us, we do not retaliate. Indeed, we trust ourselves to the Just Judge, our Lord and Savior, to correct these wrongs. 

However, the LGBT onslaught and its designs are not a matter of bad individuals perpetrating bad acts against other individuals. Their unprecedented assault on marriage and family, and the very blessed distinctions of male and female are far greater than individual slights. They undermine the very foundation of every society and community. Fighting back against this evil is not petty retaliation, but a principled responsibility. We are dealing with a great evil, one very much like the Pharisees who not only rejected Jesus but sought to thwart His earthly ministry. Yes, there is Matthew 5:38-40. But let us not forget Matthew 23, in which Jesus openly, boldly upbraided the wicked Pharisees for their great hypocrisy and disobedience to God's Word.

It is essential for Christian communities and secular allies alike to confront, expose, and shame the wrong-doing of these LGBT partisans and their agenda. To put it mildly, this agenda must be marginalized and ultimately defeated. Individual homosexuals should not see their natural rights curtailed, for "God so loved the world", and yes, we can we love the sinner, for God hated the sin by punishing sin in the body of His Son (Romans 8:1-3). However, those activists who insist on calling good evil, and evil good (Isaiah 5:20) must not be permitted free reign unchecked. There should be no further surprise or shock at this outrage and vocal demand from LGBT partisans to silence TrueLove.Is or any movement or ministry which speaks the truth about homosexuality, transgenderism, and the like. Instead, it is time to take up the rod and staff and fight back!

"Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded." (Psalm 7:6)

It is evil, harmful to teach children that they are "born that way", doomed to be enslaved to desires which are not God's best, nor a proper reflection of the laws of nature. Furthermore, it is evil to allow adults to pervert the public discourse with the promotion that LGBT behaviors are welcome and wholesome, when clearly they are not. Last of all, and this part has escaped far too many liberal elements in the West, allowing homosexuality to prevail has enabled a diligent, militant lobby to extend its influence beyond seeking the same space and rights, to expecting pre-eminence and ultimately demanding dominance. For futher comments on this, please read "The Quest for God", writte by British Historian Paul Johnson, pg. 28-29. Beyond that, consider the account in Genesis 19, when militant homosexuals surrounded Lot's home, intent on raping the Two Visitors who had come to rescue Lot and his family. LGBT behaviors, left unchecked, will culminate in such heinous outcomes.

It would be worth one's while to revisist the comments of The Republic of Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in 2005, who rightly decried the promotion of LGBT behaviors in his country: 

"Our job as a government is to create and manage an environment in which there is maximum space for each person to live his own life, without impinging on other people ... If you say 'I am gay, and therefore I am entitled to get married', well, that's a very contentious subject. Or 'I'm entitled to have a parade and flaunt my gayness.' Gay Pride ... you can do that in Sydney, or London, or San Francisco. But I'm not sure I want to do that in Singapore. I think it will be offensive to a large number of Singaporeans, and it will be very divisive."

I sound the alarm clearly on this contentious subject: homosexual and transgender activists are not interested in equitable space for all. They want pre-eminence.  They demand acceptance, and such demands are inherently tyrannical. This is the pattern every time this agenda marches or barges into a country. Dr. Thio Li-Ann describes this pernicious reality in her Parliament speech in 2007.

The response to abusive sites such as "Dear Straight People" in Singapore, or "Gay Star News" in the United Kingdom, or The Human Rights Campaign in the United States is not to hope for a peaceful coexistence or gently decrying them as "mean" or misinformed. Sorry to break this news to those who were hoping for such a peaceful co-existence, but that is not possible. Darkness cannot abide the light, for the light exposes that the deeds of darkness are indeed evil (John 3:19-20). They want to destroy any agency or community that opposes them. They hate us! They must be called out, shamed, exposed for the evil they are wreaking on the community, and yes--ultimately shut down. As an American general commented: "Our goal is to the break their will", their will to keep fighting.

Perhaps this proverb will better motivate Christians and pro-family activists in general:

"Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him." (Proverbs 22:15)

These LGBT activists are unrestrained, spoiled children who have grown up into petulant adults. They need to be disciplined, not placated. There is no longer room for dialogue at this point.

BREAKING: SAY HIS NAME! BLM Activist Evan "Fake Priest" Bunch Charged by Torrance City Attorney With Vandalism, Assault, and Battery

Residents of the city of Torrance need to know that Evan "Fake Priest" Bunch assaulted me, hit my camera phone out of my hands on May 14, 2019.

This Evan Bunch guy had gotten up all in my face before, specifically at the April 2, 2019 Torrance City Council meeting.

Mr. Bunch is violent, disrespectful, and a full dishonor to any ministerial position or status. This man is no priest!

I laid back, as I had no interest in any altercation.

He invaded my space, but I saw no reason to retaliate.

In a sense, I wished I had done something different, but at the end of it all, it is best to "pursue peace with all men" (Hebrews 12:14)

His abusive behavior escalated over the next month.

In this video, you will hear his racist demands to take property away from "white people" as well as his condemnations against the city of Carson, which he claims was founded on "white supremacy". Members of the audience were so disgusted, they said "That's enough!"

Then came the May 14, 2019 Torrance City Council meeting.

Later that evening, he just walked up to me and assaulted me, striking my camera out of my hands:

In this video, after he had struck my phone out of my hands, he violently threatened me.

I ended up filing a police report the next evening because the police department was shut down due to the Code 3 which the Mayor had issued to deal with the BLM disruptions on May 14.

Here's my first video reporting on what happened on May 15, 2019.

The police took care of me within an hour. At first, I was concerned that I would not be able to speak with them, since they were taking care of other crime concerns in the city. The police dispatcher on site informed me that the police officers were aware of my desire to file a police report. Four times they informed me through the dispatcher that they were on their way.

I was really impressed that the Torrance police department was ready and eager to assist me.

They finally arrived, two police officers, and I related to them everything that had happened to me, how "Fake Priest" Evan Bunch assaulted me and threatened me, and how he had harassed me in the past.

I prepared the videos ready to share with the detective who would be assigned to me.

The next morning, May 16, I went to the Torrance Police Department to provide two videos of the crime. I had it all prepared on a flash drive for the detective.

That same day, in the afternoon, a detective had not only been assigned to the case, but requested for me to come and give further testimony and to allow him to take a look at my camera, which Evan Bunch damaged because he had assaulted me. I also submitted to a view a "line up" based on six photos provided a sheet of paper, which is also called a "six-pack line up". 

Here's my statement on that event.

The police department staff informed me that I should wait a week before requesting a copy of the police report. 

I finally obtained it yesterday (Thursday, May 23, 2019). Here's my statement.
