BREAKING: Another Drag Queen Sex Offender Exposed

Special thanks once again to Texas MassResistance Chapter Chair Tracy Shannon for bringing this to everyone's attention.

As reported last year, MassResistance exposed not one, but two sex offenders reading to children at the Houston, Texas Drag Queen Story Hour program at the Freed-Montrose library.

Two sex offenders. The library and the city staff in general refused to do their due diligence to ensure that these sexually deviant entertainers would not pose any further risk beyond their risque, inappropriate conduct and entertainment.

Then MassResistance discovered that a third drag queen, this one reading to children in the Austin library area, was a convicted male prostitute. Will wonders never cease?

Now yet another sex offender drag queen has been exposed, this time in Jackson Township, Ohio.

Here's the Facebook post, as revealed by Mad Momma Bear Tracy Shannon:

Notice also that this guy works at a school! WOW!

Check out the full report on this guy getting busted trying to solicit sex with a 15-year old here.

Of course, this guy has some other interesting photos on his Facebook page:

Drag queens are not role models.

Drag queens are not for kids.

Drag queens are not for adults, for that matter, and they have no business trying to normalize their perverse behaviors among the mainstream public.

For the last five years, these sexually deviant entertainers have been trying to gain access to children through "Drag Queen Story Hour" programs.

And now we have yet another drag queen BUSTED for soliciting sex with a minor.

It's time to close the book on Drag Queen Story Hour. They need to "Sashay Away" into a jail cell!

Mission America Reveals the Truth: Grassroots Passed Ohio Heartbeat Bill

Now this is how it is done.

Sadly, there are more establishment-leaning pro-family groups which take the credit, or they run in front of a cause after it has developed considerable support after the grassroots groups punch hard and demand leadership and action.

Thank God for people like Linda Harvey, who fight their hardest in their home states for what is right!

Ohio Right To Life Suddenly Loves the Heartbeat Bill?
Let's get the story straight -- by Linda Harvey

Janet Porter, Rep. Ron Hood, Former Rep. Christina Hagan-Nemeth, Lori Viars, Mark Harrington and other Heartbeat heroes.
This should just make pro-life people in Ohio sick.

The behavior of Ohio Right to Life regarding the Heartbeat Bill has been nothing short of appalling.

Everyone knows who the force behind the Heartbeat Bill was: Janet Porter. But Porter was not invited to the signing of the bill.

A story from the Associated Press quotes Mike Gonidakis of ORTL, when asked why Janet Porter was not at the signing of the Heartbeat Bill, and here's what Gonidakis said:

"Asked about Porter's absence from the bill-signing, Gonidakis said the appropriate people were invited 'bar none.'

"'I would say that the right people were in the room,' he said. 'It was to thank the governor and to celebrate a huge pro-life victory. It was a very diverse group, from pregnancy centers to local groups to pastors to legislative officials. I think it was a great cross-section of those who support life in the state of Ohio.'"

SO, I asked Janet what she might have to say about this. She told me:

"Mike Gonidakis lobbied with Planned Parenthood against the Heartbeat Bill for 9 years. He twice called for a veto of the nation's most protective bill, but as soon as it was clear it would pass, he jumped in front of the parade to pretend he had something to do with its passing. It passed in spite of Mike Gonidakis and Ohio Right to Life."

Fighting Voter Fraud: California, Ohio, Virginia

In the state of California, we have a voter fraud problem.  Of course, the Democratic Party, the Southern Poverty Law Center, Congressman Elijah Cummings play the race card every time someone talks about ending voter fraud and voter registration incompetence.

But the voter fraud problem in California is massive and unmistakable.

In Election 2018, eleven counties had a higher voter turnout than the actual number of potential voters in the different counties. Los Angeles County was at the top of the list for this officious discrepancy. One report suggests that the turnout touched 137% during the 2016 election. Concerns about the voter rolls went from bad to worse when Josh Newman, some unknown liberal from Fullerton, was able to sweep away Senate District 29 by a margin of 1,000 votes. The final voter turnout in the district far exceeded voting models and outcomes throughout the rest of the county and compared to other districts in the state.

This problem happens every election cycle in California. Republicans win by a thin margin in a number of races, but after three weeks all these provisional ballots filter in, and then the Democrat carries the race. Johnny Tacherra ran against Jim Costa in the 16th Congressional district. His numbers were hovering about 5,000 votes ahead of the incumbent. Tacherra told me that he received a text message within days of the election which informed him that he would lose the race by 3,000 votes.

And that's exactly what happened.

Voter fraud is a big problem in California and throughout the country. Friends of mine still get ballots for their children, even though their children have moved out and have left the state! In one infamous incident, 80 ballots arrived at one address in San Pedro. The LA County Registrar of Voters claimed that this bulk arrival was a massive error, nothing more.

Really. And that was in 2016.

In 2018, one lady voting in the West Los Angeles/Valley region informed me after voting that she went to her designated polling area. Her name looks like a man's name, but the pollworker didn't worry about it and showed no concern. That nonchalance worried my friend. "Don't you care that I may or may not be the person that I claim to be?" The pollworker responded that they are not supposed to ask or inquire whether the individual voting is or is not the person that he or she claims to be.

The biggest story of the evening during the California Primary on June 5th was that over 100,000 people showed up to the polls in Los Angeles County, and their names were not listed on the rolls at at all. Provision ballots are going to be pouring in all over.

Even Henry Winkler, the Fonz from the TV sitcom "Happy Days", went to the polls and his name was not listed:

Yikes!

There is no verification system. Anyone can walk up to a polling station and claim to be someone and vote! Add to this perverse laxity the registration process through the automatic voter-motor law. Then add to this the ease with which people can vote not just at the polling stations or by mail the different ballot boxes at other government buildings. People can register to vote the same day!

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!

Some states are fighting against voter fraud with Voter ID. Texas' and Arkansas' voter ID laws have been upheld. The states are ensuring that the voter franchise does not get diluted with fake votes, double voting, illegal alien voting, and dead people voting.

In the state of Ohio, the legislature enacted a law to ensure that every name on the voter rolls is active and current. They have enacted a process to confirm that the person on the rolls is still voting, wants to vote, is not dead, etc.  Why does this process matter? Corrupt partisans (Democrats) take the the idle names from the voter rolls and have illegal aliens or other non-eligible voters take those names and cast ballots. This is wrong. Of course, the ACLU and other liberal activist groups which rely on bad voting practices sued Ohio over this law. The legal suit went all the way to the Supreme Court. Today, by a narrow 5-4 vote, SCOTUS upheld the law. Hopefully, more states will adopt the same law.

More good news on the voter integrity line has just occurred in Virginia, too.

The previous governor, Terry McAuliffe, unilaterally reinstated voting rights for convicted felons, even though the action was illegal as well as unethically. The Virginia Supreme Court finally agreed and demanded the removal of the 10,000 plus felons from the voter rolls. Of course, the damage was done in 2016 to boost Hillary Clinton's chances. Hopefully, more courts will strike down this election insanity.

States should adopt Voter ID, although for the repeat process of removing names of non-voting residents on the rolls following a standard inspection to see if those individuals are alive and/or living in the state. More efforts like this will ensure that only American citizens are voting and that no one is taking advantage of inactive names.

Voter integrity is gaining ground in this country, but not fast enough. It's unfortunate that President Trump ended the Voter Commission he had assembled last year, but he did turn over the investigation to the Department of Homeland Security afterwards. While I don't know if I would favor a national ID, I think it would be a good idea to require states to have a Voter ID system of some kind in place.

This does not violate the federalism doctrine in the United State Constitution, since our founding charter bases representation on elected officials from the several states. All of us have a vested, civil interest in knowing that the voter franchise is fully honored and respected.

President Trump Heads to Ohio to Discuss Opioid Crisis (Build the Wall!)

What tax cuts mean for Ohio
This afternoon, President Donald J. Trump visits Cincinnati, Ohio, for the second time during his Administration. He’ll be joined by Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Republican legislators from Ohio to discuss what tax cuts and reform has meant for the state.
The President will tell Ohioans that since he signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in late December, more than 300 companies have delivered bonuses, raises, or 401(k) investments to more than 3 million American workers. The result of the bill has been historic tax relief for Americans not seen since President Ronald Reagan’s Administration.
Before he speaks to Ohioans, President Trump will participate in a tour of the Sheffer Corporation—a manufacturer of hydraulic, pneumatic, and custom cylinders—and meet with Ohio business leaders.

The President meets with North Korean defectors
President Trump met with eight defectors from North Korea Friday in the Oval Office. One person from the group, Ji Seong-ho, had joined the President as a special guest at last Tuesday’s State of the Union Address.
“[Seong-ho] really made an incredible impression on me and on everybody else, both on television and in that magnificent room,” the President said. “I had an opportunity to meet with some of the folks, and their stories are amazing.”
The defectors shared personal stories of their harrowing escapes from North Korea, as well as details on their experiences living under Pyongyang’s repressive Kim regime. The group of escapees met with other senior U.S. officials during their trip to Washington.

Jobs gains top off a banner week

Election 2018: Ohio US Senate Race in Flux

Ohio State Treasurer Josh Mandel was already a formidable challenger for incumbent Sherrod Brown's US Senate Senate. A number of polls listed Mandel ahead by at least 8 points.

Then Mandel announced last week that he was dropping out of the race, as his wife has a serious health isssue, and the race would draw him away from caring for his sick wife. I honor Treasurer Mandel's commitment to family over career or political future. That decision commands a great deal of respect.

But who will run against Brown?

One name floated just makes me sick: John Kasich. He is termed out for Governor. He has spent the last three years of his political life promoting himself as Democrat-lite, looking for every means possible to expand government, to limit the rights and opportunities.

He expanded Medicaid, and all but pledged to keep Obamacare. He refuses to take a stance against gay marriage, and even boasted about attending a friend's homosexual wedding. Give me a break. He defends "Freedom of worship", which is meaningless, but would force private bakeries to bake a cake for a gay wedding. Where is the freedom of conscience in this?

He also supports a blanket amnesty and has no interest in building the wall. We don't need more RINOs intent on making themselves looking good to the media while the rest of us suffer under the rope of higher taxes and fees, along with the expansion of the state and reduction of our liberties in turn.

Whoever jumps into the race for the GOP ticket, they need to walk in line with President Trump's pro-America, pro-Trump agenda. We just can't have another limp-wristed obstacle to peace and prosperity and American greatness in the US Senate. No more squishes on amnesty, tax reform, repeal of Obamacare.

Ohio Democratic US Senate Incumbent Fearful of Election 2018

Ohio is #7 on CNN's latest "10 Senate seats most likely to flip in 2018" list
-- 1/3/2018
Three days into the New Year, and we're already on another list Arthur Christopher.

These lists are worrying to me on several levels. As an Ohioan, I don't want millions of special interest dollars to choose my Senator. I want Sherrod fighting for my family and me in Congress.

And as a campaign manager, making these lists mean one thing: This race will get more
expensive. The more of these we show up on, the more special interest groups think they have a shot to replace Sherrod with one of their minions.

They'll invest even more to defeat Sherrod -- and we'll have to work that much harder to stop them.
If Sherrod is going to come out of this election victorious like we did in 2012, we need you Arthur Christopher. Sherrod needs to know we can count on you over the next ten months.

Thanks!

US Senator Bob Portman Lists Benefits to Tax Reform Package

Creating More Jobs & Higher Wages for Ohio Families. When Senator Portman ran for the Senate in 2010, he campaigned on a jobs plan, a key component of which was tax reform.  He promised to help lead an effort to reform our tax code and provide relief to families and small businesses.  In so doing, he kept his commitment to the people of Ohio.  In addition to tax reform, Portman worked on a number of measures to help create jobs, level the playing field for Ohio workers, and make Ohio businesses more competitive.
  • Senator Portman played a leading role in helping craft the landmark tax reforms which were signed into law on December 22, 2017. Portman worked throughout the process to develop and help improve the bill, including adding several amendments during Senate consideration by the Senate Finance Committee.  Here’s a quick rundown on how Portman worked to improve the tax bill, both during Senate deliberations and the final conference agreement:
  • Pushing for Middle-Class Tax Cuts.  Throughout this debate, Portman focused consistently on ensuring that the middle class get a significant tax cut, and at least maintaining the progressivity of the code.  In particular, he focused on lowering tax rates and expanding the child tax credit, and he was successful in doing so.
  • Expanding Tax Relief for Small Businesses.  Reforms to the business tax code are an essential component of this tax reform law, especially lowering rates for small businesses.  These pro-growth reforms will grow our economy, create more jobs, and make America more competitive with our foreign counterparts.  The National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) endorsed the bill.
  • Leveling the Playing Field for American Companies & Workers.  Portman’s bipartisan work on international tax reform is a key component of this tax reform bill.  In 2015, he chaired a bipartisan working group on international tax reform with Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY), now Minority Leader.  Together they developed a bipartisan framework to reform the international tax code, transition from a worldwide to a territorial tax system, and give American companies a level playing field with their foreign competitors.  The gist of that framework is now a part of the tax reform law.  Details about this 2015 effort are here.
  • Preserving Private Activity Bonds (PABs).  Both in the Senate-passed bill and the final House-Senate agreement, Portman helped preserve PABs, which are an essential source of funding for important infrastructure and community redevelopment projects across Ohio. The original House bill eliminated PABs.
  • Preserving the Historic Tax Credit (HTC).  Portman is a strong supporter of the HTC and worked with Senator Cassidy (R-LA) to restore the current 20 percent credit in both the Senate-passed bill and the final House-Senate agreement after the House eliminated it entirely and an early draft of the Senate bill reduced it to 10 percent.  The HTC encourages private investment in the rehabilitation of historic buildings.  It has been used to preserve numerous historic Ohio buildings, including Cincinnati’s recently rehabilitated iconic Music Hall.  The Cincinnati Enquirer editorial board said “Portman was true to his word and delivered a win for the region.”
  • Preserving the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC).  While the House eliminated the NMTC, Portman led the effort to preserve it in the Senate bill and the final House-Senate agreement, which has been signed into law. The NMTC helps economically distressed communities attract private capital for community redevelopment purposes, and Cincinnati has been a significant beneficiary.  Earlier this year, Portman visited the Nehemiah Manufacturing Company, which is using the NMTC to expand and provide meaningful employment opportunities to ex-offenders re-entering society.
  • Preserving the Work Opportunity Tax Credit.  Portman led the effort to preserve the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, which provides employers with a tax credit for hiring and retaining veterans, ex-felons, disabled individuals, summer youth employees, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, and Supplemental Security Income recipients. A 2015 Portman amendmentadded a $2,400 credit for first year wages paid to the long-term unemployed.  The House bill eliminated the tax credit, but Portman helped preserve it in the final tax law.

  • Easing the Burden of High Medical Expenses.  The tax reform law includes changes from Portman’s Seniors Tax Hike Prevention Act, which would allow seniors to deduct a greater share of their medical costs. Under the final bill, all taxpayers at any age may take advantage of this expanded deduction.
  • Helping Families Combat Unfair Tax on Student Loans.  The tax reform law includes Portman’s bipartisan Stop Taxing Death and Disability Actlegislation to eliminate a tax penalty levied on student loans forgiven for families after their child develops a permanent disability or dies.
  • Promoting the Craft Beverage Industry in Ohio.  The tax reform law includes the bipartisan Craft Beverage Modernization & Tax Reform Actlegislation cosponsored by Portman that would provide excise tax relief to the growing craft beverage industry, helping these entrepreneurs reinvest more in their businesses and our communities. Ohio is number four in the country in craft beer production and supports 15,000 jobs in the state.
  • Preserving Worker Retirement Security.  The tax reform law includes a Portman amendment to protect small startup businesses’ ability to utilize nonqualified deferred compensation programs for millions of employees and retirees; remove a provision that would have subjected 457 plan participants like Ohio police and firefighters to a harmful 10 percent early distribution tax; and preserve the ability of all 401(k) participants to make catch-up contributions after age 50.  Portman also worked withSenator Susan Collins (R-ME) to preserve additional catch-up contributions available to 457 and 403(b) plans, including clergy in church pension plans. These amendments preserved popular retirement security incentives.
  • Preserving Key Higher Education Tax Incentives.  Along with his colleagues in the Senate, Portman worked to preserve key tax incentives for undergraduate and graduate students, helping Ohio students struggling with the high cost of college.
  • In October, Portman, who this year received the NAM Award for Manufacturing Legislative Excellence, embarked on an Ohio Auto Manufacturing Jobs Tour.  During the three-day tour, he covered more than 700 miles across Ohio to learn more about recent auto investments into Ohio, raise awareness for the economic impact of the automotive industry in our state, and discuss how tax reform will benefit auto manufacturers. Portman, who is co-chair of the Senate Auto Caucus, visited Ford’s Sharonville Transmission Plant, the General Motors Parma Metal Center, the General Motors Toledo Transmission Plant, the Fiat Chrysler US Toledo Assembly Complex, and the Honda of America Manufacturing Plant in Marysville.  During his visits, Portman discussed a host of issues including regulations, health care costs, trade, workforce development, and our outdated and burdensome tax code. A highlight video of his tour can be found here.
  • In Ohio, Portman has put a priority on his efforts to create jobs and boost wages for Ohio workers.  He held six tax reform roundtables in Ohio with local business leaders to get input on tax reform, and spent time meeting with Ohio businesses and manufacturers. In Columbus, Portman co-hosted a small business roundtable with Small Business Administrator Linda McMahon. They visited Burton Metal Finishing where they toured the facilities and hosted a roundtable discussion with local small business owners.  This year alone, Portman visited Nehemiah Manufacturing in Cincinnati, Campbell Soup Company in Napoleon, International Paper and Food Services in Kenton, Speyside Bourbon Cooperage, Inc. in Jackson, the Haessly Hardwood Lumber Company in Marietta, Sapa Extrusions in Sidney, Pennex Aluminum Company in Leetonia, Cincinnati Crane & Hoist, the General Tool Company in Cincinnati, the GE Aviation Engine Test Facility in Peebles, the BASF plant in Greenville, the Idea Foundry in Columbus, the Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network (MAGNET) in Cleveland, and Rice Energy in Belmont County to listen to their concerns and learn about how he can help.
  • Portman’s bipartisan Leveling the Playing Field Act and bipartisan ENFORCE Act are working to help American manufacturers by cracking down on foreign competitors that launder products through other countries to try to get around our trade laws. In March, Portman and Senator Brown urged Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross to address unfair trade practices by Korean producers of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG). In April, the Commerce Department found that Korean steel producers have been unfairly dumping these imports into the U.S. market, leaving Ohio steelworkers and steel companies at a competitive disadvantage. The Senators’ Leveling the Playing Field Act helped pave the way for the positive decision in the case.
  • In addition to his work on the Leveling the Playing Field Act for Ohio steelworkers, Portman has continued to fight to protect steel jobs in the state. In February, Portman joined Senator Brown in introducing the Steel Industry Preservation Actbipartisan legislation that would create a tax credit for domestic steel companies, lower the cost of steel production, and promote job growth within the industry.  Portman and Brown also asked President Trump to prioritize reducing steel overcapacity, urging the administration to take swift action on the 232 investigation, which has been pending for months.  Portman has been awarded the “Congressional Steel Champion Award” for his work to protect the steel industry and Ohio steelworkers.
  • In July, Portman and Brown announced that, at their urging, the Commerce Department ruled that U.S. aluminum extrusions producers are being harmed by unfair trade practices by foreign competitors. The decision, which will help American manufactures fight back against Chinese efforts to avoid our trade laws, resulted from a letter Portman and Brown sent to Secretary Ross in June.
  • In September, Portman, who in February hosted an employee town hall meeting with Whirlpool employees at their plant in Clyde, testified before the International Trade Commission (ITC) to fight on behalf of Ohio Whirlpool workers and against unfair trade practices. In October, the ITC ruled to impose restrictions on imported washing machines that will help stop South Korean manufacturers from unfairly flooding the American market, thus helping protect Whirlpool jobs.
  • In April, Senators Portman and Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) introduced the bipartisan Regulatory Accountability Act (RAA) designed to make federal regulations smarter and more effective so they better support businesses, families, and jobs.  This bill will modernize a federal regulatory process that hasn’t been significantly reformed in 70 years. The legislation, which is widely supported by small businesses, workers, farmers and ranchers, was approved by the Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee in May and now awaits a vote on the Senate floor.
  • In 2015, Portman got his bipartisan Federal Permitting Improvement Act signed into law. This year, Portman worked to ensure the law is fully implemented in order to spur economic growth and job creation. Director of Office of the Management and Budget (OMB) Mick Mulvaney and the Deputy Director of the OMB pledged to Portman that they would work to get the law up and running.  In addition, the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations held an oversight hearing in September to examine implementation of the law and the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council’s progress to date, with the goal of more efficiently and effectively rebuilding our aging infrastructure.
  • Portman, who is the co-founder of the Senate Career and Technical Education Caucus and author of the Education Tomorrow’s Workforce Act, continued his strong support for expanding CTE programs to help close the skills gap and put more Ohioans to work. As part of his efforts to close the skills gap, Portman joined Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) to introduce the bipartisan JOBS Act to help students access training for the 5.5 million vacant jobs that are unfilled in part because of a shortage of qualified workers. He also introduced the bipartisan CTE Excellence and Equity Actto support re-designing the high school experience to include courses more relevant to the 21st century workforce to better prepare students for future careers.
  • In April, following a previous visit in February, Portman hosted Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao at the Transportation Research Center (TRC) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) Vehicle Research and Test Center (VRTC) in East Liberty. Portman was instrumental in keeping the NHTSA facility in East Liberty, part of his continuing efforts to help Central Ohio become a model for the nation on how to use smart, 21st-century transportation to help create economic growth and expand opportunity.
  • In May, Portman helped secure full funding for the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland. Portman has long fought to protect funding for the center, which is an economic driver for the local community and supports thousands of Ohio jobs.

Endangered Incumbent in Ohio Has Lost Touch with Working-Class Roots

Ohio US Senator Sherrod Brown knows that he's a big target in 2018.

Pro-worker conservatism has resurged in his state, and his party, the Democratic Party, has completely lost touch with the working-class base which had propelled them into power during the Clinton and Obama Administrations.

Obama made identity politics more important than the needs of everyday citizens, and that's why Democrats have seen their numbers decimated across the country for the last ten years. When they start caring about Americans and America again, they will have a chance at political prominence.

At any rate, Senator Brown has not indicated that he cares about working Americans at all. In fact, he seems more interested in keeping his job, even though he has done little to nothing to ensure that Ohioans hold onto their jobs.

His latest plea for money follows from an AP report listing him as not only an endangered incumbent, but the final domino to fall to GOP dominance in the state of Ohio:

"Ohio Republicans have a chance to complete their statewide domination in 2018 by unseating a Democratic U.S. senator"
-- Associated Press, 12/23/2017
It's up to us to stop this, Arthur Christopher.
We can't fight back against Republican attacks, or the special interest groups that finance them, without hitting goals.
And as of right now, we're in danger of missing our final FEC goal of the year.

And just in time, too -- because we're about $29,112 short of our $200,000 goal, and we need all the help we can get.

All the Republican heavy hitters want Sherrod gone. Sherrod's a huge problem to the special interests that finance Republican campaigns, so they think he has to go.
That's why they made him the "Hunted Democrat" by spending $40 million against him in 2012. That's why these groups are circling like sharks, looking for any weakness they can exploit to defeat Sherrod.

And if we start missing goals, that may be just the weakness they need.

Thanks,
Team Sherrod

Vote for Josh Mandel for US Senate! Election 2018!
