UPDATE: Four BL(D)M Haters Arrested at Torrance City Council Meeting (Priors, Too!)

For those of you who wanted to know, here are the Black Lives (Don't) Matter Haters who were arrested at the Torrance City Council meeting on May 14, 2019.

1. Eugene Pesikov

What was he charged with?

(FELONIES!)
PC403, -- disrupting a public meeting
PC 245(c), -- assault with a deadly weapon  (not a firearm)
PC 69 -- Prevent an officer from doing his duty by using violence or threats of violence
PC 664/148b Claiming a false bomb threat to a police officer -- WOW!

2. Jeremy White

What was he charged with?

Jeremy White
 (FELONIES!)

PC403, -- disrupting a public meeting
PC 69 -- Prevent an officer from doing his duty by using violence or threats of violence

And our good friend Jeremy has prior convictions AND a pending case! UH OH!

OUCH!

Here are the PENDING CASES!

PC 594.

(a) Every person who maliciously commits any of the following acts with respect to any real or personal property not his or her own, in cases other than those specified by state law, is guilty of vandalism:

(1) Defaces with graffiti or other inscribed material.

(b) (1) If the amount of defacement, damage, or destruction is four hundred dollars ($400) or more, vandalism is punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 or in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or if the amount of defacement, damage, or destruction is ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more, by a fine of not more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.

He likes to vandalize other people's property!

-------------------------------------------

14601.1

(a) No person shall drive a motor vehicle when his or her driving privilege is suspended or revoked for any reason other than those listed in Section 14601, 14601.2, or 14601.5, if the person so driving has knowledge of the suspension or revocation. Knowledge shall be conclusively presumed if mailed notice has been given by the department to the person pursuant to Section 13106. The presumption established by this subdivision is a presumption affecting the burden of proof.

4000.  (a) (1)

A person shall not drive, move, or leave standing upon a highway, or in an offstreet public parking facility, any motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, pole or pipe dolly, or logging dolly, unless it is registered and the appropriate fees have been paid under this code or registered under the permanent trailer identification program, except that an off-highway motor vehicle which displays an identification plate or device issued by the department pursuant to Section 38010 may be driven, moved, or left standing in an offstreet public parking facility without being registered or paying registration fees.

6028.  (a)

Upon the demand of a peace officer pursuant to subdivision (b) or upon the demand of a peace officer or traffic collision investigator pursuant to subdivision (c), every person who drives a motor vehicle upon a highway shall provide evidence of financial responsibility for the vehicle that is in effect at the time the demand is made. The evidence of financial responsibility may be provided using a mobile electronic device. However, a peace officer shall not stop a vehicle for the sole purpose of determining whether the vehicle is being driven in violation of this subdivision.

Our buddy Jeremy was driving with a suspended license, no registration tags, and no insurance. OUCH!

3. Edward Quinones

What was he charged with? Hmmm ...

403.  Every person who, without authority of law, willfully disturbs or breaks up any assembly or meeting that is not unlawful in its character, other than an assembly or meeting referred to in Section 302 of the Penal Code or Section 18340 of the Elections Code, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

4. Sheila Bates

What was she charged with?

PC 403. Every person who, without authority of law, willfully disturbs or breaks up any assembly or meeting that is not unlawful in its character, other than an assembly or meeting referred to in Section 302 of the Penal Code or Section 18340 of the Elections Code, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
PC 148.  (a) (1) Every person who willfully resists, delays, or obstructs any public officer, peace officer, or an emergency medical technician, as defined in Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code, in the discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his or her office or employment, when no other punishment is prescribed, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in a county jail not to exceed one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment.

AND she has priors, too!

Miss Bates seems to have a hard time keeping the hard drinks out of her system, and especially when driving!

23152.

(a) It is unlawful for a person who is under the influence of any alcoholic beverage to drive a vehicle.

(b) It is unlawful for a person who has 0.08 percent or more, by weight, of alcohol in his or her blood to drive a vehicle.
For purposes of this article and Section 34501.16, percent, by weight, of alcohol in a person’s blood is based upon grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood or grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
In any prosecution under this subdivision, it is a rebuttable presumption that the person had 0.08 percent or more, by weight, of alcohol in his or her blood at the time of driving the vehicle if the person had 0.08 percent or more, by weight, of alcohol in his or her blood at the time of the performance of a chemical test within three hours after the driving.

23103.

(a)  A person who drives a vehicle upon a highway in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

According to her file, Mrs. Bates was probably pulled over for drunk driving, but the charges were dismissed for 13125. She plead "No Contest" to reckless driving instead.

Wow. Watch out if you see Ms. Bates on the road!

Mission America Reveals the Truth: Grassroots Passed Ohio Heartbeat Bill

Now this is how it is done.

Sadly, there are more establishment-leaning pro-family groups which take the credit, or they run in front of a cause after it has developed considerable support after the grassroots groups punch hard and demand leadership and action.

Thank God for people like Linda Harvey, who fight their hardest in their home states for what is right!

Ohio Right To Life Suddenly Loves the Heartbeat Bill?
Let's get the story straight -- by Linda Harvey

Janet Porter, Rep. Ron Hood, Former Rep. Christina Hagan-Nemeth, Lori Viars, Mark Harrington and other Heartbeat heroes.
This should just make pro-life people in Ohio sick.

The behavior of Ohio Right to Life regarding the Heartbeat Bill has been nothing short of appalling.

Everyone knows who the force behind the Heartbeat Bill was: Janet Porter. But Porter was not invited to the signing of the bill.

A story from the Associated Press quotes Mike Gonidakis of ORTL, when asked why Janet Porter was not at the signing of the Heartbeat Bill, and here's what Gonidakis said:

"Asked about Porter's absence from the bill-signing, Gonidakis said the appropriate people were invited 'bar none.'

"'I would say that the right people were in the room,' he said. 'It was to thank the governor and to celebrate a huge pro-life victory. It was a very diverse group, from pregnancy centers to local groups to pastors to legislative officials. I think it was a great cross-section of those who support life in the state of Ohio.'"

SO, I asked Janet what she might have to say about this. She told me:

"Mike Gonidakis lobbied with Planned Parenthood against the Heartbeat Bill for 9 years. He twice called for a veto of the nation's most protective bill, but as soon as it was clear it would pass, he jumped in front of the parade to pretend he had something to do with its passing. It passed in spite of Mike Gonidakis and Ohio Right to Life."

Houston MassResistance Call to Action: Stop Drag Queen Story Hour!

Houston MassResistance: Call to ACTION! Help stop the “Drag Queen Story Hour”

Hello, Team Houston!

Our two leaders in the city, Tracy Shannon and Linda Rodriguez, have been leading an incredible fight to stop Drag Queen Story Hour in at a large neighborhood library in Houston.

Their ongoing efforts since November have brought an angry response from Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, who doesn’t want his favorite pro-LGBT project disrupted.

For the last four months, Houston MassResistance has been protesting the Drag Queen events at the Freed-Montrose library. Our leaders have recorded and reported on the depraved Drag Queens and their homosexual proponents in the city who are promoting confusion among the youngest citizens. It is truly a form of child abuse, drawing little children into dangerous and unhealthy lifestyles.

Houston MassResistance needs you to join them in their next effort!
With other conservative activists in the region, Houston MassResistance will be attending the Tuesday, February 19, 2019 Houston City Council meeting. They will describe the host of problems associated with the Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) program and explain the agenda behind it.

1. DWSH cuts off the library for other members of the public who simply want to go to the library for other reasons.

2. The Drag Queen performers and their supporters have instigated vile attacks against members of the Houston public who oppose the program.

3. The City of Houston has directed a large and growing police presence in and around the library because of the nasty demonstrators supporting DQSH.

4. In one well-publicized incident, a DQSH opponent was unjustly detained and his firearm confiscated. This act is against the law, a violation of public access and Second Amendment regulations.

Now more than ever, we need every one in Houston to let Mayor Turner and the Houston City Council know that Drag Queen Story Hour is offensive to many citizens and a gross misuse of taxpayer dollars.

We urge everyone of you to do the following:

1. Contact the Mayor and Houston City Council: call their offices and email them directly.
See the bottom of this email for contact information for the elected officials in Houston.
2. Please join with other members of Houston MassResistance at the Houston City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. The meeting starts at 1:30pm Central Time, but we need people to get there by 1:00 pm. Be prepared to speak against DQSH! Any citizen may speak before Council on a Tuesday beginning at 2:00 p.m.

To reserve time to address City Council (up to three minutes), contact the City Secretary's Office (832-393-1100) prior to the commencement of the meeting. All Council meetings are open to the public.
Location: 900 Bagby, City Hall Annex, Houston, TX 77002
Date & Time: Tuesday, February 19, 2019, 1:30pm
(Be there at the very latest by 1:00 pm.)
3. Please join with Houston MassResistance members to protest the next Drag Queen Story Hour program at the Freed-Montrose Library. The library has doubled down on this program, even though more residents in the city have objected to it, and a growing numbers of protesters have arrived to demand its termination.
Date and Time: Saturday, February 23, 2019, 12 noon to 4:00pm
Location: 4100 Montrose Blvd, Houston, TX 77006
Phone: (832) 393-1800
For more information, contact Linda Rodriguez at massresistancehoustontx@gmail.com
PS: The horrific stuff that these Drag Queens are promoting is abhorrent! Check out the research which one of our MassResistance activists collected for the public to see.

Sincerely,
Arthur Shaper
