UPDATE: Sanctuary City Has Me Arrested, Refuses to File With DA, Sends Multiple Notices to Appear

The city of Huntington Park disregards the rule of law. They do not honor our immigration laws, and the city council routinely hands out taxpayer dollars and contracts to political friends and cronies at the expense of the taxpaying citizens.

City residents have declared on record their frustration with the Huntington Park police department. At one city council meeting, two people told the city council that they had been unjustly arrested and fined for crimes that they did not commit.

Why does that sound familiary?

Oh, yeah, that's right--I was arrested in Huntington Park for doing ... what exactly?

Doing nothing wrong, that's for sure.

Sergeant Joseph Settles "warned" me to stop disrupting the meeting, when I wasn't disrupting the meeting.

Then Chief of Police Cosme Lozano suggested one ruling for me as out of order.

Then someone behind me lied, claiming that I had already been ruled out of order.

HUH?

Outrageous! The city of Huntington Park has a nasty habit of throwing people out of meetings for no good reason, and this time I could not let the city just arbitrarily toss me out.

I didn't disrupt the meeting!

One would think that the Huntington Park Police Department would go to great lengths to ensure my prosecution, right?

After all, they searched and took away my personal effects, they fingerprinted me and took my headshot.

They made me stay in a jail cell for two hours.

Then they released me with a citation:

So, I did appear on September 6th, 2017, and my name was not listed on the criminal calendar:

I also obtained a certificate of appearance to prove that I went to court on the day scheduled:

BAM!

Then, guess what? I get an email from Lieutenant Patrick Kraut four hours after I went to the Downey Courthouse:

Wow! Talk about rude and disrespectful! Not even four hours after appearing at the Downey Courthouse, I get this email telling me that the date for my court appearance has changed.

Here's the official proof of correction that was mailed to me:

I was astounded that the Huntington Park police department couldn't bother to file anything with the District Attorney's office in the last three months. Would it really have taken them that long?

I confronted the Huntington Park Chief of Police about this matter.

Then I asked him a second time to explain, and he ran away from me again!

Granting them (somewhat) the benefit of the doubt, I attended the next scheduled court date.

And guess what?!

YEP!

My name wasn't on the calendar AGAIN!

Then I get ANOTHER proof of correction and a different date for my notice to appear in Downey Courthouse, this time for December 4th!

Yes indeed.

This is ridiculous.

Then, wow, get this!

I get a further notice of correction from the Huntington Park Police Department:

What is the matter with this corrupt city?

They have me arrested for no reason. They allow illegal aliens to sit on city commissions, too, and they let the police department run rampant.

Their code enforcement officers don't enforce the municipal codes. The trash company in the city does not pick up the trash in the city, either.



What are people paying taxes to the city for if they city is not ensuring that the basic necessities of the city get taken care of?

This is the lawlessness which engulfs sanctuary cities, and Huntington Park is about to get a hard dose of the rule of law very soon.

First, I filed a government claim against the city:

Enough is enough.

We have one rule of law in this country, and I refuse as a private citizen to tolerate the abuse and disregard of our nation's immigration laws and my constitutional rights.

Sanctuary City Cancels Three Council Meetings in a Row, But Has Time for This--WHAT?!

The city of Cudahy has been violating state as well as federal law for the last two years.

First, the city declared itself a sanctuary city, in complete violation of our nation's federal immigration laws. For the last two years, voices within the city and activists throughout the Southern California region have been battering the city, demanding that they rescind the lawless ordinance and respect the rule of law.

We the People Rising attended the first meeting, and we found that the city council was filled with weak little children, but more importantly the residents supported our stances against local corruption and malfeasance.

The city council didn't know what hit them when we showed up:

One year later, pandemonium has exploded in the city of Cudahy:

Little did the swarm of Brown Supremacists realize, their temper tantrum harmed their cause, and even the Spanish media couldn't make the La Raza activists look good:

Alberto "Not so" Godinez is a corrupt, pro-illegal bigot, and yet for all his reporting, there was no way he could spin the fact that the Brown Supremacists were the aggressors, especially with the weak-willed antifa thug who struck young Cyrus on the face then ran off.

The city council refused to obey federal immigration laws, and they are ripping off the taxpayers with high taxes and fees, and then they approved have an excess of 20+ sheriff's deputies on scene to preserve law and order because of the racism and hatred of the Brown Supremacists, the Defend Movement, and Mayor Chris Garcia's own pro-illegal, pro-La Raza left-wing goons.

So, the Cudahy City Council has cancelled three city council meetings in a row.

But ... they have time and resources to host a Christmas Tree lighting at the original city hall?!

The Cudahy City Council has very disturbing, mixed priorities.

They are hiding their malfeasance from the residents. They are not protecting the citizens and the taxpayers. They are wasting millions of frivolous, corrupt contracts. The friends and political cronies of the city council are getting big money, and everyone else gets screwed. Worst of all, the city council has forced marijuana ordinances onto the city, and the residents are livid over this!

No wonder the city council doesn't want to hold meetings.

Of course, the excessive costs of extra deputies is depleting an already overdrawn city budget. There was $10 million in reserves two years ago. The city had about $500,000 on budget two months ago. Who knows what they have left? Will they be able to play the city payroll for the end of the year?

But ... they have the time and resources for a Christmas Tree Lighting? Unbelievable ...

And they want to know if I will be there. Oh brother, when does it end?

Please contact the Cudahy City Clerk's office and demand answers as to why the city council has refused to hold a city council meeting, as prescribed by law.
