The Demonic DSA Possession of The City of Angeles

Last year, I told New Yorkers to vote for Republican Guardian Angel (and perennial candidate) Curt Sliwa, but prepare for the worst.

Democratic Socialist Mamdani was the favorite from May to November 2025, with polling consistently giving him the edge. Former governor Andrew Cuomo, forever corrupt and incompetent and glorying in self-aggrandizement, was the last person who should have been mayor.

Democrats and Republicans who didn’t want a crazy commie taking over their city glided toward Cuomo. Mamdani had the momentum, though; he had the outsider star power (the fact that he never held down a real job made that edge even easier), and he offered a bold set of ideas … at least to anyone ignorant of history, which describes the vast majority of the educated chattering classes in New York City Upper East or Lower West or anywhere else.

The communist won, and New Yorkers are getting what they voted for. They wanted government grocery stores? They will get lines of people waiting for bread, when across the country the bread waits in line for us. They wanted potholes filled? Good luck keeping the police officers on the force, as well. They wanted cheaper housing? They’re getting rent control, less housing, higher prices, and a feeling that they are better than the suburbs.

New York City is on its last legs, and the voters deserve what’s coming.

A silver lining shines out, though. Democrats to the left of Hochul are failing in New York City. How about electing a governor to the right? Blake ______ is gaining on the incumbent governor, and Democratic celebrities are lining up behind a Republican to keep the Empire State from turning into a rump failed state.

What about Los Angeles?

The same dynamic of left-wing getting its wings is flying on the West Coast. Another deep blue city is looking at voting between bad and worse, dumb and dumber, corrupt and more corrupt as their final choices for next mayor of Los Angeles.

During the June primary, LA voters had a chance to elect common sense, results, and accountability: Spencer Pratt. A victim of the Palisades fires, which devoured multiple homes while Mayor Karen Bass was celebrating the inauguration of the next president of Ghana, Pratt demanded a city that would work for everyone. His campaign? Lock up the criminals, clean up the streets, protect the businesses, and allow everyone to enjoy a better quality of life.

Voters also had the choice of repeat failure, politician-for-life incumbent Karen Bass, or Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)-aligned city councilwoman Nithya Raman.

Raman had won her city council re-election outright in 2024, despite residents and business owners complaining about the neglected, dilapidated state of her district, which stretches from Silver Lake to Encino, with Sherman Oaks and Studio City thrown in for good measure. A richer, higher echelon of voters still voted for the least of all candidates. Homelessness has gotten so bad, that residents staged their homeless sit-in protest outside of her home! How do you like it,  Nithya? The stunts, the anger, the despair spilling onto the City of Angeles might not matter if the polling proves accurate, since all of them point to a Raman victory over incumbent Bass come November.

The Democratic Socialists of America will have realized their greatest feat yet: control over the two largest cities in the country. From there, they can build on the big donor base in the two largest cities and run one of their own for President and more US Senate seats.

Raman, an immigrant from India, educated at Harvard and MIT, blessed with all the goodness that is America, has campaigned on grievance and gain at the expense of those who work for their money or own their property. She hates the West, the wise, the good, and the common-sensical. What Democratic Party apparatchiks have promised for decades, she will deliver: voters for non-citizens, single-payer healthcare, abolition of law enforcement, etc.

California Election Law does not permit a write-in at the General election for mayor, so the voters are stuck between a rock and a prison. Indie journalist Daniel Guss urges LA voters to vote for both to spoil the county and tally their outrage and opposition, but one of them will still win.

The winner is looking more and more like Raman.

And the voters of Los Angeles deserve everything that happens to them.

Can’t they get their act together and vote for someone worthwhile? Decent? Not evil?

Los Angeles hasn’t enjoyed a Republican mayor since philanthropist Richard Riordan, who brought class and competence to city government during his tenure. Despite his endorsement of President Bill Clinton in 1996, Riordan did well by the city. Democratic successors demonstrated some competence of their own, as well as controversy. With the rise of the DSA in the last five years, and their en masse takeover of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, Los Angeles County and Los Angeles city have witnessed a sharp veer to the political Left.

Land Acknowledgements, defunding of the police, LGBT celebrations everywhere, ethnic months and non-profit pandering, reparations boards, protests against Israel, and more attacks on churches and Jews communities have erupted across every level of government in the wake of the socialist spread.

And now the mayor’s race will broaden the bad.

Bass is desperate for support, touting endorsements of local leaders in a recent spate of commercials. She expected a walk in the park as the First Female (and First Black Female) mayor in the city’s history. She’s getting walked and will likely get put out to pasture. Identity politics aren’t getting her across the finish line this time. The LA-aera progressive left has gone full commie, and they want their workers’ revolution NOW! They can out-organize the establishment, overcoming the institutional inertia of the labor unions, big business, and the many lobbyists who made Downtown Los Angeles their second home.

Nithya Raman is the face of the rising socialist uprising, and Los Angeles should get ready for the Bolshevik takeover.

The one silver lining in all of this: Karen Bass deserves to go. She’s a political climber from state assembly to assembly speaker to Congress, who had a shot at Joe Biden’s VP slot, and now LA mayor. To see her political career crash and burn will be fun.

The one question that Raman needs to consider: Is she ready for them when they turn on her, just as the DSA Left has taken Mamdani to task for not moving fast enough to enact their demented agenda? Silly DSA politicians, they never learn: the Revolution always eats its own, especially its enthusiastic thought leaders who fail (because they can’t succeed) to live up to and enact their utopian aspirations.

Finally, here’s my question to the Los Angeles electorate: will four years of DSA madness at the helm of your angelic city awaken you from your regressive leftist woke slumbers to vote for common sense? Perhaps you will vote for Spencer Pratt in four years, perhaps even a Republican? Or are you prepared for the fully demonic DSA possession of your city? Are you prepared to pay for the political exorcism once the city breathes its last?

The DSA Takes Over The Democrat Party

For decades, the Democratic Party has exploited but also restrained its more liberal, anti-American activists. However, as they have become outrageously progressive, communistic, and violent, they have lost control of themselves, and now they are taking over.

Democratic Party operatives thought they could maintain control, and for a while, they succeeded. The efforts of aggressive progressive partisans succeeded in taking over the DNC in 1972. They promoted progressive George McGovern for President, and the Democratic National Committee embraced some of the most radical left-wing positions.

Thankfully, such communistic madness was duly punished that same year. A relatively popular incumbent, President Richard Nixon, routed the left-wing ideologue and forced the Democrats to regain some sanity if they wanted to win future elections. Nixon listened to the silent majority, restored public order, and brought love of America into the mainstream.

Democrats needed to tap into that sane sentiment for improved chances of winning in the future. Democratic establishment leaders reasserted control shortly afterwards, then nominated a plain-spoken Evangelical Christian governor from Georgia as their 1976 Presidential nominee. They appealed to middle America, providing an ethical alternative to the scandal and incompetence of prior Republican administrations.

However, right after his inauguration, President Jimmy Carter veered to the left, entertaining gay rights, abortion, and enacting the Department of Education as a sop to the teachers' unions. Democrats have spiraled downwards toward socialism ever since, even after President Bill Clinton’s sharp pivot to the right after the Republican Revolution of 1994.

Half a century later, the Democratic radicals, socialists, and outright communists have not just forced their way into the Democratic Party. They are taking over, seizing the levers of power and means of production.

The Democratic Socialists of America have invaded the Democratic Party, and they are not relenting. The Democratic Party has itself to blame. During the 2012 DNC Convention, radical delegates booed God, rejected recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel; DNC Floor Chairman (and at the time Los Angeles Mayor) Antonio Villaraigosa waved off their demands (with Obama’s approval) to save face on national television.

Party leaders didn’t outright reject their demands. They just ignored them long enough to secure Obama’s reelection.

State Democratic parties have witnessed this socialist takeover. The grassroots demand single-payer healthcare, abolition of the Second Amendment, radical abortion and LGBT rights, and a host of demands punishing free enterprise while claiming to care for the needs of the so-called working classes instead of millionaires and billionaires.

This rising generation of Democratic socialists in the DNC, committed to their secular vision, has not budged from their worldview, and won’t be silenced: No God, No Israel, and No America. They want socialism at all costs, including the careers of their leaders.

The New York City Democratic primaries on June 23, 2026, prove it.

Commie nepo baby Zohran Mamdani has captured the New York City apparatus, having beaten the incumbent Democratic mayor Eric Adams in the primary, and then Democrat-turned-Independent former governor Andrew Cuomo.  With unprecedented power, Mamdani is energizing disaffected Democratic grassroots activists across the country. They are disgusted with the massive Democratic Party failures of 2024, and they will not relent in their demands for hard-core progressive, anti-Israel candidates going forward.

With Mamdani leading a new, socialist insurgency after a contentious primary, he revealed his political process and acumen, and scared the political establishment into his camp. Mamdani harnessed endorsements from the Democratic establishment, including Governor Kathy Hochul and Congressional leaders like House Minority Leader Hakeen Jeffries, Jerry Nadler, Nydia Velázquez, and even Adriano Espaillat

These lawmakers thought they were saving their jobs. In reality, the new socialist mayor was plotting their demise and that of other incumbent Democrats.

Nadler retired, sensing blood in the water: his own. Nydia Velázquez, the first Latina appointed to the New York City Council and the first Puerto Rican woman elected to Congress, abandoned her re-election bid, as well. Why? She has a progressive wishlist that many could only dream of! She was too “pro-Israel” for the socialist uprising.

Hold-out Espaillat ran again, banking on residual goodwill from hizzoner. Mamdani didn’t return the favor and endorsed radical challenger Darializa Avila Chevalier, who defeated him. Espaillat was a progressive’s progressive. He entered the country illegally as a youth—a major plus for Democrats. He entered Congress with broad support from progressive coalitions across New York City. He voted Way Left on everything, but Mamdani also saw him as too close to Israel.

Zohran endorsed Former City Comptroller Brad Lander, who defeated arch-progressive and Trump nemesis Dan Goldman. The incumbent had big support from pro-Israel groups. Lander repeatedly defamed the Jewish State as a genocidal regime—and won. Another Zohran-backed radical, Assemblywoman Claire Valdez, defeated an established Brooklyn borough President to replace Velázquez

The anti-Zionist (read, Anti-Semitic) agenda is just the tip of the communist iceberg for these candidates. Mamdani and Crew want abolition of law enforcement, a free Palestine (including for the terrorists), and government control of the means of production. They are communists through and through, running under the anti-Israel banner to bring more support into their camp.

Democratic strategist James Carville sounded the alarm on Mamdani’s cancerous infiltration last year, warning that the Democratic Party was looking at a serious rift. He doesn't recognize, however, that his party’s support for Biden’s aggressive expansion of the government, plus Kamala Harris's card-carrying cultural Marxism, all but validated the wily socialist fringes. The socialists endured defeat in 2024, but their cause did not die out. Carville has to live with it, whether he likes it or not.

The rabid rabble of young socialists wants the communist Revolution, and they want it now. They want government-controlled health care, they want climate alarmism as the main stratagem for government policy, and they want rights and privileges for all of the aggrieved minorities, at the expense of Western civilization and the white man.

Why the hatred of Israel, though? Because the very existence of the Jewish state is anathema to their vision of a perfect world with no borders, no nations, and no identity outside of the proletariat.

Democrats created this mess, and they now quake in its wake. They told the little children that they could become princes and work only 4 hours a day and philosophize the rest of the week, and now those princes are calling the shots—and kicking out their elders.

Initially, I felt that allowing the Democrats to implode under the tyranny of the Democratic Socialists of America they created would be a boon for the country. Republicans can tie every Democrat to the crazies in New York City.

However, these manic minions can expand their power and ruin everything, not just their deeply blue Democratic ghettoes. Communists don't play by the rules, they don't care about elections, and they certainly don't care about our Constitution.

Look what the communists did to Cuba, and look how they got there! Look what they did to Venezuela, and they got there through elections!

Democrats didn’t stop them from taking over their party. We can and must stop them from taking over entire state governments and then the country. We can, but we have to fight. We cannot allow communism to grow unchecked.

BREAKING: A vote for Bridget Lewis, Jeremy Gerson is a Vote for George Gascon

I just found this political flyer yesterday morning in West Torrance:

Yes, the Los Angeles County Democratic Party is taking the time to tell voters how to destroy their county even more.

The LA County Democratic Party has been taken over by wild socialists and communists, creepy SJWs more intent on destroying the last remnants of this once great country, state, and country.

And they really think voters are lining up to hurt themselves more.

But who is the LA County Democratic Party endorsing in Torrance elections for this year's primary?

Of course they are endorsing Janice Hahn and Al Muratsuchi. They have been in perfect lock-step for the regressive leftist agenda throughout the county, the same regressive, leftist agenda which gives more rights to criminals and privileges to the homeless at the expense of the law-abiding taxpayers.

But I was surprised, dismayed, and quite disappointed with the other two endorsements.

Jeremy Gerson was a Republican when he was elected to the Torrance school board in 2018. He even met with me directly when I was complaining about the Black Lives Matter propaganda at Madrona     Middle School four years ago.

And now he's a registered Democrat? This is really disturbing.

And then there's Bridget Lewis.

I had high hopes for her. She answered a number of my email correspondence last year, and she greeted me warmly when I went to the city council meeting in early February 2023.

But now this? She's endorsed by the LA Democratic Party? She flip-flopped, too. She was a registered Republican when she was appointed in 2022. She sold out so she could get more money to run for city council. Haven't they learned from the failures of Torrance Democratic Club president Jimmy Gow? He has run openly as a partisan Democrat in two city council elections, with all the backing of the LA Democratic establishment ... and he still loses!

Torrance voters want principles and results, not all of this political pandering. This is really outrageous. I am so disgusted, especially by the complicit double-dealing of these two, having registered as one party then moving to the opposite extreme. There is no integrity here, not commitment to any value consensus.

But that's not the worst of it.

Look at the other list of endorsements on the same exact flyer:

This is beyond insane. This is just evil. What political party in its right mind would still support pro-criminal, pro-lawlessness, anti-law enforcement LA County District Attorney George Gascon?

Even progressives are turning on Gascon, since they had voted for a reform-minded DA, not a regressive who would destroy the county, make the streets less safe, and even endanger the so-called targeted groups like "people of color." What they got is a great breakdown in law and order. Of course, law enforcement should uphold and the rights and safety of all LA County residents, but you get the point.

If you vote the LA County Dem ticket, you are voting for George Gascon.

Torrance residents, if you vote for Bridget Lewis and Jeremy Gerson, you are voting for George Gascon. You are validating the same corrupt political machine that puts woke political posturing ahead of the people. It's your choice, but I hope that Torrance is better than that.

I recognize that there are registered Democrats who are not crazy. They want a secure border, they want proper law enforcement. There are even registered Democratic lawmakers across the country who oppose abortion and the sex mutilation of minors.

But those Democrats do not exist in the LA County Democratic Party. The whole hateful ensemble is controlled by spoiled brat college students who want to ignore public safety and push their demand for a socialist dystopia at all costs. Common-sense voters are no longer welcome. By the way, the Democratic Socialists of America, who now run the LA County Democrats, are going bankrupt, so there's that.

If you want George Gascon as your DA, you will vote for Bridget Lewis and Jeremy Gerson. They have no problem identifying with the same corrupt, destructive political enterprise that is undermining Los Angeles County. A vote for Bridget and Jeremy is a vote for George Gascon.

I want law and order, safe streets, better governance, efficiency, and a real attention to the needs of Torrance residents. I don't trust either of these two Torrance City Council candidates to get the job done. The Torrance City Council already issued a Resolution of No Confidence in George Gascon three years ago. We should have no confidence that Gerson and Lewis will do what is best for the city of Torrance.

Do the Democratic Socialists of America, Los Angeles Think that Black Lives Matter?

The Democratic Socialists of America in Los Angeles do not care about black people.

At least, that's the sentiment among left-wing activists in Los Angeles right now.

Check out the BLM-DSA infighting:

Is this really a surprise, though?

Racism is another corrupted ideology based on the corrupted failings of socialism, since it's all about pushing lies about different groups of people based on perceived disparities and correlations.

Marxists pushed socialism and racism as a means of getting power by any irrational means possible.

And here's more:

Even the mentally ill trans soyboy Vishal had to weign in on this controversy:

More trouble brewing in Los Angeles' left-wing dystopia, for sure.
