NRSC Chairman, Celebrate the New Season by Putting AMERICANS First! (No DACA, No Amnesty, Build The Wall)

Just before Christmas last year, I received a postcard from the National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman Cory Gardner (R-Colorado).

He provided a warm display of himself with his family:

US Senator Gardner joined with the wide phalanx of GOP victories in 2014 as Republicans took advantage of epic dissatisfaction with President Obama and the Democratic lawmakers all over Washington DC. The six-year itch hit Obama's US Senate Majority very hard, and the GOP-controlled House gained more seats that year, including districts which had not been represented by Republican lawmakers for at least two decades.

Gardner's victory signaled a small rebound for the Colorado Republican Party, too, which had been in epic decline since left-wing billionaires and activists colluded for the big blue Rocky Mountain Heist in the state.

Still ... Cory pandered on one issue: DACA. He veered left during the final debate with Democratic incumbent Tom Udall, and he pledged to support the young illegals.

That was stupid, and he should retract that decision.

Here are the contents of the Christmas card which he sent me:

and also

Why does everyone believe that the same Savior who died for all mankind, whose Father so loved the whole world to give His Son for us, cannot save men and women in their home countries? The United States is not the savior of the world, but this country is a great and thriving country because of the Savior, because God's grace is shed upon our mountains, prairies, streams, livestock and lively people.

We need to get over this misplaced notion that the United States of America is the only place where the rule of law, individual liberty, freedom of speech and association can thrive. Let's be the City on a Hill providing the light and example for the rest of the world to follow.

The people of Iran recognize the liberty and opportunity which our country accords to all who come legally and embrace our life and ways. The same can happen for everyone else.

It's time to send US Senator Cory Gardner and the rest of the US Senate a clear message:

This country is a great country because we are a nation of laws, and the rule of law (not men) is sacrosanct in this country. We prize individual liberty, limited government, and constitutional rule. It's time for men and women across the country to fight for the same recognition of their human rights in their home countries, too.

Tell Senator Gardner:

1. No DACA
2. No Amnesty
3. Build the Wall
4. Put Americans First!

SCF: GOP Grassroots and now DONORS Demand New Leadership

Well, that didn't take too long, now, did it?

When the NRSC Chairman Cory Gardner tells the rest of the caucus that people are not donating, then you know that the Swamp is in big trouble.

Gardner better take a hint, too, and recognize that We the People of the United States, We Republicans are not playing games.

We want leadership, we want results, and we want our lawmakers to fulfill their promises to help Make America Great Again!

In fact, three years ago, I received an extended donation letter.

Here was my answer:

In another letter, I offered a solution: Draft Sessions!

Well, Jeff Sessions became Attorney General, so that shut out that possibility.

But that does not mean that we have to settle for such crappy leadership in the US Senate from Mitch McConnell and his accommodationist ways.

Check out what the Senate Conservatives Fund is reporting right now:

Senate Conservatives Fund

Arthur:

The Republican leadership's failure to deliver on its promises has not only upset grassroots conservatives, it's also angered many of the party's biggest financial supporters.

For years these donors have been told that if they just help the party win the House, the Senate, and the White House, party leaders will enact a conservative agenda. Many of these supporters have also been told that if they help defeat conservative primary challengers, it will build a "governing wing" that will deliver results.

These lies have now been completely exposed and many of the party's top supporters are pushing back and exercising much-needed accountability.
"Guys, the donors won't donate!"

Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO), the head the NRSC, informed senators this week that "donors are furious" and that fundraising was drying up because of the failure to repeal Obamacare. In fact, one major donor said they would not donate to Republican senators "unless they pass new legislation or get new leadership."
He is not alone and that's why many top donors applauded this week when Vice President Mike Pence's Chief of Staff, Nick Ayers, told them to hold Senate Republicans accountable.

“If I were you, I would not only stop donating, I would form a coalition of all the other major donors, and just say two things,” he said. “We’re definitely not giving to you, No. 1. And No. 2, if you don’t have this done by Dec. 31, we’re going out, we’re recruiting opponents, we’re maxing out to their campaigns, and we’re funding ‘super PACs’ to defeat all of you.”

When these remarks were reported, the swamp gasped. How on earth could someone this senior in the White House encourage donors to go against incumbent Republicans? The horror!

But contrary to what the swamp wants people to believe, opposing Republican lawmakers in primary elections is not a radical idea. We have primary elections for a reason. They allow voters to pick the Republicans who will best serve them in office.

Primary elections hold Republican lawmakers accountable to the people and they make the party stronger, not weaker.

What Nick Ayers said was right and he's not alone in believing that Republicans who don't keep their promises should be replaced. That's something the grassroots have believed for years and it's good that the party's biggest backers are coming to the same conclusion.

Thank you for doing so much to help us promote conservative leadership. Because of your efforts, we are on the verge of having an earthquake election that brings real accountability to Washington.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II

A Little Late to the Game: RNC Says Colorado US Senate Race "Winnable"

Darryl Glenn was not the Mitch McConnell establishment pick.

SO what?

He became the Republican nominee for US Senate to challenge Michael Bennett.

That guy voted for the Iran Deal!

He also supports illegal aliens instead of American citizens and he will walk in lock-step to support Obamacare rather than repeal and replace it.

We need another Republican US Senator from Colorado.

Darryl Glenn is the man for the job.

ANd yet, the RNC didn't give Colorado another glance.

Why?

Where were they?

Then, out of the blue (or red?) the RNC announces that they are going to make an offensive in Colorado.

A little late to the game, don't you think?

The Senate Conservatives Fund, headed by former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinnelli, reported the following:

RNC Says Colorado Senate Race Now "On The Map"

Fellow Conservative:

Sean Spicer, the RNC's Chief Strategist & Communications Director, acknowledged earlier today that retired Air Force Lt. Col. Darryl Glenn (R-CO) could win the U.S. Senate race in Colorado.

No kidding! With a little help from the NRSC, perhaps ...

Spicer said, "the Colorado senate race came out of nowhere and is suddenly on the map."

The race may have come out of nowhere to the RNC because Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) foolishly abandoned the race after the primary, but the race has always been winnable.

ALWAYS!

This admission by the RNC is yet further evidence that the race has tightened in the past two weeks and is now winnable if Republicans turn out.

Please contact anyone you know in Colorado right now and urge them to vote for Darryl Glenn for U.S. Senate.

Sounds like a plan

This race could be very close so every vote counts.

Don't let Senator McConnell give the Democrats this Senate seat just because Darryl Glenn won't pledge his blind allegiance to McConnell.

Every elected official needs to pledge allegiance to the flag of this country and our republic.

He needs to do what is right for the voters, for the country, and not just a coterie of K Street interests.

Fight back by contacting everyone you know in Colorado and urging them to vote for Darryl Glenn.

Also, make a last-minute contribution to help pay for our final get out the vote (GOTV) phone calls to low propensity Republican voters.

Darryl Glenn is a game-changing candidate who will fight for conservative principles and bring new energy and diversity to the Republican Party.

A young, black conservative who was an early Trump supporter--why haven't more people supported him?!

Thank you for doing so much to support this outstanding candidate.

While the GOP establishment has done nothing to help him, you have been there every step of the way and never gave up.

Now, please help us finish out this race!

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II
President
Senate Conservatives Action

Please share this on Facebook and Twitter.

Final Reflection

Where were they indeed?

This temerity among Republicans is destructive.

We need to be expanding the  map, not working hard on holding onto what we have.

It's time for Republicans to extend their policies and principles to all 50 states, and stop caving to the Big Government, Big Homo, Big Green, and every other illiberal special interest out to rob the rest of us!

I agree with Attorney General Cuccinnelli;

Tell anyone and everyone you can think of in Colorado: Vote for Darryl Glenn and Vote for Donald Trump!!
