Praising Jeff Sessions: Arthur Schaper Addresses The LA County Sheriff C...

Here are my full comments regarding Brady v. Maryland concerns at the LA County Sheriffs Civilian Oversight Commission hearing.

Brady v. Maryland is a crucial Supreme Court case, one which ensures that prosecutors cannot withhold crucial evidence which would help defense attorneys or set a defendant free.

This ruling requires prosecutors to provide all evidence in relation to a criminal case--All!--including the names of potential malefactors and a list of sheriff's deputies repeatedly cited or written up for misconduct.

Of course, I gave a warm and welcome shout-out to US Attorney General Jeff Sessions!

God bless our Attorney General!
