I attended my first court appearance on September 6---and guess what? My name was not on the criminal calendar at all!

The Daily Bulletin, located in Rancho Cucamonga, published an editorial in support of street vendors and then highlights the recent apprehension of illegal alien Marcelina Rios in Rancho Cucamonga after she had been cited four times for selling corn in a Rancho Cucamonga park. She was taken into local custody in Rancho Cucamonga and upon her release, ICE agents arrested her. According to the Daily Bulletin, she is in the immigration detention center in Adelanto, CA.

For many, street vending is one of the few options available to make a living to support themselves and their families. Though ubiquitous throughout Southern California, the work of street vendors has often been subject to strict and even sometimes draconian rules, restrictions and punishments.
Despite there being as many as 50,000 vendors in the city of Los Angeles, the second-largest city in the country, was the last major city to finally remove criminal penalties for sidewalk vending this year.
In February, prompted mostly by the election of President Trump and fears that criminalizing sidewalk vendors would put many undocumented immigrants at risk of deportation, the City Council unanimously voted to remove criminal penalties for sidewalk vending.
Whatever the motives of the council, the removal of criminal penalties was ultimately a good thing, for criminalizing a market that according to the Economic Roundtable generates upward of $500 million in business a year has always seemed like a misguided waste of resources and opportunity.
However, there is still work to do. The city has yet to make much progress in developing and implementing a framework to legalize the work of street vendors, and criminal penalties remain in place for vending in city parks. Councilmen Jose Huizar and Mitch O’Farrell have proposed removing criminal penalties for vending in city parks. We urge the council to do so and focus greater attention on providing vendors greater opportunities to work legally.
The consequences of continuing to criminalize any aspect of street vending often do little more than make a mockery of justice and the rule of law. Take for example the case of Marcelina Rios of Ontario, who was arrested last month at Old Town Park on Oct. 13 for selling corn without having the proper paperwork. Booked into the West Valley Detention Center, Rios was then taken in by ICE agents, who transferred her to the Santa Ana City Jail and then the Adelanto Detention Facility.
This is an excessive response to someone trying to earn a living and an abuse of the justice system. We call on all cities to remove the threat of criminal punishment from vendors and instead work to make lawful vending easier
Since Hollywood is burning to the ground, why not start with
a metaphor from a movie: Carrie. The
title character is a shy girl, repeatedly picked on, but finally gets honored
as prom queen. She ends up the butt of another cruel prank, when her creepy
haters pouring pigs’ blood all over her. Little do they realize, however, that
Carrie has telekinetic powers. In a massive rage she burns down the entire gym.
In a sense, the American public is like Carrie. We’ve been
put down and shamed so much by the “Cool Kids” of Hollywood, but now we are
setting Hollywood on fire. Frankly,
Hollywood has been getting away with way too much, like the catty mean girls
who harassed Carrie, and we didn’t realize the power we had to stop them until recently.
They have abused and bullied us long enough, certainly in disregarding then
mocking family values and our Judeo-Christian culture, then ultimately panning
on any kind of ethical standards.
The sexual immorality of this elitist cabal has been rolling
out for decades, although it wasn’t always that way. Movie contracts insisted
on morality clauses with their actors. They had to avoid scandal and shame in
public and private, since perverse behavior would sink a movie’s box office
receipts back in the 1940s and 50s. Then came the 1960s, and the sexual
revolution.
Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy, the golden couple of Hollywood, lived
openly in adultery, for example, and popular sentiment let them get away with
it.
That should have never happened. Movies in that era and onward
celebrated criminals and crime families, too (Bonnie and Clyde, The
Godfather), and the ongoing decline in family values continued apace. How
many lovers did Marlon Brando have? What about Jack Nicholson? He lived with
Angela Huston for decades, but they never married. Then there’s Woody Allen,
who has been dogged with allegations of rape and incest for decades, too. Lots
of celebrities had disparaged it.
How about Roman Polanksi? Think about it, folks. This guy raped a
14-year old, and is still getting away with it! He flees to Europe, stays out
of the hands of American authorities. The liberal media and the
Hollywood/International Film Industry celebrate him with abandon and without
remorse. Fast-forward to liberal loony Whoopi Goldberg on “The View”, and she
excuses his evil crime: “It wasn’t rape-rape.” Someone please tell me how these
incendiary remarks (as well as actions) have gone public and continued in the
press without further incident? Why wasn’t Whoopi called to task for this?
The year 2002 was a distinct year fort liberal media/entertainment
hypocrisy. The Pianist featured
Adrian Brody winning an Academy Award, and Polanski won Best Director. However,
he couldn’t accept it in Los Angeles, since he would end up behind bars—where
he belongs. I don’t believe that people should be prevented from receiving
recognition just because they have done something wrong. But for someone to
continue receiving rewards without first paying the price for their
wrongdoing—that is wrong!
The
same year, Michael Moore won an Academy Award for Bowling for Columbine. Numerous sources within weeks of the film’s
release exposed that he had edited, distorted and outright lied throughout the
movie—hardly a documentary. Two years later, the late Andrew Breitbart blasted
Moore to Michael Wilson for his own documentary Michael
Moore Hates America. By
then, we began to witness a latent movement among conservatives and anti-establishment
media to debunk the narrative of Hollywood’s pristine moral superiority. It
still needs to sink in, though: The
Academy of Arts and Sciences gave an Academy Award to this fraud, and no one did anything about
it!
Hollywood
elites reject family values, they skirt our criminal laws, and they lied to us
and get awards for it! How much longer were they going to get away with this?
The dam has burst with the Weinstein exposures, sure. The serial
abuser and sexual assaulter is going down. More actresses came forward. Actors
spoke out, too. Kevin Spacey’s career us gone because he tried to go down on a
minor when he was 26 years old. Incredible.
But still, what has taken so long, or rather why is it that
Hollywood is now—only now—finally burning down to the ground?
1.The large
swath of arrogant liberals in Hollywood stood against Trump and with Crooked
Hillary throughout Election 2016. For decades, they had presented themselves as
counter-cultural, or ahead of the times. In 2005, while accepting an Academy
Award for his role in another anti-Bush pick, George Clooney took pride in that
Hollywood types like him did not fit in with the cultural times. The truth is
that fewer people were watching Hollywood’s movies because we bitter clingers
got tired of our views and values being shamed. Trump’s election and victory further
marginalized Hollywood, showing the world how out-of-touch they are, and how
out of patience we have become with their liberal, elitist condescension.
2.The complicit media has been
exposed for lying to us about the facts as well as shaming us about our values.
The Trump campaign and now Presidency forced them to show their true colors,
and this same media had been covering for corrupt, creepy Hollywood types,
including Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, and their ilk for years.
3.The ascendancy of social media and
the ease for independent films and journalists to publish their own content have
undermined Hollywood’s dominance. They have pushed aside the monopoly of Big
Hollywood and Big Media. Before the latest outrage over Spacey’s perversions, I
had been staying away from the movie theater just because there’s so much great
stuff on YouTube. Now it’s even easier to boycott Hollywood since there’s so
much better and cheaper ways to be entertained and informed than the liberal
cabal/brothel of Sunset Blvd and LA Times Square.
Hollywood is burning down because consumers have more choices. We
can also create and consume news and media to our taste. Boycotting Hollywood
has never been easier.
Liberal media attacks MassResistance’s Health Hazards of Homosexuality book at national Values Voter Summit
Flood of vituperative articles across the USA and as far away as Britain
The truth really hurts, apparently.

A BuzzFeed reporter got our flyer at the conference and tweeted this photo of it. It was reprinted by dozens of other news outlets, websites, blogs, etc.
The Values Voter Summit, held in Washington DC in mid-October, included dozens of high-profile speakers including President Trump. It attracted thousands of attendees from across the country. But aside from the speeches by President Trump and his former advisor Steve Bannon, the biggest national (and international) news coverage of that conference was about MassResistance!
For several days MassResistance was the object of vicious and unhinged attacks by the liberal media in the US and even in the UK. It’s because we were the one pro-family group willing to bring up a subject that the Left wants silenced.

As we recently reported, MassResistance was an exhibitor at the conference. Among other things, we were selling our powerful 600-page book on The Health Hazards of Homosexuality, which contains information from the federal Centers for Disease Control and other mainstream medical sources. It documents in detail the enormous public health problems – both medical and psychological – associated with homosexual behavior. In today’s society, this is critical information everyone should know, especially given what’s being pushed on young children in schools across the country.
A flyer for the book was included in the packet of materials given to every attendee when they registered. And that became an international news story!
One would not think that such a book at a pro-family conference could be so alarming or unusual. But to the liberal media, anything that portrays LGBT behavior as abnormal in any way must be directly attacked. And pro-family people must be kept fearful about touching the issue.
As soon as the media found out about the flyer, reporters started calling the MassResistance office. “Did we really advertise the book at the conference?” they asked. “Of course,” we answered.

That afternoon, one article after another began appearing in the mainstream media. There was no pretense of being unbiased. The tone of most was quite angry (or worse). The “hate group” label, as absurd and phony as it is, was repeated over and over for every conservative group involved. The term “fake news” was appropriate!
Curiously, many articles quoted fairly extensively from our promotional material and also from the book itself. The purpose seemed to be to “show” how terrible we are. But that only works with hardcore liberals. For everyone else, it shows how disconnected the media is from reality.
NBC News reprinted this part of the flyer in their article. It may have helped us sell more books!
Here’s a sample of what was published:
NBC News started it off by linking the flyer to President Trump, announcing:
A flier promoting a book on the "health hazards of homosexuality" was distributed to guests at Values Voter Summit where President Trump spoke.
The article also included an attack on Dr. Paul Church for endorsing the book.
USA Today published one of the most unhinged and purposefully untruthful articles we’d ever seen. They said:
They needed 600 pages to cover homosexuality, and included every false, outdated, disproved bit of nonsense they could dig up. No comments about the health hazards of heterosexuality, but I assume they didn't think they could sell that one, especially to their credulous readers. No part of the LGBT community is spared their attack, not even transgender children.
“Disproved nonsense?” All of the book’s facts come from well-documented mainstream medical sources. No one disputes that. The writer is clearly angry that the book discusses the problem of young children being caught up in “transgenderism”, and how physicians have warned that this is terribly abusive. This vehement reaction tells us a lot about the state of USA Today.
Yahoo News posted a photo of the flier with the caption, “The 2017 Values Voter Summit is as disturbingly anti-gay as expected.”
Huffington Post went a step further. They posted a bizarre video interspersing President Trump and a photo of the Health Hazards book. The video had eerie music in the background and even slowed down Trump’s voice for effect.

AOL gets the award for the sloppiest reporting, which is saying a lot in this context. Here’s what they told their readers:
Pictures of the booklets allegedly handed out at the event appeared to feature insights from the book, "The Health Hazards of Homosexuality,"
“Booklets”? “Allegedly”? “Appeared to”? No – the flyer actually was handed out and actually had quotes (or “insights”) from the book. But when you’re a reporter depending on second-hand posts from other fake-news outlets, you can’t be too careful.
Across the Atlantic Ocean in Britain, the The Independent andThe Guardiannewspapers both had pretty quick articles about this. The Independent was the only media outlet that actually quoted anyone from MassResistance (although like several others, they spelled Brian Camenker’s name wrong).
Here's the breathless quote from The Independent article:
[Camenker] added: “The media propagates this myth that [homosexuality] is just like everything else, and there’s no health effects.”
Yup, the quote is correct. Are we supposed to be afraid to have said it?
Besides these and several other “mainstream” media outlets, this was covered by dozens of “gay” other far-left newspapers and websites. We’re not going to bother quoting from those. We’ll leave that to your imagination.
“Right Wing Watch”
The Left’s attack machine didn’t want to be left out!
Right Wing Watch is a pseudo-news website, which regularly uses whatever’s in the news to publish vicious attacks on pro-family conservatives. Funded by a wealthy left-wing foundation, it is known for its adolescent and amateurish style of writing where “facts” are twisted or simply invented.
Right Wing Watch sent one of its “reporters,” Peter Montgomery, to the Values Voters Summit. He stopped by the MassResistance booth and paid cash for a copy of The Health Hazards of Homosexuality. He then wrote a “review” attacking the book.
This is the lurid "Right Wing Watch" headline. Actually, this time it's not too far off the mark!
Like most of the others, Montgomery doesn’t deny the documented facts in the book. He simply says it’s hateful and bigoted – and says that discussing the pertinent facts make the book “near-pornographic.” For effect, he peppers his article with two-year-old out-of-context quotes from Brian Camenker, whom he erroneously depicts as the sole author of the book. (It was actually written by a MassResistance research team. Camenker, however, wrote the Foreword.)
Montgomery even took a photo of the flyer and the registration bag from the conference, which he sent around to the “gay” media.

Predictable venom from “gays”
One of the most predictable parts of these kinds of media splashes is the wave of hate from individual homosexuals. This comes in tweets, comments on articles, and targeted emails. Much of it is unhinged and quite sexually obscene. If anything, it confirms what the book says about the psychological instability that the LGBT lifestyle brings.
In this case, almost a hundred of them also went to the Amazon page for the bookand gave it bad reviews and “1 out of 5” star ratings. But since none of those are labeled by Amazon as “verified purchases” of the book, it’s pretty obvious what’s going on.
Good coverage by pro-family media!
It wasn’t all bad, by any means. Some of the national pro-family media picked up on this quite well.
Another plus from all this was that since so many of the “mainstream” media articles quoted extensively from the book and its promotional materials, we actually ended having a spike in sales during that time!
Lessons learned - again
But more important, we learned – again – just how much the Left relies on fear, intimidation, and political correctness to keep their lies and agenda in place and keep pro-family people silent. They become unhinged and angry if that’s violated in any substantial way. And for good reason – their house of cards gets exposed.
The real lesson is that the pro-family movement must stop being cowards. The truth is our best weapon. We need to use it over and over again!

This was the most successful free speech event I have ever attended.
In spite of the brief yet violent burst of violence at the beginning--when this crazy black lady attacked my friend Genevieve--it was a relatively peaceful event.
The widespread police presence on the campus was incredible. I saw at least 50 police officers, many from the University of California system as well as the Cal State system. At the outset, all of us believed that we would be safe and sound.
Shortly after Genevieve got punched and hit in the face multiple times, however, it was clear that they were going to focus on keeping the mass violence down to a bare minimum, without any interest in stopping hand-to-hand combat from left-wing assailants.
I also notice a scattering number of protesters on campus who were wearing masks--still. I think it's time for local law enforcement to deputize law-abiding citizens to arrest people who wear masks in these public spaces, especially on college campuses with large protesting crowds.
How can I neglect to mention who joined us at the Fullerton event?
Gary Gileno was there with his wife.
Genevieve Peters, of course, along with Alex Khalil, who met me in Torrance to ride with Genevieve and me to the event.
Harim Uzziel with Elsa Aldaguer came together, and then Jeremy Patino and John Willis came, too.
Jeremy was a key component of our team, since he had my back the whole time! This guy knew what needed to be done in order to keep my safe and sound, and to allow me to speak to different members of the crowd.
Some people came up to me as soon as we approached the plaza outside of the auditorium with Milo's speech. One guy asked me which was worse, feminism or cancer. I said "both". It was crazy how within minutes people came up to me to talk about what I was doing there and what I wanted to see and do.
Here are the three reasons why I went to the Fullerton Free Speech event
1. Stand for free speech.
2. Support my President Donald Trump
3. Find out what college students are thinking, whether they like or hate Trump, and why
4. Change minds about Trump, about conservatism, about Republicanism, free markets, free enterprise, etc.
Indeed, this was a successful event.
Here were my three favorite parts of the whole Free Speech Convocation
1. The young, thin Brown Supremacist was there, and she tried to get in my face and shame me publicly. I really took her down like a boss, shutting down her every argument against me. Indeed, this is my job, and I receive donations from readers and followers like you and other people who are fighting for truth, justice, and the American Way--MAGA! She was absolutely speechless when I flipped her script on my mentioning Rosa Parks at the Huntington Park City Council meeting on June 6th, 2017.
When she tried to shame me about what I am doing for my community (I prefer the term "communities", since there are so many people doing so much good and want this country to succeed), I told everyone that I had donated my car to help veterans. Everyone applauded.
2. The Cuck Heifer--once called Based Spartan Man, but now revealed to be one more cashing-in, sellout leftist--showed up to cause trouble. John Willis confronted him and mocked him with abandon, as did I.
About fifteen minutes later, I started discussing the Second Amendment with one young man, then Cuck Heifer showed up, blocking me from speaking to the student. I refused to be bullied, or to allow that young man to be ignored and shut down.
After about two minutes, Cuck got upset and hit my camera. I told him he was done, and Jeremy right behind led me out of the first crowd, yet I continued to reach out to the young man so that I could discuss the gun control issue with him. It was awesome!
Cuck got cucked, he ended up looking really bad in front of college students--whom he was trying to shut down--and the best part? The young students go to see that I was one more person there who wanted to listen to THEM!
It was a huge success all around, too, because other conservative students crowded around the Cuck Heifer and pushed him away. Other students joined with me and we continued our discussions on a number of issues, including Islam, free speech, Black Lives Matter, the police, and so on.
Jeremy Patino did an incredible job diffusing the situation and making sure that other students could speak without incident.
3. Another young man disparaged the legacy of Republican President Abraham Lincoln. This student was really interesting, because earlier that day he had called me a baby and walked away.
Later on, he and I were able to discuss a lot of issues, and I was not afraid or unwilling to listen, to disagree with him. He had some very disturbing points of view, and I was not sure how he had come to some of the conclusions he had arrived at. He was very pensive and then thoughtful. He was willing to listen to me as much as I was willing to listen to him.
It was incredible how successful this whole event was.
Did I see three favorite? I actually have another, and there are many more great moments, too, but it's better just to watch the video!
4. A group of black college students were standing around and listening to me. One of them got very emotional at first, and some of his friends held him back to calm him down, but everything worked out. The other black students behind me noticed one Antifa member off to the side who was trying to silence the discussion or distract us from talking to one another. Eventually, this Antifa, with a black helmet and facial mask, upset the black students. They ended up shouting her down and chasing her off!
It was awesome!
Final Reflection
Once again, this was the most successful pro free speech event, convocation, rally that I had ever attended.
The violence was kept to a minimum for me because I stayed close to fellow Trump supporters. The students were open-minded and willing to listen. Did we agree? Not that much, but they started to hear a different point of view, and someone who was not afraid to challenge their accepted orthodoxies and mythologies about Trump, politics, faith, and economics.
The Obama-Clinton Machine’s attack dogs in the liberal media are hovering around my campaign like vultures searching for their next meal.
And Arthur, with just over 5 weeks left until the December 12 Special Election, they’re getting more and more desperate by the day. They’re harassing my wife, my family, my neighbors and my friends, frantically looking for dirt they hope to use to defeat me and keep me out of Washington. Meanwhile, the liberal media is dragging me through the mud every chance they get. In fact, just yesterday I went to Washington to meet with conservative Senators like Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, as well as the leaders of many national conservative organizations. While walking through the Capitol, a gaggle of reporters wouldn’t stop hounding me about my deeply-held religious beliefs. Their issue? They’re FURIOUS because I believe our rights come from God -- not the Constitution. CBS News even wrote an article attacking me over it. Arthur, rest assured, their vicious attacks and smears don’t bother me.
I’ve grown thick skin after fighting against the ACLU and other left-wing organizations for more than 15 years.
But most importantly, Arthur, I firmly believe our nation is at a crossroads.
And I believe it’s critical for men and women of principle to stand up and fight to preserve the American Dream for our children, grandchildren and future generations.
Some folks are able to contribute larger amounts like $2,700 ($5,400 per couple) -- the maximum legal amount under federal law -- $2,000, $1,500 and $1,000.
No matter the amount you can afford to give today, Arthur, please know I consider every contribution a sacred trust -- and I promise to be a good steward with your investment in my campaign.
Doug Jones is so out of his league, he has no idea what to do.
I have been receiving his eblasts every day begging for money from donors.
He has recently reported how Judge Roy Moore has outraised him 2-to-1 in Alabama.
But he continues to tell prospective donors that the race is tied at 42%-42%.
That is a lie.
There have been two more polls since the Fox News poll, one of which has Moore at least 8% ahead.
A more recent poll has Moore at 17%, as all Republicans are lining up behind Judge Roy.
The Democratic Party cannot compete anywhere but in urban ghettos and elitist, coastal regions of the country. They are losing funding, and their most faithful voters and supporters are breaking away to form other third-party challenges to the Republican Party.
The Democratic Party has been exposed as a non-stop corruption show, solely invested in enriching the rich, politically connected 1%--which is what is left of the Democratic Party.
The leadership cheated Bernie Sanders. They lied to the public and the grassroots. The convention was a raucous, overwhelming, charged event in which the working men and women on the ground couldn't get any kind of a break.
Then they realized that their own Democratic Party was cheating them.
Now we have Doug Jones, trying to ride the Civil Rights Movement train as a way to make himself look just and equitable compared to Judge Roy Moore. Yet Jones thinks that gender dysphoria is a civil right, too. That is an abuse of the civil rights legacy, to put it mildly.
The left-wing Democrat trying to romp to any kind of chance in the Yellowhammer State is so out of his league, he has no idea what he is contending with. No matter how wild or controversial the remarks uttered by Judge Moore in the past, the truth is that the people of the state rolled out in large numbers to support an outsider challenging the Swamp Creature Luther Strange.
Money spent 30-to-1 did not work, and the people made it clear: We Want Judge Roy!
The same lies, the same distortions are running the Democratic Party campaign in Alabama.
