Everything You Need to Know about Alabama Hate Group "The Southern Poverty Law Center" (But Were Afraid to Ask)

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is an illicit, discredited hate group.

They have a long history of defaming and libeling women, minorities, and people of faith.

Anyone who cites the Southern Poverty Law Center as a serious source for anything is ... well ... a hater, a bigot, a pervert, and probably a big-time groomer.

Here's all you need to know about the Alabama Hate Group otherwise known as "The Southern Poverty Law Center."

 

1.      The agency's co-founder, Morris Dees, was fired for fostering a work culture of sexism and racism, as well as engaging sexual misconduct. Not exactly tolerant or loving, right? Minority employees never received promotions—ever.

2.      The President of the SPLC, Richard Cohen, was forced to resign for enabling Mr. Dees' misdeeds. So did the SPLC legal director Rhonda Brownstein. Ironically, they fostered and permitted the very culture of hate they claimed to combat. Their organization routinely refused to hire anyone aside from white males and females.

3.      Bob Moser (liberal and openly gay), a former employee of the SPLC, informed the public in an exposé for The New Yorker that the whole SPLC is just a smear-machine fundraising mill, nothing more. The agency was never intended to actually stop extremism and hate, but just raise money off of gullible corporate donors who wanted to feel that they were helping the fight.

“All the time, dark shadows hung over everything: the racial and gender disparities, the whispers about sexual harassment, the abuses that stemmed from the top-down management, and the guilt you couldn’t help feeling about the legions of donors who believed that their money was being used, faithfully and well …. We were part of the con, and we knew it.”

 

4.      The SPLC was forced to pay a $3.3 million settlement to Maajid Nawaz for libeling (not just labeling) him and his organization the Quilliam foundation as an "anti-Muslim extremist" simply because as a Muslim reformer he opposes Sharia Law and supports women’s rights. Former President Richard Cohen had to make an official apology, too.

5.      SPLC has smeared MassResistance as a "hate group." It's a laughable charge.

 

a.       Our organization spans chapters throughout the world, including Nigeria, Chile, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, as well as the United Kingdom. We have men and women of all ages and ethnic backgrounds who have sought MassResistance to help them combat the LGBT agenda and its lies. How is that hate?

b.      For the record, mothers and fathers who care about their children do not constitute any kind of "hate group". The truth is, it is hateful to call loving parents "haters" for protecting their children from sexual deviance and perversion.

c.       Homosexuals have contacted our activists and our main office to voice SUPPORT for our activism. A number of them want to leave the LGBT culture, but fear the repercussions of breaking away.

l.        The Jewish Defense League – I kid you not. They consider Jews who defend Israel a “hate group” – This is beyond ridiculous.

m.    Christians and Jews United for Israel – Once again, the SPLC attacks Jews as a hate group. They sound more like Nazis or the KKK.

n.      The Center for Immigration Studies – This group is headed by an Armenian-American, by the way. This group is one of six suing the SPLC for libel.

o.      Federation for American Immigration Reform – This group has supporters of all backgrounds, including Black and Jewish Americans.

9.      Regarding the charge of Homophobia: "Homophobia" suggests a fear of homosexuals. On the contrary, MassResistance and its members have never shied away from confronting individuals on the dangers of LGBT behaviors. In fact, our main office has received commendations from currently practicing LGBT individuals to support our efforts to confront this agenda! It is not a mental disorder to oppose LGBT Behaviors, since they are fraught with disease, dysfunction, and death.

If there’s any barometer that MassResistance is gaining influence, it’s the fact that the extremist Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) – the well-funded centerpiece of left-wing hate in America – has recently revved up its engines to expand its attacks on us.

More than ever, in this age of Trump, the Left simply cannot defend its ideas or positions with rational discussion. It must rely on the most extreme vitriol in the form of lies, distortions, disinformation, and dishonesty. This is something that most conservatives would never think of doing, but it is part of the Left’s mindset.

The SPLC is the real hate group.

The SPLC’s aim (which they have often admitted) is to destroy those who disagree with them. By any rational definition, the SPLC itself is a hate group. They see themselves as the ideological weapon that the mainstream media, corporations, and social media can use to crush conservatives.

We’re used to it. For example, for years the SPLC has used completely phony quotes to paint me as a kind of Holocaust denier – even though I’m Jewish and three of my four grandparents were born in Eastern Europe. They have touted some MassResistance chapters which don’t even exist as dangerous “hate groups.” I could go on and on with their lies.

But last month the SPLC really outdid themselves. They published an attack against MassResistance that is bizarre even by their hideous standards.

Titled “California chapter of anti-LGBT hate group MassResistance gets a white nationalist member,” the article is a vicious attack on our California MassResistance leader Arthur Schaper, a wonderful activist – and also, of course, on me.

The latest epithet-du-jour of the Left is “white nationalist” which replaces “bigot, hater, homophobe,” etc., for the time being. Unlike the Leftist group Black Lives Matter, which exemplifies hatred toward police in particular and white people in general, the term “white nationalist” seems to encompass almost anything the Left doesn’t like. (At a so-called “white nationalist” rally in Boston last year - so labeled by the Boston Globe - the main speaker was a black man. But why let that get in the way of the Left’s narrative?)

This SPLC rant is a breathtaking read. Pretty much every sentence is a lie or absurd distortion of some kind. One almost thinks it was written by a group of middle school students.

It freely breaks rules of common logic. For example: If you’re at an event and someone else (possibly a Leftist) shouts something, the SPLC tags you with it. [ad hominem / guilt by association] This kind of thing is done throughout the article.

No real journalist could write this stuff. If you oppose illegalimmigration, you are “anti-immigrant” and a “nativist extremist.” If you debate someone you disagree with, the SPLC paints you with the other person’s “bad” views. The SPLC fumed because someone “sitting near” Arthur “reportedly” shouted something bad at a meeting. How absurd!

The article is littered with half-truths (or outright lies) about Arthur and his activities. It repeats the distortions in other far-left publications and local left-wing media. There’s not a single “fact” in this article that you can trust at face value.

Any student of the Nazi propaganda minister Josef Goebbels will instantly recognize this style of “journalism.” And these hit pieces are being funded by many of America’s major corporations, such as Apple and Morgan Stanley, who even match employee contributions to the SPLC.

If there’s any humor here it’s the fact that they do include a few direct quotes which are accurate, but will horrify liberals. Arthur actually did write:

“… homosexual behaviors and transgenderism are not normal albeit eccentric behaviors, but destructive and immoral practices which harm children, destroy families, and undermine a sound and cohesive culture.”

Nothing, of course, remotely compares to the violence and disgusting profanity which conservatives regularly endure from aggressive leftists, SJWs, Antifa, etc. No comments from the SPLC on any of that.

What should this tell conservatives?

It means we are getting to them. Extremists like the SPLC don’t react like this if a group poses no threat to their agenda and ideology. It shows that we are doing the right thing, and we need to keep doing it.

The truth is, the liberal reporters who constantly use the SPLC to demean conservatives in their articles know full well what a fraud it all is. They keep doing it because they’re liberals themselves and there’s generally no push-back from our side. Well, we’ve been working on that, too. We’ll show you in an upcoming MassResistance article!

Update: Joy Reid Issues Insufficient "Apology" for Defamation of California Trump Supporter

Joy Ann Reid has embraced controversy, but has also faced fire for writing unkind blog posts, along with anti-Semitic and even homophobic remarks. In spite of all that, she still has a newscasting career at MSNBC. What's going on?

Over the past week, she issued a media frenzy against California Trump supporter Roslyn La Liberte based on a false tweet sent out by open-borders activis Alan Vargas. Click here for the article which contains the full report on that social media frenzy.

Today, Reid finally issued a retraction and a partial "apology":

She posted her tepid retraction on Facebook, too:





There are a few problems, of course.

First of all, her original post went super-viral. This retraction has only received 200+ shares. Hardly any in comparison to the slanderous story which has spread like wildfire across social media.

Next, she softens her failure with "It appears ...".

No. Without a doubt, she got this wrong ... WAY wrong.

Look at the vicious comments which she wrote, drawing so many false conclusions from one photo:

He showed up to a rally to defend immigrants. ... She showed up too, in her MAGA hat, and screamed, “You are going to be the first deported" ... " dirty Mexican!”

He is 14 years old. She is an adult. Make the picture black and white and it could be the 1950s and the desegregation of a school. Hate is real, y’all. It hasn’t even really gone away.

3. Mrs. La Liberte's business website is still crashing. She has lost considerable business as well as standing in the community because of the awful, unjust slander which she has endured.

Let's assess fully the truth of MSNBC Reid's complicity in slander and wrongdoing.

Reid deliberately projected the racist legacies of the Segregationist South into this picture. She invited her readers to look at this photo and make it "black and white", then instructed them to look at Mrs. La Liberte as some kind of race-baiting segregationist fighting to keep black people in the back of the bus.

Reid had neither right, nor authority, nor presence of mind nor any kind of historical or contextual evidence to attribute such invidious discrimination. Mrs. La Liberte is Jewish, went to school in a majority black community, and maintains friendships with Americans of all ethnic backgrounds.

Reid should have known better, but she doesn't, or rather she has gotten away with such hateful bigotry in the past, but without consequence.

John Nolte of Breitbart News outlined nine instances in which Reid pushed anti-Semitic and homophobic remarks, including blog posts which defamed a politician with lies about his private life. The MSNBC anchor lied about how those posts ended up on her blog, but the truth is that she wrote all of those slanderous, scurrilous remarks, and she must own the content of what she wrote along with her immoral character for having written them then trying to distance herself from those words.

Mrs. Reid has already gone too far.

She needs to be held accountable for pushing her unsubstantiated hatred towards a mother, a grandmother, and a small business owner just because she is a Trump Supporter.

I had contacted her media and publicity staffers to demand a retraction, and Reid barely complied.

That is not enough.

MSNBC and Mrs. Reid need to hear from the public, and they need to understand that Reid's legacy of lies, distortions, and racist smears will no longer be tolerated.

Leave comments on Reid's Twitter and Facebook post that her "apology" is not enough.

Having looked over the damage wrought by Mrs. Reid's unthinking, insensitive, racist comments and social media posts toward Mrs. Roslyn La Liberte and other members of LA County for Trump, there is no proper remedy for the libel, slander, and defamation which have resulted other than for Mrs. Joy Ann Reid to resign.

Reid's posts on Twitter and on Facebook attacked Mrs. La Liberte by drawing unjust comparisons with her and to racist Southern segregationists was beyond the pale. 

Mrs. La Liberte has suffered immensely both in terms of her reputation as well as financially, specifically her business.

I am very well aware of Mrs Reid's loose connections with the truth as well as the slanderous, hateful remarks which she has uttered against Jews as well as about homosexuals.

She has been exposed on record for lying about those blogposts which she wrote, and yet MSNBC has continued to cover for her lies, smears, and slander.

Her legacy of rhetorical abuse and hatred can no longer be tolerated.

Mrs. Reid must resign, and resign immediately.

Social Media Mob Defames Innocent Trump Supporter (Help Fight Back!)

Rosalyn La Liberte of the West Valley region in Los Angeles, California is a typical Trump supporter.

Boasting a diverse heritage (she is Jewish, born in Indonesia, raised in Inglewood, where she lived and thrived among many peers of different backgrounds), Rosalyn is a thriving businesswoman and a proud Trump supporter. She loves her country and wants to ensure to that America in not only great for her and her family, but for future generations.

A mother and grandmothers, Roslyn is invested in her beliefs, and she is not afraid to defend this great country and the values on which it is founded.

Every town hall which she has attended, she has been one of the most respectful members of the audience. She has never cursed or verbally assaulted anyone, and when she speaks her mind, she minds the rights of others and her manners.

This is the proper background needed for the following photograph in the Ventura County Star, following her attendance and activist at the Simi Valley City Council meeting on June 25^th, 2018. 

To quickly recap, the Simi Valley city council had voted to join the Department of Justice lawsuit against the state of California for its collection of so-called “Sanctuary State” laws. Following complaints that the city had violated open meeting laws to pass the resolution, the city council revisited the issue, but voted the same way.

Roslyn La Liberte attended the meeting along with a larger group of committed conservatives and concerned citizens throughout the greater Southern California region. Pro-Sanctuary State activists had also attended, and reports before and during the city council meeting indicated that the open-borders lobby bussed in activists to defend the increasingly unpopular Sanctuary State Law.

At one point, Roslyn engaged with some of the individuals in the audience, as depicted above. One can surmise looking at the photo that she isn't even looking at the the student on the right side.

Unfortunately, one young activist named Alan Vargas took this photo and captioned it falsely to defame Roslyn:

Were some of the things they yelled they yelled at this 14 year old boy. He was defending immigrants at a rally and was shouted down.

Notice that Vargas sent this tweet three days after the Simi Valley city council meeting. The writer made no efforts to substantiate the claim. One reporter from the Gateway Pundit, Kristinn Taylor, asked him to corroborate the claim that Roslyn had uttered those racist remarks, and that he had directed them at the 14-year-old.

Of course, the teen activist could not. It was clearly libelous, especially since Vargas wrote "This woman needs to be put on blast."

Fox 11 News released a full report on the incident, in which the 14-year old explains that La Liberte never said any of those nasty things to her.

14-year old Joseph Luevanos was there to take the other side.

During a recess in the meeting the teenager says he started a conversation with the woman to try and understand her feelings, “but, I felt like she was still trying to keep it civil which I appreciate ."

Both he and his mom say there were rude people saying ugly things like the teen would be the first to be deported. For the record, he was born and raised in this part of Southern California and he didn’t like that. But, he says, what you see in the photo isn't a confrontation but a conversation.

La Liberte says, I never said anything disparaging. I never did.”

In spite of this information the left-wing Twitter mob blasted Roslyn La Liberteand has continued to defame and demean her. This is scandalous behavior.

These charges are beyond ridiculous. Roslyn attended Morningside High School in Inglewood, CA when the school was majority black. Furthermore, she has interacted with men and women of all ethnic backgrounds, especially within the LA County for Trump movement.

Of course, the truth doesn't get in the way of angry leftists looking to push an agenda, and to destroy the reputation and living of their political opponents.

This left-wing barage of hate has harmed Roslyn's business.

A photo taken by the Ventura County Star that's been making the social media rounds has become twisted as it churns its way through the internet. Activists have been spinning it in different directions. Some have even alerted companies doing business with Rosalyn La Liberte's contracting company that they should boycott her firm.

La Liberte and her husband tell us people have been calling their phone to harass her. She says the picture couple with the spread of social media has been incredibly damaging. First, she says, "I look like a monster. If I saw that i would be upset.” She says one of her clients has already dumped her because of the photo.

The 14 year old has spoken in La Liberte's favor:

To that, Luevanos says "I don’t really want this upon her. She doesn’t deserve it because she was giving her opinion at a place where everyone should be able to say their peace.

Until today, her business website has still crashed and remains unresponsive because of the excessive traffic/hate mail hitting her business.

Now, there are plenty of responses that well-minded people in the public can do to stop this hateful insanity.

Please follow these steps:

1. Report Alan Vargas for his malicious tweet. His account should be disabled for sending out such libel.

3. Contact me with other ideas. We can launch a boycott against the sponsors for Joy Reid's programs, along with the other actors and activists who lied about Roslyn. If you can contact any attorneys who can help defend Mrs. La Liberte and help her recoup damages because she has lost business and clients because of this outrageous social media assault.
