The media--that is, the large, wannabe corporate gate-keeper liberal press--is dedicated at all points to ensure that the American audience continues to feel sorry for the children who were brought to the United States with by their illegal aliens parents.
The President of the United States has not repealed DACA yet, but the rest of the country the ones who came to this country legally or who were born here -- are getting tired of waiting.
We want to see American children, all Americans put first, and the rule of law restored in its entirety.
There should be no more pity for the men and women in this country today who had come as children.
Illegal is illegal, and the children who are in this "plight" are not the problem of the United States government or its financiers, aka the American taxpayers.
President Trump issued a statement late in April, in which he made it clear that his priority was the violent criminal illegal aliens.
The non-criminal illegals (?) would not have to worry.
But the good news for all of us enforcement advocates?
The young "non-violent" illegals are not resting easy at all!
Young immigrants protected by executive action from deportation say they
won't "rest easy," even if President Donald Trump said they should.
Good! They shouldn't. I say shame on the young yet growing class of young illegals who think that the United States owes them something.
This country has blessed these young illegals--let them go to their home countries and make the world a better place.
Nearly 800,000 people who were brought to the U.S. as children and are
living in the country illegally qualify for the Deferred Action for Childhood
Arrivals program. They've been dubbed "dreamers."
I am fed up with the word "dreamer" being so notoriously abused. Dreams are for American citizens, not for illegal aliens.
Trump told The Associated Press on Friday that his administration is
"not after the dreamers, we are after the criminals."
OK ... but sooner or later the young illegals need to go. They are not getting any less radical or arrogant.
Si se puede DEPORT!
But many say those comments won't assuage their fears, particularly
after the recent deportation of a 23-year-old immigrant who qualified for
deferred deportation.
Juan Escalante is a 28-year-old who was brought to the U.S. from
Venezuela at age 11. He told the AP Friday, "I don't think anyone should
feel comforted."
GREAT. Then leave already.
American dreams matter, and American DREAMers matter. Nothing should get in the way of that.
PRESIDENT OF THE CA STATE SENATE KEVIN DE LEON KEYNOTE SPEAKER Latino Summit University of California Riverside, Riverside, CA 5/6/17 Preliminary Report by Robin Hvidston UCR Professor Armando Navarro hosted the LATINO SUMMIT. Full report to follow.
VIDEO AFTER PRESIDENT OF THE CA SENATE KEVIN DE LEON SPOKE, FED-UP CITIZENS ESCORTED SENATOR KEVIN DE LEON TO HIS GAS-GUZZLING SUV! Senator Kevin de Leon is the author of the CA State Sanctuary bill, SB 54.
NOTE: On 6/13/16 an illegal from Honduras set an intentional fire that killed 5 American citizens in Los Angeles, IN SENATOR KEVIN DE LEON'S DISTRICT. Senator Kevin de Leon has never referenced or acknowledged this heinous crime that took the lives of 5 Americans in his district.
Trump supporters filled a few of the rows toward the front of the meeting room. UCR Latino Summit https://ucrtoday.ucr.edu/46559 Trump supporters displayed lap signs during the summit. There were a lot of empty seats at the UCR Latino Summit!
LA for Trump doesn't just rally on street corners.
We debate the Not Trump and Never Trump crowds.
We've registered voters.
Harim and me
We go to city council meetings and demand the full enforcement of our laws.
We also visit the district offices of local politicians.
Harim and I went to Assemblyman Sebastian Ridley-Thomas' office to demand his "no" vote against SB 54, and to do everything in his power to kill that terrible piece of legislation.
FYI, Harim leaves in Assembly District 54, and he had double claim and demand that his representative reject turning California into a sanctuary state.
Check out our visit below:
Here were his final remarks:
We drove down Crenshaw Blvd, and we saw so much poverty, so much loss.
So few opportunities. Too many homeless.
The state of California needs to take care of citizens, Americans first--not illegals.
Why is this so hard for politicians to understand?
Call Sebastian Ridley-Thomas, and tell him to put Americans first, not illegal aliens!
We the People Rising went to Hilda Solis' Huntington Park office to demand answers for why she thought it was appropriate to spend $10 million of Los Angeles County taxpayers' money to defend illegal aliens with legal counsel.
We arrived in her office on the second floor of the Hub Cities building on Zoe Ave.
Instead of finding the time and chance to speak with her office staff, we found the door locked out:
The Huntington Park police were happy to see us.
They are aware of all things that we are doing in the city.
Before the police arrived, one of the security staffers tried to take my camera!
And here's what he looks like:
Yes, he grabbed at me to take my phone!
Here's another shot of the security guard trying to take my phone!
Here's the recording of what happened from Robin Hvidston's camera:
Instead of letting that punk get away with it, I reported a crime to the Huntington Park police department.
Here's a recording of my comments to the HP Police Department:
They took the report!
And then I got a phone call from Lieutenant Patrick Kraut.
I had a meeting with him at the Huntington Park police department about three weeks later.
Because the nature of this offense was not as serious as murder or rape, my case had to wait.
And that is OK.
The rest of the team told me that they are glad that I reported the crime.
They were relieved that I made a report and pressed charges. If We the People do not stand up to these bullies,
At the police department, the officer went over with me what happened.
I presented to him what happened to me.
At first, I thought that was going to be an assault charge.
The whole thing happened so fast, though, that I could not remember everything. I did not recall perfectly whether he had touched me or not.
But it was crystal clear that he put his hand on my phone to try and take it from me.
Good News #1
The security above was from a contracted company.
They fired him!
GOOD!
But We the People Rising did not stop there.
A number of cameras recorded everything that happened in the room.
My camera, Robin's, and other cameras in the room recorded everything that happened.
This is justice in action!
Here is a photo of the report written up for the incident:
Here is the first email that I received from the Lieutenant:
Mr. Schaper,
Our Investigative Bureau is in receipt of the crime report for which you are a listed victim. As outlined in a message I left on you voicemail earlier today, our investigators would like to meet with you in order to obtain additional details, and any evidence you may be in possession of. Our normal operating hours for the investigative bureau are Monday through Thursday, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Special arrangements can be made upon request. I look forward to hearing from you.
The 17th will work fine, however, I will not be able to guarantee that conducting three individual interviews will take less than an hour in total (if your intention is being at the start of the council meeting as group). Aside from obtaining everyone’s statement and perspective, any report of injury, medical bill, receipt for damaged property, or recording of the incident would be appreciated and valuable to your case.
Our meeting took place on January 17th.
Fellow members of my team were prepared to witness with me.
Thank you, We the People Rising!
During the interview with the Lieutenant, he explained to me that even though an assault charge would not be warranted, another crime would apply: Grand Theft Person.
I had taken one course in criminal law--and I had never heard of such a statute.
Here's a summary:
Grand Theft Person is the crime of taking or stealing
personal property of another, who is in lawful possession of the property.
I am holding onto the property, and the perpetrator is taking it from me while its in my hands.
This is a FELONY!
BAM!
Here is more info that I received from the Lieutenant:
Mr. Schaper –
I believe we discussed it, but unfortunately I cannot find it in
my notes. Can you please provide the details of you cellular
telephone. Make, model, and cost. Thx-
This information would further bolster the case for the filing deputy of the District Attorney's office.
Then the next email I received:
Good Morning Arthur –
A quick update on the case. Reports are prepared and ready for submittal to the District Attorney’s Office, minus a suspect interview / statement. He is no longer working for the company, residing at the location on file with the DMW, nor does he have any other credentials listing a current residence. I am going to make some further attempts to locate the individual over the course of the next week or two, before submitting for a warrant.
Imagine that?
The suspect tried to get away!
FYI, I received that email on February 16.
Yes, the crime occurred on December 20th, 2016.
It has been about two months. Honestly, though, that is pretty face considering that the crime was (at first, to me) a misdemeanor.
The Huntington Park police have done their part, and now everything is in the Filing Deputy's hands to choose what to do:
Greetings-
A quick update. I was able to finally locate the security guard involved in the incident. His statement has been obtained and all supplemental reports are completed. I will be forwarding the case to the District Attorney’s Office for review this week. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I received this update on March 13! Incredible! It's been barely three months, and already the case has been fully filed and in the DA's hands.
There is ample evidence. Ten witnesses provided their contact information for this case.
Final Reflection
We the People Rising are fundamentally opposed to the lawlessness of this country and especially from officials in the state of California.
As the Trump Administration clamps down on the illegal immigration and its ill effects on our communities, the corrupt special interests who prosper and depend on this lawlessness are becoming more violent.
We cannot allow anyone to get away with crimes against any of us!
To all conservative activists out there--do not allow left-wing agitators and SJWs to commit crimes against you and others.
Do not hesitate to report these crimes to the local police.
Yes, this investment of time will reuire providing testimony to the police, and may lead to a day in court.
But it is so worth it!
And the more times that We the People stand up to this abuse, the more that these left-wing hatemongers and their supporters will cease attacking us!
Patrick Furey, the corrupt mayor of Torrance, CA, has called me a sicko and then claimed that I was troubled.
This is another petty Saul Alinksy tactic, which before that was a silencing tactic used by the Soviet Union to remove dissidents.
Just claim that they are crazy or simple-minded, or mentally retarded.
Mayor Furey is on board with this shameful name-calling.
Everyone should know the motto "Like Father, Like Son."
Pat Furey Jr. has the same problems.
Check out his rant against me and others below:
So, Pat Furey Jr. claims that I have special needs?
What is that supposed to mean?
Then he demeans men and women who have developmental disabilities?
What kind of man would say such things?
His mother Terry Furey works in the public school system. Did she teach her son to have such a disdain for young special ed students in our schools?
Disgraced son of disgraceful mayor, Pat Jr.: "I don't like Arthur! He's a retard!"
Since when did speaking out against corruption, against bad leadership in any city amount to "having special needs."
Wow--that is just distasteful!
Shame on them!
Of course, why would Pat Jr. engage in such hateful rhetoric towards me and then also demean people with developmental issues and special needs?
Because I was part of a larger Torrance coalition which demanded his removal from the Torrance Traffic Commission following a third conviction for FPPC violations. Click her for more information.
And like all spoiled children who have gotten away with rampant wrongdoing, he's still hurt because he finally got caught!
Victory in National City! Council Votes NO on Welcoming (Sanctuary)
City Resolution
From: Jeff Schwilk
This message was sent with high importance.
This is another important victory in Southern California. Sanctuary Cities and and sanctuary policies
are illegal and anti-American, and they are now being rejected in many cities
nationwide, even here in Mexifornia.
“Welcoming City” is just a new
term for Sanctuary City that the open border liberals have come up with to try
to convince more cities to welcome, protect, and give city/taxpayer services
and resources to illegal aliens and unvetted Muslim refugees, without the
stigma of being labelled as a “sanctuary city”, which the Trump Administration
has outlawed and promised to crack down on soon.
While three cities in San Diego County declared themselves “Welcoming
Cities” in early 2016 (Encinitas, Solana Beach, and Lemon Grove), before the
public even knew what was going on, no more cities have declared since last
summer, and two cities (Imperial Beach a now National City), have formally
rejected resolutions from the radical Mexican and Muslim (CAIR) special
interest groups in the past 6 months.
At National City’s Feb. 7 council meeting, the two La Raza Latino
council members demanded that the mayor and other two councilmen vote for their
Welcoming City resolution. They even
brought in 43 speakers to beg for their sanctuary policies for the thousands of
illegal aliens in National City. They
failed! Mayor Ron Morrison deleted the
sanctuary policy language from their resolution and then forced it back on the
two Latinos who then voted no on it, but the new non-welcoming resolution
passed 3-2. Brilliant move, Mayor
Morrison!
By the way, the population of National City is 40% immigrants/refugees. 25,000 foreign born residents total, plus all
their dual citizen anchor babies. But on
Feb. 7th, the Americans were represented and prevailed!
Keep up the fights in your neck of the woods. The People and many politicians are waking up
to the fact that we will be living under the rule of law for at least the next
4 years and city, county, and state leaders that try to protect illegal aliens
will be held accountable for their crimes.
America First!
The subject of ‘welcoming city’ has turned thorny for some
municipalities.…
…But in his rewrite, Morrison removed the sentence: “City employees will serve all residents, and
city services will be accessible to all residents, regardless of immigration
status.”…..
National City Council nixes idea of ‘Welcoming City’
Email Mayor Ron Morrison and thank him for standing firm against
illegal sanctuary policies and keeping National City from becoming a formal
Sanctuary City/Welcoming City.
Councilmen Jerry Cano and Albert Mendivil voted against the sanctuary
language and should be commended.
Councilwomen Mona Rios and Alejandra Sotelo-Solis pushed for the
sanctuary policies on behalf of La Raza groups and should be recalled for
violation of their oaths of office.
Lots of left-wing, pro-illegal alien amnesty panderers love to claim that the vast majority of men and women who break into this country--and who put their children into unlawful status--are respectful, otherwise law-abiding citizens
But now illegal aliens, especially in California are getting arrogant and abusive.
And entitled!
Check out this poor excuse for a human being:
and here
All this man did was shame and curse at us.
He then presumed to lecture We the People because we don't know what our constitution says?
This man was a total coward, running away from me when I pressed him to explain his lawless status.
Don't let anyone tell you that illegal immigration is a victimless crime with no adverse consequences.
Miscreants like the little man in the videos above need to be DEPORTED!
The first two years of his Presidency, Barack Obama had a Democratic Congress with a higher majority than the Republicans have now. The Democratic Party held a supermajority in the United States Senate.
Obama could have gotten immigration "reform" done then.
But he did nothing about immigration.
Instead, he pushed Cap and Trade, which barely passed the House of Representatives, then died in the United States Senate.
Then came Obamacare, which once again barely passe the house of Representatives. Democrats voted against it, and not one Republican voted for the final bill.
What a disastrous Presidency for Barack Obama.
Now, 8 years later, after claiming to champion Barack Obama and his vastly progressive--really regressive--policies, Lara is suddenly having a change of heart.
He blames Barack Obama for not passing immigration "reform" when he had the chance.
My question:
When will these Latino Democrats realize that the National Democratic Party never had an interest in immigration "reform"?
Do they really think that the Democratic representatives throughout the Rust Belt were going to risk their cushy political careers advancing an agenda which would put more working Americans ... out of work?
There has been a national groundswell of outrageous trhoughoutt his coutnry against illegal immigration for decades. Americans want this country to be for ... Americans. This is not a h\ard concept.
Ricardo Lara stepped into a landmine with delayed detonation when he was pushing this program of open borders and blanket amnesty. Now that Donald Trump is President, the landmine has gone off--and there is nothing that they can do about it.
The national Democratic Party has never cared about fixing the immigration system in our country The truth is that the system is not even broken.
