May 22, 2017: Courthouse Hearing for the Westlake-MacArthur Park Five
The Remembrance Project attends the court hearings for illegal aliens who have murdered American citizens in our country.
They take the time and effort to ensure that every American citizen is not forgotten, even if the federal and state governments refuse to keep track of illegal aliens in our country and refuse to comply with and enforce our nation's immigration laws.
Over the past two years, since I met Robin Hvidston, the California Director of the Remembrance Project, I did not have time to join the rest of her team in court hearings in Los Angeles County.
On May 22, I finally had the chance.
Ever since I learned about the terrible fire set by Honduran illegal alien Johnny Sanchez, I wanted to ensure justice for Tierra Stansberry, DeAndre Mitchell and the other three Americans killed in the fire:

The hearing took place at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center, and it was clear to me that the courthouse is packed on any given day. The outside of the building and the corridors throughout the court house are pretty old, but the court chambers are state of the art.
It was surprising to me to enter Department 30, where the next preliminary hearing was held, and to find pew-like benches instead of individal seats. The court was not overflowing with people, which is a good thing, I suppose, From the outset, the deputy sheriffs on site instructed everyone to put their phones away and turn them off. No exeptions.
It's a very tightly-run event, and sometimes the Remembrance Project volunteers have to stay until the afternoon before the suspect is brought up for the hearing.
This morning, we were fortunate enough for the case against Johnny Sanchez to come up very early.
The next preliminary hearing, with all the evidence presented for trial, will not be until late July.
In the meantime, the deputy district attorney met with us in the courthouse hallway:

This is terrible.
Five Americans murdered in their own country by an illegal alien.
The crime occured in June 2016. It's been a year, and a trial still has not been set yet. It took one year just for the deputy DA to collect the autopsy reports about the deaths.
Another preliminary hearing is coming up in July?!
Indeed, the wheels of justice move slowly in Los Angeles County. In the meantime, the taxpayers are feeding and clothing the illegal alien, all while homeless, veterans, the mentally ill, and other at-risk groups struggle to survive. Homeowners and taxpayers are moving out of a county which is more dedicated to the needs of illegal aliens, while American citizens do not feel safe in their own communiities.
Thankfully, Deputy DA Roberts is on the case. Let's just hope that justice will be served as soon as possible, and that Donald Trump builds that wall as soon as possible!

Director of We the People Rising BLASTS Biased Media RE: El Monte Illegal Alien Town Hall
Robin Hvidston, the Director of We the Poeople Rising, contacted reporter Christopher Yee for his flawed report on the events from the treasonous April 14, 2017 Illegal Alien Town Hall hosted by Congresswoman Grace Napolitano (D-El Monte).
The initial report was missing key information.
The original title event listed We the People Rising as "anti-immigrant", which is a total lie.
The letter is excellent, and very thorough!

The citizens of the state of California are not going to sit in the back of the bus
We will not permit illegal aliens and their enablers to drown us out and remove our rights while illegals violate the laws of our nation.

I would like to speak to you on the telephone regarding your article "Illegal Immigration Protesters Interrupt Immigration Forum."
I was in attendance at the immigration forum.
First of all, I would like to thank you for publishing the paragraph revealing why Rep Judy Chu cancelled her Immigration Forum. I had read your article in which Rep Judy Chu, who is my representative, was promoting her forum and then she abruptly cancelled it. I had contacted you to follow up on why she had cancelled the meeting, so thank you for including that information in the article.
Of note, our organization opposes ILLEGAL entry into the USA and we are in support of those who are legally present in the USA and have members who legally immigrated to this country and are now U.S. citizens.

SHOULDN'T THE THEFT OF THE CELL PHONE & ASSAULT BE THE HEADLINE? It is recorded on video.
I would point out that at a forum held by a member of congress an attendee's phone was stolen as he was struck by a female and struck by a male. This was all recorded. As well as the cell phone thievery was recorded. A CRIME OCCURRED. An expensive cell phone was stolen RECORDED ON VIDEO, and the theft occurred as police officers were on scene!

This crime is not referenced in the article. In fact, the cell phone is not even referenced until paragraph 12. In the article, it would seem the cell phone was just placed on the ground and then someone just picked it up. WRONG! It was stolen. And the video evidence, which is featured in the article, demonstrates how the cell phone continued to record as it was stolen and then disposed of - and the Facebook audience was horrified as they were watching the assault and theft live on Facebook. How could this article have been published without the theft of the expensive cell phone being the centerpiece of the article? Again, it was stolen as it was broacasting live on Facebook.
In addition, the article is inaccurate as it does NOT depict that there were those in the audience in support of illegal immigration who were shouting and hollering. People shouted out "F Donald Trump" repeatedly. At one point, a group broke out in a loud and concerted chant, in my opinion, they were trying to shut the meeting down. But there was no mention by the mayor or the congresswoman about the outbursts and the yelling that continually went forward by those supporting illegal immigration. They would at times stand up and shout out. They put their cameras in the faces of the Trump supporters and were disruptive during the meeting. One of our members who was escorted to her car by an officer after the meeting had ended, asked why there was so much yelling by those groups, and he told her they were from out of town for the most part.

I would like to talk to you about doing a follow up article. One that would reflect the FACTS - an expensive cell phone was stolen at an event held by a member of congress and that theft was broadcast live on Facebook. In addition, the interruption and shouting by those in support of illegal immigration should also be included in the article.
Readers of your article deserve to know the facts. Both sides should have fair coverage in the article.

Naui Ocelotl Huitzilopochtli: La Raza Desperado de California
The Donald Trump Team in California has helped expose the face of La Raza hate in our beautiful Golden State. Instead of succumbing to white guilt, we recognize that the United States is a prosperous nation because of the rule of law. This wonderful has been an unforgettable gift to the entire world, founded on Anglo-Saxon legacies of limited government, individual liberty, and constitutional rule.
So, Naui is not Mexican, even though he was born in Mexico, and Harim is Mexican, even though he was born in the United States? Naui is very confused, most likely overwhelmed by the fact that his La Raza agenda is hitting brick walls (figuratively, and eventually literally).
These values did not exist in Meso America, in which deified emperors would decide who would live and who would die. Ancient peoples sacrificed their own people to the Sun God or other demonic powers in order to ensure that the sun and natural cycles would continue.
The arrival of European settlers and colonists actually prevented the extermination of native inhabitants at the time. Would the world have been better off if no one in Europe or Asia had discovered the Americas?
Probably not. After all, many of the indigenous tribes, nations, and kingdoms had not even invented the wheel. They routine raping, pillage, and outright genocide perpetrated by Indian groups throughout the Americans would make anyone shudder. Historians and La Raza Nativists should look at Easter Island and simply ask "What happened to the original inhabitants?"
They are no longer there, and most likely because they killed themselves or wiped themselves out!
At any rate, Naui is not interested in listening to anyone who wants to discuss these issues.

He discriminates against a proud American of Latino and Jewish heritage. Harim Uzziel is a Trump supporter, as were 30% of Hispanic voters in Election 2016.
Why does Naui insist on calling him "Mexican"? Naui himself was born in Jalisco, Mexico, but he refuses to be called ""Mexican" but rather identifies as "Nahua", the tribe, or nation, or whatever his ancestors came from.

He confuses identities many times with other people, too. Look what he said to me repeatedly at the February 27th meeting in Cudahy, just before Election Day:
Naui kept saying "Go back to Europe, because you look European!"
Oh, so I have to leave the country based on the color of my skin? There's another word for this kind of thinking. It's called "racism." I would further add "desperation."

He also calls him a "cholo." HUH? Now this is the true face and rhetoric of racism. Naui despises anyone who does not go along with his destructive, neo-nativist agenda. Very sad, and very troubling.
I looked over his YouTube channel, and frankly the more that he tries to goad and harass Trump supporters and immigration enforcement advocates, the more he inadvertently reveals Trump supporters in a positive light.

He called this gentleman a "Zionist white supremacist."
HUH? So he supports Israel, and is therefore a white supremacist? White supremacists hate Jewish people and they hate Israel. Naui undermines himself the moment that he posts something--anything--on social media, he exposes his hatred. None of the Americans protesting were disrespectful or invidiously discriminating against Naui.
Then check out some of the remarks on this video from the May, 2016 meeting in Anaheim:
First of all, notice that he cut out the footage of the anti-Trump Hispanic attackers who pepper-sprayed Raul Rodriguez of America First Latinos and Mike McGetrick of We the People Rising. The title of this video says it all, when Naui labels Chanell Temple "Aunt Tom." He was trying to call Chanell a feminine version of "Uncle Tom." Racist, sexist, and completely misiniformed.

The top comments contain support for Donald Trump and wish him success.
Guess what? HE WON!
But don't tell Naui, since he is convinced that you and I, along with everyone else, are a bunch of racist illegal aliens who should be deported because ... we are not related to Naui, I guess.
Oh, and towards the middle of the video, Naui starts chanting "Black Lives Matter" ... but he just called Chanell "Aunt Tom." Sounds pretty racist, doesn't it? In the second part of the video, notice how he harasses senior citizens and women. Why does he have to harass these citizens in order to show his disgust for Donald Trump?
Why indeed?
Because he is a racist.

Criminal Case: DA Determining Whether to Prosecute Huntington Park Security Guard Who Tried to Take My Phone
December 20th, 2016.
We the People Rising went to Hilda Solis' Huntington Park office to demand answers for why she thought it was appropriate to spend $10 million of Los Angeles County taxpayers' money to defend illegal aliens with legal counsel.
We arrived in her office on the second floor of the Hub Cities building on Zoe Ave.
Instead of finding the time and chance to speak with her office staff, we found the door locked out:
The Huntington Park police were happy to see us.
They are aware of all things that we are doing in the city.
Before the police arrived, one of the security staffers tried to take my camera!
And here's what he looks like:
Yes, he grabbed at me to take my phone!

Instead of letting that punk get away with it, I reported a crime to the Huntington Park police department.

And then I got a phone call from Lieutenant Patrick Kraut.
I had a meeting with him at the Huntington Park police department about three weeks later.
Because the nature of this offense was not as serious as murder or rape, my case had to wait.
And that is OK.
The rest of the team told me that they are glad that I reported the crime.
They were relieved that I made a report and pressed charges. If We the People do not stand up to these bullies,
At the police department, the officer went over with me what happened.
I presented to him what happened to me.
At first, I thought that was going to be an assault charge.
The whole thing happened so fast, though, that I could not remember everything. I did not recall perfectly whether he had touched me or not.
But it was crystal clear that he put his hand on my phone to try and take it from me.
Good News #1
The security above was from a contracted company.
They fired him!
GOOD!
But We the People Rising did not stop there.
A number of cameras recorded everything that happened in the room.
My camera, Robin's, and other cameras in the room recorded everything that happened.
This is justice in action!

Aside from obtaining everyone’s statement and perspective, any report of injury, medical bill, receipt for damaged property, or recording of the incident would be appreciated and valuable to your case.
Our meeting took place on January 17th.
Fellow members of my team were prepared to witness with me.

During the interview with the Lieutenant, he explained to me that even though an assault charge would not be warranted, another crime would apply: Grand Theft Person.
I had taken one course in criminal law--and I had never heard of such a statute.
Here's a summary:
Grand Theft Person is the crime of taking or stealing
personal property of another, who is in lawful possession of the property.
I am holding onto the property, and the perpetrator is taking it from me while its in my hands.
This is a FELONY!

This information would further bolster the case for the filing deputy of the District Attorney's office.
Then the next email I received:
Good Morning Arthur –
A quick update on the case. Reports are prepared and ready for submittal to the District Attorney’s Office, minus a suspect interview / statement. He is no longer working for the company, residing at the location on file with the DMW, nor does he have any other credentials listing a current residence. I am going to make some further attempts to locate the individual over the course of the next week or two, before submitting for a warrant.
Imagine that?
The suspect tried to get away!
FYI, I received that email on February 16.
Yes, the crime occurred on December 20th, 2016.
It has been about two months. Honestly, though, that is pretty face considering that the crime was (at first, to me) a misdemeanor.
The Huntington Park police have done their part, and now everything is in the Filing Deputy's hands to choose what to do:

A quick update. I was able to finally locate the security guard involved in the incident. His statement has been obtained and all supplemental reports are completed. I will be forwarding the case to the District Attorney’s Office for review this week. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I received this update on March 13! Incredible! It's been barely three months, and already the case has been fully filed and in the DA's hands.
There is ample evidence. Ten witnesses provided their contact information for this case.
Final Reflection
We the People Rising are fundamentally opposed to the lawlessness of this country and especially from officials in the state of California.
As the Trump Administration clamps down on the illegal immigration and its ill effects on our communities, the corrupt special interests who prosper and depend on this lawlessness are becoming more violent.
We cannot allow anyone to get away with crimes against any of us!
To all conservative activists out there--do not allow left-wing agitators and SJWs to commit crimes against you and others.
Do not hesitate to report these crimes to the local police.
Yes, this investment of time will reuire providing testimony to the police, and may lead to a day in court.
But it is so worth it!
And the more times that We the People stand up to this abuse, the more that these left-wing hatemongers and their supporters will cease attacking us!

LA for Trump Confront Anti-American Hate in Downtown Los Angeles
LA for Trump is not afraid.
We are taking our message of love and support for our President all the way to the deepest, bluest sections of Los Angeles County (which is pretty much everywhere except the edges near Orange County and the Palos Verdes area).
Today, February 18, another set of raging anti-Trump, anti-American, pro-illegal alien protests were set to envelope the streets of Downtown Los Angeles.
Surprisingly enough, though, Mayor Eric Garcetti has gotten awfully quiet about the sanctuary city policy. Perhaps he realizes that Trump does not play games. The President means what he says, and is following through on enforcing our laws.
Of course, the rest of the left-wing Twitterati, Hater-ati are furious. They were convinced by the lying, fawning media that Crooked Hillary would be the next President of the United States--and it didn't happen!
Los Angeles for Trump showed up to make a difference. The lies from the media and the anti-social injustice warriors need to be challenged and overturned with the truth.
And we were ready to make our case!
All of us gathered near 5th and Spring Street first.
We found reporters and photographers abounding to take pictures of us:
Police officers came by to find out our numbers and our goals for the day.
They were extremely helpful, and we welcomed their presence:
More people gathered to support our efforts in Los Angeles too:
Before we went to LA City Hall, we prayed together. Our good friend Harim Uzziel read a blessing from Psalm 91 for all of us. We knew that we would need plenty of protection, and we had it!
It was a glorious walk down Spring Street.
Some people cursed at us, but lots of people honked in support and waved.

One of the reasons why Los Angeles for Trump shows up to represent for our President--we want all Angelenos who love and support our President to declare their support loudly and proudly.
No one should run and hide or stay silence because of their political views. No one should be ashamed because they put Americans first.

Once we arrived a city hall, we refused to back down and just wait on a corner.
We went to city hall and took photos on the steps:

We marched around the park across the street from city hall, hoping to catch the media before the Anti-Trump marches overwhelmed the streets.
Then we settled and promoted our President right on the corner of First and Spring Street:
Another pro-Trumper from Modesto, but who now lives in Los Angeles, joined us.
Live feeds were recording us everywhere, too.
As soon as the anti-Trump protesters started taking over the street, the conflict hit a new heated pitch.
Some of the racists tried to shout us down.
The police stayed nearby to ensure our safety.
One creepy man keep flashing his middle finger at us. He pushed one of the ladies in our team.
I followed him up the street demanding that he answer for what he did.
Then another guy sneaked up behind me and knocked my phone out of my hands.
Then he ran away:
College students, grown men, and even an adjunct professor reaced out to talk to,
Reporters also asked Harim key uestions about his decision to demonstrate for Trump:
The anti-Trumpers did their hate spiel, but none of us backed down.
The LAPD protected us and respected our rights to freedom of speech.
We prepared to head out about1:30pm so that we could attend the Cudahy City Council meeting next.
The police informed us that the would escort us to our cars.
They walked ten blocks to ensure our safety!

We marched around the park across the street from city hall, hoping to catch the media before the Anti-Trump marches overwhelmed the streets.
Then we settled and promoted our President right on the corner of First and Spring Street:
Another pro-Trumper from Modesto, but who now lives in Los Angeles, joined us.
Live feeds were recording us everywhere, too.
As soon as the anti-Trump protesters started taking over the street, the conflict hit a new heated pitch.
Some of the racists tried to shout us down.
The police stayed nearby to ensure our safety.
One creepy man keep flashing his middle finger at us. He pushed one of the ladies in our team.
I followed him up the street demanding that he answer for what he did.
Then another guy sneaked up behind me and knocked my phone out of my hands.

The anti-Trumpers did their hate spiel, but none of us backed down.
The LAPD protected us and respected our rights to freedom of speech.
We prepared to head out about1:30pm so that we could attend the Cudahy City Council meeting next.
The police informed us that the would escort us to our cars.
They walked ten blocks to ensure our safety!
