Delusional Democrats Still Can't Understand Why They Lost So Many National Elections

The Democratic Party is still not learning from their failures. Under Barack Obama, Democrats lost seats all over the country, including blue states. Republican Governors are leading an unprecedented 34 states, and the few Democratic Governors outside of the deep blue states are more conservative.

Did they really think that they could embrace communism without thinking twice about it? Did they really think that the voting public would go along with arrogant, out-of-touch media and academic elites shaming them just for being white, or poor, or working-class individuals?

Of course, the Democratic National Committee in their latest fundraising eblast simply announces their epic losses at the local, state, and federal levels as some kind of unforeseen tragedy:

Join us.
Here's the honest truth, Arthur:

Since 2008, we've lost about a thousand state legislative seats, 12 governorships, and 26 state legislatures, and both houses of Congress -- but 2018 is the year we can start winning them back.

When Tom and I say we need to reach 50 million voters to elect Democrats nationwide, we aren't just saying that to check off a box. That's what it will take to win this November.

Tonight at midnight is a critical FEC deadline -- and what we raise before then will determine how many voters we'll be able to reach by November. So I am asking you today:

Chip in $3 before midnight tonight if you're ready to elect Democrats in all 50 states this year. Winning in November starts with what we do right now.

Thanks for stepping up ahead of tonight's deadline.

Keith

Keith Ellison
Deputy Chair
Democratic National Committee

P.S. -- Right now we're a bit short of hitting our goal, but we're close enough that your contribution could be the one that helps us get there. Donate $3 before tonight's deadline.
It's too bad that national politics has turned into something so consistently cyclical. Why do all of these voters not realize that voting in Democrats will only bring in another set of socialist agitators into power? We need more MAGA, and we can't get that if we have socialist, communists, and anti-American tyrants coming into power.

Keith Ellison has hob-knobbed with notorious anti-Semites, and then there's Tom Perez, a corrupt Hillary Clinton puppet who probably never turned a bribe. The former Labor Secretary won the DNC Chairmanship through a lot of internal manipulation, demonstration to anyone paying attention that the corrupt Wall Street Establishment still runs the Democratic Party.'

What a shameful displace of blind hubris. They just happened to lose all those elected offices after 8 years of Obama. They can't put two and two together? Worse yet, they look poised to win back the House. Do we really want that kind of delusion overseeing appropriations in Washington DC?

Seriously: Delusional Democrats Think They Can Win Alabama

Yes, this is how desperate the Democratic Party has become.

They are barely a regional party. Their elected leaders control elitist enclaves or third-world hell-holes, with nothing to show for their efforts but graft, corruption, and sexual perversion.

But in spite of all the losses and failures, including one special election after another, Tom Perez is absolutely convinced that they have a shot at the US Senate seat in Alabama.

Can you say "Delusional"?

Join us.
Split a donation between Doug Jones and the DNC to help elect Doug to Congress and Democrats around the country.

Do you know what a "Kansas City Shuffle" is, Arthur?

It's a confidence scam that relies on sleight of hand and misdirection to distract people from seeing what's really going on -- and that's exactly what Republicans in Congress are trying to pull over on the American people today.

As Donald Trump captures the spotlight every single day, his cronies Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan are waiting in the shadows, biding their time for the right moment to turn their party's agenda into laws that hurt hardworking American families. We're seeing it right now with their latest health care scheme.

The way we stop them is by winning elections. We have a real opportunity to take back a seat in the Senate this December in Alabama, where Doug Jones -- a lifelong fighter for middle-class Democratic values -- is running to take over Jeff Sessions' vacant Senate seat.

Winning this race means having another voice in the Senate to fight back against Trump and sending a message to the entire Republican Party that Democrats can win anywhere. That's the exact kind of momentum Democrats need to give our candidates the boost needed to mobilize and win in 2018.

Let's use our grassroots power to show Doug Jones and Democrats running in Alabama and across the country we have their backs -- pitch in $3 or more today to split a donation between Doug's campaign and the DNC.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately and be divided evenly between the DNC and Doug Jones for Senate.

QUICK DONATE: $3
QUICK DONATE: $10
QUICK DONATE: $25
QUICK DONATE: $50
QUICK DONATE: $100
Or donate another amount.
Thank you,

Tom

Maybe we should applaud and promote their ongoing, insane disconnect from reality. They have nothing to run on, no leader to look to, and no agenda to promote.

Let's hope that the Democratic Party will keep embracing this delusional, even as they ignore the growing Republican insurgency around the country, and the incredible MAGA agenda victories of our President. And also while the continue to ignore the never-ending corruption of the DNC which has turned off so many voters and liberals that they simply refuse to affiliate with the party of Crooked Hillary and Arrogant Obama.

Democrats Are Losing Badly--Very Badly

The Democratic Party is in such free-fall

The lapses and failures of the latest spate of special elections clearly spells their doom.

Check out what happened in Kansas! Mike Pompeo's seat opened

Yes, the progressive Democrats was within 4 points of winning in the special election--but the Republican still won.

In Louisiana, a state senate seat held by Democrats since 1972, flipped back into Republican hands.

Here's a great announcement about that pickup from the Republican State Legislative Committee:

For months, Democrats have bragged about state-level, special election strength and victories, while conveniently glossing over one very important detail: they weren’t actually winning any new seats. But on Saturday, the seat count finally changed… and not in their direction. Republican John Stefanski this weekend flipped Louisiana House District 42 – a seat held by Democrats since at least 1972 – after Democrats failed to even file a candidate in the race. Additionally, Republicans retained House District 92 on Saturday with a win by Joe Stagni. So for those of you keeping score, Democrats in state legislatures – despite massive interest and spending – have still flipped zero seats and hold even less than they did at the beginning of 2017. So much for refocused and rebuilding. ICYMI earlier this month, RSLC Political Director Justin Richards released a 2017 special elections update memo noting that despite major investments and major party surrogates’ engagement, Democrats hadn’t actually netted any new seats in state legislative chambers.

Keep in mind--the only reason that Louisiana has a Democratic Govenror is that the Republican candidate for Governor, US Senator David Vitter, was impalatable to many voters because of past dalliances with prostitutes in Washington D.C.

It had to do with the Republican candidate running for office.

But let the truth be told. The Democratic Party is in complete shambles, and the states where they hold complete power? They are crashing and burning!

In South Carolina, not only have Republicans showed real strength, but the conservative candidate won, the type of person who wants to see more power in the hands of individual citizens and less with power-brokers in Washington DC.

If the Georgia special election goes Republican for Karen Handel, expected more heads to roll in the DNC.

So much fun! No wonder the Democratic minority is going nuts in Washington. They have to distract voters over Russian infiltration into the Election. If not, the media will be full exposed as in league with the Democratic Party, since they refuse to cover and report on their rampant and growing corruption in the state of California as well as Rhode Island, Hawaii, Delaware, and Oregon.

Democrats Gone Full Delusional: "Demand Investigation into Russia-Trump Collusion"

Tom Perez cheated to win the DNC Chairmanship.

Before that, it was crystal clear that the Democratic National Committee was cheating in every way they could to guarantee Hillary Clinton the nomination and then the Presidency.

Now that they have continued to lose one race after another, they are obsessed with tossing as much hay as possible out of the whole Trump-Russia connection.

Even though there is no "there" there!

Check out the latest eblast from the desperate chairman Tom Perez:

Join us.
Add your name: demand an independent investigation into Trump and his connections to Russia.

We just crossed a huge milestone -- half a million signatures on our petition calling for an independent investigation into Donald Trump's ties to Russia.

We're sending a message to the Trump administration loud and clear: we won't stand for Donald Trump's corruption, and we won't back down until we get the truth.

According to our records for this email address, it doesn't look like we have your signature on file yet. Make sure Trump and the GOP know you'll hold them accountable. Click below and sign on right now:

Subject: re: last night

Friend --

Last night, the President of the United States fired the man responsible for leading an investigation into the President of the United States.

There have been plenty of reasons since January 20th to wake up feeling angry or scared at the latest news from the Trump administration. But what Donald Trump did last night represents a uniquely dangerous threat to American democracy. It's up to each and every one of us to hold him accountable.

There's no question about why Trump did it -- this was a transparent attempt to undermine the investigation into the Trump campaign's collusion with Russia to swing the election in Trump's favor. It was done at Trump's personal direction together with an attorney general who has already had to remove himself from anything having to do with the Russia investigation.

This is not the first time Trump has fired a Justice Department official who posed a threat to him. He fired Sally Yates when she refused to enforce a Muslim ban which she knew to be unconstitutional. He fired U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara right after Bharara's office received a request to investigate Trump's conflicts of interest.

The only other President in American history to fire the official investigating him was Richard Nixon. Just like Nixon, Donald Trump must be held responsible.

Right now, that means there must be an independent investigation led by a special prosecutor. Add your name to join the call for one today:

Thanks,

Tom
