Christian Walker: Another Gay CON-Servative Grifter

Update (October 5th, 2022):

According to Dinesh D'Souza, Christian Walker's parents divorced when he was only three years old! How could he possibly have carried any kind of grudge against his father, or known anything about serious abuse?

Here's what he had to share yesterday:

Indeed, it sure sounds as though Christian is just mouthing whatever his mother has been telling him. And here we have yet another proof of the emotional and psychological pathology that foments homosexual tendencies: an overbearing mother and a distant father.

Once again, we need to stop celebrating and normalizing homosexuality. We need to show people that individuals who want to flaunt their homosexuality and grift.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gay CON-Servative Grifter Christian Walker

Fake Gay "conservative" Christian Walker loves bouncing around telling people how great he is.

He loves to showcase his clothes, his shopping, his conservative-lite virtue-signaling.

Now he's going on a tear against his "deadbeat" dad who is running for US Senate in Georgia.

Check out his latest tweet storm:

But hold on a sec. For a long time, Christian was more than happy to suck up the limelight with his Dad, and not once did he complain about him being an absentee or abusive father:

He was sure happy to give Daddy a big hug last year, too: What's going on here? Go back a little further, and you can see earlier interviews of Herschel Walker with his son Christian, when he made the decision at a younger age to be a cheerleader: Doesn't seem to me that Herschel had abandoned his son. It sure seems to me that he was trying to repair the relationship with this son, in fact. And some more: So, what's really going on here? I suspect that Christian Walker's grift has run dry. He was a fixture on the social media scene because was a so-called conservative in California. When he decided to move to Florida, he should have also realized that he was not going to unique anymore. His grift was going to dry up, since there are lots of minority conservatives and so-called "gay CON-servatives" in Florida, too.

There are deeper issues to consider, of course. Christian Walker is bitter towards his dad, no doubt. Bitterness towards anyone causes sexual dysfunction of all kinds, hence Christian Walker's struggles with same-sex attraction.

He has emotional problems, psychological issues, and he is highly narcissistic. What can one say, except that he is confirming what honest, up-front pro-family activists have been declaring for a long time: homosexuality is a mental illness, not a benign eccentricity. Individuals who wrestle with same-sex attraction are dealing with one or more of four issues: 1) abuse 2) neglect 3) confusion 4) molestation.

In the case of Christian, it sounds like neglect and confusion are key problems, along with the abuse he may have suffered in the broken home of his mother and father. Put all of this together with a heady media presence and conservative influencers who want to make a little money, and you have another grifter.

To a larger point, however, it's time for conservative activists to take a firm stance against the normalization of LGBT behaviors and identities in the public square, including the conservative movement generally.

The Democratic Party Resurfaces its Racist Roots

Black Republican and former professional football player Herschel Walker shared in his latest fundraising email that he was maligned with the N Word:

Arthur,Every morning I wake up, determined to get the most out of each day. I'm an optimist and firmly believe it takes more effort to have a bad day than a good one.But I've got to tell you, MSNBC and their cast of far-Left characters do their best to ruin my day as often as they can. You might recall that earlier this year one of their regular panelists began attacking our Senate campaign. In April, he called me an "ignorant neophyte," and said that my candidacy is "a white insult to Black people."Then he called Senator Tim Scott and me "tokens" who are "shucking and jiving for their white handlers."Now, he's back at it again, saying this about me on MSNBC earlier this week:
"Walker is doing what he's told, and that is what Republicans like. That's what Republicans want from their negroes: to do what they're told."
I'll repeat what I said in April: this is racist, disgusting, and sad. What's also disturbing is that our opponent, who also happens to be Black, has never once condemned any of these blatantly racist remarks. Can you imagine if these comments were made by a conservative about a Black Democrat? The outrage would be instantaneous and overwhelming – and rightly so.Senator Warnock's silence is deafening and disappointing. The loudest and clearest way to push back against these kinds of disgusting attacks is to defeat them at the ballot box. Please help me stand up against MSNBC, reject racist commentators, and defeat silent Democrats by donating $10, $20, $50, or even $100 right now.Enough is enough. It's time to show them a groundswell of grassroots support from across Georgia and around the country. I hope we can count on your
 support at this time.Thanks,Herschel Walker

Why is this not surprising? The Democratic Party has been racist since its modern uprising in the last 1820s. They are the party of slavery, secession, segregation, and socialism, and once again we see them going back to their perverse roots.

This kind of hate has no place in our national politics, and we need to fight as hard as we can to get Herschel Walker into the US Senate this year!

MassResistance Activist Becomes Congresswoman from Georgia!

MassResistance activist going to Congress – about to easily win Congressional election in Georgia!

Conservative, pro-family candidate bashed by national liberal media and RINOs.

But she stood tall and charging forward!

November 2, 2020
ALT TEXT Marjorie Taylor Green - a great activist who will be a great member of Congress! Predicted to win by a landslide.

We’re writing this the day before the November 3 election. And we already know Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican, is going to win Georgia’s 14th Congressional district race.

President Trump carried the district by 27 points in 2016. The Republican incumbent (who’s not running for re-election) won his last race in 2018 by 75%-25%. And to top it off, the Democrat in the race has dropped out and moved out of state!

Greene has been personally endorsed by President Trump:

ALT TEXT

A great MassResistance activist in Georgia

Two years ago, MassResistance exploded onto the scene by confronting Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) events all over the country. At those events homosexual men dressed as garish women would come to public libraries and read LGBT-themed story books to young children. Their stated goals were to “give kids glamorous, positive, and unabashedly queer role models” and to encourage young children to “defy rigid gender restrictions.”

In September 2018, our first victory against this terrible indoctrination took place in a very pro-LGBT section of Atlanta, Georgia. A DQSH event was scheduled for the Ponce De Leon Library (which had already hosted one the previous year), but was abruptly cancelled after pressure from outraged MassResistance parents and activists (plus other local citizens).

ALT TEXT

After that victory, our team of activists expanded. One of those individuals was Marjorie Greene.

In early 2019, working with other activists in Fulton County (where Atlanta is located), Greene helped protest against other DQSH programs, including one at the public library in Alpharetta, Georgia where she lived.

She videoed the bizarre Drag Queen presentation at the Alpharetta event, and during the video demanded that the library assistant manager explain why they were hosting an event that contradicted truth and the religious faith of the taxpayers. She introduced the video saying:

“I’m waiting for my friends that are here with MassResistance. You guys can look up MassResistance, it’s a group that tries to stand up against this brainwashing of our children.”

She then posted something clearly true – which angered liberals:

“Trans does not mean gender change, it just means a gender refusal and gender pretending! Truth is truth, it is not a choice!!!”

Greene did much more than that. She was also influential in working with our Georgia MassResistance chapter leader at the time, Noelle, when our activists were confronting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to enact policies to make sure that Drag Queen Story Hour and similar programs would not come back to the county again.

A year later, Marjorie Greene was running for Congress in the 14th Congressional district, the most conservative Republican district in the state.

ALT TEXT She's outspoken and unafraid!

Vicious attacks from the left - and from RINOs

Marjorie Taylor Greene is a real pro-family conservative and is unafraid to say so.

She also has bold positions supporting Israel, the Second Amendment, and the border wall - and she publicly opposes socialism, illegal immigration, Antifa, Sharia Law, and the “deep state” control of the government and people’s lives. Plus she really means it, unlike a lot of GOP candidates.

Because of all that, her strong candidacy for Congress has ignited both the Left and the establishment RINO Republicans. The reaction from both sides has been an unhinged emotional hysteria. Since winning her primary, she has been a target of vicious attacks on a national level from both factions.

Absurd attack articles have shown up in the left-wing Washington PostPoliticoThe New YorkerNPRNew York TimesThe Guardian, and others, including, of course, the extremist and widely discredited Southern Poverty Law Center.

Not to be outdone, National Review editor Rich Lowry devoted one of his syndicated columns to childishly bashing Marjorie Greene. The supposedly conservative Daily Caller did a nasty hit piece. And the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) – which has become shamelessly pro-establishment in recent years – announced that it refuses to endorse her.

(It hasn’t all been bad. She has also gotten some conservative support online that’s fun to read.)

All of these attacks are full of outright lies, distortions, and misinformation. It is reminiscent of the lies and hatred directed at Judge Roy Moore when he looked as though he would become a US Senator from Alabama. If nothing else, this shows what the true conservative movement is up against.

What they’re falsely accusing her of …

Here’s a quick catalog of irrational and grossly misleading things that the Left and RINOs are attacking Marjorie Taylor Greene with:

  • Anti-Semitism. This is mostly based on Greene’s statements that George Soros is an enemy of America. The Left (and even the RJC!) is claiming that because Soros is ethnically Jewish and is considered by the Left to be a Holocaust survivor, that is anti-Semitic. But as a teenager during the Nazi occupation of Hungary, Soros helped the Nazis confiscate Jewish property. He later described that as the “happiest time of my life.” He then left Hungary by impersonating a Christian. He now funds numerous anti-Israel and anti-American political activities.
  • QAnon “conspiracy theorist.” QAnon has become something that enflames the Left and RINOs more than almost anything. It basically appears to be a forum with posts from an anonymous person or group who might be government officials. They discuss the “deep state” and its increasing control of the government and our lives. It supports President Trump. The mainstream media constantly try to portray it as an insane right-wing conspiracy. (These are the same people who relentlessly pursued the Russia Conspiracy hoax.) They search for postings by others in the forum who are not part of QAnon but might say something considered “extremist.” They use those postings to falsely “link” QAnon to a range of incendiary topics such as anti-Semitism, Pizza-gate, cannibalism, etc.
  • Ties to so-called “hate groups.” These groups are actually mainstream conservative organizations like Alliance Defending Freedom, MassResistance, Gun Owners of America, and other Second Amendment groups. And any truly “fringe” group that happens to endorse or even compliment Greene is then claimed to be “tied” to her – a common sleaze tactic of the Left.
  • Racist. Greene has said that blacks and Hispanics are often held back by “gangs and drug dealing.” This is in fact a terrible problem in many minority communities. A huge culprit is the collection of destructive “feel-good” liberal government policies that only make the problems worse. To call this “racist” is a horrible lie – but that’s how the Left reacts to criticism.

Marjorie Greene continues to stand tall!

We’re proud of Marjorie Taylor Green for standing up for her beliefs and not backing down after the vicious attacks on her. She will clearly be a force to be reckoned with in Congress – maybe even a leader of a pro-family version of the so-called “Squad.”

For example, here’s her Twitter answer to Rich Lowry. And that’s just for starters!

2019: The Year of Constitutional Carry?

For three years, I followed right-to-work and union reform efforts across the United States.

It was really gratifying to see more states--sometimes, counties and local municipalities--pass right-to-work laws to scuttle the power of organized labor over individual workers.

Working men and women deserve protections, and unions used to provide those safeguards. Now, they have become so heavily policitized by collectivist groups within the Democratic Party, that they no longer work for the workers.

The Right-to-work movement made comprehensive headway throughout the country, and today a majority of states have RTW for private unions. The public sector unions are required to deregulate and allow their members to choose. As expected, many unions are dragging their feet, refusing to let their workers make choices for themselves. Liberals always claim to be pro-choice, but that's only for killing babies. When it comes to killing liberty, Democrats have become par excellence.

Right-to-work laws are on the books in 27 states. There may be so momentum for this reform to take effect in Ohio this year (2019). Missouri is reintroducing their legislation, as well, hoping to overturn the Big Money backed referendum which had defeated the 2017 law passed and signed into law by then Governor Eric Greitens.

Now, another pro-freedom issue is on the move throughout the several states: constitutional carry. This reform removes the permitting requirement to possess and carry a firearm, whether open or concealed carry.

The following states have enacted this policy:

Three states passed constitutional carry legislation last year (2018), but the bills were vetoed by the "Republican" governor:

1. South Dakota
2. Utah
3. Oklahoma

Law enforcement associations are the first ones to clamor against constitutional carry. It's very counter-intuitive in my view. Peace officers need all the help they can get. They simply cannot fight every crime and stop ever blackguard ready to raise hell in their communities.

A new set of Governors has taken office in South Dakota and Oklahoma, and both elected officials pledged to support constitutional carry.

In South Dakota, Gun Rights Activists have reported the following:

Ammoland:
Second Amendment supporters in South Dakota have another chance, with incoming governor, Republican Kristi Noem. Governor Noem claims to be a Second Amendment supporter. On her campaign website, she says she will support Constitutional Carry. From kristiforgovernor.com:

“The Founders believed our right to bear arms was so important to our country they enshrined it into the Constitution’s Second Amendment,” said Noem. “I believe enacting constitutional carry legislation will further protect the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding South Dakotans.”

Noem is not endorsing any specific Constitutional Carry bill, but supports the policy in principle. If elected governor, she will work closely with legislators and stakeholders, including law enforcement, to get a constitutional carry bill passed and signed into law.

Campaign promises are nothing when push comes to shove. Will Kristi Noem remain committed to her promise?

In Utah, nothing has appeared on the legislative horizon. With Mitt Romney as the new US Senator, it looks as though establishment politics is back in the Beehvie State. Will anyone show enough strength, enough muster to push for a full expansion and recognition of Second Amendment Rights in Utah?

Oklahoma

What about Oklahoma? The new governor, Kevin Stitt, ran as a conservative outside, much like President Trump, and won big time. He promised to enact constitutional carry, especially since the previous governor stabbed everyone in the back and refused to support the legislation.

A well-connected Second Amendment organizer in Oklahoma informed me that some pro-business (i.e. liberal-leaning establishment) Republicans defeated more conservative counterparts in the primaries. Will there be enough votes this time to get the legislation to the Governor's desk in 2019?

This is a point of great confusion for many. The corporate interests in many states simply do not want individual liberties expanded. They are interested in making nice because they are interested in making money--and profits as a goal can lead businesses to compromise and curtail individual rights.

Check out the litany of (lame excuses) in this report:

[State Representative] Stone said he’s a pro-gun legislator and a gun owner, but he couldn’t support the 2018 legislation. He won’t support the measure next year, either.

“I still have a lot of concerns about the bill,” he said.” One of the first things is I don’t think it’s good for public safety.”

This is a foolish response. There is no better defense against a bad guy with a gun than a good guy with a gun--and when he is not afraid to use it!

He also said passing such a controversial measure could end up costing the state billions of dollars in economic development and convention funding.

Why is that? The regressive left wants to boycott the state, that's what. This kind of corporate bullying requires a serious rebuff. No one should kowtow to political correctness because they fear Big Business taking their big bucks somewhere else.

Gun ownership may be a right, but it’s also a privilege, Stone said. People can lose the right to own firearms.

This is double-talk at its worst. Either it is a right, which can be suspended or limited if individuals violate the rights of others; or it's not a right. There is no such thing as a right that is also a privilege. Self-defense is a natural right.

In addition, Stone said he’s concerned that people without any experience handling or maintaining a weapon could be carrying untrained.

More people are killed by cars than by firearms. Individuals are licensed to drive cars. Licensing is not the final criterion for determining anything. A gun is a tool. That should not be taken away from someone because a couple of people are fearful of the consequences. By the way, wherever constitutional carry has been enacted, crime rates have plummeted!

He said people could easily purchase a gun and carry it even “when all they’ve done is put others in danger.”

That statement makes no sense. The above article also references that a whole set of new faces will be in the Oklahoma state legislature. Who knows how many of them are committed to constitutional liberties and will uphold their oaths of office?

What other states are looking into constitutional carry?

Texas

This is a big year for Texas and for the Second Amendment Movement.

Texas Rep. Jonathan Stickland (R) plans a push in the coming legislative session to eliminate the state’s concealed carry permit requirement.

The Victoria Advocate reports this will be Stickland’s third attempt to ditch the requirement.
The language of Stickland’s bill sets for Constitutional Carry of firearms. It means any person 21-years old or older “who is not prohibited from possessing a firearm” can carry a handgun concealed or openly without going through the process of securing a permit from the state government.

Third time! That's how bad Republicans can be, even in the reddest of states. There are pro-business, compromise candidates who just want to keep big money rolling into major donors' wallets. Those numbers tended to join with Democrats and elected squishy RINO types. Hopefully, seasoned conservatives will win the upper hand this time and bring to the bill to the floor of both chambers for a final vote. Governor Greg Abbott has signaled his support for the legislation, too.

Georgia

Brian Kemp won a hard-fought campaing for Governor. His contender had Oprah Winfrey backing her along with George Soros and lots of other big left-wing money from California. The election was extremely close, but ultimately Kemp won with a little over the 50% +1 threshold, which denied his opponent a run-off opportunity.

Throughout the campaign, Kemp signaled his support for constitutional carry. The legislation has been filed. Here's one report:

A new bill allowing Georgians to carry guns without permits has been filed for the upcoming session of the legislature.

HB2 would enact “Constitutional Carry,” a concept supported by Governor-elect Brian Kemp.

In Georgia, you can carry a concealed handgun, but it requires a background check and a carry permit. Brian Kemp is among the Georgians with a carry permit.

"I hunt, I shoot and I carry," Kemp said repeatedly on the stump during his campaign.

OK, but will voters, will residents in Georgia be allowed to do all that without having to get a piece of paper?

Kemp also supports eliminating the need for the carry permit for those otherwise legally qualified to own guns. It’s called “constitutional carry” among second amendment enthusiasts, who helped Kemp narrowly win the governorship.

There you go, Governor Kemp. Keep your promise!

"I’m just really thrilled that we actually have a governor that has gotten behind constitutional carry," said state Rep. Matt Gurtler (R-Tiger), who introduced the bill to eliminate the gun permit requirement.

"I don’t believe it’s radical at all. I think it’s conservative. It’s constitutional," Gurtler told 11Alive News. "In the constitution it says (the right to keep and bear arms) 'shall not be infringed.' We believe that’s a no-compromise statement."

Yes, but do his colleagues share his commitment to stop this insanity?

Gurtler says the bill wouldn't eliminate the permit completely. Georgia would still offer permits so that gun owners can carry them in other states with permit reciprocity agreements.

Fair enough, and the Full Faith and Credit Clause covers that issue, just as it does with driver's licenses.

The bill wouldn't change legal restrictions on who can carry a gun. Convicted felons, for example, still couldn’t possess weapons legally. But it would remove the permit requirement – and remove the background check that comes with a permit.

I want to have a discussion on allowing individuals who have committed certain types of felonies and/or all misdemeanors to have this right restored.

Gurtler introduced the bill last year and the Republican leadership shelved it.

The previous Governor, Nathan Deal, had been a Democrat, then switched to the Republican Party because that was his best chance of getting elected. It's quite a shame, really, but shows that backward liberalism ultimately belongs with the Democratic Party. So, when reading that legislative leadership shelved a bill, that more likely means that the Governor pulled strings to get the bill killed. Otherwise, the legislature would have passed it, and then Deal would have faced the unenviable position of vetoing a popular bill. Dennis Dauggaard of South Dakota did the same thing.

Brian Kemp has a longer lasting record as a conservative. He campaigned on constitutional carry, and he is committed to getting it into law. It all comes back to making sure that individual members force the matter and make lawmakers feel the pain if they don't do the right thing!

Other States? Florida

Florida has a MAGA Governor with Ron DeSantis. He campaigned as an open, unabashed supporter of the President, individual liberties, and economic growth for the Sunshine state. Just like in Georgia, his election victory was extreme close, with voter fraud, corruption, and mismanagement all over the state, especially in deeply liberal Broward County

Here's an op-ed piece suggesting the steps that he should take to get constitutional carry off the ground in the Sunshine State:

In November, Florida narrowly elected Ron DeSantis as governor of the former Gunshine State. Along with governor-elect DeSantis taking office, the House and Senate will also have Republican majorities.

In just about any other state, that would mean good news for gun owners. But as Florida’s past legislative history has shown, that isn’t the case. The Republican Party of Florida, through a number of representatives and senators, have sided with the state’s growing Civilian Disarmament Industrial Complex to block pro-gun legislation. Worse, this past session they passed gun control restrictions.

Yes, and Rick Scott signed off on them, particularly because of the Parkland massacre. It was horrific, true, but the problem was not the availability of a firearm. The problem was the routine failures of the FBI and medical professionals to take down Nicholas Cruz and sequester him from the public!

Back in June, the RPOF held their annual Sunshine Summit and Florida Carry was there to see where political candidates and office holders stood on gun rights. At that meeting, DeSantis unequivocally told Florida Carry that he supports campus carry, open carry, and more importantly, constitutional carry.

Good, better, and best. Will he keep these promises? Is there something, anything that DeSantis needs to know about that could hinder his chances of getting these noteworthy reforms passed?

Why do I bring this up? Because Oklahoma and South Dakota replaced governors who vetoed constitutional carry bills. Back in May 2018, Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin vetoed constitutional carry. Incoming governor-elect Kevin Stitt said he would sign a constitutional carry bill in September.

“I would sign it. I am a constitutional conservative. I support the first amendment, the second amendment and I think the best defense for a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun,” said Stitt.

Governor-Elect DeSantis should put pressure on incoming Senate President Bill Galvano (R) and the legislature as a whole. Even though Galvano took $200,000 from Michael Bloomberg and drafted Florida’s gun control bill that bars teachers from carrying. The Parkland shooting commission has thrown his desire of barring campus carry right back in his face with their 13-1 vote to arm school teachers and administrators.

Good. Bloomberg's Billions couldn't sway or delay the Second Amendment in Florida. Will the legislators show the same heft and courage to do the right thing.

Governor-Elect DeSantis can make life hell for the legislature is he so chooses by vetoing their district-specific porkbelly project bills. Florida used to be on the forefront of the Second Amendment movement when it came to restoring the rights of the citizenry. But sadly the state has fallen behind in recent years.

This is how people learn the inner workings, the "sausage making" that comes with politics. It's not pretty, and it's rarely if ever principled. DeSantis has to push a lot of legislators to the wall, he has to make it clear that his priorities must get done, or their priorities will go nowhere.

If South Dakota and Oklahoma sign constitutional carry into law, that would mean 30% of the country will have fully restored Americans’ Second Amendments rights.

The question becomes whether DeSantis will keep his promise apply needed pressure on the legislature to pass constitutional carry or other pro-Second Amendment legislation this coming year. And whether Floridians, if need be, will put pressure on DeSantis’ office to remind him of his promise.

Indeed. What's the big lesson from the other two states? It's not enough to have a partisan trifecta. It's simply not enough. The people of the several states need to flex their political muscle to make things happen.

What other states could consider constitutional carry?

1. Indiana
2. Tennessee
3. Iowa

Tennesse had an establishment-type of governor. He cared more about Big Business than the Little Guy and His Big Liberties. Governor Bill Lee is another outsider, but he still supports the permit process. Oh well.

What about Iowa and Indiana? In 2018, these states were exploring a repeal of the permit process for possessing and carrying a firearm. Following the Parkland shootings, these states retreated from the effort. The power of the media to craft a false narrtive about firearms still has an adverse effect on the general public's understand. This needs to be confronted and overturned at every turn.

Final Reflection

Constitutional Carry has made some steady process. The fact is that most states have recently moved way from "May Issue" to "Shall Issue." However, the issue remains for many constitutional conservatives that a permit still has to be issued in the first place. I don't need a permit to exercise my freedom of speech, do I? Do I have to obtain a form or release to ensure that the government cannot search my property without first getting their own piece of paper, i.e. a warrant?

We have natural rights from God, and they do not require a piece of paper. The same should hold true for firearms, for gun ownership, and for gun possession whether concealed or open.

The Right-To-Work movement has moved pretty steadily over the last eight years. Why has Constitutional carry stalled? What can be done to remedy this problem? Why has medical marijuana usage and acceptance grown, but not the expansion of the Second Amendment?

The exploration of Constitutional Carry brings up other concerns: what does the phrase mean in its entirety? Some states allow for permitless OPEN carry, but you still must obtain a permit for concealed carry. In some states, special permits are requied for "Mexican Carry" or "Ankle Carry."

Confused?

Here are a set of terms worth consideration:

1. Reciprocity
2. Open carry
3. Concealed carry
4. Constitutional carry

We'll look over these distinctions and the fight over the expanded recognition of Second Amendmen Rights in a future post, too.

Outrage! Pro-Family Activist Arrested in Georgia for ... First Amendment Exercise

Georgia MassResistance activist arrested and jailed for LEGALLY protesting in front of State Capitol -- against LGBT agenda

Men going into women’s restrooms after Georgia Governor vetoed protection bill

Outraged and not backing down!

Part 1 of 3

March 9, 2018

Marquitta R. Ford near her home in Atlanta. (NOTE: The CVS in the background does NOT allow men in the women's restrooms. That's where Marquitta shops!)

A courageous Georgia MassResistance activist was arrested and jailed and humiliated by the authorities after legally protesting in front of the Georgia State Capitol against the LGBT agenda. She had been demonstrating on the same spot – a public sidewalk – for nearly three months and had previously been assured by police that it was legal to be there.
Marquitta R. Ford has been protesting and lobbying public officials because businesses in Georgia have begun allowing men in women’s restrooms – and the government refuses to take action to protect women. She and her friends have recently experienced several terrifying incidents.

Marquitta’s unrelenting presence was clearly upsetting some state officials. A slender woman 5 feet tall, on Jan. 25 she was suddenly surrounded by state police, handcuffed, jailed in a humiliated manner by the authorities, and charged with a bizarre offense that had nothing to do with anything she had been doing. In addition, her arrest records have been mysteriously “locked” by the courthouse and she was told that even the clerk cannot access them.
Our report on this outrageous incident will be presented in three parts. The first part is the horror stories that Marquitta and others endured. Next, the tireless protests and lobbying. Then the bizarre and unlawful arrest and jailing.

Part I: The horror stories

Marquitta’s activism was ignited by a very distressing series of events.

Governor shocks citizens by vetoing religious freedom bill

On March 28, 2016, Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, a Republican, shockingly vetoed the “Religious Freedom Bill” passed by the legislature. The bill’s intent was to protect religious Christians from having to participate in “gay marriage” ceremonies and have limited freedom from the oppressive LGBT hiring laws.

The bill did not specifically mention “transgender” bathrooms. But because it came on the heels of the North Carolina bathroom bill that caused such a national firestorm, most people just assumed it also included that.

When the Legislature passed it and it landed on the Governor’s desk, major US corporations, including the NFL, aggressively threatened the Governor that they would leave the state if such rights were granted to Christians. From a practical standpoint, the threats were ludicrous. But like so many Republicans around the country, the Governor caved in and vetoed it.

LGBT movement takes advantage of “victory”

In many peoples’ opinion this LGBT victory – thanks to the aggressive threats by large corporations – gave the LGBT movement in Georgia the go-ahead to simply begin using opposite-sex public restrooms. They correctly sensed that the businesses and even the government would not stop them, no matter how local people felt about it.

Marquitta and others get a rude awakening

Marquitta R. Ford has lived in Georgia since she was five years old. She and her friends had never encountered men using public women’s restrooms. But within a few months of the Governor’s veto of the religious freedom bill, that drastically changed. And it was very emotional for women to experience.

Here are a few of the horror stories that have been happening since the Governor’s veto:
  • Half-naked man in mall women’s restroom. In May, 2016, about six weeks after the veto, Marquitta was shopping in the North Dekalb Mall in suburban Atlanta and went to use the women’s restroom near the food court. Inside was a half-naked man. She confronted him, yelling. He ran out and disappeared.

She told a mall employee, who called a security guard. As Marquitta was describing to them what had happened, the man re-appeared, coming out of the nearby men’s restroom. When they questioned him, he admitted that he had been in the women’s restroom. He said he had gone in “to shave” though he was not shaving when Marquitta found him there. But instead of detaining him, they calmly let him go.

The following day, Marquitta spoke with the mall manager and also the property owner. She told them how she had shopped at that mall for over thirty years. They both apologized to her and agreed that it was “inappropriate” for a man to be in the women’s restrooms. But they didn’t say exactly what they would be doing about it. Marquitta has stopped shopping there.
  • Male entering CVS women’s room. In September, 2016, Marquitta was shopping at a CVS in downtown Decatur when she decided to use the restroom. As she approached it, she noticed a man starting to enter it. She confronted him, and he didn’t go in. She noticed he was a CVS employee and that he appeared to be “gay.” He admitted he had been going in to use the women’s restroom.

After using the restroom herself, Marquitta continued complaining. The man tried to tell her he was going in to clean the restroom, though at the time he had no cleaning supplies with him. Then he became somewhat belligerent and just walked away from Marquitta.

The next day Marquitta spoke at length to the manager, who apologized to her. She later contacted the CVS corporate office, and was told that CVS would “do something about” what she experienced, but were not specific what that would be.
Over the next several months, friends of Marquitta also told her about the horror stories they experienced:
  • Man in women’s clothes in Wal-Mart restroom. A friend of Marquitta was inside the women’s restroom at a local Wal-Mart. She bent down to tie her shoes, and she noticed someone with extremely muscular legs standing beside her. She turned and realized it was a man dressed like a woman. She confronted him, but he told her that the law allows “trans people” to use the restroom of their choice. She continued to berate him for being there, and walked out. She found the store manager and told him what happened. The manager also claimed that there was nothing they could do about it because of “the law.”
  • Man undressing in subway station woman’s restroom. Another friend of Marquitta who works at a downtown Atlanta subway station said that patrons there were stunned to find a “gay” male starting to undress in the women’s restroom. They angrily confronted him and forced him to leave. But Marquitta’s friend said she refuses speak publicly about it because she’s afraid of losing her job or being sued for “discrimination.”
  • Cross-dressing employees at trucking company. A longtime friend of Marquitta who works at a trucking company had a shocking story. A few men who work there started coming to work dressed like women, and using the women’s restroom. The woman complained to the Human Resources department. She was told that the company must allow this or else be sued for “discrimination.” Like Marquitta’s other friend, she is afraid of saying anything publicly lest she lose her job.
All of this is very traumatic for women who experience it. Unfortunately, most women are either intimidated into silence or simply give up after being ignored or demeaned. So nothing happens to change it.

Demanding government protection

But Marquitta R. Ford is different. As a proud Georgia MassResistance activist, she is fearless, articulate, passionate about protecting people, and does not back down to anyone. She is a devout Christian. And she really understands what the radical LGBT movement is doing to society. We are lucky to have her in our ranks.

Marquitta also understands that it’s going to take government action to protect people from this transgender “bathroom” movement, despite the reluctance (and fear) of public officials to upset LGBT activists. And she is not afraid to demand it!

In our next post, Part II, we will show you the amazing and tireless way that Marquitta has confronted government officials, which ultimately led to her bizarre and clearly illegal arrest and jailing.
