Call to Action: Four Way Meat Market in Oxnard, Sanctuary for Illegal Aliens?

The 4 Way Meat Market in Oxnard has advertised itself as a "Sanctuary" for illegal aliens.

Do these private businesses not understand that they have a mandate to comply with federal law? They do not get to let in illegal aliens, then turn around and defy the federal government and federal auditors.

The meat market learned the hard way, and they had to allow for ICE officials to conduct the audit as needed.

The Ventura County Star reported the business owner in a favorable light, as expected, but taxpayers in the area need to push back as hard as they can against this.

Tom Kisken, tkisken@vcstar.com, 805-437-0255

It wasn’t a raid. It was an audit.

But when three immigration officials arrived at the 4Way Meat Market off Oxnard Boulevard earlier this year to collect employee verification paperwork, the visit stoked fear, witnesses said.

Why are witnesses afraid? Don't they realize that if they are in the country legally, they have nothing to worry about.

And yet ... there is so much fear. Why? They are illegal aliens! They should be afraid, then!

Customers called the Oxnard store and asked if it was true that Immigration and Customs Enforcement was there. A few workers quit their jobs out of fear.

GOOD! That's a huge victory in my book. HUGE!

Sal Ayala, manager and co-owner of the butcher shop and grocery, knows the sanctuary sign he placed in a store window Tuesday in front of Telemundo cameras won’t do anything to keep ICE away. It won’t carry any legal punch.

Funny! So, he thinks that he will be bringing in more people

But he thinks the sign and his declaration that his store is an immigration sanctuary will send a message. He said the actions support a controversial statewide sanctuary movement that has triggered President Donald Trump’s ire and a federal lawsuit.

Nope, Ayala! Your store still resides in the United States of America.

When this article was first published, I called the store and told them that if they continued to keep the sign outside of the store, I would demand a boycott of the store and press for every resident in Ventura County to boycott the store, too.

I called the store today, and the person who answered the phone refused to give me a straight answer whether the sanctuary sign was posted outside of the store. The person just hung up on me.

I called a second time, and finally someone informed me that someone had torn the sign down. They plan on putting the sign back up. We want the store to recognize that they provide a service in a civil society, where the rule of law matters. The owner and the workers at 4 Way Meats have neither right nor privilege to defy federal law and declared themselves a safe space for illegal aliens.

Call the 4 Way Meat Market now, and tell them:

"Cities and private businesses must serve as sanctuaries for American citizens ONLY!"

Here is the number:

HA HA! Jerry Brown Bows to Trump, Sending Troops to the Border

This article is a little late in writing, and Brown put a bunch of caps and limitations on how the National Guard would be deployed at the border.

My answer? Let's just see how long his opposition last, for I doubt that he will get away with such brazen, lawless intransigence.

After days of speculation, California has decided that it will comply with Washington's requests to deploy National Guard personnel to the border California shares with Mexico.

This language, this diffident attitude is complete unacceptable. State Governors do not get to choose which laws they obey, which executive orders they comply with, and which orders they can ignore. The President has the right and authority to assembly the national guard as needed for any event.

In a statement published Wednesday morning, Governor Jerry Brown said the California National Guard would accept federal funding to beef up border security, much like Arizona, New Mexico and Texas have.

Would Governor Brown really reject federal money? For any reason? It's hard to believe that Democrats have become so cold-hearted to the needs of California's diverse citizenry. Public safety and the rule of law should not be partisan issues, yet the modern Democratic Party has done exactly that. Such brazen disregard for the role of the state is disgusting and must be confronted.

But he attached a disclaimer and made it clear his acceptance of funds didn't indicate he agreed with the federal government's agenda on immigration and borders.

No one cares whether you agree or disagree with a law. The rule of law must be upheld, and you need to deal with it!

"Let's be crystal clear on the scope of the mission," he wrote. "This will not be a mission to build a new wall. It will not be a mission to round up women and children or detain people escaping violence and seeking a better life. And the California National Guard will not be enforcing federal immigration laws."

No one expects the border guard to arbitrarily round up mothers and children. Being a mother, being a child is not a deportable offense. Residing in the country illegally: that is a deportable offensive, and one not open for debate. Shame on the California Democratic Party for making illegal aliens more important than citizens. Shame!

The deployment's purpose, Governor Brown said, is to supplement the state's existing efforts to "combat transnational crime" which already have stationed fifty-five servicemembers at the border.

Of course, the best way to fight transnational gangs is to ... Build That Wall!!

"The location of Guard personnel – and number specifically working in support of operations along the border, the coast and elsewhere in the state – will be dictated by the needs on the ground," Brown's press secretary Evan Westrup said.

Final Reflection

This is a victory of sorts for the President. The one governor I know of who is sticking her feet to resist the President is Kate Brown of Oregon. She should be impeached for the disastrous behavior she is engaging in. She wants to turn the Beaver State into a sanctuary for illegal aliens--and she has done exactly that with the stroke of a pen. She routinely pushes back against President Trump.

She got really upset that I was wearing a MAGA hat in the state legislature, and apparently the state staffers have put my name on some list so that I cannot enter the building anymore. Who do they think they are? This is outrageous!

The First Amendment does not stop outside the legislature. If anything, a government building like the Oregon State House should be embracing the United States Constitution in its fullest form.

At any rate, California has not completely lost its mind, yet. There is hope, and we see that even governors in deep blue states have to play by the same rules as everyone else.

Open Letter to the LA County Sheriff Commission: Justice for Gary Gileno

On Thursday, April 26th, I attended the latest LA County Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission meeting at the LA Metropolitan Water District Building.

We the People Rising and LA County for Trump practically swept the event. Only one hour into the event did the left-wing pro-illegal activists show up. Their numbers were anemic and pathetic.

In fact, they were quite rude themselves, while we remained professional and to the point. Surprisingly enough, the commissioners have begun talking to us and respecting our points of view on key issues. Perhaps they are just as vocally opposed to the Sanctuary State lawlessness as we are. Not all of them live in elite communities blocked away from the real word that everyday Californians such as ourselves contend with.

At any rate, we are making incredible progress with the commission, and members of the commission now want to assist Gary Gileno, who was unjustly arrested for bringing a camera into a meeting, then informed that he would be arrested for simply recording in the court house where the meeting was held.

Here is the letter which I have submitted to the commission and its county counsel:

----------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Chairman Bonner, Rabbi Miller and LA County Oversight Commission Counsel Zurabyan:

My name is Arthur Schaper, a member of We the People Rising and LA County for Trump.

I am a stakeholder of the Fourth Supervisory District, and my representative is Supervisor Janice Hahn.

We have been attending the LA County Civil Oversight Commission meetings for the past year.

On August 24th, 2017, my friend Gary Gileno, a member of our team, intended to attend and record that scheduled LA County Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission meeting in the Pasadena Federal Courthouse.Without information or provocation, he was arrested for bringing in a camera, then convicted for not following the order of a federal officer.

The fact is that the federal officer was completely out of line arresting Mr. Gileno. He had every right to record, especially because he had entered into the same building in the past with a camera and had recorded the building and the proceedings which had taken place in the court room before.

I appreciate that Rabbi Miller acknowledges that gross misunderstanding which resulted because of a state-sponsored meeting in a federal courthouse, and I respect that the LA County Sheriffs Civilian Oversight Commission will never hold future meetings in facilities which do not comply with the Ralph M. Brown Act.

The facts of the case can be better presented by Gary's attorney, Bill Becker of the Freedom X Law Center. Mr. Gileno can provide you the case number for United States of America vs. Gary Gileno, too, in order for County Counsel and the Commission to take the most appropriate action.

Here is the report of the trial and conviction from the Los Angeles Times:

www.latimes.com
An anti-illegal immigration activist who was given a $280 ticket for filming inside a federal building last year is fighting his case in federal court, arguing that he was attending a hearing for an L.A. sheriff's oversight commission that is bound by state open meetings laws that permit filming.

Although Mr Gileno was found guilty of a misdemeanor, his attorney has already filed an appeal.

Here are the immediate requests which I am bringing to the Civilian Oversight Commission's attention:

  1. I am urging the LA County Counsel to file an amicus curae brief on behalf of Mr. Gileno, that he should not have been charged with any crime, due to the fact that the Commission meeting should have never been held in a federal building.
  2. I would further invite the Commission to challenge the federal statutes which have forbidden video recording of public meetings and business within federal buildings. Freedom of Speech, public access, and public transparency are essential securities against misrule at both the state and federal levels rights. The federal judge's ruling was unfounded and arbitrary, not taking into account the factors regarding previous public meetings in the federal facility.

The Commission will have the opportunity, I believe, to urge a proper, high level of public transparency in all public meetings, state or federal, by filing an amicus brief on behalf of Mr. Gileno, too.

Most importantly, though, we are seeking a reversal of his conviction and a full exoneration on Gary's behalf.

Please feel free to contact me or Mr. Gileno for any other questions.

Buskirk on Washington Post: The Conservative Renaissance Has Begun

I found this article in the Washington Post.

I was pleasantly surprised, since it was not just thoughtful and well-written, but the article shared strong, warm praise for President Trump and the conservative agenda which has enacted, in spite of massive opposition from members of both parties.

Christopher Buskirk is editor and publisher of the website American Greatness and co-author, with Seth Leibsohn, of “American Greatness: How Conservatism, Inc. Missed the 2016 Election & What the D.C. Establishment Needs to Learn.”

Thank goodness there are more people out there not afraid to take on the political class, which has gotten away with everything being handed to them without challenge or conviction from ordinary citizens.

As President Trump continues to remake the Republican Party in his image, calls for last rites to be given to American conservatism are not just premature — they’re entirely wrong. Accusing Republican voters of political apostasy for supporting Trump is wrong, too. These perspectives are also evidence that the accusers are missing an intellectual and political reformation that is reshaping U.S. politics.

Yes, they are. The millions of "Forgotten Americans" are still forgotten by the bereft, self-righteous establishment of both parties, especially Republicans. They would campaign on conservative principles, but then go along with the Potomac Two-Step, spending money that the country does not have while pushing an agenda which benefited the lobbyist and political careerist class.

When was the hurting going to stop for farmers, for small business owners, for families who witness the cultural decline throughout the country?

Blinkered by an outdated, hermeneutic based on the post-Reagan right-left split, the sentinels of the conventional wisdom have been predicting the demise not just of Trump but also of the entire conservative project for more than two years now. In fairness, it’s an easy mistake to make. Who thought an obscure monk from Wittenberg would upend the medieval social and political order? Like Martin Luther, Trump is an unlikely catalyst for this much-needed political reformation. Because the critics focus too much on the man and not enough on the message, their basic complaint about Trump voters has been: “You sold your principles to back a grifter for short-term political gain.”

What a perfect comment. Most of the conservative writers and prognosticators have gotten caught up in Trump's attitudes and rhetoric. They focus on what he says but ignore all the good that he has accomplished.

North Korean Defector

The North Korea-South Korea peace process has much to do with President Trump's outside appeal. He cares about this country, but he does not worry about the press and their en masse disregard for his power and legacy. Because Trump is not beholden to the Wall Street and the Big Business insiders, he has pressed ahead and put North Korea on its heels.

Let's talk about the comprehensive regulatory roll-back which he has steamrolled? The Deep State is getting deeply drained, and Trump was willing to do this because he owes no one a thing. In fact, the massive antagonism from both parties has made it easier for him to screw them all over by gutting the government and cutting through the crap. Most Congressmen cater to special interests because when they leave Congress, they want a job with any one of these agencies. Trump will have his business and brand to return to once he lives Washington DC.

I think it's a nice touch to compare President Trump to Martin Luther, the little monk who made a big difference. Of course, the comparisons are pretty slight beyond their iconoclastic take down of the political and cultural establishments of their times.

But who’s really been selling the snake oil?

For years, Republican voters were promised constitutionalist judges, fiscal probity and immigration enforcement. We got John “Obamacare” Roberts, runaway deficits, de facto open borders and multiple tries at Gang of Eight amnesty. If that weren’t enough, Republican believers in American primacy were led into a series of misguided wars by a small but determined foreign policy claque focused on implementing a policy of moral imperialism that runs counter to this country’s history and values.

Moral imperialism is a perfect phrase, and I must admit that I believed in it. Cultural changes are not as easy as removing a bad dictator and imposing Jeffersonian Democracy. Neo-conservatism hit a brick wall with George W. Bush, and Barack Obama turned the military investments not just into massive fail

donald trump make america great
Trump is Fulfilling His Promise

Against this butcher’s bill of failures and broken promises, look at Trump’s first year in office: Unemployment is low, the stock market is high and wages are rising. Ordinary Americans have more money in their pockets as a result of lower taxes. Illegal immigration has declined, regulations are being rolled back, Obamacare’s individual mandate is dead, and a slate of constitutionalist judges has been approved, with more on the way.

But what about the record-breaking deficits?

Thanks to a too-timid congressional leadership, deficits remain a problem, but we’ve at least gotten major pro-growth policies. And with House Speaker Paul D. Ryan’s impending departure, we have a chance at a more energetic effective leadership team.

Please! Let's hope that we can hold the House of Representatives going into the Mid-term elections and then into next year.

And in some ways even more significant, Trump has pushed back against the stultifying political correctness that has chilled free expression and thereby undermined the foundation of free government in the United States.

Yes! Check out Kanye West:

The Republican big-wigs were actually small-ball players who wanted to get along to go along. Their sheer lack of courage is unfathomable to me. Then again, it probably all comes from their determination to listen to others, especially their big money donors. They can't say anything out of line or court controversy, lest they get shut down and shut out.

People can't run for office without money. There must be a better way to run for office and have adequate funding without having to capitulate to donors and their limited demands.

Yet, a cottage industry in eulogies for the Republican Party, and “conservatism” more generally, has sprung up. These observers miss the point, just as they missed the 2016 election. American conservatism isn’t dead or dying. It’s thriving, but you’d have to look outside the Beltway and the legacy institutions to see it. This once-in-a-century reformation is revitalizing a political movement that was in danger of fading into irrelevance.

Exactly. Conservatism isn't dying. It's alive and well. In fact, conservatism is actually happening now because Donald Trump is not afraid to fight. Most of the conservative intelligentsia are more interested in getting invited to the major parties and receiving awards. In other words, these individuals are more interested in sitting at "the kool kids' table".

There's just one problem: the "kool kids" are not cool.

What is dying, however, is the smug elitism of the old establishment and all of the gentry-class pretensions that alienated voters. Despite some high-profile gadflies who receive more media attention than their influence with voters should justify, conservatives find themselves remarkably unified. The empty ritual of high-church coastal conservatism is yielding to an intellectually deeper and politically robust small “r” republicanism that hopes to build a new political consensus from the ground up. At the heart of this movement are the millions of people of good faith who back Trump and, more important, his agenda, because they believe that it is consistent with the best of the American political tradition and that it will do more good for more people than anything else traditional Republicans or Democrats have to offer.

Small "r" republicanism: I love that! We need less politicians and more liberty. We need more American and less Washington DC. The political chattering classes didn't get anything done. What good is a conservative if he isn't conserving anything?

This conservative renaissance is young but vigorous. It embraces — but is also bigger than — Trump. While the American left is absorbed in a game of competitive victimhood, the American right is engaged in a serious debate about how best to develop and sustain civil society, how to foster good citizens and how to sustain U.S. peace and prosperity in the face of unprecedented challenges from an aggressive, confident China.

Trumpism is moving hard, even in California. When Los Alamitos voted to opt out of SB 54, I told the press that this event was bigger than Trump's election. California citizens are rising up against the corrupt, regressive leftist phalanx which is throttling Sacramento and draining all of us financially, morally, and physically.

We the People of California have had enough!

Central to this new political project — denigrated or just plain ignored by many anti-Trump partisans — is genuine respect for the individual and the restoration of a high view of citizenship, its rights and duties, informed by the natural “inalienable” rights political philosophy of the Declaration of Independence. This cuts across the traditional partisan divide while allowing Americans to engage in real political debate while affirming what Jefferson said after the contentious election of 1800: “We are all republicans. We are all federalists.” That’s where the energy is on the right, you just have to know where to look.

The push for individual value and liberty is fundamentally essential to a thriving constitutional republic. Yet even this is under attack among the otherwise conservative "red-pilled" youths who are convinced that group think in terms of ethnicity is the way to go. The collectivist mindset is outrageous, unsupportable, and unacceptable.

We need to confront this nonsense.

Final Reflection

Too many conservative writers, thinkers, and consultants were more interested in controlled failure than chaotic victory. They wanted to look good for the photos, get calls to attend the best parties, and be liked.

Being liked is not going to help us stay free. Even Machiavelli understand that good leaders must demonstrate power and consequences, and so much of our liberties are being flushed away from us. Our political leaders who claim to be our champions are throwing us away, putting aside the best interests of the nation to make themselves look good long enough to get elected, and then get by without any concern for the rest of us.

Thank God for Trump, and thank goodness that so much of the tepid, weak leadership is getting pushed out little by little from the House of Representatives on both sides of the aisle.

Pardon Me, President Trump, You Forgot to Pardon Dinesh D’Souza (Full Article)

Presidential pardons have fallen under renewed scrutiny. Critics contend that President Trump is helping friends and fellow conservatives. He pardoned Sheriff Joe Arpaio following his conviction at the hand of a liberal federal judge. Trump also pardoned Kristian Saucier, who was convicted of federal crimes for taking photos in a submarine. The public reads heavy condemnation about these pardons because of the deranged anti-Trump media, still unable to get over the fact that Hillary Clinton isn’t queen. They merely want to justify their unjustifiable hatred of this President. Trump should issue a blanket pardon for press agents like Jim Acosta, Rachel Maddow, and their illiberal ilk. They have engaged in massive corporate fraud and deception for decades. But for their progressive propaganda promoting Barack Obama, communist dictators, and left-wing talking points, this country would not have faced the mess that Trump has had to take on for the last two years, often single-handedly.

Trump’s latest pardon to invite press/establishment calumny features Irving Lewis “Scooter” Libby, the former chief of staff for Vice President Dick Cheney and then assistant to President George W. Bush. Libby’s nefarious crimes? Obstruction of justice, perjury, giving false statement, and much of a result of overzealous prosecution, all of it connected to leaks over former CIA Agent Valerie Plame. In light of the decrepit character of executive institutions today, the Deep State two-step of these federal agencies should have raised major alarms a decade ago. Live and learn, I guess.

Shortly after Libby’s conviction, President George W. Bush merely commuted part of Scooter Libby’s sentence, probably fearing backlash from the liberal media. Nevertheless, the chattering classes went clickety-clackety crazy. Fareed Zakaria (the same pseudo-journalist with plagiarism issues) decried the President’s pardoning power as outlined in the United States Constitution. He suggested on “This Week with George Step-on-all-of-us” that Congress and then the country should remove this power.

According to historical sources on this contentious Presidential power, Founding Father Alexander Hamilton had argued for this provision, and the Constitution convention added it to the final charter, in order to secure the peace and freedom of competing combatants. Domestic insurrections were a looming concern, and the best way to ensure peace was to permit pardons for warring factions. Fair enough. To err is human, to forgive is divine, right?

The Framers were prescient beyond their years. Toward the end of the Civil War, President Lincoln intended to issue full pardons to every Confederate soldier who would repledge allegiance to the United States. “What is the best way to defeat an enemy? Make him your friend.” His successor, Democrat Andrew Jackson, issued a blanket pardon on Christmas Day 1868, despite (or perhaps because of) the animus between Executive Branch and the “Radical” Republican Congress. Such measures helped shore up sore feelings throughout the country. A century later, President Gerald Ford smoothed away a constitutional crisis by issuing a pardon for President Richard Nixon. George W. Bush also pardoned Bill Clinton, which offered a just outcome. There was no way a D.C. ultra-Democratic jury would have convicted Bubba for his perjury to a grand jury.

Presidential pardons should remain an option for many compelling reasons. No doubt, domestic insurrections are a thing once again (see California and the other deep blue dictatorships along the West Coast). Besides, a country cannot remain peacefully established on vengeance and political gamesmanship at every level, with every passing administration. Even the ancient Athenians enacted a blanket amnesty following the most destructive civil war in the city state’s (and perhaps world’s) history.

Pardons can also combat new, growing problems: Deep State corruption, overzealous prosecution, and judicial activism. In the case of Sheriff Joe, the court order was unconstitutional. In his trial, he was not permitted a jury! Someone tell me how any of that is legal. Judicial tyranny is a threat to our Republic, and presidential pardons are essential to chipping away at the dictatorship of the bench. As for overzealous prosecution … Mueller and company are on a witch hunt, wasting millions to look for crimes. Trump pardoned Libby to signal how he will scuttle prosecutorial abuses.

But One criminal case comes to mind for which Trump needs to issue a pardon: Dinesh D’Souza. The case may have faded from public memory, so here’s a brief recap. He was arraigned in a Manhattan federal court for a $20,000 campaign violation, exceeding arbitrary limits. He asked a friend to donate to a friend since he had reached his limit, then D’Souza paid back her friend. This case highlights how criminal law has lots its bearings and basis in mens rea, or criminal intent. People are going to jail for breaking laws they know nothing about! On top of that, this case showcased the aggressive, selective enforcement of the Obama Administration and his coven of left-wing US attorneys. Other people had skirted campaign finance laws and spent more money doing so but got a slap on the wrist.

D’Souza was prosecuted, convicted of a felony. His otherwise liberal attorney was flabbergasted at the outrageous conduct of the federal court and judge. There was no reason for D’Souza to be sent up the river like that. None. The evidence suggests it was political prosecution at its worst from Obama. Congressional investigations discovered a file with his name on it and a special direction to go after him. These developments have confirmed that the FBI was particularly targeting D’Souza.
This Deep State persecution must be confronted, condemned, and closed down. I can’t think of a better way to do this than for President Trump to pardon Dinesh D’Souza. President Trump should not hold back from issuing a full pardon for D’Souza. His “crime” was skirting campaign finance laws, which really are bad laws to begin with. Former US Senator and Presidential candidate John Edwards (a corrupt and despicable US Senator if there ever was one) faced unconscionable indictments for purported campaign finance crimes, but was acquitted.

Pardon me, Mr. Trump—but you need to pardon Dinesh D’Souza ASAP!

California Family Council: Stand Up to LGBT Bullying, Tell Sacramento to Reject AB 2943

I wanted to share this eblast and all the links within with as many people as I could connect with. The Sacramento regressive leftists know no bounds, no shame. They would criminalize free thought of every kind if they could. As of now, every piece of legislation rushed through the state legislature is picking and cutting away at the rights of California's citizenry.

We must stand up to this perversity.

AB 2943 would criminalize the Bible and any other source of counseling or teaching which guides men and women to give up homosexuality and transgenderism.

These behaviors are destructive mental and emotional disorders which should be confronted, not accommodated. It's time to stop being nice about the LGBT-gay marriage-homosexual agenda.

It is agressive, abusive cultural marxism at its worst--and it must be stopped!

Make California Godly Again!

Dear Defender of Religous Liberty,

I wanted to make sure you saw this very important message from our friends at Focus on the Family. We appreciate our national allies sounding the alarm on AB 2943!

Subject: Free Speech Threatened by CA bill

Focus on the Family
Dear California friend,
A bill threatening free speech and religious freedom has passed the California State Assembly and is moving through the State Senate.
AB 2943 is a wide-reaching piece of legislation that threatens churches and counselors with lawsuits for communicating the message that change from homosexuality or healing from gender identity confusion is possible.
TAKE ACTION TODAY –
OPPOSE AB 2943
Get involved: contact California Family Council today!
Please contact your state Senator and ask him/her to oppose AB 2943.

The bill uses the state’s consumer fraud statute as a means to penalize free speech on the issues of homosexuality and gender identity. It would impact the following for proclaiming a biblical view of homosexuality, and male and female, when a financial transaction takes place:
  • Christian counselors
  • Bookstores – whether in a building or online
  • Christian schools and colleges
  • Church conferences
  • Publishers
  • Medical and mental health care professionals
Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Matt Sharp explains the implications:
"California AB 2943 makes it unlawful for any person to sell books, counseling services, or anything else that helps someone overcome unwanted same-sex attraction or gender identity confusion. As a result, it could be a violation if a pastor encourages a congregant to visit the church book store to purchase books that help people address sexual issues, perhaps including the Bible itself, which teaches about the importance of sexual purity within the confines of marriage between a man and woman."
There is still time for you to get involved! The bill is pending for a vote in the state Senate, so now is the time for you to speak up on behalf of free speech and religious freedom.
Please contact your state Senator and ask him/her to oppose AB 2943 because adults should have the freedom to live their lives according to their faith.

Surprise: Migrant Caravan Caught Breaking Into County at San Ysidro Border

Thanks again for keeping us appraised of what's going on along the California-Mexico border, Jeff!

Subject: BREAKING! Illegal Aliens from the "Caravan" caught Illegally Crossing the Border near San Ysidro!

Here’s your proof that these are not refugees or asylum seekers, they are foreign criminals and illegal aliens trying to sneak into America.

Kudos to our Border Patrol for detecting and arresting these fake asylum seekers from the Central American caravan.  Now we expect the DOJ to fully prosecute them and put them in jail for their crimes of illegaly entering our country.  Yes, it is a crime to hop our border, not a “civil offense” as the lefty media and activists falsely claim.

Using young children and pregnant mothers as pawns in their open border agenda games is despicable.
````````````````````
FYI, there is an informal protest by concerned American citizens Sunday at Friendship Park at 8:30 am against the illegal alien caravan from Honduras. The caravan leaders are having a rally there to celebrate their free passage through Mexico and their upcoming attempt to push their illegal aliens into our country by claiming false asylum Sunday afternoon at the San Ysidro Port of Entry.
This is NOT an SDSB organized event.
Statement from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, San Diego Chief Patrol Agent Rodney S. Scott and Director of Field Operations Pete Flores
Statement from Chief Patrol Agent Rodney S. Scott:  Over the past 24-hours several groups of people associated with the Central American Caravan have illegally entered the United States without immigration documents by climbing over the dilapidated scrap metal border fence on either side of the San Ysidro Port of Entry.
In several of these incidents, children as young as 4-years-old, and in one case a pregnant female, were detected entering the United States illegally through a dark, treacherous canyon that is notorious for human and drug smuggling.  As a father myself, I find it unconscionable that anyone would expose a child to these dangerous conditions, especially when there is a legitimate Port of Entry within a few miles of these dangerous canyons.
Entering the United States at any place other than an official Port of Entry is illegal.  Echoing Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielson’s statement, it is imperative to know that if you enter our country illegally, you have broken the law and will be referred for prosecution. If you make a false immigration claim, you have broken the law and will be referred for prosecution.   If you assist or coach an individual in making a false immigration claim, you have broken the law and will be referred for prosecution. Individuals of the 'caravan' seeking asylum or other similar claims should seek protections in the first safe country they enter, including Mexico.
To anyone that is associated with this caravan, Think Before You Act.  If anyone has encouraged you to illegally enter the United States, or make any false statements to U.S. government officials, they are giving you bad advice and they are placing you and your family at risk.
We are a very welcoming country but just like your own house, we expect everyone to enter through our front door, and answer questions honestly.  On a national level that front door is the Ports of Entry.   If you enter the United States at any place other than a Port of Entry it is a crime. You will be arrested and referred for prosecution.
Statement from Director of Field Operations Pete Flores:  U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officers are required to balance the resources necessary to both facilitate entry for the hundreds of thousands of travelers with appropriate travel documentation who arrive daily to the U.S. while also enforcing our nation’s immigration laws in a safe and orderly manner.  When necessary to facilitate orderly processing while maintaining security and the health and safety of officers and the public, this obligation can require port access controls to allocate inspection resources efficiently and to maintain safe and appropriate conditions within port facilities.  To this end, the port of San Ysidro is directing individuals into two queues at Pedestrian West: one for those with travel documents to enter the United States, and one for those without appropriate documents for entry, who may require additional processing.
When we reach capacity at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, CBP Officers will only bring additional persons traveling without appropriate entry documentation into the Port of Entry as security and safety conditions allow.  Depending upon port circumstances at the time of arrival, individuals may need to wait in Mexico as CBP Officers work to process those already within our facilities.  All travelers will be processed in accordance with appropriate detention and removal enforcement protocols.
