Cryin', Lyin' Chuck in 2009: "Illegal Immigration is Wrong, Plain and Simple"

Nearly a decade ago, the Senate minority leader spoke out against illegal immigration. In those days, Democrats still tried to play up their working-class American credentials.

Now they care about illegal aliens, foreign nationals, Wall Street Cronies, and Corporate abusers.

Check out this video, and then ask yourself: "How much long do these Democrats in Washington think that they can get away with lying to the American people about their true political intentions?"

They don't have many principles left, that's for sure.

President Trump on Immigration: 3-D Chess All the Way

For the last two weeks, since the Schumer Shutdown went down in epic defeat for the minority Democratic caucus, the President through his White House team has been issuing some strange intimations about DACA and immigration reform.

His first discussion outlined a need for a fix of some kind. That proposal was rebuffed, and then the Democrats moved in for the kill to shut the government down, demanding a clean DREAM Act, as though illegal aliens in our country deserve citizenship because they have screamed and yelled loud enough.

I do not want our President rewarding bad behavior, and the vast majority of Americans were unhappy with Democrats taking extraordinary steps to shut down the government for illegals. Even Democrats in California shared with me their displeasure.

Democrats overplayed their hand, and they did it just to warm up their base. The whole has massively backfired. The United We Dream, George Soros funded Nightmares are harassing lawmakers even more, and registered Democrats are ditching their affiliation. They wanted their party to put up a fight and win.

They didn't even put up much of a fight.

Some of the most ardent Trump supporters, however, started getting worried when Trump went from granting some kind of legal status to going for full-on amnesty for 1.8 million illegals, DACA recipients as well as young illegals who have not taken advantage of the program.

What good has come out of these proposals?

First of all, a lot of well-meaning conservatives who were sympathetic to the DACA cause have now dropped their support for the illegal alien nightmares. Their behavior is so bad, and the media has covered their disruptive temper tantrums so much, that they have hurt their cause even more in the public eye.

President Trump has been playing 3-D chess this whole time. He was waiting for the Democrats to show all their cards, that they are so delusional, out-of-touch with the will of the voters and the needs of the country, that they would double down and demand amnesty only, while ignoring the needs of securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws to the fullest.

The Democratic Party proved to the world that they are the party of illegal aliens, not American citizens. They are putting the needs of foreign nationals ahead of our military, too. President Trump played the Senate Democrats like a harp from hell. Ten of them are up for re-election this year in states which Trump or Trump and Romney won in the last two election cycles.

Let's just say that Trump is pushing them further and further into a corner, where they have to sweat through political headwinds hurting their standing before the public. Not only that, but the Republican Congress can take great pride that their tax reform package is working miracles for working Americans and businesses. Better yet, Trump can point to his energy policy which has worked wonders for the country, too.

What do Democrats have? Obstruction and anti-Americanism.

CNN is now reporting that there will probably be no DACA deal at all, since Democrats spent what little political capital they had over the abortive shutdown. They are now voting in some rigorously bad patterns, against one piece of common sense legislation after another. It's not doing them any good.

Fung for Governor: Incumbent Democrat Turned Rhode Island Into Crime State

Image

Arthur,

I am shocked by how dangerous our state has become under our current Governor.

Last year, Rhode Island had the highest murder rate in New England according to FBI statistics.

Even when local leaders stand up, Gov. Raimondo's administration overrules their voices, making the streets more dangerous.

We need new leadership if we want to stop crime and protect our state.

Rhode Island, we can do better. MUCH better.
Image
As Governor, I will put Rhode Islanders first and work hard to protect all of our citizens. We need new leadership if we want to stop the crime and protect our state and our families.

Will you stand with me today and support making Rhode Island a safer place for you and your family?

Thank you for your support,

Allan

Election 2018: US Senator Rand Paul Endorses Matt Rosendale for US Senate in Montana

Rosendale for U.S. Senate
Friend,
This is big news - Kentucky Senator, former presidential candidate, and limited government advocate Rand Paul has joined a growing chorus of leading conservatives, officially endorsing my campaign for U.S. Senate!
As a longtime Libertarian-leaning conservative, I am deeply honored by and incredibly grateful for Senator Paul's endorsement in this race.
And with your help, I am eagerly looking forward to joining him in the U.S. Senate, as part of the next generation of the liberty movement.
Today, I'm asking my best supporters like you to help us spread the word about Senator Paul's endorsement.
There is so much at stake in the 2018 election. We've built incredible momentum behind my campaign, but we can’t leave anything to chance.
We must unite Montana Republicans and Libertarians of ALL stripes to defeat Jon Tester, who represents the worst of Big Government elitism and cronyism in Washington.
Here's what Senator Paul had to say:
"Matt Rosendale is the type of fearless defender of liberty I want fighting by my side in the Senate. Matt has proven himself a bold defender of our Constitutional rights and he will make an excellent addition to the Senate."
If you agree with Senator Paul and me that our Federal Government has grown too big and too powerful, and is infringing upon the very freedoms that have made our country great, then I hope you will help us spread the word today about this big endorsement.
Defending the Constitution and returning power to Montanans and the American people is a cornerstone of my campaign... and as you know, I mean business and won’t back down from a fight! I've proven so time and time again in recent years, as I've fought for you in the Montana Legislature and as your State Auditor.
Thank you again for ALL your support in this race. I am eager to join Senator Paul in the U.S. Senate, where we will fight together to defend our civil liberties and rein in our overreaching Federal Government.
Sincerely,
Matt Rosendale
Candidate for U.S. Senate

John James vs. Debbie Stabenow: Debbie Stands With #SchumerShutdown

John James for Senate
When she voted with D.C. Democrats to shut down the government at the expense of Michigan kids and veterans, Debbie Stabenow made her priorities loud and clear.

Now make yourself loud and clear: donate any amount if you believe that after 43 years, Michigan can’t afford Stabenow any longer.
Arthur,

This month, Debbie Stabenow taught us a lot about her.

When Senate Democrats, led by Chuck Schumer, chose to shutdown the government over a noncontroversial budget for the sole purpose of delivering a political embarrassment to Republicans, Debbie could have done the right thing.

She could have chosen to stand with Michigan’s children, veterans, military families, and senior citizens.

Instead, Debbie Stabenow chose Chuck Schumer and D.C. Democrats. Was it worth it?

Two days later, when they realized their despicable PR strategy had failed miserably, and Americans overwhelmingly saw through the transparent political charade, Democrats were the ones who got embarrassed.

Democrats came crying back to the table, finally allowing President Trump and the Republican Congress to do their job and fund the government.

Michiganders deserve better than the cheap political games that Debbie has learned during her 21 years in Washington. The Senate is broken, and she isn’t trying to fix it.
When I’m your Senator, I will always put Michiganders ahead of politics. I won’t work for the leadership in EITHER party – I will work for YOU.

Thank you,
John James

The California Governor's Race: Right-wing Dreams and Left-wing Nightmares

Jerry Brown is retiring—for good this time. Governor Moonbeam has been an unmitigated disaster for California, and God forbid that his children run for statewide office. Californians have an open governor’s seat again. Well, sort of. Gavin Newsom, former Mayor of San Francisco, won the Lieutenant Governor’s seat in 2010, defeating a moderate Republican incumbent.

Much like a pampered Vice President running for President, Newsom is campaigning like the heir apparent: a reckless, lawless social justice warrior politician with a penchant for every woman but his wife—and always with a flawless smile and slicked-back hairline. As mayor, he signed off on gay marriage licenses, even when it was illegal to do so. He champions sanctuary cities and state policies, and pledges to go all the way for the progressive vision of California’s hardened left-wing base.

The horror! The horror!

The other major candidates are:

2. Antonio Villaraigosa, former Assemblyman, Speaker of the Assembly, and two-term failed mayor of Los Angeles. Also a dubious lobbyist for Herbalife, and now working hard (with establishment GOP consultant support) to flash some blue-collar, Latino credibility with the state’s growing Latino voting bloc
3. John Chiang, State Treasurer (and fellow Torrance resident). He wants to position himself as a saner Democratic-lite alternative centrist. He won’t go for single-payer because the state can’t afford it, but wants a public option, like what Obama had promised in 2009.

4. Delaine Eastin: The only woman, a former city councilmember, assemblywoman and state official (Superintendent of Schools). She is striving to position herself to the left of Newsom, with lots of talk about more money for healthcare, schools, and protection for all residents, especially illegals.

5. John Cox: a wealthy businessman, accountant, and thrice-failed candidate from Chicago. He has invested his considerable fortune to repeal the hated gas tax increase and sponsor a New Hampshire style neighborhood legislature initiative. He also voted for Gary Johnson for President.

6. Travis Allen: a financier and wealth manager, small businessman, Assemblyman from Huntington Beach elected in 2012. Allen has openly touted his support for President Trump and his populist, pro-enforcement agenda. (Full disclosure: he is my preferred candidate.)

There have been three gubernatorial debates so far. The first hosted Cox and Allen alone, the second and third with all six candidates at USC and UCLA, respectively. The UCLA forum focused on Latinos and their take on issues.

What topics have dominated the debates among these candidates?

1.       Trump.  The first question at the USC debate referred to President Trump’s unsubstantiated “sh*thole” comments. “Is the President a racist?” asked the moderator, a stunningly biased, offensive question. The three more left-wing Democrats predictably affirmed “Yes!” to wild applause from the mostly college-age audience. Chiang ignored the question, as did Allen and Cox. Last time I checked, Trump is not running for governor, but it’s a great left-wing talking point to avoid the issues and increase their polling.

Support for Trump divided Allen and Cox at the Redlands Tea Party debate, too. Allen was engaging, lively, prepared to answer all questions. Humped in his seat, Cox appeared uncomfortable, unable to shake off his vote for Gary Johnson, an open borders, pro-pot, pro-cap and trade statist. The audience overwhelmingly supported Allen.

2.       Immigration. How will candidates stand up to the “Trump Deportation Machine”? What about DACA recipients? The sanctuary city and state issues have featured prominently, with Democrats strutting their anti-Trump, pro-illegal bonafides. In deft contrast, Allen and Cox have championed enforcement of all federal immigration laws. Allen has been particularly adamant about a commitment to repeal the Sanctuary State law through special legislative session within his first 100 days in office. Cox has sought for a more nuanced view, recognizing the need for immigrant labor while upholding the rule of law.

3.       Single-payer healthcare. To what extent will candidates expand government intervention into the state healthcare system? It’s laughable yet amazing to see the four Democrats contort themselves to the extreme-left or the moderate left on this issue. Villaraigosa says he agrees with single-payer “philosophically”—whatever that means. The money isn’t there, but Democratic candidates don’t calculate cost when counting votes, right?

The Republican candidates have sharply distinguished themselves from their Democratic counterparts. They both denounce single-payer healthcare without hesitation: “Why not guaranteed housing and food?” Cox asked one crowd. Allen pointed out the insurmountable cost of the program, $400 billion and counting.
4.       Marijuana. US Attorney General Jeff Sessions is cracking down on states which have legalized recreational pot use. This issue and California’s pro-illegal alien policies highlight the constitutional crisis between California and the US Government. Whom will the governor side with?

5.       Transportation. California’s roads, bridges, and byways are crumbling. Republicans attacked the failed Democratic leadership and their misplaced priorities. The Democrats by and large talk up big promises to fix everything and to find the money to do it.

6.       Homelessness. A state with so much plenty and promise is now overrun with homeless on the streets and tent cities in the suburbs. Onerous regulations and high taxes have pushed up rents. Republicans have fingered the Democrats’ one party rule for this disaster. The Democratic candidates roll out their compassionate rhetoric and promise more money. From where? Who knows.

Despite California’s dispiriting jungle primary, which means the top two candidates advance to the general election regardless of party, this primary season has been engaging and encouraging. At the UCLA debate, the moderators, two Spanish-language journalists, expected each candidate to his-pander to the heavily Latino, pro-illegal audience. Cox fumbled at the end, derisively trying to form a pro-Latino connection with the audience. Allen affirmed his commitment to repeal sanctuary state and ensure that single-payer never happens in California. In spite of booing from the crowds, he maintained incredible calm and composure. That’s what leadership is about.

Despite the pervasive anti-Trump animus, I hope to elect a governor that actually governs California, not a show-boat Democrat posturing for the Presidency in 2020. At this point, one can only hope for the best.

He Broke Them! 2018 Grammy Awards Ratings Worst on Record

There is so much winning for Trump supporters in particular, for working, everyday Americans in general.

President Trump slammed liberal elitist Jay-Z on Twitter just before the Grammy Awards:

That simple tweet was a great takeover to distract and then take down the Grammy Awards.

Rich, elitist actors, musicians, and celebrities have picked fights with President Trump.

Every time, they lose.

Look what happened to the Grammy Awards broadcast, for example:

Variety reports:

Viewership of Sunday’s 60th annual Grammy Awards looks to be down significantly from the 2017 telecast, according to preliminary Nielsen numbers.

How about that?

No one wants to watch that self-righteous tripe!

The show in Nielsen’s overnight metered markets averaged 12.7 household rating and 21 share in the 56 overnight metered markets, which cover about 70% of U.S. TV households. That’s down from a 16 household rating for the 2017 telecast.

OUCH!

Despite the drop, the Grammy telecast that handed big wins to hitmaker Bruno Mars still gathered a big crowd that will rank among TV’s most-watched events of the year. CBS handily won Sunday night against mostly repeat competition on the Big Four networks.

Variety goes to any length to put lipstick on this pig. "Look at the big winners! Check out who was dressed, and how!"

Yawn.

Nobody cares anymore. Television is losing market share like crazy, and there's nothing that can be done about it. Men and women have too many choices when it comes to news, media, and informative content now that we have YoutTube and other social media outlets.

The elitist, arrogant, out-of-touch cultural anarchists of Silicon Valley and Hollywood are meeting their match. Donald Trump is hastening their demise like never before, and it is spectacular.

Yep, it's true:

Donald Trump just broke the Grammy's, too!

On Immigration: "Let's Say I Broke into Your House ..."

A lady wrote the best letter in the Editorials in ages!

Her point:

Certain people are angry that the US might protect its own borders, might make it harder to sneak into this country and, once here, to stay indefinitely. Let me see if I correctly understand the thinking behind these protests.

Let's say I break into your house.

Let's say that when you discover me in your house, you insist that I leave. But I say, 'No! I like it here. It's better than my house. I've made all the beds and washed the dishes and did the laundry and swept the floors. I've done all the things you don't like to do. I'm hard-working and honest (except for when I broke into your house) .

According to the protesters:

You are Required to let me stay in your house

You are Required to feed me

You are Required to add me to your family's insurance plan

You are Required to Educate my kids

You are Required to Provide other benefits to me & to my family

My husband will do all of your yard work because he is also hard-working and honest. (except for that breaking in part).

If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my RIGHT to be there. It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I'm just trying to better myself.

I'm a hard-working and honest, person, except for well, you know, I did break into your house.

And what a deal it is for me!!! I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of cold, uncaring, selfish, prejudiced, and bigoted.

Oh yeah, and I DEMAND that you learn MY LANGUAGE!!! so that you can communicate with me.

Why can't people see how ridiculous this is?!

America is populated and governed by idiots.

If you agree, pass it on (in English).

If not, blow it off......... ....along with your future Social Security funds ...and a lot of the former benefits of being an American Citizen.
