Open Letter to Conor Burns, MP Regarding Murder of David Ames, MP

 Dear Mr Burns

Tribute to Sir David Amess MP

The investigation into Sir David Amess’ death is now being led by Counter Terrorism Policing and in a statement issued on Saturday the Met police have confirmed that “The early investigation has revealed a potential motivation linked to Islamist extremism".

However, without wishing to prejudice the outcome of the police investigation, if the murderous assault was motivated by the Quran and Mohammedanism, isn’t it the case that this is just one more example in a long string of attacks by Islam on our Christian heritage and values and a determination to topple the democratic process, destroy our nation and bring us into submission to Allah?

Sir David worked tirelessly to stop the growth of iniquity, protect Christians, defend the disadvantaged and voiceless, as well as supporting the notion of a return to the death penalty for murderers.   We could do no better than to follow his example, which whilst seeking to recover as a nation our Christian identity and faith and to act with love, fairness, kindness, and grace, was also to be a champion of the pinnacle of God’s creation, the natural family and the unborn child which since the beginning of history have been constantly under attack from the worshippers of Baal and Molech and now the LGBTQs, for are not LGBT rights also abortion rights?  [1]  

Surely it is to the advantage of Mohammedans to see Britain destroying its own population through abortion, which since 1967 has destroyed 15% of its population, equalling ten million souls at an ever-increasing rate per year. This coupled with the agenda of Global LGBTQ+ rights groups - such as those to which you and other gay MPs and Peers occupy an important position and which are intent on rendering boys impotent and girls sterile, through sodomy, oral sex, masturbation and the promotion of pornography - is leading to the cancelling and extinction of the British race.   

Meanwhile, Muslim families with their large extended families are growing exponentially and predicted to dominate not just our nation but the rest of the Western civilization, in just a few decades.     

The counter-terrorism police have now to complete their investigation, and government will then have to decide what further measures to put in place to handle such threats, protecting both MPs and the public at large.  They would do well to remember that the real answer lies not in weak-minded equivalence towards values that at base are hostile to our culture, or even to putting armed police officers in MPs’ surgeries,  but in recovering the moral health and martial vigour to defend our Christian heritage and values – a vigour which though respecting  and defending  true freedom of belief and speech for all; refuses to countenance any assault on our democracy and inalienable rights as free men to defend our women and children and to obey God’s laws rather than those of wicked governments, such as our own.  

I see from your Facebook page during Holocaust Day at the memorial monument opposite the Town Hall, that in defence of the most vulnerable in society, you quoted Pastor Niemoller’s poem. [2]  

 I can find no evidence that you have you ever spoken up for marriage and the family, for protecting children from confusion and sexualisation through Relationship and Sex Education, the brain-child of the former lesbian Secretary of State for Education, Justin Greening and Nick Gibbs the homosexual Minister for Education. Though you claim to be a member of “LIFE”, I am not aware of you ever having spoken up in defence of the baby in the womb.

As for defending freedom of speech, your track record reveals only a desire to threaten and silence [3] anyone who opposes you. I can testify to your silencing me and putting up a “ring of steel” against my meeting you in face-to-face constituency surgeries since 2010.

David Sergeant of the Australian Spectator wrote, in 2019 "Boris is a master opportunist, of very low moral character, who does not believe in anything, other than getting to power…. Conor Burns MP – friend, advisor and former PPS to Johnson, is the campaign's puppet master. A sinister character, well known for all the wrong reasons among Conservative Party staffers. It is he who pulls the strings [4], devises policy and develops strategy."

Indeed, what better person to send to Northern Ireland to quell any Protestant resistance from the people there? You appear to be not so much as Boris Johnson’s right-hand man but his henchman.

 

If our nation is to enjoy the blessing of God Almighty, we must defend our own Protestant heritage, protect our Christian preachers and evangelists, repeal all legislation, and acts of Parliament introduced since the late 1950s which have served to advance the so-called human rights of Satanists, secularists, humanists, homosexuals, abortionists, and Muslims who have simultaneously attacked our ancient laws founded on the Bible. Our fate is writ large in Deuteronomy 28:15-68, if as a nation we do not repent and turn back to God; we are then finished - Galatians 6:7.

President Trump: Why Are You Silent on Sex Mutilation of Minors in Texas?

Dear President Trump:

We understand that you are getting more involved in the local and state politics of the several states throughout the United States.

Good for you! I definitely see you as a qualified, unabashed king-maker in these very trying and tiresome times. We need leaders who will call out other leaders who refuse to lead.

It's time that conservatives and constitutionalists starting thinking bigger and making major gains at the local and state level, not just focus on winning at the federal level. Most reforms that capture the country start at the local and state level, anyway. Right To Try legislation passed in Congress because over 25 states had enacted state versions of this legislation, for example, and you signed off on that signature reform in 2017!

Constitutional Carry has become the law of the land in 21 states, and is heading perhaps to one or two more this year, and three more next year. The United States Supreme Court is ready to step in and assure that the right to keep and bear arms is not just a right to exercise inside one's home, but outside in one's country. We are glad to see gun freedoms become commonplace in the United States, while in other countries more citizens realize the essential necessity of defending oneself from a tyrannical government.

And now Election Integrity has taken on new momentum, although the changes and reforms needed to clean up voter rolls and ensure that only citizens vote should have taken place decades ago. Thank you for taking the lead on this.

Thank you, more importantly, for calling out RINO Texas Speaker of the House Dade Phelan on the issues of Election Integrity:

Indeed, Speaker Dade Phelan is another Mitch McConnell, a weak leader who wants to make nice rather than make a difference. Phelan is indeed a despicable RINO. He has allowed Democrats to retain key leadership positions in the state house, even though they vote against the agendas that Texans care about. He allows them key chairmanships on committees, even though they often frustrate the Republican caucus agenda time and again.

And for all those arrest warrants issued for the runaway Democrats who frustrated two special sessions earlier this year, not one of those despicable Democrats have been formally charged or sanctioned in the Texas State Legislature. In fact, Phelan allowed them to retain key leadership positions and their salaries, despite the fact that they refused to work for the people of the state of Texas.

Phelan delayed constitutional carry until it was too politically damaging to his power to continue to do so, and he finally caved to allow the immensely popular heartbill to pass, too.

However, the Texas Republican Party has established 8 legislative priorities, and Phelan only approved two of them. Two key priorities which Phelan killed? One is school choice. Texans have wanted to break up the Big Government "public" school cabal for decades. And yet, even though Republicans have dominated the state legislature for over 20 years, they have not gotten this reform accomplished?

Why? Because weak RINOs like Phelan get big money from Big Labor, specifically the different teachers unions and associations throughout the state. He is a union whore who will do the bidding of union bosses, while kicking parents and children in the teeth.

But there is another legislative priority that the Texas GOP has fought for for the last four year, and which RINOs like Phelan have put off and killed over and over again: 

a ban on sexual mutilation/modification of minors.

RINO Speaker Dade Phelan not only gets big money from Big Labor, but he gets big backing from the Big LGBT Hate Machine. He has a 43% rating from the major sexual perversion hate group in Texas called "Texas Equality," which ironically enough is obsessed with pushing LGBT privilege.

Phelan is a big part of this deviant, destructive scheme.

Since the regular legislative session opened in January 2021, MassResistance and other pro-family forces have been pushing hard to ban this horrific, terrible, torturous practice in the state of Texas. Different bills were introduced, and many of them passed in the state senate. They faced nothing but delays and filibusters in the House of Representatives.

This is unconscionable.

Children should not be butchered or mutilated. They should not be subject to gruesome experiments in perverse attempts to change their sex. The parents who push these practices are committing child abuse. The Texas Department of Children and Families declared this ruling unequivocally.

There is a major reform that is moving across the country little by little, in which we need you to take a firm stance to support this reform, not just voter integrity, not just constitutional carry, and not just school choice.

We need you to come out strong against RINO Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan and DEMAND that he take action to end sexual mutilation and gender modification of minors. There is no excuse for this barbaric practice to continue anywhere in the fifty states of the United States, and certainly not in the United States of America.

President Trump, we are so grateful that you fought and are continuing to fight the Build The Wall to protect our country. We are glad that you are fighting for the Second Amendment, for unborn babies, and for voter integrity.

Now is the time to fight to protect the children once they are born and raised. We need your help to call out the Texas legislature, and demand that they pass legislation that bans

1. sex reassignment surgeries on minors.

2. chemical castration of minors

3. social sex transitioning of minors

4. males in female sports (and vice versa) for all ages.

President Trump, you cannot Make America Great Again if you do not Make Male and Female Great Again. We cannot delay on this issue. You cannot remain silent in the face of the systematic maiming and butchering of innocent boys and girls outside of the womb!

Stand for Truth! Stop being silent! Speak out and Demand that the Texas State Legislature pass a bill to end sex mutilation/modification of minors!

Hermosa Beach Residents Slams City Council Cover-Ups on Public Records

Dear Paula Montalbo,

 

It is illegal for the Hermosa Beach City School District to charge me $893.20 (invoice PR #00001, dated August 31, 2021) for a public records request under the California Public Records Act.  (CPRA Section 6253(b).   It is also illegal for HBCSD to take two months (from July 9, 2021 to August 31, 2021) to provide me with the public records I had requested. (CPRA Section 6253(c)).

 

On June 16, 2021, I had requested copies of invoices and payments made to GKK Works and payments made to former HBCSD Superintendent Pat Escalante from July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2018.  You charged me $169.60 for public records and I had to wait longer than the maximum 14 days period specified in the California Public Records Act (CPRA Section 6253(c)) for my public records request to be fulfilled.   I paid the $169.60 invoice and patiently waited for more than 14 days as a good faith measure with HBCSD to provide me the public records.   I was wrong to have believed that by working in good faith with HBCSD, HBCSD would work in good faith with me to provide public records. 

 

I have requested public records before, and I know of others in our community who have also requested public records under the CPRA from HBCSD.   At no time in the past have I or others been charged for our legal right to obtain those records. 

 

I have also worked with multiple accounting software systems since the late 1980s.  I know that even the most unsophisticated accounting software allows for easy record searches by date, vendor, payment account, and employee.   I have also had to search through archived warrants or documents to respond to clients document requests.  It is ridiculous for you to claim that it took 12.5 hours to research whether the district ever finished paying on more than $16,000.00 of unneeded/unused invoiced charges from GKK Works from 2014 or to provide me with Pat Escalante’s monthly pay information from June 2011 to November 2013 and from December 2018 to December 2020 per my record request.   It seems obvious to me that the school district is trying to hide information from the public.

 

I noticed that your letters to me regarding my records request CC’d the school district’s attorney, Mr. Terry Tao.  I believe that the school district’s attorney has advised you to illegally charge me and purposely delay producing my public records requests as a way of discouraging me from requesting documents.   I doubt that either you or Superintendent Jason Johnson would decide to break the law on your own without being prompted to do so by the school district’s attorney, Terry Tao.   Although Mr. Tao has a proven track record of being unethical and corrupt, I would have hoped, however, that Superintendent Jason Johnson would be familiar enough with the CPRA to know that what you and he are doing by charging me and delaying the production of public records is illegal, unethical, and corrupt.   I am disappointed that Superintendent Johnson (and school board members) seem to be hiding behind the school district’s attorney and colluding with an action that at least Superintendent Johnson should know is illegal.

 

In 2017 I had sent an affidavit and proof of Mr. Tao unethical behavior in collusion with HBCSD Superintendent Pat Escalante to purposely provide the voters of Hermosa Beach misinformation during a public meeting one week before the HBCSD $59 million dollar facilities bond vote to the Los Angeles District Attorney for Public Integrity.   Although it is not illegal for Mr. Tao to have purposely lied throughout his one-hour presentation to the public, shortly after I reported Mr. Tao to the D.A., I believe that Mr. Tao was released from his partner position at the prestigious law firm of AALRR.    After being released from AALRR, Mr. Tao then started his own firm, Tao Firm, and subsequently Tao Rossini, APC.  

 

I had sent detailed information to School Board members with proof of Mr. Tao and Superintendent Pat Escalante’s collusion to provide the public with misinformation prior to the bond vote.   I have attached proof of the misinformation in my email with this letter.  

 

Despite proof that Mr. Tao had provided the voters of Hermosa Beach with one hour worth of misinformation and misleading information regarding the district use of the Community Center and North School for students, HBCSD School Board members choose to keep Mr. Tao as the school district’s attorney at taxpayer expense.   This action proves that HBCSD School Board members actively disregard providing the community with true and impartial information or creating the highest standards of integrity within the district.

 

I plan to pick up the records that I requested this week.  I will not pay $893.20 for the right to request public records.  I will pay your charge of $18.20 for copies of my requested documents.   If my request is not honored, I will go on record at a School Board meeting with my complaint regarding the district’s illegally charging me for my public records request.

Kevin Kiley's latest post shames Newsom for yet another failure in the federal courts, this time dealing with AB 32, which all but shut down ICE detention centers. The supremacy clause pushed back on this abuse of power, according to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Another California law has been ruled unconstitutional. With AB 32, Newsom and the Legislature tried to force ICE to close its detention facilities. Today the 9th Circuit held this violates the Supremacy Clause.

Outraged local parents demanding youth services librarian – and library director – be fired

 This public employee has decided that parents who disagree with what she does are "haters" and must be silenced.

A Youth Services Librarian in a local public library organized a vicious boycott of a local business which had opposed explicit homosexual and transgender books and programs aimed at children.

Graphic LGBT children’s books and transgender “performers” in public libraries don’t happen by accident. Across the country, they are brought in by library employees who aggressively support that agenda – and despise parents (and others) who disagree. This is what citizens are up against.

MassResistance parents and citizens in Gillette, Wyoming had recently confronted their Campbell County Commission about pornographic and explicit homosexual and transgender books in the children’s and teens’ sections of their local public library.

Soon afterwards, the library staff scheduled a “transgender” performer to entertain children. The parents sounded the alarm in the community and announced a protest. The transgender performer decided to cancel his library shows. That was a big victory for parents!

One of the concerned parents owns a free monthly automobile magazine distributed in Gillette. In a spread-out state like Wyoming, there is a hot market for autos, trailers, RVs motorcycles and trucks, so the publication has a wide circulation. The magazine also includes various articles of local interest which are widely read.

In the August 2021 issue, the magazine included a one-page article about the library controversy. It listed several of the objectionable books for children and teens. It described how parents complained, and how LGBT activists subsequently vandalized a local church. It explained about how parents successfully derailed the library’s “transgender” shows for kids. And it included a section about Wyoming MassResistance, noting how parents can get involved.

Library employee takes retribution – organizes boycott

The Campbell County library employees love to tout themselves as great believers in freedom of speech. But apparently, that doesn’t extend to speech that they don’t like. Within days of the magazine’s printing, the Campbell County Library’s Youth Services Librarian, Darcy Acord, opened a vicious attack.

Acord had joined (or likely organized) an LGBT Facebook group called “Gillette Against Hate” to attack the parents. Note that typical of Leftists, they project their own hatred on those who disagree with them.

She started by sending the “Gillette Against Hate” group a screen grab of the section in the article promoting MassResistance, which includes a local phone number.

Within 1½ hours of that posting, that local phone number began receiving death threats. The police were notified.

Then she announced the boycott group and encouraged everyone to join in:

Acord also sent a rambling message to the magazine’s staff via social media:

… I'm in the market for a new vehicle, but your "opinion piece" has narrowed my search to eliminate any vehicles advertised in your publication. … Hate speech doesn't sell cars, or anything else. I wonder, do the rest of the advertisers in this edition of your publication realize the vitriol with which they are now associated? I don't do business with many, but I will suspend my dealings with [four advertisers listed] until they remove ads from your publication. And I'll be purchasing my next vehicle from a dealership not associated with hate speech and smear campaigns.

From what we were told, she was very aggressive in organizing the boycott and calling and harassing advertisers. Is this how a public employee should act on issues related to her job?

Also – She blocked removal of offensive library books

The library staff and County Commission required that parents file bureaucratic “Requests for Reconsideration” for books that they found offensive, and wanted removed.

Among the most repulsive LGBT-themed books for teenagers were This Book is Gay and Transmission (about transgenderism). The parents filed the reconsideration forms for those books, but their requests were denied. The parents told us that Darcy Acord personally signed the “Denial for Reconsideration” letters for those books.

Parents fighting back – demanding firing

This is beyond outrageous, and the city of Gillette is taking notice. A groundswell of parents and citizens are demanding that this Youth Librarian – as well as the Library Director who oversees the books and “presentations,” and defends them – be fired. We will be reporting more of that in future posts.

Final reflection

Conservatives too often don’t comprehend the mindset of these people and the revulsion they have for members of the public who hold traditional values. And there is no reasoning with them. It often seems as if our elected officials look for the worst people to select for positions of trust. It’s become a nationwide problem. MassResistance is out to change that.
