More Dobbs Victories: Chemical Abortionist Drops Lawsuit

Image
Image

Dear Moral Outcry Signers and Justice Foundation Supporters:

There is more great news following the reversal of Roe v. Wade, which you helped to create by your prayers, testimonies and financial support.

CHEMICAL ABORTION MANUFACTURERS DROP LAWSUIT

Chemical abortion manufacturers recently dropped a lawsuit against the state of Mississippi to force them to allow the administration of chemical abortions, the abortion pill.  However, the state of Mississippi argued that federal distribution of abortion pills through the mail is currently prohibited by federal law. This is true no matter what the Biden Administration says it wants to do, current federal law prohibits the distribution of abortion-producing drugs through the U.S. mail.

Read the press release from Mississippi Attorney General here. God has given us a mighty victory by reversing Roe v. Wade, as He said He would do in the year 2000, when He gave us the promise of Isaiah 28:14-22. God is faithful! God is amazing!  God is on the move!

More Post-Dobbs Pro-Life Victories!

Image

Dear Signers Of The Moral Outcry Petition, Operation Outcry, and Justice Foundation Supporters:

Because of your help either as a signer of The Moral Outcry Petition, a courageous Operation Outcry Woman testifying about how your abortion devastated you, or as a supporter of The Justice Foundation over the years; The Justice Foundation was able to provide The Moral Outcry Brief and three other briefs on the merits asking the Supreme Court to reverse Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which the Court did in Dobbs

Now we are seeing other victories in the lower federal courts that your support and prayers helped make possible. Just recently, the Supreme Court granted cert. and reversed a case in which The Justice Foundation and volunteer attorney, Mary J. Browning, had filed a brief on behalf of 88 women who underwent abortions as minors and suffered harm in support of a law requiring parental notification before abortions could be performed in Indiana.

Because of Dobbs, the lower court decision was reversed which struck down an Indiana law requiring parents be notified of abortion. 88 courageous women of Operation Outcry testimonies were given to the Court. These testimonies described how they wished that their parents had been notified of their abortion attempts so that they could have avoided abortion and its devastating trauma.  Here is a link to that brief if you would like to read it.  We were joined in writing that Brief by The Thomas More Society, which is a good example of the cooperation we like to magnify in the pro-life movement.

A second major victory occurred in an Arkansas case at the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals when the abortionists dropped their lawsuit against the Arkansas Moral Outcry Statute, which banned abortion in Arkansas except to save the life of the mother.  The Moral Outcry Petition arguments were adopted as the actual legislative findings of that statute.  The law was enjoined initially because of Roe v. Wade. But after Dobbs now the abortion industry turned tail, ran away from the battle, and dropped their litigation. They know that they would lose in the future because there is now no constitutional right to abortion in America.

YOU HELPED MAKE THAT HAPPEN EITHER THROUGH SIGNING THE MORAL OUTCRY PETITION, GIVING YOUR TESTIMONY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OF OPERATION OUTCRY, OR THROUGH YOUR FINANCIAL GIFTS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOUR PRAYERS.  PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THE JUSTICE FOUNDATION. WE ARE CONTINUING TO WORK ON MAKING ABORTION ILLEGAL EVERYWHERE. YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Advancing Life, Liberty And Justice In Him,

Unborn Black Lives Matter

Unborn Black Lives Matter Project Hits Major Cities

Columbus, OH – September 10, 2020 – When it comes to killing babies, no organization is worse than Planned Parenthood, which happens to be a dedicated ally and co-conspirator with the Black Lives Matter movement.  From its founding Planned Parenthood has used Black leaders – especially ministers and preachers – to sow the seeds of deadly abortion weeds within the African-American community.

We are delivering this image on postcards, tow banners, and mobile billboards in predominantly Black neighborhoods in key cities where we’ll have courageous counselors on hand to pass out literature and speak with people about the tremendous harm abortion is wreaking on the Black community.

As you can see, we are NOT supporting Black Lives Matter; neither the movement nor the organization.  Rather we support all Black lives – born and unborn!  So, we designed our graphics to generate huge amounts of media coverage and make it clear that for the pro-abortion anarchists at Black Lives Matter – along with those at Planned Parenthood – there are hundreds of thousands of Black lives that DON’T matter to them; namely, all the unborn Black babies Planned Parenthood abortionists kill every year.
WILL YOU HELP US CHANGE HEARTS DURING THIS ELECTION SEASON? YOUR GIFT DELIVERS POSTCARDS, FUELS OUR BILLBOARD TRUCK, AND HELPS RENT OUR TOW BANNER!

Keep in mind the Unborn Black Lives Matter Project is only one way Created Equal is working with you to end our nation’s abortion holocaust.  In addition to this project we are about to launch both our "Road Trip for Life" project to college campuses and our VOTE ANTI-ABORTION CAMPAIGN to key cities and states.

You can give online HERE or send your check to: Created Equal, PO Box 360502, Columbus, OH 43236. Your gift is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

You are a real blessing to Created Equal.  I value your partnership in our work more than I can express in words.

For the born and the unborn,
Mark Harrington, President, Created Equal

New York State Pushes Most Extreme Abortion Bill in History (or Moloch Comes to Manhattan)

The Progressive Left has been chomping at the baby-killing bit for the last six years. For that period of time, a group of common-sense Democrats joined with the Republicans to thwart drastically bad legislation.

They were able to stop the reparative therapy ban for minors, and they prevented the whole alphabet of sexual perversions from becoming civil rights in their own right.

Following Election 2018, however, the Democrats have completely taken over Albany, and nothing is going to stop the new Satanic, regressive, left-wing insanity from pushing their destructive, evil agenda.

Check out this call to action and information below. Albany wants to make it easier to kill babies, simple as that. They want to decriminalize "killing a fetus", which would include allowing anyone, anywhere, anytime to kill unborn babies, and even kill the baby should it survive a botched abortion:

Special thanks to Personhood New York for providing all of this information.

We need the world to know what New York Democrats are plotting, and that we will not let them get away with it!

The bill does many things but these are the 2 worst:

1. repeals the law that mandates saving a baby's life, who survived a botched abortion.  Many babies have survive abortions, now you may be able to leave them to die in a garbage can
2. gets rid of the crime of killing a "fetus" from the penal code in all cases, making it no longer a crime to kill a "Fetus" even over the mother pleas for her baby's life. Slipping a pill in to a pregnant women's coffee to kill her baby, will no longer be a crime!

In short this bill exposes the lies, and hypocrisy of the abortion agenda
1. If "a baby is not a baby till it's first breath", than how come the get rid of the law mandating saving the baby's life?
2. If a woman should always have the "right to choose", where was is the woman's choice to have a baby?

Section 4164 Induced viable births

"1. When an abortion is to be performed after the twelfth week of pregnancy it shall be performed only in a hospital and only on an in-patient basis. When an abortion is to be performed after the twentieth week of pregnancy, a physician other than the physician performing the abortion shall be in attendance to take control of and to provide immediate medical care for any live birth that is the result of the abortion. The commissioner of health is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to insure the health and safety of the mother and the viable child, in such instances.
  2. Such child shall be accorded immediate legal protection under the laws of the state of New York, including but not limited to applicable provisions of the social services law, article five of the civil rights law and the penal law.
  3. The medical records of all life-sustaining efforts put forth for such a live aborted birth, their failure or success, shall be kept by attending physician. All other vital statistics requirements in the public health law shall be complied with in regard to such aborted child.
  4. In the event of the subsequent death of the aborted child, the disposal of the dead body shall be in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. "

without these protections, babies who survived abortions will be murdered

MR. WALTER: LET'S GO TO THE, UM, TO THE PENAL LAW SECTIONS THAT WE'RE REPEALING HERE. WE ARE REPEALING SECTION -- EVERY SECTION THAT REFERS TO ABORTION IN THE -- IN THE PENAL LAW. AND I JUST WONDER, IS THERE ANY PROTECTIONS IN THE PENAL LAW LEFT FOR AN UNBORN CHILD AFTER WE MAKE THESE CHANGES?

MS. GLICK: WELL, AS I SAID IN THE BEGINNING, ABORTION IS A MEDICAL PROCEDURE, NOT A CRIME. SO, ABORTION, PER SE, HAS BEEN -- WITH THIS BILL, WOULD BE PLACED IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH LAW. WHAT WE'RE REPEALING IN THE PENAL LAW ARE THOSE SECTIONS THAT REFER TO ABORTION AS SPECIFIC CRIMINAL ACTS, WHICH WE DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE.
HOWEVER, THERE ARE -- IN -- THERE ARE NUMEROUS CRIMINAL STATUTES THAT RELATE TO ASSAULT IN THE FIRST AND SECOND DEGREE, MANSLAUGHTER, AND SO ON. SO, THERE CONTINUES TO BE THE -- WE DO NOT REPEAL CRIMINAL LAW, WE REPEAL THOSE SECTIONS THAT CRIMINALIZE ABORTION, PER SE.

How about a pill which would not be assault?

Moloch Comes to Manhattan

Final Reflection

This is the worst thing to come across any legislative desk in the country. Even California and Massachusetts are not nearly as wicked in the extreme push to kill babies and call it a "right" or a "woman's right to choose."

This is an abominaton unheard of in this country, but the Democrats are pushing this legislation as a means of safeguarding the "Rights" which Roe v. Wade had provided to the country should that Supreme Court ruling get overturned.

People, this is like "Moloch in Manhattan", but for modern times. In ancient Biblical times, Israelite kings would make their children pass through the fire, i.e. be sacrificed, for idols like Moloch.

Now it has come to Manhattan. President Trump, while you are trying to build the wall along our Southern Border, please build a hedge of protection around every unborn baby in New York State!

We need to stop this evil! Protect lives! Let us speak for those who cannot speak for themselves!

Why Did Trump Endorse Cox Instead of Travis Allen?

President Trump is doing a stellar job as President. Even if Congress fails to keep its promises, the President has taken one goal after another off the list, completing the issues as needed.

He didn't get out of DACA right away, but at least he finally did it. It took a while, but I am so thankful that the President got busy and started righting our government, especially our immigration system, back on the right course.

He is not just staunchly pro-life, but he is governing that way, cutting the federal funding to Planned Murderhood and speaking out for life in rallies across the country. He was the first sitting President to speak at the March for Life in Washington DC. He is also endorsing pro-life justices and federal judges for courts all over the country.

I did not like the Omnibus that he signed, and I am still not fully invested in tariffs--unless the income tax is scrapped.

I also do not like many of his endorsements for federal and statewide offices.

He got behind Luther Strange in the Alabama primary once US Senator Jeff Sessions was nominated then confirmed as US Attorney General. He also supported John Cox, the Chicago carpet-bagger who has never won an elected office, who has no fire in his belly, who does not inspire the conservatives who voted for Trump. The biggest reason? Cox didn't vote for Trump in November 2016, but rather he got behind Gary Johnson as a protest vote.

He is also dithering on other issues, like the construction of the wall along our southern border. He supports stack-and-pack housing, and he spoke out in favor of a carbon tax. UGH!

Still, President Trump endorsed John Cox. Why?

First of all, the President and his team are looking at Congress. They need to hold the House of Representatives, and right now Democrats are working overtime attacking every available seat, including the ones which Hillary Clinton won over Donald Trump. Seven house seats in California went for Hillary Clinton, even if by the slimmest margins. Notwithstanding those outcomes, the incumbents all won re-election by comfortable margins.

I believe the whole "Hillary won" margin is a farce. Donald Trump was not the palatable candidate to many mainstream Republicans, although I believe that many of them were worried about defending this vote to their friends and neighbors at the awards ceremonies and the tea parties they routinely attend.

There are so many Democrats with money jumping into these races, and there are enough Republicans with strong name ID that it is looking more likely that two Republicans will burst through in some of these races. CD-39 and CD-49 are open seats because of retirements, and Dana Rohrabacher is taking on not just the Democrats but one of his corrupt former proteges Scott Baugh. I still don't understand why anyone would want to topple Dana?

He's doing a great job!

One source tells me that Kevin McCarthy, the current House Majority Leader, told Trump to get behind John Cox. He has the money and he does have more name ID right now because of all his money. Moreover, Trump is not going to look over lots of information to make a decision.

Let's also not forget that Trump has endorsed Mitt Romney for US Senate, yet he could not get the backing of the Utah caucuses and now must compete for the vote. Romney is another carpetbagger, much like John Cox, and his challenger is already racking in the money to fight back.

Travis Allen, my choice for governor, is facing so many hardships, too, and is getting less money, but he makes up for the fewer donations with lots of heart and widespread support. County Central Committees throughout the state are getting behind Travis Allen, most likely because of pressure and connections with his fellow Assembly colleagues.

Either way, Trump' decision is bad on its surface. If we do get a Republican in the Top Two for Governor, however, then we can at least say that this bad gamble will pay off in the long-run. California has so many problems facing its voters, and the last thing that we need is two Democrats at the Top of the Ticket both pledging to take us to Gomorrah, one slouching (Villaraigosa) and the other sprinting (Gavin Newsom).

WAT?! California Pro-Life Council's "Endorsement" for John Cox, Double Standard Against Travis Allen

Once again, I am spending some time looking into this pro-choice/pro-life debate or debacle between Travis Allen and John Cox.

The argument for the last five months has been that Travis Allen is a baby-killer, walking in lock-step with Planned Murderhood.

I did some basic research online to look over what is going on. That is not true. Here's the link for Allen's record from Planned Murderhood. Unlike three-time loser John Cox, Allen  has a legislative voting record.

Full disclosure: I am pro-life, and I believe that there should be very strict, limited exceptions for abortion:

a. Rape.
b. Incest.
c. Life of the mother.

Some pro-life advocates may consider my views too liberal. That's their decision. I am pro-life.

Also, I am not a single-issue voter. Illegal immigration, labor union corruption, school choice, tax and spending reductions are very important to me. First Amendment protections are essential, and I care about life as well as family.

The life issue is not the most pertinent issue for me in this gubernatorial election either. For me, the state of California has gone from first to worst in large part because of illegal immigration.

We need to combat this scourge, secure our borders, and put the safety and well-being of California citizens first.

Now ...

I have been seeing this snippet shared at great-length for a long time, which states that Travis Allen is a pro-choice Republican:

Where does this page come from?

The California Pro-Life Council.

This is what is listed at the top of the page:

The list that has Travis Allen listed as "pro-choice" comes from an endorsement list from 2016.

It's not from 2018.

I looked over the page, and I found no information about Election 2018.

What is going on?

Now, which candidates did California Pro-Life Council endorse?

I am going to select two other Republican assemblymembers:

Young Kim (R-Fullerton)

David Hadley (R-Torrance)

Now, what were the Planned Murderhood scores for the three candidates?

2015:

David Hadley: 17%

Young Kim: 17%

Travis Allen: 0%

2016?

David Hadley: 67%

Young Kim: 67%

Travis Allen: 67%

There were two other very sensitive pieces of legislation which pushed an aggressive, abusive pro-abortion agenda.

AB 775: This bill would have forced pregnancy centers to inform patients how to get an abortion, even if the center was committed to the pro-life agenda.

How did the three Assemblymembers vote on this legislation? All three of them voted NO!

David Hadley: YES (This was a gut punch for me. I was really sad about it)

Young Kim: No

Travis Allen: No

Now, with part of the whole record presented to you, let's now consider the California Pro-Life Council endorsements for the different assemblymembers in their bid for office in 2016:

AD 65 Young Kim- although some of her votes have been disappointing, she is still a better candidate than the pro-abortion alternative

AD 66 David Hadley- is not a strong advocate for life, but better than the pro-abortion alternative

But Travis Allen is not acceptable because he is a "pro-choice Republican".

Huh? He got a lower score from Planned Murderhood and voted against AB 775 and AB 15.

What kind of standards is the California Pro-Life Council relying on, then, when it comes to life?

Hadley voted FOR Assisted Suicide, and yet still received more support than Travis.

Not only that, but there is nothing on the website to indicate that the group has endorsed anyone for Election 2018.

"You mean you're looking
up my endorsements?"

Yet ... Cox has listed them as one of his meager endorsements:

And here are the endorsements below:

Notice that it actually says "California Pro-Life PAC". More on this later.

Final Reflection

This is one of the most unsettling things that I have discovered yet in this campaign.

The California Pro-Life Council was more willing to support a candidate who had voted for assisted suicide, but then condemned a candidate who voted against assisted suicide, who received a 0% rating from Planned Murderhood three times?

I contacted another pro-life group in the state of California, and one of the people told me that they did not think that Travis Allen was enough of a vocal spokesman for life.

What more do they want Allen to do? Burn down every Planned Parenthood clinic in the state of California?

The truth about John Cox (and it's not good)

By the way, I have never heard of the California Pro-Life Council until now.

What's more, I have found nothing, absolutely NOTHING on the website which lists an official endorsement for John Cox or any other candidate running for Governor in California.

What is going on?!

I contacted the California Pro-Life Council with the phone number listed on the website. Nothing came through.

Here's the phone number.  Give them a call yourself, see if you can get through to someone: (800) 924-2490

Why does John Cox and his supporters continue to claim that Cox is the candidate endorsed by the California Pro-Life Council, when there is no official endorsement available?

This smells fishy, corrupt, much like the same Chicago machine corruption that Barack Obama used to go from the state legislature to the United States Senate, and then the White House.

And who else comes from Chicago? Crappy John Cox!

Whatever endorsement process they have used in the past, it doesn't pass muster.

This whole fight over life is becoming more confusing and corrupt the more that I find out.

First, John Cox lies about Travis Allen's record on life.

Now he is hyping an endorsement from a group with a very confusing, if not corrupt, endorsement process, if there is an endorsement at all.

What is going on?!

"UH OH! Better go back to Chicago!"

Election 2018: "Crappy John" Cox Lies About Travis Allen's Pro-Life Record

One of the best lines of attack which Chicago machine progressive Republican John Cox has tried using repeatedly against Travis Allen is that he is not really pro-life, or that he has skipped out on multiple votes on this issue.

John Cox is completely distorting the record, and even Planned Murderhood's score card, the one which Cox and his corrupt establishment cronies have been relying on, proves this point very well.

Travis Allen is outside the Establishment from the word "Go". He ran against the hand-picked OCGOP candidate in 2012 and won. Unlike his challenger in that race, Allen pledged and stuck to the promise that he would vote against every tax increase.

He has.

Serving his first term in 2013, Allen got what from Planned Murderhood?

A big fat 0%!

Here's the link for 2013, and below are the screen shots:

55%

"Travis Allen Loves Margeret Sanger!!! OMG!"

NOPE.

First of all, that is an F.

Second, what did Allen vote for that got him any kind of score?

I researched the list of bills, and here's what Travis Allen voted for:

He voted for AB 1481:

Medical Assistants
AB 1841 (Mullin): allows Medical Assistants to hand over pre-labeled, pre-packaged medications. PPAC sponsored AB 1841, which passed and was signed into law.

Is there a problem here? None that I can see.

He voted for AB 1755:

Privacy Breach Notification
AB 1755 (Gomez): improves notification requirements for breaches in medical information. PPAC sponsored AB 1755, which passed and was signed into law.

I want that. Consumers should know if there has been any kind of breach of sensitive medical information to the public or another interest. Allen voted for that. What's the problem?

He voted for SB 1053:

Contraceptive Equity Act
SB 1053 (Mitchell): requires health insurance plans to provide coverage for all FDA approved contraceptive drugs, devices, and products beginning in January 2016. PPAC supported SB 1053, which passed and was signed into law.

Notice that none of this legislation talks about expanding abortions or forcing people to pay for them. Planned Murderhood endorses legislation which almost every legislator voted for, too.

What about 2015?

Travis Allen got another Big Fat 0%!!

I wonder what John Cox is hiding?!

"I'm a Chicago Machine Politico!"

Travis Allen had a better pro-life record than my former Assembly David Hadley, who had a 17%---which was still extremely low.

What about 2016?

He got 67%. The Cox campaign has been focusing on this score the most.

"OMG! He's a baby killer!"

Nope! Not in the slightest.

What did he vote for?

AB 1561, the bill which would eliminate sales taxes on feminine products. Planned Murderhood happened to support the legislation, too.

It was a great bill, and Jerry Brown vetoed it! Shame on him! John Cox has a problem with Allen voting for a tax cut. Really. What does that tell us about Cox?

Did he vote for any other bills favored by Planned Murderhood?

SB 999

12-Month Supply of Birth Control – SUPPORT, Co-sponsored by PPAC
SB 999 (Pavley): This bill requires all private health care service plans and health insurers to cover up to 12-months of FDA Approved, self-administered hormonal contraceptives (including oral contraceptives, transdermal patches, and vaginal rings) dispensed at one time.  The legislation would also require Medi-Cal Managed Care plans to cover a 12-month supply of all forms of prescribed contraceptives (such as the patch and ring).

What's the problem here, exactly?

Oh, and lots of Republicans voted for these two bills, too, along with Democrats. There was nothing in this legislation that would be considered pro-abortion.

But wait? What about 2017? What was Travis Allen's Planned Murderhood score?

Wait for it ....

A BIG FAT ZERO!!!

Final Reflection

This says it all.

John Cox is a liar. He has tried to paint Travis Allen as a pro-choice minion, when in fact Allen has repeatedly voted against baby-killing, anti-life legislation in Sacramento.

The Cox campaign jumped on one scorecard from Election 2016, but held back what the votes were for.

Allen voted for transparency in the case of hospital breaches of information. Travis Allen voted to ensure that insurance companies cover all FDA approved drugs, which is commernsurate with insurance contracts.

He also voted for a tax cut.

What's not to like?

The truth is that Cox's campaign went from desperate to demonic. He lied about Travis Allen, and then he deceived some well-received, outspoken conservatives from Calvary Chapel Chino Hills who had heckled him about his pro-life record.

I am really offended at the deception, which leads me to believe that Cox lied about Allen to get the National Right to Life endorsement. I can't substantiate that yet, but I find it hard to believe that Cox has a better record on life, since he has never cast votes on legislation.

Cox is a multi-faceted loser. He is a carpet-bagger from Chicago who advertised himself as a "progressive" Republican. Give me a break! We don't need Chicago style politics in California.

He pushed a failed Neighborhood Legislature initiative, twice. What did he do with all the money he raised for that?

John Cox is a rich man with no love. I don't care how money he has.

Now, he has questionable integrity. He needs to drop out.

It's time to support Travis Allen for Governor!
